to make this tabletop planter
i just use two glass bowls and colored stones
it's a large size glass bowl
now i'm putting a layer of white stones in this bowl
and then
i'm just placing a small size glass bowl in the center of the large bowl
next
i'm going to fill the colored stones
now
decorated colorful planter is ready
next
filling the fresh water into this small bowl
next
placing the money plant cuttings or rooted money plants
now
decorated and colorful table top money plant planter is ready
next
i'm going to show the making of the colored stones
here the small white stones
i just take some stones
and then
pour a small amount of poster paint
then
adding some water
next
mix well the paint on the stones
after mix the paint, leave it to dry for 24 hours
after 24 hours , completely dried
now ready to use
next
i'm going to show you the cleaning and water changing method
takeout the all plants
and then
just use the syringe and tube to remove the water from the bowl
after removing the old water, fill fresh water
and then replacing the money plants in the bowl
change water once a week and keep this planter anywhere of your indoor places

Hi, my name is Dorota Freitag, I'm from Kreatywnie.com
Today I have for you decoupage 3D technique and self made resin spoon as handle and cracks effect.
It is tea box.
Before I start to paint and form I have to use white primer.
I don't use to much of the primer.
The box needs to be white, because the rice paper is a little transparent and I want to keep the colors.
I am tearing out the cup motive.
Before I start to use glue and paper I will make some structure.
I am using heavy body paste and short moves to create some "crackles".
While the heavy body paste is drying, I am preparing the spoon of the ivory resin.
I am using silicon mold, plastic tea spoon and wooden stick to measure the resin amount.
I am taking the same amount of A and B resin. For the spoon you need only 2 spoons (1xA and 1xB).
I made more resin to use for more forms.
I try to keen the same amount of A and B.
At the beginning the resin is like amber, but it is getting more and more ivory.
I am pouring some resin to the form and let it dry for 30 minutes.
Now I use the rice paper. I made it wet. Than I put some decoupage glue on the cup.
Now I am taking the extra light clay and forming the cup.
I cover the clay with the glue again.
Now I am sticking the whole paper on the box.
At this moment I can remove my spoon from the silicon mold.
It is still very flexible.
I can bend the spoon, correct the shape, cut it.
I let it dry for the next hour.
Now is the time for painting. I prepared Fleur paint: banana cream, james taupe, yellow an some elegant rose.
I am painting withe most simple school brush.
I paint also the spoon and the bottom of the box.
I also used some paint to correct the cup.
I made some shadows using paint and water.
I am using some white paint and "dry brush" technique to make the heavy body structure visible.
The brush has to be flat and lying not standing.
The bottom of the box will be painted with elegant rose.
Here is the "dry brush again".
Now I will make some white cracks with stamp.
It is the time to use some varnish.
I will use 6-9 layers of the varnish.
The spoon is ready to be sticked. I am using some strong glue.
Now I will use some metallic wax to show the spoon details.
Here is the handle.
The box is ready.

happy that it's finish!

my visa is a essential skills visa
so yeah

so it's means
that your company sponsor you
for your skills
in a specific statut
so i applied like a food and beverage duty manager
it's supervisor
in the company where i am
so yeah
the only problem
if a company want to sponsor you in new zealand
they need to proof to the immigration
that you are better than a kiwi
and it can be hard
they need to find
a skill that you have
to say to the immigration
yeah you can see
he is good!
and that's why i didn't take a kiwi!
and it's really good eventually
they try to put forward
kiwi people more than foreigners who come like
i can do everything!
so for me
they took my accountancy background from france
to show that i can help them
with finance stuffs
because i had a good experience
in accountant job
even if clearly
i don't know if i'm gonna use that
but it helped me to have
this visa
and i'm really really really happy!
so with this proof that you need to show
that you are better than a kiwi
your company also need to give you a recommendation letter
the proof that they tried to find kiwi people is to put the offer
well to show that they put the offer
on recruitment website
and that they saw in interview

it's a process
it's not really complicated to have but after
you need to give your documents and show them your experience
and it's also because of the statut

that you can apply for essential skills

after that there is a minimum paid
i don't remember

it's 18$ per hour
that you need to proof
that your company give you that

because they have more and more immigrants
because new zealand is a good country !
so yeah they try to reinforce that
but there is a possibility when you are in working holiday visa
and if you show to your employer that you work
and because of that you didn't went to south island!
during one year
but if you have your work visa
you are really happy
even if you took a lot of time in your work
now i stay here!
