Following reports that Kyeongha from TST (formerly known as TopSecret) was charged with violating the Act of Juvenile Sex Protection, the groups upcoming appearance on Mnets M!Countdown has been cancelled.

On May 31, a source from Mnet stated, TST was included on the lineup for the upcoming episode of M!Countdown until May 30/ However, after speaking to their agency to confirm the reports, we have come to the agreement to not have TST appear today.

TST (formerly known as TopSecret) member Kyeongha has been charged with violating the Act of Juvenile Sex Protection.

On May 31, it was reported that Lee Kyeongha (Lee) had received a prison sentence of one year and six months, with a probation period of three years, as well as 40 hours of a treatment program for sexual offenders. He was charged with committing an indecent act by force or compulsion against one of his same-aged peers, A, in December 2014.

The sentence was handed down by the courts on May 24.

Further details of the case state that Lee had admitted to feeling sexual desire for A while walking along the street with her, and when A ran away, he followed her to the first floor of a building and sexually assaulted her.

Afterwards, he reportedly admitted to the act and apologized, but changed his attitude after he debuted as an idol last year.

A posted the story to Facebook last year, but when TSTs agency denied the allegations, A filed a formal accusation against Lee in April 2017.

Lee and his agency did not immediately obey the ruling handed down by the court last week and filed an appeal on May 29.

A source representing Lee stated, We continue to deny the allegations and intend to continue promoting as usual, so that is why we lodged the appeal..

TST recently made a comeback on May 23.

Who Owns Your DNA? (YOU DON'T) - Duration: 3:29.

Hey there, welcome to Life Noggin!

You likely consider your body your property, right?

You live in it, you choose where it goes and what it does, so you probably think that you

own it.

Well, you might be surprised to learn that the law isn't entirely clear whether you

do own your body.

Apparently, you can't be you and own you at the same time, which is really quite confusing.

Things don't get any less confusing when we look at your genetic makeup, your DNA.

Who owns that?

DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the genetic information that dictates how our bodies grow,

function, and reproduce.

Humans share 99.9% of the same DNA but a peek at your specific sequences can reveal information

about your health, personality, family history, and even your relationships.

Each human's complete DNA sequence is different than anyone else's.[b] It's incredibly

personal and experts have said that your genetic information is the most valuable thing you

have.

Just like your social security number, home address, and credit card info, this information

should be guarded carefully.

But, some of you humans are totally fine giving your genetic information away to corporations,

research groups, and other third party organizations.

So far, 12 million of you have sent away samples of your DNA to consumer genetic testing companies

to find out information about your own genetic makeup.

But if you're like most people and don't read the fine print, you probably have no

idea the rights you gave away.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions and sending off a vial of your saliva, you're

giving these groups the right to your DNA.

You're allowing them to sell this information, send it to research groups, and do any number

of things thanks to some incredibly broad wording of their fine-print.

And if your genetic info leads to some wild, medical breakthrough, you'll get nothing.

Which is pretty rude if you ask me.

So does this mean they own your DNA?

Do you own it?

People, organizations, and judges have been debating who owns DNA for years.

But after a court ruling in 2013, it was decided that DNA cannot be patented under US law,

which means no one can own someone else's DNA.

And it's not even clear if you own your DNA, which also contains your family's DNA.

Legally speaking, natural phenomenons and laws of nature cannot be trademarked or solely

claimed.

This is the same reason why someone can't patent the element gold and claim that all

gold on Earth is theirs.

So while these companies can't own your DNA, they can own the sample you gave and

the information they derive from it and preeeetty much send it wherever they want.

And I bet there are a lot of hands you wouldn't want your genetic makeup to fall into.

For example, while it's technically illegal for employers and health insurers to discriminate

based on genetics, it would be difficult to prove that's why they fired you or didn't

take you on as a customer.

A potential employer might see that you have a family history of cancer and choose another

candidate just to avoid the hassle and you'd never know.

And unfortunately, the legal future of your right to genetic privacy is unclear.

So while no one may own your DNA right now, who knows if that'll still be the case ten,

twenty years from now.

Are you ready for your "Update your resume in under 5 minutes" in under five minutes?

You better be!

Okay, so based on my last video, I felt like a lot of people maybe

needed to go back a step to get some help on the resume area, so let's talk

about some things that you can do! DISCLAIMER: This is all just my personal opinion so if

you're a recruiter with some knowledge, please feel free to share in the

comments below, I'd love to get a conversation going but here are some

things that are my recommendations for your resume and some quick and easy

things that you can do!

Attention spans are getting shorter, so that means your

resume needs to get shorter! So make it easier for recruiters to read!

Make it more obvious if there's things that you want to call out and call to people's

attention and allow them to get a tantalizing understanding of what it is

that you did and what your experience was.

It's like a menu, you just want them to want to ask and order more!

So in my opinion, objectives are optional.

I usually never even read them, I know a lot of people that I've seen that have

had them that I have read, and they don't even make sense a lot of the time

so I just say, cut them, in my opinion.

On the other hand, a skills table and listing out any technical skills that you have,

I think, is incredibly important and super

valuable, helps your SEO, and also helps people to really identify where you are

on the technical scale in terms of what they need in terms of their role.

I would say if you are gonna write bullets out underneath each job, definitely

put out at least three bullets for each role that you did, and use numbers where you can,

lead with action words, and even if the thing doesn't really need numbers,

kind of like "you led bi-weekly meetings for 26 senior leadership executives,

quarterly, over 3 years" just to show that you did things on a cadence and there's

some level of numbers there

AND (of course) if you can relate anything directly back to

revenue, definitely DEFINITELY, do that!

so you want to see where you like provided some benefit

and if you're a consultant, give a one-sentence overview of the

project and where you provided some value and where the impact

was, for you, on that project, that way we can see very quickly where it

is that you played the part and what you did!

The reason for this is that phones are generally warm, and like the tv remotes, they have numerous

crevices for bacteria to hide in.

A recent study in the United Kingdom even found that some cell phones can be staph bacteria

breeding grounds, which can lead to everything from skin infections all the way to meningitis.

rinsed off a little bit with every flush, the latch on the door though…probably

then most likely whatever is lingering around your drain is going to be worse than whatever

you find in your toilet.

Staph infections, pneuomonia, septicimia, and urinary tract infections have all been

caused by dirty tubs.

lightswitches often suffer from the never been cleaned sydnrome.

And after years of being flipped up and down by thousands of fingers, they tend to end

clean, how about at work?

Even if you did decide to do everyone a favor by washing it down, just using soap and water

In fact, unless you attack it with bleach, you'll have yourself a nice little bacteria

colony growing right next to where you heat your food.

The same study that found crosswalks, ATM buttons, and parking meters to be bacteria

hotspots also listed mailboxes right behind gas pumps as one of the most infested things

people touch on their way to work.

Self Checkout at the Supermarket Just like with ATM's, you'll find some nasty

stuff growing on those keypads.

While other types of checkouts aren't any cleaner, the supermarket only made the list

because there is food involved, which means an increased chance of ingesting all that

bacteria.

Money Generally speaking, the smaller the denomination,

the dirtier you can expect it to be with 1 dollars bills carrying numerous bacteria.

That shouldn't be surprising though when you think about how often they change hands.

Upon analyzing a randomly sampled stash of paper money, researchers at the Wright Patterson

Medical Center in Ohio actually found that a majority of paper bills have enough bacteria

to give someone with a compromised immune system (HIV or cancer) some serious problems.

Gas Pump Handles How often do you stop to fill up and at the

same time get some food for the road?

Hopefully only sporadically because eating those chips after touching that gas pump is

almost like licking the hands of every person to have ever used it to fill their tank.

Moreover, gas pumps are consistantly ranked by studies as one of the dirtiest places that

we regularly stick our hands.

Escalator Rails Topping the list of the world's most useless

bacteria infested things, unless you find some pressing need to stabilize yourself,

we suggest you stear clear of the hand rails.

Keyboard If you don't wash your hands after surfing

the web at your local library, then you might as well just never wash your hands because

those keyboards are some of the worst offenders when it comes to germ infestations.

Studies have even found bacteria like staph and E. coli on their surfaces.

Kitchen Sink With over half a million bacteria per square

inch, this is surely one of the dirtiest places in your house, and without a doubt, far dirtier

than anything in your bathroom will ever be.

Shopping Cart Researchers at the University of Arizona recently

found that shopping carts had more bacteria, saliva, and fecal mater than public bathrooms,

telephones, and even those nasty escalator handrails.

For this reason, many shopping centers are now offering wipes to clean off your shopping

The Art of Manipulation - Duration: 5:56.

Let's talk about manipulation today!

It's something that I find myself talking to

my coaching clients about regularly and I think it is something really really

valuable and that we talk about and that you know how to best leverage

so manipulation, actually, is Latin from the word manipulus which means 'handful'

so the original definition is the skillful handling of objects, which then later expanded to people

It's actually a skill that everyone should have it's an art essentially

It is something that you can leverage to your benefit and it just

gets a bad wrap much like money.

Money is an object that we all use and it

motivates us on in a number of ways on a daily basis.

Money isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's some of the motivations

behind money and the motives behind it

that end up being and resulting in negative and horrible outcomes

same thing with manipulation so is it being used for evil? or is it being used for good?

So today I just want to talk a little bit about manipulation, or for

lack of better terms, if you want to call it persuasion if that makes you feel

better but I kind of like manipulation and sticking to the original of

what it actually is so number one I there's two ways that you can use

manipulation so I would say and this is probably something that you do already

on a daily basis of like "Honey, you wash the dishes better than I do", kind of

thing, or whether it's in a business situation and you're gonna be using it

to get get ahead or in a way skillfully tell your boss that you deserve the

promotion that you're going for so it's just being thoughtful about

conversations and thinking about who you're talking to and what the outcome

is that you want of it so two ways the first one is how to leverage

manipulation to get others to WANT to do what you want them to do which is a

completely different thing from people just doing what you want them to do

sure, you can pay people to do that but having people align

a common goal and do what you want them to do with a smile on their faces

because they know that they're going to be getting something beneficial out of

it too or it's something that's contributing to the greater good that's

where you want to be and you can use manipulation to get there and number two

is also to be able to call B.S. or get behind someone else's manipulation

theory, so essentially, how to tell when you are in turn being manipulated and if

it is for motives that are not so great or if it's for something that you feel

like you can get behind so there's a few steps that you can do I know that I just

told you how you can use it I'm not gonna leave you hanging this is like how

you can actually use that this is like putting it into action so first of all

before you have any conversation with anybody think about that conversation

and think about what your motives are what is your motive in your goals what

are you trying to achieve and just check in with yourself and check in with

yourself in terms of the conversation that you're about to have.

Know and have a goal.

So, have a goal in mind with each conversation that you have and be

aware of what their goal or goals are because it's gonna help better structure

your conversation and better to make sure that you can achieve what you want

out of the conversation and then know the influences around their goals so

whether their goal is work-life integration and you're trying to talk to..

you're recruiter and you're trying to talk to a rockstar candidate that you know

that you want and immediately on the conversation you kind of already know

that it's gonna turn into a sales call, you want to hit on those points that

you're gonna find, that THEY ARE gonna find important TO THEM so that you make

sure you're selling at the same time that you're qualifying and so that these

next conversations are just easier for you to close this candidate and I know

that this is a sales principle but it's essentially in business life principle

and then finally, know the person that you're talking to, is this somebody who

likes things handled in a very direct manner? do they want things short and

sweet? are they very analytical? do they want more details? are they very

people-oriented? Try to think about the person that you're talking to and

literally map it out on paper so this is like my little tool that I'm gonna leave you with!

Do a 'conversation web' and think about who it is that you're

talking to, have a goal that you want out of the conversation, identify what their

goals are in a web, and what the influences are around that.

So I made a couple, so that I can show you.

If you want them, leave me a comment, and I will

totally scan these into my handy-dandy Genius Scan and send them over to you.

I haven't done it yet, but I totally will!

So, for example, this is you know when I'm

talking to a coaching client I would map out the things that I know that they

find important to them and then the surrounding influences around each one

of those goals which helps me to better know what their motives are and also

what their goals are.

And then, just because I felt like this was more

relatable, I went ahead and did one for a recruiter.

So, if you're trying to find

that Rockstar candidate, think about the things that they might find important to

them, which then will help you to touch on things that and will help you sell

the role and sell the company and the culture that you're ultimately

trying to recruit for!

2015-2018 F150 E&G Center Console Lock Vault w/ Flow-Through Center Console Review & Install - Duration: 11:41.

So, E&G's center lock console vault that I've got here with me is a pretty creative and

cool way to protect all of your valuables, whether it's electronics, some cash or even

a truck gun, and this is gonna fit inside of that 2015 and newer F-150 if you have the

flow-through console.

Now, this comes in just shy of $300, but trust me, you are getting what you pay for here

and you don't want to skimp out on the quality of any safe.

Install here is very easy.

There is some very minor drilling, but I promise anybody can do it.

So, I'm giving this a very soft two out of three wrenches on my patented difficulty meter,

and you should be able to get this installed and locked up in about 30 minutes.

Now, first things first, a safe that can be broken into easily is obviously kind of useless.

And like I said, you're definitely getting what you pay for here.

This vault is a completely welded and enclosed box, and it's made of 12-gauge steel, so it's

very thick.

The hinges on the door itself are usually the weak points on any safe.

These hinges here are recessed and covered so they cannot be pried at, which is a huge

bonus, and the locking component for the door itself is fully welded to the door.

Now, there is also a built-in latch here to make sure the door's extra secure, which is

a nice touch, and you can actually set your own combination or you can use this specially

made key with this pick-proof lock.

In short, E&G markets this as an actual gun safe for your truck, so you know you're getting

some quality here.

And as far as storage goes, there is definitely plenty of room in here, as you can see.

I would definitely say you could easily fit any full size handgun, like a 1911, a Glock

20 series.

And if you're really over the top, well, you could probably squeeze that big old K-frame

revolver of yours in there, too.

I like that part of this safe still retains the original console access with the removable

tray.

So, you're getting that same ease of access you'd normally enjoy.

This is nice because you can keep your simple things here, like keys, or spare change, or

your phone.

You don't have to lock it in the box.

And as far as removing things goes, this safe does bolt directly to the console, with the

bottom here and the included plate.

So, it's safe to say that this is not going anywhere unless you want it to.

Now, again, at around $300, this is not exactly a cheap investment, I get that.

But if you want to keep things safe and they're worth that kind of money to you and you're

watching this video, well then, the price of this vault is definitely worth it, in my

humble opinion.

Now, without further ado, this install is, again, pretty straightforward.

Again, very easy drilling.

Anybody can do it, I promise.

I'm actually gonna show you how to do it.

So this gets a very soft two out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

Now, we're actually gonna head over to our install bay and I'm gonna show you guys how

to get this thing bolted on.

I'm gonna show you how to use the combination and the key and all that good stuff.

So, let's go ahead and get started.

All right.

Starting this install, you're actually gonna be working in the back seat here.

We're gonna go ahead and remove our rear cup holder so we can expose some bolts that we

need to remove.

You don't need any tools to pull this thing up, just be a little bit careful because they

are plastic clips.

Okay, with our plastic cup holder removed, it exposed all the hardware that we need to

get through back here.

You'll have these two seven-millimeter socket head bolts that you need to pull out, and

you're gonna remove your ventilation system and these power plugs.

With those two seven-millimeter bolts removed, you can now pull your panel out.

Be very careful when you do that because once you remove it from the console, you want to

disconnect all the electrical connections.

Okay.

Now, pulling all the electrical connections can be a little bit of a pain.

To make it easier, we're gonna go ahead and use a flat head screwdriver so we can pry

some of the little plastic retainers keeping some of these connections to

our plate.

All right.

Once you've removed the plate and all those electrical connections, you're gonna want

to move your seats forward and you're gonna expose two bolts on either side of the center

console.

These are the lower retaining bolts for the console itself.

It's gonna be a 10-millimeter socket.

All right, with everything removed in the back seats, it's time for us to move to the

front seats, and this is where the fun part starts.

We actually get to start installing our box here.

And I want to show you and explain how things work real quick before we go ahead and do

this.

Even this bottom mounting plate that's included with the kit.

That's why we removed everything back here, because we're gonna actually slide this plate

in underneath the console.

It's gonna allow us to secure our box inside the console using the provided hardware.

Now, this is also the hardest part of the install.

You're just gonna have to place the box inside and you're gonna drill four holes, using these

holes as your guide.

Trust me, it's really simple.

I'm gonna start out with a quarter-inch bit and we're gonna move to a three-eighths inch

bit.

All right.

Now, we're gonna go ahead and put our box in our console.

It's a pretty tight fit, so you wanna make sure you orient it so that the box itself

is facing the passenger side.

Slide it in like so, just be very careful of your plastic trim.

Gonna slide it back this way, and there you go.

All right.

Now, once you have your box installed, you're gonna go ahead and open up your door here,

and we're go ahead and drill through the bottom of the console, using our four holes inside

the box as a guide.

All right, we're gonna go ahead and start out with a quarter-inch bit.

And after we've drilled some pilot holes, we're gonna move up to a three-eighths inch

bit.

All right, now that we drilled our pilot holes with our quarter-inch bit, we're gonna move

up to our three-eighths inch bit.

And this is gonna give us enough space to put the bolts in to secure our box down.

All right.

Now that our console vault is actually seated inside the console itself, it's time for us

to get our securing bracket underneath the console, which is why we removed those two

10-millimeter bolts earlier.

So you're gonna want to take a pry bar, at least a foot, foot-and-a-half will do you.

Go ahead and put it underneath the bottom of the console, lift up, slide your bracket

in and then you'll see there's some fins back here.

You want to line it up with the second to left fin with the legs of the bracket facing

up.

All right.

With our bracket in place and our holes lined up here through the console, the next step

is installing the supplied hardware.

So, you're gonna set up this 11-millimeter head bolt with the locking washer and the

flat washer, and you're just gonna go ahead and hand-tighten those.

And once you have those hand-tight, you're gonna want to get a pretty long extension

so you can reach far down in there, tighten everything down, and you should be good to

go.

Okay.

Now our box is secured into our truck.

It's definitely not going anywhere unless you want it to.

The last steps here are going to be putting in our removable tray, if you want to, which,

as you can see, fits in the original spot just like it used to.

And then we also have this really nice little foam pad here that you can stick underneath,

on the bottom of the safe.

Now, cover up those nuts and bolts, make sure nothing you put in there get scratched.

All right.

Now that those two items are inserted here, we're actually done with our install.

I'm gonna go ahead and close this guy up, and you're gonna use the provided key to function

a lock here if you want to.

You can also set your own combination if you want to.

Setting the combination is easy.

We're not gonna do right now but all you have to do is hold the reset button and turn these

dials to your desired three-number combination, let go, and your combo is set.

If you ever forget your combination, go ahead and take your key and place it in, leave it

in the unlocked position, hold the reset button and turn your dials until you feel them stop.

Once they stop, you can pull the key out.

That's gonna show you what your original combination was.

All right, now that we have our locks set and our console's all good to go, we're gonna

go ahead and reconnect everything back here.

All right.

So, with all of our electrical connections and all of our bolts reinstalled in our console,

the last step is putting in our rear cup holder.

All right, and with that cup holder installed, that actually wraps up our entire install.

You are now the proud owner of one of the coolest console vaults that you can currently

get for your F-150.

LEX Motorsports Gen 1 Front Bumper is a great option if you're looking to get one of the

most protective replacement bumpers for your 2010 to '14 SVT Raptor's front end.

This is one of the biggest and aggressive looking bull bar bumper combos we currently

sell.

This heavy-duty bumper guard provides tough looks while protecting your front end from

damage on and off-road.

It'll help ensure that your truck makes it through any fallen debris that you come across

on the trail, and it'll even provide plenty of protection for your radiator and bumper

during the daily commute, even in a mild to moderate collision.

This bumper also includes convenient mounting points for up to a 40-inch light bar and accessories.

Everything is included in the box to make this install as easy as possible, so I'm gonna

be giving this one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter and expect the install

to take about three hours until you're hitting the trail.

This bumper has a dimple or punch design throughout.

The overall design is a clean, strong almost industrialized look.

The bumper uses a tubular steel and precision cut plates to keep it relatively light but

strong where it's needed most.

With a low-profile bull bar and the high slant angle and undercarriage protection this provides,

you should be able to tackle bigger obstacles on the trail or work site without damaging

your front end and the bumper or even your truck itself.

The bumper is made for a sleek-like factory appearance once installed.

I like the perforated ends and protect the corners of the front end and I think the overall

design gives the bumper a sort of trophy truck-like look.

It's not as bulky or blocky as some of the more expensive options out there.

The slight curvature of this bumper not only looks good but actually is a functional design.

It'll allow you to push brushes and debris from the sides of your truck.

The bumper is designed to take a hit since it's a texturized black powder coat finish

that not only looks great but provides protection against the rust and corrosion for the steel

underneath.

Powder coating is a baked-on process instead of just being paint on and it's ready to take

plenty of abuse.

Some of the other less expensive bumpers and bull bars on the site might actually just

be painted black and those finishes can chip or crack over time.

This heavy-duty full guard bumper comes in at just over 1,400 bucks, which is actually

an average price for protection bumpers on a Raptor.

I think it's a great price for a versatile design that changes up the front look of your

truck while adding a ton of protection on and off-road, as well as those mounting points

for different lights or light bars.

This bumper is a bolt-on design and it requires no drilling or major modification to your

truck.

All of the hardware is included and attaches to your OE mounting points.

And then everything that is included is made from stainless steel so you won't have to

worry about any rust or corrosion down the line.

Switching gears to the install, I'm giving this one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter and expected it to take about three hours to get it on.

For removal of the bumper, we're gonna be needing a simple ratchet and socket set and

our first step is gonna be to pop the hood to gain access to a few bolts.

Now with your hood open, we have access to the bolts.

On a stock truck you would have a shroud here that you would just need to use an upholstery

tool to pull out, but since our truck has been worked on we don't have one right now.

Next, we're just gonna need an 8-millimeter socket to remove these bolts right here.

Now your next step is gonna be to remove your skid plate, it's held on with stock 15-millimeter

bolts.

Now we have our last two 15-millimeter bolts.

Just be careful when you're taking the last one out, this will drop down.

It's not too heavy so you will be able to support it.

Just be careful.

So now the next step is gonna be to remove the last four bolts that are holding the bumper

on.

They're gonna be 21-millimeter and there's two located here and here.

Before removing the bumper from the frame, you're just gonna need a 10-millimeter socket

to remove the bolt for the hood latch.

Now everything's removed, you're just gonna reach in and grab the bumper and remove it

off the frame.

For the installation of the bumper, we're gonna utilize four included bolts, two here,

two here and we're gonna put them right into the frame here and here.

And then we're gonna utilize two stock bolts for the skid guard here and here.

And this bumper is a little heavier than your stock one so it's gonna be helpful to get

an extra hand to lift this up onto the truck.

All right.

Now we just got to get a ratchet and tighten up all the bolts.

With the bumper fully on, we're now gonna reinstall our hood latch bracket.

You're gonna use your stock 8-millimeter bolts.

Now with our bracket in place, we're gonna install the hood latch using a 10-millimeter

bolt.

With our hood latched, that's gonna wrap up my install of Lex Motorsports dimple front

bumper.
