tip number one make sure that whenever you're on your iPhone or iPad every 20
minutes take a 20 second break or longer got it 20 seconds for every 20 minutes

10-minute walk can make a big difference to the eyes I wanna Hedy and tip number
three is make sure that you use good quality artificial tears not by using
their clear eyes
and the next tip is to look good now the main thing is good UV protection well

and the last tip is make sure you visit your doctor at least once per year to
get your eyes exam
may is healthy vision month so that's why we want to make sure that we check
everything we tried to encompass a whole lot of things with the eyes yes we
always do glasses and contacts that's our main focus but we always want to
check on the back of the eye check for diabetes high blood pressure cataracts
just anything that can cause damage to the back of the eye because there's so
much more to seeing rather than just the in the 20/20 you know we can have
somebody who let's just say they do not have a prescription right but they could
actually be going blind due to like glaucoma or macular degeneration or say
their diabetes is out of control they can have some problems in the back
of the eye and they are just not aware of it so that's what I really like about
checking is everything about the eyes not just the vision what we try to do is
offer just a very efficient exam do a very thorough exam but also getting
quick get the exam done and then that way they're usually out in a very short
amount of time if we can help it and a lot of kids can have some problems with
the back of the eye thank goodness they're rare but if somebody does have a
problem we can treat it and diagnose it and get them some glasses or contacts
that they need it one of my favorite contacts is the daily disposables and
during our back-to-school time like very end of July and early August whenever
everybody's kind of doing the back-to-school rush we really tried to
promote daily disposable contact especially in their if they're into
sports like my football players and here in South Texas we're big into baseball
so that's another reason where I really like the dailies that way patients can
see that ball coming at them so we do offer a lot of sports vision sports
medicine and things like that and especially for like a first-time where
we can do a very thorough quick evaluation and then we'll do the teach
teach them how to put them in how to take them out and how to care for them
and we try to just get to patients as fast as we can but also very thorough
exam and then that way they're usually out in a very short amount of time if we

so, i was assuming that i was going to the friday concert

i didn't know where, when it was going to be the world tour
so, in april in i said, i'm going to save money to buy my ticket
the thing is
missing one week only
they announce that the tickets will go on sale next week
i only had one week saving money
i thought it would be on september
omg, i don't have enough money, how i'm going to do this
i'm going on a trip to US, so i'm taking advantage of it, to go to the bts concert
the thing is that i try hard as i could to get the money,
i already had like 50 dollars
the thing is, that wasn't even what one ticket cost
the most cheapest ticket cost round 60 dollars (idk)
so, i got the money for the ticket, i'm happy
but let me tell you guys that God never disappointed me
i made a promise, that i was going to pray everyday the rosary for me to go to the concert
me everyday, at 3 or 4 Am, praying, that's the time i usually go to bed
it was very intense week, i'm when i want something.. i'm very VERYYYYY intense xd

so, after that, it was saturday, the day to buy the tickets and i have swimming classes
and the tickets go out at the same time i have classes, at 10 am
so my class is from 9 -10 Am, and you all know that you have to be before the tickets go on sale
i was desperate, i didn't sleep i was so anxious
i went to swim for a while
around 9 am, i had to go to bank to deposit the money that my Bf gave me
listen this... i was filling up with fuel my car (duh), then i go to a bank that is near to my home
the bank drive thru was full of cars!! and i get out of there and went to another bank..
the other bank were worst, the waiting line was huge
all i was thinking : i mess up everything, i'll not going to buy the ticket
so the bank had problem and i couldn't make the deposit and the line was huge, went i enter to the bank all i was thinking i'm not gonna make it
so in the bank a lady told me that they can accepts deposit, when my turn finally arrived the lady told me THAT THEY CAN'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT CAUSE they are have problem
i'm going to put this on my nose, it's from the face shop
i have a friend, Noelia
so Noelia, i love you with all my heart, you are an angel
what happend with Noelia, is that a told her about the concert, and she told she would help me
so the day of the concert (saturday) she was talking to me: i'm here with two pc
and she send me the pic
it was missing like 10 min to 10:00 am and she was telling me where are you? it's almost time

this it's the most stressful moments of my life
i have 12 min to arrive where i have a fast internet to buy the ticket
well i arrived, get out of the car it was 9:58, when i enter it was 10 am
i click on the site... and nothing happend
the page when down, it was so nervous, my hands were shaking, i never in my life have experience an emotion like that
i was explaining to Noelia that the page was down and didn't load. later i finally enter
when i enter, appear the seats and i click the first that i saw, i was willing to go to P1
we are verifying your ticket....
with that pc i couln't enter,
that's mine.
however, look it's still the same
still verifying, 10 min later, it's still the same
and Noelia told me i have one
i just couldn't believed it , she send me the pic
she was writing me that she was paying
i was shaking, for real, i couldn't believed
that was an amazing expereince
she could buy it, i'm going to put pic of the tickets
the ticket finally arrived today

i never in my life thought that i was going to see BTS
i mean someday in my life yes, but not this year, maybe two or three years

i'm gonna give you my sincere advice in my experience
i saw many videos and in all they tell you be on the page before the time, don't refresh the page, the page do it by itself
do not settle with a single computer, i saw so many poeple with one device and for that they couldn't get nothing
try to have multiples computer, multiples cellphone, but not different taps
to be honest, you have to be lucky
if you are lucky, you'll get it
i was lucky cause thanks to God, cause i wasn't going to get it.

have more money in the card, just in case
if you have friends that don't like bts but can help you
count with them, that how it works for me

Humans are far from the only animals that drink booze.
But, like us, they usually pay for it after.
That poor Swedish moose is never going to live down
that whole drunkenly-getting-stuck-in-a-tree thing.
But there's a mysterious little tree shrew in Southeast Asia
that basically lives on palm wine.
And somehow, it never gets drunk.
Lots of animals will occasionally down a spiked drink if given the chance.
Some even show a preference for it.
But none are so well adapted to binge-drinking as the pen-tailed tree shrew.
They're small, nocturnal mammals
and they spend their nights drinking bertam palm nectar.
The spiky plant is a tough sell for most species,
so being able to consume it
gives the tree shrews an abundant, reliable food source.
But the sugary juice it produces is frothy and stinks like booze, for good reason.
It's fermented by yeast, and it can contain as much alcohol as a light beer,
up to about 4%.
That doesn't seem to matter to the tree shrews, though,
who can spend spend more than two hours at a time slurping away.
Scientists have calculated that they drink their body weight equivalent
of about 9 glasses of wine several nights a week.
But they never seem drunk!
No stumbling around, falling out of trees,
or dialing their exes because they need closure.
And that might be because of the way they break down alcohol.
When we drink, most of the alcohol we consume
is broken down by an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase,
eventually becoming acetic acid, aka the stuff in vinegar.
But a very small amount is bound to a glucose derivative
to make a compound called ethyl glucuronide.
And tree shrew hairs contain about 30 times the level of ethyl glucuronide
that indicates excessive drinking in people.
Researchers think that's because tree shrews are
up to 30 times more efficient than us at breaking down ethanol this way,
which could explain their tolerance.
But lots of ethyl glucuronide is also thought to be
one of the drivers of blinding hangover headaches,
as well as the pain associated with withdrawal in alcoholics.
So we don't yet know how they avoid being perpetually hungover…
or why they aren't grumpier
if they do spend every morning with a splitting headache.
Of course, pen-tailed tree shrews aren't the only animals
that can handle their liquor.
Several bat species can apparently drink until their blood alcohol is 0.3%
nearly four times the legal driving limit in the US
and they still hunt and fly just fine.
But biologists don't think that kind of drinking is a nightly activity for them.
And other species, including primates like the slow loris,
also drink alcohol regularly, they just don't drink as much.
Tree shrews are the only animals we know of that binge drink all the time…
other than some humans.
Which is especially interesting, because
they're considered one of our closest living non-primate relatives,
having veered off from our line some 60ish million years ago.
Their boozy behavior adds to the growing evidence
that our relationship with alcohol began long before
we learned how to ferment it for ourselves,
and may even suggest there are benefits to regular drinking.
But … it's important to remember that their bodies have
adaptations for excessive alcohol consumption that ours don't.
So it's probably best to leave the binge drinking to the tree shrews.

Huawei Nova 3: looks and acts like a flagship - Techno Polish - Duration: 2:39.
2018 has been a busy year for Huawei so far with several new launches across both, the
main and the Honor sub-brand.
Some of them, such as the P20 Pro and the Honor 10 have been very well received, with
the P20 Pro being called the new smartphone camera king by some.
Among the company's more prolific series is the Nova series of phones, a decidedly mid-range
series of devices that not many people know of.
This year we have two new phones in that series, Nova 3 and Nova 3i, which like the previous
devices, sit neatly in the middle of the company's lineup.
The Nova 3 and the Nova 3i are now being launched in India, after their debut in China a few
weeks back.
With us today is the more expensive Nova 3, which takes the new OnePlus 6 head-on, with
identical pricing in the Indian market and somewhat similar specs.
Unlike the OnePlus 6, the Nova 3 makes no claims of being a flagship device; that honor
goes to the P20 Pro for the time being.
However, if you pay close attention to their specifications, the Nova 3 and the P20 Pro
are incredibly close in terms of hardware, with the only major differences being the
display, the battery and that amazing camera system on the P20 Pro.
For just that, you pay very nearly twice the money compared to the Nova 3.
That makes it seem like a steal, at least compared to the P20 Pro.
The Huawei Nova 3, when seen in isolation, is the perfect mid-range smartphone.
It offers some allures of the more expensive phones, such as a large display, premium design
and fancy camera features but at a lower price.
The performance is exactly where you'd expect it to be and the phone neither blew our minds
nor disappointed us in any way.
Unfortunately for Huawei, the OnePlus 6 exists, which is just a giant spanner in the works
for every other company.
The fact that it is very similar to the Nova 3 in many ways and a lot better in others
doesn't help its case.
In the end, logic dictates that you should ideally go with the OnePlus 6 as it will serve
you better.

The deadline is fasting approaching and there remains much work remaining for Reds.
Liverpool supporters will be hoping Jurgen Klopp delves at least one more time into the
coffers before the window slams shut, as tradition dictates we must say.
However, the majority of the work from the Reds will now be aimed at pruning a squad
Klopp admits needs reducing.
But who could be about to wave goodbye from Anfield?
And what should Liverpool be demanding?
1.
Goalkeeper
The one position where there has already been a significant outgoing, with Danny Ward moving
to Leicester City for £12.5million having enjoyed the briefest-ever stint as Liverpool's
first-choice goalkeeper.
Alisson's £65m arrival and the emergence of youngsters Kamil Grabara and Caoimhin Kelleher
during pre-season has underlined that at least one of Loris Karius or Simon Mignolet is expected
to depart.
Mignolet seems the most likely, with Besiktas courting his signature.
Given Ward's price, both Karius and Mignolet could command at least £12.5m each.
2.
Defence
Alberto Moreno, in the final year of his present Anfield deal, seems the most at risk but with
Klopp a clear fan and Liverpool needing backup to Andy Robertson, the Spaniard's departure
appears unlikely.
There seems little value in allowing Klavan to depart, but could there be scope for Nathaniel
Clyne moving on if a big enough offer arrives?
Liverpool are well blessed for right-back cover.
Clyne, though, would surely cost at least £20m.
3.
Midfield
Pedro Chirivella is close to a £3.5m move to Rosenborg, while it would be remarkable
if Lazar Markovic doesn't depart, the Serbian's contract up at the end of the season meaning
he may only raise a fee of around £7.5m.
Less clear, though, is the future of Marko Grujic, who is being courted by Lazio to the
tune of around £20m.
Liverpool may be tempted to do business at that amount, even if the player would be happy
with another loan move.
For Ben Woodburn, though, only a loan will be entertained, with Aston Villa currently
at the head of a very long queue.
4.
Attack
Danny Ings has already been told he can leave if the right offer comes, with talks with
Crystal Palace having taken place with the Reds seeking a £20m fee.
Southampton, Newcastle United and Leicester City also remain keen.
And Ings might not be the only big-money exit up front, with Divock Origi fading from first-team
view during last week's US tour.
Liverpool want 30m euros with Besiktas interested, but any bid over £20m would surely be considered.
Watford have been touted as chasing a loan, but the Reds will only sanction a permanent
departure for the Belgian.
Sheyi Ojo, meanwhile, hasn't travelled to this week's training camp in France with Middlesbrough
tracking the youngster.
Whether that's a loan move or a rumoured £10m permanent switch remains to
be seen.

Medicare Supplement High Deductible Plan F. Thanks for being here today.

I'm an Independent Insurance Agent here to make Medigap and Medicare a little bit easier
one video at a time.
So, let's just dive right into our topic.
Now, High Deductible Plan F is a Medicare Supplement plan.
You'll also hear me call it a Medigap plan.
Remember, from my other videos that I just use those terms interchangeably.
But, they mean the exact same thing.
So, High Deductible Plan F is not to be confused with a regular Plan F. Regular Plan F is a
Medicare Supplement plan just like a High Deductible Plan F. But, if you've watched
other videos or read other information, then you know that the regular Medicare Supplement
Plan F is known as the "Cadillac" of all plans, because it covers your Medicare approved costs,
and you don't have any out of pocket for those expenses.
High Deductible Plan F, in contrast, does have out of pocket expenses.
That's why it's called High Deductible Plan F. So, this is how it works.
The deductible associated with that High Deductible Plan F is not Medicare's deductible.
It's, actually, the Plan's deductible.
So, Medicare will continue paying their portion of costs which is generally that 80%, and
you'll pay the 20% co-insurance.
That amount is applied towards the high deductible amount, so once you've satisfied the full
deductible (which at the time of this video is $2,240) then you're fully covered as if
you had a regular Medicare Supplement Plan F. So, for the rest of the calendar year,
the Plan will pay the remaining coinsurance, copays, and deductibles that are all approved
by Medicare.
And, the other item that is different between a regular Plan F and High Deductible Plan
F is, of course, the premium.
You'll find with the High Deductible Plan F, in most states, you can get the plan for
well under $100 a month.
So, let's look at the five reasons why you may want to consider High Deductible Medigap
Plan F. You're considering a Medicare Advantage Plan.
One of the biggest reasons why people choose a Medicare Advantage Plan is because of the
very low premium.
But, you can't really compare Medicare Advantage Plan and High Deductible Plan F benefits side
by side, because they're not apples to apples in comparison.
However, if you're looking at a Medicare Advantage Plan because of the low premium, then you
may want to consider a High Deductible Plan F simply because the out of pocket costs are
much lower with a High Deductible Plan F than they are with Medicare Advantage Plans.
I think right now Medicare Advantage Plans are ranging from (their maximum out of pocket
costs) depending on the plan, of course, is between $3,400 and $6,700.
And, the other thing to keep in mind is that with a Medicare Advantage Plan, you do have
to see their network of doctors within that service area, because it's basically an HMO
/ PPO type plan.
Where as with a High Deductible Plan F, it's a Medigap plan.
It's a Medicare Supplement Plan.
So, you can go to any doctor who accepts Medicare anywhere in the country and U.S. territories.
So, you have more freedom with the High Deductible Plan F. You're considering Medicare Part A
and B with no additional supplement coverage because you're healthy.
And, maybe you're thinking that paying a premium for a Medicare Supplement plan is a waste
of money because of your good health and you'll get a Medigap plan (Medicare Supplement Plan)
when you need it.
Well, unfortunately, our health isn't guaranteed and neither is a Medigap plan.
In most states, outside of your Medigap Open Enrollment Period, you do have to medically
qualify for a Medicare Supplement Plan.
So, it may not be a bad idea to consider a High Deductible Plan F because it has a low
premium, and it just gives you something to have in place to protect you should something
catastrophic happen.
You don't have a chronic health condition.
I view High Deductible Plan F as a catastrophic plan.
There to mitigate your risk (as all insurance is) if something major happens.
So, if you have a chronic health condition, you're visiting a doctor frequently, you're
seeking treatment very often, then this plan will have a lot of out of pocket coming to
you.
And, it may be uncomfortable.
And, the bottom line is you may be spending more on this plan (High Deductible Plan F)
then you would with another Medigap plan if you have a lot of out of pocket costs.
Now, with that said, there's another side to it.
And, that is you won't avoid going to the doctor in order to avoid paying towards the
deductible.
I totally understand.
I have a high deductible insurance plan for our family.
I have a family member who has to be strongly encouraged to go to the doctor, because he
doesn't want to pay towards the deductible.
But, avoiding the doctor in order to avoid the deductible isn't a great idea.
It defeats the purpose of having insurance.
So, if this sounds like you, then you may want to start looking at a different Medigap
plan.
You have the financial means to pay the high deductible amount.
I know that in the beginning we spoke about the coinsurance.
So, Medicare still pays the 80% and you have the 20% coinsurance.
And, 20% on your regular doctor visits is not such a big deal.
Those are small medical payments.
But, we need to keep in mind that if you do go into the hospital, you have surgery, something
chronic arises and you need ongoing treatment, that you'll be susceptible to higher medical
bills...that, of course, will go toward the deductible.
I think it's important to have peace of mind to know that you would be able to pay that
deductible amount should something like that arise where you did have some ongoing treatments
or emergency.
This is not a one time deductible.
It's an annual deductible.
So, again, you want to be comfortable with the fact that you have those funds to pay
the deductible maybe more than once.
Many of my conversations with potential clients about High Deductible Plan F lead us into
a conversation about changing plans.
Many people are under the assumption that down the road they can just change from a
High Deductible Plan F to a Plan G or Plan N with no issues if their health changes.
And, this is something that's really important to pay attention to.
In most states, you cannot change your Medigap plan (including High Deductible Plan F) to
a Plan G or a Plan N without medically qualifying.
Unless you're still in, of course, your Medigap Open Enrollment Period or have some other
type of special enrollment situation.
But, for most people, outside of that Medigap Open Enrollment period, you cannot change
to a Plan G or Plan N without having to go thru a medical qualification process with
the insurance company.
So, it's not guaranteed.
So, that's something to keep in mind if you're thinking about changing plans down the road.
That time period that everyone thinks about...the Annual Enrollment Period with Medicare...between
October 15 and December 7 every year, but it is only for Medicare Part D and Medicare
Advantage Plans.
It is not for Medicare Supplement (also known as Medigap) insurance.
That type of insurance can be changed (your Medicare Supplement) any time of the year.
But, if you don't have that Medigap Open Enrollment Period, then you may have to go thru Medical
underwriting.
And, what about the future of High Deductible Plan F?
Well, if you have been doing any research, then you know the regular Plan F is scheduled
to be phased out, in a sense, in the year 2020.
Meaning, no new Medicare Beneficiaries (starting January 1, 2020) will be able to purchase
a Medicare Supplement Plan F. The same is true for High Deductible Plan F.
If you have High Deductible Plan F, you'll get to keep it.
You're grandfathered in, and as long as you make your premium payment, that plan is yours
to keep.
Now, whether or not we'll see rate increases on High Deductible Plan F after the year 2020
remains to be seen.
Obviously, the mix of policyholders is going to change and that could impact, of course,
the premiums.
But, the good news with High Deductible Plan F is that the policyholder pays a large amount
out of pocket before the plan has to start picking up costs.
And, that lends to favorable claim experiences for the plan which would, hopefully, help
keep those premiums at a very good rate.
So, hopefully (knock on wood) time will tell if the favorable claim experience will help
keep those rates in a good position.
