basically I'm going to be sat here eating burgers while we talk about how
to buy your first handbag / general handbag buying tips okay so if you're

mini burger company here in London called bite me burger so I have to I
have the beef encounter and the pluck me puns
lol so I'm here with my fries and we're gonna eat and we're gonna chat we're
gonna discuss I'm gonna have a great time grab whatever food you're eating
yeah let's talk let's talk luxury handbags and let's eat some burgers
while we're at it so those of you buying your first bag this is a very exciting
time get excited okay this is amazing this is your first luxury bag people
whoo okay so oh by the way I'm gonna start
with the meat encounter then I'm just gonna try Tim mm-hmm that's a tasty burger
tip number one is do your research okay you don't want to have a bag that's
just for one use you don't want to just have a clutch something that you're
only going to use when you're going out right you want to have a bag that is
every day possibly even one that you can take to work something like that don't
just buy trendy pieces okay but also don't you don't have to just go for the
classics you don't have to go for the boring neverfull
every time or the classic Chanel flap bag have a look at different
options different colors different materials the other thing is is that do
not be intimidated to check the prices because for example with a brand like
Chanel and with this is with a lot of brands something like the classic flap
bag might be out of your budget but when they use different materials that
aren't leather the price can go nicely down people yes for bag that aren't
leather the price is usually cheaper so don't be afraid to do some research have
a look around have a look at different styles different finishes different you
know fabrics and all of that and just find out what's out there what's
available so have a look around peruse if you do decide to go for a classic
style here's a tip for Chanel and Louis Vuitton, prices go up every year
sometimes twice a year yes it's an abomination it's the worst it's
horrific and these aren't sometimes just like 100 pounds hundred dollars here and
there I know recently the Chanel wallet on train went up four hundred dollars
it's ridiculous so if you want something that's a classic you're better buying as
soon as possible so that you then don't have to deal with the hike up of price
so that is definitely something to consider Chanel do it Louis Vuitton also
put up their prices like that and I don't think any of the others put up
their prices dramatically every year so yes those two those two are the culprits
that you you've got to keep an eye on we are now moving on to the pluck me
chicken burger which apparently has a yuzu mayonnaise
with shredded lettuce and pickle love if you live near designer stores I
would highly highly recommend going in to try it on because much like how I
assume wedding-dress shopping is you know and they said you try it on and you
know it's the one I know oh my gosh they knew it I knew it we all
cried that moment it's the same with a bag it's the same with a bag sometimes
you just know and sometimes at other bags you're like hmm I don't really
think it's nice it's not really there for me I don't feel it and sometimes it
is just down to comfort if you feel comfortable with this kind of bag
definitely if you can go in to try them on even if like them a department store
that may have the concession stands that might have like Gucci or whatever if
you're interested in a Gucci bag for you to try on so definitely do do that also

bill turns to Michael Oher and she says if you don't love it in the store you're
not gonna love it at home something with all these words the store is where you

guys duty-free people yes okay if you're on holiday and
you want to make a luxury purchase this doesn't have to be a bag okay
check out from which terminal you're flying which designer shops they have
because you can save that VAT and when you're spending luxury money that VAT is
worth it to take it off okay so depending on where you're flying from if
you know what you want I would phone them up ask them if they
have it if not are they going to get to get it in or could they get it in for you and
give them details of when you're flying etc because to get that money off is
worth it people definitely Airport shopping is the place to shop for luxury
people it it's a game changer it's it's a game changer people son
brands will give you more VAT off than others so
I know Gucci gives you the full 20% tax off when you fly out of the
country and also if you're just going to the EU amazing
I think Chanel is I think 15% I'm not sure about Louis Vuitton but they though it
is still something it is still something off when you're spending luxury money I
will I will take any discount you can give me. Pre- loved as an option the main
one I know of is vestiere collective I know in America you guys have I think
it's called the real real and a few other online consignment stores and I'm
sure we do in England but the main one I know of is vestiere collective the great
thing about them is everything you don't have to worry about anything being fake
because when you buy something the seller sends it to vestiere collective in
them they make sure it's real okay we don't we don't we don't do no fakes
no faux around here they check that it's real and then they send it to you so you
know it's a genuine product and the other thing about vestiere collective
is that everything on there is either good or excellent quality so you know
that you're not going to get something and it's like a sodding Chanel bag
missing the CC off the front these fries are so
good so there we go guys I know it's a bit of a weird video but I wanted to do
something that felt like you know we're sitting now we're having a chat we're
just chilling I'm giving you some tips here in there so I hope that they helped
buy sodding duty-free people and that the prices go like sometimes right so
yeah I feel like nobody really knows that but it's a thing and it's the worst
