çaresiz bir halde; refah içinde yaşayan işbirlikçi yöneticileri ve zengin tabakları
bizim emirlerimizi bekliyorlar.
Bizimle işbirliği yapanlar, çok yakında yeni dünya hükümetinde kendi bölgelerini
bizim idaremiz altında yönetecekler.
Üçüncü sınıf ülkelerin halkları eğitim düzeylerine göre işçi olarak çalışacaklar,
bizim gibi gelişmiş halklar da bunların üstünde bir hiyerarşi içinde yönetici
olarak görev yapacaklar.
Bu sınıfa giren ülke insanları için cumartesi günleri dışında bütün bayram ve tatil
günleri kaldırılacak ve ancak karınlarını doyurabilecekleri bir maaş karşılığında,
bütün yıl boyunca haftanın altı günü çalışacaklar.
Bizim insanlarımız günün çok az bir kısmını çalışmaya ayıracak ve günün geri kalan
kısmını zevk ve eğlenceyle geçirecekler.
İlk önce bütün bu anlatılanları çok büyük hayaller olarak görmüştüm; ama
diğer ülkelerin durumu aklıma gelince gerçekleşme olasılıklarının olduğunu hesapladım.
Gerçekten de çok az televizyon seyretmeme rağmen savaş ve ayaklanma haberleri gözüme
çarpıyor, açlıktan ve sefaletten sürünen insanları seyrettiğimi hatırlıyorum.
Ve sonuç olarak tüm düşünceleri sizlerin yorumlarına bırakıyorum.
