inside of my car so right now as you guys can see I am 89th and Stony Island
and I'm about to flip this around so you guys can see where I am. So I just decided
the funniest thing in the world I got this old iPhone box right...this came from
my iPhone 6 before I upgraded my iPhone. And I was about to get ready and throw
it away because I'm like "let me throw this box away" um sadly but surely
because I do live in Chicago and at the moment I'm like I don't want to
keep leaving this box on the side of the car door because I feel like
that's kind of setting myself up to possibly, you know, somebody to break in
the car thinking is the iPhone in the car but I thought to myself why throw
the Box away mm-hmm when I could do a prank. So I had some
wrapping paper in the trunk y'all can see is sticking out from right there
because I'm wrapping Christmas presents and I decided to rip a little piece on a
wrapping paper off right here. And what I'm going to do is wrap this "gift". Let me
show y'all. So I'm a pretty much wrap this up. I think what I'm going to do is wrap
this iPhone up and trick my mom into thinking that I got her a early
Christmas gift like I couldn't just wait I wanted to give it to her today because
I'm on my way to her house right now. Um and what I'm gonna do y'all it's going to
be funny because my mom got an Android, and she swear up and down like "girl I'm
get me a iPhone one day, girl I'm a get me a iPhone". "Hashtag crown on, level
up baby, boss up".That's how my mom talks, right. So I'm going to be like "girl I'm going to
help you boss up girl". And then I'm going to give her the iPhone and record her
reaction. So I'm going to wrap this up I'll be back to show you guys when I wrap it

Top 10 New Photo and Video Gear Releases of 2018 | BorrowLenses.com - Duration: 5:21.Hey there I'm Tom. And I'm Javi. It's New Years Eve and that means we're gonna go
through our top ten photo and video gear releases of 2018. Let's count them down.
The Fuji X-H1. The first in the X-series lineup to
offer five axis in-body stabilization. The X-H1 has a blazing fast processing
engine for overall speed increases in autofocus, continuous shooting and,
interval shooting. On top of that you have a deep grip crowned by a large LCD
monitor that displays main settings as well as detailed exposure information.
For video shooters, you get DCI 4k at 24 frames per second at 200 Mbps for up to
15 minutes. Not to mention Fuji's F-log gamma
profile for flexibility in post.
The Nikon 180-400mm f/4E TC1.4
AF-S FI ED VR Lens. The lens with as many names as it's got functions.
The autofocus is fast and accurate with an updated algorithm that catches subjects
more quickly even at the edges of the frame. Without being too heavy, It gives
you a built-in extender which, at the flip of a weather-sealed switch, gives
you a 252-560mm. It's also got a fast and quiet pulse motor that
uses "stepping motor" technology to keep the lens operating nearly silently.

The Ronin-S is a small, compact stabilizer with an 8 lb. payload capacity which is more
than enough for DSLR and mirrorless cameras and even capable of flying some
smaller cinema packages. It offers 12 hours of battery life and has got the
attention of photographers and videographers alike looking for smooth
footage in a perfectly sized package.
The Canon EOS R.
Canon has made attempts at mirrorless, but this time around, they went full force and dropped this new
camera body with the brand new RF mount. The EOS R boasts 30.3 megapixels and
thanks to its revised flange distance you've got fast lenses like the 28-70mm
f/2 to look forward to. The EOS R is built for user customization and that
doesn't stop at the body. The new RF lenses all have customizable control
rings. Add the proprietary canon EF-RF adapter and you'll be able to seamlessly
mount EF glass.
The RED Monstro 8K Vista Vision.
At the top of the RED camera lineup the monstro offers 8K at 60 FPS with its larger
than full-frame Vista Vision sensor. It's the largest red sensor yet and boasts
16-bit color with amazing dynamic range. As the name suggests, it's a beast.
The Sony a7 III.
It's a do-it-all camera for generalists and specialists. It's got photo chops, and it's got video chops. Record 4:2:0 8-bit internally,
Or 4:2:2 8- bit via HDMI to an external recorder.
If you're shooting stills, you've got 24.2 megapixels to work with and speed fast enough for sports and wildlife.
If you're looking for a versatile camera, this might just be the one.
The Blackmagic pocket Cinema Camera 4k.
It might be funny looking, but after we spent some time with it, we were very impressed. It's got a new, wider micro
four-thirds sensor, 13 stops of dynamic range and the ability
output uncompressed 12 bit DCI 4k RAW over USB-C. At its crazy low price
point, there's a lot to love about this camera.
The Canon 70-200mm f/4L IS II.
Canon refreshed their two 70-200's, but the f/4 got the real facelift.
With an extra stop of stabilization, updated coatings, a 9-bladed aperture and an
updated processor for faster autofocus. We'll always love the 70-200 f/2.8,
but it's a little sibling gets a spot in our lineup this year.

Least Expensive Properties in Arlington, VA! Top 5 Lowest Priced Homes in Arlington - Duration: 7:11.Ok so today we're doing something a little bit different as we take a look at the top
5 least expensive properties in Arlington, Virginia.
How's it going everyone, Matt Leighton, welcome back to another real estate video
and today we're going to be taking a look at the least expensive properties that sold
in Arlington in 2018.
No usually I show off luxury properties and the high end of the market but I thought it
would be cool to switch it up and show you the most affordable places to live in Arlington.
Now it's important to know that the source for these properties is the Bright MLS which
means that these are the homes that hit the open market and were readily available for
the public to purchase.
There may have been homes off-market that sold for less, we're focusing on those that
were available on the open market.
So with that, let's get started.
Number five on our list is Arlington Heights.
834 South Greenbriar Street unit #6, which comes in at $115,000.
The one bedroom, one bath condo features 610 square feet, granite countertops and all utilities
are included in the condo fee of $383 per month.
You're located right around Columbia Pike in the Arlington Mill neighborhood of south
Arlington.
Number four on our list is River Place in Rosslyn.
Guys I get so many questions about this community.
Let's get to the unit then I will get to the frequently asked questions.
So this studio at 1121 Arlington Blvd unit #203 in the River Place East community sold
for $102,000.
The unit comes in at a grand total of 383 square feet.
If you could just imagine a living room with a small galley kitchen, a closet and a small
bathroom, that just about does it for this unit.
So the question I get about River Place is...Why?
Why is it so cheap?
Why has it been on the market?
Why don't I just buy a few of them and rent them out?
So let me break down a few basic points about river place that will hopefully give you some
insight into the community: It's old.
It was built in the 1950's.
It was originally called Arlington Towers when it was an apartment complex before being
converted into a co-op in 1983.
It's a co-op.
This means that the ownership of the unit is set up differently so you don't actually
own the unit that you buy, but rather you own shares of the company that owns the property.
Financing is more difficult.
Only a few lenders in the area are able to finance in the community so your rate may
be higher and the barriers to entry if you're looking to finance the purchase may be a little
more difficult.
And finally it's on a land lease.
The corporation that owns River Place is leasing the land.
That lease expires in 2052.
Then what happens?
Well nobody knows just yet.
So right now you are able to get a 30 year mortgage, but what about in a few years when
a 30 year mortgage will run past the lease expiration date of 2052?
What happens then?
There's the chance you won't be able to secure a 30 year mortgage in a few years and
if buyers aren't able to buy, sellers won't be able to sell and prices will drop even
more.
I think the one opportunity would be to buy a unit with all cash and then rent it out
for the foreseeable future, but with everything we just covered, it is very hard for me to
recommend this community to my clients.
Moving on to number 3 on our list is Colonial Village 2022 Key Blvd #635 which closed for
$31,200.
Yes, that is the correct figure.
$31,200.
So this is a co-op, not a condo and it's located right next to Wilson Blvd in the Colonial
Village development.
It features 582 square feet, parquet floors and excellent natural light.
So as you may expect at this price point of $30k, there are some strings attached.
First off, you basically have to pay cash.
I don't know of any lenders that would touch this co-op community.
And second off, you can't rent out the unit, meaning you have to be the primary occupant.
And finally the monthly co-op fee is $1,070.
So it's essentially a $30,000 down payment, plus $1,000 every month, for 600 square feet
built in the 1930's.
The location is great but the property limitations are a huge turnoff for a lot of people.
Number 2 on our list will also be at Colonial Village.
1758 Troy Street Unit #669 sold for $28,244.
It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom at 630 square feet.
The kitchen will be slightly larger than the last unit at Colonial Village, but other than
that, we're looking at a pretty basic Colonial Village apartment.
So this unit sold in 5 days, very quickly and what I saw in the listing that I thought
was interesting is they raised the price after 2 days by $94.
How did that conversation go?
Yeah we're getting a lot
of interest, let's raise the price $94.
Ok so that brings us to the number one cheapest property in Arlington that sold and that is
also at Colonial Village.
1750 Troy Street #693 sold for $27,540.
The one bedroom one bath unit comes in at 590 square feet, which is $46/per square feet
for those doing the math at home.
It is a very basic unit at Colonial Village co-op with parquet floors and an outdated
kitchen.
It sold in 6 days at full list price paid for in all cash.
So there you have it, the top five least expensive properties in Arlington that sold.
4 co-ops and 1 condo.
Arlington is known for high real estate prices so I bet you weren't thinking that 3 of
these units would be under $35k.
Of course they do come with strings attached so if it looks too good to be true, there's
probably more aspects about the property that you need to investigate further.

It's one of my favorite videos of all time.
It's actually video content from a Facebook live and an Instagram live that I did, but
it's one of my favorite videos ever.
I created this video to help people who struggle with motivation, who feel like their lack
of motivation is what stops them from getting anything done, and who just in general feel
like motivation is a big struggle for them, which is like most people.
That's probably the number one complaint of my fitness clients is that they don't have
enough motivation to do what they want to do.
So, it's about to be 2019.
It's about to be a new year.
I wanted to give you guys this video to just help inspire you and get you excited for 2019
in setting your goals.

Think a lot of times we think that motivation is like this otherworldly power that some
people possess and other people don't possess, or that we must spend all of our time trying
to capture it, and find motivation, and keep motivation when I really feel like it doesn't
work like that.
I get the question all the time, how do I stay motivated or what do I do when I'm unmotivated?
How do I get motivated?
One thing I definitely want to point out is that motivation is basically an emotion, right?
It's basically an emotion.
Sometimes we feel it and sometimes we don't, just like sometimes we feel angry and sometimes
we feel sad.
It's just basically a feeling.
Motivation, it's unreliable.
It's just a feeling.
It's going to come and go.
Much like other feelings.
Lynette Hoyle: I definitely think that the way that we think about motivation needs to
change.
The truth here is, is that if you're waiting for motivation to hit you before you do anything
that you want to do, you're probably going to be waiting a very long time.
If you're saying, "I can't do something because until I'm motivated," you may never do that
thing because you may never be motivated to do that thing.
So what I'm saying here is you can't rely on it.
You can't say, "I'm only going to do X, Y, and Z when I'm motivated, or I have to wait
until he motivated to go to the gym."
First of all, that's not true.
But also, if you're doing that, it's going to take forever for you to do anything that
you say that you really want to do.
Lynette Hoyle: And also, I should say that if you only put in effort to something, if
you only go to the gym when you're motivated, if you only stick to your diet when you're
motivated, you're going to not really get a good result.
You're going to have very iffy results.
You're going to have a very mixed bag of results.
You're never going to accomplish anything great unless you happen to be motivated every
step of the way there.
But, what are the odds of that?
Very, very, very slim.
Lynette Hoyle: The reason that most people don't have great success with weight loss
goals and fitness goals is because we're relying on motivation.
We're thinking, "I have to wait until I'm motivated," or, "Oh no.
I don't have motivation.
What's wrong?
Something's wrong.
I have to get motivated in order to do X, Y, and Z."
When we do that, we're waiting on something that's just not going to come very easily,
so be prepared for motivation to fail you.
If you're starting a new fitness plan, if you're a building a new business, if you're
super motivated and inspired right now to be doing something new and amazing, just understand
that that motivation is going to leave you.
It is going to leave you hard, and you don't know anyone, and you don't know why, and you
can't just call it up and make come back because it just doesn't work like that.
It's a feeling.
It's a fleeting feeling.
But knowing that is kind of power, right?
Like knowing, okay, motivation's going to come and go so when it leaves and I'm feeling
unmotivated, you're not taken by surprise, right?
Like you don't feel shocked that this is happening to you.
Lynette Hoyle: My advice to you is to have a plan for when motivation fails.
Have a plan for when you have something you know you need to do and you're not feeling
motivated to do it, right?
You know you need to go to the gym four days a week or five days this week.
You know you need to stIck to your diet every day this week to get a certain result.
Know ahead of time that you are going to be unmotivated to do a good amount of that.
Just know that.
Know that that's okay.
That's normal.
The lack of motivation does not mean that you can't still do what you want to do.
Lynette Hoyle: You don't require motivation to do something hard, it just makes that hard
thing easier, right?
It just makes it easier to go to the gym when you're motivated, but motivation's not the
gas in your car that takes you to the gym.
No.
You can go to the gym unmotivated.
It's harder, it's annoying, but you can still do it.
So, reframe your mind about the hard tasks in front of you, whether that's working out,
whether that's getting to the gym X amount of times per week, whether that's eating right,
and understand that thank God for the time that you're motivated because it makes those
tasks easier, but the lack of motivation does not make them impossible.
Lynette Hoyle: This is kind of where you have to decide within yourself.
This is something that's important to me, so no matter what, I'm going to put my best
effort into this.
I'm going to show up.
I'm going to keep pushing past feelings of discomfort because anything amazing is going
to eventually be uncomfortable, right?
Anything that you want to do that's amazing, like amazing stuff is hard.
If it was easy, it wouldn't be amazing.
Everybody would be doing it, so it would no longer be impressive, right?
Lynette Hoyle: Like I said, be prepared for motivation to fail you, and by that I mean
have a plan.
Have a plan of action of what you're going to do when you don't feel motivated, because
the truth is you're rarely going to feel like doing it.
The hard stuff that's a part of your goal, you're rarely going to feel lIke doing the
hard stuff.
You're rarely going to feel like sticking on your diet plan.
You're rarely going to feel like going to the gym.
You're rarely get a feel like most of these things, right?
Lynette Hoyle: I would venture to say that that's probably the reason most diet plans
don't work out because we start a diet plan or fitness plan when?
When we're motivated, right?
When we're like, "I just saw somebody who was super in shape, but I want to be in shape
like them," or we're at the gym, and we have a good workout, and we're like, "You know
what?
I'm going to get back on track.
I'm going to do awesome things.
I'm going to do X, Y, Z."
We make these decisions out of these inspirational feelings, these inspirational motivation and
we just assume, "I'm going to feel like this forever.
I'm going to ... This is going to be so easy.
I'm so excited.
I'm so jacked to do this, whatever thing that I want to be doing."
But if you go into your situation thinking that way, feeling like I am going to be motivated
this whole time and that's how this is going to work out, you're going to fail, and that's
probably why you have failed every single dieting attempt that you failed in the past.
Lynette Hoyle: Think back to every fitness plan, or every workout plan, whatever, whatever,
anything that you've decided to that requires work and effort on a daily basis.
Why did you fail?
Most of the time we lose motivation, so we stop showing up because we assume, even if
it's on a subconscious level, that if I'm not feeling motivated to go to the gym, then
I can't go to the gym because I don't want to go to the gym.
So, we're just waiting like as if we are victim of lack of motivation, waiting for motivation
to show up, thinking, "How do I get motivated?"
That's the question that irritates me.
People ask me, "How do I get motivated?" and I'm like, "I mean it doesn't really matter
if you're motivated.
You can still do this without motivation.
You can still do hard things about motivation if you decide ahead of time this is what I'm
going to do, whether it's easy or hard.
I'm just going to stick to a plan."
Lynette Hoyle: And I don't mean to be so callous as if to pretend like lack of motivation is
easy to work through.
Obviously it's not easy to work through, and that's why we all fall off our diet plans
and our workout plans.
But again, knowing that ahead of time, knowledge is power.
Knowing ahead of time this is eventually going to get hard and having a plan for that, that
is going to help you get past those times where the motivation is light and you feel
like this is not fun anymore.
I'm not excited by this.
I don't have the energy for this, whatever.
Lynette Hoyle: This is something that I say all the time that you have to focus on discipline
rather than motivation.
If you're constantly focused on, "How do I get motivation?
Where can I find motivation?
Can I buy it at the store?
Where can I find it?
I need motivation.
I can't do anything without motivation," you're going to be a mess.
You're never going to follow through on anything because you're going to feel like you're a
victim to lack of motivation and that you can't do anything without motivation, which
just isn't true.
Lynette Hoyle: So much can be done with discipline, if you focus on discipline.
And discipline, if that's just like a weird word to you, it's basically it's just habitual
things that you do that bring you to a desired result.
If you're disciplined about going to the gym, you do it every single day.
I have been so consistent with the gym over time that I have made it a discipline to work
out.
I will work out, whether I feel like it or not, because it's become a discipline.
I no longer require motivation in order to work out because I have disciplined myself
to work out regardless of how I feel, so it always happens.
I don't have to rely on motivation.
I don't have to wait until I feel motivated to go to the gym.
I just go.
Lynette Hoyle: Once you get used to being disciplined, once you get used to having discipline
in an area of your life, it really does kind of carry you through almost lIke motivation
does, right?
You know, you get disciplined in showing up to work on time every day.
Maybe the first few times you had to wake up early for work you were like, "Oh my gosh.
This is terrible.
I hate it."
You keep doing it every day.
You're disciplining yourself to get up early in time for work.
Eventually, it's just like it's no longer a, "Oh, this is miserable.
Oh, this is hard."
It's really just this is what I do.
This is part of my life.
This is a part of what I do on a daily basis, and so the emotions kind of go away from that
situation.
Lynette Hoyle: That's kind of how it is for me.
Just using myself as an example, that's how it is for me at the gym.
I don't even really run myself through the emotions of, "Do I want to work out?
Well, I don't really feel like it right now.
I'm not feeling motivated.
Dang it.
I have to wait till I'm feeling motivated."
Those don't even really run through my head anymore because I've gotten into the discipline
of working out, and you can do that, too.
You really can do this with any area of your life.
Lynette Hoyle: So when you see people who are extremely successful, either in business,
or in their bodies, in fitness, whatever, it's not because they're any more motivated
than you.
It has nothing to do with motivation.
It's not like some people wake up with motivation or are granted more motivation than other
people.
I think a lot of people see where I've become disciplined in my life and assume that I'm
motivated all the time, which is just very, very, very much not the case.
I want to be lazy.
I want to sleep.
I want to sleep all day.
That's all I want to do.
Lynette Hoyle: But, I have realized motivation, it may come and I may feel like, "Yes, let's
do the things.
Let's do everything," and that would be great, but sometimes it doesn't show up and that's
no excuse for me to not still do what I want to do.
You know what I mean?
And again, we're all adults here.
If you don't want to stick to your diet, you're an adult.
You don't have to.
I'm not your boss.
So, that's why discipline is your responsibility.
It's your responsibility, not motivation's responsibility to get you going and get you
doing the things that you want to do.
It is your responsibility to create discipline.
How do you create discipline?
You work it like a muscle.
Lynette Hoyle: You know, the first time that you do heavy squats, it hurts.
You can't lift very much.
It's very difficult, and then you're sore for a few days.
But the more that you do squats, the more reps you can do, the more weight that you
can carry, the heavier the load that you can lift until you get to a point where you can
squat a hundred pounds.
You can squat 200 pounds because you've worked those muscles so frequently that they're very
strong, and they can handle a lot.
Lynette Hoyle: Discipline is very similar.
You have to just work your discipline muscle by being disciplined.
Sometimes that means just dragging yourself to the gym, kicking and screaming internally
with every fiber of your being, being like, "I don't want to be here.
This sucks so much," but you are working your discipline muscle by saying, "You know what?
I'm going to just drag my little baby self up to the gym and I'm going to work out even
though I don't feel like it."
Lynette Hoyle: When you train your body and your emotions to understand that your mind
calls the shots, that you up here get to decide what you're doing and not just let your emotions
free-flowing through the day decide what you're going to do with your life, and your body,
and yourself, your body gets used to it.
Your mind gets used to it to where, like I said, for me, the gym is no longer a struggle.
It used to be.
It used to be a major struggle where working out was so, so hard to me.
But because I practiced that discipline for so long, it got so much easier.
Lynette Hoyle: This can really be applied to any area of your life.
If you're struggling with diet, if you're struggling with getting up early in the morning,
you just have to make yourself do it.
That's the hard truth.
But the more you make yourself do it, the more it's going to become a habit, and it's
going to become a discipline, and it's going to be something that requires so much less
energy from you.
And when stuff requires less energy, it's so much easier to do it without motivation.
That's kind of what I'm getting at, is that now I don't have to be motivated to go to
the gym because it doesn't it even require all of that mental energy from me.

How to Cancel Xbox Live Gold – Stop Auto Renew on Xbox Live Membership and Stop Paying - Duration: 1:25.Cancelling Xbox Live Gold is easy to do but Microsoft doesn't make it necessarily easy
to find where to do it or what happens when you stop payment.
Currently you can't cancel Xbox Live from the regular Settings menu on the console.
It has to be done using a web browser on your computer or with Microsoft Edge on the Xbox
One.
I suggest using a computer and logging into your account at Xbox.com.
From there, click on the Services and Subscriptions tab at the top.
And on this page you'll see the services that you're subscribed to.
In this account Xbox Live Gold is the only thing there.
If you have Xbox Game Pass it will show up here too.
To cancel Xbox Live Gold you'd click where it currently says Turn Off Recurring Billing
and follow the instructions.
What you're doing is stopping future payments for Xbox Live Gold.
At this point your subscription will still be active until the current paid period ends.
It won't cancel your membership right now.
You'll still be able to use all of the Xbox Live features including online gaming and
Games with Gold.
Also you won't get a refund for the time you have left from this point on.
So keep that in mind.
Your subscription will carry out until the end of the period.

And so it seems that Spurs may have to set their targets somewhere else - although they're finding this is a recurring theme
Mauricio Pochettino and co. were linked with a move for Frenkie de Jong over the summer, hoping to make him the latest to leave Ajax for Spurs
But De Jong's form since then has seen his value and reputation skyrocket, with both PSG and Barca now thought to be in pole position once again
It looks like Spurs may have to change midfield targets once again then - and they should probably move quite quickly next time

The Fuji X-H1. The first in the X-series lineup to

Released Right around the time Canon dropped their EOS R, Nikon up the ante with the 25.28 megapixel

Nikon also introduced their S line of lenses designed to be future-proof with
the resolving power to meet even higher resolution sensors.
These lenses are also designed for better management of focus breathing to make
shooting both video and stills easier. Not to mention the FTZ adapter which
will allow users to mount F-glass.
The DJI Ronin-S handheld gimbal.
The Ronin-S is a small, compact stabilizer with an 8 lb. payload capacity which is more
than enough for DSLR and mirrorless cameras and even capable of flying some
smaller cinema packages. It offers 12 hours of battery life and has got the
attention of photographers and videographers alike looking for smooth
footage in a perfectly sized package.
The Canon EOS R.
Canon has made attempts at mirrorless, but this time around, they went full force and dropped this new
camera body with the brand new RF mount. The EOS R boasts 30.3 megapixels and
thanks to its revised flange distance you've got fast lenses like the 28-70mm
f/2 to look forward to. The EOS R is built for user customization and that
doesn't stop at the body. The new RF lenses all have customizable control
rings. Add the proprietary canon EF-RF adapter and you'll be able to seamlessly
mount EF glass.
The RED Monstro 8K Vista Vision.
At the top of the RED camera lineup the monstro offers 8K at 60 FPS with its larger
than full-frame Vista Vision sensor. It's the largest red sensor yet and boasts
16-bit color with amazing dynamic range. As the name suggests, it's a beast.
The Sony a7 III.
It's a do-it-all camera for generalists and specialists. It's got photo chops, and it's got video chops. Record 4:2:0 8-bit internally,
Or 4:2:2 8- bit via HDMI to an external recorder.
If you're shooting stills, you've got 24.2 megapixels to work with and speed fast enough for sports and wildlife.
If you're looking for a versatile camera, this might just be the one.

It might be funny looking, but after we spent some time with it, we were very impressed. It's got a new, wider micro
four-thirds sensor, 13 stops of dynamic range and the ability
output uncompressed 12 bit DCI 4k RAW over USB-C. At its crazy low price
point, there's a lot to love about this camera.
The Canon 70-200mm f/4L IS II.
Canon refreshed their two 70-200's, but the f/4 got the real facelift.
With an extra stop of stabilization, updated coatings, a 9-bladed aperture and an
updated processor for faster autofocus. We'll always love the 70-200 f/2.8,
but it's a little sibling gets a spot in our lineup this year.
