Good morning guys, welcome to this new video.
You may ask yourself
why I have this thing on my neck or
why do I wear a beanie or so
It's because it's winter in Australia, so in the south it get's very cold, in the north not so much.
But here it get's cold.
That's why I wear the beanie.
To the neck collar, that's why the video is named like this.
I had an accident or actually two accidents.
That's what I wanted to tell you about and what happened.
Why it happened
The sun is shining in my face at the moment but
I wanted to be lighted.
The thing was at the last video I was at the cornfield
and after the cornfield when it was ready with the fields.
I went down to Melbourne
at Easter... down to Melbourne
and after to Ballarat to a potato farm,
where I was working for 1-2 months or so
or 33 days or so...that's
I think it were 5 days per week
about 33 days. You can calculate if you want how much that is.
After that I went back to Melbourne when it was finished.
or for just one day and after I already went to...
I had another job already on a dairy farm
in Warrnambool.
or 45km from Warrnambool
and..yea..
There was my first accident.
I made a mistake on the road
at a turn
and somone crashed in me.
It can happen.
I thought "Ok, I will buy a new car"
About a week later or so...or for now...a few days later
I had the new car.
It was posted in a group on Facebook.
I wrote the guy
where we wanna meet and so on and then we met
I bought the car for 1900$
You see it here.
It was a pretty cool car, just had a few defects
idk..heater was not working or
the shift stick was loose but the rest was actually good
I was pretty satisfied with it. I wanted to build my bed in it from the other car
and then, at a time, after work I wanted
on my way home
I kinda had
a sharp curve
over corrected, probably drove too fast in the curve
or so in the sharp curve
and then I over corrected and then I rolled over.
Yea, that's how the 2nd accident happened.
And then I
couldn't remember anything properly after.
What during the accident or after happened.
I woke up in the ambulance.
They said I had big luck and..
that I ..
was found outside of the car.
Accordingly, ...
actually...
I can't remember that I climbed out, but apparantly yes.
Or I flew out of, I don't know.
Anyway, a farmer who have seen this
called the police and the ambulance and so on.
Sorry btw because the construction work, but it's not my fault.
I thought this place is good up here on the hostel..on the rooftop.
Then the farmer observed it
called tha ambulance and so on and after
I was driven to the hospital in Warrnambool first,
where they inspected me, made CTs
Then they diagnosed that I
have a fracture in my neck. If you want to know better, it's the C6 bone or so.
And this one was broken.
And it had to be fixed
And that's why I had to be flown to Melbourne in the night.
It was on the 21st thursday
so, 21st of June
And I was flown on the night to friday to Melbourne with a little airplane.
And then on Sunday
I had my surgery.
Also on my head here I had a injury.
Probably you can't see it, but there I had a cut
a deep cut, where a loose car battery hit me
or something else, but probably the loose car battery
because I had it in my car, a old car battery.
I changed it.
And probably this during the accident
was thrown against my head
and gave me a deep cut
So it has to be fixed by the plastic surgeons.
Weird that I had to be fixed by a plastic surgeon :D but yea
And the other surgeons
the neuro surgeons fixed my neck
and accordingly I have to wear this neck collar till the 10th of August.
To avoid bending/flexing of my neck
so I shouldn't move it and so on
so not turning around and so on
and with that it should be avoided
With that it's going bad and I have to turn my whole body if I wanna turn somewhere
and it's supposed to bring the neck or bone back into the optimum position.
That's about the neck collar.
It will be taken off soon hopefully.
And then I will have some xrays.
If anything is alright
or it has to be operated again, can also happen because something went wrong with this thing
and I moved too much or I don't know what.
it can all happen, but I hope not.
I had definetely
a shock after the accident and so on and what's happening.
I'm very very thankful that I can still live and
that I'm not disabled or something. I can still move my hands and everything.
I don't have a problem to wear a neck collar
That's actually the smallest problem
I can be just thankful that I
can still live on this world.
And that I got a 2nd Chance from the lovely God.

By all accounts, the Galaxy S10 will be the best thing to happen to the Galaxy S line
in years, as Samsung is preparing several notable upgrades for the tenth anniversary
of its iPhone rival.
The phone will get a much better screen-to-body ratio, a fingerprint sensor under the display,
and as many as five cameras, rumors say.
While many of the details surrounding the Galaxy S10 are still up in the air, one thing
has already become clear: the Galaxy S10 will not copy the iPhone X.
Because if it does, there will be hell to pay.
Samsung has not yet made any Galaxy S10 announcements, nor do we expect any until early 2019.
But it didn't have to say anything about the phone to make us understand a few important
things about it.
Sometimes, a picture is enough.
The family in the image above comes from Samsung's "Ingenius" commercial that mocks the notch
on the iPhone X.
And because Samsung is mocking the notch so hard in this one, the implication is that
no Samsung smartphone will ever have a notched screen, Galaxy S10 included.
So far, Samsung has been one of the few companies out there that has not copied the iPhone X,
which was quite surprising for a smartphone maker that built its fortune on the back of
the iPhone.
Like it or not, notch designs are the only way to create edge-to-edge displays on smartphones
right now.
Samsung should know, after all, since the iPhone X's screen comes from Samsung's
own display subsidiary.
But Samsung's marketing team just made it impossible for Samsung to attempt to introduce
a smartphone with a notch and not have the entire world laugh at the company.
A reliable source said the other day that the Galaxy S10 will have an even better screen-to-body
ratio, which suggests that Samsung will further shave the top and bottom bezels of the phone.
In the light of this new TV commercial, the only way for Samsung to do that is to kill
the bottom bezel and keep the top bezel in place.

Don't get caught up in the nostalgia, though.
If you re-watch it closely as an adult, though, you might be surprised to see that the movie
is actually a little bit darker than you remember.
Here are the things that only adults notice in Mary Poppins.
The gig economy of 1910
Bert seems to be everywhere.
We see him at the beginning of the film, performing as a one man band for spare change, but he
also has side hustles as a chimney sweep, sidewalk chalk artist, and kite salesman.
When you watch this movie as a kid, you might envy Bert's nomadic lifestyle, but as an adult,
he raises some questions.
Is he just a free spirit who can't be shackled to a traditional job?
Or is he taking on all this extra work because he's having trouble making ends meet?
To a lot of us, Bert's an all-too relatable character.
Plenty of grown-ups know the struggle of living paycheck to paycheck and the hardship of trying
to find gainful employment in a troubled economy.
Still, whatever the reasons, you definitely have to admire his work ethic.
Suffragette city
On the one hand, Mrs. Banks is probably the most famous suffragette since Susan B. Anthony.
It's admirable that she's seen marching for women's rights, especially since the
movie was released in 1964, when the Women's Liberation movement was just getting started.
On the other hand, she doesn't actually seem to follow through on any of her feminist
principles.

That admirable activism played for laughs, and we often see Mrs. Banks deferring to her
husband, downplaying her own intelligence in order to appease him.
She doesn't even seem to take an active role in raising her children, leaving Mr. Banks
in charge of hiring nannies for Jane and Michael.
Fortunately, the movie delivered a role model in Mary Poppins herself, but it seems like
a missed opportunity to not have Mrs. Banks be a strong character, too.
The worst accent ever
This one is probably noticeable to children who grew up watching the movie in the United
Kingdom, but for most American kids Bert probably seems like a totally believable Englishman
with a cockney accent.
Once you're an adult, however, you realize that no one in real life talks like Bert.
"beautiful, ain't it… a typical English countryside as painted by a true and lovin'
hand"
Bert's horrendous accent has been one of the movie's most memorable flaws since its release,
and even the actor who played him, Dick Van Dyke, acknowledges how awful it was.
In 2017, he received BAFTA's Brittania award, and used his acceptance speech to apologize
for what he called "the most atrocious cockney accent in the history of cinema."
It's not all his fault, though.
While Van Dyke is American, he said that none of the British people working on the film,
including Julie Andrews, ever mentioned it, so he never realized just how terrible it
was.
The Secret Origin of Mary Poppins
As far as we know, Mary Poppins wasn't bitten by a radioactive nanny, and we don't think
she put a spoonful of sugar into the super soldier serum, so where did she get her super-powers?

That might explain her clearly enchanted items like the bottomless carpetbag and the magical
tape measure, and also why she doesn't seem to think that anything she's doing is out

Mary worked her way into the Banks household by blowing away all the other applicants with
a gust of wind.
Just think of how much damage she could cause if she ever decided to use her powers for

Who is Uncle Albert?
To kids, Uncle Albert is a fun character, but we have a lot of questions.
For starters, he seems to be well-known to Mary and to Bert, but it's not clear if he
actually is anyone's uncle.
Even stranger, he suffers from a contagious affliction that causes him to float to the
ceiling when he laughs too much, of which Mary does not approve.
While his ailment is pretty comical to kids, adults can obviously see that Uncle Albert
is actually a tragic character.
He's very lonely, and when he's told that it's time for Mary and the kids to leave,
he's completely crushed and reduced to tears.
Also… is he actually anybody's uncle?
London by gaslighting
There are a few scenes where we see that Mary Poppins isn't exactly the good-natured nanny
she appears to be.
She makes Uncle Albert cry and then leaves him depressed and sobbing on the floor.
She also gaslights the kids when they attempt to reminisce over the wonderful day they had
with Bert in his sidewalk picture.
She acts like the adventure never took place, and gets a bit aggressive when Jane tries
to jar her memory.
"A respectable person like me in a horse race, ...how dare you suggest such a thing."
When the kids continue to insist that they did, indeed, venture into a magical world
where they participated in a horse race on carousel animals, Mary threatens to call the
police if they don't stop talking about it.
Even if she's just doing it to prevent the kids from telling anyone about her magic powers,
but it's pretty cruel to act like they're delusional any time they try to talk about
it.
That's messed up, Mary.
"First of all I would like to make one thing quite clear.
Yes.
I never explain anything."
The world's worst bank
Mr. Banks tries to show his children the world by bringing them to work with him at the bank,
but he gets a little bit more than he bargained for.
To call the bank's practices shady would be an understatement.
Mr. Banks tries to convince Michael to open up a bank account rather than giving his money
to less fortunate people and his boss, the chairman, straight up commits a robbery.
He demands that Michael "invest" his money, and tries to grab it from his hands, not stopping
even when Michael starts screaming.
It goes without saying that this is a pretty terrible bank, and the customers who are present
when Michael's practically mugged agree.
They all demand to withdraw their money, sending the bank into a full-on riot and leading to
Mr. Banks being fired.
How many kids watching this movie grew up thinking that banks were terrifying creep-factories,
out to steal all their cash?
Good thing we don't have to worry about that in the real world.
It's grim in London
Mary Poppins is a film full of whimsical delights, with singing, dancing, magic, and bright,
colorful characters.
For older eyes, however, it's easy to see that the London of the movie is actually pretty
dismal.
Everything there is dark and drab, and frankly, it looks like a terrifying place to raise
a child.
The glimpses we get of London look like a post-apocalyptic wasteland, rather than a
bustling city.
If that's where they're growing up, it's no surprise that Jane and Michael often seem
so unhappy.
Thankfully, Mary was there to brighten things up a little, but what's going to happen to
to the kids once she's is gone?
How long can their happiness last without her?
Will their dreary surroundings plunge them into an existential crisis without a magical
nanny to lift their spirits?
Bert's underrated
The star of Mary Poppins is, well Mary Poppins, but let's be real: Bert is the true MVP.
He's the one who suggests that a reluctant Mary to take the kids on an adventure into
a sidewalk chalk picture, and he's the one who drew it in the first place.
Bert is also there when Jane and Michael meet Uncle Albert and laugh themselves into the
air.
He also brings the kids to the rooftops of London, and even gets his fellow chimney sweeps
to put on a show for them.
Throughout the film, he's the one encouraging Mary to use her powers to entertain the children,
and he's even the one who talks to Mr. Banks and makes him realize that he has emotionally
neglected Jane and Michael for years.
Thanks to their conversation, Mr. Banks becomes a better father and husband.
We might even go as far as saying he's the real star here.
Then again, the movie probably wouldn't have been as memorable if it was just called Bert.
Mr. Banks: Murderer?
By the end of the movie, Mary Poppins has left, but it turns out to not be such a tragedy
because Mr. Banks has been fired.
That might not sound like good news, but because of his termination, he decides to finally
spend time with his family.
It's a heartwarming moment.
As an adult, though, you might be a little worried about how the Banks family is going
to make ends meet.
Fortunately, we soon find out that Mr. Banks' boss is dead, and Mr. Banks is being re-hired
to take his place.
The family's future is secured, and no more concern is necessary!
Until you remember that Mr. Banks is actually responsible for his boss's untimely fate,
since he passed on while laughing at a joke Mr. Banks told him.
"Father come back!
Daddy, daddy come down.
Daddy come back!"
At least he went happy, but think of the lesson it teaches!
Just remember, kids: don't laugh too hard… or else.

I don't see any way we can do that without the help of nuclear power.
If we look today, at the subject of warming, the way
of fighting against global warming is fighting
against the CO2 one emits. The use of fossil materials.
What is the problem? Fossil fuel and coal.
They will be closed.
Which power plants? All fossil fuel and coal power plants in France.
[Coal and fossil fuel] will be closed because they are bad for emissions.
Nuclear is NOT bad for CO2 emissions.
Even today with renewables, [nuclear is] the most de-carbonized way to produce electricty.
Look at Germany there's a lot of data.
It's progress is very slow.
compared with the examples of where they've moved to nuclear
the big advantage is that [nuclear] is essentially carbon-free energy
France's international priority to Europe is the emissions of CO2 and warming.
In this context, my priority is closing [coal and fossil fuel] power plants.
I'm closing a nuclear power plant tomorrow.
It's NOT true that I can replace it with renewables.
Why? Because nuclear provides us with electricity continuously all year round.
Renewables are intermittent energy.
The people who argue for 100% renewables think that
if we can go from 0% to 10% to 20% renewable then we're on the way and we'll get to 100%.
well it is actually HARDER NOT EASIER because of the intermittency of the renewables
What happened when Germany suddenly shut down nuclear?
They developed many more renewables than us, we are late.
But they have massively reopened fossil fuel and coal.
They have degraded their balance of CO2 emissions. It was not good for the planet.
I will not do that. I have this first commitment [CO2].
You've suffered a loss of funding because of your pro-nuclear position?
Yeah, that is pretty obvious.
Was there ever a moment when you were like
maybe I need to shut up about nuclear power
so I can get my funding back?
How much renewables can do and at what cost
that will become clear over the next decade or two
but by that time it may be too late.
That is why we have to make the story clear as soon as possible.

just like they have done with other sports.

but they should consider that we also have talent here,
and they should support it
so we can develop a Cuban champion quickly.

We have tried many times to approach I.N.D.E.R. -
the institution that governs sports in Cuba -
but it's been difficult.
They say they don't have enough money
to subsidise the sport and make it official.
Let me help you understand Cuban surfing.
One night I went camping with friends to a beach.
That night a policeman woke us up
and we were taken to the police station.
They wouldn't believe this is called "surfing".
They thought we were trying to go to the US
in our "nautical devices"
We had to explain that surfing is a sport,
that it is practised worldwide.
We wish for people in Cuba to realise that this is a sport.
We used to get in trouble with the authorities.
They thought we were trying to leave with our boards.
That has changed.
Now they see us more as athletes,
because they are getting used to seeing surfers at the beach
and they know what we are doing.
They no longer think we are trying to leave.
Since I was little I've always lived in Alamar.
The only entertainment here was coming to the beach.
I remember when I was 5 years old,
my father gave me a diving mask and a pair of fins.
It was the first time my head was underwater.
I think my passion comes from that moment
when I experienced this feeling.
I prefer being in the water than on land.
Something keeps me in here. I need to be in contact with it.
Such is my passion that
I work at the National Aquarium of Cuba
where I train sea mammals, dolphins and sea lions.
Here I develop my passion,
and I try to educate, to teach people
that the ocean needs to be protected.
This was my dream.
I wanted to be a marine biologist.
While kids interact with animals
we encourage them to look after the environment.
That's our duty.
The practice of surfing
encourages environmental awareness.
Surf is not only a sport. It's a lifestyle.
I might not be the best surfer...
..but I enjoy what I do, and I like teaching it to others.
I use this opportunity to continue educating,
not only about surfing,
but also about protecting the environment.
Sadly our environmental culture is very poor.
People don't respect the coastal areas and the beaches.
There is no environmental awareness.
So sometimes I ask the kids,
"Do you want to learn how to surf?
"OK, but first you have to learn to love the sea"
and they say, "Yes, yes, I love it.
"I'll do anything for you to teach me how to surf."
So I gather them
and we go to the beach to pick up garbage,
and they enjoy it,
because that's where we surf.
For Cuban surfers, the dream is
to participate at the Olympic Games.
Like judo, boxing or swimming,
surfing can also have a place there,
and bring back a medal for Cuba.
We hope that one day a Cuban
surfer will see their flag raised at the Olympic Games.
I'm 100% sure that it will happen,
perhaps not in 2020,
perhaps four years is not enough time for
the country to support surfing.
Maybe in 2024.
We will continue fighting to create a team.
That's our goal.
My daughter is 8 months old
but I've already put her on a surfboard
and we have surfed together.
The new generations will get it done.
I'm sure the doors will be open for her
because we are going to open them.
This fight can't last 100 years.
Impossible. Soon this will change
and when she grows up the doors will be open.
Things will be easier for her.
I'm sure of that.

hello everybody thank you for watching a new episode of How To DIY Rc in today episode we are going to boost the range
of the flysky gt3c radio and receiver because we are not happy with the 90 meters we got in the last range test
some of you guys even comment it on having only 40 meters and that's horrible so we are going upgrade and boost it
we are upgrading the antenna because looking at the receiver these receivers are so cheap
and looking at the antenna we see there is room for improvement that why we got this very long antenna
with an extra piece of metal that helps with the signal reception and it extra long
so we can let it stick outside much longer/higher from the car that will also help to give you better signal reception
to your radio or from your radio to the Rc car and hopefully double the range we got before
the next step is to open up the receiver and check if we have an apex connector and make it super easy
to click on and off plug and play or do we need to solder there is no apex connector so we have to solder it
but it's pretty easy and simple and let's do it and the first step cutting of the apex connector
and remove the first protection layer than peel back the wires and bundle them together
and the open up the inner wire at the tip and the pre-tin them
no we have to de-solder the stock antenna first we solder the positive wire on that little dot and the outside negative wires to the strip
it's not the most pretty job but you definitely can see the inner positive wire is solder to the antenna connection and the outside wire to the negative ground connection
and now it time to assemble the receiver again and do a new range test but that will be coming up in the next episode

hey guys as you may or may not know Allison is obsessed with Harry Potter so
she made some Harry Potter butter beer house cookies you are going to need eggs
it's like a vanilla flavor flour butter butterscotch and vanilla a dry pudding
brown sugar Heath bits sugar baking soda your
sprinkles it's your choice salt and butter extract okay the first
thing you're gonna want to do is take one yolk and two eggs and add them to
the bowl and then you are going to add butter and your sugar I will leave
everything down in the description below so you can make these two
now make sure you combine that really well and make sure you scrape down the
sides to make sure it's all mixed evenly
okay now you are going to add your butterscotch pudding your vanilla
pudding your vanilla extract and your butter extract and make sure to mix it
well and scrape down the sides
now in a separate bowl you are going to add your flour your baking soda and your
salt mix that up and then you are going to mix it with the wet ingredients half
a cup at a time until all the ingredients are mixed up make sure to
keep scraping around the bowl and then you are done
now for the best part you're going to add your Heath bytes in and mix it well
once the dough is mixed you are going to take a piece of plastic wrap and put it
in the middle make a little ball out of it and stick in in the refrigerator for
about two hours
now you are going to take a one-inch table scoop and you are going to roll it
into a ball and then flatten it just a little bit and add it to the cookie
sheet make sure your oven is set at 350 degrees while you are doing this now
Alison wanted to add some sprinkles to them to make it look like the griffon
dwarf and the Hufflepuff house so she added red in gold to one and then she
added black and gold to the others now you're gonna stick in the oven 350 for
about 13 minutes and they come out fresh and beautiful these cookies were so
delicious and I hope you give them a try give it a thumbs up if you like butter

There's A LOT to talk about in this video from Awesomenauts & the developers Ronimo
Games to a depressive steampunk game recently released, a strange platformer and the biggest
update to No Man's Sky yet.
Now That's Gaming!
A robot awakes alone to find his world changed in a way he couldn't imagine.
Take a look at Mechanism, an atmospheric puzzle game set in a depressive steampunk environment,
where you have a disease called "Phlegm" that's spreading, affecting everything around you.
The game focuses on visual narrative, adventure, and the story that changes based on your actions
which sounds pretty neat.
The game was created by one person, Alexander Goodwin and from the look of the game that
is pretty impressive.
The presentation alone, looks pretty great and despite some of the bugs and issues people
have had at launch, the developer seems to be patching the game up quickly which is always
an awesome thing to see.
I always like to see these crazy concepts in story driven games and this one definitely
has a different feel to it.
Congratulations on the release Alexander, it's always an accomplishment to have a
game come out and hopefully, others will enjoy your game.
Awesomenauts has a new character in update 4.7 SLAM DUNK.
Introducing SNORK GUNK.
Along with Snork, there is a patch that brings some bug fixes and other balance changes to
the Awesomenauts cast.
I tried out Snork and I am not sure how to feel about this character.
He has some fun abilities, but I think they could have been much more creative with the basketball
theme for his moveset.
At least his theme song is pretty good.
Ronimo Games are also putting Awesomenauts to the sidelines to work on upcoming titles,
which I am glad they are finally adventuring more outside Awesomenauts.
While I do love the game, I can imagine some pretty fun projects with the art style presented
in the game, I am very curious what type of games they have in mind, but I guess we will
have to wait and see.

I am happy to announce that Escape Doodland will be releasing sometime in August after
three years of hard work.
This is a fast-paced 2D platformer where you are in this crazy world full of weird doodle
drawings.
It's visually pleasing and something I've never seen before especially in a platforming
game.
After watching this game throughout the years, the two developers really introduced some
nice changes with more detail in the levels, sound design, level redesigns, and always
taking constructive feedback from the community.
I did a video on the Escape Doodland demo in the past, so if you want to see a bit more
detail in the gameplay and my experience, there will be a link to it in the cards and
description below.
It's back, well technically it never left.
No Man's Sky is a controversial game with its release and other choices that didn't
make it to the final game.
However, over the last few couple years, it's been getting improvements and it seems that
a huge update was released earlier this week.
The No Man's Sky Next update brings in multiplayer, base building, third person, newer planets
and much more.
Despite the poor launch and reception, you have to give Hello Games some credit for sticking
with the game for that long as many other developers would most likely have ditched their game.
Now it comes down to really will this update make people stick around longer this time?
There are definitely a lot more people playing it on Steam, right now.
You can see, currently there is a ton more people playing it after the update, which is nice to see.
and I might pick it up as well since it is on sale at least until July 30th on Steam.
I'll put the patch notes in the description to the latest update for you to check out to decide if this update
changes your mind on the game.

I don't know it's a dream come true.
It really is.
There's no other Strike Eagle
that has as many hours as this one.
Also, it's the only one that has two air-to-air kills.
There's only one other air-to-air kill
in the Strike Eagle community.
We call it America's jet because of its history.
It is very reliable.
The crew chiefs work very hard on it.
The thing about aircraft like this is they're not just,
it's not just an inanimate object.
It's not just steel and fire.
It's got a soul and it's got a heartbeat.
What I think you know, we see it, we all fly it.
We've all had significant emotional events
in these aircraft, I think each one of us
leaves a little bit of who we are behind.
It's a huge pride for us as the chiefs to own it,
but also for me personally to be the name
on the side of the aircraft.
We say chief standard,
which to us means that we're the most proficient,
most tactically capable fighter squadron,
not just Strike Eagle squadron in the Air Force.
I think this jet just speaks to that.
It's just like us,
always leading from the front.
