I use the books by Stanislav Chernyshov "Poekhaly" 2.1 and 2.2
I like them because of the serious approach
The materials that are used in the lessons
What am I saying? What's wrong with me today?
Materials from this book are organised in the way to make students speak a lot
A lot of questions for discussions
and lots of them are controversial
I know that Stanislav likes these kinds of questions, to make students talk
Also they have audios
listening exercises
where a student listens and picks the answer
it's also bright
lots of pictures and illustrations
Grammar is presented very well
Visually well done
some points can be seen in different angles, and I understand that I like this method of explanation
For example, they give verbs in groups
Like verbs вставать, уставать, and they practice them
It's a nightmare for foreigners
And the second part, Poekhali 2
This one is even more serious
I don't know if they sell it on Amazon. I don't know either
I'm not sure
But you can buy them in Moscow and Petersburg

Hi guys! Welcome back to the channel! it's Claire and Rags and Happy New Year!
It is 2018 now with a new year often comes New Year's resolutions I have my
own and I've decided - Rags needs one too! This year Ragsy is going to be a
bit more active seeing as she is getting a bit older so I decided to make her a
treat based game. It's really easy it's made with empty cardboard toilet roll tubes
and your cat will love it so if you want to learn how to make it just carry on watching
okay so for your DIY cat treat game you're going to need a
cardboard box a selection of treats, some scissors or a craft knife
and loads of toilet roll tubes!
Alright so the first thing when to do is take the box you can use any size you want
I'm doing small one and what you're going to do is cut it down to about the
same size as a toilet roll tube so it should be roughly about halfway
okay so now we have our box. The next thing I want to do is dead easy dead fun and
what I want you to do is it take some super glue - clean non-toxic awesome hot glue and
glue the toilet roll tubes to at the bottom of the box
Now I've got ones of different sizes to make it a little bit more interesting so that it's really
easy and you can do as many as you want or as little as you want
Now if you want to make it a little bit more interesting you can cut some of the
toilet roll tubes in half to make it just a little bit more challenging
Now if you just been using non-toxic glue you seem to wait for that to set
once it's all dry it's just one more step until it is ready to play with take your treats
for your cat and put some in a few of the little tubes so that your cat has to work out where they are
Oh Ragsy are you struggling there?
I know you can smell them, but I think it's just a little bit too lazy to do this one aren't you?

obviously Ragsy didn't really seem to understand the concept but thankfully I

I grew up in Connecticut,
in an ultra-orthodox Jewish community.
So you can imagine the surprise to my parents
when I came back to them telling them
that I want to be an actor.
I want to get into the entertainment world.
They were a bit surprised.
(playful song)
So, my parents tried to sway me
to focus on the traditional route,
on which all my friends were doing.
So after I turned 13 years old, my parents
sent me of to Yeshiva.
Yeshiva is a high school, pretty much.
A system where one will study to become a rabbi.
So there were no secular studies.
There wasn't any gym time or the arts,
which I would have loved, because I loved acting as a kid.
In a world of black and white,
I felt like I needed some more color.
I definitely had a hard time during that period in my life.
I fell into a bit of a sadness, into a depression.
I felt that I wasn't learning anything.
I wasn't growing.
I didn't feel like I was in the right place.
This was not the way I should be feeling.
And I know that it was something
I never wanted to feel again.
And didn't want other people to feel as well.
Those were some dark times.
But I'm grateful for those moments,
because it gave me the perspective
and changed my way of thinking
to know like okay, this is not where I want to be
this is not where I want to go.
I don't want other people to feel this way.
Let's get out of here and build a world
of positivity and happiness.
So the last chapter in the Yeshiva system,
you become ordained rabbis.
I went to Singapore for two years to rabbinical school
to study to become a rabbi.
It was an amazing experience
and after which most of my friends went back to the states,
where they would go on to the traditional life.
Get a job, get married and have kids.
I was like I don't know if that's for me.
(laughs)
So instead of going back with my friends,
I decided to pack my bags, in one little backpack,
and travel Asia.
I learned so many things.
One of which I realize in conversation,
talking about what my plans were when I was
going to go back home.
I always brought up the idea of going back
and making videos and spreading positive messages
through videos, through that medium.
And then it suddenly dawned on me, realizing, like,
wait a second, I'm always talking about this
and why don't I just do this when I go back home.
So once I decided that I wanted to make videos
and this is what I wanted to do for now, I went full force.
I knew when someone watched my video,
I wanted them to smile, I wanted them to feel good.
So we filmed High Five New York and we posted it YouTube.
Next day I wake up, and in my inbox,
I have emails from different news outlets
asking me to come in to be interviewed.
And it seemed like the world was thirsty
for this type of content.
Video after video my community was growing.
The audience was growing as well.
And I was finding my voice.
I look back at the chapters in my life
and I see that throughout wherever I was,
wherever I found myself I was trying to be the most
authentic person that I can be.

Hi Guys I'm Shelly, and welcome to day 10, of the 12 Days of Christmas.
And we're on 10 Lords a-leaping. Why they're leaping? I don't know.
Maybe they just got their expenses rebate back. Cause you know. You'd leap for that you little scrongy buggers.
If you don't know what a Lord is, traditionally here in the United Kingdom,
the UK, England. You know, this place that is an island. That it's slowly, you know, sinking into the water.
Traditionally it's how a man of land or title is addressed. Such as the Lord of the Manor in Downton.
Who I cannot remember his name...... Lord thingamajig.
He is a lord, because he owns a title he owns a peerage. He has a piece of land,
and it is passed down to his son, and his grandson and so on and so forth.
Why it has to be passed down to sons, well you can hit history over the head for that one.
It also refers to a member of the British peerage, so you can become a Lord.
Lots of people buy their way into Lordegde, but I won't speculate on that,
because I'll probably get sued! But if you are a Lord it means you can vote,
in the House of Lords and have your say on government issues.
There's a whole big debate on whether they should be allowed to do that.
Because you know, they haven't been elected. Currently the House of Lords can sign a bill,
and say, Yay go for it. Or they can veto a bill, in which case it will not happen.
Sometimes, having the House of Lords is a good thing.
They backup the every man's vote and,say "you know what government, you're off you nut, don't do that"
But sometimes they sign things that are bloody dreadful.
In Christianity, the 10 Lords a-leaping, stand for the 10 commandments,
though why they're leaping, I don't know? Can commandments leap?
Did Moses leap? Was it Moses? Was it Moses who read the 10 Commandments? Did he do it well leaping?
I don't know! But apparently this is what it refers to......
So there are these 10 Lords a Leaping in the Commons, probably at one of the many, many bars that are free,
And are very, very annoying. Don't even get me started on British politics.
We pay for Lords to get drunk on champagne...... Yep we pretty much live in the dark ages.

hey guys it's Danielle and here is a little January plan with me in my plum
paper planner hope you enjoy they have this really cool feature of three goals
every month and I hope to use this more this year I did a little bit last year
but kind of gave up so that's kind of one of my resolutions to use this
because I think it's great to you know focus on three things each month so
these are my three goals I am doing a vegan challenge right now so I would
like to complete that goal number two is to focus on my yoga practice which is
pretty non-existent right now I would like to get a lot better at that so I
would like to do even a 10 minute yoga session at four times a week my third
goal is called James's special time I talked about that in one or two videos
so basically I just want to connect with James here's my son every night after
work for 15 minutes and obviously I spend more time with him than that but
just 15 minutes of pure connection I let him choose whatever he wants within
limits you know I can't cost him money most days and it can involve screen time
so sometimes we do artwork or read just let him kind of lead the direction and
we kind of chat and connect and a couple of birthdays this month I haven't done
any of that and then I'm having a little health issue nothing serious but I need
minor surgery this year and I would like to get the ball rolling on that there
some things I need to do before that can happen so I just wrote that here then
we'll move on to the next page I'm between tripods right now you guys so I
apologize for the slight shaking but I'm gonna try this for the first time this
month on this January page I'm gonna try to write an affirmation or a piece of
gratitude every single day so today is January 2nd and hopefully I will fill
this up to number 31 this is the month at a glance I don't use this too much
mainly because we don't do how much maybe but um Mandy at the kitchen wife
in her planner wrote what she actually eats for dinner every night after the
fact and I think I'm going to start to do that because I think that'll help
with meal planning to kind of look at you know what you actually ate kind of
get ideas what you liked what you haven't had in a while so I think I'm
gonna try that out and as you can see I did yesterday on the first this is where
I spend the most time my weekly spread for the first time this year I had them
type in my different section so the top one is appointments and I just write
those throughout the week and then my work to do list fitness house or
personal things like laundry things to do at home cooking stuff then my youtube
section and my journal and the last one is blank I'm not a sticker person but I
did put a couple this week and then this is my cleaning list for the week I'd
like to get back into a zone cleaning routine I'll show you what that is in a
seconds again these are kind of my to two of my goals for the month yoga four
times a week and James a special time I need to pick up to some contacts and
would like to get my Christmas thank yous out let me know what you guys do
thank yous and if you do are you done is it bad that I haven't started yet
this is something I'm trying out for the first time as well this is the end of
the month or this page is at the end of the month and I'm gonna keep track of
what I'm watching so so far I've been watching Real Housewives of New Jersey I
think I'm gonna start the crown let me know if you've seen the season two I
love to season one but for some reason I haven't been that excited about season
two so let me know how it is then I have a section for what I'm
reading products I'm loving that'll be good if I want to do like a favorites
video for you guys sometimes it's hard to remember what I'm learning about I
love to learn about random things and right now I'm interested in the lunar
phases and how it relates to kind of feminine energy and cycles I just think
it's fascinating when I'm up to the vegan challenge so far and then I
thought it'd be cool to keep track of what pop culture and news events that
come up this is at the end of the month as well this is where I'm gonna keep
track of zone or deep-cleaning that I was talking about I kind of right over
the heading so this week is zone 7 my office my home office so these are kind
of the deep cleaning things that done this week next week is laundry and
ketchup then we're to the kitchen I just happen to filled out the next two
sections yet for the month I would like to be more on top of this even if it
takes me two weeks to complete each one I'd like to do that I'll link another
video I have talking more in depth about some cleaning in the spinner I'll put
that in the eyes above then there's a shopping list and I think it's really
smart to try to start using that this year I didn't last year so these are
things that I really need and I'm just not ready to buy them yet or I haven't
made time but I don't want to forget and I'll just keep a list a running list of
this and check it off as I buy it so that is everything please give this

The project was canceled
because it did not give the desired results
or at least only on some rolling stock
he returned some interesting results
this because
for land compliance
most of the time
the rolling roads risked being in a shaded area
as far as a solar panel is efficient
if it does not receive direct sunlight
its performance is very poor
therefore with respect to the assumed values
only 80/90% was obtained
at least this in the carriages
the data was good
far from the locomotive, on the other hand
for the E636
and for an ALN
performance data decreased to 40%
therefore on the upper floors
they decided that it did not make sense to invest so much
in a solar project at railway level
when the rest of the country
it was still completely dependent on fossil matters
it did not make sense to convert
an entire rolling stock
composed of thousands of units
to the solar
when 90% of commuters
of a city
how can it be Milan or Rome?
they are still moving by car Euro 2 or Euro 3
What do we do?
I actually want to achieve
a fantasy interpretation
of this project
which has however the peculiarity
to have the solar system working
therefore they will be used
true solar cells
that for the physical dimensions
that they have
they can not be
used in true scale reproduction
A realistic reproduction
would see the original roof left
covered with solar cells
Solar cells
that can be purchased by a private individual
the smallest ones are 53x30mm
and are rectangular in shape
they can not follow the curved shape of the roof
therefore I have chosen
to take the roof of the Gran Comfort carriage
of the Roco
dig it completely into the central part
and place cells there
Obviously this leads to a loss of realism
because we find ourselves having a flat roof
in reality the roof was always round
however, I repeat that it is a fantasy interpretation
and so I am free to do it
I hate to say it
but unfortunately the first parts of this video
where I showed the works that were done
at least at the level of the original roof
they were lost
so I can only show you
what is the final result
The work done is
on the roof that has been excavated
and on the carriage
the removal of the original roof sealing pins
The carriage has become completely smooth
the protrusions are no longer there
it is possible to see the removal of the material
and at a later time
this part will be included in the video
the various transversal parts will be eliminated
as they are located right where the LED strip will go
The system will provide 4 solar cells
from 5 volts each
capable of delivering 20/30 mA
then connected in parallel with each other
to feed a 5v led strip
all this will be shown in the video
so I invite you to continue the vision
and now let's start with the work
as mentioned previously
the first part of the video was lost
however in this piece
it is possible to see
cleaning work
that was done later
roof milling
after routing the roof
we started to rebuild it with some plasticard
we cut out the plasticard
to make shapes
that could be put
as closing at the original ends of the roof
as a closure to eliminate the open space
of this operation the most complicated part
it was the dimensioning of these bulkheads of the correct size
work performed with the use of glass paper
we then glued
these rods at the end of the original roof
to give it a structural continuity
it was then resized
the central base of the roof
in such a way that it matches perfectly with both ends
Finally to get an idea of the space occupied
we tried to place the cells on the roof
in different positions
and without the protective plastic
which impaired its real size
Once done this
we have to prepare the bottom of the cells
it starts by removing the adhesive covering the contacts
once removed, the metal contact is removed
the use of a welder is recommended
and an aspired pond
in such a way as to remove excess tin
with the aid of a glass paper
the sides and the bottom are smoothed
in such a way as to have smooth surfaces
to level the slots as much as possible
vinyl glue was used
as it will become transparent
and it's easy to use to fill in the various cracks
It was then used of glass paper
to make the surface rough
to make sure that the color is attacked as best as possible
with a damp cloth
the residues have been removed
left by the previous operation
the surface was then dried
to allow the primer to adhere perfectly
a plastic primer was used
to allow the next painting
a better grip
to avoid that smooth surfaces did not attack the color and leave smudges
arrived at this point
we proceeded with the actual painting
through an airbrush
we painted the roof
of a graphite gray color
the color has been diluted 1: 1
to avoid smudging and give better uniformity
waiting for the roof to dry
wires were welded directly to the solar cells
these will allow
at the time of assembly
a simpler wiring
arrived at this point
the last operation to be done
it was paste the cells
the wires have been made to fit in the appropriate holes
and then all 4 were glued together
the positioning took place according to a scheme
studied previously
to allow each cell
to adapt in the best possible way
to the holes on the plate
the last operation performed
it was the removal of the plastic parts
present in the middle of the carriage
these would have prevented the housing of the led strip
arrived at the long-awaited moment
the last operation to be performed
it was welding the wires coming from the solar cells
to the contacts on the led strip
i + al +, i - al -
the cells now work in parallel
providing a greater amount of energy
And so after about a month of work
finally the project is finished
we can say that he managed fairly well
to be also the first job
where I had to rebuild a previously modified structure
Unfortunately at the expense of what I hoped
the lighting is not very high
I also had to remove some LEDs at the ends
to try and give a little more brightness to the interior ones
however with only 4 solar cells
from about 20mA each
the results are what they are
one could have opted
for the removal of the entire original roof
and then with the insertion of a fifth cell
surely it would have been brighter
but it would not have made a difference in a condition like the current one
where they are not directly exposed to the rays of a lamp or the sun
the wagon is not illuminated
this is certainly more than a plastic work
or collectibles,
it was more a style exercise
I had an idea in mind
I had in mind a particular project
and I wanted to make it happen
I would still like it
make a small change in the future
that is, the insertion of some decals made by me
I'd like to write here on the side
maybe the words "Photovoltaic Train"
this wagon unlike atriums
it was not equipped with a passing electrical conduit
the hooks are of the standard Märklin / Trix short hooks
this because
at the plastic level
in my employment, this wagon will be a shield wagon
