Plaisir & Diète | 3kg PORRIDGE (ISC #3) | Manger + pour maigrir | #foodchallenge - Duration: 7:37.
hello greedy and welcome on enjoying and dieting on the same plate
we meet today to eat something quite big las you
could see it's a porridge so compared to my head as you can see
it's huge in reality as you have seen it weighs 4kg
but the dish weighs 900g to 1kg so we have a porridge of 3.1kg
it's not bad and so it's the third episode of the series "ISC" or
increase stomach capacity in which I'm trying to increase the capacity of my
stomach by eating more and more the other time I was 2.8kg
here I am at 3.1kg so we will try to eat all that
in my opinion it can do it by cons usually I do it the
morning wake up here I have already eaten my breakfast
there are five hours so it may be a little more complicated but we will still test
and in my opinion it will do it
as you saw I made 2 porridges
150gr of oats each and so it made a porridge of 300 grams of oats, which is not bad
and on it I put 15 g of cocoa powder unsweetened and 150 g raspberries
and 150 g of apples so in all we have 3.1kg and calorie level
is at 1300 calories it's still quite high in calories
but I can afford it with 2800 calories per day
and making 3 meals a day is ok and I reassure you that with that
I will not be hungry to taste it
well we'll already test it a little
as you see it has a good texture
I love porridge
I do not know if I will say that again when the challenge is over because three kilograms of porridge
it's still going to be a little heavy on stomach
and it's going to be a bit disgusting porridges but I'm doing it for the video
so that the videos I make are of interest I try to explain each time
in each of the videos a principle
in this video, what I propose is to explain to you
why it's interesting to eat volume
so the food volume is super important for satiety
so being satiated after a meal.
in fact to be satisfied after a meal it is not necessary to eat a lot of calories
the most important is the volume alimentary
so that's the amount of food you put in your stomach
and what happens is that there are receptors in your stomach and in your intestine
that send a signal to your brain when you eat to inform your brain
how much food you have ate according to
the pressure that is exerted on their walls
so if you eat a lot of food there will be
a lot of pressure on the wall of the intestine and the stomach and so they will believe
that you have eaten a lot and so they will send a message to the brain
to say that it is enough and that we are full and yet you may have eaten very little calories
for example a salad or my low carb pudding that I will put you in link here
and you can click on it is very low caloric
it's about 500 grams for 150 calories
if you do this kind of meal when you want to lose weight
it's very convenient not to to be hungry and yet eat very few calories
and respect his macros and calories without being frustrated and being hungry all the time
of course, the fact that the pressure on the intestines sends a signal of satiety to the brain is on the short term
for example you can very well drink a lot of water and no longer being hungry
but problem is that water is so much liquid that after one or two hours
you're going to be hungry again ... that's why the volume of food is important
but based on solid foods
that's why I eat a lot of volume
do not worry it will not make you fat
it's not the quantity you eat that will make you fat, it's the calories
as long as you do not go over your calories you will not get fat
so if you know your caloric maintains and you eat on top of it
you will get fat, but if you eat below or the same number of calories and your caloric maintains
you will not take fat, do you do not worry !!
on the other hand it is possible that you gain weight by eating a lot of volume
because eating a lot of volume means having a lot of food in the stomach
it sometimes causes bloating and in addition it can cause a little more water retention
at the level of the lap belt and so you will weigh a little heavier
but as I told you, it's the weight of food is not fat
so what's important is not the weight on the scale is to lose fat
so do not trust the scales
it's not because you weigh heavier after a big meal that you took fat
you have gained weight because you have eaten a lot in quantity
but maybe not in calories and if you are still in deficit you will not take fat
even when eating large quantities
I hope you enjoyed this little explanation,
I will try to finish this
time lapse in 3-2-1
and that's the job
it was not too hard
I could still eat
like what to train it opens the appetite
I hope you liked this concept
we meet again for the next episode of "ISC"
this time I do not know yet what I will do but it will surely be something different
because it's better to do everything time something different
than to make the same dish each time with a little more quantity
tell me in the comments if you like the tips on nutrition and training
and if you have questions you can also ask them in the comments down below
I will answer in a next video
I hope this video will please you!
If so, you can hit the like button and even subscribe
see you later for another recipe or another video !!

How to fund volunteering work? - Duration: 3:29.
A few days ago the mouvement #onestpret recommended people to do some volunteering
Volunteering is usually doing some social work
sometimes it's the same thing that you do for the company you work for
Except this time you're not paid for it
Sure but I don't do it for the money
sure you're not doing it for the monay
but it would be nice to live from it
I'm down!
The person who hires you as a volunteer knows it is real work
but she cannot give you any money
If she wants some money she might go to the bank
Hello sir, sit down please
Geraldine, can you make me some coffee?
What do you want?
Well I need some money for a project that is going to help us save the environment
The what? I don't care, how are you going to pay me back?
Who is going to pay the interests? I need to earn a living here
So if you don't have a project that is going to generate growth and profit, it is going to be hard to get a credit
Not only does the bank decides what project is going to be funded
but he also creates the money out of thin air
and he expects that you refund that money he just created with interests
easy job
Wait, you're telling me that the banks create money out of thin air
Sure...
It is actually true, I recommend you check out Nicolas Meyrieux's video about banks
or Heureka's which is more technical
the thing is, instead of giving this power to create money by the banks
We could do it ourselves
Some people have already worked on it
there is one who thought this way
Instead of letting the banks create money, we're just going to distribute it equally to all the people who use it
then you do what you want with it
you're talking about communism here!
See... he's turning into a communist
Not really, it is like a universal income, and you can work to earn more
it seems very theoretical, I'm just going to wait and see
No need to wait, there is already a currency called the June
based on that concept of "free currency"
Amazing, love the concept
The best way to understand is to actually use it
I actually experienced it as a content creator on Youtube
Some people gave me donations for what I do
and I bought some stuff like this homemade strawberry jam, pretty delicious
Usually it is products made locally
And I also made some donations to people who organized events
Maybe you have a feeling of what this distribution of money does
It is a way of re distribution power
Power to buy locally and organic
but also make some donations to people you think deserve it
So if you consider that a volunteer doing some work is useful for the climate
with this kind of universal income, this currency is giving you the opportunity to do so
the opportunity to make a donation
Not only that, but the fact that you receive money on your account regularly, it takes weight out of your shoulders
this stress generated by the fear of missing out
it is something that changes our behaviour
I encourage you to watch the videos on my channel that talk about it
I'm also putting some links in the description to signup for this currency
I'll see you in my next video

Children's Orchard - How can we cultivate a new education? - Duration: 11:28.
You always have to grow,
You have to learn constantly,
You have to always be on the search, on the run
Without ever listening at what is happening inside you.
This endless growth is breaking the fundamental law of nature:
The circles.
My father was traveling, to various places in Greece,
Searching for place to start his family.
They found a place they loved, here, among the mountains
It was empty, rocky field, entirely empty
It only had one tree and a house.
And there they started their life with us.
In the beginning, there was nothing outside
But one day my father threw a hose outside
and water started to run.
And we made rivers, changing its direction..
We built lakes and dams,
We played with "playmobiles" in these lakes,
We were finding endless games to play..
So that was our first inspiration, playing games in nature.
When we were 18, we started question with Samantha, what is this thing?
Imagine having a school..
similar to the way we grew up, before we went to school.
And that idea was a bit vague, beautiful to think about,
but I didn't know if it ever would become reality.
Then, at a point when we were all studying in different parts of the world.
Something happened to our family,
Our dad got sick.
We all came back the same day to help,
And all the family got back together through this really difficult event.
When this ended, we realized that nothing is forever...
That life doesn't last forever...
And all these vague ideas are nice
but at some point they have to be put in practice
This difficult year gave us a tremendous boost,
And we said: "we are coming back and we were doing it now."
"We" refers to Samantha and I, the oldest siblings
The youngest one, Angeliki, was still studying back then,
So we came back with the aim of putting this idea into practice.
We are at the "Children's Orchard",
a practical workshop in Panagitsa,
located at the base of Mountain Vorra,
a bit north of Edessa.
This is a trail of about 800m on mountain Vorra.
I study bears..
So I come here almost everyday..
and I search for animal tracks
and animal feces!
When I first came,
I doubt that young kids knew that these animals exist here,
That it was possible to see them even!
At the beginning, children didn't know what to do,
it was very strange to them.
Strange that these animals exist in the mountains,
that they feed here, regularly roaming through the fields..
I really like this idea of making workshops,
That every person can teach something
to a child or a young person,
Teach something that he or she likes personally..
That's more generally our educational method
To do what we like to do
And for the children to get involved if they like it.
And practically the least that children earn from that,
is to learn how to learn, how to look at nature..
"Hey Children, wait!"
The Children's Orchard is not a (regular) school.
At first we were calling it school,
because we didn't know how else to call it
But if you ask children about school,
their response is that it is boring
That's what they express,
when we ask them their opinion about what they do there
That they don't know what to say, indicates
that they might not understand why all this is happening
They are shocked by all the knowledge directed to them.
For me it's 50/50.
Meaning that children should learn things
that they can apply using their brain
But also apply them using their hands.
So that children connect life with school.
This is for me what is missing from school
It's like its outside of real life.
With the guys here we have an excellent cooperation
because many of their activities are able to support our programs
Children's Orchard operates also as a social infrastructure for this place.
it's not just for keeping kids busy,
or a place for creative occupation, as the ones we are used to.
It offers a lot at the local community.
The truth is that the work that is being done here is amazing!
Really advanced in educational standards
regarding Greece's standards, not just local ones
and the kids of Panagitsa are very lucky
living within this environment.
I understand that for the kids, this is a bit strange..
And they often ask
"why did you left Athens and came here?"
They are trying to understand what is going on with me!
I always reply that some people like to live in the city,
Others like to live in a village,
but that it is always good to experience both
and the opposite of what you're used to live
to be able to choose.
There are a lot of initiatives now,
in regions outside of Athens but also in Athens
with parents and teachers trying something different.
They see that education, as it is now, has nothing to offer..
and that it simply stresses children too much,
without them being happy nor learning something.
What we are trying to do at the Children's Orchard
is to become an example
that will inspire others to start something similar.
There is not a single answer,
because each classroom, each place has different needs
and the teacher needs to be alert and present,
so (s)he can respond accordingly
The way we began was very simple,
Two people, a lot of work
and an empty space.
We took the risk,
because we had already difficult personal experiences
so not having money, was never an issue that brought us fear.
We don't ask for tuition fees from the children,
Every week they bring some pocket money,
they go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients,
For each week's cooking lessons.
Our orchard..
is actually an example for the kids on how this model operates,
Its a building that has a plant nursery around
It gives birth to new plants, for the bigger circle
a big field where we put plants from the nursery.
There is also the processing which will take place there.
And all this comes back here at the "school"
whatever surplus is left we trade it.
but also the children are learning crafts
relative with the local area they live.
I believe that in due time each of us is going to have a minimum wage.
What we really want to do,
is to be able to work with our passion
And to build each of our workshops as nice as we can,
so the kids can visit them.
Through all the things we do, I think we are helping them to see
the different choices that they have
In relation to what they can learn
but also regarding how they want to live
Seen from the outside, it's not always obvious
what children get here
because they won't leave holding a "Disney" toy or other things
But they will leave with joy.
When I see that in children, I understand what we are doing.
We did what made sense.
What happened to us was entirely natural
We grew up in a way that was very free
in relation to nature and the village
And we simply repeat this with the children here.
The child is already a teacher and knows about many things
And you just have to catch their rhythm,
A circle and not a straight line.

Getting My Life Back On Track in One Week · Get Organised and Productive With Me · NOVEMBER VLOG - Duration: 28:13.
We are a month in a bit on from moving house and it's finally time to get my
life back on track. So obviously with the whole upheaval of everything, it's been
fair enough to say that I have let things slip a little bit; kind of lost my
self-discipline especially working from home. I do think that standards of my
work and my art have slipped a little bit and just from that there's been very
little development for me creatively and professionally. So it's time finally to
sit down dedicate this week to just fully focusing and getting myself back on
track. My priorities at the moment are just to establish a good schedule again,
just a good daily routine and starting especially with a good morning routine
and generally if I have a good morning routine, everything else kind of follows
from there. But we're gradually building up furniture and unpacking and get everything
is in place so I think now's a good time to just regain some structure in my life
and also figure out now I'm living with someone else, how I'm going to fit
my schedule around Ozzy's work schedule. So it's gonna be a week long thing but
today I am just kind of regrouping. I'm gonna focus a lot on the adminny side of
stuff just to get myself on a good footing for the rest of the week, just to
kind of ease myself back into productive work days and have myself set up nicely
to do that. I've already packed and sent off a load of orders from my shop- I did
that yesterday so that's done and out of the way.
And then today I started the day as usual by doing my usual bits and bobs
of tidying and cleaning of the house before I get to work. Now that was
going to be just a quick one but we happen to have an electrician around
this morning which has definitely held things up a little bit. I think if you
remember in my last vlog I mentioned the electric hob that we had that was just
awful and old and I said I think it was going to take a while to get used to...
it turns out that as well as being the most inefficient way of cooking and
just a completely ancient appliance as well, it actually was faulty so every time we
used to it would blow all our electricity out in the whole flat. So
this morning, a month on, and we had an electrician around to come in and change
into an induction hob which just meant that I had to kind of spend a lot of my
morning waiting around for him to arrive. It's funny because I was watching a
Chris Hong vlog the other day and she mentioned the exact same thing where she
was saying that you know working from home if you know that there's someone
coming around even if it's just at some point in the day, it is really hard to
settle into work knowing that you're going to be disrupted at some point and I
had the exact same thing today. But eventually he came and did his work. The hob
was too big for our surface so he had to cut into that which meant that he was
here for a lot longer and kind of cut off the whole of the downstairs of the flat
for me so I've been stuck up here and just kind of not on track with what I
wanted to be doing. He did a really good job, really lovely guy- thank you Dan
the electrician- he also cleaned up a little bit after
himself as well which I really appreciated but because of the sawing
and stuff that he'd done, there was a lot of dust and dirt on everything and in
cupboards and drawers so and my usual quick tidy turned into a very big tidy
and clean downstairs which has really set me back a lot today but thankfully
I decided that this day one would be more of a casual one just
to kind of ease me back into the good routine so I don't feel too off-track. I
do think I have a good amount of time for the rest of the day to get back to
what I wanted to do.
I started off just by it brain dumping all the things that I would ideally like to
get done this week and also as well as those to-dos just more general goals for
this week- just what I want to get out of it. So now that I've figured out the
tasks that I want to get done this week I'm actually going to head into my
calendar- I use Google Calendar- and I'm just gonna start laying out a few kind
of general timeframes for things. Not anything set in stone but just chunks of
time I'm going to dedicate to specific things. When I'm doing this, I generally
start with deadlines or meetings, things that are set in stone and I work my way
back from there. Even if it's like a personal thing so for example I'm having
friends around for dinner on Saturday evening and one of my to do's is to
clean up a dining table that we got from a charity shop; I just want to at least
give it a deep-clean but hopefully strip off a few layers off the varnish that's on
there- it's quite old it's quite thick- so strip off that varnish and re-stain it,
and and I would ideally like to have that done before we have people round for
dinner. So I can kind of look at my calendar and see where I'm gonna put
those kinds of things in. And for the first time, I'm also going to start
putting in Ozzy's work hours because they change every week and
obviously it doesn't affect me too much whether he's here or not but I do
like to know if he's gonna be here for dinner and you know what
days we both can figure out to have off together so maybe we can go and do
something. But what I'll do is I'll probably keep his calendar
hidden just so it's not in the way of my tasks as well.
Well, different outfit, same day. It is 3:30 in the afternoon now and I've
only just had a chance to have a shower and eat with all the extra stuff that's
been going on today and the kind of repercussions of that. Yeah, I'm way
behind but thankfully I didn't put too much on my plate for today. I really am
grateful that I chose to ease in to having a productive week and made Monday
that day that was just going to be a little bit less stuff. So I'm still kind
of on track with whatever I need to be doing I am now pretty much set to spend
the rest of the day just sat right here at this desk
whacking out all the other bits that I've got to get on with. But now that
everything's done and out the way I can really just focus on what needs doing,
I'm gonna use my kind of modified Pomodoro Technique and set a 45 minute timer,
do as much work as I can in that chunk of time, then have a 15 minute break
and then do that again as many times as I have to.
That's just the best way I find for me to do work that I don't necessarily want to do.
I've also got a lovely thick smoothie that I whipped up with all our kind of
fruit and veg that's on the turn so that should tide me over until dinnertime.
Yeah it's gonna be probably quite a boring one so I'm just gonna crack, on do
as much as I can, and I'm looking forward to getting it all done so I can start
the real fun tomorrow.
I've really been loving my mornings in this place. When
Ozzy's left for work and it's just a nice time to myself, a little bit of me-
time so I can kind of potter around and tinker and do whatever needs doing
around the house. It's kind of weird, I really love cleaning and
tidying- like I almost wish I had more time to do it in the mornings but I do
think my main struggle with the mornings is it just making that initial step to
actually get up and to start doing things. Once I'm doing it it's fine, I enjoy it
but I've always struggled with getting up in the mornings, I've never been a
morning person and like this morning I spent a good two hours just lying there
and trying to convince myself to get up. It's hard to convince myself to leave
the warmth and comfort of my bed especially when I'm here on my own so
that is really the main goal for this week, just to get myself back into a good
routine of getting up when I wake up and you know once I've sorted that out, the
rest should really follow. So when I'm done with whatever little jobs I'm doing
around the house I come into my studio room and sit at my desk and I love
leaving my calendar open just so as soon as I sit down and turn the screen on I
know exactly what I'm aiming to do that day. I kind of get that instant direction.
So here's a better look at my calendar. You won't be able to see it
all in detail but you get a kind of general gist of what I'm talking about.
So anything in light purple it's kind of a personal thing so up here is usually
just like my morning routine, the darker purple stuff is my work stuff and then
you'll see in the middle there's like the light purple so like lunch breaks
and then down here is just making dinner and winding down for the day. Anything in
this colour is like a meeting on appointment then down here anything in
yellow is kind of a social thing so I've got Rob and Jodie round for dinner from 7
p.m. to 4 a.m. is what I've pencilled it in as. And it's not particularly detailed,
it's more just like chunks of like where I'll be and what I'll be doing at
certain times rather than like hour by hour. And like I said yesterday I
put Ozzy's hours in the calendar as well, so he's there in the blue and as you can
see on the days where he's working longer I do kind of extend my work days
just to make the most of that time I'm here on my own. But yeah the first couple
of things on the agenda today was to catch up on a couple of things I didn't
have time to do yesterday so I needed to book a dentist appointment and a
doctor's appointment.
Hi, I'm calling to book in to get two fillings...
...booking in for a cervical screening...
...would it be possible- I've been grinding my teeth recently
can I talk to the dentist about that...
...Alright perfect thanks.... you too! Bye!
I've been putting off for so long I thought while I'm
working on my calendar it would be good to pencil those in and now I'm ready to
start my day properly. Today it's going to be a creative day which I'm really
looking forward to. I've been really stuck art-wise I'm really kind of unsure of my
work again and you know that generally means that I need to focus more on
studying or learning something new. Usually I will use Skillshare- you guys
know I've loved Skillshare forever- I might still have a coupon for two months
free if you're interested in taking any classes, I'll leave some links
below to my favorite classes on there anyway -not sponsored but I just thought
I might shout them out. Yeah this time I'm looking for something a little
different. I've been eyeing up to schoolism
for a while and I think I'm gonna check out one of the courses on there by
Nathan Fowkes . He's done some really incredible work, I've loved a lot of his
like animation backgrounds I think he worked on the Prince of Egypt which is
one of my favorite films of all time and he has a few courses on there and- I
don't know- it's a different type of learning. I really like to kind of
diversify any lessons I take in so sometimes I like to read, sometimes I
like the way that Skillshare do things and this is something else I just wanted
to try for a while. It's a bit more of an investment but it's something I've
really thought about for quite awhile so I'm excited to check it out and
hopefully that'll kind of kickstart me back into being more confident in my art.
I've also been reading a lot more so I kind of spend my evenings reading,
at the moment I'm reading a book about kind of taking small steps to achieve
your goals and it's really helping to put things into perspective for me and
just kind of reel in the expectations I think I've been putting on myself
recently to just jump into this new place and be this fantastic new person.
It's good to kind of step back and think about the little steps it's gonna take
me to get to where I want to be and also the little steps I've taken so far to
get to where I am. Yeah, today is gonna be an exciting day, it's going to be just
a good day to bring attention back to myself and just kind of enriching my
mind and feeding my creative side to hopefully you know spend the rest of the
week putting stuff back out there.
The schoolism class went really well. The teacher Nathan Fowkes was just amazing
just an incredible teacher and he has such a huge wealth of knowledge and also
just the way he delivers everything that he has to teach is entertaining and
really captivating and I'm really looking forward to carrying on this
course. It's a lot more structured like a uni kind of lecture and you also end
up getting homework at the end of each lesson as well. The lesson I took was
about two hours or maybe even longer but it was so worth it and had just the
effect that I wanted. It really spurred me on to start making some art. I got on
with the first part of the first homework assignment. If you sign up to
the proper course on schoolism -there is a waiting list- you
can submit the homework to him. I think the next available slot to be in that
class is in May 2019 so I'm not doing that but I am still gonna do the
homework assignments and yeah I would a hundred percent recommend it if you do
want to make that kind of investment into really immersing yourself into you
know school-like lessons. So after finishing that off, I did get on with a
bit more work. I actually worked quite late just because as I said before, Ozzy
was working late that evening as well. So it turned out being quite a stressful
evening just because the oven doesn't work now! So obviously on Monday we
had the hob replaced and I think he must have switched something off when he
replaced it- also not an induction hob, I don't know why they told us that it was
an induction hob, it's still electric which it's fine but I don't know why
they told us otherwise. Yeah now the oven isn't working so that scuppered my
dinner plans and just kind of set me in a bad mood, but I've already contacted
them this morning to see if they can come in and fix the oven now which is
going to be you know another kind of setback in the week, just another thing
that's taken up time already- you know talking back and forth with them- and
it's gonna take more time again to you know sit around waiting for the guy to
come and sort it out. It should be a quick thing, I really think he's probably
just unplugged something or switched something off and not switched it back
on, it's just not something that I have access to- like I've tried switching on
different switches and just nothing's working.
So that's on its way to getting sorted out anyway, I'm still on track pretty
much with how I want to be getting on with this week and today's focus is
really getting back into my online presence. I always take like these weird
little breaks where I just don't like uploading things on social media I just
like to keep things to myself but I'm in a place now where I feel ready to get
back into a good routine. It's been a long time since I've had a good routine
with how I post online so today I'm actually filming a speed
painting, almost finished now, and it's an interesting one. I feel like I don't make
as many speed paintings as I used to so I'd love to know what you guys prefer. I
do find- I don't know I've seen this with a lot of art channels- where it just kind
of gets boring to make these kinds of videos, to make like speed painting
videos. I know Baylee Jae has talked about it and she's found a really cool
way to kind of format them differently to make it more interesting for her to
film and to edit but yeah let me know if you guys really miss the speed paintings
and I will definitely do more of them. But I'd also just love to know what kind
of content you like seeing on this channel and I don't know what stuff
you're interested in and not interested in. So I'm pretty much done here and I'm
quite happy with it. I was painting different views from my windows here at
the new flat but I guess if you watch the video you'll see more about like the
information behind these paintings. For the rest of the day I am still gonna be
-as I've been for the last few days- just sat at this desk,
but I will say whenever I am having days like this I do make sure to get up at
least once every hour to move around a stretch
and just you know get the blood flow going because it's really not good for
you to be a desk all day solidly. So the plan for the rest of the day- and the
daylight is already fading it's only half 2- but the plan is to respond to
some emails, I've got an invoice to draw up and send to a client, I've also taken
on a new commission which I said I wasn't gonna do- I'm gonna focus on more
personal artwork- but this one was just too good to pass up so I want to maybe
get some concepts going for that today but we'll see, that might have to wait
till tomorrow. I'm going to do a little bit of tweaking on my website and shop,
just update the product descriptions a little bit - nothing noticeable. I'm gonna
edit the video that I filmed today and hopefully upload it today as well and
then I've got three kind of proposal type things to write up- just kind of
video related stuff that I need to send to a sponsor to see if I'm on track, and
then with whatever time I have left I'll go through a few of the things that I
was supposed to do in the last couple of days that I haven't got round to yet.
So yesterday was very difficult one. Ozzy's work hours changed so
apart from Monday, he's actually been out the house every day this week between
about 8:00 in the morning and maybe 12 o'clock at night. It's been a bit
difficult just kind of trying to fit everything into my schedule, getting on with
my work and also just dealing with stuff around the house. I actually had a deadline
this week on Tuesday but I didn't manage to meet in time which is obviously not
something that I'm happy with, it's not the way I want to work and there were
some things that were out of my control that led to that but yeah not ideal. I
did finally finish that work last night, I was working on that till about one
o'clock in the morning but it's done, it's out the way - but yeah, the stress
of that is not something I really want to repeat. On top of that yesterday was
just one of those days where everything goes wrong, so I actually ended up like
melting the sleeve of my dressing gown on to the new hob. I think the dressing gown
must have like synthetic fibers obviously maybe some kind of acrylic but
yeah I accidentally leaned over it and it melted on to like the glass or
ceramic top off the hob and it was a complete nightmare to get off. I
spent pretty much the whole day just coming back and trying all different
things; soaking it, heating it, cooling it, scraping it - obviously didn't
want to damage the surface either but yeah in the end I had to use a mixture
of baking soda and vinegar and a really rough sponge and just spent really long
going like centimeter by centimeter, really really scrubbing it and- as someone
that doesn't have a lot of body strength- having scrubbed
this table and then that hob, my body is knackered now. I was also
planning on going food shopping yesterday as part of my like you know
'stuff around the house' day but as I said we had the electricians round yesterday
to fix that oven, so I was waiting around for them
and they ended up not coming till about four / five in the evening which I mean
obviously I could have gone shopping if I'd known that that's when
they were coming but it's fine. They fixed the oven which is great, we can cook
again now- and I ended up going shopping this morning instead. So now that that is
done and out the way, I've actually
finished all the work I needed to do this week other than editing this video.
I'm actually gonna have a self-care day today, so basically that's just gonna
entail just kind of chilling out and getting on with some personal things, I
think I'm gonna wash my hair, probably do my nails- I haven't done my nails into so long-
and then I'll just slowly but surely catch up on a few of the tasks that I
haven't got done yet this week. Easy little things. Potter around- my favorite
kind of things to do. I'm going to kind of dip in and out of doing this table as
well, maybe putting on a layer off this stripper, leaving it to sit, go ahead and
do my nails or something, and come back and work on it again and
hopefully it will be ready for when we have people round tomorrow.
I know it might not look like your typical self-care but for me it's just
all about spending time with myself, doing something kind of self indulgent
and just having that moment to zone out and just focus on the task at hand and
nothing else. And as you know, I just love to get my hands dirty and get stuck into
something like that. So I got the table just kind of finished enough. Just the
tabletop I got to a state where it was ready to be varnished and then the
legs are gonna need another couple of rounds of stripping before I can varnish
those. But here is how it looked the next day.
After that day I felt like I really
needed some human interaction- obviously I just spent the whole week just
basically here on my own so I just popped over to my mum's and had my
dinner there, we watched some telly, I think we watched a film and that was enough to
kind of break me out of that little isolated circle I put myself in. On
Saturday morning Ozzy and I popped out through the shops to pick up the last
little bits that we would need for dinner and then we spent the rest of the
day just preparing for our guests.
We had such a great time and Ozzy couldn't have made a better meal, it
couldn't have been more perfect and as I had expected we were up til about 6:00 in
the morning the next day. So understandably, Ozzy and I spent the
rest of Sunday just chilling in bed, sleeping. It was a lovely wind down to
what has been a really really good week, really productive and just a nice
feeling to it I guess. And I want to make a habit of having more weeks like that
even if I'm not filming them. Anyway, that'll do for today, thank you guys so
much for watching let me know if you like this kind of video, if you like to
see the kind of week in the life structure or you do prefer the monthly
kind of vlogs that I do. I'd love to hear from you and other than that I will see
you in the next video.
Bye!

Pourquoi Digibro a tort sur Steins;Gate 0 (VN et Anime) - PT.1 [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 37:05.
Hello everybody, TGF here welcoming you for a new video.
Those videos are special because we're talking on videos about the anime adaptation of Steins;Gate 0
that I found are misleading or really bad in my opinon.
I will not be talking of a debunking but a refocusing.
Those videos are made by the american YouTuber Digibro, who does anime reactions/reviews.
He says that Steins;Gate 0 is a bad sequel.
In those videos, I will try to explain why I do think that premise is false.
First Video : Steins;Gate 0 Sucks, Pt. 1: Ruining My Favorite Characters
I will explain how it will work :
The video will be broadcasted with french subtitles and timecodes so you can see where you are in the video.
At certain points, I will stop the video and I will explain what I can say about the arguments made in the video.
Without any further ado, let's roll the clip right now !
Steins;Gate 0 IS in the canon of its predecessor. Do you recall the ending of episode 23 of Steins;Gate
in which we see a future Okabe talking to the Okabe Rintaro who failed his first attempt of saving Makise Kurisu ?
That element needs to be explained and that's why Steins;Gate 0 is relevant
in order to know why Okabe chose to send a message into the past. Moving on.
You can consider it canon because Steins;Gate 0 is a key part of the plot of Steins;Gate.
So important in fact that if the events of Steins;Gate 0 didn't happen,
you wouldn't have all the elements to link Steins;Gate's events.
Not my case. Even if the Steins;Gate anime is less good that the Visual Novel,
I do believe that the Steins;Gate 0 anime is one of my best experiences of anime adaptations made of games.
Something to note here : the endings in Steins;Gate are less interconnected compared to Steins;Gate 0.
That's why we have elements of each route on S;G 0 run compared to S;G.
I remember another French YouTuber who denigrated the Steins;Gate visual novel
because he thought reading a book was better than playing the game.
And yes, in order to understand an adaptation, you need to have basic understanding of its origin
and in that case, the material preceding it because, well, it's a sequel.
Looking at both games teams, I can prove that even if Steins;Gate 0's team
is pretty big compared to its predecessor, both are still really close
Chiyomaru Shikura is still overwatching the licence, we have the same composer and the same writer in part.
Most of the people who worked on Steins;Gate 0 are the same that worked in Steins;Gate.
Your argument is invalid.
And again, say that Steins;Gate 0 has no reason to exist.
Could you explain to me why future Okabe sends a message in episode 23 of Steins;Gate ?
Why did he want to send a message even if Okabe failed to save Kurisu as well ?
Indeed, you could consider that Steins;Gate 0 was made with money in mind by 5pb, Nitroplus and the Chiyomaru Studio.
Unless you consider that Steins;Gate and Steins;Gate 0
are in the same universe that other games shares like Chaos;Head, Chaos;Child, Occultic:Nine,
Robotics;Notes and Robotics;Notes DasH. It doesn't add up.
If I follow your logic, the only sequel to Steins;Gate should be Steins;Gate 0 and games like Robotics;Notes,
Occultic;Nine, Chaos;Child and Robotics;Notes DaSH shouldn't exist.
Yes, that's the ScienceAdventures universe and that's not the only thing existing in that universe...
Ah ! First instance of Kagari Hate in those videos.Don't worry, it will not be the only one - oh no !
For Kaede and Fubuki, I can understand his point of view but that's the problem of an adaptation :
some characters end up being less important in the long run.
According to you, the plot doesn't make any goddamn sense. But there is.
It has more than you can even imagine. So yes, maybe you think that some episodes are slow
but Steins;Gate is more known fot its emotion and its thriller sense than the actions sequences.
So I have two things to say. First, you're saying that the characters doesn't match the one you knew.
That's normal because we are in a new timeline.
The only one who remembers he has traveled in the past is Okabe,
so, he's the only one to have experienced that other timeline in which Makuse Kurisu was alive.
The other characters and especially Mayuri, aren't aware of what Okabe has gone though,
which makes the revelation more violent.
Second thing to note, the character development is logical,
knowing their evolution as they become aware of what's going on.
We will get back to that in some time.
Kagari is not a Kurisu clone.
Whatever you can say about his physical appearance who is resembling to Makise Kurisu,
that's not why she's there.
Do you know that even if timelines are shifting, things stays the same ?
For example, it's very plausible that Mayuri knows Faris by her work as a waitress.
The same for Daru who goes frequently to Faris Nyan Nyan's Bar, MayQueen Nyan Nyan.
So, Faris is always a friend or acquaintance to the others.
Concerning Lukako, we can consider that Mayuri knows him also because she's still fond of cosplay
because she knows Yuki Amane, Kaede and Fubuki through this passion.
So technically, Faris and Lukako are still part of this universe and anyways,
they will be in Valkyrie, whatever the iteration.
No because Steins;Gate 0 is the sequel of Steins;Gate.
You will try to explain why it's a fanfiction but I will be here to correct it.
I have already made 12 remarks during its introduction.
He didn't even get to the main points of contention yet.
I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a wild ride !
Do I need to recall that Steins;Gate takes place in December for most of the episodes ?
Those character design are logical for Mayuri and Daru
(even if I agree that having flipflops in winter is maybe not the best idea)
The black Okabe wears means he mourns the death of Kurisu
but also the death of his alter ego, Houinin Kyouma.
After the events of Steins;Gate and the facts that he has killed, I do repeat, Makise Kurisu in a attempt to save her,
Okabe has completely given up.
He doesn't visit the lab anymore and has returned to his university.
He has suffered so much that he is kind of broken.
That fact is showed in episode 1 with the psychologist.
He has what we can call a post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD.
It's normal that he doesn't want to return to his old personality.
So, again, can I recall that we are in another timeline ?
We don't know what Daru wears on that timeline. The suspenders are not a problem, same for the gloves.
I don't see a contradiction, here.
Don't worry about it, that is. Personally, Daru's design in Steins;Gate 0 doesn't bother me.
It's somewhat a given that new characters are to appear in a sequel.
That's kind of one of the principals interests in a sequel, to extend the sphere of comprehension.
That's one of the arguments in which I agree with you. Yes, having flipsflops in winter is not the best thing to do.
But the rest of the look mirrors the fact that we are in winter with the button-up shirt and the jeans.
Being somewhat kind of husky myself, I can relate to the fact that we have less senstivity to the cold,
so seeing him having less clothes than Mayuri seems logical to me.
Yes, we can rant about the characters' chests which are kind of bigger compared to Steins;Gate
but that point shouldn't be a relevant to your critic.
I don't see why a man broken by time travel and
another one who learns in the series than someone has sacrificed herself for her could be ruining the original,
but okay…
Vaguely ? Not really.
The explication around the creation of Houinin Kyouma to help Mayuri is shown on several episodes.
That's exactly what's happening at the beginning of Steins;Gate 0.
Okabe has given up his alter ego, he is not the same man and that's shown in the way he talks to people.
No.
I have two problems with what you have just said.Two.
First, yes, we have returned to the original timeline but we're not at the beginning of it.
We are in episode 22 the 21st of August in 2010 which means the end of the road for Okabe.
Second, the fact that Mayuri hasn't changed. In fact, she has.
Even if she doesn't know what happens to her in the other timeline,
the time she spent with Okabe is still important because they are childhood friends.
She sees Okabe in the brink of despair, she knows that he has to feel that Mayuri is not in danger
because she's happier than before.
That's a way to say that Mayuri will be always here for Okabe as Okabe did.
Indeed, they are normal. And ?
Okabe is mourning and has given up on his alter ego
because it costs the life of the person he loves, Makise Kurisu.
Mayuri doesn't need Okabe anymore and she was already the same before. So she was normal.
🎵 Wrong, Wrong, Wrong, Wrong. You're WRONG ! 🎵
You're totally wrong.
In the timeline in which Mayuri dies, to be more exact, in the alpha attractor field,
who has a lot of worldlines in it, that's not the Third World War.
In that attractor field, SERN takes over by the means of time travel in a dystopia.
The third World War is happening in the beta attactor field, in which Makise Kurisu dies, in which we are now.
Being wrong on a simple thing…
My God.
Let me correct you. He realizes the fatality of Kurisu's sacrifice in episode 21.
That's a great plot point for a sequel, to know the missing link who forms Steins;Gate's puzzle.
Mayuri sees his childhood friend completely broken and Suzuha
(who Mayuri has just learned the existence) wants to slap him.
Seems logicial that she would defend him, right ?
And about episode 23, in the original version, Mayuri slaps Okabe well before Suzuha had the chance.
I don't know if you remember but Mayuri is the kind of person to be preventive with the people she cared about.
So it seems normal that a non-informed Mayrui who sees his friend completely heartbroken,
would try to help him and cheer him up.
On the other hand, the informed Mayuri, who got that information by his future self
knows that she has to overcome her nature to slap Okabe in order to keep the light in her Altair.
No, Mayuri's Slap is also critically important to the plot because it was a wake-up call to Okabe.
Without that, he wouldn't hear what Suzuha wants to say to him.
Surely, she could show the video to Okabe but since Okabe is broken,
it has closed the opportunity in Steins;Gate 0 original worldline to show that video
because Okabe didn't want to make another attempt.
Mayuri's slap has made the move possible for Suzuha.
To be exact, Suzuha-Beta does everything to convince Okabe to come with her but he systematically refuses.
And the fuel is a issue, which is proven by Suzuha's travel in the end.
I don't see why the fact that Mayuri didn't slap him outright means that her character is ruined.
No, it's not really shown in the original show but that's something
we could imagine thanks to the interactions between the two.
In one of the roads of the original VN, that's the result,
Mayuri gets involved with Okabe even if he's sad to have sacrificed Kurisu.
They try to move on, together.
Can I ask you a question :
How would you react if you accidentally killed the person you loved while you were time-traveling ?
You would be broken, for sure...
So you understand why Okabe is mourning.
Yes, but he doesn't want to play God anymore by doing time travel
since he has suffered so much and he has made choices who let the other people suffer.
Except that won't work because attractor fields will make sure that events will happen anyways.
Those elements are known as convergence points or events that cannot be avoided :
Makise's death, Mayuri's death, Y2K, etc.
Maybe for you but not for me,
it's important to have all the pieces of a puzzle in order to comprehend and resolve it.
You had to know that he saw Suzuha & Mayuri in the time machine about to get blasted by a rocket launcher,
which makes their chance of survival slim.
So, he is in a panic and we can understand it because he thought that Mayuri's life was saved
since he has made choices to do it so and it becomes more complicated than that.
It's only after a realization of the future in which the characters will live
that he understand that he have to return to his old self in order to overcome the odds.
The fact that he is focused on his hacking activities proves that he is more than a SuperHacka :
he's really excellent in his specialties.
In Steins;Gate, Itaru understands the importance of Okabe's task and in Steins;Gate 0,
Suzuha must have explained to him all the whereabouts and that's why he believes in Okabe to save the day.
And it will take even more time to explain to you why I disagree with you.
We are already at the 35 minute mark for that video so we will stop here for now.
It was the first video of refocusing on the Steins;Gate 0 review by Digibro.
We will continue very shortly. I hope that this video was enjoyable for you and I will see you next time !
That was TGF, stay tuned for whatever is with me and see you soon !

AS WE CELEBRATE THE ADVENT OF JESUS CHRIST AT
CHRISTMAS TIME, SKEPTICS ABOUND, IN MAGAZINE
STORIES AND TV DOCUMENTARIES.
AND ATTACKS ON THE RELIABILITY OF THE BIBLE
ARE NOTHING REALLY NEW- BUT WE SEE THE SAME
ARGUMENTS ENDLESSLY PACKAGED AND REPACKAGED
FOR NEW AUDIENCES.
DR. SAM LAMERSON IS A PRESIDENT AND PROFESSOR OF
NEW TESTAMENT AT KNOX THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, AND
HE JOINS ME NOW TO DISCUSS OUR CONFIDENCE IN THE
STORY PRESENTED IN THE GOSPELS.
SAM THANKS FOR BEING HERE, ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE YOU.
THANKS.
NOW ONE OF THE ARGUMENTS THAT SKEPTICS LAY AGAINST
THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH, LAY AGAINST THE BIBLE IS IT'S
JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW DIFFERENT
CIVILIZATIONS PRODUCE THEIR OWN MYTHOLOGIES, THE
GRECO-ROMAN, WHATEVER OTHER WE MIGHT WANT TO
FOCUS ON, BUT THE BIBLE IS UNIQUELY DIFFERENT THEN
ALL OF THOSE STORIES THAT APPEAR IN OTHER CULTURES.
IN WHAT WAY IS IT DIFFERENT?
WELL IN THE FIRST PLACE, THE STORIES OF JESUS WERE
WRITTEN BY EYE WITNESSES AND THERE ARE MANY
NON-EVANGELICAL SCHOLARS TODAY WHO WILL GRANT THAT
YES THOSE STORIES OF JESUS WERE WRITTEN BY
EYE WITNESSES SO THAT'S THE FIRST THING.
THEY'RE NOT WRITTEN 100 OR 150 YEARS LATER, THEY'RE
WRITTEN VIRTUALLY AT THE TIME THAT THEY HAPPENED.
THE SECOND THING IS THAT THEY WERE WRITTEN VERY
CLOSE TO THE TIME IN WHICH THE EVENTS HAPPENED.
SO IT'S NOT EYE WITNESSES WAITING UNTIL THEY'RE
SENILE, ITS EYE WITNESSES WRITING SOMETIMES 10 OR 15
YEARS AFTER THE EVENT HAD HAPPENED.
AND SO THAT'S IMPORTANT AND IT'S IMPORTANT TO
REALIZE THAT THE NEW TESTAMENT ITSELF CLAIMS
TO BE A HISTORICAL DOCUMENT.
THE APOSTLE PAUL SAYS IF JESUS WASN'T REALLY RAISED
FROM THE DEAD THEN WE'RE OF ALL MEN MOST HOPELESS.
WE'RE OF ALL PEOPLE TERRIBLY HOPELESS BECAUSE
WE'VE BOUGHT IN TO WHAT WAS A BIG LIE.
AND PAUL WHO LIVED VIRTUALLY AT THE SAME TIME
AS JESUS WHO MAY HAVE SEEN JESUS IN JERUSALEM WHEN HE
WAS A YOUNG MAN HE SAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
THAT WE CAN RECOGNIZE IS THAT JESUS WAS A MAN, HE
WAS BORN, HE DIED A TERRIBLE DEATH OF
CRUCIFIXION AND HE WAS RESURRECTED.
THESE ARE THE CENTER POINTS SO TO SPEAK OF
HISTORY; ALL OF HISTORY WAS POINTED TO THE BIRTH,
DEATH, AND RESURRECTION OF CHRIST THAT EVERYTHING
AFTER IS SHAPED BY IT, IS THAT HOW WE SHOULD LOOK AT IT?
THAT'S RIGHT, THE RESURRECTION IS WITHOUT
QUESTION THE MOST IMPORTANT MIRACLE OF THE
ENTIRE BIBLE BECAUSE IT SHOWS US THAT JESUS WAS
WHO HE SAID HE WAS.
THAT HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO.
THAT HE'S NOT LIKE THE MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO
CLAIMED TO BE THE MESSIAH DURING THAT TIME, HE IS
THE ONE WHO SUFFERED CRUCIFIXION, WAS DEAD
BURIED AND THEN ROSE AGAIN AND IT'S BECAUSE OF THAT
RESURRECTION THAT WE, WHENEVER WE FOR INSTANCE
CELEBRATE COMMUNION AT CHURCH, WE CELEBRATE
COMMUNION, WE'RE CELEBRATING THE DEATH
OF THE FOUNDER OF OUR RELIGION, WE'RE
CELEBRATING THE DEATH OF OUR GOD WHO BECAME MAN, NO
OTHER RELIGION CELEBRATES THE DEATH OF THEIR HERO.
WE CAN THOUGH BECAUSE OF THE RESURRECTION.
I HAPPEN TO THINK THE GREATEST CHRISTMAS MOVIE
EVER MADE IS THE CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS BECAUSE
FOR ALL THE OTHER ONES THAT ARE SO APPEALING, THE
CLEAREST PRESENTATION OF THE GOSPEL IS IN THAT
LITTLE PEANUTS CHRISTMAS MOVIE 28 MINUTES LONG.
EXACTLY, AND YOU FIND THE GOSPEL OF LUKE, THE BIRTH

THAT THE RELIGIOUS LEADERS DIDN'T WANT IN THE CHURCH
OR THE SYNAGOGUE AT THAT TIME, AND YET CHRIST COMES
AND HE OFFERS THE GOSPEL TO ALL OF THOSE THAT ARE

IN THE CONSTELLATIONS OF THE ZODIAC.
TO BE CLEAR, HE ABSOLUTELY REJECTED PAGAN ASTROLOGY,
WHICH IS A PERVERSION OF THE TRUTH.
HE WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HOROSCOPES AND
DIVINATION, WHICH THE BIBLE FORBIDS.
BUT GOD PLACED THE STARS IN THE SKY HIMSELF, AND
WHEN LOOKED AT RIGHTLY, THE DISPLAY IS THE MOST
IMPORTANT MESSAGE THAT WE COULD EVER RECEIVE.
HERE'S MY DAD, DR. D. JAMES KENNEDY, WITH A PORTION OF
THE FIRST OF 13 MESSAGES HE PREACHED ON THIS
INTRIGUING TOPIC, CALLED "THE GOSPEL IN THE STARS."
THE FIRST CHAPTER OF THE BIBLE TELLS US THAT GOD
MADE TWO GREAT LIGHTS, THE GREATER LIGHT TO RULE THE
DAY AND THE LESSER LIGHT TO RULE THE NIGHT.
AND HE MADE THE STARS ALSO.
AND WE'RE ALSO TOLD IN THAT SAME FIRST CHAPTER
THIS, "AND GOD SAID, LET THERE BE LIGHTS IN THE
FIRMAMENT OF THE HEAVEN TO DIVIDE THE DAY FROM THE
NIGHT; AND LET THEM BE FOR SIGNS AND FOR SEASONS, AND
FOR DAYS AND YEARS."
NOW, DOES ONE OF THOSE SEEM OUT OF PLACE?
IT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS TO EVERYONE WITH A MODICUM OF
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ASTRONOMY THAT THE HEAVENLY BODIES
HAVE A GREAT DEAL TO SAY ABOUT OUR YEARS, ABOUT OUR
DAYS, AND ABOUT OUR SEASONS.
BUT, HOW ARE THEY SIGNS?
WHAT IS A SIGN?
A SIGN IS SOMETHING WHICH PROCLAIMS A MESSAGE.
WHEN YOU PUT UP A SIGNBOARD, YOU DO IT
TO PROCLAIM A MESSAGE.
BUT WHAT IS THE MESSAGE THAT IS PROCLAIMED BY THE
STARS ABOVE?
WELL, THAT IS A SUBJECT OF OUR INVESTIGATION THIS
MORNING.
I'M GOING TO BE TALKING TO YOU ABOUT WHAT MIGHT BE
CALLED "BIBLICAL ASTROLOGY."
NOW, THAT IS CERTAINLY A RARE CONNECTION OF WORDS.
BIBLICAL ASTROLOGY.
OR PERHAPS THE REAL MEANING OF THE ZODIAC.
OR PERHAPS WE WOULD CALL IT, AS I DID, "THE GOSPEL
IN THE STARS."
LET US THEN, LOOK, BRIEFLY, AT A FEW OF THE
PICTURES OF THE ZODIAC.
AND FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT MAY NEVER HAVE LOOKED AT
THIS MATTER AT ALL, AND UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF
ITS CORRUPTIONS AND ITS SATANIC ASPECTS, IT'S WELL
THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MODERN ASTROLOGY
WHATSOEVER, BUT IN ORDER THAT YOU MIGHT APPRECIATE
WHAT GOD HAS DONE, LET ME JUST TELL YOU SOMETHING
ABOUT IT, WHAT IT'S LIKE.
IF YOU PAINT THE WHOLE PICTURE OF THE SKY ON THE
CEILING ABOVE, YOU WOULD HAVE A GREAT CIRCLE, WHICH
IS CALLED THE ECLIPTIC, THE ECLIPTIC OF THE SUN.
NOW, ON THE ECLIPTIC THERE ARE 12 MAJOR
CONSTELLATIONS KNOWN AS THE CONSTELLATIONS OF THE
ZODIAC OR THE SIGNS OF THE ZODIAC.
ZODIAC IS THOUGHT TO MEAN THE CIRCLE OF ANIMALS,
THOUGH BETTER LINGUISTS SAY THAT IT COMES FROM AN
ANCIENT HEBREW WORD MEANS ACTUALLY "A PATH" OR "STEP."
THAT IT ACTUALLY IS DISPLAYING "THE WAY," THAT
IS THE "WAY OF SALVATION."
LET'S BEGIN THEN WITH VIRGO.
VIRGO IS A PICTURE OF A WOMAN.
AND THIS WOMAN IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS A VIRGIN,
EVEN THE NAME OF THE CONSTELLATION VIRGO, THE
VIRGIN, FROM LATIN.
SHE HOLDS IN HER RIGHT HAND A BRANCH AND IN HER
LEFT HAND SOME SHEATHS OF CORN OR WHEAT SEEDS OR
BARLEY SEEDS.
VARIOUS INTERPRETATIONS GIVEN OF THAT.
AND WE SEE THAT, OF COURSE, IT IS THE SEED OF
THE WOMAN, THAT IS THE VIRGIN WHO WILL CONCEIVE
AND BRING FORTH A CHILD, AS ISAIAH TELLS US,
"BEHOLD, A VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND SHALL BRING
FORTH A SON."
THAT HER SEED WILL PRODUCE THIS.
AND FURTHERMORE, A BRANCH.
WE READ IN ZECHARIAH, "FOR BEHOLD, I WILL BRING FORTH
MY SERVANT, THE BRANCH."
AND IN ZECHARIAH 6:12, "BEHOLD THE MAN WHOSE NAME
IS THE BRANCH."
AND THEN IN ISAIAH 4:2, "THE BRANCH OF JEHOVAH
SHALL BLOSSOM PROSPEROUSLY."
THAT HE IS THE SERVANT, HE IS A MAN, HE IS GOD.
HE IS THE MAN-GOD SERVANT JESUS, WHO HAS COME.
I HOPE, THAT AS YOU GO OUT ON A GIVEN NIGHT AND LOOK
UP AT THE GLORIES OF THE STARRY SKIES, THAT YOU
WILL BE MORE IMPRESSED THAN EVER WITH THE
GREATNESS AND WONDER OF OUR GOD.
AND THE MAJESTY OF HIS GRACE AND MERCY.
THE GOOD NEWS, ANNOUNCED EVEN IN THE HEAVENS ABOVE,
IS THAT THE SEED OF THE WOMAN WILL DESTROY THE
SEED OF THE SERPENT AND SAVE HIS PEOPLE.
THIS PROPHECY WAS FIRST ANNOUNCED IN GENESIS
CHAPTER THREE AND WAS FULFILLED IN CHRIST AS HIS
DEATH AND RESURRECTION DEFEATED SIN AND SATAN,
SECURING THE SALVATION OF THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.
IN JUST A FEW MINUTES, WE WILL TELL YOU HOW YOU CAN
OBTAIN ALL OF THESE AMAZING MESSAGES FROM
DR. KENNEDY ON THE GOSPEL IN THE STARS, AND WE WILL
SHOW YOU AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING GOSPEL
PLANISPHERE THAT GRAPHICALLY ILLUSTRATES
THE STORY OF SALVATION IN THE CONSTELLATIONS.
TO SOME, THIS AMAZING STORY OF CHRIST'S ADVENT
SOUNDS LIKE A MYTH FROM ANTIQUITY.
BUT TODAY, EVEN SKEPTICAL ARCHAEOLOGISTS AND
SCHOLARS ARE DISCOVERING HOW MUCH MORE RELIABLE THE
NEW TESTAMENT IS THAN THEY EVER KNEW BEFORE.
IT TRULY IS THE BEST ATTESTED AND MOST
TRUSTWORTHY BOOK OF ANTIQUITY.
OUR OWN DR. JERRY NEWCOMBE HAS MORE.
HOW GOOD ARE THE MANUSCRIPTS ON WHICH THE
NEW TESTAMENT IS BASED?
SOME HAVE SAID THAT THE TEXT HAS BEEN DELIBERATELY
CHANGED.
WE'RE GOING TO LOOK AT THE ACTUAL TEXT THAT HAS
SURVIVED FROM ANTIQUITY.
WE'RE GOING TO TALK TO THE EXPERTS WHO KNOW BEST.
JOIN US ON OUR QUEST FOR THE "FRAGMENTS OF TRUTH."
DR. CRAIG EVANS, A PROFESSOR AT HOUSTON
THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, HOSTS A NEW DOCUMENTARY,
CALLED "FRAGMENTS OF TRUTH," WHICH DEALS WITH
THE ISSUE OF THE NEW TESTAMENT MANUSCRIPTS.
HERE ARE SOME SCENES FROM THIS POWERFUL NEW FILM.
SOME SCHOLARS HAVE ALLEGED THAT THE SCRIBES WHO
COPIED THE NEW TESTAMENT CHANGED THE TEXT
SUBSTANTIALLY, WHETHER UNINTENTIONALLY OR
INTENTIONALLY.
THEIR MISTAKES OBSCURED THE READINGS OF THE
ORIGINAL TEXT TO THE POINT WHERE WE NO LONGER KNOW
WHAT THE ORIGINAL WRITERS WROTE IN THE GOSPELS.
THAT'S A VERY SERIOUS ALLEGATION AGAINST THE
RELIABILITY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT- ESSENTIALLY
THAT SCRIBES SUPPOSEDLY CHANGED THE TEXTS.
THE FILM DOCUMENTS HOW SUCH AN ALLEGATION HAS NO
BASIS IN FACT.
SOME HAVE CHARGED THAT CHRISTIAN SCRIBES AT FIRST
WERE BARELY LITERATE, WELL-MEANING CHRISTIANS
AND NOT PROFESSIONAL SCRIBES.
PEOPLE OFTEN ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW RELIABLE THE NEW
TESTAMENT IS, NOT JUST IN WHAT IT REPORTS BUT DO WE
ACTUALLY EVEN HAVE THE NEW TESTAMENT AS IT WAS
ORIGINALLY WRITTEN?
SO SOME PEOPLE SAY, FOR EXAMPLE, WELL, THERE MAY
HAVE BEEN A NICE PRISTINE EARLY VERSION OF THE
GOSPEL OF MARK, BUT HASN'T IT BEEN SORT OF SOUPED UP,
BEEFED UP OVER THE CENTURIES?
HASN'T JESUS BEEN TURNED FROM AN INNOCENT JEWISH
RABBI INTO SOMEONE WHO CLAIMS TO FORGIVE SIN?
WELL, ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS THEORY IS THAT
WE'RE VERY, VERY HARD-PRESSED TO FIND ANY
MANUSCRIPT WHERE WE CAN SEE THAT A SCRIBE HAS,
WITH ANY CONSISTENCY AT ALL, CHANGED THE TEXT,
WHETHER IN AN ORTHODOX DIRECTION OR AN UNORTHODOX
DIRECTION.
MANUSCRIPTS, OF COURSE, WERE COPIES MADE BY HAND.
ALL COPIES OF ANY WRITING NEW TESTAMENT OR OTHERWISE
PRIOR TO THE GUTENBERG PRESS IN 1456 HAD TO BE
MADE BY HAND.
WRITING EVERYTHING OUT BY HAND ALWAYS INTRODUCES THE
POSSIBILITY OF VARIANTS- TINY VARIATIONS FROM ONE
TEXT TO ANOTHER, SUCH AS SPELLING DISCREPANCIES.
THE VAST MAJORITY OF THESE VARIANTS CANNOT EVEN BE
TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH.
THE MANUSCRIPTS WE HAVE OF THE NEW TESTAMENT, THERE'S
5700 MANUSCRIPTS IN GREEK, THERE'S OVER 10,000 IN
LATIN, THE OTHER ANCIENT VERSIONS, GEORGIAN,
ARMENIAN, SERIATE COPTIC.
99% OF THE VARIANTS THAT WE HAVE, EITHER CANNOT BE
TRANSLATED, OR THEY DON'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE.
THE NEW TESTAMENT CONTAINS SEVERAL THOUSAND LINES OF
TEXT, HOW MANY LINES OF TEXT ARE POSSIBLY IN
QUESTION?
AND OF THOSE LINES OF TEXT IN QUESTION, WHAT DO WE
KNOW ABOUT THEM?
TEXT CRITIC GREAT BRUCE METZGER REMARKED THERE
WERE ONLY 40 LINES OUT OF 20,000 WHERE THERE WAS ANY
DOUBT AT ALL ABOUT HOW IT SHOULD ORIGINALLY READ.
AND THOSE 40 LINES DON'T INVOLVE ONE SINGLE,
SIGNIFICANT CHRISTIAN TEACHING.
RECENT ARCHEOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES HIGHLIGHTED BY
THE FILM, "FRAGMENTS OF TRUTH," PROVE THAT ANCIENT
PAPYRI COULD SURVIVE FOR CENTURIES INSTEAD OF
DECADES, WHICH IS WHAT SCHOLARS PREVIOUSLY HELD.
AND SO THIS IDEA THAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT PAUL ORIGINALLY
WROTE IN HIS LETTERS OR WHO KNOWS WHAT THE GOSPEL
WRITERS ORIGINALLY SAID ABOUT JESUS, THERE'S NO
FOUNDATION FOR THAT KIND OF SKEPTICISM.
THIS HAS BEEN COMMENTED ON, FRED WISSE, LONG-TIME
PROFESSOR AT YALE, REMARKED ONE TIME THAT THE
STABILITY OF THE GREEK NEW TESTAMENT TEXT IS SUCH
THAT HE CONSIDERED IT NOTHING LESS THAN A
MIRACLE.
OVER THE CENTURIES, THE SCRIPTURES THAT PROCLAIM
THE GOSPEL STORY HAVE HELD UP THROUGH ALL MANNER OF
SKEPTICAL INQUIRY.
AND THE SCRIPTURES RECORD THE STORY THAT GOD
ORDAINED THE SENDING OF HIS SON TO DIE FOR OUR
SINS.
THIS IS THE MAJESTY AND THE GRACE OF CHRISTMAS.
AND THE HEAVENS ABOVE ALSO PROCLAIM THIS STORY, WHERE
WE SEE THAT GOD CREATED THE STARS, NUMBERED EACH
ONE, AND ORDERED THEM IN THE HEAVENS.
AND THAT DIVINE ORDERING BEARS A POWERFUL AND
UNMISTAKABLE WITNESS TO THE COMING CHRIST.

CHRISTMAS IS A SPECIAL TIME OF THE YEAR, AS WE
CONSIDER THE AWESOME GRACE OF GOD IN SENDING THE VERY
PRINCE OF PEACE FOR US.
ON THE NIGHT OF HIS BIRTH, THE ANGEL PROCLAIMED:
"PEACE ON EARTH AND GOOD WILL TO THOSE, ON WHOM HIS
FAVOR RESTS."
EVEN THOUGH WE SEE THE WORLD AROUND US DEVASTED
BY SIN, CHRISTMAS IS THE SHINING REMINDER THAT GOD
DID NOT CREATE IT THAT WAY AND THAT THE COMING OF THE
CHRIST CHILD WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE
RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS.
IN OUR OWN NATION, WE SEEM TO BE STANDING AT AN
HISTORICAL JUNCTURE, WITH POLITICAL DISCORD AND
VIOLENCE NOT SEEN SINCE THE TURBULENT DECADE OF
THE 1960S.
WHY NOW?
WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF ALL THESE CONFLICTS?
C.S. LEWIS WAS PERHAPS THE GREATEST CHRISTIAN WRITER
OF THE 20TH CENTURY.
THIS WHAT HE SAID ABOUT A SEEMINGLY CHAOTIC WORLD:
WHAT LEWIS CALLS "SABOTAGE" IS OUR OWN
STAND FOR TRUTH AGAINST THE DIVISION AND HATED
WROUGHT BY THE KING OF THIS WORLD, SATAN.
ONE SHINING EXAMPLE OF THAT TRUTH LIVED OUT
OCCURRED DURING WORLD WAR ONE AT CHRISTMASTIME ON
THE GREAT BATTLEFIELDS OF EUROPE.
FOR A FEW SHORT HOURS, BATTLE-WEARY MEN EMERGED
FROM THE TRENCHES ON BOTH SIDES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR
COMMON BOND IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.
THEY SANG CHRISTMAS CAROLS TOGETHER, THEY EXCHANGED
SOME MODEST GIFTS, AND EVEN PLAYED A LITTLE
SOCCER TOGETHER.
IN THE MIDST OF GREAT DIVISION, THAT IS THE
UNIFYING POWER OF CHRIST.
AS CHRISTIANS, WE HAVE THE TRUE HOPE THAT ONE DAY THE
REIGN OF CHRIST THE KING WILL EXTEND NOT ONLY TO
THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN HIM, BUT WILL
EXTEND TO ALL THE EARTH.
AND THE WHOLE WORLD WILL BE FILLED WITH THE
KNOWLEDGE OF THE LORD.
WHEN THAT HAPPENS, WE WILL TRULY SEE "PEACE ON EARTH
AND GOOD WILL TO MEN."

THAT TRANSFORM.
WE'LL SEE YOU NEXT TIME.
NEXT WEEK ON TRUTHS THAT TRANSFORM.
CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT THESE EVENTS TOOK PLACE
NOT ONLY BY A BLIND UNINFORMED FAITH
BUT BECAUSE THEY WERE HISTORICAL FACTS.
A VIRGIN BIRTH I BELIEVE IS A FACT AND NOT ONLY A
FACT BUT A FOUNDATIONAL FACT OF OUR FAITH.
THAT'S NEXT WEEK.

FCPX 10min Crash Course | 파컷 딱 10분 안에 뽀개기 - Duration: 10:07.
hello youtube welcome to JuwonFilmschool I am Yong D today I am going to do a
Final Cut Pro X crash course in 10 minutes
it is going to be super easy for
you and ultra difficult for me because it's nearly impossible for me to cover
the whole thing from import to export in 10 minutes I'll do my best and there is
no time to waste let's get started library event project before we begin
you need to understand the file management system in Final Cut Pro X
there are 3 things to remember library event project let's think of a library
as a library and a project as a book what stands in between this library and
the book may be a bookshelf so a bookshelf can be an event a Final Cut
Pro library can have multiple bookshelves events and each event can
have as many books projects as possible library event project whenever you start
a new editing session I recommend that you open a new library because it is the
safest way to manage your data now launch the Final Cut Pro X welcome to
Final Cut Pro X click this icon and create a new library type the name of
your library and hit enter it will automatically create an event a
bookshelf now we are going to fill up the Shelf the event with a book which is
a project press command N now you can see the project settings menu write down
the name of the project it looks complicated but there are only two
things to consider one resolution two frame rate thank god I've already
covered these two in other episodes if you're not familiar with these terms
please check out the other videos and then come back here I'll wait
I'll choose 1080p and 23.98 frames per second which is basically 24 P if
you're working with a smart phone you need to choose 29.97
instead of 23.98 because the default frame rate of
a smart phone is 30 frames per second I talked about this in this episode other
than these two you don't need to change anything for now are you done
good it's time to import the files I want you to pay attention to this
because it's gonna be a little bit tricky to understand once you import
files in the right place in the right manner everything will go smoothly hit
command I and see what happens another scary window pops up I know you want to
close it down here and then never think about this frightening software ever
again but not today I am here with you I'll make it easy for you again there
are only two things to think about one files two transcoding I'll tell you
what they are when you import your file let's say from a SD card you can leave
those files inside of the SD card or you can copy them to your library which is
located in your hard drive what are you talking about you can't start editing on
your SD card you've got to move them to your library which is located in your
hard drive but if you're used to store your original video files in a separate
hard disk you don't need to move them into your library because it'll only
take up more storage space the next one is transcoding I guess it will be the
most difficult part in today's episode every camera has its own language and
therefore their video files are written in different languages however Final Cut
Pro X likes to translate all those different video files into one simple
language which is Prores 422 we call these languages codec by the way
by clicking this option you allow Final Cut Pro X to translate it to Prores 422
there are two option let's name the upper one as heavy Prores the lower one
as light Prores if you choose heavy one you will have a very smooth editing
experience without a single drop frame but it will take considerable amount of
time to render in the mean time the file size will be dramatically increased if
you click the light one you won't be spending too much time rendering but the
resolution of the video will be decreased while you're editing
it doesn't affect the final video though you're not exporting proxy video unless
you choose to do so personally I don't create optimized
media I've been working with canon g7x galaxy s 8 and 9 and canon 80D sony
action cam but I didn't have a single problem working without optimized media
on the other hand proxy media can be very handy especially when you're
working with 4k files because proxy is light and small in fact you can
transcode those files whenever you want to so let's not worry about it too much
let's start importing time to play with timeline
this is timeline where all the fun things happen there are three shortcuts
to remember repeat after me I, O, and E
skim through imported video file and hit I where you want to stop the cut and then go to the
point where you want to end the cut hit o
I means in, o means out and then press E
see what happens yes the clip went into the timeline that's it let's try it one
more time i/o and E every time you press E the video clip is going to be added at
the end of the timeline it's time to learn another set of shortcuts command B
option brackets I use these every day I can't live without them if I press
command B it splits the clip and if I hit option bracket it removes the
frames before the cursor or after the cursor
if you play with these three shortcuts you will get the idea
Final Cut Pro always makes the video clips stick together whenever you cut
the clips it works like a magnetic so it is called
magnetic timeline to some people working with magnetic timeline is such an
excruciating experience if you don't like the way it works you can start
working with secondary timeline secondary timeline click the video clip
and then press option command upper arrow can you see where it goes it went
up to the secondary timeline if you bring them all up
the magnetic loses its power if you bring them all down the magnetic will
work as usual if you're a beginner editor I recommend that you start
working with the magnetic timeline because it will make things way faster
once you get used to it now there are two things to cover transition
click this icon you will see a lot of transitions simply click the transition
you like and then drag and drop it that will create a transition beautiful
command plus and minus will zoom in and zoom out by the way if you click at the
end of the gray area you can change the speed of the transition effect ok it's
time to explore exporting press command e you're no longer afraid of these
pop-up windows aren't you all you need to take care of is settings menu click it
to tell you the truth I use another app to compress my files for YouTube
because there is a better way to compress my video files while I minimize
the quality loss wait a second how long did I spend so far we're running out of
time I'll just show you how I do format video and audio video codec you know
what codec is right Prores 422 HQ that's it click Next and choose where
you want to store the file I'll choose desktop now we're done with
the Final Cut Pro X bye bye Final Cut Pro X
compressing check out the exported file and see how massive the file size is
this happens when you encode your video with prores 422 codec you can't
upload this file on youtube to compress it
I use this handbrake app you can download it for free open the app and
load the file and just check out the picture settings make sure it is 1920 by
1080 that's good close the pop-up window and start
encoding this app is a compressor it encodes my video with a specific codec
in this case h.264 it is very efficient and universal codec there is a
strange-looking bar here it's where you can change the compression rate if you
reduce the number the quality of the video will get better but you will end
up having a big file I think 15 to 20 is alright you won't be able to see a big
difference even if you try 10 or 5 now let's see how small it became there is a
big difference in file size but you won't notice huge difference in image quality
finally we made it that's the end of it I hope this can help you guys if you
like this please hit like and don't forget to subscribe to JuwonFilmSchool

Mosassauro (VS) Titanboa | Mosasauro against Titanoboa - Duration: 6:04.
Welcome to The Legend
The 3.0 update started Hi, welcome to another video today.
I will do battle between Muses Auro against the titanoboa then which reptile will win
this fight Leave your license and sign up.
glass titanoboa was a kind of prehistoric snake who lived
right after the dinosaur era that could measure between 13 and 15 meters
length Some say that it was the largest
snake that once inhabited planet earth but of course there is evidence and
records that in the 20th century and in the 21 snakes were found that
could reach up to 50 meters from longer as this fact was not
we will have to accept that the largest snake ever recorded
is the anaconda that can exceed the nine meters in length the weight of the
titanoboa could reach up to ton is a thousand kilos its width was
of more than one meter the pressure that the crushing force of the
titanoboa could do was 180 pounds per square centimeter or
was a strong and powerful serpent there are scientific studies that it could
defeat a tyrannosaurus rex but it is clear and only scientific theories
or simulations carried out by scientists renowned and technical simulations
performed in computer or simulation we can see she could curl up
in the Tyrannosaurus' body and killing him by asphyxiation but also the
tyrannosaurus could grab the head of the titanoboa and could kill her with her
jaw because he has up to six tons of pressure or both and type
tie between the two gigantic reptiles she hunted huge crocodiles and some
giant tortoises without mentioning that when company was too close to the
pond or a river where it was waiting was fatal
just like anacondas and boa constrictors do. modern attack their prey and kill them
by means of asphyxia to titanoboa is class s
Now let's go to the second fighter of this battle the terrible mosasauro musa saulo
means the pink river lizard was a species of marine giant reptile that
lived in the Cretaceous period and cassava large marine reptiles including
animals of their own kind its size was 15 meters
there are those who defend that this animal could reach up to 20 meters
length reaching the same size as the Your weight was very high.
exceeded six tonnes his bite was very strong and could
the powerful bite of the tyrannosaurus its class era class
s in a confrontation with a megalote the only
disadvantage in your fight would be to use would need to return to the surface
to breath This would be fatal because megalodon ti
take this chance and attack in your belly or on your neck and a
bite of the megalote reached 20 tons as saulo and other words
was one of the largest lizards ever to live in our world now we go to the confrontation
mosasaurus force very high could if you were contemporary in your
up to a megalote speed with would easily surpass
a human being at high speed damage his jaw force was extremely
able to overcome the force of aggressive tyrannosaurus bite
was so aggressive that it could even attack members of their own species
the categorization I categorized as the saulo as rank s
the upper class now let's end titanoboa
strength was enormous being able to defeat even a tyrannosaurus rex and its attack
consists of killing its victims was asphyxiated and his pressure was 180
kilos per centimeter speed such if he were fast enough to hunt and
kill even huge crocodiles of his time
the extremely high aggressiveness being capable of crushing its victims with a
enormous force and this also includes giant crocodiles damage being able
to kill the fourth largest predator ever lived only by pressing his body
with a force of 180 kilos per inches and now I'll give you the
result and in this case the result would be tie is for two reasons
first reason would be that titanoboa could end the fight if by chance
rolled into the saa muse and thus killing by asphyxiation and could also kill him
drowned because he could not climb to the surface to breathe and second
which is why I believe it would give tie and that saulo is used to reach
titanoboa with all speed and strength could cut titanoboa in half and
then ending the fight In this case the fight would be decided like this.
in this case there would be one point for each Thank you for your attention until the next

UFC news: Dana White told to 'shut the F*** up' over Chuck Liddell claims - Duration: 14:13.
UFC news: Dana White told to 'shut the F*** up' over Chuck Liddell claims That is the view of Golden Boy Promotions boss Oscar De La Hoya, who launched a scathing attack on the president. The two disagreed about the best interests of MMA fighter Chuck Liddell, who last weekend, was knocked out by fellow rival Tito Ortiz in their trilogy fight.
The fight was promoted by Golden Boy - but White believes Liddell should have retired years ago. "Dana is so small and threatened by our success with DAZN and now in MMA that he is bringing up news from a decade ago to try to stay relevant," De La Hoya told. "Boxing has entirely rejected him. And, MMA fighters are now realising they don't have to risk their lives just so he can get rich. "Golden Boy and I are moving forward and are bigger than ever.
Dana should shut the f**k up and try to figure out how to save his own company." White had previously had his say about the situation. "People even think I'm remotely bad mouthing Chuck Liddell, but the reality is - first of all, I heard last week the c***head 'Oscar De La Weirdo' is talking shit that I don't have any place to tell guys when to retire," the UFC boss ranted. .
"First of all, it's called 'friendship' you f**king c***head. " Liddell previously fought for the UFC and was involved in many of their events - solidifying himself as a pioneer of the sport. White believes that Liddell had no business being in the octagon against Ortiz. "I've been friends with Chuck Liddell for 20 years and the reality is that Chuck Liddell retired when he should have retired, eight, nine years ago, however long it was," White said. "And Chuck Liddell's almost 50 years old and has no business fighting anymore. The fact that the state of California even let that fight happen is disgusting.
Disgusting." The two have been back and forth before, when Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fought back in August 2017 - a fight that was said to have affected the promotion of the Golden Boy-promoted Canelo/GGG fight a month later. De La Hoya was massively opposed to the star-studded boxing event that involved McGregor. The Mexican boxing legend said the fight was "bad for boxing". Related articles:Conor McGregor mocked by Khabib for tapping at UFC 229: You should fight to the end.
Nurmagomedov successfully defended his lightweight title against his predecessor at the summit of the 155lbs division last month in the main event of UFC 229. Russia's first UFC belt holder dominated the contest from the outset, though he did relinquish the third round to 'The Notorious'. Nurmagomedov closed the show three minutes into the fourth round,.
Given the immense bad blood and animosity between the fighters and their respective camps, which still lingers, one would assume that Nurmagomedov would have been delighted to have made McGregor quit. However, that wasn't the case for the Dagestan native, who was somewhat frustrated by the outcome. "When he tapped out I was disappointed," Nurmagomedov said.
"Let me explain why, because when you have a worthy opponent it's really nice. It feels good to fight your opponent. "He had so many thousands of people who flew in and came to support him. "You shouldn't tap out. You should fight to the end. "After so much preparation I think it is unworthy. There should be some closure. I had this kind of frustration." Nurmagomedov hasn't spoken to McGregor since trash talking him during their multi-million-pound bout.
The 30-year-old was surprised he didn't receive the same treatment from the Irishman, saying: "Yeah we didn't talk. I talked in the normal way, you saw that. "He, I don't know, maybe he forgot his tongue at home because he didn't talk much. He was unwilling to talk and unwilling to compromise.
"I talked to him and well he said, 'It's only business.' But I did not seem him after the fight." Nurmagomedov's future, as well as McGregor's, is currently unknown as the pair are awaiting punishment from the Nevada State Athletic Commission for their parts in the mass brawl which followed 229's main event.
Both men are serving temporary suspensions and are scheduled to appear before the NSAC on December 10. And until the duo are reprimanded for their actions, the UFC won't make any decisions on the future of the lightweight division. "We're on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's time now," White told Express Sport during the UFC 230 post-fight press conference. "We're waiting until November.
Whenever that thing is. "And when that thing plays out, then we'll know where we sit and then we'll know what's next." He added: "Conor and I talked for an hour last week. 'I would love an immediate rematch, I want to fight him again. Related articles:UFC 232: Jon Jones takes aim at critics ahead of return, slams 'cheater' claims.
Jones failed his final pre-fight drug test ahead of his UFC 214 showdown with Cormier, which he won via a devastating third round knockout. The screening discovered traces of the banned anabolic steroid Turanibol in the former light-heavyweight champion's system, which resulted in his victory being overturned to a no contest and the 205lbs title being returned to Cormier.
Jones was initially staring down the barrel of a four-year suspension from the United States Anti-Doping Agency, the minimum sanction for a second-time offender, but was. The arbitrator ruled that the amount of the banned agent in Jones' system, which was one trillionth of a gram, indicated that the New York native 'was not intentionally cheating'.
Despite being exonerated of any wrongdoing in both of his anti-doping cases, the first of which saw him test positive for the prohibited anti-estrogen agents Hydroxy-clomiphene and Letrozole after taking a tainted sexual-enhancement pill, many still believe Jones has cheated in the past. Jones has no issue with his detractors pointing outing out he twice had banned agents in his system but takes umbrage with the nation that he knowingly took performance-enhancing drugs. "My last situation was a terrible situation.
Steroid allegation type of things," 'Bones' said during a recent appearance on ESPN's First Take. "Wasn't an allegation, I did have trace amounts of steroids in my body. "Thank goodness USADA went through the whole process to prove my innocence. Through science, we were able to prove that there was a very trace amount of steroids in my body.
"One of the people said, 'The amount of steroids in Jon's body was like taking a pinch of salt and throwing it into an Olympic-sized swimming pool.'" To this day, Jones still don't know exactly how the anabolic steroid metabolite got into his system. He added: "We have no clue how it got into my body. "We did everything in our power to figure out how it got into my body, where this came from.
"I spent thousands and thousands of dollars through all this testing to get supplements tested, and we were still not able to figure out where it came from." Many of Jones' peers, most notably Cormier, haven't been afraid to label the youngest champion in UFC history a 'cheater'. The claims of his rivals don't at all bother 31-year-old Jones, who is adamant he's been a clean fighter throughout his career. "I know in my spirit that I've never cheated the sport," he said.
"Like I said, USADA was able to prove that it was such a trace amount that it had no effect on my performance. "I've always passed every drug test. "I am the best fighter in the sport, I've always been the best fighter in the sport.
So I should perform exactly the way that I always (have)." Jones returns to the Octagon next month in the main event of UFC 232, where he'll r. UFC 232 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on December 29 and also features a champion-versus-champion bout between women's bantamweight and featherweight titleholders Amanda Nunes and Cris Cyborg.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference, the star said "anything can happen" in terms of a reconciliation with Irish fighter Conor McGregor. However, Khabib Nurmagomedov claimed he did not regret his actions at the end of the October iconic fight. He said: "Well, we did not have some sort of a dialogue.
But I spoke to him, in a normal manner, you could see it yourself. But he, I do not know, maybe he forgot the language or whatever. But he was not showing interest to talk. "In the future, we will have to keep it together, neither jump in the octagon, nor jump out of it. I hope something like that will never happen again neither to me nor to our team. "I cannot use his manner of speaking, use such words, such a dirty language.
"I said that I would have shown myself on October 6, I showed myself. When it comes to what you suggested [friendship with Connor McGregor] anything can happen." McGregor challenged Nurmagomedov for the lightweight title he was relieved of in April last month in the main event of UFC 229.
"The Notorious'' bid to become a two-time 155lbs champion . A few hours after losing the biggest fight in UFC history, McGregor expressed his desire for a shot at redemption on Twitter. The fight ended with a huge fight between Khabib's team members and McGregor in the octagon. After being attacked by friends of Khabib, McGregor opted not to press charges.
On the fight, Khabib said: "If I had ten tries to do it once again, I would do it. I do not go back on my actions and I am not going to retract. But, in any case, as a person who would look at it from the outside, I would say, I do not support it. "If you ask me whether I would do it again, yes, I would do it without any hesitation." McGregor and Nurmagomedov are both serving temporary suspensions and are due to appear before the commission on December 10.
Ireland's first UFC belt holder reiterated his eagerness to exact revenge on Nurmagomedov last month in an hour-long phone call with White, though he did state he's willing to face one of the other top contenders in the lightweight division if the promotion decides against giving him a rematch.
A second bout between McGregor and Nurmagomedov would bring the UFC yet another huge pay-per-view event given the animosity between the fighters and their respective camps, which led to a mass brawl ensuing moments after the culmination of their grudge match. UFC president Dana White has insisted he isn't 'thinking about' booking a rematch between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor at this moment in time.
Mr White won't make a decision on a potential rematch until the pair are punished by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. "I don't know if the immediate rematch happens because we got to see what the Nevada State Athletic Commission hands down in December when that hearing happens," White told ESPN. "So I'm not even thinking about that, I'm thinking about possibilities in the future." "But, right now, not even worth thinking about until we find out what happens in Nevada.".

Gordon Ramsay's Top 10 Famous Dishes - Duration: 13:51.
Most people who know Gordon Ramsay, know him as the angry chef who yells at people, swears
a lot and is never happy with anything. But Gordon Ramsay is actually a really friendly
guy with a real passion for food. All he wants to do is teach people how to make better food
on their own. So whether you're a gourmet wannabe or novice chef why not take a shot
at these top 10 famous Gordon Ramsay dishes.
Chef Ramsay's Fish Cakes with Anchovy Dressing
There's an episode of Kitchen Nightmares, where Gordon Ramsay finds himself in a struggling
restaurant that serves fish cakes as one of its main dishes. Ramsay quickly notes that
these fish cakes, served from frozen, are flavorless, and have no visual flair to make
people want to eat them. After all, a fish cake can be a beautiful thing, full of color
and flavors that all compliment each other perfectly. It only makes sense, then, that
Gordon Ramsay would share his recipe for fish cakes, along with an anchovy dressing. These
fish cakes combine the delicious flavors of both fresh salmon and smoked haddock, along
with lemon, thyme, and parsley, with potatoes and bread crumbs to create fish cakes that
are both light and packed with flavor. As for the anchovy dressing, Ramsay combines
marinated anchovies with capers, parsley, and shallots to create a bright, acidic dressing
to perfectly compliment the milder and more hearty flavor of the fish cakes. Most people
might be turned off the idea of a cake made of fish, as well as a dressing made with anchovies,
but when it comes to cooking something delicious, you just have to trust the expert.

Gordon Ramsay's Roast Chicken
A good roast chicken is one of the most common meals in the world. It's delicious, hearty,
and always welcome at any dinner table, even among the pickiest eaters. However, despite
its popularity, few people really know how to make a really, truly great roast chicken.
While it can be tricky to get every part of the process exactly right, there are some
great recipes out there that will give you the basics you need for roasting the perfect
chicken every time. One of those recipes happens to belong to Gordon Ramsay. Obviously, a chef
with as much experience under his belt as Ramsay would have a roast chicken recipe,
and you can trust that it's going to be great, as long as you follow the steps in his recipe
and make sure you use the best, freshest ingredients. Ramsay's roast chicken is actually deceptively
simple, utilizing just a few extra ingredients to highlight the real star of the show: the
chicken. The recipe also includes a chickpea stuffing which helps to enhance the flavor
of the bird. Overall, roast chicken is a recipe that anyone should be able to make and using
Gordon Ramsay's recipe is sure to impress people.
Gordon Ramsay's Herb Omelette
Knowing how to make an omelet is another essential skill to have in the kitchen. After all, there
might not be a more popular breakfast item than a well-made omelet. Omelets are also
great because they demand customization. You can put almost any food item you can think
of in an omelet and it is going to taste amazing. So it only makes sense that as a professional
chef, Gordon Ramsay has made his share of omelets. One of the best ones he has ever
produced actually happens to be very simple. It's also a good way to learn some good omelet
techniques. For Gordon Ramsay's version of this amazingly easy and somehow impressive
breakfast dish, all you need are eggs, tomatoes, and whichever herbs you like best (Ramsay
recommends parsley, chervil, and chives). The best thing about this omelet is that it
is tasty and vegetarian, so if you have friends that don't eat meat this is a great option
to make for them. The key to making a good omelet, besides breaking a few eggs, is practice.
Omelets are famously tricky because of the flipping, but really when it comes down to
it, it's a skill that's easy to master and so good to have in your back pocket. Mastering
an omelet can lead to other great culinary works like a frittata or even a great quiche.
Meatball Subs the Ramsay Way
A meatball sub is practically the perfect sandwich, isn't it? What's not to love about
these hearty, filling, and delicious sandwiches? First, you've got good, solid meatballs, which
are always a winner. After all, who doesn't love meat in spherical form? No one, that's
who. Next, you have rich, delicious tomato sauce. It's practically a given that tomato
sauce will make almost anything taste better right away. Don't believe us? Eat a bowl of
plain noodles then tell us what they're missing. Then, you have cheese. What can we
say about cheese besides the fact that it makes everything way, way better? Cheese is
the lifeblood of any dish. It's the blanket that is laid on top of the bed of flavors.
It just makes life worth living. Finally, one of the most underrated components of any
sandwich, the bread. A good crusty roll can be the make or break moment of any meatball
sub. If you've never tried to make your own and have only ever gotten meatball subs from
Subway, then you absolutely have to try making Gordon Ramsay's version of a meatball sub.
Not only does his recipe tell you how to make meatballs from scratch, but it will also help
you to understand what makes a meatball great and how to properly cook them to get the best
flavor profile.
Chef Ramsay's Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Trying to find new things to make for dinner can be a difficult task. Often, people will
end up resigned to eating the same things over and over again, simply because they are
cheap, easy to make and do the job of filling their belly. However, no human can eat the
same thing day in and day out and be truly happy. Variety is the spice of life, and trying
new recipes to incorporate into your weekly routine is a great way to break out of a dietary
rut. You need look no further than the recipes of Gordon Ramsay, as he is a man who knows
how to make even simple dishes taste amazing. One thing that he makes that would be a great
recipe to have in your own repertoire is stuffed pork tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is a great
cut of meat: it is tender juicy, and actually relatively inexpensive. There are so many
things you can do with it, but Ramsay's method of making it with a hearty manchego and membrillo
stuffing is an excellent way to enhance the flavor of the pork while getting some other
great flavors in there as well. This is a great recipe to learn the technique of butterflying
meat for stuffing.
Mini Chocolate Tarts by Chef Ramsay
When it's time for dessert, there's only one way to make everyone happy: chocolate. Whether
it's chocolate cake, ice cream, or even just some good old-fashioned bonbons, it's hard
for people to resist chocolate's siren song. Aside from the classic desserts though, how
can you make chocolate more interesting? What can you do that no one will be expecting?
After all, chocolate cake is usually a winner, but it's played out. Everyone's had enough
chocolate cake by the time they're grown up. They want something different. How can you
give them that? Well, for one thing, you could try Gordon Ramsay's chocolate tarts. That's
right, the famous chef isn't just known for his amazing entrees. He's also known for his
wonderful desserts. After all, Ramsay likes to be versatile, and there's no more versatility
than knowing how to make the perfect meal and topping it off with a great dessert. These
chocolate tarts may take some effort, but the end result will be amazing. Plus, you
can use them as an opportunity to hone your skills with baking. Some people are intimidated
by baking. They figure that they'll get one thing wrong and ruin the whole thing. Well,
the truth is, that can happen, but if you follow the instructions closely and use your
knowledge and focus, you can make something great, and everyone will love it.
Gordon Ramsay's Butter Chicken
Butter chicken is probably one of the most popular dishes in England. There's no reason
why it shouldn't be either. Butter chicken is one of the most delicious and rich meals
you can have. The combination of Indian spices with the rich, creamy tomato sauce combined
with some good basmati rice and maybe some naan on the side makes for one of the most
satisfying meals you can think of. However, there's no reason that you have to call an
Indian restaurant and get this as takeout. Why do that when you can easily learn to make
your own butter chicken at home? Luckily, Gordon Ramsay has a butter chicken recipe
that is absolutely amazing and can really teach you some good lessons about seasoning
and enhancing the flavor of your dishes. This classic dish utilizes a spice blend from India
called garam masala. This spice blend is essential to Indian cooking, so if you find it on the
supermarket shelf, make sure to pick some up. It will last in your cupboard and can
open up so many meal opportunities for you. Another great tip when making this dish is
to make it ahead of time. If you do, then the chicken can have a chance to marinate
in the sauce and pick up a lot more of those flavors. While there are a lot of ingredients,
and it can seem like a daunting task at first, the final product will be more than worth
it.
Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta by Gordon Ramsay
There may be no vegetable more maligned than the lowly brussels sprout. Put it on someone's
plate and you're likely to receive a look of disgust, a wrinkled nose, and a refused
dinner. There aren't many things to make these little mini cabbages any better, but what
if there actually was? Count on Gordon Ramsay to take the vegetable that no one can stand
and make it not only much better but the star of the show. How does he accomplish such a
feat? By doing the one thing that can make any dish better, no matter how bland, boring,
or unappetizing: add bacon to it. Specifically, add pancetta, a fancier type of bacon. This
brussels sprout dish is also accented by chestnuts, which not only add a nice flavor profile,
but also texture. This recipe also utilizes a secret weapon in any dish, one that any
chef should always keep in mind: lemon zest. It's true that most home cooks might not think
about adding lemon zest. After all, it's an ingredient that doesn't get used all that
much in home-cooked recipes, but why not? Lemon zest is the perfect way to add a little
bit of lemon flavor without adding the acidity of lemon juice. It's a good thing to have
in the back of your mind for almost any recipe, be it a meat or a vegetable. Mastering this
recipe will give you the knowledge to make a great side dish in the future, whether it
involves brussels sprouts or not.
Chef Ramsay's Healthy Full English Breakfast
There's no better way to start the day than with a giant breakfast. After all, it can
achieve two goals, depending on what you're planning to do. It can give you a lot of fuel
to accomplish many different things throughout your day, or it can be a great hangover cure.
What you do with a full breakfast is up to you. However, you should always know what
goes into making a big breakfast, especially if you're going to be cooking for other people
(and let's face it, if you have the opportunity to make breakfast for someone, then you really
have to get it right). Luckily Gordon Ramsay has a great recipe for a full English breakfast.
You may not be able to find everything you need for an actual English breakfast unless
you live in England, but learning the basics of making one will help you in making any
breakfast you eat throughout your life. This version of an English breakfast is actually
slightly healthier than the traditional one you may have seen in photos online. It utilizes
back bacon, a cut of bacon with less fat on it, poached eggs, and a portobello mushroom
cap. Despite the lack of greasy bacon and black pudding, you'll still probably be able
to impress someone with this meal, especially if you include the on-the-vine tomatoes that
Gordon calls for.
Beef Wellington the Gordon Ramsay Way
When it comes to dinners that are truly going to impress people, there might not be a more
perfect dish than beef wellington. It might seem like an intimidating dinner to make,
but really, just putting in the effort and listening to some good advice on how to make
it perfect can result in one of the best dishes you might ever serve in your life. Of course,
there's no better source for a good beef wellington recipe than Gordon Ramsay himself. After all,
you have to trust the master when it comes to foods that originated in the UK. Gordon
Ramsay's beef wellington might seem like a more advanced dish for inexperienced cooks,
but there's nothing gained when nothing is ventured. Ramsay's recipe for beef wellington
combines some truly amazing flavors into one incredible dish that's sure to be the hit
of the holiday season or any time you choose to make it. Although, we would suggest making
a dish this hearty in the winter months, as it's the perfect kind of meal to warm you
up from the cold. Beef Wellington, of course, involves wrapping a good cut of beef, in this
case, a nice beef tenderloin, along with a mixture of sauteed mushrooms, thyme, and other
seasonings, and wrapping them up in puff pastry. Ramsay's beef wellington goes a step further
using Parma ham to enhance the other flavors and bring in another protein. His recipe also
includes a red wine sauce, which would be a great way to try your hand at making a pan
sauce for the first time.

on the way up to Glaubenberg I saw many military vehicles
The higher I got, the denser the fog got.
Some cows stood on the streets.
The visibility range was partly under 50 meters.
And with the light rain the sight was not good.
At the afternnon the rain stopped.
I made a hike and relaxed on this litte creek.
The next days promised sunshine.
Lutz and I decided to made a 2 day tour down to Italy.
CAUTION! CAT!
We drove to the south.
Passing the Lake Lungern.
Up to Brünig Pass, over to Grimsel Pass.
We made a stop in Täsch and Zermatt.
After a view to the Matterhorn we drove to the Simplon Pass
