Youtube daily report Dec 25 2018

Dutchess Meghan's heartbroken dad Thomas Markel, I don't deserve this

Megan's dad is begged for another chance. But doing so in the mail on Sunday while writing her letters mentioning Harry's Nazi outfit and naked pool parties won't work

Megan markle's father Thomas has spoken of his heartbreak over his daughters refusal to speak to him

since he started giving

Interviews to the press in a new interview with the press

I have been frozen out and I can't stay silent. The retired emmy-winning lighting director says in an interview with The Mail on Sunday

I have made dozens of attempts to reach my daughter via texts and letters but she and Harry have put up a wall of silence

They have done what they once told me not to do they are believing everything negative that has been written about me

So I am reaching out to them once again to try to correct the lies and get the truth out there

Everyone says why don't I just shut the fuck up that Megan can't speak to me because I'll give away secrets

But that's bullshit. I've been accused of every terrible thing. You can think of in one magazine

They had an awful story about Prince Charles right beside one about me, but no one is shunning Prince Charles

The mail says that Markel was neither paid for not sought payment for the interview in which he also seeks to correct what he says

Are false stories about him producing a stack of medical bills?

which he claims shows he really did have the two heart attacks as he said which prevented him walking his daughter down the aisle at

St. George's Chapel Windsor

He also tells the male that Megan lived with him full-time during much of her teenage years saying

Megan and I were as close as a father and daughter could be right up until her wedding to Harry then it all fell apart

He does admit that posing for paparazzi pictures before the Royal Wedding was a stupid mistake

But says that being cut out by Megan and Harry as a punishment, which does not fit the crime in comments

That will only serve to anger the Royals Markel told the male

I apologized to Harry on the phone and all he said was if you'd listened to me

None of this would have happened. I did a few things wrong said a few things I should not

But some of the Royals have done far worse things

there are convicts in prisons who have murdered and committed all kinds of horrible crimes and their daughters still visit them and

In a sign that Markel may have still something to learn about tact the male's Carolyn Graham

Reports that he wrote Meghan's a letter which among other things pointed out the Royals haven't always been perfectly behaved

I wrote that I've never played pool naked nor have I dressed up as a Nazi

Possibly not the best angle when it comes to winning your way back into the hearts of Megan and Harry thanks you for watching

Thomas Markel calls his daughter Megan Markel. Very controlling a new interview Megan

Markel's father says he is confused by his daughter shunning him

Why soap it's simple he can't be trusted and clearly doesn't have her best interests at heart

Thomas Markel just doesn't get it after his daughter cut off communication with him because he gave a series of interviews to the press

he has now given yet another live TV interview in which he begged his daughter to speak to him and

To make matters worse Markel appeared to endorse a story that emerged this weekend that megan is of control freak harry

34 and megan 37 have apparently been nicknamed Monica and Chandler by royal staff because of her

Micromanaging style in a reference to the hit sitcom friends speaking to breakfast show. Good morning Britain

Markel said she has always been a very controlling person and that's part of her nature, but she has never been rude

She has always been in charge. That's her nature

Markel said that he has written hundreds of letters and texts to Megan that have not been answered

He said that he was giving up keeping quiet because although he had not done an interview for six months

She had still not called

In fact Markel gave an on-the-record interview to The Mail on Sunday

which was published on 8 December in which he paraded all of her childhood letters and photographs and

Revealed that guests at her wedding were given our tea bags of marijuana

Prior to that he gave a nine hour interview also to the Mail on Sunday

Which was published on the last weekend of July?

At the same time he gave an interview to the son in which he threatened to come to England and confront Megan on her birthday

Happy birthday and said his daughter's vivacious spirit was being crushed by royal life

In the new interview Markel criticized Megan and Harry for believing everything

They read in the papers about him saying they were doing exactly what they had urged him not to do

He said he was hopeful that soon something will be resolved and we will be talking of his daughter's pregnancy

he said I'm certainly hoping that everything goes well and they produce a beautiful baby and I'll get to see of a little Megan or

A little Harry, that would be very nice

Asked if he were confident it would happen. He replied

I'm hopeful

Markel who spoke haltingly at times veered between hostility and self-pity in the interview at one stage

He appeared to issue a warning to the Royals that he would give further interviews when he said I don't plan to be

Silent for the rest of my life. She has to know that while many are horrified by Megan cutting off her dad

It might be worth recalling the actual sequence of events that has led to the current impasse

Markel was forgiven by Megan when he admitted he had been paid to pose for staged paparazzi pictures

Which sold for thousands of dollars ahead of the Royal Wedding. He was still asked to walk her down the aisle

He chose not to attend the wedding citing health reasons

He has admitted that Megan and Harry called him immediately after the ceremony

I spoke to Megan and Harry briefly after the wedding. It was mostly me and Megan

They were talking about coming to visit me. I spoke to them both and wished them a happy honeymoon

That was the last call the facts of the matter are that Megan stopped talking to him after he gave his first embarrassing interview

Too good morning, Britain just six weeks after the wedding for which he admitted

He was paid several thousand pounds without Harry and Megan's consent

He revealed details of private conversations with Harry and criticized the couple for not calling him in the new interview

Apparently time to create maximum pressure on Megan just days before Christmas

He said I've been trying to reach out for several weeks every day. I try to text her. I just haven't received any comment back

Markel added I'm confused by it

Anne: Welcome, everybody, to the VO BOSS podcast.

I'm your host, Anne Ganguzza, along with my beautiful holiday co-host, Gabby Nistico.

Gabby: Hello!

Happy holidays!

Anne: Yay!

Happy holidays, everybody!

It 'tis the season, 'tis the season.

Gabby: Oh goodness, yes.

Anne: Yes.

Gabby: How frazzled are you, that's what I want to know?

How frantic?

Anne: Oh, yeah, pretty frantic, trying to get everything done.

Of course it seems like clients, this is the time when the clients need everything like

at the last minute.

Gabby: [laughs]

Anne: I'm trying to arrange family time, and holiday party time, and ugh, how do you

do it all, Gabby?

Gabby: I don't.

I just admit and accept that it's not gonna be possible to get it all done.

That takes some of the pressure off.

Um but truthfully, this time of year is when I take advantage of that fact that in some

respects business is slow, and so therefore I have a little bit more flexibility to my

work day.

Anne: Yeah, you know, Gabby, I think what happens is there's so much pressure buildup

before the actual holiday.

Like my clients are always like, "oh my gosh," their big push before the end of

the year, you know, trying to get all of their jobs complete so they themselves can go spend

time with their families on the holiday and have a little bit of a vacation.

And so it kind of frazzles me getting everything ready, and then when the vaca -- when, when

the holidays actually arrive, I actually can enjoy! [laughs] I can enjoy them!

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: And not have to be worried about too much work, and even if there is work, let's

say I'm working with a client that may or may not be celebrating the holiday that I

am, usually they're pretty understanding about it.

Gabby: Mm-hmm, yeah.

I mean, I've, I've never run into that problem where someone hasn't been.

I do think though, after the holidays there's that sort of crash, where people can become

just, yeah, just kind of depressed because all of that activity and all of that stress,

and all of the energy that you were putting in to the holidays is now gone, and it's

sort of like, "what do I do now?"

At least that's for some people.

And then others it's just, you know, they hate it.

They hate it because it really is just too much, and it's overwhelming.

Anne: I try to make that period of time, at the end of the year before the new year, a

time to really sit down and reflect, and make some goals, and pump myself up for a better

year, the next year.

And I think that's how I try to turn around that, that time that I might have um instead

of maybe coming down off that sugar high.

[both laugh]

Anne: Kind of that holiday sugar high and work high in, into really trying to sit down

and figure out, what can I do to have an even better year the following year?

Gabby: I like that.

I um, I give myself a little bit of time.

I'll give myself like, I don't know, maybe two days to be super lazy, like suuper lazy.

Like I don't do anything.

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: Like I sit on the couch, I eat chips --

Anne: I have to watch all the programming.

Gabby: Yep.

I binge Netflix.

Like I do nothing.

[Anne laughs]

Gabby: Right?

My dog is even like, "are you gonna move today?"

"No."

And then I get out of that, and I go, "ok, now it's time to accomplish, it's time

to do," and so I, I sort of use the two weeks, the Christmas-New Year piece, to really

accomplish things that I'm not able to do in other parts of the year, because there

is too much going on.

And I get super focused on my taxes, and I get that knocked out so it's pretty much

done and ready to go.

I go ahead and I of course close out the books and deal with all the administrative stuff.

And then usually there's some like project type things around the house too, stuff that

has nothing to do with work.

Anne: If I take a step back a little bit, and we take a look at the day… in the life

of a, of an entrepreneur voice talent, I actually love -- one of the biggest perks of that is

to be able to have flexible hours so you can get things done that need to get done, that

may or may not be business related.

So for example tomorrow I've got to get my car serviced, and it's really convenient

for me to be able to do that in the middle of the day when they're not busy so I can

get in and get out quickly and, and not have to wait for hours to get my car serviced.

Gabby: Oh God, yes.

Anne: So things like that is such a big, big, tremendous advantage for all of you out there,

if you're not full-time entrepreneur voiceover.

I think taht this is probably one of the biggest perks.

Gabby: We're so spoiled.

Anne: Yeah, right?

Gabby: Like soo spoiled.

I mean, the errands that most people dread, and that they have to pile up into a Saturday

or a day off --

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: -- we can kind of space out and do during a regular workweek.

And you're right, it is things that you can do when it's quieter.

I, like -- part of it is, yeah, I'm in North Carolina now.

God knows it wasn't this way in New York, but I can get in and out of the DMV here in

like an hour.

It's amazing!

Anne: [laughs] I love that.

That, that probably ranks right up there at the top too.

I can, I can devise my road trips during the times when it's not rush hour --

Gabby: Yeah!

Anne: -- which to me is the best thing in the world.

I, gosh, the other day, Gabby, I had to go out at like 8:00 in the morning, and I was

like [laughs] oh my God!

Where did -- people, there's people on the road.

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: Like, and they --

Gabby: Like we forget.

Anne: It was incredible.

It must have tacked on a good 30 to 40 minutes onto what I anticipated.

I'm like, "well, it usually takes me 10 minutes in the middle of the day to get here."

It took me like 40 minutes to get where I needed to go because of like the morning rush

hour.

And I, like I think to myself, "wow, I'm really spoiled."

And I -- and you know, my husband goes back and forth to work every day.

Now, he's got flex time, but he's so used to being into work at, you know 8:00 or 9:00,

at a certain time, he still continues to do that, and he deals with all that traffic.

And I -- it's something I've completely forgotten about since becoming a, my own entrepreneur,

which I love.

Gabby: Sometimes I have to kind of catch myself, because a friend will go, "oh man, I'm

so behind on laundry," you know, like "I'm gonna spend the whole night doing it," and

I'm like "ha, sucks to be you!"

[both laugh]

Gabby: 'Cause yeah, if my, if my booth schedule is open, and there's a few hours free, heck

yeah, I'm gonna go throw on a load of whites.

Who cares?

Anne: Well, I think anybody that works from home knows the flexibility of the schedule.

Probably the only thing holding you back would be your clients and when your clients want

to meet with you, and especially if they're on a different time table, or in a different

time zone.

So that can kind of, your, your work can kind of bleed through dinner, or you know, maybe

it can start earlier than a typical 9-to-5 kind of a job.

But I think the benefits, of being, of having that flexibility of time greatly outweigh

the disadvantages of having to work at 7pm, or maybe get up at 7am and do, and do some

voiceover work.

Gabby: Yeah, and we get to take the biggest advantage of it around the holidays when,

typically yeah, everyone else is frantic and frazzled.

We can sort of use that to minimize our stress and still get our work done.

However, there is one category of voiceover, one classification that doesn't have this

luxury, and it's often referred to as the golden handcuffs.

Anne: Ah yes.

[laughs]

Gabby: Yeah.

So promo actors --

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: -- and contract actors, this is a very different world.

Now I, I know this personally, because I've done it.

I've had promo contracts that lock you in for what are called dailies, the daily recordings.

Anne: Mm-hmm.

Gabby: Um yeah, that can be really tough.

Anne: Yeah, I think it's great to bring up the different genres and the time demands

that, that they each have on us.

You know, for example, promo for sure, you are the golden handcuffs.

You are pretty much locked in to having to perform and deliver every day --

Gabby: Every day.

Every day.

Anne: Or on a schedule that is dictated by the network.

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: And who you're working for.

Gabby: Yeah, and holidays don't really matter.

Anne: Correct, it's probably even busier during holidays.

Gabby: Yeah, sometimes.

Like the holidays matter, but you know, news doesn't stop because it's a holiday.

Broadcasts don't cease to exist because it's a holiday.

So promo work really can potentially be 365 days a year.

Anne: And you know, also in addition to promo work, I mean commercial.

I mean, anybody that's advertising for the holidays in sales, you know, retail, that

sort of work is also going to be, probably a little bit -- maybe not as demanding as

promo, but I think that can also demand your time during the holidays as well, because

--

Gabby: Oh for sure.

Anne: -- you know, advertisers are trying to get the, the message out.

Gabby: Yeah, absolutely.

I do think they still plan at least a little bit ahead, just a little, but, but promo I

mean, it just is what it is.

You, you have a set time every single day that you record.

And usually it's a set time because you're being directed.

You have to actually link up with the client.

And… it can be kind of taxing.

It can be kind of stressful.

Promo talent however are paid very handsomely.

Anne: I think I was discussing this with somebody the other day.

Oh!

How [laughs] one of the things that I absolutely love about my business, and -- which is different

from your business, is that I get to craft it exactly the way I want to in terms of how

I spend my time.

So for example, anybody that works with me coaching wise knows I only coach three days

a week, and that's because I do voiceover work as well.

Now the type of voiceover work that I do is not as -- it's not promo, so it's not

demanding of me every day.

So I can take those times to dedicate to my students and teach on certain days, and I

can kind of set that up as a schedule.

And the fact that I do a lot of narration work, a lot -- that is a little bit, a little

bit more lenient.

Sometimes clients can be demanding and say, "I needed it yesterday," but a lot of

times you get a, you get a little bit more time.

But I also do some work in commercial and automotive, which is a lot more demanding

of, "we need it," you know, "can you get it done today?'

You know, "can you get it done in the next hour," that sort of thing.

I do sort of love the flexibility of my genre, and what that affords me to actually craft

my business the way that I want to.

I just love, love, love that freedom.

Gabby: That's it, and, and that is what's so amazing.

I've never heard a voice actor complain about the type of work that they're doing,

because at the end of the day, we're totally in control of the genre and where and what

we're doing.

So it's kind of funny because you do think about things like the golden handcuffs, and

I go, "God, I would rather be handcuffed to a microphone than any number of tools to

a do a job, right?"

I mean, like --

Anne: True.

Gabby: -- like a shovel.

That would suck. [laughs]

Anne: So true, so true.

Gabby: Yeah!

We are still in control, that's the thing we have to remember.

And we can.

We can sort of craft around it, and if, you know, the demands of a certain area of voiceover

are just too much for you, then it's just an area you don't engage in.

Anne: Yeah, yeah.

Gabby: It's that simple.

Anne: Or you engage in less frequently.

Gabby: Right.

Anne: The big takeaway here, or the big, the big advantage, and I think one of the most

addicting things about being an entrepreneur is the fact that you get to set your own schedule.

And you do get to kind of craft your business the way that you want it to be.

And, and I just, it's, it's been such a fun journey for, for me, and I'm sure

for you too, over the years because I've changed.

I've changed a little bit.

"Oh, you know, I'd really like to do let's say some more work in maybe government work,

or narration work or maybe explainers."

I've been able to kind of guide myself into creating those areas for myself.

So if I wanted to coach more, I could.

And I've been able to kind of just redesign every year.

It's kind of like I'm reinventing myself, or reinventing my business as I go.

It's really, really a wonderful challenge, and it's really… satisfying, if you ask

me.

[laughs]

Gabby: It is.

It is for sure.

I think what I've been doing the last few years is a little different, because my, my

schedule and some things have been a little more dictated by what's going on with me,

with MS.

But either way, I've still, I've been able to do that.

You know, I've cut back on coaching.

I, I schedule recordings earlier in the day now rather than later, because yeah.

And of course if you're a parent, and you've got, you know, kiddos that you're having

to shuffle around all over the place, and you're playing taxi driver half the time

--

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: -- it's a huge benefit.

I think probably one of the hardest things for people this time of year if anything is

keeping your record schedule or having a record schedule when you have out-of-town guests,

and, you know, family kind of invading your space.

[laughs]

Anne: Oh yeah.

Gabby: That's, that's really hard for some folks, and I think, you know, easiest

way to address it truthfully is to address it early.

Really get it out there, lay it out on the table so you don't feel bad or feel like

you're inconveniencing anybody because they have to be quiet because you're recording.

Anne: Well, you know, that's a really good point, Gabby.

As a matter of fact, when I was on vacation [laughs] I tried really hard not to work during

vacation.

However the second week, I had caught up everybody the first week, and I think I was pretty clear

in terms of work being done.

But that second week that I was on vacation, I did get a number of jobs that came in, and

it was really kind of awesome because thankfully they weren't, you know, it wasn't like

an 80,000-page, you know [laughs] e-learning module.

No.

But they were shorter jobs, and I was able to just tell my family, you know, "I'll

just be," you know, "give me an hour in the hotel if that, maybe half an hour,"

and I should be back with you, and I can go to dinner, or we can, you know, go to the

Vatican, or whatever it is.

So it really did work out nicely, and I loved the fact that I was able to talk to them.

They were understanding, and it really wasn't a huge infringement upon my vacation.

Gabby: Yeah, those of us who have family that come in from out of town, and maybe they've

got a lot of kids, that can be challenge.

You know, it's a little hard to wrangle munchkins that aren't your own and don't

quite understand.

So you know what, guys?

There is really, always the option of saying to your family, "I'm going to need you

to get a hotel," or putting them up in a hotel, and you can totally get away with using

your work as a fabulous excuse for that!

Anne: Well, you know what also, Gabby, if you feel like getting out, right, of the booth,

you can also go to a local studio or a friend as well, and that can also give you another

option.

Gabby: That's true, yeah.

So um happy holidays, everybody.

And we hope you're having a great one and that you are celebrating with friends and

family today, and hopefully not working today.

That's another bi thing, right?

Anne: That's it.

Give yourself time.

Gabby: Yes, man.

Take the time off.

You deserve it, you earned it.

You're a BOSS.

Anne: When you give yourself time, it allows you to recoup, regenerate, and come back even

better than ever, and more creative and refreshed, and able to produce more.

Gabby: You get to be the best BOSS version of yourself.

Anne: That's it.

#1 Anne: Hopefully I have enough intelligent

things to say.

Gabby: You will have plenty of intelligent things to say.

And if you don't, the beauty of editing is that when you do think of something intelligent

to say, I can put it in for you.

[both laugh]

#2 Anne: You know why I love you?

Because…

Gabby: [indiscernible]

Anne: You make me a better person!

No, I --

Gabby: Aww!

Anne: [laughs] I've got my red headphones on today.

Umm…

Gabby: Very nice.

Anne: Yeah.

So because, you're always like, "come on, Anne, just do it."

Like, and I sit here, and I obsess, and I analyze, and I think "do I have anything

intelligent to say?"

And you're like, "come on, Anne," and then ultimately you just make me be a better

like improv, kind of off the cuff person.

Gabby: I kind of suck at it.

So if I overthink it, that's where it goes to [beep].

Anne: Yeah, exactly.

You're right.

Gabby: I just have to be like, "ok, we're doing this."

#3 Gabby: We should each put a camera in our

booth and --

Anne: Yes.

Gabby: And, and we should like do a live component or live --

Anne: Oh!

Gabby: Like a live -- I don't know how we would do that.

Anne: Oh, I like that!

No, we'll put it as part of our -- like we'll put a blog up.

So we could actually record like right now.

I could throw my phone in here, and I could start recording, um.

Gabby: Yeah, I don't want to do it today.

But like soon.

Anne: [laughs] "Except -- I'm not prepared!

I'm not like camera ready."

#4 Anne: So we should do that with the, with

the Christmas episode, we should have Santa hats on, and my red, my red --

Gabby: That'd be cute.

I have one.

Yeah.

Anne: Santa hat and my red headphones.

Gabby: That could be really cute.

Anne: Right?

#5 Gabby: My butt hurts.

I need a cushion for my [beep] stool.

Anne: Here.

Gabby: I gotta get a butt cushion.

Hold on, I'm going to get my butt cushion.

[sighs] That's much better.

Oh, it's, that's better.

Yeah, squishy foam pad for my butt.

See, that's what's happening, I'm getting old.

Where'd you go?

Anne?

What the hell happened?

Can you hear me, Anne?

Anne: Yeah, why?

Gabby: Oh ok, 'cause I couldn't hear you for a bit.

Anne: Oh, I -- you ran off, and I ran off.

Gabby: I had to get a butt pillow 'cause my butt hurts.

This stool is too hard on my delicate behind.

Anne: "My delicate behind."

Why do you need a hemorrhoid pillow, because you're 40? [laughs]

Gabby: Just, yeah, apparently.

I don't even have hemorrhoids.

It's just my, my ass hurts.

[both laugh]

Anne: Wait, let me go put my compression socks on.

This is Anne and Gabby like the old episodes.

Gabby: Oh my God, the retirement home episode.

Anne: Retirement episode.

"Gabby, I've gotta go put my compression socks on."

I'm gonna say that, I swear to God.

#6 Anne: Will you please put "Jingle Bells"

in?

[sleigh bells start]

Gabby: Yeah, I'll do something, don't worry about it.

Honda Civic VTi TURBO 1500HP | Kissi RPM Motorsport [ 1/4 de Milha EP4 ] - Duration: 27:48.

Hi, My name is Pedro

A.K.A KissiFur

I own a 92 Civic EG6

And I came from Vendas-Novas (Portugal) by plane and hate fly.

Why did I choose this car? It's a short story

I've never been a Honda boy fan.

I was more Fiat Fan

so, before I get my driver license I already had a Fiat Uno Turbo i.e

and my paixon for cars start right there because the Fiat Tubo It's the best car you can buy...

... if you want spend a lots of money ...

It's the best car... if you want spend a lot of money it's the best...

The Honda breaks sometimes as well but at least the Honda run fast.

The Fiat runs... but slow... and breaks all the time

This part of the History is very important. When we realise that your car spend more money than your wage.

and I talking about car parts, not the Fuel consumptions

You need to be your own mechanical because the car it's always broken.

so, to try save some money, I Started to work in my car by myself

with help from a senior mechanic my friend

At 2001 I did my first engine swap, because the Fiat engine died.

my passion and curiosity for mechanic started in that moment with the FIAT.

Back to the Story, at that time I had a FIAT Coupe 20V, and one friend of mine (who built the first honda turbo in Portugal)

He took me for a ride in your Honda Civic

in that moment I realised the feeling to drive a FIAT Turbo was completely different than a Honda Turbo

6 months later I sold my FIAT and I Bought this 92 Honda Civic

and then I Start to learn more about Tuning.

A few years later I started My own Garage Shop and my Company (RPM Motorsport)

I Started to remapping cars

and everything started to grow up

I Started to do Illegal Street Racing, like most of us

but when we get older, we realize that Street Racing is wrong and It's against our principles.

So I started to build my car to do Drag Racing (legal) in a proper track.

My idea was, since beginning, to the lower time possible in a quarter mile while I was going increase Horsepower.

At 2013 I Started to take this project more serious.

yeah, between 2012, 2013

I Started to see more American Drag videos and developed even more this paxion.

In Portugal, We didn't had any Drag track until 2013.

Ok, Still just a Airport convert in a Drag track, but at least we have a track.

I Started to take my project more serious because at least now we had a track to test the car.

What is the problem of all this? The problem is when we see the car breaking every time we try to do more horsepower.

We want more boost and the car breaks

Rebuild Breaks

Rebuild Break again

Rebuild Break again

You start to get sick of all this.

Now no one can't say we don't have cars in portugal with 1000hp

At 2013 the "Mundo da Picaria" choosed 10 cars to bring till Santa Pod.

And I was one of them.

and was the best time I ever did.

La VRAIE Pyramide Alimentaire (Ce N'est Pas Ce Que Vous Croyez) - Duration: 18:02.

Hi everybody! Merry Christmas!

This quick video

to wish you a merry Christmas and happy holidays

and courage for these days because I know it's difficult to resist temptation

during these holidays.

If you're doing the Candida protocole, try to resist temptation

don't eat sugar and don't drink alcohol

and limit your carbs.

Mainly eat animal products

and non-starchy veggies.

I want to quickly talk about nutrition in this video

I'll certainly make more complete videos on that subject.

Now I want to quickly talk about the best foods

the richest foods in vitamins and minerals that you should eat.

A balanced diet is a diet that will bring all the vitamins and minerals that you need.

You might now that there are different types of vitamins,

water-soluble vitamins

and fat-soluble vitamins.

It is very important to eat enough fats in order to get these last vitamins.

Recently someone wrote a comment

under 1 of my videos

saying he had a perfect diet as he avoided sugar and fats.

No. Fats are extremely important.

If you have a fat-free diet,

that's the worse you can do for your health.

Why?

What are the vitamins that need saturated fats to get absorbed into your body?

Saturated fats found in animals.

What vitamins will you absorbs thanks to fats

and won't be absorbed if you don't eat any fats?

There are 4.

Vitamins A, E, D and K.

If you don't eat fats you won't absorb these vitamins.

Vitamin A is retinol

and also beta caroten.

Vegetarians and vegans say

that you get your vitamin A in carrots,

sweet potatoes, orange colored vegetables.

What you find in vegetables

is beta caroten.

Beta caroten is not absorbed into your body.

Your body must transform it into real vitamin A: Retinol.

The only Vitamin A that is directly absorbable into our body

is the Vitamin A found in animal products.

Liver is rich in vitamin A.

To get absorbed, it needs fat.

Saturated fats.

Vitamin E: you find it

in nuts and fish.

We need fats to absorb it too.

Vitamin D: you find it in fish too.

We get Vitamin D by exposing our body in the sun

You need sun exposition at least 20 minutes per day every day

in order to get enough Vitamin D.

If you live in the northern hemisphere, in Europe or North America,

you can't get enough sun exposure during winter, so you don't absorb enough Vitamin D

through the sun.

To get enough you need to live further south.

In water, how can you get enough Vitamin D?

I don't advice taking supplements because it's better to get whole natural foods.

You get Vitamin D in fish and meat.

If you think about it logically,

how did our ancestors

to get Vitamin D in winter?

In winter, what is the most available source of nutrients

in northern countries?

Animal products.

There's very few fruits and vegetables available in winter.

You get your Vitamin D from meat and fish.

Vitamin D also needs fat to get absorbed into our body.

Vitamin K:

There is vitamin K1 and vitamin K2.

Vitamin K1 is easy to get, it is found in many veggies, especially green veggies.

Vitamin K2 is mostly found in animal products.

It is also found in natto, but I don't think you eat that every day.

Vegetarians and vegans will tell you that

vitamin K1 is converted into K2 in our body,

so they have no problems getting vitamin K2.

In theory, it's true,

but only if you have a perfect microbiome

and if you have a gut in perfect health,

if you have a huge amount of good bacteria.

Indeed, bacteria

convert vitamin K1 into K2.

So you get vitamin K2 that way.

But if you're watching my videos,

it is certainly because you have a compromised gut.

Anyway, who, nowadays, living in our modern world, has a perfect gut health?

Have a perfect microbiome?

Almost nobody.

We all were poisoned by chemicals

in our food, water, air.

We all took antibiotics.

Who has a great gut health?

That's why almost nobody can convert vitamin K1 into K2.

You find K2 in animal products,

in the liver,

and you need saturated fats to absorb it.

I recently read a study

that shows that if you don't absorb enough vitamin K2

you have more cardio-vascular risks.

They rose the amount of vitamin K1 in the food intake of 1 group

and in the other group they rose the amount of K2.

They observed that the K2 group had -50% risks

of developing cardiovascular diseases.

Whereas the risks didn't change in the K1 group.

Vitamin K1 is important

but we need Vitamin K2

and we can't count on our bacteria to make the conversion.

Same for Vitamine A:

if you have a great gut health,

if you have a perfect microbiome in your gut,

then your bacteria can convert beta carotene into Retinol.

But again, who has a perfect gut health nowadays?

Almost nobody.

Also, many people have genetic mutations

that makes it impossible for them to convert beta carotene into Retinol.

That's because their ancestors

got a lot of animal products in their diet.

Their body adapted to it and stopped making the enzymes

needed to convert beta carotene into Retinol.

That's evolution, that's nature works.

If you have european ancestry like I do,

it is very likely that your body doesn't make that enzyme and therefore can't convert beta carotene,

because your ancestors used to eat a lot of meat.

I will make a video

on veganism

because it is a disaster.

Maybe you feel better at first,

but that's because you eliminate processed foods

but in the long run, veganism will ruin your health.

We have to stop denying nature, denying our ancestors,

denying our past.

Our ancestors ate meat

we always ate meat and that made us who we are now.

It is important to eat animal products.

The real pyramid food,

especially when we have gut issues,

is: the base of your diet should be

meat and animal fats,

saturated fats.

You should it that at every meal.

Of course it must be organic and the best quality possible.

All meats.

Quality is very important.

Eggs, saturated fats.

we need saturated fats to absorb the vitamins i just mentioned.

If you tolerate dairy well,

have it deliberately,

good quality dairy,

very important that the animals are grass fed.

If you eat organic dairy

but from grain-fed animals,

it is useless because these animals didn't get the vitamins

so their milk won't have them either.

The yellower the butter is,

the more Vitamin A it has

and other vitamins

thanks to the fresh grass the cows could eat.

If the butter is white,

it means it's empty of vitamins.

Avoid pasteurized milk at all costs

it is toxic.

2 weeks ago I got a very bad cold, i'm better now

but i'm still not 100% healed.

I got this cold because i was eating pasteurized milk

for 1 month and i didn't know it was pasteurized.

Avoid pasteurized dairy at all costs.

It's poison. It must be raw.

And grass fed.

So, the base of your diet should be: animal products and animal fats.

Eat a lot of fats.

About 8 tablespoons of animal fat per day.

It will allow you to absorb the fat-soluble vitamins.

Then, the next level in the pyramid: vegetables.

Green veggies and root vegetables.

They are rich in minerals and vitamins.

Avoid root vegetables and starch

during the candida diet.

Your body is particularly sensitive

to carbs.

You should limit carbs

when you have gut issues, and any health issues.

Then, the next level in the pyramid are grains.

Grains and legumes

are very problematic.

You need to prepare them correctly

and how you absorb them depends on your gut health.

If you gut is very damaged, it is better to eat white grains

such as white rice ofr example

but you should limit your consumption

because it's rich in carbs

you will get insuline spikes

If you have a bad gut health, you're more sensitive to insuline.

Limit grains.

White grains don't have much minerals

you don't want to unbalance the minerals in your body

by eating empty foods.

When you eat empty calories,

empty from minerals and vitamins,

you eat this instead of mineral and vitamin rich foods.

These empty calories will satiate you,

therefore you won't eat other foods that are rich in minerals and vitamins.

Limit grains. It's better to eat vegetables than grains.

If your gut is compromised, you can eat some white grains, but be careful.

If your gut is fine,

eat whole grains but you must prepare them correctly.

You need to soak them for at least 24 hours

then you ferment them for another 24 hours.

That will deactivate the antinutrients.

Therefore you will be able to absorb the vitamins and minerals in these grains.

It's the same for legumes.

Upper level of the pyramid: fruits.

Limit fruits because they are very rich in sugar.

Modern fruits have nothing to do with wild ancestral fruits.

They have waaay more sugar.

Fruits are far from being as healthy as vegetables.

Limit fruits in your diet.

Especially if your gut is compromised and if you have candida.

During phase 1 of the protocol, don't eat fruits.

Phase 2 you can eat 1 fruit per day

but it's important to limit sugars, even "natural" sugars.

People around you who eat lots of fruits,

lots of sugar,

maybe their gut is not as compromised as yours

so they can tolerate sugar better.

But anyway, everybody should be careful with sugar.

And then, on the top of the pyramid, what you should always avoid:

refined sugar and alcohol.

I'll make other videos

to go more into details.

I'll have my bone broth now.

Very rich in minerals

(not so much in vitamins because it cooked for hours )

and saturated fats.

Merry christmas,

try to resist sugar temptation and alcohol

if you want to improve your gut health.

Don't worry, in a few month you'll be able to eat more freely.

Don't forget that we are all different,

and if your gut is compromised, you need to be careful.

I always say that it will be a short video but i always end up talking for 20 minutes!

Take care,

merry christmas and happy holidays!

See you next year!

Dustin Schöne VS Tobi von Kanalgratis | 🏆FINALE #2 YouTube Predator Cup 2018 - Duration: 42:13.

The YouTube Predator Cup 2018 is going to be presented

by DUO germany

Angeljoe and BassBrigade

Dear Visitors! The time has come

Today we will experience who the first

winner of the YPC will be

Who will win? You will know it after this episode!

Dustin has 38.6 more points than Tobias

but Tobias has 6 hours time

to erase this lead

Dustin, you are in the lead with 38.6 points.

This is not a big advantace and

one fish for Tobi and he is in the lead

Today they will fish from the

shore and I never saw Dustin fishing

from the shore!

That is not my best discipline,

but it is still a great kind of fishing

This will be a little unusual for me

but I am also excited

You will decide the spots for the

first three hours Dustin

and you after

The atmosphere is friendly, but I

don't know how long this

will remain, they both really want to win

Today I will do it like he did yesterday,

I will copy what my opponent does

he said exactly the same to you

so who copies who now?

I don't know

yesterday he was successful with this tactic

and hopefully I will be successful too today

Are you glad with this spot?

That is the only spot I know

so I don't have many informations about it

I never fished here

so let's see

The wind is annoying

but it has to work anyhow

Do you have some other spots than this one?

I have some more but I think

I will not stay that long

and maybe switch of to his spot

let's see

It is really cold today,

2-3 degrees Celsius

sunny, but windy

and it ought not rain today.

Both will fish from the shore today

they use artificial baits

and can catch until 3 counting (big enough) fish

for their scoreboard

The length of the fish will be measured in cm

perch gets multiplicated with 2.4

Zander with 1.3

and pike with 1

but you only did one cast

Why do you want to change the spot that quick?

I have a bad feel with this spot

The wind direction is very bad you have no

control about the bait

This is not funny

If this would be a spot where you have some choices

but here we can only cast in one direction

I asked Tobi and he also

thinks that is better

That went quickly!

Dustin is really annoyed by the conditions

so he changes the spot after some

minutes the first time

Dustin, your new spot

you have chosen

is better, which fish can we expect here?

We can catch all 3 here

but to fish for perch makes no sense here i Think

I heard here the locals often catch big fish

I've heard from a 1.20m pike

caught at the same season

I also caught 80cm + Zander here

So we can expect good fish here and it is

way more pleasant here

I think we have bigger chances here

I am excited

He had a perch attack

maybe I will go and get

a lighter rod

but let's wait and see what happens

the sporty Dustin

gets his lighter rod after he had

a perch attack, too.

The preasure is in the air, they don't

talk with each other

There he comes

This small fish brings Tobias to lead

This 45cm pike

is exactly big enough to count

With Tobi's pike your lead is gone

but there is much time left

Yeah, let me check the time

It felt like a perch

a perch would be good for you

we fished for one hour now

so you have 2 more hours to deicde the spots

Everything can change now

this pike does not

worry me in the moment

would it came later it would

be more unpleasant

but later we will go to a pike spot

and hope to catch some

I am really looking forward

Tobi catches the second and the

third fish of the day

but both fish are to small and bring him no more points

They both fish at another different spot

Tobi still fishes where he caught thesmall pikes

and Dustin tries to catch something at the canal

Dustin thinks about changing the spot where Tobi

actually wants to fish at his time

I think Dustin does not really know what to do

he just don't want to lose today

he don't think that he will

catch some big fish in this harbour

so all in all I think we will soonly change the spot

Roman from Rheinland Boats visits us

because we are in the near, he

brought us coffee and Tobi

chats with him and relaxes meanwhile

Dustin fishes over there

he feels so secure to win this

today

But I will go to Dustin now, because the net has to

be near the one who fishes

I am a little frustrated

Tobi is in the lead

and the fish won't bite in the moment

I don't really know where to fish from the shore

so I am

baffled

but I think it's not that bad I just

have to try some baits

in different depths

and then I will catch one or more

to get the lead back.

We are now at a new spot

I expect perch here

and thatswhy I use a dropshot system

but it got entangled

It's getting colder and the baitfish are coming

in the harbour, the predators with them

I think we will

catch not big perch here, but a counting

one would be good

the factor 2.4 would

bring the lead, catching a 20cm perch

I will try it with dropshot

and spinjigs

As we came hear I saw the first

perch near the surface

and I don't think this is a

bad spot for perch

a perch would change everything

Let's see whether they can catch

one, they are there!

To small, but the big ones

are here for sure

not a big one, about 22cm

counts!

Whether Dustin ever was that happy

about a 22cm perch?

He is very relieved about this fish because

it is exactly big enoguh to count

so he takes the lead back

That those small fish can change everything

is sometimes so amazing

Now Dustin is in the lead and

it was nice to see him so happy

Some cm can change the lead

We will stay here for 15min.

and then

we will change the spot

I think our both fish will not be

in the scoreboard at the end

because in his time we will go to the spot

from his last match where

he could caught about 5 pikes more than 70cm

We decide

to go to his spot now

so I lose 30 min.of my time

but I would invest them in his spot

he has a big advatage there, he often fished there

he knows how it works there

halftime, the scrore is

360 to 313.6 points

Now they will go to the small canals

where to could once show

against Daniel, that there are many fish

But Dustin became many informations from Daniel

What he expects there

and what works good, so he

is not completely clueless

short advertising break!

We now arrive to the next spot

and to be honest I am very nervous now

because that is his spot and he knows

how to fish there as we all could see

I am in lead, but not much

I have to perform now

I will give my very best

and try everything to win

the trophy must stay in germany

We now arrived to the canals

the spot from Tobi

Dustin still has 20 min. left decision time

This is difficult for more, I've never fished here

as opposed to him

I will use this spinnerbait as first

I was not prepared for those shallow conditions

but I saw he also uses spinnerbaits, and I found this one in my box

I will try to copy him and

maybe catch one fish

Your last 20 min. start now, Dustin

In this moment Dustins time is over

but both are so focused that they don't want

to lose time with an interview

We change the spot now, Tobias decides where to fish now

the 2nd attack!

was a good one

net!

62cm!

beautiful fish!

the other were bigger, but that's okay

important fish!

A nice memory for this pike

After both got some attacks,

Dustin can catch and hook up the first pike

He accustomed fast to the new

conditions

His advance gets bigger

but Tobi still has much time left

to change the lead

The boys moving forward so fast

With Daniel and Tobi it was way more calm

But Dustin overtakes Tobi,

Then Tobi overtakes his opponent, it's like a rhythm

We are running all the time

that was the next one

that costs time

to change the bait and the fish is still active

That could've been the decision

That was a big wave

In this moment I wish I could've hooked

the 3 lost fish up

That would relax the situation

but now it is exciting until the last minute

and that is not good for our nerves

We have 1 one left

1:10 h

if he catches two 60cm pikes

he wins

This one is bigger

great attack!

I am full with adrenalin

it looks so nice, has a rose belly

So nice 71cm can be!

I am so relieved and happy

my third counting fish!

thank you big boy

Dustin expandes his scoreboard with 71 points

he is now in a safe lead

Tobi needs at least two fish

if he wants to take the trophy home

but he doesn't surrender and we all

know his comeback - qualities

the fish was important, but

it is not over

catching 3 pikes in short time here

is absolutely possible

I had 5 attacks, and

could caught 2 of them

he still has a big chance

Exactly 76cm

In opposite to the other pikes

this one took the bait really good

This is my seventh contact

and the others all bit close

but this one

inhaled the bait

but we will get him safe back

76cm

I caught 4 fish now

3 for my scoreboard, I feel really confident now

He really needs much luck in the next 30 min.

All in all I caught 3 fish in those small canals

but I think they suffice

I am obviously very happy

This is your bait of success

That's a stanley

spinnerbait, amazing lure

as I saw he uses spinnerbaits, I copied him

I went a little smaller with this one

I thought this water is smaller so the pikes are smaller

and the plan works well!

Dustin really performs now!

Meanwhile Tobi can catch nothing at the canals,

Dustin can change his small perch with the pike

and enriches his scoreboard with more and more points

Is Tobias still a hazard? Can he strike back?

If Tobi wants to win he has to catch 3 pikes about

82cm

then he could take the trophy home

It is possible, somehow

but the time is running and we only have

let me check that

25 min. left.

This could be difficult for Tobias

Congratulations Dustin, you let

your opponent no chances

but this pike is no improvement

64cm, great

an improvement about 2cm

my bait is broken now

Stanley spinnerbait, I really can recommend this one

what a bait!

without doing ads

I am not sponsored!

10 min left!

A small improvement, the bait is broken

ah wait,

it could still work

an absolutely amazing bait!

I can recommend to everyone

Normally I fish for perch with it, but this time

it worked out well at pike fishing

that really makes me happy, I often fished it in

tournaments for perch- successless

and finally it performs!

The canal is not wider than 3 m

sick! but the fish like it

I think it is nearly impossible

for him to get the lead back, so I am really happy now

We have a winner!

I am soo happy!!

I said it to Juli (cameraman) and many other people:

I think

this tournament is way harder than other tournaments

like the World Predator Classics

because the camerman is in your neck, it is 1v.1, at the same spot

so I am way happier that it worked out

If you liked the video leave a thumbs up, a comment

Make sure to check out Tobias' Channel: Kanalgratis.se

and from Dustin: BarschAlarmTV

and check out my Channel; Babs - World of Fishing!

We will meet at the winner celebration!

Both were really excited and nervous

they shaked and checked out

the bait boxes of each other

but now they are there and we have a winner!

Before we start, do you want to say something?

We will end season 1 with a winner

the glorious and legendary Dustin Schoene!

Dustin

great fishing!

also today from the shore!

Many think you only can fish from the boat

but you have proven the opposite

You are the deserved winner!

I think you are a worthy first winner

of the trophy

You have to defend it in the next season

A real champ needs a worthy trophy,

so we organised a beautiful trophy- fairy!

From champion to Champion!

But I think our salary was different

yes maybe but therefor you have a bigger one than me

I mean the trophy!

I am so lucky, thank you very much!

A special thanks goes to hechtundbarsch.de

the viewers often don't see it

but behind this tournament was so much hard work!

I am glad to be a part of this Cup

Thank you

and next year I will try to defend the trophy!

Thank you all!

That's settled!

The first Champion of the YouTube Predator Cup is Dustin Schoene

from the Channel- BATV

As you've maybe heard, this tournament will be also

in the next year!

and the participants will be way harder

We really want to thank you, the viewers!

You wanted this tournament!

You became it, and

your clicks make it worthy!

We would be thankful if you

would follow the second season

and meanwhile our YouTube Channel

in general!

A special thanks goes out to our sponsors

Especially to our main sponsors, Angeljoe

DUO and BassBrigade

With our faithful customers they supported

us financial and made this project happen

But we don't want to forget the amazing Anglers

which made the project

unique

An exciting tournament with interesting characters

great matches und huge fish!

Another special thanks goes to Babs Kijewski

supported and moderated the episodes

with much passion and enthusiasm

and last but not least;

a special thanks goes to

the german voice of Jean-Claude Van Damme

Yes, that's me, Charley Rettinghaus!

and this was a friendly

service of mine

To accompany this 17 episodes

because Toni is a good friend of my daughter Annabel

and they know from infancy

and he asked me to support them, I said; "sure!"

I thought he meant one episode,

but then I realised this is with 17 episodes close to a Netflix series

I didn't know that, but it was still fun, because

I have no clue of fishing, but I have a rod!

and if it should go on next year, this series

and it gets more successful

and this goes through the roof

like "The walking dead" where I dub Negan.

Then I will be rich next year

for every episode I get a flat rate

maybe it is four-digit or five-digit, let's see

and then I will be really happy to be a part of it

if this is not the case!

I will still support them and dub for you

I like it to support young people

and I really learn something about fishing!

43.6cm and

52.8cm. In my

age this is a meter

so Folks!

Happy new year and a

peaceful Christmas, or how you would say:

Petri Heil! (german for: tight lines)

There is no space for someone in the car

With this trophy

really!

Lose Money w/ Funnelhacking - We Live Marketing Show - Duration: 41:36.

Are you a funnel hacker? Do you do funnel hacking? If so you might be losing more

money than a not-so-bright gorilla playing the cryptocurrency game

hey what's up everybody this is the inaugural podcast of the we live

marketing podcast I am Karma Senge and I am Eddie Sand. what's up Eddie how you

doing buddy was going on congratulations man

the new podcast yes congratulations to you you're part of it too yeah this is

exciting this just happened to it just happened this is the best part of this

it just happened yeah you know I've wanted to do this for a long time more

than a year and you know before that I actually had a really successful podcast

the Supercharge Your Trading podcast and we were actually the number one currency

trading podcast in the world and you know ever since I did that you know I

wanted to create this marketing podcast and it just it never happened but you

know now now you know due to certain events happening here we are that's it

man and we love marketing so yes We LIVE Marketing oh that's right we love it we

live it that's right you know this is all we do you know all we do is market

market markets so let's talk about this funnel hacking stuff today because it's

out there it's still out there it is and you know what I don't know if

if you can see it but I actually wore a special shirt today funnel hacker on it you

know and you know I I wear this shirt on purpose is for this inaugural episode

but yeah let's talk about funnel-hacking you know what people think

funnell hacking is and you know the good aspects of funnelhacking the bad

aspects of funnel hacking I think personally I have a lot more bad issues

you know I have problems with this so-called funnel hacking you know

everybody's going around with but you know let's just sort of put what are

your thoughts on on for yeah all right so I think you're right so so just in

case people don't have a clue what final hacking is all it is is you're

really looking into other marketing sales funnels from companies or brands

in you reverse engineer their successful funnel if you find one but what's the

funnel what's the funnel so I finally may not know what if I so

yeah you're right you're right so the funnel look at it this way is a starting

point of you talking about your company to a potential customer and you take

them through a process so if you can imagine a funnel so they go into a

process through different levels until they make a purchase so they become

loyal customers to you or you come all right is that process you know that that

process is like different pages different products and so forth yeah

everything's starting from your ad that you're doing or a blog post you know if

you're doing things the old-fashioned way not using advertising and I should

say old old-fashioned you know because I still do like blog posts and so forth

but the non-paid method of organic traffic and you know all the way through

the sales process of them actually becoming a customer yeah so that that's

that's essentially a funnel and you know my big issue with funnel hacking is that

you know and I see it all the time in facebook groups facebook chats and and

all these different forms and so forth is that everybody all these

quote-unquote funnel hackers essentially believe that all you have to do is rip

someone off so what that already has you know a successful (Sales) funnel find them

essentially duplicate exactly what they're doing and and they're gonna be

you know rich and unfortunately it doesn't work that way you know and you

know you might be able to copy the the layout designs but you know there's a

lot of things that I see on the internet and online that

people are just outright copyright you know like they're just stealing yeah its

content not just the design of the layout or the idea of what this page is

doing or saying it is literally like word-for-word picture for picture layout

for layout of what these people are doing and yeah yeah to me that that's

just you know immoral like I I don't agree with that at all I once saw this

one person who is really happy that he did this book funnel and if you went to

it literally the only thing he did was change a few pictures from what Russell

Brunson (of Clickfunnels) had done with his book funnel like literally it was the exact same

word for word content that was on it maybe maybe a few words here and there

change but essentially it was he just swapped out pictures and that was it

yeah and I just I don't agree with that yeah yeah yeah no I'm with you I'm I

think you know that really comes down to having an understanding of what you're

getting into first right so so I what I've experienced is this

when people find a program a system like funnel hacking they immediately

immediately the word the word is just a mess if someone is not their mindset

it's not right because hacking what do you think hacking

you're stealing their silly something and you're hacking out your way into

creating what you want right all right so that initial introduction to final

hacking that right there I think most people you know subconsciously they

don't they don't understand that really is not hacking as it is reverse

engineering everything the studying and studying things exactly and that's the

problem is that these people don't understand that it's it's you're trying

to reverse engineer the process and the idea of what they're doing not copying

them and you know I I don't I don't blame you know like it was Russell

Brunson and the Clickfunnels gang that actually came up with this idea of

funnel hacking but it wasn't them it was you know people that were following that

that that took it wrong that right no idea became very obscured and and

convoluted that you know it was just became a let's just rip this person off

thing right exactly but again right it all started with that name and and so

what one linkage when you attempt to convince someone who is doing it who is

involved with what's the company named Russell's company Click funnels so click

follows an example right so when when people are involved with Click-funnels

and they have that concept with final hacking it's a little bit difficult to

try to get them to understand that look you you actually do have to work oh yeah

you do have to take time to study whatever it is that you're going to hack

right well quote you know study it research it study some more practice and

create your own not just oh I'm here to make money I want to become a

millionaire and get our little so whatever it is that they give away

and the quickest the better do you ever see that mean that was like you know oh

you know I put together my funnel you know two weeks ago and I'm still not a

millionaire I knew this was a scam you know like I was just laughing my hat off

I was like guess that that's it right there you know

yeah well okay so so we see so far the subconscious habit of reading hacking

and how that's gonna mess things up when you first start if you're not ready or

understand the other thing is what you said right it's like they're ripping

people off or ripping the brands or the company off right and then we come to

this third area where some of them are just like you said he's not working you

know like they almost think is an automated system where you just

understand frontal hacking and click a button and all of a sudden just go it's

just gonna work and no yeah put up fight put up five pages and I mean you put up

five pages in your you know easily make a hundred million dollars right exactly

not and so so you know I guess let's see if we can find something good how about

that you know because if that's the bad why would anyone want to actually do

funnel hacking well I understand the idea of funnel hacking and that is you

know supposed to be that reverse engineering you know going through a

person's because I've done it myself you know you know my mentor Frank Kern he

had this book funnel going and he still he still runs his book funnel and I

actually bought you know all the products and everything like that went

went through it but it was the idea of one I'm not gonna rip him off but I want

to understand what he's doing why he's doing it and how I can

engineer it for you know my business which is communauté at the time it was a

very completely different business but it was you know you have to understand

what they're doing and why they're doing it you know and and and that that's the

good of funnel hacking is that you know I I guess I could consider myself a

funnel hacker because I've done it and you know hacking of course is just you

know a term very very popular term nowadays but it's just it's just that

reverse engineering of the process and you know freight current being one of

the absolute best marketers Russell Brunson is as well and you know I've

gone through a lot of his funnels to make sure you know to see what he's

doing why he's doing it and so forth and I've

got some great great ideas from it but it's just that reverse engineering of it

study study study and research you know ask questions hey why did you do this

because I got us Frank that I was like hey why did you do this at this point

you know in your funnel why not have that second upsell you know why did you

do this why did you do that you know why is it why is your butt green instead of

rent you know you know all these different questions and that but that's

what it's about it's it's the learning process so that you can implement it in

your own way not let me just duplicate it you know right right so it's not

duplication its implementation of what you're learning and it's it's it's not

duplication its inspiration whoo oh you should write that down

yeah well I got a quarter that's a that's a that's a Twitter right there

okay so if you're watching right now go ahead and twit that so twitter twitter

twitter that's a twitter tweet it you know nothing about you know nothing

about Twitter D sweetie pío pío tweet three I don't care just

that's that's the twit for the day that's the trick

week there you go ma'am there you go I wrote that down it's not duplication

it's inspiration Bell beautiful alright so coming back to

what you were saying what what you guys are making right now yeah if you just

listen to what karma was saying and I think those are the key ingredients to

funnel hacking and we're going to keep using funnel hacking because that way

you know you understand the whole concept of it so number one I wrote it

down it's first of all you're doing it because you want to learn how how is it

done right so like what's happening you know and how are they doing this and

then the other thing is why right so so why are you doing this you know what's

going on what would you say why is it red in that green or vice versa yeah you

know if you only do if you only figure out what they're doing it really stops

the learning process once you've you know realize okay they have five pages

up they have an upsell they have a down sell they have a second upsell and then

a a page dedicated to get you to join the webinar like what once once you do

that and and that's out of the way the learning process stops mm-hmm you know

and you know it's it's the understanding of why mm-hmm did they set it up that

way yeah yeah and I think that's what we need to start with that's why cuz I

actually wrote what why how however I we should start with first of all what is

it that you're going to do what is it that you decided to go hack right

alright if you have an understanding of that topic subject or brand okay how how

is it that they're doing it because now you're focusing on how they're working

things around them you know how is it that they're communicating with their

customers their leads or whatever it is that you're you're looking at then why

why they do it right so I've seen a lot of post and let our advertising on

Facebook where as a matter of fact Frank right he did this he showed us why he

did it and it was that he had a picture of

himself like the surfer dude and then all the sudden he had a picture with a

very professional cut hair nice looking and and so he met he said that you know

he was the same dude either way but people were attracted to this one so why

why did he have two things out there well first of all he was testing but

other other thing he tested was that it was better for him to be nice dressed

then it was not too however the cool thing was that he said at the beginning

of his career the surfer do work just fine

oh thanks lutely right so so you know this is why you need to understand why

is it that you're now wearing this or that or or why is it that you're taking

a picture with your wife coming out of the plane or you know what I'm saying

like wow why they do that and then you get to what they're doing so now you're

getting to the reverse engineer okay like you said you know they've got five

pages earlier this up so here back in there the email comes saying you know

now you take a look at what they're doing and now you start your own and I

think that should be follow hacking not yeah absolutely and and and then on top

of that you know you mentioned you know back in a second ago you know that

that's something that a lot of these quote-unquote funnel hackers are missing

is this back-end you know they have the upfront funnel you know similarly it

could be like the tip of an iceberg right they they have the the front-end

funnel that top part of the iceberg that's sticking out of the water and

they're missing the entire back-end which is the big base of the the bulk

majority of the iceberg and you know if you make let's say you make a hundred

thousand dollars on that front end funnel you know you essentially could

potentially make ten million dollars if they just had a back-end but all they're

thinking is is you know this front-end funnel oh I've got a you know create

this you know lead magnet that sends them to you know a what they call

tripwire product don't don't like that term but that that's for another day and

then that's going to go to an upsell and then a downsell and then another upsell

and then maybe shoot you over to a webinar page and a thank-you page and

like that's it you know and they're like okay that worked you know great let me

go build another front and funnel for something else and you know you're gonna

make this much money a very small amount of money if you're doing that but you

need that huge never-ending back-end that that's what's really gonna make you

the money because you know most people if you try to sell them something what

is their initial reaction going to be don't give it I don't wanna be sold yeah

no I don't want that you know and and that's the point you know you know for

every ten people that come through maybe you sell one right but if you had a big

enough back in maybe you could get five or six more yep you know and that's the

thing with a lot of funnel hackers and his funnel hacky

mindset is that they're just solely focused on that front and funnel and you

know I find that very disturbing because I know from my own experience you know

I've been in business a long long time that I would say 90% of everything that

I've ever made has all been on the back end

mmm you know all been on I've made a lot of money and upfront you know those

upfront funnels but it's the back end that that changed my life that that you

know allowed me to change my lifestyle and and you know grow and that's what

people need they need those back and you know campaigns okay so what so just in

case you know we need to make sure that people know what back in in front-end

means because no they don't well you know because I could tell you this when

I first started I heard back and I'm like what do you mean the back at the

end like anything of what back yeah so so in real simple terms right back in is

practically your ultimate goal that you're taking your customer to to

purchase and then thereafter yeah absolutely you know keeping in contact

with them and that's not you know shooting a an email with a hard sell you

know once a month right it's it's that constant contact with them you know

constantly educating them you know taking them over to an education you

know video that you know might have a soft pitch to it and then you know if

they go to view that then setting up you know a countdown sequence which you know

will get them to you know maybe watch something else

and we'll pitch them a little bit harder and then you know repeated emails of you

know infotainment as been settle says it's that you know a little bit of

Education a lot of entertainment you know we like entertainment but it's just

that constant contact that you need to keep with them because eventually they

will buy you know I knew about Frank oh my god

years and years ago like almost 10 years ago I knew about Frank but you know back

then you like you said he had the long hair you know he was driving the van and

planned you know I was like honestly and Frank you know if you're listening I'm

so sorry around for you know Frank and I are friends and that was like I had just

asked myself you know how can I learn from this guy you know how could someone

light like that teach me you know I didn't know who Frank was you know I

didn't know he was the Frank Kern you know all I do is okay there's this Frank

guy and and he's supposed to be really good at this stuff but I just I didn't

resonate with him I didn't click with them and then years later I see him in a

suit haircut speaking and I kid you not I didn't even know he was the same guy

at first and then he was talking he mentioned something and I was like wait

a second that sounds really familiar so I went on YouTube and looked it up and

I'll say oh my god is to say god I was kicking myself I was like dude if I

would have listened to him years before when I first found him yeah knows where

I would be now I hear you I I think I got I got him talking about back in well

that before I say this I wrote it down so would you say that back end is the

engagement the continual consistent engagement to your list it is the

building the relationship with others

you know letting them understand that you can help them with their problem

that's cool that's cool that's really good so this is really good and I had to

stop there because my understanding when I first started

online marketing this was back in 2007 and in when I first started I heard

something like back in but I might bring I imagined that it was a specific

product of servers are back in that that was the end of my funnel and so in now

when we say back if this makes more sense than that and again I think that's

another word that we should change too because you know building relationship

is what it's all about in you talking about Frank Kern you're absolutely right

because I also met him when he was a surfer do it I interacted with it I

liked like you met him back then yeah because I actually liked him with

Trey remember Trey he's come yeah yeah good you talking about aunt in

fourteener right yeah okay he was them I think he was the master at that because

all I wanted to do was watch that next video with him and Trey and whoever you

know else was gonna get involved in the videos that they did dude now I now I

watch those and I'm just it's hilarious yeah I thought to say I don't make this

that this dude is so cool yeah but I think again I got so caught up with who

he was and how cool the videos were because of his relationship you know the

building relationship eventually I ended up buying I think it was a camera what

was the first course that I got but it wasn't broken and then of course we went

to his a man and here we are you know so it was a transition the back end was the

engagement the build a relationship that he kept going and going and you know

here we are so it the back end it and I actually in my own personal terminology

I call it a continuation pipeline I don't use the word backend because it's

continuous yeah like my my quote unquote back in

never ends right ever ever ever ends you're gonna be getting an email for me

you know every day for the rest of your life unless you opt out and even then I

might call you baby I hate God I'll give you a special offer but you know that

that's what it's about and you know I remember Frank saying something like he

had some people that were on his list for like eight or nine years that had

never bought a single thing from him mm-hmm and then like nine here eight or

nine years later they bought one of his like big courses and so forth I was like

that's what the backend is for it's you know and I've had a similar thing

although it was only like two years had gone by I had someone following me for

two years and they they would you know email me from time to time ask me a

question and of course I just reply back to them

I'm not gonna be that that person that you know doesn't reply because they're

not a customer you know no I always reply to you and and a couple of years

go by and finally they bought my course that I was selling only because I

continued to nurture that relationship and it's not you know I am NOT a

believer in just providing content and nothing more

you know in my in my continuation or emails all right in every single email

you can verify this you've seen my emails every single email I send out I'm

selling something mm-hmm George or not sure yep yep every time

every single time you you will not get an email for me for anything without

trying to sell you something but it's very soft so you know it's it's here's

this cool you know story of you know what happened to me today with my you

know Facebook ad and this is the lesson that that I learned from it that you

could you know take away as well oh and by the way if you'd like to learn

more here you know here's a link blah blah blah

right right so it's that soft cell but every single email you know I'm

constantly selling because if you don't then I don't fully believe that you are

helping the person to the best of their ability to the best of your abilities

right right if you really believed in your product you'd be selling it like

like crazy there nothing that you would do that you're not trying to picture to

someone that's right that's right so okay so back in right so we kind of

hopefully make sense now if you guys are still watching so I think listening you

know listen whatever you're doing so so if that's the back end if the back end

is like you call it a continuous pipeline which I like because it makes

more sense to see it that way then the front end is the beginning right if it's

a continuous pipeline the beginning the starting point would be what well that

that front end you know what Franken and actually I called it you know before the

line and behind the line right before the line is everything that comes prior

to them purchasing something right and yeah that could be you know your

advertisement or a blog post a podcast like this or YouTube video you know this

is this is also gonna be on YouTube and you know that could start the process

it's that awareness of who is this person what are they about how can they

help me mmm right and you know everything through your first initial

funnel right so that that funnel you know maybe they learn about you maybe

they read a blog post and then maybe they read a second or third block bus

and then finally they say oh I'm gonna sign up for that this person is giving

away 10 free tips to you know generating a hundred thousand dollars a month with

email marketing right and then they go and they sign up for it

and then you know from that point maybe that takes them over to you know an

offer of some sort all right that that your front end funnel and and so that

that's that's the front end you know everything that comes after that is the

continuation pipeline or the back end right right the the look that be all I

can tell you can see it yep there you go before the line and I'm either a beater

a okay so so that's good so the beginning and the there's no end it's

just a continuous thing really it's a bachelor funnel that just never stops

yeah so so you know what I just thought of the beginning I'm going to write this

down the beginning and the thereafter okay that's really what a funnel hacker

should be thinking about when they're hacking bim's

though the way or reverse engineer their way into creating their own funnel yeah

you know there's one funnel hacker that you know pretty much copied Ross one of

Russell Brunson's you know funnels and I actually like to see what he had done I

I knew he didn't do much but you know I bought into into his stuff IIIi got ass

course and the course is D so that you know it's not the best but it was pretty

decent and I got emails for like six whole days

after that I have not heard a single P hmm and it's like and I didn't buy

everything either right I bought the initial offer you know and you know not

I didn't get anything for you know a follow-up to the upsell or down sell or

anything like that you know IIIi got a couple of little emails for like five or

six days and then I've never got another email from them since and it's like oh

my god yeah that is the that is the easiest way to lose money to do your

sales yeah that that's why I said you know initially when we started this this

podcast that you're gonna lose money if your funnel hacking because that's the

way most funnel hackers do it yeah agree agree if you do it the way that we tell

you and you know maybe you do you know reverse engineer someone else is

funneled you create your own but you create you know very very good content

very very good you know continuation pipeline then you

know our quote unquote back-end as everybody calls it then you can make so

much more money so much yeah and so this is good so okay reverse engineer the the

value that you bring to the front of your of your funnel and the value that

you give thereafter with your continuation

pipeline like you mentioned so or continuous pipeline so so right there is

your fundamental your foundation your your your base that is exactly what you

should be looking at when your final hacking and you know can we name it

something else they would decide to name with something else no with a name

because you know just just to make things solid you know I'm not I'm not

big on a name creation of this type of thing yeah we could call it

I don't ask and now we'll come up with you know you know what if you come up

with another name post a comment under this video send us you know an email and

let us know what your thoughts are a different name other than hacking

although their final hacking that's right that's right because personally I

don't I don't like that term yeah so so yeah let's hear from us for real for

sure as a matter of fact you know the the let's see if we even pick one what

about that like we look at the comments and who knows if we pick one they can

get something from us right like yeah absolutely

I don't giving you something if we picked yours then you'll be recognized

with a special certain arm I will paint you Carmine's know to give away things I

are going to always give away stars like I'm always giving things as much as I

can so so we'll see we'll come up with something that would

be pretty cool so come up with a cool name that describes final hacking in the

terms the definition the description that we're giving you today yeah yeah

and I am I'm known for giving our prizes away and this and that you know I once

gave a trip to to Paris tip it to someone just because you know

I'm not saying that you're gonna get a trip to Paris but once you start posting

a whole bunch right away yeah yeah everybody and their mother should be

posting idea and we're gonna actually pick a winner and what we're you're

gonna get something yeah take a winner you're picking with it that's right it's

gonna be fun we're gonna make it fun yes so yeah okay so we we kind of dealt with

funnel hacking stuff and funnel hacker and why you're going to be losing money

because again it's not focusing on the right things but now that we share that

with you I think what can we actually give somebody right now that they can

say man this is info by I want to go ahead and start

implement something so what what will be like one one or two things that we can

give them apartment because that'll be a question that I would have if I was

listening to us what do you what do you mean give them so so getting this year

you have something other than the massive about just lay down on them like

no a mountain falling on them that's right that's right well because you know

they got it they got to see it to believe it kind of thing right so here's

what what it is we already gave you the reverse engineer idea we already gave

you the how why and what you should be looking at we told you that the back end

is actually to create and build rapport or engagement and to continually be

promoting what you believe in and bringing value to your your leads and

customers and so forth alright so we gave you all that so that's goal right

there now if you starting or if you already have a funnel hacking system I

guess if you want to call it our program um the next step for you right now is

you need to first I think you need to decide do you believe this I mean you

know don't don't don't like you say karma we're giving away so much but you

know if people just like you know they're thinking we're crazy okay you

know so first ask yourself you know do you believe it yourself don't just

believe it because we're telling you that this is how it is but you know do

you believe it you know came and then what you could do this is my

recommendation isn't that the Nugget I guess if they want to take something

right now is since we talked about building that relationship in the back

end I think you mentioned that already you got only six emails and that's it I

think what you want to do next is go look at your email sequence or write

your emails that you have and create some more yeah and create them with

value okay when I first met you I didn't know much about the you're following up

with people with email I kind of had an idea copy

and paste mentality right since I've met you I've got I'm after actually in one

just one sequence I'm up to sixty emails and but and how often the email people

how often like every other day I do it either every day sometimes every other

day the most space that I've gotten is three days in between you but that's

about it but what you want to do then is you know start with that I think you

should start with that look at your email and start adding and um if you

were to just add one email a day just one remember you do an email and you add

it you won't have to do that email again so in 30 days from now you'll have 30

emails 60 days from now you'll have 60 emails and if you want to stop there

that's cool you can create on your sequence but I think you want to start

with that first and and give that value in your email sequence and your email

follow-up yeah so that's what I have for them what about you what would you leave

them with I'm gonna leave you with you know kind of similar to what what you

did but with you know the 38 challenge of you know creating 30 days worth of

emails for people so that they have and it doesn't matter you know if you space

it out you know maybe two emails a week I don't like the whole one email a week

thing because people tend to forget about you you know a couple of emails a

week but do 30 emails so that you have at least you know 15 weeks of content

you know for me I email every day that's a whole other episode

and you know do this 30 day challenge and just literally get out there and do

it and you know I'm big in productivity and implementation and if I set my mind

to do something I jot out a plan and I just execute and you know I am

I go overboard when it comes to execution I just knock stuff out but

yeah just get out there and do it sweet man

dude that's awesome this is this is good stuff so remember you watching make sure
