Hi, my name is Benny Urban, Nitro Team rider and I am here today to introduce to you the Nitro Good Times.

This is the ultimate park or rail weapon in the Nitro board collection.

Simply because it's a flatout rocker. Which means it is flat between the bindings, between the inserts.

And then it has a slight rocker on the tail and nose.

Which makes it very forgiving and very playful.

Still, it has crazy pop, so it's not like you have no power for an ollie or anything like that now. You still have that.

Additionally it has the rail killer edge.

Very long-living, resilient edges.

And for me personally, it's the board that I take for filming for example on the street or in the park,..

... it's the one I prefer out of the collection, because for me it is simply the ideal board, because with it, I can do whatever …

… I imagine. It does what I want it to do, so to speak.

That's why I recommend it to anyone who wants a playful snowboard in the park or in the city.

TOP 7 STRONGHOLD EASTER EGGS - Duration: 4:57.

Hello and welcome to another Firefly Studios video. Today we're going to be

sending out a love letter to Stronghold fans and castle builders everywhere

by running through our top Stronghold secrets and easter eggs.

From film references to spooky ghosts, we'll be taking you through all the secrets

hidden away in the dark recesses at the stronghold game code but don't worry

we're not going to be revealing all of them today. So if you want to be a famous

internet celebrity who's found every Stronghold Easter Egg, now's your time, let's get to the list.

1. Haunted

First up we've got something that'll send shivers down your spine

In the old but gold first installment in the series Stronghold 1

try placing a shrine or two down and prepare yourselves.

Do you see him?

There he is, your very own castle ghost. but don't worry no ghost busting needed as

the ghost will just chill out, wish he could savour the taste of apples from your granary,

and generally have a decent time doing what any ghosts would do, spooking about and scaring folks.

2. Shortcut to siege

Ever wondered what Stronghold Legends would look like in third person?

Well, put that log into other uses because with a few taps of the keyboard you can do this right now.

Sorry, we forgot to actually tell you how to do this.

Press QWER while selecting a single unit to enter Third Person.

Back to the video!

Just look at the action, the intensity. Oh boy, this fight isn't fair.

This green dude isn't gonna survi- oh yeah, he's dead.

Huh, this is actually kind of relax-

Seeing it up close, I kind of feel bad for sending my troops into these battles.

3. A special greeting

Next up we've got a little treat that might be known to those who tried

entering something fantastical as their Lord name.

Perhaps the name of a well-known Sith Lord?

"Greetings, Lord Vader. Obi-wan has taught you well, but you are not a Jedi yet."

But Lord Vader is just one of the edgy

phrases and short hands that our dear narrator treats us with.

Let's have a listen.

"Greetings, flying poooooo!"

"Not long till morning now, Sire. You're going to need your beauty sleep."

"Please eat, my liege. I fear you are wasting away."

You can't tell me what to do, you're not even my real dad!

4. Fetchez La Vache

Now for a slightly more obscure reference for some of our international

players, ever heard of Monty Python? If not, here's a little taste.

"This is your last chance. I've be more than reasonable."

- "Fetchez la vache." - "Quoi?" - "Fetchez la vache."

For those of you with a good ear for insulting French accents,

that's legendary actor John Cleese saying "fetchez la vache."

The same phrase used for one of our Crusader 2 achievements

in which you kill an enemy Lord with a disease cow.

"Fetchez la vache."

"Quoi? Fetchez la vache?"

"Jesus Christ!"

"Crikey!"

5. Trumped in space

On to our beloved intergalactic world of science-fiction, Space Colony gets a tad

political with a theme mission based on the whole Trump versus Forbes debacle.

In case you've forgotten, back in the late 2000s, now President Donald Trump wanted

to build a massive golf complex in Aberdeenshire. One Scottish farmer

Michael Forbes, refused to sell his land to Trump so you could build over it and

now Forbes is regarded as a local hero. So logically, you introduce lasers, aliens,

and space stations into the mix, and you've got our easter egg.

6. Sir William, Heroin Addict.

For all you film fanatics out there, recognize this clip?

No?

Shame on you.

Well, here it is anyway, in a certain British cult hit.

Who doesn't know a bit of Ewan McGregor?

Well, apart from that one trilogy he did.

"My allegiance is to the Republic, to democracy!"

7. The three commandments

Are you a Stronghold player with an eagle eye?

Then you might have come across a certain phrase to live by in our games.

Here's a clip highlighting our holy scripture.

How to Think Like Einstein - Duration: 3:36.

This is a blouse.

But not like just any blouse.

It has two sets of buttons, so it can still fit you if you put on a few pounds.

But, the real reason why it's a very special blouse is its creator...

Albert Einstein.

The same man whose theory of relativity fundamentally changed everything we know about the whole

of space and time, also took a stab at fashion.

And at developing a novel refrigerator And an automatic camera

And a waterproof garment

So why do some people have so many great ideas?

And how can the rest of us be more creative?

Creativity is the result of large brain networks that interact with each other to generate

random thoughts, change them and merge them.

And this happens through three key mental skills: bending, breaking and blending.

Bending is when we imagine things in new ways or remember them in distorted ways.

Breaking is when we take an idea and break it into pieces.

And blending is when we mix a few ideas together.

And, well, some people are pros at these three Bs.

They might be equipped with a stronger creative machinery in their brain.

In a 2017 study, researchers found those who score high on creativity tests have more connections

between brain hemispheres.

Another study showed stronger communication between brain networks in people who come

up with many original answers to a question, a skill called divergent thinking.

And in another 2016 study, researchers monitored the brain while people solved questions from

the Remote Associates Test, which involves coming up with a word that is associated with

three seemingly unrelated words in each question.

People who were better at making connections between distant words showed stronger physical

connections between a frontal region of the brain and distant regions through long-range

neural pathways.

But remember you are not stuck with the brain you have.

Your brain networks are flexible and you can practice creativity.

Here's a recipe:

The raw material for creativity doesn't come out of thin air, but from your memories

and experiences.

Read more, pay more attention, travel... to feed your imagination.

Take more in.

Your first idea, or even the 10th, is almost guaranteed to fail.

Keep generating ideas.

When trying to solve a problem, experiment with getting too far out with your imagination,

and come back to the ground with fresh eyes, and hopefully fresh ideas.

[take a curious look at ice cream and fish in each hand]

And don't forget to surround yourself with interesting people.

Even the smartest brains still need other humans to be creative-- on top of the network

of brain regions inside any one person's brain, we need a network of humans, our society,

for creativity to flourish.

Follow these steps and you'll be equipped to brew a great idea.

And in the process of fueling your brain, if you happen to fuel your body a little too

The most expensive suite on Miami's newest cruise ship: the MSC Seaside

This is about ten times as big as a typical cruise ship balcony.

And it features your own private Jacuzzi!

If you need anything, just call the butler! He'll bring you drinks, snacks...

Even serve your dinner out there, if you don't feel like eating with the other passengers.

Imagine relaxing in that Jacuzzi and taking in this spectacular view.

Now I wasn't lucky enough to score this suite for my cruise on MSC Seaside...

But I met the guy who did... and he let me shoot this video.

I've stayed in a couple of very high-end suites on some of my cruises...

And I have to tell you there's nothing like watching a Caribbean sunset and drinking margaritas...

...from the comfort of your own Jacuzzi.

And of course, the inside of the suite is just as spacious and comfortable as the balcony.

And tastefully decorated in warm earth tones.

A great place to entertain or just to relax.

There's a large bedroom with a dressing table and a sitting chair.

And if you want to bring along the kids or even another couple...

One of those couches in the living room converts to a double bed.

There's free 24-hour room service, a fully stocked mini-bar...

and the butler I mentioned, as well as a concierge.

Unlike most cruise ship bathrooms, this one's spacious...

And has a sophisticated, modern style.

It features a shower large enough for two to share and a separate bathtub, too.

Now this is the Top Sail Lounge. And when you stay in the Royal Suite...

You'll be one of just a small number of suite passengers that has access.

There's an uncrowded bar just for those staying in suites...

And upstairs on the second floor: the Yacht Club restaurant...

Another one of the perks just for guests staying in a Yacht Club suite.

The Topsail lounge has huge picture windows that offer an incredible view of everything ahead of the ship.

And outside, there's a Sun Deck and even a private swimming pool for those pampered suite guests.

[EN] Roast Chicken / دجاج محمر - CookingWithAlia - Episode 637 - Duration: 4:49.

In this series, I am going to share with you our team family style recipes!

Today it is a Healthy Baked Chicken. Let's start!

First, take an onion, peel it, cut in half, and slice into chunks.

Next, we are using half a garlic head, which is around 4 cloves. Peel them as well.

In a food processor, place the onion, garlic, and some fresh parsley

and mix into a smooth puree

Since I have a small food processor, I have to do it two times to mix my whole onion.

Place the onion mixture in a bowl and set aside.

Now let's prepare the chicken.

First we, of course, wash it with water.

Then rub it with half a lemon to remove the raw chicken taste.

You are probably wondering why the chicken is yellow.

This is an organic farm raised chicken in Morocco, or what we call "beldi" so the color is yellowish.

The "roumi", or factory raised chicken, has a whiter skin.

Finally wash the chicken with water and we are ready to go.

You can bake the chicken whole, but I prefer to cut it into 4 pieces.

It bakes faster and it is much easier to serve.

First cut the chicken in half, then place the chicken on the belly

and press on the back bones to break and soften them

Cut the chicken into four main pieces: 2 leg parts, and 2 breast and wing parts.

Place the chicken pieces in a baking pan.

Time to add some spices to the onion mixture

ground turmeric, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and mustard.

Mix well. Add olive oil and continue mixing.

Finally squeeze in some fresh lemon juice for this marinade to burst with flavors.

Pour the marinade over the chicken and rub all over to make sure that every chicken piece is covered.

Now poke the chicken with a knife, so that the marinade can be absorbed.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes before baking.

In the meantime, preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F

once hot, bake the chicken for 40 minutes or until done

While the chicken is cooking, I am going to prepare a quick side dish

just some cucumber and tomato salad

First thinly slice the cucumber, then place the slices in a large bowl.

Now, slice the tomatoes and add them to the cucumbers.

We will season the salad right before serving.

At mid-point, check on the chicken and if it looks too dry add a little bit of water then continue baking.

We are all waiting for lunch!

Hmmm it smells amazing!

Ok, let's season the salad, a little bit of salt, pepper

olive oil, and freshly squeezed lemon juice

Mix and lunch is ready!
