Well, here we are finally

So we were actually gonna talk food, okay?

Small intro on myself :

I started Street Workout

summer 2016

So that's a bit over a year ago now

but before that, I did a bit of wieght training

I therefore have a few notions about

training biceps

and meal prep

Bro hang on to your seat, I'm gonna suprise you

When you're doing Street Workout

your body's working exactly the same

as when you're into bodybuilding,

you're running marathons,

or when you wanna become

the news darts world champion.

So the way you influence your body

by eating follows the same rules

But your goals regarding mass,

endurance and strength

might not be the same.

I you wanna have a say in what happens to you,

you're gonna have to eat accordingly to your objectives

espicially if you wish to facilitate

gaining muscle or losing fat

You can also completely wing it !

who can tell really,

you might still lose 20 pounds !

Personnaly, I like to control what's happening

That's why I prepared you this video

in order to introduce nutritions' basics for Street Workout

actually, nutritions' basics for a human being

We're gonna have an overview on

everything you're eating that contains calories

meaning macronutrients

In English, they say "Macros"

Anybody wanna translate? ;)

So,

During your life, you'll eat 4 different macronutrients

So I'm gonna officially introduce each one of them !

Let's start with the one you're most interested in :

PROTEIN

WHAT'S IT FOR ?

It's primal use is to help build muscle when eating enough

and to help maintain it when eating less

WHERE DO I FIND IT ?

You'll find some

in lean meats,

in powders,

in lean fish,

in eggs,

in powders,

in diary products,

and of course,

in protein powder !

HOW MUCH DO I NEED ?

It mostly depends on the amount of

muscle and fat you're carrying around right now

It can easily go from

1 to 3 grams per KG of bodyweight per day

Just know that if you're really overweight,

you have to take your lean mass

To help you understand, I'll take myself as an example

Right now, I'm in my pre-winter period,

so I still have hopes to save

about one out of two abs

I'm therefore in my softening phase

See? Wait I'll show you

And I'm weighing it at about 85 KGs / 187 lbs now

Regarding my current state of Super Athlete

I clearly need at least 2g of protein/kg/day

I'm the best at maths bro,

2 times 85 = 170g of protein per day

That0s what I'm personnaly aiming for

DIETARY FAT

WHAT'S IT FOR ?

Dietary fat,

or just "fat",

is something you need to survive.

If you don't any well...

you die :)

It'll be used to absorb vitamins,

regulate your hormones,

oil your brains' functions

and a lot of other cool things like that !

WHERE DO I FIND IT ?

You'll find some

in fatty meats,

fatty fish,

nuts,

butter, oil,

in basically everything that tastes good

and make you feel guilty afterwards ! :)

HOW MUCH DO I NEED ?

It depends again on the same parameters as for protein

but it'll generally be between

15 and 45% of your total daily calorie intake

which then depends on your goal intake

otherwise, 0.8-1.5g per KG of lean body mass you built

will generally be sufficient and optimal

Aaaand now

CARBS !

WHAT'S IT FOR ?

You see, for protein and fat, you'll generally

get absolute numbers that will relatively

not change so much regarding your goals

For carbs, it's the exact opposite ! :D

I keep them for the end, because for any diet

that isn't based on the advice

of a clown,

they's ll be here to fill the gaps,

which means the rest of daily calories you have left

after eating your protein and fat

It's gonna be your body's primal

source of energy to allow you to..

.. move your butt around all day long,

as well as to do

every necessary action for your survival

They'll be stored in the liver, brain,

blood and muscle

as glycogen, in order to be used when needed

WHERE DO I FIND IT ?

You'll find some in fruits,

vegetables,

grains, cereals,

and in all the processed food you can find around,

and in all the sugary sodas

HOW MUCH DO I NEED ?

You can survive without,

but there's absolutely no fun in that.

Also know that some high level athletes will

easily eat up to 700g per day,

which leaves you with

a pretty useless range

Between 1-4g/kg/day should be enough for most goals

But as you surely know, it will depend on

your body composition when you wake up,

and what you're gonna be doing eith your day.

So,

you thought it was over?

Let me introduce the 4th macronutrient

that you need to take into account.

This one, certain people know and consume more than others

I'm not sure I wanna give recommandations here,

but you might wanna aim for

a quantity that seems reasonnable

in order to forget all your problems,

be able to talk to bros and chicks at the party

or in the morning,

or also to make you brave enough to attempt

a human flag on the club's pledance bar

I'll let you decide !

I'll summarize all of this for you

Calories are found in macros, which are

proteins, fats,

carbs and alcohol,

which each have their own amount of kcal/grams

Rockwell B-1 Lancer - US Supersonic Heavy Strategic Bomber [Review] - Duration: 7:31.

The Rockwell B-1 Lancer is a supersonic variable-sweep wing, heavy bomber used by the United States

Air Force. It is commonly called the "Bone". It is one of three strategic bombers in the

USAF fleet as of 2017, the other two being the B-2 Spirit "Stealth Bomber", and the B-52

Stratofortress.

In the early 1990s, following the Gulf War and concurrent with the disestablishment of

SAC and its reassignment to the newly formed Air Combat Command, the B-1B was converted

to conventional bombing use. It first served in combat during Operation Desert Fox in 1998

and again during the NATO action in Kosovo the following year. The B-1B has supported

U.S. and NATO military forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. The USAF had 66 B-1Bs in service

as of September 2012. The B-1B is expected to continue to serve into the 2030s, with

the Northrop Grumman B-21 Raider to begin replacing the B-1B after 2025. The B-1s currently

in inventory will reach the end of their service lives by 2045.

Unlike the B-1A, the B-1B cannot reach Mach 2+ speeds; its maximum speed is Mach 1.25

or 1,530 km/h, but its low-level speed increased to Mach 0.92 or 1,130 km/h. The speed of the

current version of the aircraft is limited by the need to avoid damage to its structure

and air intakes. To help lower its radar cross section, the B-1B uses serpentine air intake

ducts and fixed intake ramps, which limit its speed compared to the B-1A. Vanes in the

intake ducts serve to deflect and shield radar emissions from the highly reflective engine

compressor blades.

The B-1's main computer is the IBM AP-101, which is also used on the Space Shuttle orbiter

and the B-52 bomber. The computer is programmed with the JOVIAL programming language.

The B-1's defensive electronics include the Eaton AN/ALQ-161A radar warning and defensive

jamming equipment, which has three sets of antennas; one at the front base of each wing

and the third rear-facing in the tail radome. Also in the tail radome is the AN/ALQ-153

missile approach warning system.

Beginning in 2014, the B-1 was used by the U.S. against the Islamic State in the Syrian

Civil War. From August 2014 to January 2015, the B-1 accounted for eight percent of USAF

sorties during Operation Inherent Resolve. The 9th Bomb Squadron was deployed to Qatar

in July 2014 to support missions in Afghanistan, but when the air campaign against IS began

on 8 August, the aircraft were employed in Iraq. During the Battle of Kobane in Syria,

the squadron's B-1s dropped 660 bombs over 5 months in support of Kurdish forces defending

the city, one-third of all bombs used during OIR during the period, killing some 1,000

ISIL fighters. The 9th Bomb Squadron's B-1s went "Winchester", dropping all weapons on

board, 31 times during their deployment. They dropped over 2,000 JDAMs during the 6-month

rotation. B-1s from the 28th Bomb Wing flew 490 sorties where they dropped 3,800 munitions

on 3,700 targets during a six-month deployment. In February 2016, the B-1s were sent back

to the U.S. for cockpit upgrades.

As part of a USAF organizational realignment announced in April 2015, all B-1B aircraft

are to be reassigned from Air Combat Command to Global Strike Command effective 1 October

2015.

On 8 July 2017, the USAF flew two B-1 Lancers near the North Korean border in a show of

force amid increasing tensions, particularly in response to North Korea's 4 July test of

an ICBM capable of reaching Alaska.

debts, but I'm nervous because my home is in foreclosure. Can I file a Chapter 13 now

to save my home? My name is Ron Drescher. I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and

creditor's rights. Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and the good news is almost

everywhere you go, you are allowed to do that. We call that Chapter 20 in the bankruptcy

world. Plus, you've done a Chapter 7, now you're going to add a Chapter 13 and 7+13

is 20, and it's typically a valid and legitimate way to deal with your problems. Why might

you do this instead of doing a Chapter 13 in the first place? Well, your debt may exceed

Today we're here for my first december video !

Christmas is coming very fast...

I don't want to mislead you,

this video as nothing to do with christmas time.

But on this little lookbook,

I wanted to show you two looks with at least a red detail in each one of them,

'cause I'm very impatient for Christmas to come, do you too ?

Even though I must say I'm a bit nervous...

Because with my big belly

I actually don't know where I'll be spending the festivities.

If I'm still pregnant, it's at our place.

If I already delivered and came back home,

it's also here.

Otherwise if baby boy comes on Christmas or just before,

we'll be spending it at the hospital.

So please keep your fingers crossed, your toes crossed,

everything you can for me please,

so I give birth before

and that we come home safe and sound before Christmas !

So I filmed this looks with a little bit of red

as a little reminder of Christmas time.

and so I've been listening to it, then I tried to incorporate it in shit I do.

Like back in the day, I used to try to play me (music)

I tried to incorporate it in like Trap and then, I want to say like a year or 2 later

that shit blew up here in America

and shit went crazy, but the sound always been different so

shit like Lil Uzi's record that came from influence of

listening to those sounds and like EDM and shit like that.

That shit hit big in 2010

2010-2011, that's when I start hearing it over here

but the only way I could listen to it was on Pandora.

I never heard it nowhere else

and then all of the sudden I start hearing it in commercials and shit like that

I thought "this shit is about to lit!"

and then that shit took over too.

Then they started the whole Trap EDM. It wasn't what I was doing, but it was more so

incorporated... it was like the bounce of EDM but with Trap drums.

I was tryna actually make Trap type shit with the EDM [...]

something that people can rap on and shit like that.

I kind of had it a little bit

I was trying to experiment [...],

that's when I was trying to experiment with it. I got the hang of it eventually though.

But by that time, shit, that shit had done took off. I thought I was onto something for a second.

I couldn't get nobody to rap on it though. At that time, [...] like how I was doing it,

I made it as if like... because I didn't know

about transition and automations fully at that time so like I was just try to

find like some regular like EDM sounds and just try to do a little melody with it

and put some Trap drums over it, but now I know how to do all that shit.

Yeah that thing was popping like on SoundCloud and stuff

Guys actually made careers off of...

I'm talking beat careers [...] for sure.

I can't imagine like making a million dollars a set!
