Youtube daily report Nov 1 2018

(music playing)

Welcome to the FEMA DTS Video Series: Managing Your Task Book.

Task Books are no longer issued physically to responders

and are exclusively managed and maintained through the DTS websites

via the Qualifications Management Portal (QMP).

In this video, we'll show how Responders, known as a Trainee/Candidates in the qualifications process,

manage the Trainings, Tasks and Certifications necessary to complete a Task Book,

select and communicate with Coach/Evaluators, and submit completed Task Books for approval.

Throughout the qualifications process, automated messages are sent for important milestones

such as when a Task Book is modified.

After viewing this video, we recommend that you watch the other instructional videos in this series

on the official DTS YouTube channel.

They're also linked from the Other Information tile on the Responder Portal home page,

along with a library of support documents.

Trainee/Candidates see the position for their open Task Books listed on a tile on their Responder Portal homepage

along with a percentage noting their progress.

Clicking the tile opens a detailed view of the Trainee/Candidate's Task Book information

with listings for their current Trainee/Candidate Position, Task Book completion Target Date,

and the percentage of Trainings and Tasks already completed.

and the percentage of Training, Certifications, and Tasks already completed

along with an overall Completion Percentage.

There are also buttons to add a Comment,

Attach a document to your Task Book,

and send a Message to Coach/Evaluators and Cadre Coordinators.

Below this information, you'll see the dropdowns used to manage Task Books.

Click the dropdown for Coach/Evaluators to see information if you currently have one assigned

including his or her Name, Coach and Evaluator Type, when they were assigned,

the number of Observations they've entered, and the number of Endorsements they've completed.

For this example, let's click the Manage Coach/Evaluators button to select an eligible Coach/Evaluator.

After clicking the button, you'll also see the Instructions dropdown

providing information on the Coach/Evaluator – Trainee/Candidate process.

There are a number of variables that figure into the required environment needed for a Task to be completed

and whether someone is available to be a Coach/Evaluator, including the location of the Coach/Evaluator and Trainee/Candidate,

the Incident Level of a deployment, and the Complexity of a Task.

You'll see that that Available Coach/Evaluators are separated into two dropdowns:

Available Deployed Coach Evaluators who must be on the same deployment

or deployed within five miles of a Trainee/Candidate's Duty Station to be eligible,

and Available Core Competency Task Only Coach/Evaluators

who may only endorse Core Competency Tasks.

A Trainee/Candidate may only have one active Coach and Evaluator relationship at a time.

Choose from the available list of Coach/Evaluators by clicking the Request button beside the person's name

and then Yes in the pop up box.

The Coach/Evaluator will then receive an automated email alerting him or her this request.

Trainee/Candidates receive another automated email once the request is approved.

Cancel this request by clicking the Cancel button that now appears beside the Coach/Evaluator's name.

Coach/Evaluators endorse Trainee/Candidate Tasks through the Coach/Evaluator's own DTS account

where they also monitor Trainee/Candidate progress, add Comments and attach Documents to Task Books,

and send Messages to assigned Trainee/Candidates.

Click the Training dropdown

to see the Code, Name and current Status—Incomplete, Completed, or Waived—

of the Training required for this Task Book.

Again, you can filter the results you see here by checking or unchecking the selection boxes.

The Certifications dropdown will not appear unless the position requires one or more.

Certifications are elements of certain positions that are required but pursued outside of FEMA administration

like a CDL driver's license.

Behaviors are groupings of Tasks based on a common skillset.

Click the dropdown for Behaviors and Tasks

to see columns displaying each Behavior by name,

the Competencies expressed by the Tasks grouped into this Behavior,

and a fraction showing the completed and overall number of Tasks per Behavior.

Again, you can filter the results you see here by checking or unchecking the selection boxes.

As you can see, there is an additional filter option,

'Previously Completed' when filtering Behaviors and Tasks.

Click the plus sign next to a Behavior

to see more detail on its included Tasks

including their Order, Name, Complexity, Endorsements, and Status.

Then click the magnifying glass next to a specific Task

to launch the PTB Task page

where you can add a Comment, or attach a Document

and see more details including its Task Info

and if there are any previously added Endorsements, Comments, or Documents.

You'll also see additional dropdowns on your Task Book page to view and access previous Comments,

attached Documents,

and a record of Messages.

Once all of your Tasks and Trainings are completed and your Task Book is ready to be submitted,

you'll see that the tile for this Task Book is now green on your Responder Portal home page.

Submit this Task Book by clicking the tile to be taken to your familiar Position Task Book page.

Click the Submit button

and then Yes in the pop up box.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you submit this Task Book and then another email when it is approved or rejected.

Once a PTB is approved by the Cadre, a responder's Trainee/Candidate proficiency

is changed to Qualified.

Making Leaf Ghosts :O - Duration: 13:15.

hey guys. I have been trying Eco dyeing on paper

lately. I was really inspired by... I don't know, a picture or a video or something?

probably on Pinterest? it was this fun looking activity where you take a bunch

of leaves and you wrap it up in paper or fabric and boil it to get all the colors

from the leaves and stain the paper or fabric that you are boiling. and since we

have such a surplus of leaves out there right now, I really wanted to try it but

I'm also trying it in a half-hearted way. you're supposed to have a designated pot

to boil these things in, for obvious reasons.

you know you don't want to have wild leaves, especially ones you don't really

know what they are, maybe some of them are not good for you? you don't want to

be boiling them in your dinner pots and then make dinner in the pots. what I

decided to do was take this manila paper and sandwich it really tight and then

put it in a bucket under a flower pot and pour boiling water in there. I know

that the instructions say you're supposed to boil these things for

something like an hour or two hours or something like that

so I really didn't think that this was gonna work. in the first batch I decided

to pour boiling water in the bucket and then when that cooled down a little bit

I think I poured it out and I did it again. and you need some kind of metal to

act as what they call a mordant. it reacts with the tannins and colors in

the leaves to get it to seep into the paper. in the first batch I just took

every rusty little piece of metal that I could find: old screws,

old bolts, some washers... just stuff that my husband's been hoarding in the closet

for a long time. it was enough. it was like a handful and then just threw it in

there. let's see how that goes.

okay so I wasn't really impressed by the first batch and I thought well you know

what, I'm not really doing it correctly. but there were some things that I

thought that I could change. for example, the Mordant is typically something like

an aluminum product you can buy for canning, or you know iron... something or

other. but you can make it by soaking piece of metal in vinegar. so I'm

not entirely sure if I'm going to try it again a different way or

whatever. but I find most of the result happened around the edge and I

can't tell if that is because of the the metal in the water - because it's required

to have some kind of metal like iron or aluminum are some things that reacts

with the tannins and the leaves and I think maybe that's what's making this

black here? and you can see some things like this - I think it was a Japanese

maple leaf. got the most interesting reaction because you can definitely see

the shape of it but I don't know... because there's some red here from the leaf, and

this black is a reaction from the metal. maybe it was in the water too long?

so I think I might try this again. watercolor paper did really well

probably because it is the most absorbent it still isn't that great.

I think it's just because one: the most absorbent and - it was also at the

very bottom of the page so it got the most of the metal. not to mention this

incredibly rusty paper clip, that was cool. this leaf here is great

you can see an outline of leaf here but the thing is I can't tell if this is

actually eco dyeing or if it's just a stencil where the leaves were pressed up

against it and and things were happening around it. like I don't know if any color

is actually coming out of the leaves or if this is just dirty metal water, you

know what I mean? so but I can still kind of play around

with it a little bit I think. and this time I decided to put metal in a little

container of vinegar... I didn't realize you were supposed to dilute the

vinegar... so I left that for like 24 hours. it was supposed to take a week but I

only had 24 hours before I was ready to do this again. and the second time you

will see that the water is much darker and there's a lot more crud kind of

floating around. mm-hmm I also took some of the the vinegar that the metal was

soaking in and I used a paint brush to apply it to the pages because I thought

that maybe either the sandwich was too tight or like it wasn't sure if there

was too much water or not enough water getting in? and I think in the next batch

I didn't leave it in the water overnight. I actually took it out and let it sit

and it's in its own wet little envelope for pretty much 24 hours

I think. and it was so hard not to peek.

so I ended up doing this a bunch of times

adding more vinegar, adding less vinegar, soaking longer, soaking shorter time and

I think the most ridiculous result was the second one where I just used way too

much vinegar. just kept kind of bouncing back and forth. I think my

favorite leaves were maple leaves especially Japanese maple, was really

good. and the smoke bush was absolutely wonderful. I'm kind of surprised I

didn't get much of a reaction with oak leaves because I used to use those my

fish tank and it would make the water nice and soft and brown. I don't know why

that didn't happen this time. maybe it's it needs

longer or maybe it needed to be more fresh leaf, I don't know. but a lot of the

leaves like the really fragile leaves like clover and some random green weeds,

grass and stuff like that? I didn't really get any marks out of that at all

which is disappointing because those ones usually have the most interesting

patterns. but oh well. and so I took a whole new pages that I

made and I've decided to bind them into a little book . this would make a

really interesting journal I guess? art journal probably? probably not a great

sketch book but we'll see what happens in the future. I might

list this one in the shop, even though it really isn't meant to last forever.

it's not really designed to last forever. I imagine inside of a book the colors

would probably be pretty well protected from sunlight and I don't know if

there's anything other than sunlight that would cause them to fade ? I

don't know. it's a giant a guessing game. I have this cute book full of leaf

ghosts . it is so easy and there are so many leaves out there right now. and I

have this whole entire pad of Manila paper that I will probably make another

one. so I made this book from the pages that I stained. I have smaller ones

too like when I did this the Manila paper was already pretty light and

interesting but now it's like.. it's so squishy, it feels like a pile of old money.

I had some of these extreme pages in there just to throw them in because it

looks so cool. I like the way the leaf looks like it's splashed. it's also

different... there's lots of pages that are just mucky like

this but it would be a good place to actually do artistic things

I don't know what I would do with a book like this. it would make a

really cool written journal I guess because I wouldn't want to cover

up things myself. I really love the purple in this one and this paperclip.

most interesting thing I've noticed is that even though I've ironed it some of

these marks aren't really stains or anything, they're actually just

indentations left from the leaves that were in there which i think is just as

cool as this kind of stuff where it made this gorgeous pattern. this is such an

addictive project. I actually don't think I'm gonna stop. I'm going to work on

other things but at night I'm just going to keep using up the stack of paper that

I cut because I just can't stop. it's just so interesting and out of your own

control. look at this leaf

ghosts of leaves! sorry they're doing landscaping outside, you're gonna be able to

hear it probably. I really love the smoke bush ones, so cool.

the iron is really crusted on there. well it doesn't seem to come off

which is nice. these brush strokes are so interesting but I really didn't expect

that to happen. it's just stained with vinegar I guess

this very faint leaf ghost

I really love this leaf it looks like it's disintegrating

there's some tissue paper here

Imperfect - Original Series - Episode 1 - Ex-it My Life - The Zoom Studios - Duration: 21:51.

Oh my princess, I found you at last.

'Fairy tales can be really lame.'

'Especially when you always...

...get to play the role of an evil stepsister.'

'Who believes in mushy and butterflies...

...in the stomach romances in real life, right?'

'You have to be a different kind of mad to fall for it.'

'And I am exactly that kind of mad.'

Cinderella, will you be my happily ever after?

Aw! I want a happily ever after too.

Shut up, Isha. It's all so silly.

So what if it is silly? You believe in Santa Claus too,

'Oh by the way, she's Badass. My alter ego.'

Stop talking to your imaginary friend, Isha.

Mom, spider!

But in real life, just like everyone...

...my story was also very ordinary.

"Happily ever after" was only a dream for me.

Until I met you, Vish.

My knight in shining armour.

My first and last love.

You and I were meant to be together, Vishal.

It's like we're one person.

Vi-Isha-L!

I know, I love being super cheesy.

But Vishal, you are the cheese to my wine.

Le pain in my chocolat!

The Hilton to my Paris.

You invaded my heart and took over completely.

Then, you spread your influence in every part of me!

I have added a dash of comedy.

Ten...

I started collecting money since I was 10.

First in a piggy bank and then in a savings' bank...

...for this dream.

And today, my dream...

...and my only ambition in life...

...my Eiffel tower romance...

...will come to life with my prince Charming.

So, Vishal...

...will you be my happily ever after?

Will you go to Paris with me?

'Press the bell icon and stay updated...

...on my Imperfect Life.'

Isha?

Isha!

The door is open.

Raj!

Shalini! Is anyone home?

Hello!

Vishal. - Yes.

Yes.

Raj and Shalini have gone out.

There's no one at home but me.

So, what is going on?

Are you saving Raj and Shalini's money or what?

And why is it so dark?

Vishal...

...I have to talk to you about something important.

No, no, no, no! - About our future.

Isha, just get up. Get up.

Just... - I... -No, Isha. Please.

Just don't say anything before I speak.

Just hear me out.

Isha, I have been trying to say something...

...for quite some days now.

But, I just can't get around to saying it.

You know what I mean?

I mean, seriously like, you, me...

Yes?

Us? - Yes?

It's not working for me.

It's not working for me!

I tried so hard, but I just can't seem to make this work.

Basically, I want to break up...

...with you.

What?

I want to break up with you.

Happy seven year anniversary, Vishal!

I didn't...

I didn't know...

I really didn't know...

Take this.

Thank you! - Wipe your nose.

Thank you!

Hi, guys!

I can't go back to that house.

Did he give you any reason for the break up?

I don't know. Something about how we aren't right for each other anymore.

Sorry Shau.

I know it's sock sorting Saturday time you please, go do your thing.

It's okay. Raj is doing it. It's okay. It's fine.

I'll speak to my boss tomorrow...

...and tell him I need to take time out for house hunting this week.

I've spoken to a broker. He said, I'll find a house.

Don't worry. - Yeah.

I'll be out in one week.

Sir, we can use this.

Or, we can... - Isa! Isa!

Sorry!

Isa, it's a very difficult time.

We need to revamp this space.

The budget needs to be lowered.

What do you think?

I think... - But that's not important.

Isa, I think, firstly...

...serving free tea and coffee needs to be stopped.

We have an image which is slightly fuddy-duddy.

Also...

...we need to get in fresh blood...

...to draw fresh clients. What do you think?

Sir... - No, that's not important.

We'll ring in the new once we ring out the old!

So Isa, tell me.

Who are the oldest employees here?

Sir, you and then me.

So Isa, it's sorted.

Thank you for showing me the way.

We will miss you.

Have it. But we will miss you.

Chaturvedi!

My name is Isha!

Isha Sanghvi!

You've been calling me 'Isa' for the last six years. Darn you!

You are the fuddy-duddy, not me.

As if!

Speaking of big...

...you should buy your clothes according to your size.

When you think XL only then will you excel.

Whoa! What happened to her now?

She lost her job.

Your plan backfired.

Wait!

Put it back. You are rocking that...

...Karunanidhi look in dark glasses. I'll get tissue papers.

Don't worry, my darling. Okay?

What are best friends for? - Are you serious?

Yes, Raj Agnihotri.

You've passed last month.

I did it. Yes.

I can't believe, we're pregnant. Come here! Love you!

Come on! Love you! Are you serious, we are pregnant?

Why is she?

Ish... Isha, it's good news.

Oh, it's okay. Okay. Just relax.

What about me?

You didn't tell me.

You didn't tell me.

Oh!

I love you, guys! - We love you too!

I'll be out in a week.

She hasn't been off this sofa in 2 months.

How will she leave the house?

Stop blogging. Come on.

What?

I'm working.

Here. Have 2 shots.

It's 11 am.

I'm still not at the edge of the cliff.

Isha, do you mean there's a probability that...

...things are going to get worse?

Have it, because...

...I need to show you something.

Vishal with another girl.

At your dream destination.

Clicking your dream photograph.

Kissing at your dream spot.

And wearing your favourite...

She gets it, Shalini. Just relax.

He has...

...moved on already.

Do you think this is why he broke up with me?

No.

7 years.

And this Shreya Narayan has manage to break...

What's so special about her?

Just look at her!

The way she is holding on to him like as if...

...she'll fall because of her heels.

He hasn't even called to check what's happened.

'Eiffel very deeply about you.'

'I Louvre you so much.'

You know something?

For our seventh anniversary...

...we used all...

...our savings... - I know.

Paris is my special place. - I know.

All my romantic comics... - I know.

I thought even I would say it since everyone was saying it.

I was going to propose to him in Paris.

What's the use of these tickets now? - No, Isha.

Don't do that. Get a hold of yourself.

Shalini and I will go.

Raj!

That is just totally inappropriate for this time and situation!

Anyway, the journey is after 6 months and my child won't...

...be born in an airplane.

That is the plan, baby.

Maybe, he is going to be airborne then.

Isha.

You will go to Paris. Do you get it?

I'm giving you 6 months.

Just change your world within 6 months.

I want you to...

...just picture this modern fairy tale.

'Once upon a time, princess Isha...

...was trapped in a bad relationship.'

'Vishal, her metaphorical evil stepmother.'

'He had total control of her.'

Rubbish! He didn't control me.

Did he? - 'Of course he did. You were too blind to see it.'

'She did everything he told her to.'

'Just for a teensy bit of love!'

'He left her behind despite...

...and the princess cried all night.'

'But then the princess got some magic tickets...

...to her dream land.'

'A ticket she would give to a special someone.'

'Like Cinderella's shoes.'

'They would only fit princess Isha's...

...one true love.'

'And then she met her handsome prince...

...with whom she escaped...

...while her evil step-mom watched them go.'

I know it was a bit of high melodrama, but, you know?

But you need to let the world know now...

...that you don't need Vishal for your happily ever after.

But, how?

Acceptance is the first step towards moving on.

And then a party.

I like the sound of that. Liquor, babes and kebabs! Let's party.

Kebabs make me flatulent.

Just kill her for me. Just...

Isha for Manisha.

Guy in the off white shirt. Rohit.

Out.

'Just say hi.'

'Too far, not yet, wait for it. Okay.'

'Don't get too close now.'

'Too late, abort, abort!'

Guys, you know what?

Hi! - Hi.

Guess who's here?

Ishwar.

Did we invite Him?

Ishwar from your office.

The marketing guy? - Yes.

Why didn't we think of this before? - What?

Ishwar and Isha, they're like a match made in heaven.

They're both geeky.

They are both love comic books and both forget.

They both are tall too. - Yes.

I hadn't thought of this. It's great.

If they start dating, they'll be called Ishwar.

But if they've a fight they'll be called Isha-war.

Come on, guys, I'm sure he's not that great. - He is. - Yes.

Come on, now. - Go! Go!

Come on. Just let's go! - Just!

Oh my God, Ishwar is choking.

Oh God, somebody save him! - It's stuck.

We don't have much time, call the ambulance.

I'm hopeless.

It's okay. First attempts are never successful.

When I'd first met Raj, I remember he'd farted.

It was the sound of the table moving. - Yeah, right!

If Vishal hadn't been stalking me at that time...

...then I would've been single for the past 7 years.

Isha, you will not believe this.

What, now? - Shomita got engaged.

To a good looking guy.

Jeez, good for her.

What has she written? - Magic.

'Magics do happen.'

'Love is everywhere. Getting married in December.

'Falling in love with a boy who I met online.'

Online!

CINDER! - Marriage.com!

What? - What?

Marriage.com!

Isha...

...learn the names of vegetables first, then go out and farm.

Let's make a profile for her.

Isha, you don't have a good,"single" photo.

No Shau, don't click it! - Please, Shau.

She will love you better if you try it that way.

Look at her speed.

With the swipe of a finger, she'll turn you into Cinderella.

Adit from college.

The Adit from college.

He's still hot.

It's a match!

He's going to pick his tushy...

...and run like Milkha Singh to the next zip code.

Excuse me? - You are still as cute?

Or cuter?

You're a disaster.

'Love Isha's Quirky Style or Shalini's Sleek Party-Wear?'

'Shop these looks on Myntra.'

'Skin care partner, Dr. Tvacha.'

'Lifestyle partner, Philips Garment Steamer.'

'In association with Go Pro.'

A Chat with Ryder Carroll, the Creator of the Bullet Journal - Duration: 10:08.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another video it is

Francesco here today. We are joined by the creator of the bullet journal, Ryder Carroll is so good to have you Ryder

Where are you joining us from?

brooklyn new york

Awesome. It looks like a lovely set up you've got behind you. It looks so clean and and

awesome

Awesome

so let's kick things off with a little bit about

your background with the bullet journal

I think it's for those who don't know maybe a little bit of an introduction to it

And also the story behind how and you what inspired you to create it? Yeah, so the bullet journal came into existence

because when I was young I was diagnosed with a ADD and back then they really weren't a lot of

tools available to me so I had to design my own and it was

Definitely not night process so over many many years. I ways of taking notes and

Systematizing my thought in a way that would make sense and help me overcome my own

organizational challenges and

Many many years later I shared what I found to be most valuable

online and that's what's known as bullet journal today awesome and it's such a it's such a simple way of getting started and

I've I've been slowly getting through the book that you're releasing

very soon and

It's it can actually go a lot more advanced that I've realised

For those people that are interested obviously, there's the I think the YouTube video encapsulate it really well

How would you recommend people get started with the villager animation?

Yeah

so there there's a lot of content online about bullet journal right now and it can

It's easy to get overwhelmed but really quickly. You don't know like who's doing it, right? And then I

Think the first thing for people to realize is that the bullet journal is incredibly personal right? So it reflects the needs of their user

so when you see a lot of these different interpretations, it's not about how to pick I

Think it helps to understand you take a step back and then you begin with the source

Which is the form video you just mentioned that you can find for free bowl eternal calm

which teaches you the very basics of how to bullet journal and

You can basically take it from there. I usually advise people to start off with what they see there

Try it out for three months

three months specifically because there is a technique called migration in the bullet journal and once people have migrated

At least once if not twice it's gonna be like a really it can be a real lightbulb moment when people start realizing

How they can curate their to-do lists in a very effective way, right? So for those who aren't familiar

during migration

You go through your to-do lists and you look for things that you still need to do and then you ask yourself a question

Which is does it still matter? Is it vital? A lot of times it is but sometimes it's not

All right

And then two things happen one is you have to make a choice

You make a choice whether it continues to be part of your life

and if it does that requires you to rewrite it and

a lot of times people think something's important until they have to rewrite it and

all of a sudden like I don't want to rewrite it and

That's intentional like that's by design that that piece of friction because if something's not even work the two minutes

or two minutes the two seconds to rewrite a sentence the chances are that

Important, right? So every month you kind of go through this process where you're

weeding out a lot of things that are ultimately distractions from your list and

That's when people start realizing how powerful the methodology can be and helping them focus and get more of their time back

fantastic and

Previously when you were a product designer sort of full-time

Did you have any like digital tools during that time before that do you like try any and there were like, right?

This system's gonna fix me. Did you ever go through that process? Oh, yeah

I still go through that process all the time now as a digital I I

Wasn't forced into being a digital product designer. Like I think digital tools can

Enable us to get things done that we never were able to before I mean simply being able to do this video chat

You know like the amount of Technology that are required to make this simple. I

Mean, it's it's just all emerging technology and don't it's right. We gotta play games, but I

think that what people forget is

They're like either digital or analog old or new like I just don't think that way for me

It's about the tools that help you become most effective and sometimes those are digital and sometimes those are analog for me. I

always found that stepping away from digital tools allowed me to think more clearly right and allowed me and

to unplug so I wouldn't be disturbed right cuz like I would be in like a

Host of different productivity tools, you know, and I'm creating the perfect to-do list in the calendar next thing

You know, I'm like buying shoes or like, you know

learning about how to build a tiny house or something like I don't know how I

teleported from like one

Reality to the other so quickly, but that doesn't happen to me when I'm with my notebook for obvious reasons right now

It was something that I realized and I feel like that's why you see notebooks in

Most agencies. All right, I think I looked around and they they occurred to me one day I was like

developing some of the most cutting-edge technology and software in the world and the tool that they're using to think about those things is a

piece of paper and the patent

Right. So there's I think there's something to be said like there's

These tools all have a different role to play in the process

Definitely definitely, I think that the way that you've sort of structured the book

Is quite interesting because you've you've put it into a very visual process for people

Can you tell us more about how?

Because obviously you when you first release the concept it was mainly just for the video and and obviously the book that you can buy

How does how would you say the book?

Like centralizes if that makes sense

Sure

so the book is designed for both people who are familiar with the bullet journal as well as those who aren't

but that was really important to me because like a big part of why I

Continued to teach this is because I've seen how affected how effective it can be for people

So on the one hand

I wanted to make sure that people who are familiar with the system gain value and then those who aren't familiar also

gain value and the way that I

tried to solve that challenge is that the book can be read in one of two ways, so

For those who are new to the system. It's important to create a

sequence of information that can that you can build on like a

B C so over time you start being able to plug the pieces together

And that's designed for people who aren't familiar with the system. However, for those people who are familiar with the system

The book doesn't have to be read sequentially, right?

you can only you can go directly towards whatever you have a question about or find challenging and

As you had mentioned there there

there's

Kind of the beginnings of bullet journal which help us organize our thought but then I would say the more advanced version of bullet journal

is really

becoming more

Aware of how you're spending your time and energy on a more I guess existential level if you will, right?

It's not just about getting things done. It's about understanding why

Those things are important to you why they add value to your life

So as you kind of get deeper and deeper into the book you see how to use the system

But then you delve into the practice and I provide

exercises for people to go through in order to be able to figure out

how they

can combine

Productivity with mindfulness to lead a more intentional life. I

love it and I quite like the final bit where you bring in some work examples from

Like people are using actively so that's there. That's quite an exciting chapter because it's more relatable as an essay brilliant

When is the book gonna be released its net is it next Monday?

23rd, it's October 23rd. Yep, now perfect and that will be available on Amazon and all that right?

Yep, lovely jubbly brilliant right out

We're gonna jump on a podcast now, but I really appreciate you coming on the YouTube channel

Is there anything else you want to point people towards? I'd say all the information you need is at for the journal comm

AC thing going on

Apologies talking about the Revenge of the machines

Coming to get all the journal you can go to bullet journal comm we're at bullet journal on most

Channels, so I hope to see you there

changing my life pt. 1 - Duration: 5:36.

Hello everyone, my name is Tina and hello!

Okay, yeah, I got bangs now.

Or fringe...I don't know how you call that.

Both, probably?

Uhh...soooo, here's what happened:

Today, I am getting a haircut.

But not like, I'm not going to cut my hair,

'cause I love, I love my long hair.

But I am gonna get bangs.

Bitch.

I am gonna get bangs and I am so excited…?

I don't know, I don't know, I am genuinely scared.

We're about to leave and...

Agggh

I am scared. I am genuinely scared, but I know I want to do this.

And if I don't like myself with them-I ACTUALLY DON'T WANNA GO!

On one hand; I (really) don't want to have them,

but on the other hand; bitch I want bangs.

Like, I want to do something different with my hairstyle.

'Cause you know it's like thi-and my forehead

and my pimples are both exposed and stuff.

I don't know, I'm nervous, I am actually genuinely nervous.

Basically, I am changing my life and I started this thing on...

sunday...

and...uh...it's a

yeah, it's...

How do you even say that?

It's a work in progress, I suppose?

Um...and

I really wanted to talk about changing my life and...

and stuff like that.

The reason why I wanted to change my life

Why I want to change my life is because...

I am just simply not fine.

*for those who can't hear: i changed the pitch in my voice haha from super high to super low:D*

It's not a secret that I stuggle with depression and anxiety.

And I'm really not okay.

Last week I had

tons of panic and anxiety attacks.

It's hard. I am not even going to lie here. It's fucking hard.

I am so used to being lazy (yes i know this is bcz depressione lolz),...

and, you know...

Just: I am so used to not standing out and trying to fit in.

And now I am doing the complete opposite,

as you can tell, I went to school like this!

I had a T-shirt over this one.

And you know, I am just..

trying to be me...

And I am also trying to be confident, happy and

honestly?

This is not who I am, I am actually hella depressed. (basically i want to be those things ya know faking them, but i do want to be me? lemme call you once i know how to say this lmao)

I am unhappy, and my self-esteem

where even is that bitch, okay?

Where is she?

Yes, I just assumed my-assumed? my self-esteem's gender?

What?

Okay?

I am personally not even confident….

at all. I am trying to be.

And I am trying to you know, work hard and stuff.

{I am} creating a better life

for myself.

It's a long process and

I am very impatient and

I did make a little progress; I've been eating healthy-

healthier…. a lot healthier than before.

That's why my skin is breaking out.

It's fine you know, It's fine.

Okay? It's fine, yeah….totally.

Sure buddy.

I am {also} very emotionally unstable, so

I get from certain moods to moods very quickly and

Like I am not okay.

Like I am not okay, but I am actually really okay.

You know? I don't know what to {even} tell you guys right now.

But right now….This video is a mess. Jesus fucking Christ.

I figured out what I want to do when I get older

I wanna be an actress and a dancer.

I realized that...

rhythmics gymnastics is not for me {anymore}, like...

I like it and I used to

sort of train rhythmics gymnastics, but

I'm not...

interested in that anymore….right?

It feels so weird to say that, but

I am just simply not interested in it anymore (but then again i still like the sport cause it's really beautiful lmao)

Daniel Lanois - Guitar Power - Duration: 13:15.

(gentle guitar music)

- Daniel Lanois, ladies and gentlemen.

I'm Dweezil Zappa.

Thank you for being here.

- Yeah, my brother.

- Now, is this the instrument you started on?

Is this what made you become interested in music?

Walk me through the beginning.

- It's a humble beginning. (laughs)

I started playing just a penny whistle.

- Okay.

- My mom used to give me a dollar a week

to go to the movies.

And then on this one Saturday,

I walked by the music store and I saw

a little plastic penny whistle in the window.

It was a dollar, so I bought it,

and I didn't go to the movies that day,

and that was the turning point to music.

But then, later I moved into guitar.

This was the days of door-to-door canvassing,

and someone knocked on my mom's door

and said, "We're giving music classes.

"You have any kids that like music?"

She said, "Yeah, this one likes music."

The guy said, "Okay, we teach slide guitar and accordion.

"Which one would you like?" (laughs)

- Slide guitar and accordion.

That's a strange combination to go door-to-door with, right?

(laughing)

- At the time, we didn't have any choice.

I said, "Okay, I'll take slide guitar."

- Was it like a lap style, or--

- Just a regular acoustic guitar

with a high action, like a Hawaiian guitar.

- But did you play it

sitting on the lap? - On the lap, yeah.

- Is this one of your favorite pieces of equipment?

Like, how long have you had this particular guitar?

- This one I've had since I was a kid,

so it's my first pedal steel guitar.

- The very first one? - Yeah.

- That's so cool.

And could you remember one of the first melodies

that you learned that stuck with you

and said yes?

- They were American classics.

Red River Valley and Little Brown Jug

and things like that, you know.

- Is it something that you could play like a tiny bit of?

- I might be able to sorta come close to it.

(gentle strumming)

I've kinda gone into one of my own compositions,

but they were hymns, really. - Yeah.

(gentle strumming)

- Things like that, you know. - That's great.

Now, I definitely haven't seen

a lot of pedal steel players up close

to notice all their techniques,

but I'm noticing a few things that you're doing

where you're doing either string muting

or something with one of your hands.

Is that a normal part of the style?

Or is that something more that you do?

- We all use similar equipment, you know.

The pitch bending happens with the foot,

as you can hear.

(gentle strumming)

So all those, that melody change happened with the foot,

nothing to do with the left hand.

I use a kind of Jimi Hendrix technique

where I turn up quite loud,

but I play lightly.

It gives me access to--

(powerful chord playing)

- So when you ride your right hand across the string,

what's happening there?

(strings squeak)

- Sometimes I'll do sound effects.

- Yeah. (gentle strumming)

So that kind of motion,

is that a normal motion for pedal steel?

Or is that just like, something that you've developed

for your own personal style?

- I think it's more something that I've developed

because as a young player, I was a more conventional player.

I played in country bands.

- Yeah.

- And I gravitated to more

playing hymns more than fast picking.

- Yeah.

- And this allowed me to find things--

(gentle guitar music)

But it's that technique of having quite a bit

of volume and letting the harmonics take a roll

in the sound.

So by playing lightly but with the volume pedal down,

the harmonics come up and meet the melody.

- So they're blooming,

in a way. - Blooming.

And they're companions, rather than something

you keep in the back room.

You can think of it as

inviting harmony singers to join in

in the melody. - Yeah.

- At the moment, I'm muting all the strings here

except for the melody.

(guitar strumming)

You hear how pure that is? - Yeah.

(guitar strumming)

- Now I'll bring in the support characters.

- Yeah. (guitar strumming)

- I found my voice within this approach,

and as musicians, we all hope to get to

that place where we find something unique.

- That is for sure the challenge.

And that's also one of the things,

that as a producer, that you have been able

to bring out in people.

Maybe you could speak a little bit about that process.

- Yes, I can speak about that.

A great producer's a great friend.

And the voice of reason,

and someone who can help with

choosing material.

Some producers may not be musical,

but they would be,

be able to stand back and say,

"You've got enough slow songs,

"and we're gonna need some fast ones."

- Yeah.

- Those are important comments as well.

But in my case, because I'm musical,

I try and make suggestions regarding arrangements

and harmonies,

and ways of maximizing

the potential of the song.

I was just on the phone with Neil Young before we started.

We made a record together a few years ago called Le Noise.

Very emotional record, very powerful record.

I recognized that in Neil at that time that

it's what I liked about the songs that he brought in.

They had a lot of emotion and they were saying something,

and I wanted to make sure that I was a good friend

to Neil so that those qualities in

the songs were brought to the forefront.

- Now, to create the impact that you want

the listener to experience,

what's the process?

- A lot of it is preparation.

To talk about Neil one more time.

We spend a lot of time designing an acoustic sound

for him so that when he walked in,

I already had a sound for him.

And he was very excited about that.

He heard it, he didn't even take his Martin out of the case.

He said, "Wow, let's use this."

So usually the first stage of a project will reveal

the sounds that it wants to have.

With Bob Dylan, I had to

make sure that Bob could

overdub some vocal lines if he wanted to,

because he was constantly making amendments

with his lyrics.

So if I've got all vocal leakage on the acoustic guitar,

I can't do that.

So, out of necessity I

came up with this little idea

of putting pickups in acoustic instruments

and then just have a tiny little amp,

like around the corner, maybe pillows around it.

- Yeah.

- And so the guitar sounds were a little duller

than they would be otherwise.

But then that left more room for the vocal

to be occupying center of the picture.

- Yeah.

You had certain things that you got excited about,

techniques and a sound.

But did you ever, sort of,

outgrow something and then it evolved

into something else?

- A given chapter will segue into the next song I play,

to a degree.

I got tired of my recording studio in Canada.

The old library had vacated in Hamilton, Ontario.

A beautiful old building.

And I knew some of the folks at City Hall,

so they gave me the key to the old library,

and that's where I started experimenting with sounds.

You know, an amp down the hall,

mic up this way, maybe up in the mezzanine,

and bathroom sounds exciting,

and so I made

some ambient records with Brian Eno.

It's those records that allowed me

to be noticed internationally.

It was not the pop records

that I was working on in Canada.

It was the more,

the more unusual, experimental,

sonic records-- - The textural stuff.

- And then there was a call to go

and work in Ireland with U2.

The fellas from U2 were excited to know

what we had been up to, and they said,

"Oh, let's apply these sounds to what we're working on."

It's a record called Unforgettable Fire.

It was done in a castle.

- So you went from the library to the castle.

- Yeah, but the castle had a library in it.

- Oh, well there ya go. (laughs)

- The library, of course, was lined

with books, floor to ceiling.

And books offer a lot of density for sound.

- They're great sound diffusers.

- Really, really great.

Old encyclopedias will do. - Yep.

- Romance novels would be all right.

Just line 'em all up. - Yeah, maybe,

maybe something with a picture of Fabio.

- Yes, exactly, there you go, there you go.

- That's actually really cool. - Yeah, that's where I got

the idea from, the library in the castle

on that first U2 record.

- It's a nice piece of history.

- Yeah, I mean, the kid can sing, so that helps.

(both laughing)

- Maybe we should try to play a little bit more, or--

- Yes. - If you feel like it.

(guitar strums) - I'll play the chords,

and you go to the melody.

- Okay, let's see what happens.

(gentle guitar music)

- Dweezil and Danny?

(laughing) - Yes!

Why not?

That's very nice.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Daniel Lanois.

That was fun, I enjoyed it.

- Thank you, brother.

- Thank you very much.

When the party's over 【Nightcore】 - Duration: 2:40.

Don't you know I'm no good for you

I've learned to lose you, can't afford to

Tore my shirt to stop you bleedin'

But nothin' ever stops you leavin'

Quiet when I'm coming home and I'm on my own

I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

Don't you know too much already

I'll only hurt you if you let me

Call me friend but keep me closer

call me back

And I'll call you when the party's over

Quiet when I'm coming home and I'm on my own

I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

But nothing is better sometimes

Once we've both said our goodbyes

Let's just let it go

Let me let you go

Quiet when I'm coming home and I'm on my own

I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

MOBILE LEGENDS BOOT CAMP VOLUME 14 : KIMMY - TIPS, ITEMS, SPELL, EMBLEMS, TRICKS, AND GUIDE - Duration: 9:42.

Waddup, humans? Kurumi here!

And welcome to the Mobile Legends Boot Camp!

In this video, we are going to talk about the marksman-mage, Kimmy.

Kimmy has burst, slow, blink, and area-of-effect skills.

Our Splat Queen, Kimmy, is a marksman-mage hero.

I consider Kimmy mostly a mage hero since all her skills deal magic damage.

Not only that, she is really mobile because of her passive skill.

She is the first hero to have a dual joystick control.

Also, she uses energy instead of mana.

Now, let me share some tips and tricks on how to use Kimmy based on my experience.

I will also teach you some combos and techniques on the latter part of this boot camp.

But before that, let me explain her skills one by one for further understanding.

Kimmy's passive, Chemist's Instinct, lets Kimmy move and aim at other directions

when using her spray gun.

Meaning, she can freely move while dealing basic attacks and skills.

Unlike other heroes, her basic attack doesn't automatically follow the enemy.

Instead, you need to aim properly to be able to make her basic attacks hit.

So make sure to have a good aim to hit the enemies.

Not only that, all the buffs on attack speed will be converted to movement speed buff for her.

Kimmy's first skill, Energy Transformation, lets Kimmy shoot out Chemical balls.

Each chemical balls deal magic damage based on a percentage

of your physical attack, and magic power.

If a chemical ball fails to hit a target, the chemical ball will explode after travelling

a certain distance, and deal a certain damage based

on a percentage of your physical attack and magic power.

Kimmy's second skill, Chemical Refinement, pushes Kimmy backwards.

Kimmy shoots out an enhanced chemical spray to the ground,

and contaminates the area for a short period of time.

Enemies who walk on this area will receive magic damage every half second,

based on a percentage of your physical attack, and magic power.

Also, enemies are slowed by a certain percentage while stepping on the contaminated area.

Kimmy's ultimate skill, Maximum Charge, deals burst damage.

Kimmy can charge this skill to reach maximum output.

This will let Kimmy release a luminous chemical attack.

This attack will travel a certain distance.

Enemies hit will receive magic damage, based on a percentage of your physical attack,

and magic power.

Enemies nearby the explosion area will also receive magic damage,

based on a percentage of your physical attack, and magic power.

There are so many items that you can buy for Kimmy.

You can either focus on items that gives you high magic power and attack speed.

As we know, her passive skill converts attack speed to movement speed.

For me, I choose to buy items that grants cool down reduction, spell vamp, and health

As for starting item, you can consider buying Lightning Truncheon.

This item will help you deal more burst damage.

This item gives you magic power, mana, and cool down reduction.

Its unique passive will deal magic damage to your target

and two other enemies when you use a skill.

This unique passive has a short cooldown.

In my opinion, you can consider buying Swift Boots for Kimmy.

Swift Boots grants her additional attack speed and movement speed.

Having additional attack speed will make Kimmy move faster,

because of her passive skill.

This will make you more mobile throughout the match

You can also consider Feather of Heaven.

This item grants you magic power, attack speed and movement speed.

Its unique passive will make your basic attacks deal additional magic damage.

Remember that Kimmy's passive convert attack speed into movement speed.

So this item will again make you more faster and mobile.

This item can help you chase down enemies or escape death.

You might also want to consider Ice Queen Wand.

This item provides magic power, spell vamp, mana, and movement speed

Its unique passive reduces the enemies' movement speed

every time they are hit by your skills.

This is a good thing to have since it will help you chase enemies,

or slow them down to escape.

I can also suggest Holy Crystal.

This gives you additional magic power.

Its unique passive grants you additional percentage of magic power.

It also boost your next magic attack.

You can also consider Divine Glaive.

This item grants magic power.

Its unique effect grants a certain percentage of magic penetration on your skills.

In addition, its unique passive grants extra magic penetration

when your HP is above a certain amount.

The item build for Kimmy really depends on the enemy's line up and your gameplay.

So make sure to read each item's description so you can adapt in-game.

One of the best spells to be used on Kimmy is Flicker.

You can use it to escape danger, even death.

You can also use Aegis to give her a shield that absorbs damage.

This can make you more durable when inside team fights.

In my opinion, the best emblem set to be used is the Custom Mage Emblem set.

Custom Mage Emblem could provide extra stats according to your needs as a Mage.

Set Agility to its Max level because it can give you extra movespeed.

Higher movespeed will give you higher mobility to either escape or chase enemies.

Setting Observation to max level will provide additional magic penetration

on your skills.

Higher magic penetration deals more magic damage to enemies.

That means, your skills will be more explosive during team fights.

Get Impure Rage to deal extra damage depending on the enemy's current HP.

Impure Rage also restores your mana.

For me, it's the best thing to get since Impure Rage has only 5 seconds cooldown.

This makes her skills more powerful with Impure Rage since it has low cooldown.

Set Energy Transformation to Max level first.

Prioritizing this makes the Base damage and explosive damage higher.

That means, you can deal more damage with this.

Prioritize Chemical Refinement less since her first skill is what you need for

burst damage.

Always upgrade her ultimate skill when available for upgrading.

The hardest part on using Kimmy is the dual joystick control.

Controlling your aim is the hardest part.

It's like playing your usual shooting game.

For beginners, specially without experience in shooting games,

I suggest you just hold the attack button.

And then, just focus on controlling the direction joystick.

Just move around and adjust your direction instead of your aim.

For advanced players, you can now start aiming wildly with your aiming joystick.

This really depends on how skilled you are.

Make sure to aim your first skill properly.

Your first skill will only damage the enemies hit or nearby explosion.

So make sure to anticipate the enemy's movement to make sure to hit them.

You can use your first skill to harass enemies in your lane.

This is a good advantage since you do not use mana.

You can use your first skill and basic attack while moving.

So, you are free to chase the enemy or keep distance from him.

Your first skill really has a long range.

So make sure to use this skill more often to stress out the enemies.

In terms of going against an enemy, I usually follow a combo.

First, I use my first skill to make the explosives rain.

Then when my energy is now low, I use my 2nd skill afterwards.

This will regenerate a part of my energy and slow the enemy as well.

Then, I continue the barrage of my first skill.

In case the enemy is still alive, then I aim my ultimate skill properly.

The longer you cast your ultimate skill, the farther it goes.

So make sure to estimate on how far should your ultimate skill travel.

Being able to aim exactly will make the enemies feel the pain.

You might all be wondering why I chose Kimmy to be a mage.

Well, it's because her skills gets more percentage of damage from magic power.

And I don't really use her basic attack without first skill, unless needed.

Her basic attack has a short distance, so it's really risky to go near the enemies.

As you know me, I really love being outside the team fights.

Additional tip: I've mentioned this a while ago,

but let me say this again.

Your 2nd and ultimate skill regenerates part of your energy.

It may not be written on the skill's description, but it really does.

The tips I mentioned are just some of the ways you can use Kimmy.

This video just guides you on how to use Kimmy, the Kurumi way.

So, once again.

This is Kurumi and that's how you use Kimmy.

The 6 BEST DRONES to Offer for CHRISTMAS 2018 ! Mavic 2, Anafi, Mavic Air ... - Duration: 8:49.

Hello everyone, this is Armel for the ADIKT DRONE!

Today I will make you discover 6 drones who excel in their category

respective, and one of them will tempt you surely and it should appear

soon on your gift list for this Christmas 2018!

So open your ears and make The good choice !

We will start with 3 drones of initiations to offer for teens, or a little geek adults,

who want to start with drones not too expensive.

Here is the first drone of this classification: the Hubsan H107 C +

This little drone less than 75 euros has already done its evidence to the novice public,

it is affordable, easy to fly, and practice to begin as

has three flight modes to be able to start smoothly during

first flights, and then accelerated to as we progress.

It is equipped with an HD camera that can to shoot in 720p pretty clean after

what I saw. A very good drone not expensive, robust, and perfect to learn

to aerial photography.

Go on we go right away to the second drone, the Hubsan H107D +

This model is the big brother of the drone previous ones and so he's selling himself a little

little more expensive, about 120 euros, but this price is justified by some

additions and improvements. With this drone you will be provided a radio command

with a screen to have a back FPV 720p live to drive

with more precision.

For 20 euros of the more you can offer a mask that

will allow future pilots to be able to have a first flight experience in

immersion for cheap. Like the mini previous drone, he has autonomy

about 7 minutes, which incites clearly to buy batteries

additional. In the same genre, the French company Parrot proposes a

drone of the same style: the mambo fpv. I you let go discover it by watching

the video we made on this drone by testing it.

And here is the last drone of the category initiation the T2M Spyrit Race 3.0

This drones is sold at around 100 euros with a complete FPV kit

and he has a video back in 720p hd a good performance for a drone

this price fast and very handy you can be tested in immersion flight and

introduce you to the circuit since it is provided with a runway a

door and a flag to be able to you to do a little circuit rather nice

Go now we go to drones very fast, cut for the race,

the drones racer! The three drones that I are going to introduce you are drones

mounted and ready to fly, more practical to offer.

However this type of drones is also great to build oneself in

choosing its own components, and I shows you how to do it in three

videos in the playlist "we build a drone racing "that will be in the description.

Go on we start right away with the first drone racer of this top,

the Happy Model Mantis85. This little drone is planned for piloting

to run in fpv because you can coupled with a fpv mask. It is provided

to 120 euros with the Flysky FS-i6 which is really very very

good to start. This little racer will be perfect for getting started at the FPV

and driving in addictive mode, ie no stabilized.

It is very handy and not very powerful,

to make even flights inside. For autonomy, in

quiet flight we will turn around 4 to 5 minutes,

and if you want to start the drone racer in FPV for not very expensive,

this drone is very clearly the right one choice.

Here is the second racer, it's the Vortex 230, a drone that is sold ready to fly

for a little over 300 euros. It's a drone that looks very

powerful, really ergonomic and well thought. This drone can easily go to

more than 130 km / h and frankly at the level of the designate

is really beautiful. The battery is placed on the top,

allowing more protection for your lipo.

This drone is really the perfection of the finish, plus it is equipped with

powerful components including the VTX Tramp HV whose very good

reputation is not redone.

And here is the last racer, this one, I assure you,

if you have the budget you do not will not regret. This is the Uvify Draco,

an extraordinary racer that can fly to more 160 km / h. This drone is fully

flexible, so you can change it arms for example really very

quickly, in seconds, a time very valuable during competitions.

This drone is sold at around 600 euros, and yes I know it's a very high price.

Go finish the racing drones, now we are attacking drones

seriously to film in high definition your next vacation.

We start with the DJI Spark, this very compact drone is easily

affordable by beginners and possesses still a pretty good video quality,

Full HD 1080p stabilized on two axes. He may also take

photos in 12 megapixels, not bad for a drone at 500 euros.

It has a range of about 15 minutes and it is possible to activate modes

intelligent flight for example you can control the drone with your

hand and make him take a selfie. This drone is a subtle mix of fun and

drones to film, perfect to be offered as a gift. In the same style the

French brand Parrot offers the Bebop 2 Power, sold nearby

500 euros, which we have already tested on video.

Go now we go up another range but we stay in drones

very compact, perfect to be taken in holidays. This is the Parrot Anafi.

This compact design UAV with arms foldable will allow you to take it away

everywhere and bring back beautiful memories vacation.

You will be able to immortalize your memories with 21 megapixel photos or in

4k HDR video. This 25-minute drone autonomy,

it is quite wind resistant and especially ultra silent! But the blow of

heart that I had for this drone comes especially since he owns

a lossless x2.8 zoom, and that its camera stabilize on three axes can rotate 180 degrees.

Which offers possibilities of plans originals that are out of the ordinary, which

are impossible to do with other drones like the Mavic.

DJI's Mavic Air is its main rival in the category, and I let you go watch the video

where we tested this drone so that you can you make your own opinion.

And finally to close our ranking, we ends up with very very heavy, here's the

DJI Mavic 2! This drone is the very last of the DJI brand and it is in my opinion

the best drone on the market right now, even though he sells himself quite

dear, at 1250 euros for the version with zoom is at 1500 euros for the version

with the best camera. I'm mainly going tell you about this model that is,

I think, the best for amateurs and professionals in video and photography.

This drone can fly for almost 25 minutes and mostly he owns

obstacle detector on all its faces, so for the crash, you have to

really want it. This drone can take beautiful pictures in 20

megapixels and videos in 4k HDR, further improved by the sensor of 1

inch equipped on the camera, which allows to take videos in low

brightness. Anyway, if you have the budget,

and you want to make a gift really exceptional,

this Mavic 2 is really the best choice you can make.

And here are the friends, this top of the best drones to offer for Christmas 2018 is

completed. I hope you enjoyed it, and you may be able to help make your

choice. Do not hesitate to put a comment to share us your

notice, and put a blue thumb for us support.

We also wanted to thank you for your support, you are becoming

more to take the time to subscribe to our channel,

and it's really fun. As for me I tell you next time in a

new video, it was Armel for ADIKT DRONE,

How to Make Green Bean Casserole - Duration: 4:39.

Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make Old-Fashioned

Green Bean Casserole.

This green bean casserole is absolutely delicious. It may

very well be the best you'll ever have! No cans of stuff here, we're going all

from scratch. To start you'll need two thinly sliced white onions and you can

slice them by hand with a knife or today I used a mandolin and you can see that

they're quite thin. Transfer all of those thinly sliced white onions into a mixing

bowl. Once you get all of those in we're gonna add in a 1/4 cup of

all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs and, 1teaspoon of salt

and toss these all together with some tongs. We're gonna be making some crispy

onions to go on top. Then we'll spread these out into an even layer on a

lightly greased baking sheet. Then we're gonna bake these in a 450 degree oven

for about 30 minutes. Give the onions a toss every 10 minutes so that they crisp

up evenly. They'll be done when they're nicely browned and crispy. While those

are baking we'll get everything else ready to go. You'll need 2 pounds of

green beans and I like to use frozen green beans that are thawed because

they're already a little bit soft and steamed but if you want to use fresh

green beans you can do that to, just trim the ends and steam them for about

10 to 15 minutes until they're tender. Then place all of your green beans into

a 3 quart or 9 by 13 casserole dish. Set that aside and we'll head on over to the

stove to make our sauce. Get half a pound of diced bacon cooking over medium heat

You want to cook this until it's crispy. Once the bacon is crispy you want to

leave all of that grease in there and add in two cloves of minced garlic and

saute this for 30 seconds. You'll be able to smell that delicious garlic right

away then you'll add in 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour and stir this in until

all of the white specks have disappeared. Then we'll pour in 1 cup of chicken

broth and 1 cup of half-and-half which is a

mixture of half cream half milk that you find in American grocery stores and

we'll stir this in and bring it to a simmer. Once the mixture has come to a

simmer it will start to thicken. Once this mixture is thick and creamy you'll

want to turn off the heat and stir in half a teaspoon of black pepper and a

quarter teaspoon of ground nutmeg and that will finish off our sauce. We're

gonna pour this over our green beans and toss it together once the green beans

are evenly coated. We're gonna bake this in the 450 degree oven for about 15

minutes. After 15 minutes we're gonna pull our casserole back out of the oven

and we'll just place some of these crisp onions right on top. Cover the top

completely then I like to return this to the oven for just another 5 minutes. That

extra 5 minutes gives just a little bit more crispiness to those onions and then

you are ready to eat.

He is convinced that he has taken that blow.

No use, I wanted to take this a little more seriously.

But you think that just because you two have merged, can you beat me?

I finally finished warming up.
