Learn About the Ideal Diet for Your Body Type

Knowing what your body type is according to our build will help you choose the most suitable foods and the ideal diet to lose weight effectively.

Have you noticed that you tend to accumulate fat in a certain part of your body? Did you try your best friend's ideal diet and it did not work? Although you may have overlooked it, we don't all gain weight in the same way.

While it's true that our habits influence the figure we have, sometimes we may have more difficulty losing weight due to the type of body we inherited from our parents and ancestors.

The American psychologist William Herbert Sheldon classified the body into three types (somatypes): ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph.

Since then, and according to data from the University of Houston (United States), nutritionists, trainers and doctors have taken this information into account to design individualized nutrition plans.

Because of this, identifying the type of body is one of the keys to achieving successful diets and adapting them to the needs of each person.

Ectomorph body or "tube type" One of the main characteristics of this type of body is that it is thin.

This group includes those who have difficulty gaining weight.

It is important to consult the doctor to rule out any medical condition.

Although, generally, the body is low in fat, it has difficulties gaining muscle mass.

Ideally, the diet should be composed of: Carbohydrates: 55% Protein: 25% Fat: 20% Recommended foods If you belong to this group, it is important that you include in your diet: Vegetables Lean meats Dairy and eggs Vegetables and fruits (avocado) Nuts Olive oil Whole grains Physical exercise When doing physical exercise, ectomorphs should do little cardiovascular activity and focus on muscle development movements.

Exercises with weights or of high physical exigency are ideal to mold the figure and to increase size.

Mesomorph body or "apple shape" Women with a mesomorphic body, also known as an "apple-shaped body," are not necessarily obese.

Its drawback is that fat tends to accumulate in the waist area.

When gaining weight, this situation causes those annoying "love handles" that are formed in the abdominal region.

In addition, due to bad dietary habits, your belly usually inflames more easily.

The ideal diet for women in this category should be composed of: Carbohydrates: 40% Proteins: 30% Fat: 30% Recommended foods If you belong to this group try to include in your diet: Fruits and vegetables Lean meats Low-fat dairy Nuts and seeds Whole grains and legumes Also, you should avoid: Scrap or processed food Soft drinks or sugary drinks Fried and canned foods Refined flour Physical exercise It is said that mesomorphs are "genetically lucky" because it is easier for them to shape their figure.

Despite this, it is essential to supplement the diet with regular exercise, since, like any person, muscles require work and strengthening.

A training that combines cardiovascular and strength exercises is ideal.

It is also healthy to practice disciplines such as yoga or pilates.

These help maintain an adequate weight and tone muscles.

Endomorph or "pear-like body" Those belonging to this category are characterized by having a slow metabolism. They are people with a tendency to suffer from being overweight, obesity and other metabolic difficulties.

Because of this, it is advisable to reduce the consumption of 200 to 500 calories a day in relation to the recommended amount.

In addition, salt intake should be limited, as it more frequently causes fluid retention problems.

Recommended foods If you are part of this group try to include in your day to day: Healthy fats, such as olive oil and avocado Fruits and vegetables rich in water Whole grains Lean meats and fish Reduce to the maximum and, as far as possible, avoid: Junk food and processed food Food rich in sodium Sugary drinks or soft drinks Sweets and bakery products Physical exercise To supplement the diet, endomorphs should spend about 30 minutes per day on moderate-rate aerobics.

Walking, jogging or biking are some of the activities that are ideal to help balance body weight.

Once you start losing weight, it is appropriate to start including strength exercises, two or three times a week.

It is not always easy to recognize our body type, since many times we notice characteristics of two or more somatypes.

However, in general, we tend to belong to a specific one.

What's yours? If you are trying to improve your figure and weight, identify which category you belong to and adapt your diet to the corresponding needs.

5 Natural Remedies for High Blood Pressure

In order to know if we have high blood pressure or not, we'll need to see the doctor for a check-up.

After, improving our diet will help us control it.

High blood pressure often affects the elderly and its causes are the results of harmful habits or lifestyles such as stress, being overweight or a high alcohol or salt intake.

Though we can prevent this condition, we'll always have a risk of getting it.

To treat high blood pressure, natural remedies are an option that we should have available.

What is high blood pressure? High blood pressure, or hypertension, is the increased force in blood circulation.

The speed at which blood travels is higher than normal, which can lead significant circulatory problems.

High blood pressure is linked to bad cholesterol (LDL) and often starts to be a problem for people when they reach the age of 55.

To prevent this condition, you should review your family history as genetics play an important role in determining your chances of having high blood pressure.

What are the symptoms of high blood pressure? The most common symptoms of hypertension include: Nausea and vomiting Dizziness Reddened face Blurry face Chest pain Headache You should have your blood pressure checked if you have any suspicions.

A blood pressure monitor can accurately measure levels.

The monitor shows systolic pressure (the arterial blood pressure) and diastolic pressure (that measures the pressure when the heart rests in between beats).

You should review your pressure levels with your doctor to understand what kind of treatment will best suit your needs.

How can you prevent hypertension? There's no cure for this condition, thus, prevention is key.

In order to prevent hypertension, you should reduce your salt intake and exercise frequently.

These lifestyle changes are a big help for your cardiovascular health.

You should also follow a balanced diet that's rich in fruits and vegetables.

Furthermore, aim to eliminate or reduce tobacco and alcohol use.

Natural remedies for treating high blood pressure Natural remedies are always a good option for treating this condition.

Using natural remedies is an important step as in some cases, symptoms may appear unexpectedly.

People with high blood pressure should also have something on hand for treatment.

Some of the remedies are: 1.

Garlic Garlic can reduce blood pressure by 8%.

It has antioxidant properties that improve skin and the nervous system.

We can use garlic for a wide variety of natural remedies.

You should eat one clove of garlic daily as a treatment for hypertension.

So, it'll help to keep a jar of peeled garlic cloves in the fridge and ready.

Instead of swallowing or chewing a garlic clove, you can soak it in a glass of water for one night.

You can mix the water with lemon juice and drink it on an empty stomach.

It'll help stabilize your stomach's pH in addition to helping your digestion.

Parsley and lemon blend Process an entire lemon together with parsley and drink it on an empty stomach.

This remedy prevents high blood pressure as both ingredients are diuretics.

They eliminate retained liquids that cause pressure.

Other helpful method is drinking lemon juice with warm water in the mornings, on an empty stomach.

Oats Eating oats can reduce cholesterol by 5% in addition to fighting hypertension.

Oats also contribute in regulating blood circulation.

Boil water and add the oats, then leave to sit.

You should drink at least one liter of this oat water daily.

Magnesium We can find magnesium chloride in foods such as beets or nuts and use it as a treatment for hypertension.

You can also find it in pharmacies and natural-food stores.

For its preparation, add 33 grams of magnesium chloride (2 tablespoons) to one liter of boiling water.

Drink a small glass on an empty stomach daily.

This is a prevention method. A magnesium chloride deficiencyincreases the risk of having high blood pressure.

Beets In addition to magnesium, this root contains potassium, iron, sodium, calcium, phosphate and zinc.

Eating beets frequently can boast many benefits for the body.

Thanks to its characteristic and flavor, it's easy to eat beets.

From salads to smoothies, there are many ways to include beets to your diet and benefit from its properties.

When it comes to fighting high blood pressure, drinking beet juiceon an empty stomach can maximize results.

All you need to do is boil, blend and drink the beets.

Hypertension can mean a lot of health risks.

Do what you can to prevent it.

Smartphone Price to Performance Terbaik! | Pocophone F1 Review - Duration: 7:12.

The Pocophone F1 is made from a high quality polycarbonate

or another word that's easier to understand would be;

plastic.

on the back you'll find a dual camera setup

the first camera with 12 megapixels at f/1.9

and the second with 5 megapixels at f/2.0

below the camera, you'll also find a fingerprint reader that is super fast

other than the fingerprint reader, the Pocophone also has a face unlock feature that is just as fast.

not just fast, the face unlock is also more secure

than other smartphones with a face unlock feature as well

maybe you're asking; "why is it more secure?"

this is because the Pocophone also uses infrared for it's face unlock authentication

not just for security purposes,

the use of infrared also ensures that you can still unlock your phone when it's dark.

after you unlock the Pocophone with its face unlock or fingerprint reader,

you'll be greeted by a gorgeous 6.2 inch IPS LCD panel

even though it's not an AMOLED screen like most flagships,

the contrast you get from this screen is still pretty good

and after changing to the Standard picture profile,

the colors seem more accurate

now for you guys that hate phones that have notches,

Pocophone has been very kind to include an option to block out the notch

and this time you don't have to be afraid that your battery is gonna run out

because of a bright and gorgeous screen like this.

because the Pocophone F1 comes equipped with a 4000mAh battery

a battery this big should definitely last you the whole day

but in case of extreme usage

and you run out of battery mid day,

the Pocophone F1 already supports quickcharge 3.0

so running out of battery in the middle of the day shouldn't be an issue anymore.

when you watch a video on the Pocophone F1,

you'll be accompanied by a pair of stereo speakers that can be very loud

but we're still thankful to xiaomi for including a headphone jack

on a smartphone in 2018

besides watching videos, you'll definitely be playing games right?

nothing to worry about in that department.

because the Pocophone F1 already has a Snapdragon 845 processor

who says the latest and greatest processor has to be expensive, am I right?

this Snapdragon 845 chip is definitely fast.

it can basically handle any game that's out right now

so you don't have to worry about turning on the high FPS mode on Mobile Legends on this phone

especially with liquid cooling, your palms wont get sweaty when you're going for that chicken dinner.

you also don't have to worry about installing games and apps on this phone

because the Pocophone F1 comes in 2 different memory configurations

which are 64 gigabytes and 128 gigabytes

and it also has a micro SD card slot that supports up to 256gb

so you're basically free to download the whole Play Store if you want to.

for it's 12MP and 5MP camera that we mentioned earlier,

the results definitely doesn't look like it comes from a budget phone.

the photos you get from this camera is so good considering it's price.

outdoor photos look gorgeous and sharp

the dynamic range is also good enough

so that the auto HDR rarely comes on

and even if it turns on, you just get more details in the shadows and highlights.

in conditions where there is enough light,

it's very difficult to compare photos that came from this phone and photos that came from a more expensive phone.

now the next challenge is low light

because the low light capabilities are often what differentiates

a camera from a budget phone and a camera from a more expensive phone.

the the results from the low light photos from the Pocophone are

well, not too bad.

the results are still pretty sharp

but has a lot of noise

and besides that, some parts of a few photos are blurry.

this is because it has no OIS

it's portait mode however, is pretty good.

the edge detection works well when there is enough light

and on backgrounds that aren't too busy

for video, the Pocophone F1 can shoot 4K at 30fps

but it's a shame that in this 4K mode, there is no OIS

but besides that, the result is very sharp.

the contrast is pretty good and the color is also pretty accurate

the dynamic range is also as pretty good as it's photo capabilities.

and for it's 1080p video,

the results are very smooth thanks to the stabilization.

but it's a shame that it's not that sharp.

and as many phones that's marketed more towards asians,

the front camera has a higher megapixel count than it's back camera.

photos are detailed and colors are accurate.

it's portrait mode selfie is also pretty good.

basically not that much different from it's main camera.

so it seems that the Pocophone is pretty good overall right?

it's got a nice camera, a good screen, a huge battery,

and the specs are spectacular.

so what are the cons here? how is it so much cheaper than other flagships that have a similair spec sheet?

now one of the cons we found are with the speakers

yes it's stereo

and yes it can get pretty loud

but the audio quality is very sub par

you can barely hear the bass and the treble sounds kind of muffled.

besides that the design is not all that interesting as well

unlike other phones that are more ambitious with their design

by using glass or metal and a unique design,

the Pocophone F1 only uses plastic.

however the armored edition is an exception.

of course there are benefits to using plastic such as;

it's cheaper, lighter,

and you don't have to worry that you might crack your phone every time you drop your phone.

the thing is just it doesn't feel premium in the hand.

and after using this phone for a few weeks and going back to a metal backed phone,

the difference was very noticeable.

and for those of you who like to Netflix and chill,

it's worth considering that the Pocophone F1

does not support Widevine L1.

this means that you won't be able to stream Netflix in full HD.

the quality will be capped at 520p.

which is a shame because the screen is pretty nice to watch movies on.

for the complete spec sheet you can see here;

so would I recommend this phone?

in my opinion, yes.

because you won't be able to find specs like this at this price point.

now if you don't mind the minor issues I mentioned before,

and you really want a flagship class phone without paying a flagship price,

go for it.

the price range is between $300 to $430 depending which spec you're choosing.

but you can definitely find better prices

if you search for it on Telunjuk.com

for those of you that don't know, Telunjuk.com is a webstite where you can

compare prices of products from every e-commerce website in Indonesia,

so that you can get the best price.

anyway that's it from me, if you like this kind of content, don't forget to like and subscribe

and share this video with your friends

I'm Kim, and as always, Salam Telunjuk.

La photo argentique... mais pourquoi ? 🧐 - Duration: 2:18.

it all started with a ring. a joke ? no, a ring.

it was the wedding of two friends,

I wanted to make a fun guest book,

I bought an instant camera,

films...

I made a pola, then two, then three,

I couldn't stop

I got hooked, completely hooked

well, I have a lot of failures,

underexposed polas, overexposed, misframed

but in the end, I do not know why, it always looks nice

still not the selfies at the end of a party

with the pola, I got hooked, I restarted analog photography

it's over: I cannot stop anymore

but why ? why going back to this in our digital era?

is it nostalgia, magic, or ... madness?

maybe ... a little bit of everything ^^

do you mind if I put films in the fridge?

analog photography has an unpredictable side

you can save memories,

lock them up,

time goes by

you give them to the lab

the magic happens in a dark room

(we don't really know what's going on there)

and when we find out what photos look like,

we often rediscover things that we had completely forgotten

is it the fact of losing them and finding them again

which gives all its value to memories?

is it the fact of...

...waiting?

it's nice in my dark room, isn't it?

it's nice, right?

today I have a little question for you (let's get a little scared...)

when was the last time you used a film camera?

how old were you ? when was it?

maybe you quit the film photography in the last century, before the end of the 90s

leave me a comment below to tell me — I'm doing a little poll :)

if you liked this video, give a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel

I see you soon!
