SM STATION kembali hadir dengan rilisan terbaru. Seperti dikabarkan sebelumnya, pekan ini STATION menyuguhkan lagu Dear My Family,.

yang biasa dinyanyikan para artis SM di setiap konser SMTown.

Jumat (29/12) SM merilis video musik Dear My Family yang menampilkan rekaman EXO, SHINee, Girls Generation, NCT dan masih banyak lagi saat tampil di konser SMTown.

Dan tentu saja, dalam rekaman tersebut, fans bisa melihat mendiang Jonghyun semasa hidup yang memukau jadi pembuka lagu.

Tak pelak lagi video di atas membuat para penggemar nangis kembali teringat Jonghyun.

Apalagi, Dear My Family tampaknya memang dirilis sebagai tribute untuk Jonghyun yang meninggal pada 18 Desember lalu.

Aku kangen Jonghyun, seru seorang fans. Ya Allah Jong pertama pula, kata fans lain.

[ Beginner ] Snood Tutorial Bergère de France - Duration: 5:05.

Hello everyone

Today you will learn how to make stripes

and change the color of yarn by knitting this snood

We have chose the merinos 7 quality

as the main colour Moussaillon

and as the contrast colour Pissenlit and Orge

But there are other colours, it is up to you to use your creativity

For this you need 3 balls of MERINOS 7

You will also need a pair of 7 mm needles

scissors

a wool needle

and tape measure

Start with your main yarn

Leave 150 centimetres of yarn, before forming the first loop on the needle

Then, cast on 68 stitches

If you do not know how to cast on stitches, click on this link

Knit 16 rows in Garter Stitch

If you do not know how to knit Garter Stitch, watch this video

Once your 16 rows are completed

cut the yarn, leaving 20 cm after the last stitch on the needle

On the next row, take your first contrast colour

Leave a 20 centimetre tail before knitting the first stitch

If you do not know how to change the ball, watch this video

Knit 4 rows in Garter Stitch with this yarn

On the next row, take your second contrast colour

Leave a 20 centimetre tail before knitting the first stitch

Knit 2 rows Garter Stitch with this yarn

For ease of reference

we will now call the thread of the first secondary color : yarn A

and the yarn of the seconde secondary color : yarn B

You will now re-knit with your thread A

On the next row, collect the thread A

and make it along the edge

Thread your thread A over the thread B

and behind the left needle and hold it

Make sure that it is the same lenght

as the height of the two rows knitted with thread B

it should not be too tight or too loose

Sew your needle and knit a stitch with your thread A

work 2 rows in Garter Stitch

here is the edge

you see your thread A, follow your two rows of thread B

Continue your stripes in the same way

On my piece, I have now knitted 4 rows wtith the thread B

8 rows with the thread A

4 rows with the thread B

and finished with 4 rows with the thread A

But you can decide to change colours when you want

When knitting your last row withe one of the yarns,

cut it off leaving 20 centimeters after the last stitch

Do not forget to leave 20 centimeters of yarn before knitting the first stitch

On this pattern we finished with 17 rows in garter stitch in the main color

You no longer have to worry about the edge because you are knitting in only one colour

Now cast off your stitches

Join your snood with an invisible seam

Attention Amazing Race contestants: You better keep your eyes on Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson.

After developing a huge fan base—and romantic relationship—on the most recent season of Big Brother, the famous duo is ready to travel the world on CBSs long-running reality show.

And as it turns out, this team is more determined than ever before to finish strong together.  I hadnt seen Cody in a month and a half! Getting to work on another project with him was really exciting for me because it meant some quality time.

And who wouldnt love to spend time with their significant other with a free trip around the world? Jessica shared with E! News exclusively ahead of tonights premiere.

My only other goal during the race was to stay in it as long as possible so we could see as much of the world as we could. Cody simply added, I had no other goal besides winning..

  While past Big Brother contestants have had mixed results on The Amazing Race—Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd placed seventh while Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly made it to the top 3—Jessica and Cody arent your average Big Brother contestants.

With little to no allies in the Big Brother house, Cody was still voted Americas Favorite Houseguest.  And Jessica was able to win key challenges to prolong her stay in the summer series.

I came into The Amazing Race really guarded because I wasnt sure if we were going to walk into another really volatile cast, Jessica shared.

As for Cody and Jessicas ability to work together under pressure, its safe to say these two will make it work. Hes exactly the man I thought he was.

Honestly, to know Cody is to love him, Jessica shared with us. Those who judged him so harshly in the house have no idea who he actually is…He can do everything and anything.

It really just comes down to whether or not I can keep up. Cody added, [The Amazing Race] just confirmed and validated what I already knew about her. Yep, these two are in it to win it!  .

Hello Hello, it's time for a new episode from Learn Flute Online.

I'm Rebecca Fuller and today we're going to talk about what you need to know to have

clear tone on flute.

We all need to know - this is episode eighty seven.

Let's get started!

Hey there again, I'm glad to have you here where we will again, for the eighty seventh

podcast in a row learn even more about how to play the flute well.

Now, in these podcast episodes we are obviously discussing subjects that can be talked about

instead of demonstrated or shown like we do in the learning videos inside the membership

area.

There's a ton in there for you, and I want to invite you into a lesson today.

Today we're going to be talking about exactly what is the most near and dear thing to every

flute player's heart, and that's our "tone" - which is what we sound like.

The actual essence inside what is audible.

We flutists take it pretty personal when we play.

And, the reason is because unlike many other instruments that are hit or plucked etcetera

where the instrument itself is making the noise, the flute is a different baby.

The flute's tone is created with our wind.

As we blow, our air stream that is coming from our lips has to be crafted carefully

into the perfect shape and size and then split carefully on the outside edge of the metal

lip plate of our flute.

This is what creates the sound.

And the quality of that sound is all dependant on how well we know our technicalities..

Or we can use the word "technique" to describe it.

So, when two players are sitting next to each other blowing into what looks like clones

of the same instrument, it's interesting to note that they most often do not sound

the same at all.

So, how can we improve what we sound like?

Our tone is both the most rewarding and the most frustrating thing about our practice

session or performance.

Well, it's a really good question.

And, the answer is long.

Haha, you might have thought I was going to say something like, "well, you just push

this one little button right here and things just clear right up."

haha I wish it were that simple.

No, actually we do have a recipe of sorts that we can go through that will fix you all

up and make things pretty and tight.

Let's start with the first most obvious item on the list and that's the instrument

you play.

We should start here because depending on the quality and condition of your flute, your

technique can be foiled before even the get-go.

Low quality flutes can still sound decent, it all just depends on a few features, but

mostly it depends on the condition of it.

If there are leaking pads and gummed up mechanism with soot and grime, then the fuzzies will

be ever present no matter what you do.

So, let's assume that your flute is pretty great, and you're ready to go.

What kinds of things can throw off your tone?

Again, there's a list of things.

Let's touch on a couple of them here today.

First, we should know (and it may not be obvious) that our flute can only play as well as we

can.

Haha, that's a funny statement but ever so true.

If we're a brand new flute player and we are a beginner and we pick up a ten thousand

dollar flute, we probably will have airy, gritty tone no matter how hard we try.

And, this is simply due to the fact that we haven't yet learned how to shape our aperture

perfectly (amongst the other skills we need to fine-tune).

The little tiny muscles in our lips and surrounding our mouth can't just be commanded to form

a perfect hole for flute playing.

They have to be coddled, and nurtured along through a process.

It's a lot like learning to speak a foreign tongue that has a strange sound in it that

has to be practiced a lot and tweaked to perfection until it sounds native and fluent.

It's very similar to teaching our lips and little mouth movements to form at the precise

moment we get our fingers into a certain pattern on the keys of our flute- and then combine

this with the amount of air pressure blown and in what precise angle it's being directed

to.

Haha I guess it sounds like a complicated process.

But, it's really not - if these skills are demonstrated and broken down into the tiniest

movements and carefully followed and trained, we can all sound resonant and clear.

It's a cool thing, and I'm here to help you.

Relaxation also plays into clear tone as a very large percentage of beauty because it

allows resonance in our tone.

Yep relaxation and resonance go together.

If the word resonance is new to you let me describe it this way, "it's like walking

into a room that appears to be very organized, comfortable and homey, yet richly spacious

and full of intricate and delicate art and workmanship".

That is the description for a nice full, round, resonant tone as compared to walking into

a room that is disorganized, dirty, has a low ceiling, and is very small.

That would be equivalent to tone that is thin, and pig-pen gritty.

Haha, there's a lot to imagining what you want to sound really good.

If you can describe what you want to sounds like that really helps as well.

I had fun describing these different tones to you just now, and I bet it has already

enhanced your idea of what you want to sound like.

Now, the good news is that you don't have to assume that learning good tone can only

be done on accident.

I can teach you the right ways to practice it and look at it.

that foster clear, resonant tone.

Today you will learn how to make stripes

and change the color of yarn by knitting this snood

We have chose the merinos 7 quality

as the main colour Moussaillon

and as the contrast colour Pissenlit and Orge

But there are other colours, it is up to you to use your creativity

It is quite crazy to think that it all started by washing the floors

of Sainte Justine Montreal Children's Hospital.

Who would have thought that after a catastrophic failure in the restaurant business,

with a job as a janitor and several thousand dollars in debts,

I took the decision to go into business a second time

with an idea 20 times crazier...

to produce vodka in Quebec!

You cannot imagine how many hours I spent

washing floors to fund the project,

how many hours my parents, my sister and especially Karo and my partner Christopher

have put in to help me through the obstacles.

Despite the fact that almost nobody believed in this project, my belief in it was stronger than anything.

After a few years, the skies cleared.

It was the first Tuesday of December 2009.

I was walking Romeo in an alley behind my house

when I received a call that would change my life.

The results of the London Vodka Masters Competition had just come out.

The lady at the other end told me something

I could simply not believe.

At our first competition, we had just been named the best vodka in the world

before we even sold a single bottle!

Thank God I was not alone. Thank God I could count on my partner Christopher and my wife Karolyne.

We don't realize, when we go into business, how much stronger we are as a team,

how the failures are easier to live together.

Pur Vodka was born from my desire to create a vodka for sipping.

I wanted to restore vodka's former glory.

In Quebec, we have absolutely all the resources to create wonderful spirits,

from crystalline spring water to corn fields as far as the eye can see.

By playing with the different ingredients that the seasons bring to us,

we can also develop simple, fresh and authentic cocktails.

romeo's gin came to life a few years later.

An ode to creativity and freshness,

it is Karolyne who discovered the recipe by eating a cold soup

made with cucumber, dill,

lavender, almonds and lemon.

It is exactly this feeling of freshness that we were looking for.

It may seem funny to find the recipe for our gin in a soup,

but sometimes it is within the craziest ideas that we find the brightest answers.

Launching a new product just to launch a new product is not my thing.

romeo's gin is not just a gin, but a cause.

A cause of promoting creativity, innovation, know-how through our various bottles

in limited editions, showcasing artwork by urban artists from Montreal and elsewhere.

Today, Pur Vodka and romeo's gin have the wind in their sails.

We work hard daily

Low Carb Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with a Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce – Keto Appetizer - Duration: 3:51.

Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present what some may call an appetizer, but I

like as a meal all on its own... low carbohydrate crab stuffed mushrooms with a

savory lemon butter garlic sauce. A very easy recipe to make and has less than

four carbohydrates per serving. Let's get started. We'll begin by pouring 8 ounces of crab

meat into a medium mixing bowl. Add 2 ounces of softened cream cheese; 3

tablespoons of sour cream; 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese; some fresh

chopped chives; minced garlic; some salt; black pepper; some Old Bay seasoning; and

just a bit of cayenne pepper. Give that a good mix to incorporate thoroughly. Cover

with some plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator while we prep the mushrooms.

I'll be using baby Bella or cremini mushrooms for this recipe. We'll need

about 16 ounces. Prep the mushrooms by removing and discarding the stems. With a

small spoon, gently remove the gills and make the cavity just a bit larger. Don't

run the mushrooms under water or soak them too clean. They're like sponges and

they'll soak up a lot of moisture. Instead, just use a damp towel and wipe

them clean. Remove the crab meat from the refrigerator and stir to loosen. You can

substitute a 9 by 13 inch baking dish here, but I wanted an excuse to use my

new individual baking dishes I received for Christmas. Fill each mushroom cap

with about a teaspoon of the crab meat mixture. This next step adds a nice

texture to the recipe. After filling the mushrooms gently press the top to some

ground pork rinds. Continue until all the mushrooms are filled.

Place the baking dishes on a cookie sheet and place in the middle of a preheated 350°F

oven for 15 minutes. While our mushrooms bake, we'll work on our sauce.

To a sauce pot on medium-high heat, add 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter and about

a half a tablespoon of minced garlic; add some fresh chopped chives and the juice

of one lemon. When the butter is melted, reduce the heat to medium-low and let stew.

After the mushrooms have baked for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven.

Now equally distribute the butter sauce over the tops of each and place back in the

oven for 5 additional minutes. Remove, and add some dried parsley to the tops. Plate

and serve. The aroma of this dish will call your guests before you do. Very soft

and creamy - and the pork rinds add just the right amount of texture... delicious!
