Explosive' New IG Report Exposes What We've All Been Waiting For – Trump Taking Swift

Action

It appears that a major eruption is brewing.

Surprisingly, that eruption is not set to occur in Hawaii amongst the volcanos, but

instead in Washington, D.C. as the highly anticipated and explosive release of the report

from the Justice Department's Office of Inspector General (OIG) is set to be released.

The OIG report contains the results of the investigation into the FBI's highly questionable

investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private server to handle her State Department

emails when she was Secretary of State.

It is expected to be released within days and many expect the report to unleash serious

consequences for the conduct, highly questionable decisions, and lack of ethics displayed by

senior-level Justice Department and FBI officials during former President Barack Obama's regime.

Former chair of the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and former

Representative of Utah's 3rd district, Jason Chaffetz states – "Given the tools available

to the OIG and the credibility of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz,

the latest report could also uncover new and seriously damaging information about Clinton's

email practices, including her handling of classified information.

FBI Director James Comey (later fired by President Trump) criticized Clinton's handling of

emails in July 2016, while she was running for president against Donald Trump.

Comey said in a news conference that no reasonable prosecutor would file charges against Clinton

for acting illegally – a controversial finding.

But he stated: "Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her

colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there

is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly

classified information."

Unlike Congress, the OIG has the cooperation at the Department of Justice to do an in-depth,

full-scale investigation.

The infighting between branches of government that we see in congressional investigations

does not exist with OIG investigations because the OIG is still a part of the executive branch.

Furthermore, each of the 73 inspectors general has a full complement of special agents, auditors,

inspectors, and attorneys.

Inspector General Horowitz has a staff of 450.

By comparison, the House Oversight Committee has a staff of roughly 60.

By law, the 1978 Inspector General Act authorizes the inspectors general to access all records

and electronic communications of employees, and to provide protection for whistleblowers.

The inspectors general are nonpartisan and function independently of the agencies they

investigate.

Each federal agency is required by law to cooperate with the OIG that reviews its conduct."

Chaffetz assessment is that the OIG report could trigger some significant changes that

may be catastrophic for some Washington lifers though he expresses his understanding that

many of the American people may have low expectations of any attempt to hold government accountable.

He believes this time will be different as a previous report from the OIG's office

last month prompted the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was found to have lied four times to the DOJ and FBI, including twice while under

oath.

McCabe, who was fired a day before he was set to collect his full pension, also authorized

a self-serving leak to the Wall St. Journal claiming that the FBI had not put the brakes

on the Clinton Foundation investigation, during a period in which he was coming under fire

over a $467,500 campaign donation his wife Jill took from Clinton pal Terry McAuliffe.

Chaffetz emphasizes the importance of the credibility of Horowitz himself, speaking

of Horowitz's tenacity and fairness during a series of investigations he conducted on

the Fast and Furious g*n-running operation and the Drug Enforcement Administration's

prostitution scandal.

Horowitz also has outstanding and impeccable legal credentials up to and including the

U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, chief of the Justice Department

Public Corruption Unit, and deputy chief of the Justice Department Criminal Division.

He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

As an attorney in private practice, he specialized in white collar crime, internal investigations,

and regulatory compliance.

No one on Horowitz's team is known to leak and his reports are notorious for being thorough

and well documented.

Chaffetz emphasizes his belief that Horowitz is the best shot the American people have

to actually get to the bottom of uncovering the cesspool of secrets hiding in the bowels

of President Obama's highly politicized Justice Department.

Chaffetz states: No one knows the frustration of trying to hold government agencies accountable

more acutely than I do.

When I served in the House of Representatives, I saw firsthand how good officials in the

Obama Justice Department became at hiding their tracks, stonewalling Congress, evading

federal records laws, manipulating the media narrative, and ultimately escaping accountability.

Fortunately for the American people, the truth is going to come out.

When it does, the Trump administration must act swiftly and decisively to send a strong

message that the investigative tools of the Justice Department should never be used as

political weapons."

Trump calls for Democrats to end 'horrible law' that he says separates children from parents at border

President Trump on Saturday called on Democrats to end a "horrible law" that he says separates children from their parents when they cross the border — and also accused them of protecting MS-13 thugs.

"Put pressure on the Democrats to end the horrible law that separates children from there [sic] parents once they cross the Border into the U.

," he tweeted.

Trump made the remarks amid a pushback from Democrats and activists at a "zero tolerance" policy enforced by the Justice Department.

That policy refers all illegal border crossings for prosecution, including illegal immigrants with children.

Those parents are housed at adult detention centers, and consequently their children are separated from them, registered as "unaccompanied minors" and handed to the Department of Health and Human Services.

Trump has blamed Democrats for the separation of children from their parents before.

Last week he told Homeland Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen that the breaking up of families occurred because of "bad laws that the Democrats gave us.".

The Associated Press reported that he appeared to be referring to a 2008 law to combat child trafficking — a bipartisan law authored by Sen.

Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., but signed into law by Republican President George W.

Bush.

While the law says nothing about separating families, it does say that children traveling alone from countries other than Mexico and Canada must be released in the "least restrictive setting" — namely a family or shelter.

The Justice Department's zero-tolerance policy, designed to deter prospective illegal immigrants, means that illegal immigrants are no longer released with their children into the U.S.

and consequently that their children are separated from them.

"If you cross the border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you.

It's that simple," Sessions said earlier this month.

"If you are smuggling a child, then we will prosecute you.

And that child may be separated from you, as required by law.".

But Trump called on Democratic lawmakers to end the practice, apparently as part of a deal that includes the ending of so-called "catch and release" whereby illegal immigrants are released into America while they wait for their court hearing.

He also said the diversity lottery visa and so-called chain migration, where immigrants can sponsor family members for visas, must end.

"Catch and Release, Lottery and Chain must also go with it and we MUST continue building the WALL!" he tweeted.

He also returned to accusing Democrats of "protecting" MS-13 gang members.

He has said repeatedly that their opposition to strong border policies, as well as the promotion of "sanctuary policies" in states like California and New York mean criminal gang members get released back into communities.

"Democrats are protecting MS-13 thugs," he tweeted.

Trump was criticized by Democrats for describing MS-13 members as "animals." This week he accused Democrats of "trying to defend" them, noting that he was criticized for his remarks by Democratic leaders Rep.

Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Sen.

Chuck Schumer, D-NY.

The Story Behind League Of Legends - Episode 35 Talon - The Blade's Shadow

Talon is the knife in the darkness, a merciless killer able to strike without warning and escape before any alarm is raised.

He carved out a dangerous reputation on the brutal streets of Noxus, where he was forced to fight, kill, and steal to survive.

Adopted by the notorious Du Couteau family, he now plies his deadly trade at the empire's command,

assassinating enemy leaders, captains, and heroes… as well as any Noxian foolish enough to earn the scorn of their masters.

Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Noxus' underground passages and the reassuring steel of a blade.

He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved.

Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Noxus.

His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed.

He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' moat as his response.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly frequent until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength.

To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau.

The General offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command.

Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat.

Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's orders that took him from the frigid lands of the Freljord to the inner sanctums of Demacia itself.

When the general vanished, Talon considered claiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for Du Couteau after years in his service.

He became obsessed with tracking down the general's whereabouts, and scours the land in search of those responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.
