This time,aiming point is coccyx. Soften stiff muscle that is accumulated into above coccyx. Almost low back patient feel pain into side of sacrum.
The cause of low back pain was saying unknown. Many case,stiff muscle relate it. Because that aiming point is start point of hip muscle.
That point can't to soften by stretch. There is need stimulate directly. The stretch etc that not pin point is come out effect hardly.
Self care environment is use the hard chair or use the wall. This self care method is there is 2 kind. Which also do thing is same.
Is fit third joint of index finger into coccyx bone. This explain is little hard. Coccyx bone have sharp point. It is like tail.
At first touch into this part. That place is behind the anus. You can to check that point by touch of fingertip. Do shift only heading for spine little by little from that.
Maybe you can to check hard point of back side. The aiming point is that place. Self care method is to fit into coccyx part with sit down position.
When this,if hit hard part of your pants,move pants position. Please interpose fist by chair and hip. Please move trunk by keep that position
Fist part is fixed and add stimulation in trunk. I recommend to use all finger third joint. I forgot check.
Check muscle thickness by pinch the hip before self care. Almost people has many extra moisture. Person that don't muscle training is so effective.
That effect is to get softness or decrease thickness. Please remember that. Case of use wall,put in fist into gap of wall and body.

You can to check hip thickness be decrease more than last time. That effect is decreasing thickness and be stiff,or be soft and increasing thickness. It is either that. Please check that.
At especially,in first condition is almost be soft and increasing thickness. Because it come out extra moisture into surface. After about 2 days,you will come out deep peeing.
It is cause come out no need thing into body. Your hip thickness will be decrease after that.
