How to get rid of Stomach Ache with Natural Ingredients !

Drink peppermint, chamomile, or ginger tea!

Studies have shown that these three herbs can help mitigate nausea and general abdominal

discomfort.

Ginger regulates digestion, while mint and chamomile can be particularly soothing to

cramped muscles.

You can also chew on boiled mint leaves or drink ginger water rather than drinking teas

made from these herbs.

To make ginger water, toss a few chunks of ginger in hot water, steep, and strain.

Mix up a solution of baking soda and water ! Most over-the-counter antacids contain baking

soda as their primary ingredient, so next time skip the store and make your own antacid

at home.

Simply dissolve a tablespoon into a glass of warm water and drink the solution slowly.

Repeat this process every few hours until your indigestion or nausea subside.

Drink apple-cider vinegar ! Unlike regular white vinegar, apple cider vinegar alleviates

nausea by absorbing unwanted nutrients in your stomach.

Mix two to three tablespoons of it into a glass of lukewarm water.

If the taste doesn't put you off too much, you can sip on a glass every few hours until

your nausea goes away.

Purchase an organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar which clearly states that it contains

'the mother.'

This means that it holds the raw enzymes and bacteria which are particularly useful for

intestinal health.

Sip on aloe vera juice ! Aloe vera juice has shown to decrease the pain of stomach cramps.

It also has ties to helping with constipation and indigestion as well.

It used to be available exclusively at specialty and health food stores, but increased popularity

in recent years has made it much more widely available.

Drink after your meal ! Waiting until an hour after mealtime to drink a beverage can help

ease indigestion.

While it may seem counterintuitive, chugging water with your meals can dilute the digestive

acids in your stomach and make them less effective.

Opt for water or milk rather than soda, coffee, or alcohol, as these can be abrasive to your

stomach lining and make you more uncomfortable.

Avoid oily and spicy foods ! Indigestion is frequently caused by consuming hard-to-digest

foods which aggravate pain and increase acid production.

One of the easiest ways to curb indigestion, then, is figuring out which foods trigger

dyspeptic symptoms and eliminating them from your diet.

Instead, opt for bland foods such as oatmeal, broths, toast, applesauce, crackers, and rice.

These items are easy to digest and thus won't put undue stress on your digestive system.

Wear clothes that are loose around your waistline ! This can seem like a small consideration,

but in fact your clothes can have a big impact on indigestion and acid reflux.

Super tight waists on pants or skirts can dig into your abdomen and put pressure on

the lower esophageal sphincter, impeding regular digestion and causing stomach acids to rise

up your esophagus.

This doesn't mean you have to ditch your favorite skinny jeans entirely.

Just make sure you slip into some looser fitting clothing before digging into a big meal.

Take supplements to promote digestion ! Digestive enzymes, hydrochloric acid supplements, and

enteric-coated peppermint oil are three widely available supplements which can make a big

impact on your indigestion.

For example, taking enteric-coated peppermint oil gel capsules daily has been shown to reduce

or cure indigestion for up to 75% of users.

artichoke leaf extract three times a day ! Artichoke boosts the production and flow of bile in

your stomach, allowing food to move more rapidly through the digestive tract.

Recent studies have shown that taking artichoke extract can significantly mitigate symptoms

of indigestion such as flatulence and a premature sense of fullness.

Rest after eating ! You should take a break before doing any physical activity in order

to let your food digest.

If you exercise too soon after eating, your body interrupts any digestion it was doing

so that it can provide blood and energy to your active muscles and lungs.

This interruption delays digestion and can cause a stomach ache.

Sit upright or lounge for up to an hour after eating

your meal.

Top 3 Sailor Venus aus Sera Myu [german] - Sailor Moon Musicals - Duration: 5:12.

Hello and welcome to this video :D

This time will be my Top 3 Sailor Venus.

But before we start I have an announcement:

I'll include in my next rankings all cast members.

And I'll include the actresses of NewMyu.

This will also be my LAST video in german.

Because the german Sera Myu community is pretty small (doesn't really exist lol).

This is why I want to make it a bit more international, for people who really watch it.

For sure I'll continue with everything

but I will do everything in english now

I hope you'l stay anyway and will still have fun!

And this is MY opinion and it's fine if you have another :)

Enough talking - let's start!

3rd place Yuki Nakamura!

Oh my,

already in the beginning a very unpopular opinion xD

I don't really get why xD

Probably because she was only part of one musical.

However, first the data:

Like I said, Yuki was

only part of one musical: Kessen Transylvania no Mori

from 2000 (my fav. musical btw).

With 21 years she was one of the older cast members.

And you will realize it.

Unfortunately she mostly gets judged only based on her small line in Koi no Senshi ja irarenai :(

Okay,

she really scurrys there like she has her period xD

but that's not all of her!

If you watched the Guide Video and Omake of TnM and

payed attention to her in the musical itself you'll see

that she's #1 playing a very convincing Minako:

She's bubbly, clumsy and very, very cute!

But also has serious moments - just like Venus!

Backstage she seems a bit introverted

and engrossed in learning her role

but onstage she's 100% Minako!

For me she's the silly and crazy Minako

as well as the determined and mature Minako.

Looks like the strong look into her role pays off.

#2 she's actually a quite good dancer.

if you pay attention to it xD

Mostly in the Fankan it's quite obvious.

I didn't expect this before my rewatch of it neither xD

but she dances very well, she truely can move her body :D

Also her voice is very fitting for Minako.

Not too high and not too low and very enthusiastic.

This is why I think it's sad to judge her only based on her solo in Koi no Senshi ja irarenai xP

She sings very well!

I also wished she would have stayed at least one musical longer to sing

Traditional the Grace, her version would have been very good.

:(

She is one of the underrated actresses

and I love her a lot because she's cute and very talented.

Which makes her my 3rd place.

2nd place: Momoko Shibuya

And I can just say:

Omg I LOVE MOMO! She's super great.

But first basic information:

Momoko played Minako/Venus

from 2003 to 2004 in

Starlights Ryuusei Densetsu and Kakyuu Ouhi Kourin.

When I saw her the first time I thought:

She's truely Minako!

Her voice isn't too high,

and very fitting and she sings very well.

When it comes to dancing she's also part of the upper class.

She plays Minako's bubbly character very well

She's very fangirly when it comes to Saito kun (Kunzite) or the Starlights x3

On the other hand she can act very serious

You can see this in Minna no Ai wo Kaesenai and Sorezore no Elegy.

She's an awsome Venus, who

is also backstage 100% Minako

and it's very sad that she was only part of 2 musicals...

But at least in my ranking she's 2nd place :D

And like always there can be only 1 first place...

it's incomparable,

the wonderful, the one and only Minako:

Nao Inada!

Nao IS Minako like she has just jumped out of the anime!

Okay maybe a few years older but who cares.

Enough fangirled - basic data:

Nao played Venus/Minako from 1999 to 2000.

Like Hisano she was part of Kaguya Shima Densetsu

and Kaguya Shima Densetsu Kaiteiban

and Last Dracul Jokyoku.

And I always think:

Why not longer??

I would love to hear her Traditonal the Grace (actually none of my 3 places ever sang it xD xP)

For me she is totally Minako

everything is alright with her - she's perfect!

Dancing ability - super

Sure, there are still better ones

but she's doing very well and her gesture is very Minako-like.

her voice is perfect, her singing is gorgeous

Her complete lively is totally Minako

her fooling around with Usagi and always a bit narcissistic acting is

just right for Minako.

And Nao is again one of the older actresses

and it's noticeable that she has more stage experiance then other cast members.

When the situation is dangerous she's serious

and the true leader of the inners.

I could go on like this for 10 years because I love Venus and she's like my favourite.

But this might be enough for you.

And thanks for asking: Nope, I just think Ayumi is (like Fumina) too calm and for me beause of this for me rather inept.

That's MY opinion on it.

YAAAAY! NAO IS THE QUEEN!

Now THAT'S dedication! Fit mother-of-three, 32, shares video of herself doing a workout in BED as she cares for her sick baby girl

In between raising her three month old baby girl and a pair of very active twin boys, Anna Strode, 32, always finds time to get active.

And recently, the Melbourne-based fitness expert once again showed off her multitasking abilities - this time through what she described as her boobd and bed workout.

Taking to her Instagram account, Ms Strode shared a video of herself cradling her sick baby girl in bed while doing a makeshift exercise regime on top of the covers.

We have a very sick household.

Lachie and Sammy have ear infections and little miss Madi has picked up a bad cold, its heartbreaking, she wrote.

I know there will be no chance for me to get a workout in today as its going to be nutso with 3 sick little bubs hanging off me so I did a few exercises while we were waking up this morning.

Its just enough to help me start the day with positivity as we all know how hard it can be with sick kiddos - like, real hard!!! .

Sure todays workout didnt work up much of a sweat but what it did do is help me smile so Im going to take that as a win.

Remember to fit in even just 5 minutes of exercise if you can - it will help you cope so much better I promise!.

The impressive workout clip has already had close to 40,000 views, with many praising the mother for her creativity.

Ms Strode is known for her quirky home workouts and even exercised in her hospital gown prior to giving birth.

And since welcoming her bub, she has slowly been reintroducing workouts back into her daily routine.

Four weeks after giving birth Ms Strode opened up about bouncing back and how her perception has changed the second time around.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ms Strode shared a snap of herself cradling the newborn while wearing a pair of unzipped blue jeans.

Yea nup, they still dont fit, but its different this time around, she wrote.

Im not scared like I was the first time postpartum.

Im not worried that even how much I love my children that Ill never be able to love my after baby body.

This time I trust my body.

This time I know its exactly how its meant to be.

This time I already love it without the satisfaction of fitting into my jeans.

This time I know that in time, with dedication, that these jeans will fit..

Ms Strode explained that after giving birth to her now two-year-old sons, she believed that happiness would come from zipping up these damn jeans.

But now, she knows this is absolutely not the case.

One of Annas post-birth workouts   16 x Tip Toe Squats 15 x Glute Bridge 16 x Toe Tap Lunges 20 x Donkey Kicks (10 each side) 30 sec Wall Sit 15 x Double Pulse Squats 15 x Kneeling Squats Repeat 4 times.

What makes me happy is my children, this little girl in my arms, my boys who are playing happily in the room next door and the man Im lucky enough to call my husband.

Thats what makes me happy.

Not fitting into some silly pair of jeans, she wrote. .

Despite this, she still feels some pressure to get back into shape.

Id be lying if I said I didnt feel some kind of pressure.

A pressure to bounce back.

To show the world I zipped my jeans up 4 weeks postpartum, Ms Strode wrote. .

But Im not going to let the pressure get to me or keep me from sharing whats real.

Last time I struggled.

I loved my boys but struggled with my body.

I only wanted to share what I thought was success.

 Embrace the fact that the jeans dont fit.

Embrace the stage you are at right now.

The transformation pic, the one where the hard work was done and the weight was gone, the one that looked like I bounced back.

Ms Strode concluded her post by saying that she plans on showing the real story this time around.

There is no bounce back.

The only bouncing back Im doing right now is with this little lady in the baby bjorn at witching hour, she wrote. .

But you know what, thats OK.

Im OK with it.

And you know what… if youre a mama you should be OK with it and YOUR body too.

Embrace the fact that the jeans dont fit.

Embrace the stage you are at right now.

Set goals but be gentle on yourself. .

With movement and living healthy, in time the jeans WILL fit but remember it took 9 months to grow your baby - give yourself AT LEAST 9 months to let your body recuperate.

Ms Strode said if theres one thing she could tell the first time postpartum version of herself one thing it would be to go easy on yourself.
