Youtube daily report Oct 2 2018

My name is Jane Kimani and I am the Director

of East Africa Operations here at Angaza.

One accomplishment that I'm really proud of

is being able to drive our customer satisfaction

rate to 100%.

I intend to keep it that way or even

push it higher to 110%.

My personal customer support philosophy is

to listen to understand and not to respond.

Assumptions are the termites of great relationships

and at all times I implore our customer support

teams to always be listening actively to what

our customers are saying.

Not necessarily to respond, but to be empathetic

to exactly what is happening and to be able

to be responsive to their needs.

The aspects of my job that I like the most

are keeping our culture alive here in Nairobi

and also keeping our staff engaged and connected

to the work that they do.

The hobbies and interests I have outside

of work are running.

I'm an avid runner, so I run about 72 kilometers

(44.74 miles) every week.

I am also an avid reader, so I try to read

about five books a month.

The way that we are promoting a customer centric

organization at Angaza, especially here in

Nairobi, is we have different teams that work

collaboratively.

And each of those teams have dependencies

on each other.

So we make sure that teams are communicating

with each other effectively, that teams meet

frequently.

We have daily stand-ups, we have weekly meetings,

we have processes and systems that we've put in place

to ensure that everything is aimed at addressing

our customer needs.

Over and above that, our recruitment process

really focuses on onboarding people into a

customer centric culture.

Innovating with empathy is one of our values

and that essentially means that we do everything

designed to respond to our customer needs.

Our quarterly goals, and our yearly goals are

also very much aligned to our customer philosophy

and the intention to ensure that we remain

customer centric.

And so we evaluate progress against those

KPIs and QPIs.

Here Top 5 Effects Of Internet That Changed the Lives of Millennia - Duration: 6:13.

The internet changes people's lives

to levels never imagined before

Not only for work

the internet is now the closest "friend" of man

Much can be done by accessing the internet

Starting from looking for information, to finding a mate

Here are some comparisons now and before before there is internet!

Dating Apps

Pair search application compared to before

who must PDKT directly in place

Looking for a partner can also use a dating search application

Dating match applications according to Bloomberg Businessweek

the application has successfully matched 2 million pairs every day

Online Work Application

There are more online applications than walk in interviews

First applying for a job is not as easy as now with the help of the internet

The past method of applying for a job is usually by going to his office directly

or send a job application letter by post or fax

and also looking for work in the newspaper

Capital needed to apply for work in the past

can be a pair of formal shoes

neat clothes, and also transportation costs

Now you can find job information

at the same time applying for enough work with the internet

Even you can find specific jobs easily

and can apply for the job with just one click

Internet Needs

The internet has become a primary need

The first time there was internet and computer

only the upper class can use it

The internet is still a tertiary requirement

and includes something luxurious for someone to have

With the development of technology

the internet can be used by everyone at a cheaper price

The smartphone also added the number of internet users to increase

because of the presence of these devices

we can access the internet anywhere

Everyday Entertainment / Internet TV

become scheduled entertainment compared to limited television

Television is a source of information for all people in ancient times

In the event of a disaster, the increase in fuel prices

or just looking for entertainment

television is always ready to provide content

But TV has a schedule of events that have been arranged and cannot be changed

so you adjust your time with the TV schedule

However, when was the last time you chose TV as a source of information?

The internet gives you as a user of power

or the power to choose the information needed

Internet users can search for information about anything, and at any time

But we also have to remember, this power must be used wisely

Online Shopping

Online shopping is a new way to transact

Users do not need to visit the store to buy the items they want

The item can be sent directly to the buyer

enough with a few clicks and internet help

When an online store or e-commerce first surfaces

there are still many people who are hesitant to shop online

They are hesitant because they feel insecure

with online store products and also the fear of being fooled

They are also more comfortable doing transactions

if they can see the item

and hold it directly before buying

Even though online shopping does make it easy for customers

there is still fear when transacting online

According to iPrice Group e-commerce statistics

about online payment doubts

62 percent are afraid of fraud on the internet

A total of 49 percent of the world community

feel hesitant to make an online transaction

In addition, 42 percent of them will make transactions

if they feel protected by cybersecurity

Meanwhile, 37 percent have admitted

will stop the transaction halfway

because of mistrust of the transaction

that's the fifth difference now and now after the internet

the more sophisticated it is now, it can facilitate our lives and daily lives

but it can also complicate and be affected by the problem itself

when we don't use wisely and goals are not good

I hope you can entertain you and don't forget to subscribe to the OmLamis channel

to get updates on other informative and entertaining videos

Kenan Thompson Shows Off His Neil deGrasse Tyson Impression - Duration: 2:31.

-Obviously, new season started.

You were someone, which is so impressive to me,

you keep over these years --

you've kept creating new characters, new impressions.

Are there impressions you want to get on this year?

-I try. I mean, yeah.

Whoever is kind of in the news.

It's been kind of quiet in the black community lately.

[ Laughter ]

You know, like, my go-tos

haven't really been flaring up lately.

[ Laughter ]

Like Sharpton had that R-S-P-E-C-T thing --

P-I-C-T, I think he said. -Yeah.

-But that was over the summer.

-But Quincy Jones -- Am I hearing --

I'm hearing there's some rumblings

of Kenan having a Quincy --

-Well, he has a documentary coming out,

and he's been, like, doing some interviews

where he's making crazy kind of statements.

-Well, he's led the craziest life,

and he's one of the most famous people in the last 50 years.

-He's making pretty wild accusations about people.

-So, can you do a little Quincy for us?

-In real life, Quincy Jones is very --

He talks like this.

"You know that, at the time,

we had a lot of jazz and there was a lot of parties.

But one time, I saw Marlon Brando

sleeping with birds." [ Laughter ]

"And then that was -- It was a thing like that.

You know, Mickey Rourke, dear friend of mine.

I love having -- we play who can make the best gumbo.

That's my favorite game." [ Laughter ]

But, you know, for the show,

I think I got to hype it up a little bit.

-And one of my personal favorites that's kind of new

to the rotation is Neil deGrasse Tyson.

-Oh, the best.

[ Cheers and applause ]

Look at that vest. -The vest.

-That vest.

That guy is the best. He's so excited about science.

-Yeah. -He's so hyped to, like,

you know, share that information with you.

Like, you can follow what he's saying.

But he's just like, "You know, gravity is a real thing."

[ Laughter ]

"The world is not flat. This is called gravity, okay?"

[ Laughter ]

-And, hey, buddy, this is really exciting.

I'm gonna host in two weeks. -That's right!

-I'm gonna come back to "SNL." -Seth's first time hosting.

[ Cheers and applause ]

-How -- -I can't wait.

-You think you will --

Can I count on you to treat me with kindness?

-Oh, I'll be kind. I just don't know if I'll write.

'Cause, you'll probably write everything.

-No, I don't want to write. -Take the week off.

-I don't want to write anything. -I can take the week off.

-You write for me. -Yeah. No, of course.

We're gonna have a great time. -But let's do stuff together.

I'm so happy to come back, and I'm so happy you're there.

And it's just a delight to have you here.

I love you so much. -I love you.

[SORI] Interview with Myself - Duration: 25:20.

Sori's YouTube Channel

Dear viewers of "Sori Not Sorry: " Hello everyone, this is Sori.

Sori here.

I'm going to try out something different today,

and I would like to talk about my solo artist career.

Some of the viewers already know,

I have been to London recently for latex outfits, hit the recording studio, and watched Shakira's concert in Barcelona.

Not to mention a bikini haul for the music video and behind the scene footages from the music video set.

You might have come across these videos about my solo career,

or some interview footages from my showcase.

Maybe you have read some news articles about me.

Since this solo debut means a lot to me,

today, I would like to discuss it with you guys in more detail.

I believe there are several of you who have known me even before CoCoSoRi days,

but those who have not are the majority.

Since I assume a lot of you have recently found out about me after the solo debut, I would like to introduce myself first.

I was born in July 21st, 1990 in Seoul.

Since I spent my childhood at my grandma's in Gangwon Province, sometimes the province feels like my hometown,

but I was born in Seoul.

I am 28 years old International, 29 Korean.

I personally think that age doesn't bear particular significance,

but people tend to grow physically and mentally as time passes, so even though it hasn't been long,

I believe that tons of changes have taken place in my lifetime.

If I were to tell you my life story from the moment of my birth, a whole day wouldn't be enough,

so what about I start my story from the autumn last year?

I debuted as the half of duo, "CoCoSoRi" in 2016.

After the debut, I auditioned and trained for a Korean drama "The idolm@ster.KR"

and was starred in as one of the characters in the show. I spent total of 1 and a half years shooting for the show.

While the show was being televised, I joined the group R.G.P and B-SIDE and appeared on TV.

We started discussing the comeback of CoCoSoRi towards the end of the show's run, which was the last fall.

While Coco appeared in a couple episodes of the TV show,

she opened up her own YouTube channel, and been showing her prowess as a web personality,

and released her first solo single "Wishy Washy," to become a solo artist first.

While we were discussing the debut of "CoCoSoRi,"

the casting calls for audition shows such as "The Unit" of KBS and JTBC's "MIXNINE" have started.

This was a good opportunity even for those who have debuted on stage.

CoCoSoRi would eventually consider that option as well.

I initially thought that returning back to trainee days was really tough,

but to appear on audition-based show with this chance,

would be a beneficial experience in a long run, I thought.

So, Coco starred in KBS's "The Unit,"

and some of you might know already,

Some co-stars of our drama "The idolm@ster.KR" appeared in "The Unit" as well.

While the other members including myself appeared in "MIXNINE."

if you check out the 2nd episode of "MIX NINE" you'd be able to find a footage of an audition being held at my company,

The judge's comment saying "Isn't it time for you (Sori) to retire" has gone viral,

and after that I sang my original song "Song To Myself" in front of the crowd

shedding some tears.

I believe this experience has made me realize that I have to work harder, and became a source of motivation.

As the show "MIX NINE" progressed, I spent time with many other girls, did assignments, and waited for good results patiently for a couple months,

I didn't have much time to think about anything else,

back then, I did a performance of "Greedy" by Ariana Grande on stage.

This is an afterthought that I came across way later, but after watching the performance, the president of my company started considering a solo artist career for me.

I found about this way much later.

I think I displayed an image or concept so different from the ones that I have already shown before.

and maybe led him to that thought, I assume.

By the time "MIX NINE" was coming to its end, we started working on CoCoSoRi's new single, "Mi Amor."

Even though "Mi Amor" had a different vibe from the other songs that CoCoSoRi has performed before,

but I think we did pretty well for ourselves, maintaining bright and upbeat atmosphere.

After that, Coco was preparing some other song for her second single, but I don't think she actually ended up choosing another song.

Around the same time,

A long discussion between me and my boss was coming to an end and started preparing for my solo artist career,

and this channel that you're currently watching has been launched.

To prepare for my solo career, I started taking many lessons such as vocal training,

and started working out as well.

As a newly-minted solo artist, I had much room for improvement

I looked up many footages online about solo female musicians and did a lot of research.

I studied how to express myself through body language by watching music videos,

and I went to see a live concert of Katy Perry, who I admired since high school days

to up my motivation

I visited 2 different producers to talk about my solo debut single,

and started having meetings about outfit, music video, and choreography

A lot of preparation is needed to become a solo artist.

and I have prepared those elements through lots of research and discussions.

To elaborate more in detail,

I practiced a lot of my poses and facial expressions

and as you can come across through my channel, I have taken lessons like bass guitar and piano.

If I were to perform on a bigger stage, I would be able to play those instruments while performing my songs, I thought.

So I worked hard for several months to get ready for my solo career.

A solo artist has to sing, pose, and act on stage or in front of the camera,

and display all of his/her talent to the crowd, right?

And one's visual appearance matters especially to solo artists.

I ended up doing more research, discussions, and pondering to that extent.

While there are many idol groups in Korea, solo artists who sing, act, and dance all by themselves are few and far between, I came to realize.

To become a solo dance artist

is very difficult in this soil, and to be well-known is more challenging.

So before the decision was made,

and kept my mouth shut until everything was certain. knowing that I might give up midway through.

I wasn't going to retire and stop singing just because the preparation phase was difficult.

Since giving up after making the announcement would be poorer in form,

my company also decided to keep things confidential before set dates were announced as well.

Only a handful of people knew about the solo debut.

Once we've made a certain amount of progress in my solo debut, an idea of using MAKESTAR

as a crowdfunding platform was brought up.

so that those who support me around the world can join in.

To release a song in this industry, a solo artist must have outfits, choreography, a song, and a music video

and multiple expenditures to appear in many TV programs.

Even though to meet all the expenditures would be impossible through crowdfunding,

that was the moment that I realized there a lots of people in this world who would like to support my endeavor.

Approximately $7,000 was our target goal, but we ended up reaching over 300% by the time we have reached the end of the campaign.

I was aware that my solo debut process would require many people's

sweat, committment and hard work,

but at the same time, I wondered if

there would be people out there to support me when I returned to stage.

I actually thought that this campaign would fail.

However, a lot of people would end up supporting me exceeding the target amount

I am very grateful of the support, and to find out that the people from over 18 different countries have participated in this

was a huge surprise and something to show my gratitude for.

I bet some of those supporters I would not likely to physically come across and vice versa due to the distance.

But to support me despite all that, has touched me greatly.

I thought I have to work harder to pay them back.

Your supports were a huge source of my energy. Thank you so much.

So my solo debut date was set,

My first single "Touch" was released and its accompanying music video was revealed as well.

What came after was a showcase.

That was my first showcase in such a long time, and it was actually my first doing all by myself.

Upon pondering which outfit to wear for my performance,

I ended up wearing the outfit that I wore for the group dance scene in the music video and the cover image shoot.

which is the white latex outfit.

I wore two different body suits, one going inside of the other.

I wore fishnet stockings over a pair of regular stockings as well.

With the outfit on, I stood in front of you on stage.

Many articles and photos were published.

By simply just reading the article, you only get to experience one side of the story, even before listening to the song.

The outfit definitely has gone viral.

After a long consideration and discussion, I decided on putting the outfit to show myself as a solo artist for the first time,

but to summarize all that by saying "Oh, she's just wearing swimming suit with fishnet stockings!"

I have come across quite a few people who share that opinion.

Many people seem to have negative point of view towards not only me, but towards my company as well.

I initially was thankful for the attention, despite its negative tendencies,

and I was partially ready for this backlash.

To have this much of public attention as a lesser known celebrity,

I know some people would look at me strangely, or have critical and negative opinion towards me.

However, since I'm a human being, and so are many co-workers at my company, to witness such negative comments have hurt us.

It was hurtful, and to receive such reaction after all the hard work put in frustrated us.

We have gone all the way to London to get these outfits for the music video.

Even though I am not particularly famous,

the outfits were worn by many famous people, so I wore them with pride.

However, the returning reaction was very cold.

I was very upset...

It felt like what I worked on all these years collapsing.

But after some thoughts,

I wanted to show you a different side of me that has never been seen before,

in both the music video and at the showcase.

So, to fit the song,

that was different from all the other releases I've done before,

I prepared an appropriate choreography as well.

However, since I am not particularly well-known to the crowd,

I heard lots of blame from the public.

If a current famous figure in the music industry

were to put on a sexy outfit,

and to dance on stage,

People would be able to support him or her more easily,

since they recognize the pre-established reputation.

But Since I have not reached that level of popularity, I thought I might have received such a backlash.

Among the comments were "Is this company seriously stooping this low to make money?"

"Is she seriously doing THIS to gain popularity?" to list a few.

Even though I might be that personality on stage,

in real life I don't dress like that. I have a separate personality that is disparate from the stage persona.

Which I think is the reason why I could be a bolder personality on stage.

The outfits and choreography were not decided by myself, but with a long discussions and meetings with the members of my company.

A few people shared their negative opinions towards my company saying it's too small,

but because my company have so few workers, we were able to communicate and get to know each other better.

So, this project was agreed on mutually.

The music video, outfits, and choreography were agreed upon many considerations.

Even though I have tried out a bunch of different concepts,

but to debut as a solo artist with the same cute and innocent image,

wouldn't make me grow particularly,

and since the viewers and surrounded by so many other talents,

to just show my plain Jane self wouldn't be good enough to gather attention.

So this time around, with my solo debut, I wanted to show you a grown up and more experienced SoRi.

I think that these articles and reactions were

in part some degrees of attention to my outfits, showcase footage, and the music video.

Since coming across the article isn't the same from listening to the song, one would judge the book by its cover,

But to become such an issue...

"we're half-way to success!" I decided to take it positively after talking to the president of the company.

I assume there are some people who recently found out about me through these media outlets,

To those people, I would like to show them what my everyday self is like, how each preparation was done.

I can seize this opportunity and promote myself to those people.

I have various feelings with this particular experience,

I once again learned that I still have lots of room to improve,

and what I can do to fix those issues as well.

In order to stand in front of you more confidently, I still need more preparation.

and more practice, I came to a realization.

My solo debut single "Touch" is a really good song as well,

I hope you enjoy listening to it, and this is definitely not the end.

I would like to come back with a better and more favorable song the next time around.

I have garnered lots of inspiration after seeing Shakira's "El Dorado" tour,

Even as a woman, Shakira is very sexy, but at the same time, she is very innocent and pure whenever she shows her smile.

Sexy, but bright and cheerful... Shakira is an artist that makes people happy.

As I was watching her perform, I thought to myself it'd be nice to become a musician whose songs are sung along and bring joy to them.

Across all genders and age groups, even some young kids were dancing to the song at the concert.

I was so jealous but couldn't help myself admiring such a scene.

I would like to find the unique charm of my own, and would like to perform on a stage like that.

Even though age could be important

but I think it's not as important as the dreams and work I would like to achieve in the future.

As a human being, I also sometimes doubt myself, and get frustrated.

I get upset and feel despair too.

I am putting efforts of my own to overcome the challenge and become a better person every day.

Thank you for listening to this ramble,

and Thank you for your support in advance, as I transform and become a person that you'd be proud of.

Through the recent incident, lots of new people get to know me,

and might harbor negative opinions about me after finding out through some media platforms,

I would like to work harder so that I could convert them too.

I will work harder!

I have been thanking my fans all the time,

but today I would like to thank the president of my company, who has been through lots of ups and downs starting from my debut.

Because of the recent backlash, he must be going through some tough time as well,

I would like to thank him, and sail through this storm together!

Let's come up with something new! We can do this, boss!

I would also like to thank the dedicated staff members at my company,

producing duo Gamenrider for the wonderful song,

Director Hong at Zany Bros and his staff members for the great music video,

and Choi Hyojin of 1Million Dance Studio, who came up with the awesome choreography. I love you all!

My gratitude also goes to always hard-working stylists, who comes up with my outfits.

My thanks also goes to Atsuko Kudo, the designer for all the latex outfits that I wore.

And stage dancer crew, who have been through lots with me.

They have been very reliable, especially Eungyu. I would like to thank them as well.

Nakamura san, who photographed my album cover, thank you very much, sir!

I will continue giving my best! Fighting!

Soon enought, the weather's gonna get colder, and I hope you guys don't catch a cold.

This has been a long soliloquy about myself, but I bet you have gone through a lot as well.

many hardships and struggles have come to your way, but I hope you don't despair either.

I hope you stand back up and keep going your own way!

I will support your efforts, and I will go my own way as well!

I would like to thank my fans who have been supporting me for a long time,

I am still familiar Sori that you like, so I hope you send your love to me too!

Thank you so much for who watches "Sori Not Sorry's" videos, liking them, and communicating with me.

I will show more cool stuff in the future. Stay tuned! Thank you! Love you all!

Mass Balance of Ice Sheets [Antarctica] - Duration: 4:14.

VO: Of all the freshwater on Earth, 99 percent is stored

in ice sheets, the large frozen masses that form over land.

As climate changes, melting ice sheets can contribute to rising

sea levels, which can place vulnerable cities around the world in

jeopardy. For decades

NASA has studied the polar regions, and a new mission, the Ice, Cloud

and Land Elevation Satellite, or ICESat-2, will elevate our

understanding of these complex ice sheets. Brunt: ICESat-2 is a NASA mission

whose goals include precisely measuring changes in our ice sheets

and how that's actually contributing to mean sea level rise.

Ice sheets form in our polar regions. We have two major ice sheets.

We have Greenland, and we have Antarctica. Antarctica is the larger one,

it's approximately the size of the continental United States, and it's really

thick. In places it gets to be about 4500 meters,

or just under 15,000 feet thick. So it's really thick.

Ice sheets are actually really dynamic and they flow under their own weight from

the center of the ice sheet out to the perimeter of the continent.

In the really cold regions and way high up on our ice sheets,

we get a lot of snow accumulation and over time that accumulation

can build up. If it stays cold enough and that snow persists,

and then you get another year of snow and another year of snow, you can imagine the

weight of the snow on top of itself forces some of the lower layers to compact. We call that the

firn densification of the top layer of the ice sheet.

When we talk about the health of our ice sheets, we talk about

the mass balance of the ice sheet. Basically that means snow coming

in is in balance with all the terms of water or ice

going out. VO: The health of the ice sheets depends on a balance

of these terms of input and output, but the interaction of the atmosphere, ocean

currents and temperatures can force the ice sheets out of this balance.

Brunt: At a big scale, the winds in Antarctica are kind of

spinning in a big clockwise direction around the continent.

But you can imagine a big dome of ice has very little obstruction,

like trees or mountains kind of steering the winds. Consequently,

winds that are sort of gravity-driven come down the continent can build up speed

really quickly, and again, uninterrupted by any sort of

disturbance. And we call those katabatic winds. And they have a major

influence on what happens at the edge of the continent. Around Antarctica

there's a massive current that we call the Antarctic Circumpolar

Current, and it flows clockwise around the continent.

Close to the continent, we also have the Antarctic Coastal Current, stays really

close to the coastline and flows counterclockwise around the

continent. In addition to these continent-scale currents, we

also have regional scale currents, such as gyres. Gyres are these

parts of the oceans that are sort of isolated because of topography,

or ocean bottom topography. They're usually closed currents that

often circulate. The gyres have a big role in

sea ice formation and also in the currents that actually

flow underneath our ice shelves. You can imagine that

around the edge of the continent, near those ice shelves,

warm water from the ocean can intrude into that cavity and contribute to

basal melting, the melting from warm ocean waters

of the bottoms of our ice shelves. Calving in Antarctica

is a little bit sporadic and it's hard to actually model, but some of the

contributing factors associated with calving include those strong katabatic

winds pushing on the on the edge of the ice sheet, pushing on

the edge of the ice shelf and calving large icebergs.

So we're measuring surface elevation, and we can take that

vertical measurement and kind of integrate it over a whole ice sheet and get a volume

change. And then the real science of ICESat-2 is taking that volume change

and turning it into a mass change. And from that we can determine how much

ice is actually turning into water in our oceans and raising sea levels.

Mass Balance of Ice Sheets [Greenland] - Duration: 2:56.

Like the Antarctic ice sheet, the Greenland ice sheet is a dynamic polar

region where the atmosphere, temperature and ocean currents force changes

to the balance of the ice sheet. Andrews: In the Arctic we have a

wide variety of glaciers and ice caps, but the largest

glacier is the Greenland ice sheet. And it's composed of a number of different

outlet glaciers and land-terminating glaciers.

When an ice sheet is in balance, the amount of snow coming in

is equal to the amount of melt and calving

that is going out. In Greenland, unlike Antarctica,

we have a situation where we have large amounts of melt and large amount of calving.

So that Greenland is losing mass regularly every melt season. And

the accumulation during the winter does not balance that

mass loss that occurs during the summer. Atmospheric currents

play a really important role in directing warm

bodies of air onto the ice sheet. And as the

jet stream moves from the west across the Greenland ice sheet,

it can add a substantial amount of moisture and warmth

to the surface of the ice sheet and cause

increased or elevated surface melting. Surface water

on the Greenland ice sheet only flows a small distance on the surface.

It eventually will reach a crevasse or a moulin,

which is this large vertical conduit that is named after

the windmill in French, and that is because it makes this

large whooshing sound whenever water goes in. They act

to drain large volumes of water. Almost all of the surface melt that occurs

on the ice sheet to the bed of the ice sheet. VO: The ocean

surrounding Greenland also impacts the changes to the ice sheet.

Andrews: Warm ocean currents from the south travel along the edges of the Greenland

ice sheet. And as it travels along the edge of the ice sheet, this water

can intrude into these fjords along

the periphery. And this intrusion of warm water

can then interact with the front of the outlet glaciers, which can

increase the amount of melting, it can speed the rate of calving,

and can substantially influence the dynamics of outlet

glaciers. This imbalance in the ice sheet is

continuing to grow. This increase in melt intensity and

extent alters the surface reflectance of the ice sheet,

which we call surface albedo. VO: The ice sheet's albedo helps cool the planet

by reflecting solar energy back into space. The ICESat-2 satellite

will measure the changes in thickness of the ice sheets, which will help us understand how

changes in the reflective nature of the polar regions could affect climate.

Jose Mourinho 'has lost the dressing room' - the end is near for Man Utd boss, Carragher - Duration: 3:22.

Mourinho's spell at Manchester United appears to be unraveling after another defeat last weekend and more player bust-ups

The Portuguese has overseen the club's worst start to a league season since 1989 with three defeats and a draw in the opening seven league games

United have also been dumped out of the Carabao Cup and face a big test against Valencia in the Champions League tonight

Mourinho has fallen out with Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Eric Bailly, and yesterday claimed 'some players care more than others'

WHO COULD REPLACE JOSE MOURINHO? And Carragher thinks that's a sure fire sign that the writing is on the wall

"I have no doubt from his comments in the press conference when he said 'some players are trying and some are trying harder than others' that he's lost the dressing room," he said on Monday Night Football

"That's not rocket science and I don't even think that's a controversial thing to say

"The problem with that is that it's now the third time it's happened. "It started at Real Madrid with [Iker] Casillas and [Sergio] Ramos then it happened at Chelsea with [Eden] Hazard and all the players there and now there's talk of a group led by Pogba

So there's no doubt there's massive problems there." And the Liverpool hero thinks United have to stick with the group of players rather than the manager, who normally only spends a few seasons at each of his clubs

"Mourinho is not a builder of two or three teams," Carragher added. "Every club he's at he builds one team and it's very successful and then he moves on because his style of management is very confrontational

"He's had success but after three years everyone is burnt out; himself, the club, the players

"If you're the Manchester United owner or CEO, you've got to look at that and think: Pogba, Martial, Sanchez, Eric Bailly; are you going to get rid of all them and keep a manager who never normally lasts more than three years at a club or are you going to change the manager? "I didn't think he'd be manager next season, but it may be quicker than that

With two international breaks coming, I think he may have a huge problem if he doesn't turn it around very quickly

" Mourinho's future has been called into question with Zinedine Zidane seemingly primed to take over

The former Real Madrid boss has reportedly started learning English and was in London last week to take in the sights

Zidane is keen to return to work as soon as possible after leaving Madrid in the summer having guided them to three Champions League successes in two and a half years

Mourinho though doesn't believe he is fighting for job. However Express Sport understands club scouts are worried about he toxic atmosphere at the club and think targets will be put off joining the club while Mourinho is in charge

Here Top 5 Effects Of Internet That Changed the Lives of Millennia - Duration: 6:13.

The internet changes people's lives

to levels never imagined before

Not only for work

the internet is now the closest "friend" of man

Much can be done by accessing the internet

Starting from looking for information, to finding a mate

Here are some comparisons now and before before there is internet!

Dating Apps

Pair search application compared to before

who must PDKT directly in place

Looking for a partner can also use a dating search application

Dating match applications according to Bloomberg Businessweek

the application has successfully matched 2 million pairs every day

Online Work Application

There are more online applications than walk in interviews

First applying for a job is not as easy as now with the help of the internet

The past method of applying for a job is usually by going to his office directly

or send a job application letter by post or fax

and also looking for work in the newspaper

Capital needed to apply for work in the past

can be a pair of formal shoes

neat clothes, and also transportation costs

Now you can find job information

at the same time applying for enough work with the internet

Even you can find specific jobs easily

and can apply for the job with just one click

Internet Needs

The internet has become a primary need

The first time there was internet and computer

only the upper class can use it

The internet is still a tertiary requirement

and includes something luxurious for someone to have

With the development of technology

the internet can be used by everyone at a cheaper price

The smartphone also added the number of internet users to increase

because of the presence of these devices

we can access the internet anywhere

Everyday Entertainment / Internet TV

become scheduled entertainment compared to limited television

Television is a source of information for all people in ancient times

In the event of a disaster, the increase in fuel prices

or just looking for entertainment

television is always ready to provide content

But TV has a schedule of events that have been arranged and cannot be changed

so you adjust your time with the TV schedule

However, when was the last time you chose TV as a source of information?

The internet gives you as a user of power

or the power to choose the information needed

Internet users can search for information about anything, and at any time

But we also have to remember, this power must be used wisely

Online Shopping

Online shopping is a new way to transact

Users do not need to visit the store to buy the items they want

The item can be sent directly to the buyer

enough with a few clicks and internet help

When an online store or e-commerce first surfaces

there are still many people who are hesitant to shop online

They are hesitant because they feel insecure

with online store products and also the fear of being fooled

They are also more comfortable doing transactions

if they can see the item

and hold it directly before buying

Even though online shopping does make it easy for customers

there is still fear when transacting online

According to iPrice Group e-commerce statistics

about online payment doubts

62 percent are afraid of fraud on the internet

A total of 49 percent of the world community

feel hesitant to make an online transaction

In addition, 42 percent of them will make transactions

if they feel protected by cybersecurity

Meanwhile, 37 percent have admitted

will stop the transaction halfway

because of mistrust of the transaction

that's the fifth difference now and now after the internet

the more sophisticated it is now, it can facilitate our lives and daily lives

but it can also complicate and be affected by the problem itself

when we don't use wisely and goals are not good

I hope you can entertain you and don't forget to subscribe to the OmLamis channel

to get updates on other informative and entertaining videos
