Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.

I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!

Today I will make a vegetable mix for the winter.

Salted vegetables.

This mixture is good because it keeps vitamins almost until the spring.

For the recipe, we take: 500g bell peppers, 500g tomatoes, 500g onions, 500g carrots, 300g parsley and 500g salt.

Wash and clean the vegetables.

Grate the carrots on a large grater.

Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into strips or cubes.

Put into a bowl.

Ñhop the onion finely.

Free the parsley leaves from the twigs and chop finely.

Add the salt.

Stir.

I should have taken a larger bowl to make it easier to mix.

Leave the vegetables on the table for 15-20 minutes.

Vegetables gave a lot of juice.

Stir well again.

Put the vegetables mixture into a sterilized jars.

I doused a lids with boiling water.

Together with the juice.

This raw vegetables mix is universal.

It is suitable for soups, borscht, meat or fish.

Add literally 1-2 tablespoons, as it is very salty.

The vegetable mixture is stored in the refrigerator or in the cellar.

The raw vegetable mix will delight you with its vitamins all winter.
