"Lights..Camera..Action!" Become a Movie Star on a Vintage, 1950s Movie Magazine Cover in Photoshop! - Duration: 10:35.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to place yourself onto the cover of a vintage, movie magazine from the 1950s.

This tutorial is for versions CC and later.

I provided a template, so you can follow along.

Its link is in my video's description or project files.

It includes this texture of paper scratches and abrasions, the masthead of a typical movie

magazine from that era and a folder that includes all of the other text.

You can replace any of the text by simply double-clicking the large "T" on the text layer

to highlight the text and then type in your own text.

I'll press Ctrl or Cmd + Z to undo the last step.

If you'd like to use the same fonts that I'm using, I provided their links, as well.

Feel free to reposition the text for your cover.

I'll collapse the folder.

Before we begin, if I've inspired you to explore your creativity in Photoshop, please

help support my channel for as little as 2 dollars a month by becoming a patron through Patreon.

Click the Patreon card at the upper, right corner or click the Join button below the

video to become a Channel member.

Make sure the paper scratches layer's Blend Mode is "Screen".

This blend mode shows the scratches, as well as all the layers under it because it clips

off all of the darkest tones of the scratches layer, while revealing all of the lightest tones.

Open a high resolution, large-sized, close-up photo of a person that you'd like to use for this project.

I downloaded this one from Shutterstock.

Since almost all of the celebrities that adorned these type of movie magazine covers were cut

out of its original background and then placed onto a flat color later, I'll show you how to do it.

There are many ways cut out subjects from their backgrounds, but for this example, I'll

use the Quick Selection Tool If you're using this tool, as well, I find that a radius of

10 pixels works well for most sizes, however, feel free to adjust the amount if you'd like.

Drag your cursor over the inside of your subject.

To remove selections that are outside your subject, press and hold Alt or Option as you

drag over those areas.

To check your selection press "Q" on your keyboard to see it as a quick mask.

By the way, if you want to change the color of a quick mask, double-click the quick mask

icon, click the color box and just change the color.

I have its opacity set at 100%.

To refine the selections' edges, click the Select and Mask button if you're using version

CC 2015.5 or later or you can go to Select and Select and Mask.

If you're using an earlier version of Photoshop, click "Refine Edge".

I did in-depth tutorials on both, so if you'd like to watch them, I provided their links, as well.

If you prefer to use Refine edge instead of Select and Mask, Shift-click Select and Mask

to open the Refine Edge filter.

Check "Smart Radius", which will detect hard and smooth edges.

The brush should be approximately this size.

To adjust its size, make sure the CapsLock key is off and press the left or right bracket

key on your keyboard.

Drag your cursor over the soft edges such as the hair.

Check "Decontaminate Colors".

This prevents color fringing onto your subject from the background.

Drag it all the way to 100%.

Output it to a "New Layer with Layer Mask" and click OK.

We'll convert our cutout subject into a Smart Object, so we can add filters to it non-destructively

and even replace it with a different subject, without having to redo most of the effects.

To do this, click the icon at the upper, right of the Layers panel and click "Convert to Smart Object".

Go to Filter and "Camera Raw Filter".

Before we start adjusting some of the settings, keep in mind, since every photo has its own

characteristics, the settings and amounts I'll be using for this particular image may

not work the best for your image, so feel free to adjust them as needed.

In the "Basic" panel, I'll make the Temperature: 30 to give our subject have a golden-yellow

color cast and I'll make the Exposure: minus 0.60, which darkens our subject.

I'll decrease the Contrast to minus 50.

The Clarity is +40 and the Vibrance is +80.

This combination gives our image an over-the-top, punch that printed movie magazine covers had from the 1950s.

Open the "Presets" panel and open "Grain".

I'll click "Medium", which gives our subject a grainy texture.

Then, press Enter or Return to accept all the settings and to close the Camera Raw window.

Go to Filter, Blur and Gaussian Blur.

I'll blur it 0.4 pixels to soften the image.

Next, we'll darken the overall highlights of our subject by clicking the Adjustment Layer icon

and clicking "Exposure".

Adjustment layers affect all the layers below them in the Layers panel.

To restrict an adjustment layer to affect only the one layer beneath it, it needs to

be clipped to that layer.

Since we'll be adding a background layer below our subject later, let's clip the adjustment

layer to our subject now.

To do this, click the Clipping Mask icon or press Alt + Ctrl + G on Windows or Option + Cmd + G on a Mac.

You can also go to Layer and "Create Clipping Mask".

In the "Exposure" field,I'll type in minus 0.40.

Next, we'll compress the shadows and highlights, which creates a similar flattening of the

overall contrast of many subjects printed on inexpensive, vintage magazine covers.

To do this, click the Adjustment layer icon again and this time, click "Selective Color".

Then, clip it to the subject.

Open the Whites and in the "Black" field, type in 60.

Open the Blacks and in the same field, type in minus 20.

We'll convert our visible subject into a Smart object, by Shift-clicking the subject to make

it and its adjustment layers active and converting them into one Smart Object.

We're ready to place our subject into the template I provided.

Open your Move Tool by pressing "v" on your keyboard.

Drag it onto the tab of the template and without releasing your mouse or pen, drag it down

and release.

To resize it, open your Transform Tool by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + T.

Go to a corner and when you see a diagonal, double-arrow,

press and hold Alt or Option + Shift as you drag it in or out.

If you're using CC 2019, just press Alt or Option as you drag it.

To reposition it, go inside the bounding box and drag your subject.

Then, press Enter or Return.

Let's drag our subject below the paper scratches layer.

We'll add a background color at the bottom of the Layers panel.

Make the text folder active and create a new layer below it by Ctrl-clicking or Cmd-clicking

the New Layer icon.

Let's name it, "Background".

Click the foreground color

and pick a color for your background.

Since, I already know the color I want, I'll type it into the hexadecimal field: 385981.

To fill the empty layer with your foreground color, press Alt or Option + Delete.

To ensure that all of our text is visible and not hidden behind our subject,

we'll drag the text folder above our subject.

To change the color of your text, open the Text folder and double-click the large "T"

of the text layer that you want to change.

This activates and highlights all the text in that layer.

Click the color box in the Properties panel or the box at the top of your screen.

For this block of text, I'll pick black.

Double-click the large "T" of the "Your name here" layer

and type out the name of the person on your cover.

I'll change the color of this block of text by repeating the same steps.

To change the color of the masthead,

double-click the Masthead layer to open its Layer Style window.

Click "Color Overlay" and the box.

Pick a color that compliments your subject and its background.

I'll cancel it, since I like my original color.

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Thanks for watching!

(CLAYTON) Well we're in southwest Virginia, trying

to get it done again this morning.

A friend of ours said he saw a bird come into this area

of the woods yesterday afternoon late.

So, we come in here this morning and set a blind up

and we heard him gobble way down deep in this holler

right here.

And we've called to him two or three times and he'll

won't even answer us now.

We've bought the side by side up here and it may have

him all wadded up this morning.

Anyway, he never answered us, about all we can do right

now is sit here for a few minutes and see what happens.

We got our decoy spread up.

We got Woodhaven calls raring to go.

But let's just wait and see what happens.

We're going to try to wait it out.

(Turkey sounds and outdoor sounds)

(FESS) Look there that's a good call.

Boy that's a good one right there. Decoys too. oh yeah.

oh, that'll ole' Woodhaven call I'm telling you

what, that bird, we couldn't do a thing with him

this morning.

(FESS) He didn't like to gobble.

(CLAYTON) No, he didn't want to gobble.

He flew off a way from us, plum down the other end of

the a whole different ridge and set up and

started gobbling, raising cane but just ever once in a

while I mean he could barely hear us, we could barely

hear him.

What he finally did, Fess got on that real hen Woodhaven

box call and I got on the mouth call here and

we hammered him for a little while and then we just shut

it off.

We said well he knows where we're at.

So, we're going to wait on him, see what he's going to do.

Next time we heard him he had come up the ridge into

another gap, gobbled one time.

So, we hammered him again and just shut it off and we

both looked at each other and said we'll give him 30

minutes and see what he's going to do.

And ole' Fess looks up and sees him coming down through

a sage brush field, got his britches pulled everywhere.

(laughter)

(CLAYTON) Running down through that sage brush field, got

him coming through that, all the way down through the

field there, come over here jumps on our hen,

starts wearing him out and sealed the deal right there.

Let's go out here and get a tag on him and see if we

He was after a hen turkey.

And he just jumped, he didn't pay him no attention at all.

Good grief Fess, that's another 20 pounder or better.

Good beard.

(laughter) Another day in paradise, ain't it.

(FESS) You know it is.

(CLAYTON) You know what, I'll tell you what, we've

been around these things for probably 45 years or so and

it never, it just never ceases to amaze me how much fun it is.

It just brings back the kid in you every time you hear

one gobble don't it?

Man.

(FESS) Just such a majestic bird.

(CLAYTON) And we had to be more patient with this bird.

He didn't want to have to say a lot.

(FESS) He kind of acted like he might have been shot

at before, didn't he?

(CLAYTON) I believe he, he's a big ole' mature bird.

I believe he's played this game before.

Hey, let's go check out Tanner's big doe, see what

it looks like.

(TANNER) Well folks here's the results of a great morning

(LIONEL) Hey guys.

it's September the sixth.

We're right here in Kentucky again, trying to get 'er done.

Man, this morning has been intense.

I tell you.

I couldn't even get my camera set up.

My bow was on the ground, I had deer all around me.

There was does but I hear it's a pretty good morning

being that it's a full moon.

So, we're sitting back trying to get 'er done.

We're going to try to keep the talking down to the

minimum cause I still think these deer are not very

far away and we're waiting on a particular buck I got

on camera back here.

I call him photogenic because he likes the camera and

he likes to be seen on camera but not this camera, for

some reason, while I'm back here hunting.

He's on my trail camera.

So, he was in here yesterday morning at weird times.

He was in here maybe at, he was in here like from

9:30, then he come back at 11, then he come back again at

12, 12:30, somewhere around in there and then he was

getting back again at 1:30.

So, it's pretty cool this morning.

Started out this morning it was like 49 degrees and

we're going to sit here a little while, just like it

was the rut.

We're going to sit here and see what happens, just

because the full moon's out.

We're just going to see if that midday thing is going

to work or not.

So, you kick back, and I know I'm babbling but kick back

and see what we're going to do here.

So, you're watching 3B Outdoors. I'm on the hunt.

He's been missing.

I took off work today.

I just got up in here off the top of my head.

I said I'm going in here.

The wind is marginal, but I tell you what we got 'er done.

I don't know, it looked like a good hit but we're going

to set up here and see if we can't, we're going to set

up here and give him some time.

I mean he took off.

Nick come out here and helped us too.

If it wasn't for them, I couldn't have got him out

of here myself folks.

(JEFF) I'm going to pan back and show you Nick real quick.

(NICK) How you doing everybody?

(JEFF) He's been behind a lot of deer that we kill.

He hangs a lot of stand for us and we appreciate it Nick.

(NICK) No problem.

(LIONEL) Mathew's Bows, Range Broadheads, and the

infamous Nosejammer.

Like I said the wind was kind of marginal today and we

used that Nosejammer, man, and I'm telling you if you

haven't used this, this right here is some good stuff,

real good stuff.

(JEFF) Put the Gulley crank to him every year, year after year.

(LIONEL) Yep, if you haven't tried it you need to get

ahold of this guy right here.

He can hook you up on some crank. Cranks them right in.

(JEFF) Good job Lionel.

(LIONEL) Yessir, thank you very much.

We love it when a plan comes together.

(Outside sounds)

(FREDDIE) Wow, I told you it was action packed.

Four hunts in 30 minutes, well that's action.

How about Fess and Clayton on that big bird in

Tennessee, there's nothing better than hunting with

your brother.

Then Dustin and I doubling up on those big birds well

it seems like a lot of that's been happening lately.

Next Tanner and Fess doing a little doe patrol.

You know when you get to hunt with your family,

especially your son, well they just ain't nothing much

better than that.

Last Lionel Green shows you persistence does pay off.

Getting those pictures all day long, sometimes you have

to sit just a little bit longer to get the big ones.

Well we're out of time again this week folks, join us

again next week, when Nathan will have you somewhere on

for the week and I'll look at how the ego may view it and how the heart may

look at it as well and then I'll be getting one additional card for what we

can expect to look forward to regardless so you might can't wandering around all

right let's get started spiritual self mastery class equals

heart for the week of November 25th 2018 is for all astrological signs and the

love readings are up for each sign if you are are interested in looking at

those you can watch them here on the YouTube channel and as well as hear them

on the audio podcast so you can listen to them as well as see them here and

there's links below

okay here we go so the energy for the week I'm using the terror of the spirit

Dec by Pamela enjoys Eakins okay so we got the death card in Reverse it's

interesting this card come up for me my personal reading today okay so when we

have the death card in Reverse and we're looking at it through the eyes of the

ego the ego will be very impatient the Eagles always judging that things are

not right right so so for this week as we have the death card in Reverse

there's gonna be something that is unfinished something that was coming

back around that either we have been delaying on or procrastinating on or

that we had thought we had put to bed and it comes back up come like when you

put your kids to bed when they're little and they pop back up just as you're

starting something adult anyway so here we go we have the death card in Reverse

so the ego may look at it like okay why is this coming back around

I can never catch a break it's always something just when I think I'm clear

back it comes again like you know in a godfather 3 which I don't recommend you

watch but there's a lion or Al Pacino says just I think I'm out they probably

vacuum right I love The Godfather movies but not that one anyway so with the

death card in Reverse that you might try to pull this kind of energy with you

like you know you can't catch a break it's always you're always in trouble

just when you think you're clear and you can't get clear why does this happen

then we go into the victimization right why is this artists happened to me I

thought I'd have paid that bill and now this is finance charge I'm never gonna

get ahead and so if you allow yourself to be led by the hand by the ego down

that road which is always very painful and full of feelings of victimization of

self judgement you begin to despoil in that same sort of Eddy you know you

can't get out of it you can't get out of it and it's very distressing when we get

into that space as we all know right the egos that is present for everybody but

when the death card comes in reverse it can be feel even bigger because it's a

Major Arcana card as well as you want something to

naturally end you know those are natural ending that's supposed to occur it's

supposed to happen that ego says why won't it end right and the ego is always

about supposed to it should have this kind of thing so it can be very

distressing so just be aware of that so somebody comes back around that you

thought was done and dusted and here it comes again take a breath and you say oh

how interesting I thought I was done with that I thought that I had completed

that cycle and yet here it is again offering me another opportunity says the

heart to address this from a more aware and loving perspective I thought I was

done with it but I have another opportunity here to open my heart more

to less self judgment to valuing myself and my contributions and the

contributions of others you know because we're always co-creating and it could be

an individual coming back in if it's not a situation and you can say wow here we

here we go again you know but we're doing the dance differently now because

I have more consciousness around it I have more open hearted and I'm looking

at myself differently and whenever we begin to hold a different vision for

ourselves we automatically begin to shift the vibration around the situation

or the interaction with the other an other person so it can't help but be

different rather than wishing somebody would go

away or the situation would go away you've got to change as you know your

own perspective about it and for these classes that you go in the heart the

heart says try to release the self judgment try to look at it as another

opportunity as opposed to God dang it here I go again I can't catch a break or

this person's always coming around I'm never gonna be clear bla bla bla you

down and you go right down that train and the heart says oh my gosh look at

that another opportunity to address this from a more open-hearted perspective

maybe look at the situation of the person in ways that are more

open-hearted you know or you look at the other person and go gosh

last time I I had this issue with them I was feeling really judgmental of them as

well they're so selfish they're so weird there's some needy whatever it might be

and now I can see that gosh you know I hold those energies within me as well I

know that I have been needing in my life I know that I have been weird in my life

and I can understand it more how this other person is holding that energy too

because the more that you create more open-hearted feelings towards self first

the less you tend to judge others because you're judging yourself less

harshly so then you can kind of look at other people in a softer light as well

and that begins to shift the energy around it and then things can have their

natural end because remember the death card is about a natural transition and

natural ending something that wants to to move on you know what it's in the

upright ascent it's a transition it's a card of transformation transition here

we are kind of like stuck so look at what the place is where you are kind of

holding on to older energy as well where you want it to blame someone or you're

really hanging on to that feeling of I'm a victim to this it's one of the easiest

ways for the the ego to hook us back into that older familiar pattern of

being the victim you know when when the egos when we're caught up in the ego

we're always in some fashion a victim in some way and that can be very addicting

because it does require whenever we are feeling victimized or the victim of

something whether it be just our bills are too much or this person's always

mean to me or whatever it may be we're seeing that in that familiar pattern of

fear and anxiety and that we can you know we can't ever shift our lives and

we can shift our lives right here and right now I say well hey look at that

here is that pattern coming vacuum again I'm really feeling victimized I'm really

feeling like circumstances are beyond my control how interesting I thought I had

done so much work around this and here it is again

and another opportunity to take your breath and to give myself more love less

self judgment and say look at you know it's a heart perspective look at how

hard you're working look at how much work and consciousness you've done

around this good job and it may not be comfortable to have to address it again

you thought we were done with it but now you can do it in a loving way

not always easy I'm not saying like it's super simple

it takes consciousness around it and it does take a moment you know because the

ego will will immediately pull us back into the old familiar pattern that's the

egos job it's feel safe there it feels more on guard

it feels yes this is how it's supposed to be no cuz the ego um

I guess as a function of the inner child or vice versa is trying to keep us safe

at its core you know are we safe are we loved you

know okay so let's get another card and so I hope that give you some perspective

on how the ego may try to distract you and how the heart says look look at

another opportunity here again it's not always comfortable that's an opportunity

to shift the larger ego of patterns through these these smaller ones that we

look at every week and the more that you draw consciousness around it and just

even ask the question of Wow okay so if I'm not a victim of this circumstance

how is this for me well perhaps it's what we already talked about like you're

getting another opportunity to look at it differently from more a more grounded

sense of self or more from a more loving standpoint with less self judgment and

less judgment of another or a circumstance and just when you begin to

ask those kinds of questions and play with a little bit you're no longer in

that place of ego and you're more in the space of curiosity in the heart subject

energies let me get one more card as you look at

what we can expect to look forward to regardless so the ego and the heart are

gonna be looking at this tenancy of the death card reversed which is something

that is meant to be transitional or to have ended already this coming back

round again to see that it's a layup procrastination you know again the ego

can come in and say why you procrastinating you're so lazy you never

get anything done that's kind of thing that can be another way that you go

comes in and then the heart says well you must be tired you know give yourself

a break it's coming back in again or you haven't finished it yet or this cycle is

still repeating because you're still integrating some of the earlier lessons

you know and just be a little kinder to yourself less always the heart such

energy and it's not just um what woowoo stuff it's actually beginning to shift

the vibe for pattern of how you live your life

okay so what's my expect regardless

seven of wind seven of swords many tons so some interesting energies here so

during the week we have the step partner murmur something that's not ending a

transition that's not occurring and the ego and the heart will have their own

opinions about this I've already talked about but what we can expect to look

forward to it regardless is a sudden of wind seven of swords and this cart in

this deck it's called many tons so be aware of gossip be aware that there is a

lot going on under the surface of other people's actions and maybe even your own

watch your tongue make sure that you're not adding to the gossip adding to this

energy which is ruled by the moon not everything is clear right you don't know

what's going on so don't talk about it you know if you

don't know if you don't have clarity then maybe just don't contribute to the

confusion and with the seven of wind I will say as well you know keep your

cards close to your chest this week something has come back around with more

consciousness around this death card in Reverse you can keep a watchful eye

rather than just racing ahead and disclosing everything because you don't

know everything that's occurring why is it not ending why is this death carnival

reversed why is this pattern repeating why have I not been able to close the

door on this particular relationship this thing whatever and the seven of

witnesses just keep it close to your chest right now no need to contribute to

the confusion keep your keep you know keep a watchful eye make sure that every

there is more clarity in your own head and make sure that everything that you

are wanting to hold near and dear you're keeping a watchful eye sometimes the

seven of when things can disappear people can get sticky fingers so we can

be aware of that as well

transformational wants to occur so we have all these snakes right the snakes

are a symbol of transformation we have the death card which is in the in the

Tarot is the car transformation so transformation is

occurring it wants to occur but it just may not be absolutely clear yet so don't

don't don't contribute to any confusion keep your tongue to yourself let's say

don't contribute to all of that okay so I hope you find that helpful I wish you

much love as always and I will see you next week and or your own private

appointment or over on the podcast I do Oh today is the final day for the Black

Friday we can say I have 35% off all of my online courses there's a link below

and the love readings are also up much love to you

Altarpiece Santa Claus Step by Step - Duration: 37:04.

Hello Art Friends in Your Hands Welcome to a new project for today

let's share how to make this altarpiece is a santa claus

about two years ago we share a snowman and for

this year, we wanted to share the Santa Claus who had suggested so much to us

so we hope you like it put into practice remember to subscribe

there on the red button, activate the bell to get all of you

our notifications and also remember that the molds of all

projects that we share they have no is not found in the blog in

the page on facebook Arte en Tus Manos with Lili and Sam, then join me in all the

step by step so that they learn to make it welcome!

good and for this project these are the most of the materials that

we need is the altarpiece that I'm going to use 9 millimeters thick

it can also be cartoon remember that I have told them in other occasions also

It can be a cardboard that is thick fabrics is felt I have two types of

stuffed animal that is long hair with we're going to do the beards this is the

plush mink, there is the fabric for the part which is skin color that is the face

it is mainly called angel skin peach skin, yersilon also les

It serves liquefied flannel of the color that you wish so normally in which

calls us skin you decide, in the description the same list of materials

we leave them complete then so can you have an idea of what we are going to

use brushes scissors glue white liquid silicone and also

hot buttons pompoms a close or Zipper to hang cord too

golden wadding that is what to quilt normally the quilts in the wadding

silicone cotton then with these materials

we start if one is missing remember that here in the description in the part

we leave the list of materials and also the link so they can

download the molds well here I already have the altarpiece if this is

the mold that we are going to share with you this altarpiece has a length of 64

centimeters and the lower part that is that of the feet the widest part

say so the body measures 41.5 you what can accommodate if you want I had more

small bigger that's decision then from each one here then already

they see the mold that the altarpiece and this same mold we're going to cut the batting the

Wadding is the same as they use when they are listening to the quilts the

sheets that are so cute this is of the same material she comes from

various calibers this is one that is thick that measures

about two centimeters of this you can not also open it in the center and

we are thinner that also you they decide if they want it thicker or

thinner but so thick gives us a more cushioned feeling

prettier more puffed then this It is also going to cut exactly the same

the size of the altarpiece what we do now it is to stick it with silicone or with

White glue

good now considering the size of the head we are going to create the piece that

will shape the face here I can not cut to the margin of the wood because

I need to cover the wadding then approximately let's take

a measure that takes us about 3 centimeters

that we know that when we cover is going to cover the wadding then here what

I'm taking from the back but this is what we are going to put here

to cover it then I'm going to cut it same, I am going to share with you the

mold to make them well done here is so that if they are going to be smaller

know how to get the mold out of your head in the same way I also take the

dressed then about three centimeters

same to the other side

short the fabrics there is also a benefit when we started to stick the fabrics in the

back then the remainder we can remove them to the excess also

can cut by now then we go taking the measure of the dress and we do

the same to get the measure of the shoes

and these are the pieces then that conform the body of the saint that are the

head the body as such the shoes and I have also cut four pieces for

that make up the arms and four pieces for what make up the gloves if

all of them at least the molds of what is the head the gloves the

arms all of them are shared and what that make up the shoes and the dress

that we do give you the exact measurements for that can take it out then we're going to

start to arm well here then let's start with

the head I will put the cloth on the table and I go

to flip the piece for paste

here I put pressure on the fabric

and I start to bring it to the wood and I'm sticking with hot silicone

the excess fabric can be cut already final

and so it remains to give an idea of how is it then lined up the the

face of the saint we do the same process with the body

So the body is left then covered the dress the red part and now we do

the same process the same as we have done but with the shoes we give

back again and we locate where the shoes would be

ready we do the same the same process remember that you have to

Apply enough silicone and also do a little pressure to be able to

the altarpiece is well puffed

well here then we gave it back that the shoes are well-armed

on top then we had a leftover

we're going to flip it over about one centimeter

and we will also hit it if they want Sew it up they can do it but the truth is

apart you will not see you do not notice if we met and if I get it we paste

here now

now I'm going to take a step so that let us be focused on a division that I'm going

to do between each shoe so that we is the way we wanted shoes

then the measure that goes is 42 centimeters in the middle would be 21

so what I'm going to do is with pins

to help to look at the measure so that we stayed focused we stayed pretty

it's just a guide

and we're going to start introducing then the needle

we introduce by the low part

and let's do it is linear stitch but

continue that we will remain continuous so that the same fabric with the wadding

leave as if remembering that the pins only is a guide point

so we are going to do it until the part superior then here we are going to take a

measure approximately in about 5 centimeters

I'm going to look at exactly how much of 8 out of 8 centimeters and we're also going to do the

same sign to the top is this part of the dress to this part in

actually the lower that part of the dress so that we stay like

legs but here if it would be in red I will continue to do

we're finished if you want you can review the sewing here I bring you to see

that suddenly if you get to notice a little but already when you do not see it that way in

person if you notice the division that there between the two between the two sides now

I'm going to make stuffed mink rolls these rolls are going to have 8 centimeters

wide and long if they are going to have 37 centimeters I'm going to make one for several

pieces for the suit for the boots and for gloves, what I do is double

a little

and here is a roughly 8 calculation centimeters can be cut and

have them ready and with hot silicone then I start to stick them and so the

I'm putting together

who likes to sew things and not there is a problem

I'm also giving him agility and what another is that there are many subscribers that

the truth in the comments tell us that they do not like to sew a lot

it makes it difficult for those who do not I like to sew it easier

make of these for now I'm going to do 4 Well, here I have one of the pieces of

stuffed animal that will be located in the center where we made the sewing to live

the legs then there starts this stuffed toy I'm going to stick it to the

where the dress meets the head because we also help each other with

silicone we are going to stick it

and there all this we are going to hit

Apply it directly on the stuffed animal or we stick it on the dress as I eat

We want to locate it so that it does not I stayed

right to the piece

so now we cut the excess when it is already well stuck we can give

silicone retouching in the parts where We are missing so we can stay

well and here I will locate another piece

and remember that I told you here that they will leave 8 centimeters is because in this part

there is stuffed then this here get dressed and here is the shape

of the trousers here also apply quite a lot

silicone and paste the piece

and then then we paste on the part of back as we did with the other fabrics

well here I also put him in the neck so that we look good here in the

low part of the boots then I put him aside in this extreme here I'm going to

do what I did was to paste a little silicone

this stuffed animal tends to like fray how to fray then

that's why I always work with silicone or I stick it like that because it tends to

get damaged here he doubled it

I'm going to be finished is going to be well composer

then look here you do not notice so now I can take

I'm not going to put here and I'm going to paste I did the two parts was so that

we will be divided the two boots then the effect is that it is in the

leg and that this is the foot or boot internal will be more accentuated

putting the two pieces of stuffed animal the boots separately remind you that

here you do a fold that cross here and from here I start to stick it and

I do the same process and here I stuck it to teach and I hit him we give him the

back and finished it here in the back then the same thing I'm

doing here with scarcely

of sylicon

no but remember to make the silicone touch-ups

if they play if they are missing when there is already a bit drier is done here it bent towards

back and now I also stick it I will start then to sew what

make up the arm and the glove of our saint then

here is the sleeve I'm going to do sewing in festoon stitch remember that

stitch has several names tell you because it's all around the doll

buttonhole stitch, dragon already has many names and gives us a very handmade touch

I'm going to sew the project

and I do the same stitching all over the contour of the curve in the glove

and we thought the same as we did with the arm

A) Yes

well then now we have both pieces that make up the arm and the

glove let's put them together here I have what I held with some pins then

let's start to know in the same stitch in the stitch stitch

but she will get to the moment in one of the sides then in this or in the

other than equality the same thing we're going to leave a space to fill in then

we are going to sew like this is going to start here

this part does not matter what the because here is going to go a piece of

stuffed animal and as well as how can the rest of the dress then here we go to

start to perform this tip and when we already have all the return and we arrive

soon here to this other side then we leave the space we fill and seal

here I go to sewing as I told you they say all around and here I left the

hole then now I'm going to start introduce the silicone cotton

I finished filling it now as I did I had not removed the needle I still

then sewing and for seal

good here to each of the arms then I'll hit the stuffed animal equal to

as I did with the whole dress and boots and so I put him then now what

what I'm going to do is apply silicone here at the ends where the arms start

and we stick it to the body

and they put it where

prettier 1 remember that you have to hold up well

the pieces to stick and stay fixed

already the arms were already dry totally then we will begin to

work your head good to start then do the

face let's cut a circle 7.5 centimeters in diameter and we're going to

darn it, if they want the bigger nose because

this piece of make for the nose then they cut the circumference more

big and if they want it smaller then then smaller

everything goes in tastes So here I am

doing a darning

well, that's how my nose was like, so here I am going to locate but before hitting the nose what

what I'm going to do is that I'm going to paint eyes you decide if you put the

eyes that normally sell in the market or apply techniques that I have already

taught in others step by step that they teaches painting, embroidery, crazy eyes

I used all the techniques in the videos for you to apply the

that they like or that they are most facilitate in this I will show how

I'm going to paint but in a step by step more fast because already in others I have

explained a little more detailed then I'm going to start with the color white

now we will apply the color black

it has completely dried the paint then now let's make an effect

in the part that we painted in blue let's make some lines to give

as an effect to give it light are very thin lines already in a

video that I shared recently to show how the

little eyes then from here I return it I explain but then the techniques and

I'm teaching them more in quick camera pure lines

that are dim, it does not have to be very repainted can be

only in the blue part and we apply a little more from the center and the center towards

the end of each eye for example from this would be the right side and that's what

does the left side then what we do blank and in black

when you have finished making the effect of this dry brush that shading those

lines in black and white we begin to delineate

we are going to apply in a brush that is very thin and we started to delineate

give him enhance the look

let's now work the beards so here is the mold so

we are also going to share them and these already are the beards cut here I have done

a brand where I want it to be the beard is stuck, the beards I leave to

disposition of you in this stuffed animal of long hair or in the technique that

teach in the previous video that are the beards in wool then you already

they choose which one they like best and several I have taught them to choose the one

more like it because this beard I'm going to put the cloth to the right on the face and

what I'm going to do is start hitting with silicone if in this position to

that the beards who stuck to the face then I will start

apply the silicone

and remember that you have to focus and accommodate

and I start to stick the silicone all over the outline where I want the one who hits

the beards

I already hold, I hope it dries and then hit the excesses up so that

the beard comes from the part of the head we wait for it to dry well

well here it's dry then we started to fix the piece

and look at the effect it gives us Yes go

is with him with the little hair like from the head I already have

list the whiskers as the whiskers the I will stick in this position you

they can also with the scissors cut the excess stuffed what you do not like if

you can remove it then here I go to stick the whiskers

all right

that the cleared part starts to paste the whiskers

if you notice when you cut the stuffed animal cut how comes the next giving him the

sense that they would have whiskers like that whiskers and beards go down

then you always have to accommodate the fabrics to give us the position and here

I have my nose remember that I made it so here I am going to stick my nose

also applied good enough silicone

and we stick it

we hold these pieces well for that hit us and you know that for example

the mustache if it was not very well cut does not look very good on

stuffed toy we can cut is here so less until the space where it is supposed

that go the lips but the amount of stuffed toy gives us to look good

cute then we accommodate the excess what We cut to make it look nice and

we continue with the hat now let's work on the hat is

a piece that cuts the base has double If the base is double, it is 18.5.

actually the base in total is the average for the mold it would be 37 centimeters and

long if in this part of the hat is of 42 centimeters then instead of

make a straight hat right triangle what are we going to do it

it's with a little curve that's what that allows the hat to look nice

then in this curve we are going to do the Same stitch we made in the

arms that the stitch stitch, then let's do it for all that contour and

in the lower part we will decorate the same how do we do the whole project with the

stuffed mink, then like that

to end here at the end

good before hitting the hat then cut a piece of cloth you can

buy this is called kambral the fabric surgical that already comes from many

colors buy that cloth and what I'm going to do is cut it the same size as

mold and with it cover the imperfections of work that we have

done then here is going to hit also with hot silicone and that we

will prevent all of us from seeing each other work that was done if everything

is stuck and they give us the best presentation of what we do and then

when we paste the kambral then there if we proceed to paste the hat

well then after having glued

look how it is now taught them well in a photo after having stuck

so now we are going to put on the hat

let's accommodate

we paste it if we can higher what we stick in the back what

We also arrange and fix the hat as we like

well here I already place the hat now taught how it was and here what I'm going to

do is I'm going to locate the zipper which is the system that we are going to use

so that we hang on the wall or where we wish that this altarpiece then here

I place the zipper as centered as can

screw and here with these screws in the lower part as you can see I put a

of the same material that I used as a support system you can put a

pillow or whatever they need the fact is that we are not going to make much force to

the wood and making it this system let's not go to leave here is what

we do is that we are putting the screws each with its ability if

suddenly they do not know how to place them or It costs difficulty, we ask you to help

soon some gentleman who is at home to help us, this is what I put

well after making the system fit where we are going to hang this altarpiece

then I put some laces and in this part of the shoes and if we go up

a little bit more then well also the buttons that you put on the dress are

the golden buttons that make it receive much more the color of the dress

That is how the saint, the altarpiece of santa claus, of santa claus in

this video, I hope you like it put it into practice the truth is a

step by step very simple the result is very nice at least I liked it

a lot, I hope to read many comments also of you if you liked it if they go

to put into practice there is always some material that has another name in another

country they let us know so that they can let's teach all the names of the

materials remember that molds we share on the blog and on the page in

facebook Art in Your Hands with Lili and Sam, if there in the description they

we leave the link, list of materials now I'm going to take

some pictures to see how they are complete plan and I hope you give us a present

I like that they share the video that subscribe there on the red button if

they still have not done it and we read also all your comments then

a hug for all and see you in a next video here on your channel

SUKISHI | Japanese ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Shabu Shabu 😋 - Duration: 3:28.

Hi guys! It's Puri & Sue here.

Today, we are going to try a Japanese all you can eat shabu-shabu. This place is called Sukishi.

If you haven't already subscribe to us, click the SUBSCRUBE button, and don't forget a notification bell.

So, let's go!

First we need to choose the type of soup.

So, there's 5 types of soups here. We've chose the Miso Soup and the Japanese Mala

So, this is the Miso Soup.

It's a bit salty.

But the Miso paste is really really flavourful.

I'm going to try this Japanese Mala soup.

It has a mild spiciness to it.

And a little bit of Miso fragrance.

It's a really big hot pot but it's empty right now and we've gotta get our food first!

We're now ready to put in all the food that we've taken from the bar into the soup.

The best part is that we get to choose 2 types of soups. Get the best of both worlds.

Ooo...the pork belly!

Let's try this out.

The pork fats really really melts in your mouth.

I'm gonna get minced pork. Look at that!

It's so chunky!

Okay, I'm going to try a little bit of this.

Ok, I'm gonna try this juicy minced pork.

Wow, the minced pork is really really tender!

They gave us free chicken as a complementary dish.

Mmm...it's crunchy and very juicy too.

This is definitely one of our favourites is the Cheesy Tofu.

Regular tofu on the outside; super cheesy in the inside.

It's not that cheesy... :(

It's one small dot over there...

But it's still tasty though.

I'm going to try this out with the dipping sauce.

This dipping sauce is Super Awesome!

It has Salty, Sweet...

Fragrance from the garlic...

The chilly is spicy...

Aww...It's everything a dipping sauce can be!

Awesome sauce.

There's one thing that we learned from the Japanese is to dip into raw egg.

One of the best things about this place, is that the soup is refillable and so is the meat.

Dessert!

So, there's many condiments you can add on.

We're going to go ahead with the chocolate chips and some peanuts.

That was a really really delicious meal.

Yea, we got so many things to eat.

This is definitely going to be our favourite All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot place.

So, if you LIKE this video, give it a Thumbs Up!

And we'll see you in the next video!

Thank you so much for watching. See you!
