Arsenal 2 Chelsea 2: Bellerin rescues Gunners at the death in frenetic London derby

It is the sort of goal, deep into injury time, that will be talked about down the years at Arsenal.

Hector Bellerin rescued a point for Arsenal at the death in a stunning London derby with Chelsea.

Marcos Alonso thought he had secured the points for Chelsea with his late strike.

Eden Hazard drew Chelsea level with a controversial second half penalty.

That somehow Hector Bellerin's stunning equaliser will transform Arsenal's fortunes and take them into the top four again.

That their miserable Christmas form — three draws and a win at Crystal Palace — can be forgotten.

That this is the new Arsenal taking shape, reborn after showing incredible fighting qualities to somehow scrap out a draw.

They deserve a pat on the back — but that is where it ends.

  Did Arsenals Jack Wilshere dive against Chelsea?.

Jack Wilshere opened the scoring for Arsenal on 63 minutes.

It was Wilsheres first Premier League goal since bagging against West Brom in May 2015.

Eden Hazard won a controversial penalty after this challenge from Hector Bellerin.

This was a ridiculous game, played at a furious tempo between two teams with very different ambitions these days.

Chelsea thought they had won it, with Eden Hazard equalising from the penalty spot and Marcos Alonso nosing them in front six minutes from time.

Arsenal still had a big say in it.

They had been ahead, with the feel-good factor filling the nostrils of nearly 60,000 Arsenal fans when Jack Wilshere fired in.

It was a scorching strike, screeching Arsenal into a 1-0 lead the moment it pinged off his left boot 63 minutes in.

Arsenal, this being Arsenal, could not hold on to the lead.

Bellerin, thrown one way and then the other by Hazard, could not resist chopping him down.

Arsenal players were furious at the decision to award Chelsea a penalty just four minutes after they took the lead.

Eden Hazard made no mistake from the spot as he drew his side level.

Hazard, a touch subdued, equalised from the spot.

It sent poor old Arsene Wenger into meltdown, screaming into the face of fourth official Craig Pawson.

Thing is, the referee got it right.

This time.

Chelsea, their opponents in next week's Carabao Cup semi-final, are durable, obstinate and damn well  difficult to beat.

The biggest chance of the first half went Chelsea's way.

Calum Chambers and Shkodran Mustafi managed to let a hopeful, looping ball drop behind them.

Alvaro Morata raced clear, only the keeper to beat, to put Chelsea in front.

Instead he missed, poking his effort hopelessly wide of Petr Cech's left-hand post.

Arsenal responded, playing like a team with a lot of work to do to bridge that gap between Ropey League and Champions League football.

For a time they looked good for it.

Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Wilshere were the driving force as Arsenal got about these Chelsea boys.

The former Arsenal man and the Chilean soon made up after the initial confrontation.

Thibaut Courtois was a towering presence every time Arsenal got in behind Chelsea's defence.

It almost turned into his night.

He got a glove to Sanchez's chance that rebounded off both posts, turning on to the paintwork before it rolled across the line and against the other.

Arsenal grew in confidence, with Ozil and Wilshere matching Cesc Fabregas and Hazard for the fancy footwork.

Ozil provided the next chance, with Gary Cahill sliding all over the penalty area when Alexandre Lacazette turned him in the area.

The striker swivelled, shooting at Chelsea's goal, but Courtois came to the rescue again.

Thibaut Courtois was in superb form for Chelsea at the Emirates.

The Belgian stopper made a number of key saves during the first half.

And Courtois made no secret of how pleased he was to keep Arsenal at bay.

Chelsea turned a corner, with Cech tipping Tiemoue Bakayoko's chance over the bar, after a clever combination between Hazard and Fabregas.

From the corner, Morata headed over the bar.

Both teams were coming to the boil, with Wilshere cautioned after taking Fabregas clean out.

The Spaniard soon got him back and he, too, was booked.

Hazard came alive at the start of the second half, with Cech down to his right to claw away his effort.

From the follow-up, he got down to his left in time to flip Morata's header away for a corner.

Ozil and Sanchez combined again to set up Lacazette for another big second-half chance.

Instead he fluffed it, failing to get the solid connection that would have put Arsenal ahead.

Courtois stopped Ozil next, throwing out a leg to prevent Arsenal's magic man putting them in front.

They got there eventually.

Marcos Alonso is mobbed by his team-mates after firing Chelsea into a late 2-1 lead.

Hector Bellerin would have the final say two minutes into injury time.

The Spanish full-backs strike was his first of the campaign.

Antonio Contes side missed out on moving into second spot.

Wilshere got it, rifling his effort into the top corner after starting the move off on the edge of the area.

It did not last long.

Chelsea got a penalty, awarded when Bellerin clipped the bottom of Hazard's boot.

The Chelsea man scored from the spot, drilling his effort beyond Cech to level.

Alonso thought he had the winner as he turned in a Davide Zappacosta cross.

But Bellerin beat Courtois from distance to earn Arsenal a point.

Somehow, they just about deserved it.

Low Carb Easy Meal Prep Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! - Mind Over Munch - Duration: 5:52.

Hey Munchies!

Welcome to the channel if you're new, I'm Alyssia.

I hope 2018 is off to a great start for you

and that you're going strong with your New Year's resolutions.

Making healthy changes can be HARD, but meal prep can make our healthy lifestyle a bit easier.

Meal prep can be especially helpful if you follow a specific dietary lifestyle,

so you always have food ready and can stay on track with your goals.

Today I'm sharing some LOW CARB meal prep recipes from my new Low Carb Meal Prep eBook!

This is just one combination of meals from the eBook,

but you can of course mix and match the meals to suit your meal prepping life and needs.

I also just released a vegetarian meal prep recipe eBook as well.

Some people are confused by low carb diets because they tend to be higher in dietary fat,

but there can be many benefits to a low carb lifestyle.

I talk about some of those benefits in my Keto 101 video,

check it out if want to know more about a low carb lifestyle, or the ketogenic diet!

So let's get to those 3 low carb recipes!

I've got a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner that are all perfectly meal preppable.

For breakfast I'm sharing a crustless quiche.

First I add a bit of oil to a pan with some chopped onions, and I sauté until they begin to soften.

Then I add in mushrooms and allow those to cook for about 5 minutes,

followed by some chopped asparagus and thawed frozen spinach, mixing to combine.

In a bowl, I whisk together milk, and I'm using almond but any kind will do,

eggs, whole grain mustard, garlic powder and salt & pep.

Add the sautéed mixture to a pie or baking dish and pour the egg mixture over it,

mixing to integrate the mixture into the dish and make sure everything is evenly distributed.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until the center is set and isn't jiggly.

This will store in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for a month!

It's great hot or cold, making it great for a quick, healthy, meal-preppable breakfast option!

If you don't need this to be dairy free (which both of my new eBooks are)

you could add some goat cheese and it would take it to the next level!

Thumbs up for quiche without the carbs!

For lunch I've got a burger salad!

In a saucepan I add oil and chopped onion, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.

Then I add in garlic and beef, which I season with salt and allow to cook through

before adding in some chopped pickles.

For the dressing I mix together avocado oil mayonnaise, ketchup,

minced white onion, a dash of hot sauce and a pinch of salt.

Whisk!

The last component is the actual salad.

I combine chopped romaine, chopped spinach, and chopped tomatoes!

For meal prep purposes, I suggest storing the components separately so it doesn't get soggy,

but when you're ready to eat, combine the dressing, greens and burger meat,

tossing to coat and combine.

So delicious, and the meat can be hot or cold, making it great for an on-the-go lunch.

Burger flavors in salad form—I love it!

If you don't need this to be dairy free,

feel free to add in some shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

to make this a cheeseburger salad!

For dinner I'm sharing some Bangers & Mash!

…of sorts.

Traditionally, it's sausages and mashed potatoes, but we're taking it and low carb-ifying it,

and making it meal-preppable with some bonus veggies.

I start by adding broccoli to a pan and tossing with oil and salt and pepper.

On another pan I add my baking rack and sausages.

I chose an Italian chicken sausage here, but you can use anything you prefer!

To make life easy, I transfer both of these into the oven at the same time

so the broccoli can roast as the sausages cook.

While that's cooking, I make my "mash."

I boil cauliflower florets and add them to a bowl with milk of choice,

grass-fed butter, garlic paste, fresh thyme, and salt & pep.

Immersion blend away!

Or you can just mash them with a masher OR blend in an actual blender,

it really depends on what texture you're ultimately going for.

I like SOME lumps so I like the immersion blender.

I stir in some fresh chives, and there's my more nutritious veggie-packed mash!

When the bangers and broccoli are roasted, we can store everything for our meal prep,

or assemble our dinner plate!

The sausage has so much flavor on its own,

but I love pairing it with the cauliflower mash for texture fun AND more veggies!

Because it really seems like I'm eating potatoes,

the broccoli on the plate seems like the only real veggie.

Pretty neat!

This whole deal will last 4-5 days in the fridge or a month in the freezer.

And that is my low carb breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Water Mixable Oil Paints for Landscapes - Duration: 7:46.

to bring you the best tips, tricks, tutorials, and even a little education

just like this right here this your first time here consider

please excuse my mess in this video I'm rearranging everything for the new year

so that we can bring you a little more quality in the upcoming videos but let's

get to it a while ago I got asked is there a possible way to

paint without using solvents a lot of people out there that are beginning

painters kind of paint in a small room they don't have much space well after

doing a little bit of digging I kind of found a solution the solution I found

was using water mixable paints these don't actually need any solvents to be

cleaned up or to be thinned down what these are is that there are actually

just oil paints but they've been molecularly changed on a oil level to

where they actually don't need to use solvents to break the paint down so that

way they come clean you can actually clean these up with just straight water

and it's actually kind of cool I haven't a representation of something I painted

they work the exact same way they are exactly like oil paints that you would

give and they're not student grade they're not a knock down or anything

like that they're professional style of paints

it's just they're just slightly different now the only things they're

gonna notice that might be a little more different about these is to me I think

they have a little bit of an odor it kind of smells like a like bread or a

bagel a little old it and stuff so I still recommend having a vented area or

maybe a fan that can blow them away but they they blend the same way they break

the same way they're very firm paints the nice thing about these is they're

non-toxic they're solvent free so you just get a nice little jar of water that

you have here and you can clean the paintbrushes up the only note that you

need to know about things like these essentially since you would be using

water to clean these up you don't want to use any of your natural style bristle

brushes like Bob Ross brushes that you have here if

you dip these in water and you clean them out and you get all the paint out

it's gonna be just like your hair there's gonna be too much humidity all

the hair is just gonna start to fray out and start to break and things like that

that's a big no-no so what you want to do is you actually want to use synthetic

brushes and this is gonna be better for blending all of your colors and when you

clean these out it's not gonna harm the hair on the ends of the brushes now the

nice thing about this is you can still use oils to thin these paints down

there's a lot of different formulas out there that people recommend it's really

depending on which manufacturer you go with a lot of people say don't go over

30% to the paint what you mix with I only used a little bit to thin down for

what I was doing here and everything seemed to work fine the only thing I

really did use is I kind of made my own magic white using the titanium white and

the oil that I had here what I did is I had a much smaller can but I just put a

little bit in here mixed it all up and I would shake it and then I have something

to store it in I'd kind of recommend getting a small little paint can if you

can if you plan on using this method that way it's nice and easy whenever you

want to paint just give it a good little shake and you can put down your magic

white and you're good to rock and roll now another thing that you probably want

to know about is you know can I mix them with oil paints and you know what yeah

you can you can still mix any of these paints right here with regular oil

paints but depending on how much oil regular paint you introduce to the water

mix will be you will start have to start using solvents to start cleaning your

brush so be very conscious of that now the only the only downside you're going

to notice with these is there's not as many color selections but that's fine if

you get the basic colors you can make any color out there but if you're really

keen on one hue color that's basically just oil hue you might have to make it

under these these are kind of just primary colors for the most part I think

there's only like 12 to 16 but you might find more from another manufacturer out

there since we talked about thinning paints there's two ways you can thin it

they don't really recommend using water although you can but you have to use

very very little it's recommended to use under 10% reason being if you use

generally thinking any over 10 20 30 is you actually start

breaking down how the paint bonds with the oil medium in here and it creates

separation so your paints not gonna actually stick to your kamsa it's gonna

start to crack and break and fall off but you can use a very very very little

bit of water to thin it down I have no problems doing it and all my paint stays

on I used a lot for like my clouds them down but they do recommend just using

the oil here to blend and make these a little bit smoother and to stick layers

on layers so one of the cool things about using these style of paints is

since the oil in them has been changed the dry time is actually changed they

actually dry a little bit faster than regular oils let's just say if you're

gonna use any of the old-school oils out there let's just say the average dry

time is three to four weeks with using these these dried and about one to two

maybe even a little quicker than that depending on what the temperature is of

the weather and it's kind of nice to be able to be able to put a painting away

really quick now if you don't like using any of these paints there are a few

other solutions out there you can just go to straight acrylics and here is my

first acrylic painting that I ever did because I didn't know landscape Bob Rost

style paintings are done with oil but you you can do acrylic style paintings

if the odors are a bother to you the only thing I would recommend is moist in

your paints down and work in small sections as you move around the canvas

and pull forward but acrylics is a great way to blend and start working on an oil

paint the other thing I would recommend is if you want to use oil paints and you

can't find a way to work around the odor or you don't have much ventilation

around the solution I use I only paints in about a 10 by 15 room here and I do

have a window but I don't open it too often eyes crack a little bit I put all

of my solvents in this Bucky here and what this is just a regular gallon paint

can and in the bottom here I just put a grate that sits off some bolts and then

I beat my brush off in here when I clean it and then all the pigments sits down

at the bottom I rub it off on the sides and then I put the lid back on so that

way no the vapors are going up in the air and this is

Island to do because I don't like the smell or the vapors either and then I

just keep it away from me until I need it I usually work off a lot of dirty

brushes and it's not that big of a problem but with all those things said I

will let you guys determine what you think would be best for you I just

wanted to share this with you because a lot of people been asking me I say go

ahead and give it a shot they're not that expensive somewhere between four

and six bucks for a lot of these what I did is I just picked up a

black-and-white to see if I would like it and I got kind of a pretty painting

here and I'm very happy with it so I say give it a shot you never know what you

might like it's not you know that big of a of a pocket burner for you if you

throw a couple bucks I'll put a link in the description below of where you can

buy these online if you don't have a craft store near you I just got these up

Michaels for a couple bucks make sure to use those coupons for Michaels and all

those other craft stores out there but I just want to share this with you if you

President Trump tends to get heat from the left no matter what he does.

If he's working, he's doing something they don't like, and if he's celebrating,

he's probably offending someone who doesn't like the holiday.

Unfortunately for the haters though, he's in office and no matter how hard they try,

it doesn't look like they'll be able to do anything about it.

The President seems to get an especially large amount of grief for visiting his own home

in Florida when time permits.

His visit to his own estates in at Mar-a-Lago should serve as a reminder that the President

isn't taking any money out of America's pockets, he's self-sufficient, and only

working in his current position to serve Americans.

That seems to be exactly what Florida supporters were thinking of when they rallied on the

streets in anticipation of the President's arrival.

The streets where the President was traveling were flanked by loving supporters who wanted

to let the President know that despite his many enemies, he has many supporters as well.

Their gesture didn't go unnoticed either.

The supporters were out en masse, holding signs supporting the President's pet projects,

whipping up support for him when the President himself saw them.

What they expected would just end up being a wave and a nod to show acknowledgment of

their moral support ended up being a lot more.

After the President made it to his "Winter White House," and before he started celebrating:

The Palm Beach Post reports that about 20 minutes after the motorcade passed, two white

vans returned and a man emerged with an invitation for the supporters to meet the president.

"About 20 minutes after President Trump's motorcade passed over of the Southern bridge

on its way back to Mar-a-Lago after golf on Saturday, a white van stopped near a group

of supporters.

A man stepped out with an invitation that stunned the devoted sign-waiving crowd.

The president would like to meet with you at Mar-a-Lago.

'It stunned me,' said Mike Sims, of West Palm Beach.

'I didn't know what to think.'

Sixteen supporters piled into two white vans for a short drive across the bridge to the

president's private club.

No one expected the 90-minute visit to the president's "Winter White House."

'I was wearing baggy pants,' bemoaned one supporter of the sudden invite — and

the photo she had taken with Trump.

The group went through the usual security sweep by the Secret Service and then met with

the president, who was still in his golf clothes and shoes.

He shook hands with the group near the pool and posed with each for photos.

A White House photographer also shot pictures.
