Chocolate King Cake Recipe - Duration: 11:44.Hi, I'm Neuza, welcome to SaborIntenso (IntenseFlavour).
Today I'm going to make Chocolate King Cake.
To make this recipe I will use the following ingredients:
550g T55 wheat flour without yeast
9.2g granulated dry yeast
150 ml warm milk
salt
150g of sugar
100g of melted butter
2 eggs
40 ml brandy
40 ml of port wine (Vinho do Porto)
Flour for sprinkling
100 ml of milk
150g chocolate for cooking in tablet broken into pieces
50g black chocolate cooking in tablet broken into pieces
100g granulated almond
1 beaten egg to brush
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
25g granulated almond
Candied Cherries
100g of chila
Quince jam for brushing
Cooking Chocolate in Scratch Pad
To the warm milk, add the yeast and stir very well with a fork.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Break the eggs into a bowl and stir with a fork.
In a large bowl or bowl, put the flour and make a hole in the middle.
Add a few salt pebbles
and place in the center, the dissolved yeast,
the butter,
the brandy,
the port wine,
the 2 beaten eggs
and the 150g of sugar.
With your fingertips, start mixing everything with the flour.
Knead the dough very well and gradually add more flour until it peels off the bottom.
Take care that the dough does not get too dry.
Sprinkle dough with flour and cover with a cloth.
Let rise for about 2 hours in a hot place until the dough is doubled.
When the dough is ready, make the filling.
In a pot, light the 100 ml of milk and let it blend.
To the milk, add the 150g of chocolate in normal tablet and the 50g of dark chocolate.
Stir with a wire rod until the chocolate melts and cream.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle the countertop with plenty of flour.
Put the dough in the center
and sprinkle it again with a little flour.
With a roll, extend the dough into a large rectangle.
Above the dough, place the melted chocolate
and spread with a spatula.
Above, spread the 100g of granulated almond.
Wrap the rectangle on a roll, as if it were a pie.
Toss well so that the filling is inside the dough.
Attach the ends of the roll so that it is a crown.
Tuck in well so the ends are tight.
Carefully place the crown into a baking dish previously sprinkled with flour.
Cover again with the cloth and let it take about 30 minutes, until the dough grows a little longer.
After the leavened dough, brush the crown with the beaten egg.
On top of the crown, arrange chila jam mounds,
the 25g granulated almond
and crystallized cherries
In a bowl, add the 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar with the powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with a little water and stir with a fork until the sugar is moistened.
Finally, spread spoonfuls of the sugar mixture over the dough.
Preheat oven to 180ºC and cook for 40 minutes.
After the cooked pasta, remove.
Carefully place the cake on a plate and brush it with the marmalade jam.
Finally, spread chocolate shavings over the cake.
And it is ready to be served.

Victoria Secret Runway Makeup |2017 - Duration: 11:23.Hello guys and welcome back to Loolia's channel

I took it from the run way
and applied it, very easy to do
you can even wear it as a day makeup.
Do not forget to subscribe and like this video
Actually i'm gonna wait for you to like it
i hope you clicked the like bottom
and do not forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel
continue watching this video
if you have any suggestion please comment bellow
let's start this video
we are going to start with tinted lip balm
Victoria secret to moisturize our lips
I love this lipstick because it tingles your lips
and makes them look bigger
and this is what we all want.
just put a little of lip balm.
The second step is
to put a moisturizer
i use clinique and it has SPF 20
it's very important to have SPF in every product
and if not
you can buy avene or any cream for protection.
always apply the moisturizer direction upward
after applying the moisturizer
i will use NYX primer so that the makeup will last longer
i will apply the foundation using my hands
for a more natural look
so wash your hands before starting
i'm using Estee Lauder foundation
because it has a full coverage
but very natural
after applying the foundation with my hands i will blend it more
using the beauty blender by take out the excess
now for concealer
i use kiko shade 05
apply it under the eyes
little bit to cover the dark circles
also here
i will also apply it on the nose
use your ring finger for less pressure on the eye
blend the concealer by taping
blend it as much as you can.
after i'm done blending with my finger
i use a small blender to reach small places under my eye
and to remove the excess
always tap the concealer
don't swipe because if you do
you will be removing the product
now we will switch to contouring
i am using Maybelline
because very natural
and this is what we want in this look
i will start contouring my cheeks
the models have very sharp jaw lines
i will add some contour there
i will blend with the sigma brush F05
i will also use an essence
the brush look like this
so that i show that i have a defined jawline
i don't have
but contouring helps
i will use NYX highlight
because it is very natural on the skin
and
the make up that we see on the models in victoria secret
seems like like have nothing on
but a very glowy face
i will heat the product on my hand
and add it on the upper bone
a C direction
a little bit on the nose
and on the mouth (cupped) so make them look bigger
as you can see there is a glow on my face but very natural
Now for the eyes
they use earthy colors
with a little bit of glitter
i will use the Givenchy Pallet
I will use this color
After putting the first shade
i will take a darker color
always start at the end of the eye
from here
and go upward as an arc
i'm using provoc
86 desire
put it as an eyeliner
then smudge it with a brush that looks like this.
i'm so professional the way i show you the products
for the next step
i will use the lash curler
i'm taking all these steps from the runway
but my advise for you is
do not use the lash curler frequently only
it brakes you lashes use it
for an occasion only
now apply mascara.
you can apply the same eye shadow shades
on your lower
i will add bronzer on my face
Rimmel london 004
Sunstar
using NYX brush 03
apply it as a 3
now for the eyebrows i will use
NYX
you can also use Benifit or Anastasia
very beautiful products.
for me because i have thick brows
i will use NYX brow gell
Mar Jacobs Blush
Kink and kisses 504
Pink color
i will apply it on my cheeks
remove the lip balm
Nyx lipstick London
it has a nude color
then i will apply above NYX Victoria secret
i don't know if it has a number
ohh it's Pinky
put a little
for it to look glossy
After i'm done with the gloss a will put some highlight
in some places that i want it to pop
like on the edge of the eye
and under the eyebrows with my finger

What's he got to do to win here tonight? The chants the hysteria the punishment
There's nothing like a tag-team tornado match and there's nothing like it to the participating teams
Either your bond will be put to the test. You have to look out for yourself and your partner
Simultaneously that is pressure
Kenny ended quickly and the shoulders up in time. He's not giving up that easy
One offense Shawn Michaels is showing at this point
Triple H would some reason for concern the tornado tag team atmosphere appears to be getting the best of them here
The Undertaker is not someone to sleep on
And Kenny manages to reverse out of that one
HBK not in a great way here so many variables friend to take into account here in this tornado tag match this match is so
Evenly contested right now that it's almost impossible to pick a winner. I guess we'll just have to settle in and enjoy the action
The Undertaker is moving the momentum to his corner the Undertaker looking to bury another victim
Chokeslam, he's really looking to prove a point here. Oh man sure place doesn't even know where he is
Just a mean DDT, okay making a statement as we speak
Wow can't believe the Undertaker got out of that one. Here we go. The Undertaker is setting it up
When it strikes land you can feel it in the first few rows
This just might be enough for him to take the victory here now Triple H needs to capitalize on this opportunity
Big mess for him there and unlikely pay for it here and
Fire and he's still down after that. Look he could do it here looking to catch him off-guard there
I guess he isn't gonna go away that easy
This is some great offense by Shawn Michaels
That'll rearrange your spine
What a shot. Maybe take them anymore like that. You're gonna resemble a heavy bag and they offensive Eddie goes to the pen
Kick sound he's gotten some more fighter than guys

You might have it. That's it's Sweet Chin Music
Wow, we might just be witnessing the end of the initiative right there
Chicken pull I can't believe it. I can't believe what we're to say, but it's true here. It ain't over till it's over
This is what makes him one of the best in the business
Unmitigated strength
There's the cover can he do it what is keeping this competitor going what a match change
I read some expert Travis here over the years. We've come to expect these bursts of greatness for me
Shawn michaels gets out of that one. Nice move takes him down to piledrive
Clearly a bishop now, it's not over yet. Why part of me thought he was going to tackle. Yeah
by Shawn Michaels
He's in a tough spot here Cory if he doesn't get up, it's gonna get a lot tougher
That was sort of it super kid Wow, we might just be what as his guardian
To count that was a near fall to the Undertaker Wow, what's it going to take ain't no stopping him now?
So understand this could be
This might be the end of the road for him Byron, well if he can't get back to his feet you're absolutely right
That might just be the final nail in the coffin
Not even close jeez that was embarrassing
The human body can only absorb so much of that
He's fighting back here. I expected nothing less coal. He
He just saw the ground he can invent moves in midair
Candy's looking to end this oh and he reverses it. Oh, here we go. Here we go
Stone well, there's only one thing left to say God. Will this be it one?
Two and he barely avoids the pinball. I don't believe it he refuses to lose
Cain gets it done folks
Here are your winners the
Undertaker and Kane
And that's a nice win for these two here tonight these two works
So well together Michael IV supplies two thing with their separate ways any time soon boy
I don't think we're going to have too many disappointed viewers at home. Not with action. Like we just saw

Healthy Soups For Fall Compilation + FREE EBOOK - Duration: 10:11.(upbeat music)
- Hey munchies, welcome to the channel.
If you're new, it is fall which means
for many of us, it is the season of soups.
Or at least it's cool enough to actually want to eat soup.
To get in the comforting food mood,
I have compiled a variety of soups for you today,
all colorful and nutritious.
And I've included a free eBook for you to get
all of the recipes using the link in the description box.
First up, a roasted purple soup.
I start by adding quartered purple potatoes,
purple cauliflower florets, and chopped purple carrots
to a baking sheet and tossing with oil and salt.
Roast until tender.
This roasting is what's gonna give the soup so much flavor.
In a pot, I add oil and onion and cook until tender.
Then I can add in those roasted veggies,
vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
Then we add it to a blender with a little
almond milk and salt and pep.
You can also use an immersion blender if preferred.
Holy moly, it is so creamy, thick, and satisfying.
Especially with a little bacon and cheddar on top
and talk about colorful.
In case you didn't know, purple potatoes
and cauliflower taste about the same as white
but have some additional nutrients
and flavonoid compounds called anthocyanins
which can help regulate blood lipid and sugar levels,
body weight, and reduce cancer risk, pretty cool.
Next up, a slow cooker lamb and lentil curry.
This one is also from my Sheet Pan and Slow Cooker eBook
which is awesome for meal prep.
If you do wanna prep in advance,
simply add everything to a large freezer bag.
Ground lamb, lentils, crushed tomatoes,
cauliflower florets, frozen peas, onion,
coconut milk, and garlic.
Then I've got a ton of delicious spices.
Garlic powder, onion powder, garam masala,
curry powder, paprika, chili powder, turmeric,
ginger powder, and last but not least, salt and pep.
I remove as much air from the bag as possible,
seal it up, and then refrigerate until I'm ready to cook
or you could also freeze to use later on.
On the day I wanna eat my soup,
I just pour in my prepped ingredients
straight into slow cooker in the morning,
mash up all the meat a bit so that there's no large chunks,
and add some vegetable broth.
Then I give everything a good mix,
cover the slow cooker, and set it to cook slow and low.
Of course, you could skip the initial step
of adding everything to the freezer bag,
if you prefer, and just toss everything
right into your slow cooker.
Some people like to brown their meat in a pan
before adding it to the slow cooker
and this can totally add extra flavor to the dish
but it's not necessary.
After cooking at low heat for eight whole hours,
the lamb is perfectly cooked through
and so unbelievably tender.
About 30 minutes before I wanna eat my soup,
I like to add an entire bag of spinach to the slow cooker.
Trust me, it will look like a lot of leaves at first
but you won't even notice them
once they've wilted down and soaked up
all of the scrumptious savory flavors in this dish.
This soup smells so incredible and it tastes even better.
It's hearty, filling and loaded with nutritious veggies,
protein, and of complex carbs.
And there's even some healthy fats
from the creamy coconut milk.
Next, a sweet fennel soup.
I add oil and shallots to a large pot and cook until tender
about five to eight minutes.
Then I add apples, fennel, and cauliflower
and cook for about five minutes to soften.
Add vegetable broth, bring to a boil,
and then turn down to a simmer for 30 minutes.
I like this creamy so I'm blending it up
with almond milk, thyme and salt and pep.
There's not a wrong way to do soup
so if you like it chunky, don't blend
for quite as long or you can use an immersion blender.
Make this your own.
The sweet apple compliments
the almost perfumy fennel so well.
It's light, creamy and totally comforting
without being too heavy.
I am not usually a fennel person
but this was actually one
of my favorite recipes of the batch.
We are getting greener with this broccoli soup.
And you'll only need two main ingredients.
First I simply add broccoli and salt
to a pot with water and boil until fork tender.
Then I remove the broccoli with a slotted spoon,
transfer to a blender and add my white beans.
You could use a different kind of bean if you like
but I chose white beans because they're nice and creamy
and keep my soup light in color.
I also take a bit of the green water that's left
after boiling my broccoli
and add that to the blender as well.
Enough to cover the broccoli about halfway.
This will keep my soup smooth and it adds some extra flavor.
I season to taste with salt and pep,
you could also use any additional seasonings that you like
and blend until it's perfectly creamy.
And that is it!
Can it get any easier?
Enjoy this nutritious green soup immediately,
store in the fridge for later, or portion and freeze.
Such a simple recipe for a meal prep or a week night dinner
and a great way to get in more veggies.
This recipe is also from my new 100+ Vegan Recipes eBook
and so is this next recipe.
We're heading back to sweeter flavors
with this vegan sweet potato, coconut, curry, lentil soup.
For this soup, I'm starting out by roasting
some sweet potato cubes with coconut oil,
salt, pepper and paprika.
This will get them nice and tender
but it also packs loads of comforting
roasty flavor into my soup.
While that's in the oven, I cook my lentils on the stove
according to package directions.
I chose green lentils but you can use whichever you like.
Let them cook all the way through
and set them aside when they're done.
Finally, to a sauce pan over medium heat,
I add ghee or clarified butter, onion, celery, and carrot,
and cook until the onions begin to sweat.
Then add in some garlic, fresh ginger,
curry powder, cayenne if you want
the kick of heat in your soup, and salt.
Cook for another minute before adding
your roast sweet potato along with some coconut milk.
Bring the entire mixture to a boil,
turn the heat down and let it simmer
for around 20 to 25 minutes.
You could totally enjoy this as a chunky soup
and leave it as is but I am all about the creamy soups.
So I grab my immersion blender and blend it on up.
A regular blender is totally fine too of course.
Then all that's left to do is stir in my cooked lentils.
And I like to top it off with cilantro
and a bit of plain yogurt.
Coconut and sweet potato are a classic pairing
and I love a thick creamy soup.
This recipe is hearty enough to enjoy
as a meal all on its own.
We're getting the slow cooker out again
with this Tuscan chicken soup, another meal prep fav.
To prep this slow cooker soup in advance,
I grab my freezer safe bag and add chicken thighs,
drained and quartet canned artichokes,
fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, sliced mushrooms,
onion, lemon juice, white wine, broth,
garlic, ghee, grass-fed butter or light olive oil,
capers, thyme, salt and pepper.
Again, seal up your bag removing as much air as possible
and store in the fridge or freezer.
When you're ready to cook, pour your prepped bag
of ingredients into the slow cooker, cover and let it go.
You can of course dump everything in there
instead of prepping too.
30 minutes before cooking is done,
I like to add a hearty helping of spinach
to this soup as well.
Stir it in, cover and let it wilt down.
Slow cooking over low heat
brings out all of the savory comforting flavors
in this dish and using chicken thighs packs even more flavor
into your soup because of their rich fat content.
It's creamy, satisfying, and sure to fill you up.
With the combination of white wine,
lemon juice and fresh herbs keeps this dinner
deliciously light and refreshing.
All of the yumminess of a classic Tuscan chicken dish
but the slow cooker does all of the work for you.
Here's another one of my vegan favorites,
jackfruit tortilla soup.
I start with canned jackfruit.
The actual fruit is massive and pretty tricky to handle
so I prefer to get jackfruit canned in brine
which I found at Trader Joe's.
I recommend draining and rinsing canned jackfruit
to get rid of the briny taste and then I simply
shred the pieces with two forks
to get that pulled meat texture.
To make my soup, I add a bit of oil to a sauce pan
with onion and garlic and saute until tender.
Then I add chopped jalapeno
and cook for another one to two minutes.
Once that is nice and fragrant,
I add tomato puree, fresh lime juice, chili powder,
paprika, cumin, and oregano and cook until bubbly.
Finally, I add some broth and my pulled jackfruit
seasoning to taste.
Bring your soup to a boil and then turn down the heat
to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
The last component of this tortilla soup
is of course the tortilla strips.
These are so easy to whip up at home.
Just cut corn tortillas into thin strips
about a quarter of a inch wide, add to a wire baking rack,
spray with cooking spray and season
with a bit of salt and pepper.
Let those bake in the over until crispy
and beginning to brown and you've got
a craveably crunchy topping for your soap.
When I'm ready to serve, I put a handful
of baked tortilla strips in the bottom of the bowl,
pour in my jackfruit soup and top
with some fresh avocado and extra tortilla strips.
This soup is so tasty and satisfying.
The perfect way to warm up on a cold day.
The jackfruit adds some bulk and has loads
of satiating fiber and I love how every bite
is bursting with flavor after simmering
with all of those seasonings.
Okay, one more to go and it's comfort soup at its finest,
chicken noodle soup.
I add oil, onion , garlic, carrots,
and celery to a large pot and cook until tender.
Then I add basil, oregano, a bay leaf,
salt and pep, and broth.
Bring to a boil and then cover
and simmer for six to eight minutes.
Get rid of that bay leaf and then add egg noodles
and cover and simmer for another eight minutes.
You could use any noodles, I just love the taste
and shape of the egg noodles in this soup.
Once the noodles are cooked al dente,
I stir in some chopped chicken which I used
from leftover rotisserie chicken meat.
Holy moly, this is hearty but light
with so many great flavors and textures.
It's got that nostalgic chicken noodle feel and taste
without all of the sodium the store
bought varieties tend to have.
I know you're gonna love it.
And that is my compilation of soups for fall inspiration.
Let me know which is your favorite in the comments
and remember, all of the recipes are in the free eBook
available to download in the description of the video.
Thanks so much for watching,
I've got more fall and holiday content coming.
I will see you next week and remember,
it's all a matter of mind over munch.

Mega Man Zero 4 - The Regressive Finale - Duration: 33:52.It is time for the finale of the Mega Man Zero series, that of course being Mega Man
Zero 4 released for the Game Boy Advance, and re-released alongside it's three predecessors
in the Mega Man Zero Collection for the Nintendo DS.
The biggest trend from the start of this marathon to now would the quality increase from game
to game that I believe...most people can agree on.
However, correct me if I am wrong, but Zero 4 is the most divisive of the entire Zero
series with praises and criticisms going all over the place for this one.
Way back in the day, this was my favorite game in the Zero lineup, but had of course
fallen to Zero 3 in the years to come.
Before this marathon, Zero 4 was locked in as my second favorite Zero game, but with
Zero 2 surprising me with how much of a quality increase it was over Zero 1, and Zero 3 shattering
my high expectations.
Where does Zero 4 fall?
Well, let us start where I think we can all agree on, the storyline.
Right off the bat, yes.
Zero 4 continues the great story of the Zero series and gives the best ending possible,
so let us look at it.
The game opens with the usual recap, but this isn't an ordinary recap.
There is a really melancholy piece in the background as we are told that robots were
created in the image of human beings to be companions to them, with what looks to be
the blueprints of classic mega man in the background.
I could be wrong, and I may have just pissed off a commenter or five.
When robots were given free will, some didn't want to serve humans and turned against them,
these were labeled as Mavericks.
Human beings, despite being the creators of robots and reploids, had pit reploids against
one another in what began the Maverick Wars.
Which after a century turned into the bloody Elf Wars with Neo Arcadia providing a safe
guard for humans against all this war at the hands of reploids.
It is then revealed that finally, for the first time, we are seeing a human being's
perspective on everything that has happened in the Mega Man Series as the narrator talks
about how mavericks had killed the leader of Neo Arcadia, Copy X.
Which we know was our work...well...Dr. Weil killed Copy X, but we set it up by accident.
Now Neo Arcadia is ruled under the iron fist of Dr. Weil and Neo Arcadia has gone to shit
in the time between Zero 3 and 4.
The game opens with this band of humans trying to escape Neo Arcadia in their caravan with
Dr. Weil's greatly modified military force chasing after them.
Yeah people can't leave Neo Arcadia now.
Remember, the energy crisis has not been resolved either since Ciel refused to hand over her
research since it would only be misused.
Zero and the now mobile resistance arrive on the scene to save the day.
This very early scene is a good indicator of how good this story is.
These humans, lead by Neige, a former reporter from Neo Arcadia are fleeing because the energy
crisis is so bad, and Dr. Weil has become such a dictator, that he is not only continuing
Copy X's genocide of reploids to survive, but he has also been executing humans who
don't agree with him.
Evidently, humans were fine with what Copy X was doing back in Zero 1, because there
was no other way to get energy.
Now that their lives are at stake, the humans hate the resistance for having killed Copy
X since that was what lead to Weil being put in power to do this in the first place.
Also, they are very racist against reploids and robots in general because in their eyes,
Reploids have been at war since their inception, causing numerous casualties along the way.
Hence why the don't allow reploids in their settlement, especially Zero for what he has
done in the Maverick Wars, and to this very day.
The idea of robot racism in a Mega Man Zero game sounds really hamfisted, however I couldn't
help but find myself fascinated since we have never seen what humans thought about Dr. Doppler
inventing a cure for mavericks, and then becoming one himself, leading to more conflict.
The thought process is very narrow minded and doesn't judge reploids as individuals,
but it is undeniable that all reploids have done is war.
It just makes what we have seen if you have been playing these games in order feel more
satisfying as the final chapter.
So, Where is this settlement then?
A place called Area Zero, which is revealed to have been the crash site of Eurasia in
Mega Man X5 and Mega Man X6.
We saw in X7 that they just started rebuilding the rest of the world, no mention of the crash
site itself.
Once again, this is a great callback since I have played all the games, and it is so
cool to see that after 100 years, life has finally returned to this long since dead crash
zone, with the theme fitting perfectly.
But Dr. Weil is not having any of that.
Shortly after Zero investigates Area Zero, he discovers Kraft and his eight warriors,
all working to do Dr. Weil's bidding since they have been programmed to believe that
the best for humanity isn't any silly nature reserve, it is in Neo Arcadia under Weil's
rule.
You may have noticed the desert intro stage, right?
Well that is because Dr. Weil draining this world dry because of the energy problem.
Now his eight warriors and Kraft have the mission of making Area Zero, once again unliveable,
so there will be nowhere on Earth that is a better alternative to Neo Arcadia...damn,
that is next level villainy right there.
So there is a clear and present danger with these eight main stages and a mission with
each to ensure that people have the free will live in peace, outside of the influence of
Dr. Weil.
Of course, the resistance are fighting on two fronts since they have to stop Weil and
his forces from ruining the world around them, but the humans want nothing to do with the
Resistance and even Ciel despite her being a human since she ties herself with these
worthless waring reploids, when they just want to be left alone.
That's not gonna last when Dr. Weil launches a military strike on the settlement with Zero
rushing in to save the day, with the humans being very ungrateful for his help.
Negie actually does stand up to Kraft in the midst of this battle as we learn about how
Negie was once with Kraft as he was a warrior of the people, but is now the puppet of Dr.
Weil, not before being taken prisoner as one of the human renegades.
One of the children in the settlement asks if they are gonna do a rescue mission, and
the people say no, they don't care.
I have been saying since Zero 1 that this Zero is so great since he is so no nonsense,
and this scene is the very model of it has he has nothing to say to these humans other
than calling them a bunch of lying cowards as they leave one of their to die at the hands
of Weil, I mean, why even risk coming here if you don't have the spine to fight for
it.
So Zero puts his money where his mouth is and saves Neige.
Clearly her words have left an impact on Kraft, but that is not important right now.
There wasn't really a good point to bring this up before now, but Dr. Weil also has
a giant space station called Ragnarok and it's canon is pointed straight at Area Zero
to wipe them all out as a lesson for going against him.
After four more stages, we have successfully stopped all the ground based operations to
destroy Area Zero, but this was all a distraction, Weil knew that Zero had a pretty good chance
of defeating the ground troops so it was a win win for him.
I mean, if Zero died and the ground ops were successful, that is no skin off his back since
he doesn't need to use ragnarok...either way Area Zero goes up in smoke.
Kraft is the pilot behind Ragnarok, but Negie's words of him being a former protector of the
people, and now he is a puppet, lead him to the ultimate betrayal against Weil.
Instead of just...not firing at Area Zero, he no longer believes in humans and their
boundaries against reploids and FIRES ON NEO ARCADIA!
Holy shit!
Guys, Neo Arcadia was where all the other humans and reploids outside of the resistance
and the area zero settlement were!
Kraft was hoping to take Dr. Weil down with Neo Arcadia, but either way, that is pretty
fucked up as the resistance manages to save some survivors, but there are a lot of casualties
here.
Zero gets to Ragnarok for one final battle against Kraft who was unsure of why Zero would
do this since he thought it was for the good of reploids to end humans that had it out
for their, but in another great line from Zero, he says that he had a best friend who
believed that humans and reploids had a place living together in harmony, and that he made
a promise to uphold that dream even in that friend's absence, this is of course, Mega
Man X, and this being the promise that was made at the end of Zero 3.
Kraft dies after this, and overall I think both him and Negie were good characters, they
only expanded upon the universe and that is all I can ask for really.
But of course...Dr. Weil was not dead after all.
Despite Ragnarok's canon being damaged, he is going to pull an SA2 and crash the the
station into Area Zero, since his Neo Arcadian empire is gone anyway, might as well take
everyone with it.
Now this is a climax.
Zero is ready to battle the now crazier than ever Dr Weil, but Weil reveals that he was
once a human, but by cyber elf enhancements, was transformed into the near immortal beast
we see today.
The reason he hates the people escaping Neo Arcadia is because he thinks humans are hypocrites,
he was cast out of the city's protection with Omega ages ago for what he did to the
Mother Elf in the Elf Wars, and now the humans want to leave the comfort of Neo Arcadia for
the wasteland they cast him to die in?
Not saying he is right at all, Weil is a madman, but still...interesting motive nonetheless.
Since he is a human, with the armor infused in his body to practically live forever, he
has built up quite the grudge.
Not that he was even explaining this for sympathy mind you.
He is a certifiable lunatic at this point and is ready to see the world burn.
This is how you do a series main antagonist ladies and gentlemen.
Remember back to X6 and X7 where I ranted about every new X game having a cool new villain,
but they just get replaced by Sigma in the end who died in the previous game but is now
inexplicable back?
Yeah, Dr. Weil is where I was going with that...yes I thought that far ahead.
Sigma lost his effectiveness after awhile because it became the same old thing, not
to mention him becoming a comedy act in the games themselves.
Dr. Weil was mentioned at the end of Zero 2, caused all the terrible shit in Zero 3,
but was a backseat villain to Omega and Copy X, and now it is his time in the sun for the
final game, Zero 4, where we have seen just how evil this guy is.
And because he is human, Zero can't fight against, let alone kill him.
But why not?
Well, VERY early on in the Mega Man Series, we were told about the first rule of robotics,
A robot must never harm a human being, and that if Zero is the hero he claims to be,
than he cannot battle Dr. Weil as they stand here on the crashing Ragnarok, minutes away
from the death of everyone else on earth as Weil literally fuses with the station to speed
up the impact.
Ciel begs for Zero to leave now, but in one of the greatest climaxes in the history of
Mega Man, Zero knows that right here, right now is the only time to stop Dr Weil once
and for all, and save everyone at the same time.
Zero does not care about the first rule of robotics as he says, I never called myself
a hero, he fights for his friends until the bitter end.
This resolves one of the most infamous lines in the history of gaming….yeah, through
X, the resistance, and Ciel especially, Zero knows that he is fighting for their future
and their safety and is going to fight Dr. Weil to destroy Ragnarok.
I haven't mentioned this until now, but this is especially interesting if you are
of the mind that Dr. Weil is Dr. Wily's final form, since it was heavily implied in
X2 that Serges was Wily reborn, and also implied in X5 and X6 that Wily was Isoc.
If this is true, I mean, who else would want to corrupt the Mother Elf to ensure that mavericks
wouldn't be good, to ensure that Zero went crazy as planned, to put X and Copy X out
of the picture to rule the world with an iron fist?
I am definitely a subscriber to this idea since that means that the final battle is
Zero vs his creator!
Also, what a turnaround for Zero, just like I said in Zero 3, he was created to be the
greatest god of destruction ever, but has made the turn throughout the X series that
I discussed, culminating with Zero fighting against Wily, continuing the will of X, who
was continuing the will of Dr. Light, Wily's lifelong nemesis….mic drop.
Is that an epic climax, or is that an epic climax?
Zero destroys Dr. Weil, and ragnarok along with it, as the resistance and the human settlers
have reached an understanding as they see the debris of Ragnarok flying through the
sky like shooting stars.
This means that...Zero has made the ultimate sacrifice for the greater good.
Ciel doesn't want to believe Zero is gone and runs off to have a moment to herself...but
comes to terms with what has happened, in what is by far, my favorite Mega Man ending
of all time.
Ciel thanks Zero for having believed in her and the resistance, and that his faith was
not misplaced, she will bring energy back, she will continue Zero's, X's, and Dr.
Light's dream of humans and reploids becoming one and the same, and clearly the scene before
this has shown how the first steps are being taken already, Zero's sacrifice has shown
everyone that.
With the final shot showing Zero's busted up helmet in the desert alongside the debris
of Ragnarok….can you think of a better way for the Dr. Light vs Dr. Wily saga to end?!
I mean, this started out as a story of jealousy between colleagues, graduated to a war between
Mega Man and Wily, which ended in Zero, Wily's final creation, destroying all of Wily's
enemies, the mavericks wars, the elf wars, the resistance against Neo Arcadia, and now
Neo Arcadia is gone, the boundary that kept humans away from reploids is gone with it,
the dictators perpetuating that conflict are dead, and all the characters apart of that
old era, Dr. Light, the classic Mega Man Cast, X, the maverick hunters, Sigma, Weil, Copy
X and now Zero...are all gone, meaning that the path to peace, can finally be craved.
Thus ending, Mega Man Zero 4, and the Zero series.
I mean...I thought Zero 3 had an outstanding ending, but this just wrapped it all up in
a nice bow.
I am not going to say Zero 4 has a better story than 3, I am going to say that what
makes Zero 4 work so well as a story, is that we had Mega Man 1 - 8, we had Mega Man X1
- X6, and we had Zero 1 - Zero 3, all of which had served the story of the Mega Man Saga
up to this point , leading to this perfect conclusion.
The war between Man and Machine is over, and like I said, there is no better way to send
it off.
Yeah, the Zero series told a near perfect story from start to finish, with a definitive
ending, one of the few Mega Man franchises you can say that about.
You could say the story in Zero 3 changes more often throughout which is true, although
that game was where a bunch of big events happen.
This is just the wrap up of those events.
After having revisited Zero 4, it would have been nice to see the guardians come back and
get some closure, but there really wasn't much room left in the story for them to do
anything.
I mean, Leviathan and Fefnir were barely in Zero 3 to begin with.
But that's just a nitpick.
So all in all, excellent story, so let's see how the rest of the game stacks up.
With each and every Mega Man Zero game, the graphics have gotten better and better and
Mega Man Zero 4 is no different with the absolute peak of variety in the amount of colors on
screen at once, the boss animation, and now the backgrounds move accordingly with the
foreground which is new for the Zero series.
There are also examples of foreground sprites that feel natural and don't intrude upon
the gameplay.
I'm having less and less to say about the graphics in each and every video, and that's
because the series has been so consistent so far, nothing left for me to say other than,
good work.
When it comes to the sound, I first want to mention that when Zero charges his Z Saber,
he releases a satisfying new grunt...never gets old.
I mentioned that because...I like it...and two, because on the subject of audio, that
leaves me with the soundtrack.
This is also the moment when this review takes a different turn, since other than the core
mechanics, this is the last unambiguously good thing I have to say about this game.
I know this statement is going to get me killed, but Mega Man Zero 4's soundtrack is absolutely
ear grading.
The GBA is known for very high pitched sound quality, and for that reason, most of it's
soundtracks have turned out very hit or miss.
Zero 1 through 3 had avoided this and provided in the case Zero 1 and 2, very good music
that is joy to have in the stages.
With Zero 3's soundtrack being one of my favorites in the Mega Man Series.
Zero 4 though...the instrumentation and compression are very unpleasant on the ears.
With most of the pieces sounding like garbled up whale farts!
No lie, this is one of my least favorite soundtracks from any GBA game I have ever played, but
here is the kicker….compositionally, this soundtrack is absolutely fantastic!
It is right up there with Zero 3, but the way it was put on GBA is what makes it sound
awful.
Sometimes this can kill the mood for good moments, like Falling Down, the final boss.
Or Esperanto, the piece that plays in Area Zero.
This is what this should sound like….and here it is in the game...which is a damn shame
since there is, like I said, good composition here, and good continuity as well, with the
Holy Land Hub, Area Zero, and the showdown in Area Zero having different versions of
the same composition to fit the mood.
Much like how the rest of this review is going to go, I just want to make sure we are clear,
this soundtrack is great on paper, but on GBA, an overwhelming majority is weak.
Which leads me to the gameplay...where do I begin?
You guys already know how much I have enjoyed this game in the past, but putting a game
under the critical microscope can really teach you a lot, I have seen many games I really
liked go down the same path, X3 is a prime example of this.
You guys know I love X3, but when reviewing it for all it did that was new, it was hard
to find things to latch onto.
Zero 4 is very much the same, only worse.
Let's get this out of the way, Mega Man Zero 4 plays exactly the same as all the other
Zero games, so the tight controls, control options, type c all the way, good sound design,
great Z Saber combat, the star system is still gone, it is all there and accounted for because
Mega Man Zero 4 is a good game, if you play this you will probably have a good time if
you enjoyed the previous games, it is just the design around the already refined mechanics
just doesn't feel as strong.
Starting with something I noticed almost immediately, and that would be the...nerfed Z Buster?
The Z Buster was never my favorite in the previous games, but it had a lot of great
rapid fire potential, but here it fires a lot slower, which at first, I couldn't figure
out why they would do that, but then it hit me.
We have a brand new weapon.
I mean, this isn't anything new in and of itself, there has been a new weapon in every
game before this.
They perfected the whole rod thing in Zero 3, and so they decided to scrap it.
This game also got rid of the elemental chips, guess they thought that was getting old as
well.
The back of the box makes a pretty big deal out of this, the brand new Zero Knuckle.
This is very cool in concept, but in execution it leaves a lot to be desired.
The Zero Knuckle allows Zero to take the enemy's weapon before destroying them, or alternatively
just use them as a weapon.
Like I said, this could be good because then we would have a practically infinite amount
of weapons, but the variety is severely lacking.
Take this grass, claw guy.
You use it to grab enemies from afar.
In the final stages, I used the Zero Knuckle to destroy this frog, and it's tongue reaches
out and grabs enemies...from...afar.
There are a few types of weapons, grabbing weapons, straight bullets, mallets, infinite
rapid fire bullets, lasers, and shields.
At default you can only hold 1 weapon at a time, so why would use a shield when you can
save it for a gun, since you have to ditch the weapon you currently have in order to
use a new one?
If that was the case, why get rid of the shield boomerang?
That was consistently the worst weapon in every game, but if you are gonna make a worse,
limited alternative, why not just leave it in?
Sure, the guns will look different, but functionally speaking, most are same, and are so terrible
in the damage department.
Guns that fire infinite bullets are why I think the Z Buster was nerfed, to make room
for this, but the Recoil Rod, The Chain Rod, and even the Triple Rod expanded the gameplay,
as opposed to taking away from something else.
The Chain Rod and Recoil Rod had served the level design quite well, and in Zero 3's
case, had just plainly made the game more fun with more options.
Options are what makes Mega Man games fun for me.
Zero 4 just feels like a massive step back from Zero 3 in many areas, but let's start
with the level design.
I was just talking about how the Zero Knuckle is a lame weapon, but another area where it
fails is as a platforming tool.
Gone are the days of using the chain rod to solve a puzzle to get a sub tank, gone are
the days of using the recoil rod to bounce of an enemy in a timed challenge.
These were weapons, and instruments in the level design.
The Zero Knuckle just isn't that.
They weren't trying to make it that way, sure.
But, it feels like a step back.
The closest you are gonna get is this stage, where if you take the bottom pathway, you
use the Zero Knuckle to get this security key, and then use it later in the stage to
get the sub tank, but my thing with that is, this doesn't factor in the gameplay until
you use the key.
If you want to change your secondary weapon to the Z Buster, you can't without getting
rid of the Zero Knuckle item.
It just doesn't feel planned out.
Which brings me to the level design itself, which is also a step back from Zero 3 and
Zero 2 even.
Zero 3 had this fine cohesion, not only did the stages always find a way to mix it up,
it did in a way where it all made sense, it all clicked into place in your mind, simple
to understand, difficult to execute.
Zero 4 just feels very haphazard, things just happen.
Like the construction stage, you start out in the field, then bam...anti grav room?
Why?
Then I find out that the stage is called the magnet mine...nevermind but anyway This doesn't
even add anything like riding on the sleds in Zero 3's snow stage, or the electricity
in the sunken library.
If you are blue, you jump lower on pink floors and vice versa, at the end of the day, it
doesn't feel like strategy since you run forward and tank hits in this section.
Followed by a section, where you just hang on ropes, hitting enemies, or just dashing
over them.
That is one thing this game does, Zero can know hang on ropes like X5 and X6, only this
has been expanded to helicopter enemies.
They do something cool with it in the forest stage where you need to destroy the body of
the enemy, and then ride the propeller up to get the sub tank.
That is good level design, but more often than not, Zero 4 falls very far from that
bar.
Like the rest of the forest stage, instead of swinging on grapple points, or burning
the bark, timing jumps, what do we do?
Slash endlessly at these branches to move forward?
You can burn them, but that is if you have something fiery on hand, and since the flame
chip is removed, have fun with that.
Instead of a chase scene, in this game's water stage, you find your way through a timed
underwater maze….followed by...standard Mega Man Zero fare…the levels just don't
feel memorable, like this stage with blocks moving everywhere that are of course, instant
death.
Or the Celestial Gardens which looks nice...but nothing happens here, unless you have some
kind of ice power to freeze the fountains to get some robot part, and oh trust me, I
will get to that.
When the stages do have an identity, it is a lot of nothing, like pressing switches in
the prison stage, but sometimes it can be cool, like rescuing the settlers, and using
the Zero Knuckle to grab the water dispenser and use it to put the fires out in the middle
stage.
Zero 4 brings back level changes from X1, X3, and….X6….and I don't get it.
X1, it was simple, beat snow level, fire level freezes over.
X3 was more complicated, but ultimately still simple to follow.
In Zero 4, the levels don't change each other, you change them, in what is known as
the weather system.
This is just baffling design at it's finest.
In all my testing, it just made the stage worse.
Like do you want electricity frying you while trying to deal with anti gravity gimmicks
in the mining stage?
Or in the celestial gardens, you know, the bottomless pit stage...do you want clouds
obstructing your vision?
Then turn that weather effect on!
Guys, I am looking for something to say about this, but I feel like it speaks for itself.
I mean...it's like if in X6...the stage asked if you wanted to turns bees on in Blaze
Heatnix's stage!
I am sure somebody might say that depending on these conditions, a path to this subtank
or that might be cut off by a snow mound or something, but much like the cracked door
in Blizzard Wolfang from X6, this adds no layer of strategy since you simple go back
to the menu, change the effect and it is yours.
Simple.
I had to research the very silly thing this system did, but I can talk about that in a
moment.
At the end of every stage, is a boss fight.
Some of these go down as easily as Zero 3 bosses did, despite their status effects stalling
you for time.
Others are just plainly monotonous as they fly off screen, or have bottomless pits, or
just plainly have no strategy.
This guy in the mining stage...yeah this level is the worst in the game by far.
He is so big, to the point where I have no idea how to not get hit other than standing
around waiting all day, and it doesn't help that he summons attacks from the ground, and
magnetizes you, it is a headache and a half.
I like the turtle one, he always is attacking you, so you can equally spend just as much
time damaging him, with this spinning fire attack being my favorite to dodge and attack
during.
But honestly, nothing compares to these shit mini bosses, particularly the dragon varieties.
Sure they have the same element weakness chain as before, but look at how much damage they
take….
EX Skills are back from defeated boss fights, and I noticed how weird it was that I didn't
get anything from bosses I had a rank A during, and yet I did when I had rank D which breaks
series tradition yet again, but unfortunately this is case of if isn't broke, don't
fix it.
I looked this up, and this is what the weather system is for.
Since all the weather effects make the stages more difficult, they also make the bosses
fight harder, and since you survived the harder stage and boss the EX Skill is yours...what!?
What happened to getting so good at the game itself that you earned a high rank at the
end, and earned the next EX skill?!
Why this arbitrary difficulty increase barrier?
I haven't mastered anything when clouds are in the way of my jumps!
Learning this is when I realized that the weather system isn't just weird, it is a
dumpster fire.
But get this, the next few details are worse than the level design and the weather system.
Cyber Elves are gone, in their place, Alouette, haven't mentioned her since Zero 1, but
she has been there.
Has developed a new kind of all purpose cyber elf.
One that combines all of the previously scene traits, and you have to level this thing up
to increase your max health size, expand your move set on the field, and will fire off shots
from the element of your choosing, yeah that's what they did with the elemental chips.
I don't mind this in theory, it's fine in execution, since I like increased health,
slowed down wall decent, or the upward slash, but these only work one at a time, like if
you want to have it drop health, you need to lower back down to that, as opposed to
them just expanding, you need to pick and choose between the level ups.
How is that a level up when it replaces what you had with different stuff?
Also, an unforgivable flaw, is that you have to visit Alouette to give level up, when Zero
3 changed it to Cyber Elves being manageable in real time gameplay.
Sure you needed to unlock the disc first, but then you could feed it the crystals you
needed, use any one at any time in the stage.
This is the pixel perfect definition of Zero 4, it isn't doing something BAD in and of
itself, but it is a step back from Zero 3, and this is the sequel.
This doesn't even bring attention to the level ups themselves, which is easy at first.
But the amount of E Crystals is only rising, and for the first time since Zero 1, I am
going to complain about E Crystal Grinding.
For some reason, grinding for e crystals is hard again, same for sub tank too.
I honestly found it better to just lower the cyber elf level down to drop me health and
then fill my sub tanks that way rather than trying to fight enemies and most likely getting
blindsided in the process.
Why?
The item drop rate just seems so much lower in this game.
So therefore, 1000 E crystals is gonna take a few minutes.
I know why the item drop rate is lowered, and that is two fold.
One...a POWER UP for the cyber elf is an increase to the drop rate!
OH MY GOD WHO THOUGHT OF THAT!
This might have been in the other games, but the drop rate at default was fine so I am
not complaining.
Here, this is just straight up poppycock!
Especially since you will have grinding for that anyway.
But the other reason, is that there is a brand new dropped item in the mix, which means the
other two's chances of dropping from enemies is now lowered as is.
The new thing is parts dropped by enemies, for the metal recipe system.
Guys...this hurts me even more than the real time Cyber Elf switching when it comes to
going back from Zero 3.
One of the things that made that game so fun, was the part system, every boss gave you something,
like charging faster, or health growing while stationary, a double jump, an impervious dash.
Zero 3 was varied in the weapons, Zero 3 was varied in the parts since you got them all,
you just got to go wild mixing and matching, finding which one works for you best.
The Metal Recipe system works as follows.
These parts drop from enemies, and they build as a part of a collection, you see a lot of
the same ones.
You go to Cerveau who will pull up the menu and you mix and match these collected parts
to build things like two sub tanks, or a double jump.
Before anyone tells me that this NPC or that NPC will give you clues on what does what.
This is so stupid!
So you want me, to scour the stages, over and over and over again, in the hopes of dropping
parts, as I return to base, mix and match and complete random and hope that I can build
my double jump, or a sub tank?!
WHY?!??!?!
Did Zero 3 make too easy?
I don't care!
Zero 3 made it fun!
Zero 3 didn't have a wall of grinding, and guessing, and crushed hopes and dreams in
between me, and fun!
That is the worst part, there is nothing fun about this!
We just slash away at enemies, hoping and praying for something to go my way.
I said that you can get clues on what to do with the parts themselves, but you still find
them by slashing your enemies!
This is tedium incarnate!
Hence why when I play Zero 4, I don't have a double jump, I don't have faster charging,
I don't a recoil rod, I am dealing with worse level design, worse boss design, awful
mini bosses, listening to soundtrack that should have been great but was ruined by the
GBA, and I am left with a game that is inferior to Zero 3 in just about every aspect!
I have been comparing this game to Zero 3 a lot, and that is because that game set such
a high bar, so why shouldn't I be disappointed that Zero 4 just misses the mark and most
of it's fronts beyond the great story?
Anyway, I am going into conclusion territory, I should say what I think about the castle
before we end today's video.
The level design is just weak as the main game.
So much waiting around on platforms, and ropes, and elevators, where is the balancing the
board with the spikes while fighting enemies?
Where is it?
Or here, where...I stand and wait for bombs to show up and clear the path….just like
I hated in Zero 2!
Like...this isn't level design, it is bullshit.
Beyond Kraft, the bosses drag and waste time on nothing as you spend forever on this third
castle boss in particular, getting game overs, playing the stage again, and hoping you don't
die when he shoots his impervious minions at you!
Which leaves us with the final stage as we fight these lack luster bosses again, thus
zapping health and sub tanks from the final boss.
Which yeah, the final boss is great!
Omega left a lot to be desired here, but Dr. Weil is epic in the story, the music, the
setting, and the gameplay providing a fittingly difficult encounter to end the saga and while
I could spend longer on it, it just comes too little too late.
Which brings me back to the conclusion.
Guys...I like Mega Man Zero 4.
I know that sounds surprising since the gameplay review was mostly negative, but as I alluded
to earlier, we have been in this spot before.
Mega Man Zero 4 has the same basic gameplay as Zero 1 - Zero 3, and for that reason alone,
Zero 4 is fun to play, because Mega Man X styled games are inherently fun to play, this
is why a lot of people prefer X6 to X7, because X6 still has that basic gameplay going for
it.
Mega Man Zero 4 is not Mega Man X6, Mega Man Zero 4 is not Mega Man X7.
I will never call this game awful, or even not good.
This is a good game, there are some things about it that are awful.
But the level design being weak?
The Zero Knuckle not being great, that is all because of the fact that this game is
a sequel to Zero 3.
The level design is fine and functional on it's own merits, but for what used to be
my favorite game in the Zero series, and for what is a sequel to my current favorite Zero
game, favorite Mega Man game and in my top ten games of all time, Mega Man Zero 4, as
I have hammered in, is a disappointing step backwards.
Despite all of it's issues, I still think Zero 4 has so much going for it, to the point
where it is better than Zero 1, which despite it's massive issues, I found to be a good,
recommendable game.
I was heavily debating whether or not this was better or worse than Zero 2, and at first,
I wasn't sure, Zero 4 has worse execution in it's new ideas, than Zero 2, but Zero
2 has more segments of just plain frustration in addition to the great moments.
But anyway, let's not forget, Zero 4 still has the epic story that provided closure to
the Zero series, but also the Classic and X series' as well.
But after thinking about, I'm going to give the edge to Zero 2 for being plainly more
refined as a video game.
So for the final time, good game, but there is a lot holding it back from true greatness,
which is more disappointing here than Zero 2 since this game is the sequel to 3, and
not the predecessor, even though it sure feels like it...but...we did it!
That is my review of Mega Man Zero 4!
We have reviewed all four Zero games!
On time too!
See guys, when I say I am going to do something, it happens, it's like magic.
Anyway, how do I feel about the Zero series overall?
Playing them so close to one another, it was fun just to see how engaging the story is
if you play them in order, great characters, serious moments, and a respect for the series
from which it was spun from.
In the case of Zero 1 - Zero 3, it was great seeing how Inti Creates created something,
refined it, and then perfected it.
Sure, they stumbled with Zero 4 a bit, but it still came out as better than the sum of
it's parts.
If you are interested in any of these games, I recommend playing them in order to experience
the story, but since Zero 1 is so flawed, you might want to start with Zero 2 and go
from there.
The Mega Man Zero Collection does a great job keeping the games in tact and giving the
option for easier versions for a game like Zero 1 or 4.
It also has the kind of bonus content seen in the recent legacy collections.
Since the consoles you can play these games on are only getting older, I would one day
love to see a Zero series Legacy Collection.
I love the Zero series, overall it is better than the X series for it's sheer quality
consistency, and better than the classic series for just...more fun gameplay.
However, this marathon is not over yet since Inti Creates was also tasked with the next
Mega Man Series on the DS that more or less continues off from the gameplay of the Zero
games, with Mega Man ZX, and we are gonna be looking at both games to close this retrospective,
starting with the first game, next week, thank you all for watching, and I will see you then!

City of futur | SINGAPORE (vlog & tips) - Duration: 9:05.Surely one of the most amazing cities in Southeast Asia. the excitement of even the largest Asian communities. overpriced, flashy
disproportionate, magical and known to be one of the cleanest cities in the world
this episode opens a series of unthinkable vlogs in southeast asia. welcome to the capital of the future: Singapore
Hi guys what's up? I'm really happy to meet you for a new video and especially for a new trip
i'm here in bangkok to talk about singapore, i really wanted to come back to this city
with you. and in this video I'll go back to what struck me the most
Singapore. so previously i visited my brother on kuala lumpur, to find him in no time on bangkok
but, well, let's move on. Singapore airport reveals genius: free internet connection
a free cinema, relaxation lounges, a free ride in the city, finally Chengi airport is simply futuristic
The adventure begin
the first thing to know about singapore is that life is as expensive as europe. a sim card runs around 20 dollars
the 3-day metro pass is 20 euros and your days will then turn around 75 euros
There are actually four major cultures here in Singapore: Chinese Indian Malay and European. And so it's synonymous with culinary diversity
Singapore has literally become the gastronomic capital of South East Asia. we start the day at killiney
A typical place to have breakfast, finally a Singaporean fashion
This is a place Alix had spotted
We really wanted to come here to try this thing
so the whole thing
It's putting a little bit of soy in the egg, and white pepper
Apparently, all locals do that, and it's delicious
It's surprising
again a superb address spotted by alix. We are in Little India at Lagnaaa foot dining restaurant
and we had a butter chicken
so well known, and that I do not know at all. I have never tasted
but this one I had never eaten
One of my favorite beds is the china town area. This little bit of china, it is ultra animated from morning to evening
and we find all there is good and less good "made in china"
is here it's cheap, surely the cheapest part of singapore
This is at least the third time we come here to Singapore. the food is
great. it's super good whatever you take here, be it dumbling
fried rice. it's really all Chinese culture that is gathered here in singapore. That's all we took
5 euros per person
we have chicken skewers, we have dumblings
sautéed chicken, Chinese soup
in my travels, I had a little trouble with the Chinese culture but here in singapore, this district is definitely my favorite
the second day on singapore
We have just left our hostel. Hostel a little stile elsewhere, I'll talk about it and I'll put it in description
It is part of these new, slightly chic hostels. And we can sleep in a double bed
we left to look for bikes. as in Beijing, there is at OFO here
about OFO, this application which I am ultra fan, we still served well. and it's very nice
to discover the city by bike. I like OFO, not really, I love
but the
Bathing in Singapore is possible and especially on the island of Sentosa
Ok guys, here we arrived at the first beach of Santosa 5 km from the center of Singapore. you have beaches
sand like that. and when the weather is nice it must be super nice
I will tell you about my favorite topic during city trips: rooftop. there is a lot in the city but some people want more than
others. And besides here for you my top 3 of the most beautiful rooftop in Singapore. the first is the fullerton hotel's sky bar
like all rooftops, this one, it is overpriced and it is in particular due to taxes imposed on alcohol. it's the night spot
ultimate for taking pictures of the marina and marina bay hotel
number two the red bar of the swiss hotel. so that's another decor here at
73rd floor, more intimate or less stuffy. The restaurant looks good too
The guy who had the idea of this toilet
First place: the hotel marina sky park
the entrance is 20 euros but not only the view is insane, but the ticket gives 20 euros credit for drinks. Is there any battle with Bangkok, a hundred times yes!
Hello everyone!
day 3 here in singapore. you are perfect. No, I find you really pretty like that
"It's for little india" we are going to little india today, and we are also going on Orchaid road. I take this opportunity to show you
the hostel because we got up a bit later than expected
and so, it is in these species of big crates that we sleep. Those are double beds
So, we are about thirty to sleep there. but it's extremely calm, what is it cold
Here we are on orchaid road, so the equivalent of elysed fields here in Singapore
it's crazy because
all department stores are there
we are very far from the fields, but hey in the mind it's about the same thing
it's a huge street. Which extends from
All there down
The bottom. We'll go take a last subway just there to go to little india
One of the nice streets to do here. with the oldest houses in singapore
This is where there are perfumed frangipani merchants
What to imagine is that one is
in the middle of the center of singapore. there is this kind of colonial house
dating from the 19th century. I'm really talking about the 19th century here because it's the year that came
the English and we find this kind of building in the middle of the center just a stone's throw from the towers
and where there are shops
I love that kind of stuff
We are at the foot of the marina hotel marina bay hotel to get there right in front
and make garden by the bay. finally we just took the tickets for the cloud forest and not the other because it's the most
interesting of the two eventually. we paid $ 16
what comes back to us a little around ten euros just to do it and it's
super nice to take pictures inside. I can not wait to be there
What a conclusion I could give from this amazing city of Singapore
I already really enjoyed spending time there and I think it was a bit too short. four or five days it is
really and I think a week is maybe enough to visit the city a little
there is so much to do here between gastronomy, culture
or even the architectured. short
Singapore was like a big playground for me. I only went around the city and I think I'm not
enough detail in each opportunity and in every activity that could propose
Singapore. I think this can be a good step when you plan to travel to South East Asia to visit Thailand.
malaysia or indonesia
when we turn around these countries I think it's really interesting to linger over
Singapore. I thank enormously Occia and Lamia who were the two people to give me the most information about Singapore
I'll give you an appointment for an upcoming video and it will be here in Thailand. I am in Bangkok
currently and I had the opportunity to meet lots of content creators here. and of which there are plenty of projects that are in the process of
mature. as in each of my videos I call on you and I invite you to share it
comment and react on this video. it's super important for me. and I give you an appointment for a next video
Ciao!
