Youtube daily report Dec 25 2018

once you know how to use twitch extensions to engage and expand your

community on twitch in this video I got you covered let's go.

hey it's me it's wild coming at you for my stream support playlist where I bring you the best tips

and tricks and if this is your first time here and you want to learn how to

grow and expand your stream make sure you hit that big red subscribe

button and tick that bell so you know in my videos go live for you and hey at any

point the video if you like the products or the services that I'm talking about I

did you a favor I put all the links in the description below so make sure you

go ahead and check those out so what is a twitch extension well the best way to

kind of describe it is basically it's just a widget or plugin on twitches

platform that allows you to fetch information or display certain

information on your channel some of these plugins are made by twitch itself

or third-party providers out there and they execute some really cool functions

so let me show you some really cool things that you can do with twitch

extensions so let's go over the computer and I will show you what you need to

know the very first thing you want to do when you want to add an extension is go

to your own twitch channel scroll down a little bit and you will see the edit

panels toggle make sure we click that on so we can add a panel in either at the

top or the bottom you will see add an extension sometimes

they'll be at the top and sometimes it'll be all the way down at the bottom

here now if this is your first time it'll most likely be down here so let's

start from the beginning since that's what's gonna be foremost you just go

ahead and click on the plus sign here wait for that to load and you will see

if you want to add a text or image panel which is like the ones you saw displayed

earlier or an extension panel which is what this tutorial is about go ahead and

click on that now once that is loaded it'll take you to add an extension to

this page now we need to go to our extension manager and this

will allow us to see all the different extensions if it's your first one it

will load to my extensions which currently I have none displayed but if

you'd like to discover any make sure you just click on the discovery tab here and

this is where you'll start to see all the different twitch extensions made by

twitch in third party providers and there are a ton here and I recommend when you

have some free time go through all these and see what would be exciting for you

in your channel in your community for this tutorial let's install something

that's quite popular on a lot of twitch streamers channels a leaderboard so

let's go to the top and type in the search bar here just later to get a

generalization of all the different leaderboards that are out there from

here you're gonna see some made by twitch and third-party providers some of

the more popular ones would be like stream labs and stream elements but

there are a ton out here take a look at all them and see what would be best for

you in your community if you're interested in any of these you can click

on the details to see what it will look like on your channel plus the detail

information plus if there's any disclaimers which are very important

because some extensions out there have a revenue sharing program or have certain

prerequisites that you need to do to use them we can get in a little more on that

later if you guys are interested in that let me know in the comments below but

they're very easy to install we're gonna go to the top right corner here and

click install once you have it down let's go to either continue browsing or

configure to make sure it's set up the way that I want we want to make sure

that we go straight to the configuration of the extension so let's go on and

click configure now that we're here we can do all the different configurations

that we need as you can see there's theme default tab default period max

items and enable and disable tabs so I like to do everything on night mode so

I'm going to click for night mode for mine and then for the default what do I

want to show Cheers loyalty or subscription I like to show Cheers since

people are very kind at sharing that type of currency on Twitch and then what

kind of what kind of display would I like to have for my default period

session week month all time I'm gonna do mine for a week because I think that's

more exciting to have people on the leaderboard that way and then max items

what once what should you display three slots five

slots ten slots 20 slots let's just leave it at ten and what would I like to

show for everything that people can click through I can turn certain things

and off and let's click savings now that I got it the way that I like

with my settings saved I can go back to my extensions and from here I can click

under the activate section and set this to whatever panels are being displayed

for extensions that I have set I'm just gonna set this to extension panel number

one but I don't have to leave it at panel number one if I would like to move

my panels around all I need to do is go to my channel and from here I can click

on the Edit panels again from here everything is modular I can move it to

whatever position panel I want to perhaps I want it all the way at the

bottom all I need to do is just click and drag the panel all the way to the

bottom and go back up to the top and hit edit panels to the save section and boom

now I have it exactly where I want it to be displayed on my twitch channel with

this twitch extension now all your viewers regulars and subscribers can

look at all the different information from Session two week two month two all

time for your bit subs and points and beyond it's a really cool little add-on

that you might want to consider using for your stream channel twitch

extensions are a really cool asset to introduce to your stream there are a lot

out there that'll help you grow and engage your community even more so

consider introducing a few to your channel just do me a favor don't go

overboard with extensions because it will kind of crowd your stream channel

and you'll kind of lose the message that you're trying to bring accross if you

guys like this type of video and you would like me to do more videos on

twitch extensions perhaps what are the best ones out there or what will help

you grow or even what will make you money on Twitch's platform do me a favor

and leave me a comment below in question of the day is there a twitch extension

that you like to use make sure you also comment below if you guys would like to

keep up with me and everything going on in my channel and on twitch don't forget

to follow me on over at Twitter and Instagram and if you guys like what you

see here and you'd like to see more on twitch.tv/Wild4Games make sure

you gone over there and if you'd like to help support you can even hit that

almighty subscribe button thank you to those that already have I will see you

all next time coming up and my next stream support video coming up real soon

take care off peace

Step Inside L.A.'s Historic Marionette Theater - Duration: 4:20.

(audio player clicks)

- [Bob] I saw a puppet show

when I was six years old

and I'm still talking about it.

That was 80 years ago.

(audio player clicks)

- So, I was in school for film and photography,

looking for animatronics, special effects work.

I come down to see a show,

it was the coolest place I'd ever seen.

So, I talked to Bob about interning

and that's how I got here.

Bob Baker was the world's greatest puppeteer.

When he was eight years old,

he saw this puppet show.

He spent his whole life kind of creating

this place and so much more.

We're more than just 2000 plus puppets,

we're really representing

a lifetime,

and not just Bob's lifetime,

the lifetime of everyone that's gonna come

in and out of this building's experience down here.

Essentially, the long and the short,

this is where imagination dwells,

that's what Bob says.

So, it's kind of a musical variety,

spectaculars of

dancing cats, singing dogs,

Russian waltzes.

All sorts of things that kind of

come to life and kind of

bring your imagination to life.

That's for kids of all ages.

The community here,

at the theater,

is

so big.

And it represents from our immediate neighborhood-

like, Daisy lives across the street,

now kind of helps us out in spotlight.

When Bob used to get her ice cream

when she was like a five year old kid.

There's like school kids,

there's generations of puppeteers

that kind of used to work down here,

it's free of cynicism or

messaging or whatever it is,

it's just "watch your beautiful puppet dance"

(audio player clicks)

- [Bob] One of the things that I love,

when I was performing,

the little child will look up at you and laugh.

It's a wonderful sound.

I wish I could go all over the world doing that.

(audio player clicks)

- I don't think it's difficult

to follow your passion.

I do think it's easy to kind of lose sight

of how much work is involved with that.

The work involved with that is huge,

it's giant.

And it's very easy to get demoralized by

things not working out

because you're dealing with your passion.

It kind of amplifies everything to 10

to kind of being disappointed in things.

You just need to kind of persevere.

It's what you have to do.

It's inspiring to me, everyday, that

this place is filled and bustling with people

inspired by what Bob did.

And, to this day, we still say, Bob is with us.

Bob's in all these lights,

and these shows and these experiences

and these things that kind of we put on.

Bob has not passed on,

his soul and heart is alive and well.

That's what special.

(audio player clicks)

- [Bob] Look at things that were earlier,

for the beauty that they might've had,

or the entertainment that they might've given.

Just don't forget about them.

(audio player clicks)

So, gentlemen, that's how it is. Until Grissom resurfaces...

I'm the acting president.

And I say, starting with this anniversary festival...

we run this city into the ground.

Why don't we hear this from Grissom?

Yeah.

And what's with that stupid grin?

Life's been good to me.

What if we say "no"?

Well, Tony...

nobody wants a war.

If we can't do business, we'll just shake hands and that'll be it.

Yeah?

Yeah

I got a live one here.

There'll be a hot time in the old town tonight.

Antoine got a little hot under the collar.

You're crazy.

Haven't you ever heard of the healing power of laughter?

- Now get out of here! - You heard him. Let's go! Move it!

You think it over.

Let's go, come on. Get out of here.

Move it!

Bob

I want you to go down to the Globe, follow that reporter Knox.

Take your camera.

See what he knows about this Batman.

And, Bob...

remember, you...

are my number one guy.

Yes, sir.

Your pals...

they're not bad people.

Maybe we...

ought to give them a couple of days to think it over.

No?

Grease them now?

Okay.

You are a vicious bastard, Rotelli.

I'm glad you're dead.

I'm glad you're dead.

I'm glad he's dead.

AUJOURD'HUI VOUS MAITRISEZ LA PRIERE AVEC LE COEUR ... CATHOLIQUE-KTO-ESPRIT SAINT-PAIX-CIEL - Duration: 3:30.

The dream of every good Catholic must be to have the Holy Spirit ... When we have

the Holy Spirit we have everything ... cons often we do not know we have the Spirit

Holy with us ... if you fast ... or make great sacrifices regularly

you can in the simplicity of the heart ask the Holy Spirit to come into you ...

saying, "Holy Spirit comes into me" ...

Jesus speaks and gives a lot of peace ... because he knows it's important ...

When he enters a house, he gives the Peace to the house and to the inhabitants ...

You all know that when you have a small joy, from time to time, after prayer, that

it is the peace that Heaven has given ... So on the one hand you have to be happy

to have received a sign from Heaven ... On the other hand, it tells you that your

prayer was successful and you master, today, prayer with the heart. I

say "today" because you can easily lose the prayer with the heart ...

If Jesus gives peace often, it's because

you've all noticed that Heaven does not remove not your problems ... on the other hand, either

decreases them ... either he fortifies you ... he encourages you ... and sometimes you

are in peace and you have some distances to your problems and your

suffering.

So today I'm going to shock you a little, and it feels good from time to time ...

In the Bible Jesus said, "Let the

poor, because you will be able to do them good later on cons take care of me because

I will not always be here ... "We can translate by: it is important to pray

Jesus to solve the problems of the world and the poor in its own way, rather

than going to bring a coffee to a poor ... because there will always be poor ... yesterday,

today and tomorrow ... and you can do it later ... against today

Jesus and there and he listens to you ...

Children praying ...

On this feast day, rather than present yourself, a crying statue, here is 12

pictures with children ...

you can see more videos, it's happening in the white area ...

... or so, if you want to see the last video, it's in the blue zone ...

I publish a video every day at 6 pm ... if you're really interested ...

... you can ... subscribe ... by following ... the red arrow ...

Talking Cyber Security with Special Guest - Aaditya Purani #2 - What is CTF and Networking - Duration: 10:01.

[Pratik]:As the scope of bug bounty has increased in India and also the CTFs, In India only few people plays CTF.

Tell me something about CTFs and what are it's benefit related to Job or bug bounty

[Aaditya]: I did bug bounty for around 2 years, until 2015.

Then I left Bug Bounty. I did full focus on CTFs

Why I left Bug Bounty, this is my point of view

I thought that if I fuzz the whole day, then my enumeration skills will get perfect.

Like how many services a target has, and also can find a bug and may also exploit it and can demonstrate the exploitibility

But it takes a lot of time. Like you find bug, then you get bounty.

But, in cyber security there are lots of field not only web

You should have knowledge of Mobile, RE, Binary, Cryptography

If you only do bug bounty, then you will only keep doing bug bounty in your whole life.

When I thought, I reached my threshold of learning in bug bounty. I started CTFs

CTF is capture the flag, like in bug bounty there are real websites. CTF sites are built by the organizers of the CTF

They are intentionally vulnerable. Like they ask you to hack it

If you hack it using intended techniques, then you will get a flag. Flag is like a string like You solved it flag{...}

and after validating you receive points

There are different categories, then you should focus on category in which you have interest

There are challenges of different points. 100 pt for instance is easier than 500 pt ones

There are 3 types of CTFs generally

1st is jeopardy, which is category based which is most common

If you are interested in CTF, look at ctftime.org which has calender for CTFs

Second thing, is Attack-Defense. In AD all teams have different services. Team A will attack Team B's service

Whereas Team B will attack Team A service and you also have to patch them.

You have to constantly play it, they are around 7 hours to 24 hours maximum

Third is King of the Hill, in which you maintain persistence in the servers.

It is not much, but big ctfs like defcon and all has

You learn a lots from CTFs

[Pratik]: Basic knowledge for someone who wants to start CTFs?

[Aaditya]: First of all, general answer is it depends on your field. If you are targetting cryptography, then your skills related to web

will be useful but not to that much extent. For that, you need to understand maths, having grip on algorithms, programming with python

C, C++ is also a bonus

In recent CTF, there was a go based binary

google's language, less folks do it. That could be learned during ctf duration

It depends on your catching strength.

CTF will push you out of your comfort zone. Like daily stuff you perform like capturing requests from Burp Suite, using tools

Sublisters and all. Script kiddie style enumeration.

In CTFs, you write your own code exploit. So, python skills is like bonus. Mandatory thing

[Pratik]: To write pwntools exploit, bash scripting should also be good.

[Aaditya]: You need good hold of Linux, if you are going towards ELF side and windows hold is a plus point.

Regarding the tools, the tool you use in real world are also applicable to CTFs like Burp Suite for proxying

You can use wireshark to analyze network traffics.

Toolset is the same

[Pratik]: Any CTFs for beginner, websites? Can you share in link?

[Aaditya]: The best CTF for beginner is PicoCTF

It is hosted by CMU every year, targeted to High school students.

and newbies. Challenges are easy and gradually increase in difficulty. That's a good thing to try.

The challenges are online. You can read writeups on that.

So you can easily learn.

[Pratik]: Required programming language for Bug Bounty and CTFs? Because I get a lot of message on Youtube and Instagram

like what languages I need to learn hacking we should focus?

[Aaditya]: Javascript, can be used to strengthen your client side exploitation skill.

Second thing, is learning automation using Python. Python is quick to write.

If I want to write a POC code, I will do that in Python

It has rich libraries

PHP is also good, PHP also has bugs.

Recently there was Real World CTF, in that PHP internals bug were present

Like you can do SegFault in PHP and can perform RCE.

C, C++ is evergreen. That you should always know.

Java, is needed to go into Android (Mobile) field.

These 5-6 languages are like must learn.

So, it's C, C++, Java, Python, Shell scripting and whole LAMP stack

[Pratik]: What is importance of networking in Hacking?

[Aaditya]: You should know networking concept along with Linux fu.

If you are using any public computer, then would you open your facebook a/c at first.

You need to check what process are running on that machine, what ports are open

Like is there any port in which reverse shell communication is happening

netstat, route, arp etc should be known and learnt

There is also a site overthewire, in which there are networking challenges. If you finish that trick, you will get an idea

What services are running on what protocol will be understood by networking, what traffic is generated

When you press ping on terminal, it generates ICMP request.

Like now what if you want to breakdown ICMP protocol, then you can open wireshark, start capturing request

and write ping command. Then you can read the entries there

You can disassemble that network traffic in Wireshark.

If you are doing pentesting, then networking is important.

Like in red teaming, how do you exfiltrate data like if many protocols are blocked or commands are restrictive.

like firewall, then how you could bypass it.

[Pratik]: Some people says if you have laptop worth $1000 then only you can do good pentesting. Can you debunk that?

If you see these two laptops:Macbook and Dell, he earned from his own earning in US.

and these are also pretty old laptop.

So, it's not needed that you can do pentesting on only costly machine. Only in initial stages, you may need

like programming, automation, GPU cracking

[Aaditya]: You can also SSH into your VPS. You can download XShell or Putty

And purchase $5 basic VPS from Digital Ocean.

It should be even better than your lowly runned VM

Good RAM, good space, and linux server. From scratch deployment.

You can SSH to it even from Windows box like put the remote IP and port number

and login with password or public key.

and then you enter the linux box. So that's a good option that you gotta enumerate

8 Foods That Heal Your Thyroid, According to Science - Duration: 4:58.

Do you often feel tired, sluggish, and sad?

Have you gained weight that you can not seem to blame on overeating?

You could be among the estimated 27 million with hypothyroidism, a malfunctioning of the

thyroid.

This tiny butterfly-shaped gland near the base of the neck is responsible for regulating

several important bodily functions.

The result can be fatigue, a slow metabolism resulting in weight gain, dry skin and hair,

foggy thinking, and depression.

The symptoms are seen in women more often than in men.

Normally, when levels are low, your pituitary gland sends a signal to release a thyroid-stimulating

hormone(TSH)into the bloodstream.

Sometimes, despite increased THS levels, the thyroid does not do its job anyway.

This is known as primary hypothyroidism.

At other times, the thyroid never receives the signal it needs to increase TSH.

The result is secondary hypothyroidism.

Either way, the symptoms are the same.

Research shows that adjusting your diet is an effective thyroid treatment.

Try incorporating the following 11 foods and supplements into your diet.

HERE ARE 11 FOODS THAT CAN HEAL YOUR THYROID: 1.

Apples Mercury and other heavy metals are associated

with hypothyroidism.

Apples, plums, pears, and citrus fruits are rich in pectins, a gelatinous fiber that can

help decrease these metals in the body by 74 percent.

Eat them fresh or create creative dishes with them.

When eating apples, do not peel them, because that's where the highest concentration of

pectin is.

2.

Brazil Nuts According to research, a deficiency in selenium

may be a primary cause of hypothyroidism.

Brazil nuts are rich in this important nutrient.

Snack on them or use them in recipes.

Other foods rich in selenium include beef, turkey, chicken, tuna, sardines, eggs, and

legumes.

Avoid taking a selenium supplement unless your doctor prescribes it.

Too much can be toxic.

3.

Chickpeas

Foods high in fiber can help control constipation often associated with hypothyroidism.

Chickpeas are not only high in fiber – they also contain zinc, an important nutrient for

healthy thyroid function.

There are lots of ways to add chickpeas to your meals.

Eat them in salads or toss them in olive oil along with Brussels sprouts and cauliflower

and roast in a 400-degree oven.

4.

Pumpkin Seeds Roasted pumpkin seeds are great to snack on

if you have hypothyroidism.

They are also rich in zinc.

Raw ones can be puréed along with avocado, cilantro, and lime for a delicious guacamole.

Other sources of zinc to add to your diet include oysters, lobster, crab, legumes, nuts,

and sunflower seeds.

5.

Seaweed Iodine is an essential mineral for healthy

thyroid function.

A deficiency is not common in the U.S. since most people use iodized salt.

If you do have a deficiency, some good sources include seaweed, fish, dairy, and eggs.

Not sure how to serve seaweed?

Try this: soak wakeme seaweed for about 20 minutes in hot water.

Drain and add rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and sliced scallions.

6.

Yogurt Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder,

is a common cause of hypothyroidism.

It's associated with a vitamin D deficiency.

Fight it by having a cup of yogurt daily.

Other good sources of vitamin D are salmon, pork, egg yolks, and simply sitting in the

sun for 20 minutes.

the Holy Spirit we have everything ... cons often we do not know we have the Spirit

If you hack it using intended techniques, then you will get a flag. Flag is like a string like You solved it flag{...}

and after validating you receive points

C, C++ is also a bonus

Buzzcuts, Body Dysmorphia & Gender Dysphoria - Duration: 12:21.

- Let's see...

Do you think this looks all right?

- Yeah, I think it looks cute.

[beard trimmer buzzes] [censor beep]

[groovy music]

- I haven't posted anything in a long time,

largely because of issues I'm having with my mental health.

And one mental health issue I've discovered recently is that I may or may not have body dysmorphia.

Molly, what is body dysmorphia?

- For me, personally, whenever I look in a mirror, I'm like, 'who is that?'

I have no sense of self; if I don't see a picture of myself or see myself in the mirror for long enough,

I can't remember what I look like.

If I look too long in a mirror, I freak out because I zero in on every single flaw I have

and everything that I think looks horribly ugly, so

I don't look at myself naked because I don't like seeing the veins and scars and hair.

- With me specifically, I wear a hat basically all of the time.

I have this obsession with my hair being... I don't wanna say 'perfect'

because sometimes it doesn't even look good, but I have to sit and make sure

every single strand of my hair looks this specific way that I want it to look,

and I have to-- it's like I'm sculpting my hair, and it's ridiculous.

It's gotten to the point where I've started cutting my own hair with scissors,

like if something is slightly out of place, I'll snip it off.

And now my hair is kind of ruined because I've cut it into huge patches.

- I can remember this has been happening for a long time, because your hair was always

pristine in high school. I can remember you getting really upset if somebody came and

ruffled your hair, if somebody tried to play with it, because it would mess it up

and you had spent a really long time working on it.

- Today we'll be resolving that problem by getting rid of all my hair.

[beard trimmer buzzes] [chuckling]

[slide machine click] [upbeat music]

- Okay. - This is what we're working with.

My boyfriend has very politely let me steal his beard trimmer.

- Ahh!

- This is your cloak now. I'm a professional.

Shall we begin? - Sure. [buzzing begins]

- Let's give you a reverse mohawk to start with.

- My tiny hairs are in my nose.

- Right now you kind of have an old man mullet.

- One of my fears is that I secretly have a misshapen head.

- Your head looks perfectly shapen to me. - Okay. I don't look like an egg?

- No. How does this feel?

- It doesn't feel like much. - How about emotionally?

- I mean, I felt kind of nervous, but now it's just whatever.

- There's so much hair. - I'm sorry. I have so much.

I might need to shower. - Yeah, you sure will.

- Hey! This is my chair! She took my chair!

Not for babies. - Not for stinky.

[slide machine click]

- I'm back-- from my shower. [laughter]

Why don't we just take these off my head?

And now we're on to phase two... which is... - Nice and fuzzy.

- the makeover. - I'm gonna do the makeup guru thing.

- This is what I use to cover my zits. Molly and I made a video

last year, where we put makeup on each other and talked about...

mental health. So we decided to do a sequel.

I haven't been diagnosed with dysmorphia, although I did mention it to my therapist this week.

I've been doing a lot of research because I've been pursuing a specific diagnosis

that I'm not gonna really get into until I have the diagnosis.

I've been reading a lot on symptoms of a lot of different mental health issues.

It seems that my obsession with my hair and my compulsion to cut it is not neurotypical.

- I also have problems, so we've bonded over these problems for many years now.

- How does your dysmorphia intersect with your gender dysphoria?

- My gender dysphoria has actually been getting better.

I had a weird period of time where I didn't really know much about being trans

or being non-binary. I didn't really know I had options.

And when I first started college, one of the first friends that I made was a trans girl.

And she turned out to be the worst person in the world, so thanks Jay!

She didn't really believe in non-binary being a thing,

and she believed that if you're trans, you're either a trans guy or a trans girl.

When I started questioning my own identity, which I have been since I was like...

freshman or sophomore year of high school?

When I started questioning, she was like, 'Oh. Oh, you're a trans guy.'

'We're gonna get you a binder, and you're gonna keep your hair short, and don't wear makeup,

and your name is Daniel now, and you're gonna use he/him pronouns.'

And she basically just threw me into this, and for a while, I was like,

'Okay, I mean I don't feel like a girl, so maybe she's right. Maybe I'm Daniel.'

- And this is why in a lot of my videos in the past year and a half

we've been calling Molly 'Danny' and variations thereof.

- Shit went very badly with Jay, and shortly after she got expelled,

I started realizing that I wasn't Danny and that I wasn't a guy and that it didn't really fit,

so it took me a lot of time to get used to the fact that yeah, this is my body.

I have it.

And I can't do anything about it, and I realized that I don't really need or want

any kind of corrective surgery, and I'm pretty happy with where I'm at, gender-wise.

- I've recently come out as non-binary, which I haven't made a dedicated video about because

YouTube comments are a cancerous hellscape that I haven't wanted to deal with. - True.

- I've always been a tomboy, and part of that is my sensory processing issues,

where I don't wear makeup--not because... I don't like makeup, but it's not because I don't like makeup,

it's because I don't like how it feels on my face--

I love my hair short because it doesn't touch my forehead, like I cannot handle my hair

touching my forehead, so I always have it short now.

I wear loose clothing that hides my form.

Part of it is because I don't like the texture of clothing--

that texture, speaking of textures, is Bad.

- Lemme switch it up to this brush then. - Okay, thank you.

A lot of my body-related mental health issues also overlap with my gender identity

and how that's evolved over the years. I feel like some people will misconstrue that

as like, 'oh well, your gender identity is a mental illness' or whatever,

but just because there's an overlap in those two things doesn't mean they're caused by each other,

because there are lots of people who are neurotypical--

people who don't have sensory issues or anything like that--who are trans, y'know?

- Linking my dysphoria to my dysmorphia, as my dysphoria went down,

my dysmorphia went up, because I always had these problems with my body,

but I would always think, 'oh, I hate my body because it's not the way I want it to be,'

because when I thought that I was a trans guy, I was like, 'oh, I hate my body because of my genitals

or because of my chest, or because I look at my face and I'm like, wow that's not a boy, I hate that.'

And since I've come to terms with being non-binary, I look in the mirror and I'm like, 'oh, I still hate my face,

I guess it's just because it sucks.'

I still hate my body, I guess I'm ugly!

Most of the time it's okay, I can just accept like, 'yep, that's my meat suit.'

Recently it's gotten kinda bad.

It got to a point where I went and I looked in the mirror for a little too long,

and then I started crying and did not stop crying until Michael put a weighted blanket on me

and got me McDonald's.

- I've been seeing a lot of discourse about how we need to move past makeup being

'oh, it's my art form,' and into 'this is actually a very harmful industry and just calling it art

is not at all acknowledging the industry that's built on making people insecure about themselves.'

- Yeah, I absolutely agree with that. - Yeah, and like,

that's always been my point of view because I've basically never worn makeup,

and I was kind of a social outcast growing up. I didn't really get social norms,

and makeup was a social norm at the time that I didn't follow, so I've always been aware,

but it just seems like it's coming into more popular consciousness, and it makes me really excited

to see more people choosing not to wear makeup. - Yeah, absolutely.

So you're looking for a purple cut crease with gold glitter.

- I don't know what that means, but sure.

- There's a lot of thorough blending going on.

- Do you have any advice for people who are insecure about their body?

- What I've been trying to do about my body insecurities is detach myself from

what society thinks my body's supposed to look like, so...

I know that objectively, I have a body that a lot of people have told me,

'oh, I wish I looked like you, you're so skinny, you're so small, you're so petite.'

But I have my own insecurities, and I have to remember that everyone else has their own insecurities too.

I try to compare it to, say, a drawing, a piece of art.

Whenever I draw, I go, 'oh, I need to shade that more, I need to fix that,

that eye isn't very even, I need to do this, I need to do that...'

When I'm looking at it, I'm seeing what I wish it could be.

And then somebody else walks in and looks at my drawing, and they're like, 'wow that's really good,'

because they're not looking at what they wish it could be, and they're not looking at

what they think should be better, they're looking at what it is.

So when I look at myself in the mirror, I see pimples, or I see the chip in my tooth, or I see dark circles,

and then I realize, when I look at somebody else I never think about these things.

Every part of my body is something necessary to keep me alive and thriving,

and I appreciate it. And I have to think of it like a machine instead of an actual body, I guess.

Look up. - [nervous 'ahhhh']

- Here, just keep on looking up, I'm not gonna get it in your eye.

[glamorous montage music plays]

- You look cute. Stop that. [laughter]

- Thank you for hanging out with me, Molly. - Absolutely.

- Thank you for shaving off all of my hair. We've had a great evening.

Let us know if you want us to discuss any other topics while putting makeup on each other, or something?

I don't know.

- That was cheesy.

- [in gross voice] I'm very pretty.
