Kate Upton and Justin Verlander tie the knot in intimate Italian ceremony - Duration: 3:04.

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander tie the knot in intimate Italian ceremony

Oh we do love a good celeb wedding, and Kate Uptons intimate Italian nuptials to fiance Justin Verlander have got us all teary-eyed!.

The 25-year-old Sports Illustrated model and 34-year-old Houston Astros pitcher Justin took family and friends to Tuscany, Italy for the ceremony on Saturday.

According to Us Weekly, Kate and Justin said their vows at a medieval church overlooking the Montalcino valley, with the bride wearing a Valentino gown with lace sleeves.

Kate previously opened up about her special day during an interview with Martha Stewart Weddings in May: I just know I want a lot of flowers.

And I know I want the petals already down by the time my niece, who will be my flower girl, walks down the aisle, she said.

But new hubby Justin might have to pop a Piriton, as she also revealed: Justin has terrible allergies. He'll have to take an allergy pill..

But Kate truly spoke to our hearts when she revealed to People that, when it comes to fitting in her wedding dress, theres no such thing as dieting.

I never get on a scale because you can't judge yourself for how much you weigh, she said. What really matters is how good I feel..

Kate and Justin had dated on and off for three years before reuniting for good in 2014.

The loved-up pair have been engaged since early 2016 and Kate made the announcement in classic showy-offy fashion by pairing the diamond with an equally sparkly dress at the Met Gala.

But there was not even so much as a hint of marital bliss on either of their social media accounts, with the last post on both their Instagram pages referring to Justins baseball team, Houston Astros, winning the world championships just one day ago.

Either way, congrats to the happy couple on their special day – and keep your eyes peeled for the gravy boat weve sent over.

Fox News' Sean Hannity Inducted into Radio Hall of Fame - Duration: 2:22.

Fox News host and radio talk show host Sean Hannity was inducted into the Radio Hall of

Fame Thursday in recognition of his work on "The Sean Hannity Show."

The ceremony was held at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago, with Dave Ramsey,

financial talk radio host, serving as the master of ceremonies.

Hannity launched his nationally syndicated show in 2001.

According to Mediaite, "The Sean Hannity Show" draws more than 13 million listeners

a week and is ranked number two in Talker Magazine's 100 Most Important Talk Hosts

in America behind Rush Limbaugh.

Hannity was unable to attend the induction ceremony, but said he was honored to be selected

as a member of the Radio Hall of Fame's Class of 2017.

"From day one that radio light would go on everyday and I just let it all go — and

I love it," Hannity told TVNewser.

Hannity said that now, after almost 30 years in the radio business, "I have the same

experience and feel blessed beyond measure that I am able to do this everyday."

"The Radio Hall of Fame is just icing on the cake," he added.

Hannity posted a tweet to thank his audience, whom he called "irredeemable deplorables."

Many reached out on social media to congratulate Hannity, including actor James Woods, who

said Hannity's induction was "much deserved."

Other 2017 inductees into the Radio Hall of Fame include Bobby Bones, Robin Quivers (Howard

Stern's on-air sidekick), Tom Barnard, Joseph Field, Bill Handel, John Landecker and the

late Bob Sievers.

Hannity recently stepped into another media role as executive producer of the Kevin Sorbo-directed

"Let There Be Light."

"I've always felt that Hollywood has a contempt for conservative values and Christian

values," Hannity recently told CBN's Pat Robertson.

"I think this (film) touches your heart, your mind, and your soul," Hannity said.

"And it has a very contemporary feel to it … How Christians are looked on in society,

how their values are demeaned."

The film debuted last weekend in second place for per-screen average ticket sales, according

to Newsmax.

Bacon Cheesy Pretzel Bites - Duration: 6:38.

hey everyone its James from fun foods and today I'm gonna show how to make

these bacon cheesy pretzel bites now these are a lot of fun to do and very

easy to make so keep watching and I'll show you step by step how to make these

now the first we're going to do is start off with a mixing bowl and to that I'm

gonna add some warm water this is 3/4 of a cup of warm water you want the water

to be between 110 and 115 degrees because we don't want to kill the yeast

next to sprinkle in two teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt then we

have one and a half teaspoons of yeast sprinkle that in there and we're just

gonna let this sit for five minutes until it foams up after about five

minutes your yeast should have foamed up a bit that tells you that it's active

and it's working now what we're going to do is we're gonna add two and 1/4 cups

of flour to this and we're also going to add one tablespoon of melted butter and

I'm going to mix this using a stand mixer you could do it by hand but it

will take you a while so at this stage your dough should have been pulling away

from your mixing bowl and when that happens that means your dough is ready

so we can just take this out clump it off make it one big ball I have a

separate clean Bowl right here I put a little bit of vegetable oil in there not much

just enough to spread it around and I'm going to just take this dough and form

it into one big ball folding underneath and we're gonna plop it right in there

we're gonna cover this up and we want to leave it in a warm place for anywhere

between 45 minutes an hour now I have a large pot it's filled with three quarts

of water that's 12 cups and I'm going to bring this to a rapid boil I'm actually

gonna do it on the stove so I'll have this surface to work on my dough now our

dough is done it's been almost an hour and I am just going to take this out and

as you see the dough has risen it's doubled in size we can pull this out of

here and put it on our workstation next we just want to divide this dough into

four different pieces here and we can go half of that we'll make it eight pieces

total now I've decided to divide these up again so that would be 16 total

pieces then I've cut them too now what you want to do is just take each piece

roll it into a ball almost like a meat ball set it down right there we'll

flatten it out a bit almost like a little mini pizza

and I precooked some bacon so I chopped it up and I'm gonna put a couple little

pieces of bacon in here because everything goes good with bacon right so

do that and I have all different kinds of cheeses

I have munster cheese I have mozzarella cheese and I have some cheddar cheese so

on this one I think I'm gonna go with just cheddar so I'm gonna put a little

bit of this cheddar on here when I say a little bit I mean a lot and now what I'm

going to do is fold this in on itself

just like so

there we go we have a little nugget so I'm just gonna take this and put this on

a baking sheet and then we'll move on from there now you can put this any way

you want you put whatever kind of cheese you want on each of these you can put a

bunch of different cheeses if you'd like and I'm gonna do a bunch of different

combinations here now what we need to do is just place these on a baking sheet

and we're gonna put them in some boiling water with baking soda and we're gonna

get these all ready to go okay so now what we're gonna do is dip these in our

baking soda and water solution I'm gonna put quite a few in do about four out of

time

and have it in there about two minutes or so then you can just pull them out

and put them back on your baking sheet you should see that they've puffed up a

bit and after they've been in their baking soda bath we'll call it what I'm

going to do is I just took one large egg and a little bit of water about a

teaspoon of water mixed it up really good this is gonna be our egg wash we're

just going to coat each one of these with that just going to give it that

nice golden brown look that all pretzels have

you have to do that I just have some large salt here sprinkle some of that on

each one and then take this put this in the oven at 450 degrees for about 10 to

14 minutes

and after about 11 minutes this is what they look like they look perfect now

these I do suggest eating really hot because the cheese melts and you can

even see some of the cheese coming out of this one here well now it's time for

the taste test I'm going to bite into this one that I already cut open and

check it out and see how good it is

hmm it's good I like that you have that saltiness on

the top the pretzel taste all that cheese and then bacon well thanks

everyone for watching I hope you enjoyed watching you make these bacon cheesy

pretzel bites there are a lot of fun to make and they're absolutely delicious I

hope you get a chance to make them for yourself sometime and if you do please

share with me on any of my social media at funfoodsyt for right now check

out some of the videos I have off to the side I hope you enjoy those as well and

What Makes Norway The Most Decorated Country In The Winter Olympics? | Feed the Flame - Duration: 14:33.

Norway, 150,000 square miles of Alpine terrain offers

a skier's paradise.

The sport was born here.

To this day Norway still dominates

the Winter Olympic Games,

tallying 329 total medals,

and nearly half of them gold.

With a population of just over five million,

Norway has the most Olympic medals per capita,

with one for about every 11,000 people.

But what are the factors that contribute to the team's

impressive trophy count?

I've come to Norway to find out

what motivates the young athletes

trying to keep the winning streak alive.

And over the course of this week,

I'll immerse myself in the diet, exercise and culture

behind the most successful

skiing competitors in the world.

(FEED THE FLAME)

Vital to any winter athlete's diet

is a rich source of fat calories

for warmth and energy.

A popular staple of the Norwegian cuisine is cheese.

Especially brunost, or brown cheese.

- There, she's coming. - Whoa!

- She's very big. - Hi!

So, do you think it's the purity of the food

that led your four children to become successful athletes?

Part of it, and, you know, good health

from the people before us.

When you have a little, small child

it's very necessary to give them

exactly what they need.

Organic vegetables, the children got lots of them.

Goat milk and goat cheese.

OK.

- That's the way! - That's how you do it.

Do you think the brown cheese

is eaten by all athletes in Norway?

Yeah, I think so. I think they need to have

the brown cheese when they put it in their bag

and bring it to all the countries they go.

Because they need this brown cheese.

They think energy, because there's lots of energy in it.

I'm headed inside right now

to Heidal Ysteri, which is a local creamery.

Can you walk us through the process

once the milk comes here?

OK. It's the dairy which fetches the milk

from the farms around.

It's put into that big pan

and cooked for about two hours.

And then we pump it into sausages

and press them in moulds.

- So this is it here? - Yeah.

You don't find it anywhere else in the world.

- Can I taste it? - Yeah.

Let's check this out.

That's amazing.

I can see how on really good bread it'd be delicious.

- Yeah. - Thank you very much.

At just 25 years old,

Anders Fannemel holds the ski flying world record

at 251.5 metres.

Or nearly three football fields.

I started skiing as soon as I could walk, I think.

I grew up on a farm in Hornindal.

My dad actually made the slopes around our house

with a structure all the way up to our cabin

in the forest kind of, so...

Your dad basically built

a winter wonderland for you as a kid.

So you got just a few trophies and medals here.

Do you want to talk to me about some of these?

The longest standing jump in Vikersund.

This one is from the first year

I was doing ski flying in competition.

Man Of The Year, but then I started to believe

that I was able to...fly.

When I started ski jumping, I got hooked by the fear of

doing the first jump

and then the joy of making the jump.

Is it dangerous?

I think it's dangerous. When you're on top of

the biggest hill, you're quite nervous.

You should be a bit afraid

and have respect for what we are doing.

What are the steps to qualify for the Olympics?

We're starting the season again in November.

I have to compete on a higher level from then

till the Olympics starts

to be on the team.

And that's it. I have to be among the top five in Norway.

It's a lot of hard work.

It's really tough to stay on top.

Motivation has to be 100%

because if you're not doing your best, you have no chance.

We have to train quite hard and not eat too much.

Today I'm meeting with Dr Ina Garthe,

head of the sports nutrition programme

at the Norwegian Olympic Sports Centre

to gain insight on how their athletes eat

and train for peak performance.

So what makes you love working with athletes?

With athletes it's like you have to hold them back.

You have to make sure that they are not pushing the limits.

They just want to do everything.

We are really concerned about their diet,

that they are covering every need to maintain muscle mass

and to keep you full.

A cross-country skier eats

four times more than a ski jumper.

- Four times more? - Yeah.

Wow.

(AVERAGE DAILY CALORIE INTAKE FOR A MALE IS 2,500 KCALORIES)

(CROSS-COUNTRY SKIERS INGEST 10,000 KCALORIES PER DAY)

Their performance will do down

if they don't manage to cover all their needs.

If we have a ski jumper, they don't want large muscles

because they have to be light.

So we have different programmes for each and every person.

For example, fish, which can be, you know, fat,

it's perfect.

You have to have fatty acids, omega-3.

The recommendation is that you eat fish for dinner

at least twice a week.

Fish is always a part of the dietician's plan.

With 50,000 islands and over 83,000 kilometres of coastline,

Norway offers some of the best fishing in the world.

And today I've come to the island of Tromsø,

200 miles inside the Arctic Circle,

to see what's lovingly referred to

as the world's largest fishing village.

So I've just arrived at a harbour outside of Tromsø

and behind me you can see

that the fishermen are bringing their boats up.

They're unloading loads and loads of fish.

Cleaning them, dumping them and then you can see over here

they're processing them to bring them into the city.

So we're going to talk to a fisherman named Paul

who's invited us out to his boat.

- Are you Paul? - Yes.

Nice to meet you. Thank you so much for having us.

It's very beautiful out here.

And what do you do first?

First I go out for maybe two hours

and then I find my nets, it's a buoy with a flag.

It comes here and then the fish follow the net and come here.

I have some here.

- Oh, wow. What is this here? - This is cod.

- OK. - I'll serve this for you.

- Oh, yeah? - Yes.

- If you have time. - Do you cook?

Yes, I cook.

- Paul, that's so good. - Delicious.

- It's delicious, yeah. - OK, good.

Right, now we're on our way to the Meråker school,

which is a High School for exceptional athletes in Norway.

Kids come from all over

to pursue their dream of becoming a Winter Olympian.

So I'm excited to meet some of the teenagers here

who are training and get an idea

of what their day-to-day is like.

One fifth of Norway's Olympians started here

at the Meråker school.

Students from all over come to the Trøndelag region

to follow in the footsteps of

many of Norway's decorated competitors.

I'm here to see

first-hand what it takes to become an elite winter athlete.

So I see that each of these rooms are named after

different Winter Olympics, is that right?

Yeah, all the rooms. Vancouver 2010.

And this is Torino 2006.

Salt Lake City, I took three medals.

I took two gold medals and one silver medal.

So that was a very good place for me.

In cross-country skiing?

That was in cross-country skiing.

- And you went to this school? - I went to this school also.

So when I was a student here, I used a lot the same rooms.

A typical day, we have training from the morning up to lunch

before having theoretical lessons,

the last part of the day.

The trainers don't want to tell them what to do every day.

We want them to be independent, to plan their own training.

To find out what's working for exactly themselves.

The best feeling is that we have this freedom

to be out in nature and train

and don't be inside a gym, for example.

It just makes me smile. It's freedom for me.

Every morning you hit the slopes?

- Yeah. - First thing?

I hit the slopes right here. It's amazing.

It started from when I was a little kid. I loved skiing.

I grew up in a family where we were skiing

and we were going out in the mountains

and dancing and riding horses.

My father, he was an active skier as well.

So he is the person who has teached me everything

since I was a little kid.

Did you watch the Winter Olympic Games?

Yeah.

Any moments from specific Games that you remember?

The sprint team competition

with Petter Northug and Øystein Pettersen.

I could see how happy they were.

And some part of being a team.

Even though cross-country skiing is individual.

I can imagine how much hard work they both have done.

So, that's something I also want to experience.

Is there a good way to walk?

Your poles, they're going straight down.

That's good.

So are your toes always straight forward?

- Yeah. - OK.

Maybe you can try to stand in the...

- In the grooves? - Yeah.

So you left home, you live on your own,

you train every morning on the slopes

no matter what the weather is like.

Yeah.

You go to competitions on the weekends. Why?

What's this all for?

I want to become a very great skier

so maybe in some years I become

a world champion or an Olympic champion.

That's my dream.

- That's the goal? - Mm.

- That's the dream? - Yeah.

What would that mean for you to win an Olympic gold medal?

That's my biggest goal and dream -

to take individual Olympic medals.

So that would mean a lot.

It's not only the results and the gold medals,

it's more about pushing me, my own limits.

Hopefully I can do this as long as I want.

In Norway, skiing is a harmonious coexistence

between man and nature.

Even in sub-zero temperatures,

Norwegians' reverence for the rugged landscape

leads them outside at a young age.

The nation's pride, coupled with fierce self-determination

is what makes the people resourceful

and their athletes formidable.

I've travelled all over this week,

from the mountains to the coast,

witnessing the incredibly beautiful landscape

that lays the foundation of this active, healthy culture.

I've seen farms and fisheries

that power gold medallists and Olympic hopefuls.

But most importantly,

I've experienced the spirit of joy and independence

that keeps Norway's winning tradition alive.

Kevin Spacey Suspended from 'House of Cards'

After a series of wildly disturbing allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct came to

light over the last week or so, Kevin Spacey has been "suspended" from his lead role

as President Frank Underwood in Netflix's House of Cards.

The news came late last night from Media Rights Capital, a lead producer on the series, and

is thought to be a legally necessary first step toward eventually terminating Spacey

form the series wholesale, according to sources that spoke to Variety.

One has to imagine that Ridley Scott and company are thanking their lucky stars that Spacey

is in heavy-duty makeup in the upcoming All the Money in the World, and that his role

is seemingly limited in the film's narrative.

We'll have to wait to see how all these allegations land but the more immediate question

is just how this will affect the production on House of Cards' sixth season.

The upcoming season has been suspended from productions in light of the allegations and

much of the news that has followed has suggested that the show should open with Frank Underwood's

assassination and continue on with Robin Wright, who plays Claire Underwood, in the lead role.

Another far more obvious choice would be that the show simply end with the season finale

to the last season and just let the show, which hasn't even been entertaining for

three seasons now,

I'm more on the side of seeing what a season with Wright in the lead role would look like

and if they would take any steps to confront the tumultuous behind-the-scenes drama in

the narrative.

That's mostly just my personal curiosity though.

There is absolutely no reason that this narrative should continue on past where it has arrived,

with Claire and Frank holding court over the country…still.

And in the age of Trump, a series like Veep, for all its own narrative repetition and lack

of distinct style, is far more insightful about the nonsensical, hugely wasteful, and

merciless mechanics that drive Washington D.C.'s power elite than House of Cards has

ever been.

Either way, it's unlikely that we'll be seeing much of Spacey's Underwood again

and it's a similar long shot that we'll be seeing much of Spacey himself in films

in general in the near future.
