Got a real quick question from Scott:

"Nick, any advice that you would give us if we are aspiring to be a speaker?

Look. I love that whether we are on stage or not, we preach the gospel using words or not.

In our daily life, that's how we can most convince people in that there is

an unseen but unconditionally loving God.

If God is calling you to share your testimony up on the stage,

first of all, public speaking is the biggest fear in the world, according to Google.

The second biggest fear is death itself. So, quite frankly there are some people

who'd rather die before they're called up onstage in front of an audience.

And so, first of all: Think big. Start small. Act now.

I really would just encourage you to not just practice or try pretending you're in front of an audience,

get somebody to kind of listen to you, or read your script. Stick to your script.

And even if you have to first read it, and then go from reading to then note point and then note point

to memory. And that took about actually 500 speeches for me to get there.

And so, don't be afraid to start at the beginning because that's exactly where we start.

Think big. Start small. Act now.

And then remember Matthew 10:19, "For it's not you who's speaking, but I through you."

So, as you open your mouth, God will touch your lips in Jesus' name.

And when you know why you're doing what you're doing,

and you know who's in your corner,

then you become unstoppable for Jesus Christ.

Hello my name is Ivan Arjona. I'm

the president of the European Office of

the Church of Scientology for Public Affairs and Human

Rights located in Brussels. And

I'm here joinning our colleagues

in this year in which we celebrate

the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration

of Human Rights and especially

today... today 27

of October... we are celebrating

the International Day on religious freedom

Because of this, we wanted to send

a message of Love, of Peace,

and a calling to... in this case to

all Scientologists to all Christians

to all nonbelievers at least that's

what I want to tell you, that we

can all work together to have

religious freedom and to have a better society.

Working together... I think is the

key two words that we should

use on our daily life regardless

of having different religions or not.

. So that's my message to you

I'm the president of the International Christian

Council for Belgium

and I'm a

Christian... a Protestant

Christian and living in Belgium

very thankful to the Church of Scientology

say that freedom

of religion

is a basic fundamental right of any

human being living on this planet

have seen from decades

now that the freedom

it was not in the past

in the absence of fear, we can

absolutely enjoy

our faith, preach, it speak

about it, introduce it to the world

and

we on the other hand, have to respect other religions,

and we should respect their Faith, their beliefs,

their rituals and we should join them

also in their practices.

A good part of their lifes we should share with them

and they should share with us. We should respect

each other's professions, we should

respect each other's point

of view about politics... about society..

We have to comprehend their message

They are we. And we have to join

and walk together. We

come here and express our

views and we think

we the freedom for religion is the basic

right of every human being.

We got a really cool question from Kavya. I'm gonna read it. It says:

How did you get over apathy as a teenager or complacency or maybe fear, insecurity–

entering your word there–How did you get over some 'stuff' as a teenager and

find ambition to start your ministry? Look, our Ministry of Life Without Limbs,

it's not like I woke up one day and said "I'm thinking God's gonna call me to be a preacher, an evangelist."

God used several different people in several different parts of my life to plant that seed,

of even just the thought, and then that seed grew and as I prayed, I just couldn't ignore the feeling.

It's one thing to have a feeling and not have a feeling. You know if God's calling you,

and that's your heart, your mind, your soul, your spirit says, "I feel God wants me to do this."

That's great! Think big. Start small. Act now.

It doesn't have to even look the certain way, like if you feel like, "I believe God wants me to go around

the world and preach the gospel." Okay, well, let's start on really level one.

Go out and just help those in need, small scale. And then in a little group of friends, or your neighbor,

or somebody in your backyard. I mean I used to walk my own dog as a teenager and

actually pray that I would be able to run into somebody and share about the love of God that I've met.

Now sometimes, it didn't always work out the way that I thought. Sometimes, I chickened out.

But, the coolest thing is we have a patient God and when He calls you to something,

it's because He's designed you for something. And when He's designed and

called you for something, then He's gonna give you strength to fulfill it. So don't be afraid.

And really, if it's maybe you even not even seeing

that there are action points that you can do now. Love the armies of people.

Praying for revival in America. But what frustrates me is some of them who are praying for revival,

or praying with God, kind of still separate themselves and isolate themselves from the world around them,

where we need those prayer warriors, 100%. But if we're praying for revival,

what does revival kind of look like? What is that word revival when we want

God's kingdom to come on here on earth It's His love being put into action, and so we got to

make sure that what we say in our prayer closet and

what we believe and what we're hoping for, actually comes out in our action

and really, when people get saved, it's because someone told them about Jesus.

Someone told them who they were before they met Jesus and who they became after

their transformation, after meeting Jesus Christ. Just sharing that or going out and

visiting the widows, visiting the sick, making someone smile, cooking them a meal,

doing something in action, showing that love of God in action.

Look, that's really preaching the gospel, without using words, and that is something that should

be in our DNA as we are a new creation,

realizing that everyone around this needs to hear the love of God.

But, how will they believe in the love of God until the children

of this invisible God show me that love as well?

I love you!

Let's put things into action, God's love into action,

knowing though at the same time, He doesn't love you for what you do,

He loves you because you're His.

But if God's stirring your heart right now to do something and get the focus off you,

and what you think God's gonna give you, and this and that, and what you're hoping for

and all you pray causes stuff, that's great! But go and do something today.

Put it in action. And when you put it in action, you see the supernatural seeds of faith and love

that are planted. Sometimes you see fruit, sometimes you don't see fruit,

but how many seeds would you plant at a time until you see fruit?

You scatter every seed that you can and when you see fruit, that becomes the

greatest, coolest addiction.

It's my addiction to see people come to Jesus Christ, and that's a healthy addiction,

as long as you understand that He loves you,

not for what you do. He loves you because you're His.

Got a real quick question from Scott:

"Nick, any advice that you would give us if we are aspiring to be a speaker?

Look. I love that whether we are on stage or not, we preach the gospel using words or not.

In our daily life, that's how we can most convince people in that there is

an unseen but unconditionally loving God.

If God is calling you to share your testimony up on the stage,

first of all, public speaking is the biggest fear in the world, according to Google.

The second biggest fear is death itself. So, quite frankly there are some people

who'd rather die before they're called up onstage in front of an audience.

And so, first of all: Think big. Start small. Act now.

I really would just encourage you to not just practice or try pretending you're in front of an audience,

get somebody to kind of listen to you, or read your script. Stick to your script.

And even if you have to first read it, and then go from reading to then note point and then note point

to memory. And that took about actually 500 speeches for me to get there.

And so, don't be afraid to start at the beginning because that's exactly where we start.

Think big. Start small. Act now.

And then remember Matthew 10:19, "For it's not you who's speaking, but I through you."

So, as you open your mouth, God will touch your lips in Jesus' name.

And when you know why you're doing what you're doing,

and you know who's in your corner,

then you become unstoppable for Jesus Christ.
