Taraji P Henson, 47, suffers serious wardrobe mishap in see-through dress

The 47-year-old has portrayed the hip-hop queen bee since 2015.

But now she might be remembered for her jaw-dropping red carpet mishap.

Taraji attended the Billboard Women In Music Awards in Los Angeles and accidentally revealed all as she posed for the photographers.

The Academy Award-nominated actress was at the event to give Real Loves Mary J Blige her Icon Award.

However somehow Taraji became the focus of attention.

Taraji went 70s chic in a striped maxi dress teamed with a wide belt that drew in her teeny waistline.

The sheer number showcased every bit of her killer physique – but maybe a little too much.

As the bright lights of the photographers flashed the star it soon became apparent that Taraji had neglected to wear a bra on the night.

Within moments the top of Tarajis frock was completely sheer, revealing her not-so-discreet nipple covers.

The vixen didnt seem to notice either, as she continued to flash her Hollywood smile for the paps.

Taraji completed her ensemble with silver sandals, pink lip gloss and dramatic curls.

Taraji has been in the entertainment industry since the 1990s, landing her first prominent role in the 2001 comedy Baby Boy.

She then appeared opposite Brad Pitt in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which led to an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Tarajis last box office smash-hit was only last year with Hidden Figures.

The movie was about black female mathematicians who worked for NASA during the 1960s Space Race and was nominated for numerous awards, including three Oscars.

How to Let a Book Be Written Through You | Quantum Consult #43 - Duration: 4:02.

I don't know if I've ever thought about it this way but I'm wondering for

instance if like the book is writing me in a sense. This book

now has an essence to it - a spirit to it. It's been - for a decade we were

doing weird things - like very strange things. You know when I got out of college I

was - when I was in college I was pretty weird but when I decided not to go to

medical school and do all the other things my social group was doing like

becoming lawyers, doctors, businessmen, Stock Exchange - all these crazy

successful ideas. I was doing something very different and I was

getting so many questions about it and a lot - and I actually saw a lot of weird

behavior from my friends that maybe they called me strange but maybe I thought

there seems to be like envy or jealousy - or like what's going? What's

going on my old friends, my new friends? Why - how - it was basically me exploring

out loud to the questions that so many people are asking - like what do we do

with the events? Why do we do that? What do you think that's for? Like why are you

out - why are you traveling all the time? I realized that like this book -

a book wants to be written. A book wants to be written and I'm gonna do it and I

like - someone might call it your dharma. Maybe someone would call

it passion. Maybe it would be a channeling or a musing, but I think

that the the contents in this book and me exploring out loud in the most

authentic way - hence like why on the back of the bus "what's most personal is most

universal" - that if I was really able to be as personal as possible and make it

where anyone could buy it in the world that this book will live on forever and

it will- it is - it's like already changing - here we are talking because of it. I

wrote this book - I mean it's an honor to meet y'all. So I think it's like

dialing into what wants to live through me - like what is it that I am here

for? How am I supposed to be an instrument? And I realize that one of the

ways I can be a really good instrument is writing a book - and maybe more than

one book. I feel like these all these quantum consultations I'm doing -

which was another idea that just hit me. It was like - I don't know if it

was my idea. It was like "whoa that's a crazy idea - 111 11 minute consolations. Commit!"

And now here I am - it's like becoming a new backbone for maybe the next book. I

just think being relentlessly curious and relentlessly generous and relentless

relentlessly grateful then all of a sudden I start getting breaking normal

ideas - I'm like are they my ideas or am I just like - my antenna is tuned into it them?

I don't know. If you can introduce me to somebody that's not channeling something,

then I'd be curious. People get really turned on by improv for instance - like

people love improv to like discover things. I'm like - we're

improving right now. This is improv. So if we need to be reminded that we're

improving right now, we're acting right now, we're praying right now -

this is as real as it gets in a way as long as we all know.

This is life. This is it. This is it right

now. So I think the more someone can find out how they might not be authentic

right now - like really letting it loose - first realize that and admit it. Be aware

of it, accept it and then take action. Those seem to be the three steps of

growth - it's like awareness, acceptance and then a new type of action and then I

I think it's an infinite journey. Being more authentic is like how much can we

let go? I don't know. I don't know.

[Tutoriel] Entretien des grenades (40 mm et à main) - Duration: 7:58.

Airsoft Entrepot TV - How to maintain a grenade

Hello everyone !

Today we'll see how to maintain gas and CO2 grenades

Even if this kind of product isn't used as oftenly as your primary gun or even your secondary gun,

they do require a regular maintenance in order for them to work properly at the right moment

In Airsoft, just like in reality, several types of grenades exist for different types of use

From the 40 mm grenade for grenade launcher to the hand grenade, or the trap grenade you can half bury in the ground...

The whole point of those products is to hit one or several players with a single use of them

Today's video will be about gas 40 mm grenades like this ATM grenade which works either with gas or CO2

But we will also see how to maintain handgrenades like this Cyclone Impact from Airsoft Innovation

However, the general reasoning shown in this video can be used for pretty much any grenade type device you may own

In order to maintain your grenade, here is what you'll need

A valve key (or a big flat screwdriver), silicon oil, weapon cleaner, lithium grease and paper towel

40 mm grenades

A 40 mm grenade allows you to send a whole cloud of bbs toward the adversary

Even if its operation is very different from a real 40 mm grenade, its use is pretty much the same : hit several players at once

Its maintenance is easy enough, but you need to be careul not losing any internal part while you actually maintain it

First, unscrew the gas loading valve

On the ATM grenade, you have here a O-ring ; its point is to assure that no gas leaks from the external of the valve

Put some silicon oil on this O-ring : it will feed the O-ring and make sure that it continues doing its job

The thread of the valve itself may be dirty : don't hesitate to clean it, using weapon cleaner and paper towel

The valve itself also has its own O-ring : put some silicon oil on it

Note there is no need to put a lot of oil : a single drop is enough

You can now screw the valve back

To maintain what's inside the grenade, first unscrew the bottom part

Beware : bearings may fall ! Be careful not to lose any, otherwise your grenade won't work properly

You can now remove the grenade firing pin

In order to assure that this part moves smoothly, apply lithium grease around it and on its spring

Now take the head of the grenade : note the 3 O-rings, put some silicon oil on both of them

Now, put lithium grease in the bearings emplacement

And put the bearings back in place

You can now put back the firing pin spring, and the firing pin itself

Screw back the bottom part of the grenade ; be sure that it's correctly aligned with the firing pin

Here it is ! Your 40 mm grenade is now well maintained and functionnal

Don't hesitate to do that again regularly so you won't have bad surprise on the field

Handgrenades

In the last few years, a lot of small companies started their business by developing their own hand grenade

A lot of airsoft players were indeed interested in this kind of device, which are very useful on the field

A handgrenade is very useful in order to clean a room or an enemy position without having to break cover

We currently do not propose any grenade like this on our website

However, we will show you how to maintain one of the most famous airsoft handgrenade of the market : the cyclone impact from Airsoft Innovation

This grenade has a simple and effective mechanism, made to "explode" when it hits any surface

Most impact grenades work on the same principle ; therefore the maintenance process tends to be the same

Timer grenades work a bit differently, but their maintenance is more or less the same

Some grenades, like the Impact grenade, are sold with their own silicon oil, especially selected for the device

First, disassembly the grenade in order to access the injection valve

As usual, you'll need to use silicon oil in order to nourish the O-ring

In the case of the Cyclone Impact, open the gas compartment and put silicon oil on the O-ring ensuring the compartment leak tightness

Under the head, you can see another O-ring assuring the leak tightness of the upper part : lubricate it as well

Now, clean the upper part of the grenade

Since the grenade is oftenly thrown on the dirt, it tends to get dirty very quickly

Put some weapon cleaner and clean it with paper towel

You can now reassemble the grenade

Here it is, your handgrenade is now perfectly functional !

Note that even if you don't actually own a cyclone impact, the maintenance procedure is still mostly the same

The important parts being to lubricate with silicon oil each O-ring of your device and clean the dirt accumulated on it with weapon cleaner

This reasoning can be used for the tornado, zoxna or kimera grenade for example

Don't hesitate to read the booklet provided by the maker ; it may indicate on which parts you need to focus on

Voila ! This video is finished now and you now know how to maintain your grenades

You can say good bye to malfunctions and devices who go "pssccccht" instead of "BOOM !"

If you liked this video, don't hesitate to like, comment and subscribe !

This was Max for Airsoft Entrepot TV, see you next time !

[FFXIV] The Fesse | SoaR | Episode 5 - Duration: 15:52.

There is no region in Eorzea that has mesmerized me more than Coerthas.

Its steep, sharp mountains, deep ravines and lakes, packed into the largest map in

the game.

Accompanied by a haunting theme, emphasizing just how small and alone you are in this gigantic

zone.

It should come as no surprise then, that Coerthas too contained several hidden dungeons.

This was probably the easiest zone to hide dungeons in, due to its vast size and rugged

landscape.

In Coerthas Eastern Lowlands, just east of Weeping Vale, it stood.

The entrance to a dungeon with a very curious name.

The Fesse.

We know the name of the dungeon thanks to the Lalafell originally guarding the entrance,

Wowotazi.

Upon interacting with him, he would tell you "I've been given specific orders to prohibit

all access to the Fesse… using all necessary force.

If you value your life, unbeliever, I suggest you withdraw at once."

Strong words coming from a potato.

The name "Fesse" is curious because it can really mean two very different things.

A Fesse is an ordinary – a broad horizontal stripe – across a shield, displaying where

your loyalty belongs to.

Now the other meaning… is French… for buttocks.

We're all adults here, so naturally we'll go with the most sensible of the two.

Buttocks.

Other than the name and the rather aggressive words of the Lalafell, nothing else is known

about the dungeon.

From what we do know though, it seems like the dungeon might have been linked to some

sort of loyalty trial.

That, or we've stumbled across Haruchefant's playhouse.

Too soon?

Too soon.

Anyways, as we enter the But—Fesse entrance, I notice that the initial cave is incredibly

long.

It takes me a good 30 seconds until I finally reach the invisible wall.

This is also where it becomes clear that you're leaving the overworld and entering a dungeon,

as the color of the walls differ from the walls on the other side of the invisible wall.

With that, I took a deep breath and ventured inside.

Unlike the previous dungeons, the map immediately switches to the white empty one.

The purple-ish cave walls remind me of Dzemael Darkhold.

I have a feeling we'll be seeing loads of assets reused in that dungeon.

I begin my descent, and I quickly realize that this is going to take a while.

The initial "entrance" tunnel seems to go on forever.

All open-world dungeons in 1.0 were designed to take you far below ground, as the dungeons

were actually stored below the world map.

So in order to make large rooms with high ceilings, they had to place them far enough

down so that they wouldn't conflict with the open-world maps.

So going by this long descent, we're in for a fairly large dungeon.

And after a lengthy descent, I encounter the first door.

Open.

That's when I suddenly realize the ambience.

A dark rumbling sound engulfs me as I step through the door.

I'm inside the Fesse.

If you're still thinking about buttocks, this video is going to be a struggle to get

through, just like the Fesse.

Alright I'll stop.

Entering through the door, my initial suspicions got confirmed immediately.

I faintly remember this room from Dzemael Darkhold.

However I can't remember it ever having railings like these.

This room also confirms another fear I had before entering.

A second and third opening.

Again, if we're to make progress I have to stick to the linear path.

I continue through the opening straight ahead.

Rounding the corner, I can see a waterfall in the distance.

As I pass through the tunnel, I see why we're so deep down.

A giant open room presents itself to me.

Though this is more or less the same open room we found in 1.0's Dzemael Darkhold.

With one big change.

The bridge you see here would stop abruptly in Dzemael – requiring you to teleport to

the next part of the dungeon.

It's now very clear that Dzemael was modeled after this dungeon.

I follow the fenced path, through short tunnels, past a waterfall, until I reached the bridge.

The path leading up the the bridge was actually a crossroad, with two other paths, which both

looked enticing.

No time.

This dungeon is probably so massive, those paths will probably just lead to copies of

whatever we're headed towards with the linear path.

At this point I've noticed these braziers.

So far, whenever you start seeing assets like that repeating along a path, you're probably

supposed to follow them.

So that's my plan.

Also worth noting that they're not lit.

In Dzemael they were.

So that's a thing.

That could be a clue as to how finished this dungeon is…

I'm scared I'll run into another void wall like I did in Umbra Cove.

As I cross the first bridge, the vastness of the dungeon strikes me.

On both sides I could clearly see multiple levels of winding paths going into cave tunnels.

I know I keep saying this, and I hope this is the last time I do, but this… has to

be the biggest dungeon I've encountered in this series.

After crossing the final bridge, I come to a crossroad.

Left or right.

There are no braziers here to guide me, so I just take a chance and go left, as I can

faintly make out some wooden pillars in the distance.

I was correct, and I'm now facing a wooden door.

I eagerly pass through, only to be faced with an empty room…

Before I walk back I couldn't help but notice these puddles of water, which despite clearly

being still water, made the sound you'd expect to hear from running water, like a

river.

How odd.

Oh well, I walk back to where I came from and head in the other direction.

And once again I'm faced with a door…

On the other side, what is clearly meant to be a boss room greets me.

It's similar in design to the first room I encountered, but this one has no other doors,

the walls are lined with wooden pillars, there's a small pond… and this rock.

With this room having no exit, I'm actually rather confused.

The layout of the whole place so far seemed like it would be similar in design to what

we've seen in Peacegarden and Umbra Cove… but now I'm starting to believe we're

looking at something more akin to that of the Sandcaves and Tam-Tara.

An entirely open dungeon, with no set goals, unless provided by a quest.

Sadly, this means I have to backtrack to the big room, now completely lost on which direction

to take.

I decide to take the path directly in front of me.

As it had this brazier next to it.

Surely that means something…

Right?

I am faced with another door shortly after – and on the other side - Another boss-like

room!

This one is larger and more intricate.

With several elevated paths, water puddles, and these… things.

This was clearly meant to hold another type of boss, possibly an NM.

It was in this room I became aware of something deeply disturbing.

While I was recording footage of the room, standing completely still, footsteps could

still be heard in the distance.

Always when I was standing still, and often sounding like someone was stepping in water,

the footsteps would not stop following me around after entering this room.

Feeling extremely unnerved, I make haste towards the room's exit and carried on.

The room was a dead end, so I'm forced back out into the massive room.

I take the only remaining path on this level, and carry on.

The path leads to a dead end.

I'm forced to backtrack even further, to waterfall we encountered at the very start

of this giant room.

I enter a hallway to the left.

And again, an empty room.

It's clear to me now that this level is empty, having explored all the important rooms

here.

Before I ventured in search of a way to get down to the lower levels, I noticed this…

impossible waterfall…

I locate another path leading out of the giant room,.

And it's going down.

At the end of the descending tunnel, I'm faced with a choice of left or right.

I pick right, and follow the path.

A room similar to the one I encountered in the beginning of the dungeon rests at the

other end.

With 3 possible routes.

I was originally aiming for the closed door straight ahead, but I couldn't help but

notice that the door up to the left is open…

I walk up.

And I quickly realize that this is a very bad idea.

The room that greets me is almost identical to the one I was just in, but with slight

variations.

Is this the first room I encountered?

Am I back to where I started?

Not wanting to find out, I went back to the room I came from and pass through the door

I initially intended to walk through.

This path takes me even deeper down.

The second pair of footsteps have been quiet for a while now, but abruptly makes a return

as I round the corner and stop at another choice between left and right.

I choose left this time, and am delighted to see a slight change in assets as I move

further and further down.

Water puddles are now lit up, bubbles forming on the surface.

I am so deep down in this dungeon, just the thought of having to walk back out of here

makes me depressed.

In every crossroad I choose whatever path is leading down, and it just keeps going.

I take this small side-path just for the LULs, it goes on for a while, going deeper down,

until the path ends here.

In this room.

With these… piles?

Two piles of stone and junk.

Too small to be a boss room, this surely must have been part of the dungeon's storyline

of some sort.

Back to the main path, and boy does this dungeon drag on, and boy does it go deep.

The deepest Fesse I've ever seen.

Then.

A door.

On the other side, the same room we first heard the footsteps in, but this time with

more structures in them.

And crates!

Crates, sandbags and more of these rock and junk piles!

But that's when I notice another door.

Not like the others.

This door is an iron barred one.

I have seen many doors in this dungeon, but not a single one of them looked like this!

As I walk towards the door, the steps that I've heard since the first version of this

room changed.

They were no longer walking at a snail's pace.

They were practically running.

I can't…

I don't know how to explain this but I was more fascinated by this than scared.

There are no enemies in this dungeon, so I shrugged it off as a really creepy glitch.

Anyway, I pressed on through the ominous gate ready for the final boss room and – Ah.

I was staring at the void.

The final portion either never finished, or never intended to be here.

This might have just been set dressing, with a nice iron gate alluding to some sort of

storeroom or a gaol cell.

Through the missing wall I could see all the winding paths and the mess that was the Fesse.

Master of Rhyme.

Just as I turned around to return to the dungeon, I spotted what could very well be the source

of the footsteps that had been terrorizing me throughout most of the dungeon.

This floating head appeared just as I turned my camera towards the dungeon.

It quickly disappeared, but it was clearly there.

A fricking floating head!

I'm glad I only spotted it at the very end of my expedition, cause I would have noped

out of there immediately if I had seen it sooner.

I'm not sure what it was, but I'm just going to assume it was a freaky glitch, as

it did not appear when I revisited the dungeon for some b-roll footage.

So that was the Fesse.

It's clearly an early version of Dzemael Darkhold, without the crystals.

The dungeon is also insanely large.

I can't even begin to comprehend the size of this place.

And I'm almost entirely positive that this was just a clean-cut open world dungeon with

no self contained goals.

It's reasonable to assume that NPCs would give you quests to finish inside the dungeon.

I could even go so far as to say that the dungeon would probably have leves taking place

inside as well.

But, we'll never truly know.

Let me know what you think about all of this in the comments below.

It's always interesting to hear your takes on this!

I'll be back next month with another episode of Secrets of a Realm.

See you then Eorzeans!

And may you ever walk in the light of the Crystal.

HOW COME I'M ALWAYS SICK WHEN I EAT SO HEALTHY - Duration: 7:35.

HOW COME IM ALWAYS SICK WHEN I EAT SO HEALTHY

BY BEN RALSTONDECEMBER

Back in the 90s when Shamanism wasnt a thing yet and even yoga still wasnt The

Thing hell, what was the thing then? Aha. Aerobics. In fluorescent leotards. Or maybe

that was the 80s.

Anyway, in the 90s I was into yoga. And healthy eating. All my mates teased me because I ate

super-foods (before super-foods were a thing) and seeds and sprouts and only organic eggs

and cooked well for myself and generally really cared about my diet.

Nutrition, and all that. And, I was always getting sick.

In case youre remotely interested, it was always my throat. I had bronchitis more times

than youve had broccoli.

I had some kind of cold, or flu, or throat infection every. Other. Month. It was a real

pain in the no, throat. And of course, my mates mocked me mercilessly when I was

sick. Imagine what youd be like if you ate junk like us!

Well, at some point I became a vegetarian, and then a vegan, and I had a raw-food-only

diet for a while. And I learned a lot from those times, and Im glad I experimented

and researched the way I did.

But guess what? These days I eat what a health-freak (like 90s me) would baulk at. I dont cook

much, I smoke, I eat a lot of pizza, I eat meat when my body feels like it (ideally,

wed all be vegetarian/vegan because its good for the animals, and its good for

the environment but 2017 and ideally dont belong in the same sentence).

Anyway the other day I worked with a client, a friend who has been on retreat with me and

has started out on the path of awakening. She was just diagnosed with breast cancer.

And she said to me: One of the thoughts Ive been having is why me my

diet is the healthiest of everyone I know, I exercise, take care of my body.

So yes, how is it that as so many of us that consider ourselves spiritual and

health conscious have experienced eating well doesnt seem to translate to being

well?

The Truth About Our Health

Isnt it true that you are what you eat?

Well, no. Its not. Actually, its the other way around: You eat what you are.

If you eat a healthy salad while secretly stewing with anger inside, then you are eating

anger. I believe that you can eat a fast-food burger with an awareness of gratitude and

love and your miraculous creative power alchemizes that food into exactly what your body needs.

Its all about awareness and vibration, as we all know.

As a wise man once whispered in my ear after a ceremony: What comes out of our mouths

is more important than what goes in.

What comes out of our mouths are our thoughts, which are the feelings, which are the beliefs,

associations, identifications, and fears that we harbour in our subconscious minds.

In other words (pardon the pun), we are not what we eat, we are what we believe and we

are the thoughts that are the expression of the feelings of those beliefs.

If you feel, deep down (as so many of us alive today do), that you are a worthless piece

of shit then your thoughts will reflect that. You will have a great deal of negative

self-talk going on in your head. You will berate, and criticize, and judge yourself

constantly.

Eat all the sprouted-cacao chia seed wheatgrass smoothies you like, if your mental energy

is constantly in conflict, youre going to get sick.

Eat all the spirulina you like, if you are unconsciously afraid all the time, youre

going to get sick.

And everyone is full of fear these days. Most spirituality is just a massive bypass.

Hell, how many people that eat well are only eating well for fear of being unwell!? Humanity

in 2017 is 70% water and 30% fear. And we have no idea, most of us, that were afraid,

let alone what were afraid of.

We lock our doors, and gate ourselves in behind our (de)fences. We screen and check and double

check and vet, examine, assess, and scrutinize and appraise everything we can. Even our own

children.

Hell, we even allow ourselves to go through all these ridiculous examinations and tests

for fear of some imaginary thing happening. People have pre-emptive surgery for fear.

If you ask, most people will say theyre not afraid even of death! Did you know that?

Try it. Ask people if theyre afraid of death. Ask yourself first.

Death

The reason, as far as I have been able to tell, that most people delude themselves into

the ridiculous Im not afraid of death statement is that we dont think about it.

Death we dont think about it. Its just a total Taboo.

Someone dies? Put the body in the ground, have a very short, simple ceremony (funeral).

Move on. Nothing to see here. We dont discuss it (as if its not the most interesting,

mysterious, and inevitable thing in life). Nope. So having never spent a nanosecond thinking

about it, of course were not afraid of it.

Except, we are. We are, almost all of us, utterly terrified of death. Its the number

one fear, the mother of all fears, the mother even of our second greatest fear fear

of going mad. But our fear of death is unconscious. And there you have the ultimate

symptom of human disconnectedness in this day and age: the absolute chasm between our

conscious awareness and our subconscious.

We simply dont know ourselves.

The path to self-knowledge is a bumpy, thorny, treacherous journey. Also known as walking

the razors edge, because its a tough ticket.

And its what Ive been doing for over three decades. And, it turns out that the

better you know yourself, the better you feel, and the better you are. You get well, when

you know yourself.

When you have less discrepancy between what your conscious mind is aware of, and what

is in your subconscious.

These days I simply eat whats around, and rarely get sick. Go figure. Now look, Im

not saying that you should throw out all the salad and stock up on frozen french fries.

Of course its good to eat well!

However, i dont feel its that important. Pay more attention to what comes out of your

mouth, so to speak (ah there I go punning again). Pay attention to the thoughts behind

the words behind the feelings, behind the beliefs. Figure out what is really motivating

you. Understand who/what is actually in the driving seat of this beautiful body that you

are currently the proud pilot of.

We are so much more powerful than we realize. And when we begin to truly embody that power,

it empowers our bodies. And that is the secret to being well. Not spirulina.
