New Planets are Forming Close to Home - Duration: 2:09.

When stars form, there's usually just a little bit of gas and dust left over from the process,

and that little bit of gas and dust left over orbiting the star is what can turn into planetary

systems.

So these rotating disks of gas and dust are the raw material for new planets.

Most of the material is gas, hydrogen gas, but mixed in with it is what astronomers call

"dust," solid material, silicates and carbons, and that's the stuff that forms rocks and

ultimately planets, and the cores of gas giant planets.

"How do the disks evolve into solar systems?" is the question that we want to answer, right?

There are many more unknowns than knowns.

There's a wonderful protoplanetary disk around the star TW Hydrae.

This is a unique system because it's one of the closest known to the Earth, so we can

see it in the most detail.

We know that there's an inner hole in the disk, like a CD with a hole in the middle,

and we think that the hole is being cleared out by a planet in formation.

And with ALMA, we should be able to see the gas and dust that's forming the planet, and

even the gas and dust in the circumplanetary disk that may be forming moons around this

planet.

We may have the opportunity to actually see the planet formation process in action because

from year to year we can see things change and put these together and make a movie of

the evolution of the disk.

That's something that we've never been able to do before, and that's exciting.

That is exciting.

Denver Riggleman Denies Being 'Bigfoot Erotica' Devotee | Heavy.com

Denver Riggleman, a Republican candidate for the U.S.

House in Virginia, was accused of being a "devotee of Bigfoot erotica" by his opponent in the race (who also happens to be actress Olivia Wilde's mom).

It's a charge he denies in an increasingly bizarre and contentious race for Congress.

You can see screenshots of the Bigfoot-related posts from Riggleman's social media pages later in this article.

Riggleman, a distillery owner and former Air Force intelligence officer, is running for Congress in Virginia's 5th District against Leslie Cockburn, the Democrat in the race.

The contest is to fill the seat vacated by GOP Rep.

Tom Garrett, who announced his retirement to seek alcoholism treatment "amid reports he had sent staffers on inappropriate personal errands," according to Cook Political Report.

It's a seat Democrats are hoping to flip.

Cockburn lobbed the "Bigfoot erotica" accusations at Riggleman on her Twitter page on July 29, 2018, sharing two Instagram posts she said he made that showed censored photos of Bigfoot.

However, according to The Daily Progress, Riggleman told the newspaper "the posts do not originate from 'Bigfoot erotica,' but are a joke his military friends played on him.

" He also told the newspaper that he never thought the posts "would be used against him politically" and labeled Cockburn's tweets "absurd.

Louise Bruce, Cockburn's campaign manager, responded by doubling down, telling the Daily Progress, "Leslie has been traveling throughout the district meeting with real people about real issues that matter to them.

Meanwhile, Mr Riggleman is home scrubbing his social media of 'Bigfoot erotica' and who knows what else.".

Complicating matters, Daily Progress reported that Riggleman has actually co-authored a Bigfoot-related tome called "Bigfoot Exterminators Inc.

The Partially Cautionary, Mostly True Tale of Monster Hunt 2006" but reported, via a source, that it's about people who look for Bigfoot and is not "Bigfoot Erotica." For her part, Cockburn has come under fire for a book she co-authored that is called "Dangerous Liaison: The Inside Story of the U.S.-Israeli Covert Relationship" and that was accused of being anti-Semitic by the state GOP, according to Daily Progress.

Here's what you need to know about the Bigfoot accusations:.

Riggleman's Opponent Accused Him of Having a 'Bigfoot Erotica Collection'.

Riggleman's opponent in the Congressional race, Leslie Cockburn (the mother of actress Olivia Wilde, a former journalist, and an anti-mining activist), made the bizarre claims about Riggleman on her Twitter account on July 29, 2018.

"From my opponent Denver Riggleman's Bigfoot erotica collection," she wrote with a tweet accompanied by the above image.

Here's the tweet with her caption:.

According to Cockburn's screenshot, this purported Instagram post of Riggleman read, "My 'buddies' thought this pic was fitting for my birthday next week and to celebrate my new book release in about a month or 2… 'Mating Habits of Bigfoot and Why Woman Want Him.

In a second tweet, Cockburn wrote, "My opponent Denver Riggleman, running mate of Corey Stewart, was caught on camera campaigning with a white supremacist.

Now he has been exposed as a devotee of Bigfoot erotica.

This is not what we need on Capitol Hill." This is the image that accompanied that tweet:.

According to Cockburn's screenshot, the caption for this purported Riggleman Instagram post read, "Cover art for #matinghabitsofbigfoot almost complete.

I hide nothing in this magnificent tome.

Don't erase the censor box…".

Riggleman's Instagram page, which has 17 posts on it, is now set to private.

"Own a distillery, consult on DoD matters and had a fun run for Governor.

Love whiskey, hate tyranny and embrace liberty.

Whiskey Rebellion always!" his profile reads.

It includes a link to the website for Silverback Distillery, which he owns.

Heavy has found more Bigfoot-related posts on Riggleman's personal Facebook page.

"Many of you know I'm a closeted novelist with interests that can be eclectic.

Cover art almost done for my new, exciting and salacious tome: 'The Mating Habits of Bigfoot and Why Women Want Him'.

Here's a tease," he wrote on April 12, 2018.

Here's the post:.

He wrote in the comment thread, "If this picture makes you too uncomfortable to 'like', then I have done my job.

" One woman joked, "I am fascinated by his really long thighs," to which Riggleman replied, "It's a Bigfoot thing!" He added, "Thighs are very important in Bigfoot Mating Habits.

He also shared a story about a woman who claimed she saw Bigfoot that also referenced his "new book":.

In the comment thread, Riggleman wrote, "I think people are going to be 'surprised' by this book.

Very…it's not just about old Bigfoot.".

The post that shows Bigfoot with Riggleman's head superimposed over it is still visible on his Facebook page from March 2018:.

He's been referencing the Bigfoot book since 2017, although it's not clear whether he actually wrote it.

In other Facebook posts, he talks about losing weight, his love for his wife, and a health crisis, writing, "Hello everyone.

As most know I had a bizarre heart event back in March 2015, a combination of misdiagnosis and my increasingly expanding backside coupled with bad health habits almost cost me the rest of my life…".

In other posts, he references monkeys or gorillas, sometimes in connection to his distillery.

For example, he shared a video that said, "Silverback's newest creation, Strange Monkey Barrel Finished Gin, is being released on Saturday November 11th" and he shared a joking video of a man surrounded by silverback gorillas, and wrote, "How I met my wife… her former boyfriend should not have visited my troop.".

In 2016, he wrote, "As you know, we are called 'Silverback Distillery' and we are proud to support any function that benefits the Virunga National Forest and those awe inspiring gorillas.

Hello Lemmings! Welcome back to another video! If you guys are new here,

hello! my name is Poppy Lemon and welcome to my channel! Today

I'm making a video for you guys on how to build some confidence! Over freshman year of high school,

it sucked. Freshman year for me was terrible. I lost almost all of my confidence.

It was the worst year of my life pretty much.

So these are my top 10 tips to build some confidence!

And I've been looking at videos lately, or... I did look up videos over freshman year.

I was very enclosed and there was just a lot of drama and just a lot of crap going on and it sucked

honestly.

and yes by doing some of these things it has helped me build up some,

confidence over the summer and now I'm like a totally different person that I was during school.

So my first tip to gaining some confidence is to take a break from social media.

I know you guys probably hear that a lot in these types of videos and that's because it's true. Over the summer

I have really taken a break from

Instagram and from YouTube. As you can see I have it posted a video in like a month.

There's a lot of toxic things online and a lot of people that can really help bring yourself down.

So I would just recommend if you have an Instagram if you have a YouTube channel,

if you have a Snapchat, if you have... any other type of

social media, I would say that you should take a break.

Maybe you go a couple days without going on it at all, and I would say that it really helps a lot.

And yeah, you'll see a big change! Willingly cleaning something around the house. I don't know.

I went through my closet back here. I totally cleaned it out because it was a disaster.

It was full of a ton of trash and I cleaned it out and then afterwards I felt so much more confident!

Here's a thing that I did over the summer so over freshman year

I did not go one day out of the entire school year without wearing makeup

I wore makeup every single day and I was super self-conscious because I was this

Pimply queen so I would wear makeup every single day

and of course that wouldn't help that would just make all the pimples worse and everything and it just

Sucked so over the summer. I have started wearing less makeup or going days without wearing makeup at all

At first I was very scared because I feel so confident when I wear

It was very hard and going out and about I felt like everybody was looking at me

I felt like everybody was heavily judging me

But that was just all in my head and try to go a couple days without wearing any makeup

just embrace what you look like go out in public talk to people and just be yourself without a mask on pretty much it's

Actually, really eye-opening really helped me out

So maybe I'll help you another tip that could really help it could be as simple as just doing a hobby that you really enjoy

Or finding a new hobby do some sort of crafts that you found online

Try cooking draw a picture paint a picture paints a painting just super simple things

Working out now. I say working out because it can make you feel super good about yourself

Even if you're not even doing anything to your body it as simple as just doing like an ab workout

Video for 10 minutes like it's as easy as that

Here's a really big one that is really important when you're trying to boost your confidence is

Mirrors now a lot of people would walk past a mirror and be like Oh gross

But an easy way to change your mindset on your confidence is when you walk past a mirror think happy thoughts

So think I'm you look good today. Even if you just rolled out of bed, you're kind of in a way

Brainwashing yourself into thinking that you look really good. Even if you don't look good

It's just you can make yourself feel a lot better

There's some other things that could really help you out is doing something different with your appearance

maybe try painting your nails or doing your hair just simple little things like that could really

Make your confidence go staying away from negativity and drama negativity and drama is not fun

Nobody likes being a part of random

negativity that's

Also part of the whole social media thing is since there is a lot of negativity and a lot of drama on social media try

And stay away from that stuff make your own little bubble of happiness and happy thoughts. It could be very helpful

Here is a very very helpful thing make two lists of things

That are pulling you down and make a list of things that are

super fun and happy and with the list of things that make you sad look at that list and

Figure out the things that you could do to make that list smaller, for example if you got your list

There's negative people on like number one look at that and try to get rid of all the negative people in your life not

Literally get rid of negative people

but try to just separate yourself from that negativity and the same is with the positivity list is

take that list and look at whatever you have on there and try to

Really do those things or just act on what your list says if that makes any sense?

I don't know and this final one sort of goes along with the last one that we just did make a new year's style kind

of list where you have everything listed out on things you want to improve on and

Set like deadlines because that can really help too.

WARM SUNRISE EYE LOOK USING THE MORPHE 35B - Duration: 5:03.

So today, I'm going to be doing a really exciting look.

I'm super duper proud of this.

It might be one of my favorite looks that I've ever done.

I'm going to be doing this kind of red / fire /

sunset-inspired look,

using the Morphe 35B Palette.

Now, I know that they don't sell this palette anymore,

but I know a lot of you guys still have it.

So I wanted to put this tutorial out there,

because I haven't done that many tutorials

with this palette.

But if you don't have it,

you can always just find a substitute color.

But, yeah. I tried a new technique

of not setting my concealer.

What I was doing right here was

I was taping my eyes.

And then I applied the Tarte Shape Tape

and I blended it out with my finger.

And I didn't set it, like I said before.

For some reason, it just helps me

— at least with this palette —

to get a nice, even blend.

I don't know why.

But I really, really liked the way

that the shadow looked on top of it.

So that's what I'm gonna start doing.

And then I took the Morphe 35B Palette.

(It didn't focus.)

And I'm taking this red shade on a normal crease brush,

and I'm packing it into the crease.

We're gonna blend it out later.

But we just want to get a pigment,

like, the color, down first.

I know. I'm such a beauty guru.

I really know what I'm talking about.

Then I take the orange, and I pack it on top.

Again, I'm kind of blending, but I'm not.

I'm mostly just packing,

because we're gonna go with the yellow now.

And we're gonna blend out the harsh edges.

F--! I feel like f-king James Charles right now.

He's literally shaking.

I also look at myself a lot.

And now I'm doing a half-cut crease

with the Tarte Shape Tape.

And I'm using this brush

that came with the Urban Decay Electric Palette.

It's, like, covered in concealer,

and it's so f-ed.

It's literally completely rubbery.

You can't even see the brush hairs anymore.

But yeah. I'm just doing that.

And then I'm gonna blend with the red.

And I'm not gonna set that concealer

that I just put on, either.

So I'm blending the concealer out

with the red eyeshadow.

It's so satisfying. That blend.

Why did it blend so well?

Okay, and then I'm taking this coral shimmer shade,

and I'm gonna put this in the middle of my lid.

And kind of blending it in with the red, too.

Because we're gonna put in a light shade

on the inner corner, and we want to blend that

between the reds, so we need to have a color

that can sandwich the two together.

So I'm doing that. I'm making sure that it's all blended.

And then I did it on the other eye.

And I sped it up.

They're not quite even.

My cut creases definitely were not even, but . . .

It be like that sometimes. You know?

So then took off the tape.

Eww. I didn't like how my eye just popped out there.

Really satisfying. The blend.

Oh, that f-ing blend.

Then I filled in my eyebrows.

And I'm just applying some concealer.

I'm not doing any foundation,

because y'all know I don't really have time for that.

I'm just blending it in.

I'm in the shade "Light" in the Tarte Shape Tape.

Everybody always asks me.

That's my answer. I'm a "Light."

And then I'm taking this

Makeup Revolution Lace Powder,

and I'm baking . . . or, not baking . . .

I'm just kind of setting.

And I'm taking the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer,

and I'm nose contouring.

Because I feel like when I conceal

or put on foundation,

my nose usually gets lost.

And I know that I have a small nose already.

But you just . . . you just gonna do what you gotta do.

So I contoured my nose.

And then, I also contoured my face

using a Luxie brush.

But sister, I'm really sorry. I don't know which one it is.

Now for my lower lashline,

I'm taking a really thin brush,

so I can get really close to the waterline.

And I'm putting on the red,

and then I'm blending it out

with the orange and the yellow.

Just what we did on top.

And yeah.

Wow.

Looks pretty good.

And then, I'm taking that yellow

that we put on the inner part of the eye,

and I'm putting it on the inner corner.

I ran out of lash glue, so we're just doing mascara.

But I feel like it would look better with falsies.

But . . . this is just the Essence Lash Princess.

And then I'm using the

BECCA Vanilla Quartz Highlighter,

which I just got and I f-ing stan.

It's really, really, really, really sexy.

I love that ho.

Wow. What a queen.

And I'm setting my face.

And I didn't even use a f-ing lipstick

because I'm a piece of sh--.

But I really, really love the way that this look turned out.

So yeah. That was the video.

I'm really proud of that look.

Like I said before, I think it's one of my favorite looks

that I've ever done on my channel.

I'm sorry about the audio.

I was trying to figure out how to work

this is Yeti microphone that I have,

but I don't think I plugged it in.

Like, I mean it plugged it in,

but I feel like I didn't hook it up right,

because I think that the sound

is just the computer sound, because it wasn't that loud.

Because, at the end of the day, it's a tutorial.

Barnstaple Ability Counts Football Club: Show You Care - Together we can make a difference (1 min) - Duration: 1:13.

I moved to Devon three and a half years ago and saw an advertisement for 'football coach is required'

I made a call and was invited along to watch a training session and from the moment I got there

I was just immediately hooked. It was just such an uplifting and rewarding experience

to give so many young disabled people the opportunity to play football and

here I am - three and half years later - I am a qualified football coach.

I'm one of a number of volunteers at Barnstaple Ability Football Club.

It's just the best feeling in the world to be able to know that someone who has come to a

session and they've had a really good time and I wouldn't have that

opportunity and I wouldn't get those feelings if I didn't volunteer.

We all need to make our communities a nicer safer better place for people to live in

and I really do feel part of the local community because of what I do at the football.

Volunteering for my community is my way of showing I care.

 Less than 48 hours after Kim Kardashian West debuted a short new bob hairstyle during a date night with husband Kanye West, the star has revealed that she's already missing her long strands

 Late Sunday night Kardashian tweeted, "Wait I miss my long hair 😢"  While Kim's been known to experiment with wigs and extensions, it appears her haircut was the real deal

Hairstylist Chris Appleton shared a photo on Instagram of her new do writing, "clean cut" and asking his followers, "How 💣does Kim look with this new FRESH AF cut!"  Kim may have been inspired to go short after sister Khloé Kardashian just chopped her strands into a similar short bob

Khloé revealed she didn't think she was ready for a short hairstyle just yet, but three days after opening up, she took the plunge

 She debuted her hairstyle (by longtime stylist Justine Marjan) on Instagram with a quote from brother-in-law Kanye West
