以前のビートをAkai MPC3000でアレンジしてみた 【英語VLOG】A New Playlist Announcement, "Smells Like 90's Hiphop" - Duration: 8:29.
Hi everyone long time no see
on my bike
I've made 11 episodes in my vlogs and more than probably more than 11 beats
Some of them are cool and some of them I don't know
but one thing I wanna talk about is
once you start something you have to finish it
that what Casey said in his vlog and I agree with him
as a beat maker I'm happiest when I've found some good vinyls
if I've made good loop sound with this sample I feel the happiest
but listen that beat is not completed yet
a sketch is a sketch
and then I wanna find another sample and I wanna make another beat
the first beat the first beat I made is left alone without finishing it
that's the case with me and that might be the case with some of them (other beat makers)
so in this episode I'm gonna finish one of my beats I made in my vlog
using my Akai MPC3000 let's go
this is the first beat I ever made in my vlog
I like this beat so much that I use it many times in my vlogs with my monologues or something
but this beat is just one loop for now no bass-line or no variation
which might be boring for some of you guys
I'm sure that hiphop is loop music and too much chord progression is not so cool but
this loop is kind of kind of monotonous kind of boring
all right this is MPC3000 my favorite gear
it makes beats fatter than other samplers
this is my audio interface
and I'm gonna send the sound from my computer to this MPC3000

I'm gonna sample my beats one by one
sampling is art of freedom but at the same time sampling is art of restriction
you can sample anything from vinyls CDs radios movies TVs or whatever you want
this is freedom you can change their pitch up or pitch down
but you can't you can't change the voicing itself
you can't change the C major chord into C minor chord or something
this is the restriction I mean
but I like that because of restriction
as a sampling beat maker there's three there's three traditional tips
to make our beats more attractive
many hiphop beats can be arranged like this
and you can compare my new arranged beats with previous version
I hope you'll like it better than before
