Youtube daily report May 1 2018

what's going on guys so today I wanted to drop a quick video on why I put my

courses on udemy you know how much you can expect when you actually do put my

put your courses on udemy and do something similar and the strategy and

business model behind where I actually do that because a lot of people might

say you know why you put your courses on udemy when they only sell for ten to

fifteen bucks usually when you can sell you know a premium course on a site like

teachable for $600 so I'm going to answer all that and more today and I'm

gonna drop an older video that I did on my old channel that kind of merging over

today now I'm obviously traveling so I'm dropping this you know when scheduling

it ahead of time and this one is in portrait mode on my phone so bear with

it it's a little bit older but with that being said I'm gonna drop it right now

and I hope that you guys like it today's question is basically you know if you're

not into teaching on udemy if you're not into teaching on teachable or Skillshare

which is something that we'll talk about in previous videos and i'll talk about

in a couple videos to come which is basically another site that you can

teach online courses and kind of upload your courses to today's question is view

if you're not teaching online courses on those sites hit me with a couple of

other potential sites that you've heard of and why you feel that they're good

and you know worth uploading or worth your time to upload this courses and

I'll drop the video now and I will see you guys when I get back on the seven

all right guys so I'm gonna talk to you really briefly about why I put courses

on udemy you know Skillshare other platforms this is a question I get asked

a lot and actually on one of my most popular videos which has about 17,000

views on my other channel BG media innovation and probably trending towards

at least 20,000 views a lot of people would say you know well you you were

here a terrible marketer you put your courses on udemy you don't sell premium

courses on you know sites like teachable or host them on your own website or

stuff like this and I understand why people say that and so I wanted to

answer that specifically because I also get emails about that a lot and

questions just across the board and the reason that I put courses on udemy and

this is something I want to talk about to you in general you know just because

maybe you're thinking about putting courses out or YouTube videos or

something like that is building an audience now my both my udemy courses

you know and my YouTube videos basically you know cross promote each other and

help each other out so my youtube basically got a big boost initially from

my you to me courses and my udemy students and my you to me students and

my or my udemy courses get you know a boost selling wise through my youtube

videos and so they both cross promote like I said and so I'm building the

audience it's actually if you're starting a new YouTube channel it's

easier to grow on other platforms and then move those subscribers over to that

YouTube platform than it is to necessarily organically grow on YouTube

so that's first and foremost secondly I didn't necessarily have the student base

when I first started but if you watch any of the other videos on this channel

ignore the lighting is pretty bad in this in this video but uh I didn't have

the student base when I first started I kinda just was testing the marketplace

putting a course out kind of fell into it I believe my first course was Amazon

Amazon drought shit mastery which is basically well sorry about that

almost dropped that but uh my first course was a Amazon dropship a story

which is basically drop shipping in a different form and fashion on your own

website not on Shopify I teach both you can get both of them for free on my

website at BG media innovation calm as always that's linked should be linked in

the description if not just you know BG media innovation calm pretty simplistic

but I started with you to me because I didn't have the student base

some other people you know teach to basically launch a course and then

monetize that through YouTube that can work but it's very very difficult to

sell that course if you don't have the student base if you don't have you know

the trust and you haven't built the brand up on YouTube or you know you

haven't built your you know your your customer base potential you can't sell a

course like that to people that aren't that don't know who you are that don't

believe in in who you are and what you bring to the table so you have to

establish well establish yourself as you know a leader in that space both you

know with with consistent video consistent you know content that

demonstrates that kind of like I have done with my other channel you know and

and you know really kind of develop that relationship with people you can't just

launched a YouTube channel and then all of a sudden you know sell a premium

course for 500 bucks to a thousand bucks doesn't work like that nobody's gonna

pay for that can some people do it have some people done it yes for sure could

you be potentially one of them yes for sure but that being said it's much much

easier to monetize yourself and build a following on those other platforms and

then you know morph them over to YouTube or then morphing over to here and

website to your email as someone and so forth then you can continually sell them

products another reason that and probably the main reason I put courses

on udemy and why I genuinely believe on in yoona me and just platforms like that

in general especially my own website I saw a course summon website now which I

love because I get you know I don't have to

pay you to me any any you know percentage of that I get 100% of the

that sale but I put courses on udemy because they boast about 15 million

students on the platform which I don't have to I don't have 15 following the 15

million people I don't have a following of you know 15 even 150 thousand people

or 15 thousand people yet and so I'm building that but they have that

consistent traffic I can put a course on udemy and yeah I might not sell it for

500 bucks I might sell it for 10 bucks to my subscribers like you or you know

30 40 bucks to somebody on udemy potentially but they bring the traffic

in they do all the marketing I don't have to worry about any of that on top

of that they bring it all to the table and so that's why I put courses on udemy

a to build my brand in my platform more if those students over and you know

potentially capture them on my email list or you know my YouTube content

stuff like that but more importantly and be is too

is to basically for lack of a better word steal their customers more for

their customers over to my content like I said and then build my brand and my

you know my potential following that way and not only that it's a reoccurring

passive income they constantly are growing their student base they're

constantly marketing my courses and they can constantly market your courses as

well and so that's gonna pay you passive income every single month don't

necessarily go and this is something that might one of my mentors like I

talked about Grant Cardone talks about a lot don't go for the get-rich-quick

scheme go for the get rich foreshore scheme set up passive business passive

income stream sorry and set up multiple passive income streams that all pay you

throughout the month like that udemy is one of the best in my opinion one of the

best that I've come across you know some other ones I chopped shipping can be one

of them if you're good at it almost drop the camera there again you know private

labeling is another good one you know stuff like that but courses and digital

content whether it's YouTube creating courses on udemy you know whatever it is

are definitely great sources of passive income because they're gonna continue to

pay you out if you set them up right so like I said I have an entire premium

course coming on this you know it's not gonna be launching anytime soon probably

within a month to max I'm still setting some stuff uh you know

up outlining at all and getting a lot of my other courses on udemy platform

because you know like I said I won't just talk about this stuff I genuinely

do it but you know that's coming soon and I'll definitely keep you guys

updated with that but I just wanted to touch on that because I get that a lot

and a lot of questions on that and I think it's really really important that

you understand you know I don't just talk to you but I level with you and

basically let you know why I approach problems and business the way I do so

that maybe you can too and you know reap similar benefits so I'll see you guys in

the next one

BEYBLADE BURST World Tour : How to Win! Beyblade Championship 2018 Rules & Tips - Duration: 6:42.

hi guys welcome back to the Beyblade zone today I'm gonna show you what it takes

to win the Beyblade Burst world tour we're gonna go over all the rules and

the beyblade burst world tour so you know what to expect you want to stick

around to the end of this video because I have a very special announcement at

the end of this video but before we do that while you see on my screen right

now are the finalists for the star storm battle set the first finalist the

comment wins the star storm battles I want to thank all my subscribers for

entering my giveaway don't give up on entering my giveaway you still might

have a chance now onto this awesome video everyone's been asking how do you

want in the beyblade burst World Tour well now I'm going to show you what the

real rules are I got a copy of the rules from France the beyblade births World

Tour tournament there I got a copy of it and it's probably gonna be the same

rules there and here I got them translated to English and I'm going to

show you every single rule on here I want to let you know before I tell you

the rules that the rules may change in the United States and be different some

of the rules are really gonna surprise you a lot of people know this but in the

tournament you have to be 8 to 13 to compete in the awesome beyblade burst

World Tour you have to be born after November 4th 2005 to be in the

tournament it's free but in events like kid Expo you have to pay the entrance

fee let's say you're at Kids Expo and it costs $10 if you pay the $10 you could

compete in the beyblade tournament for free it looks like you could

pre-register for the tournament on the beyblade Facebook page when you need a

parent to enter the Facebook page for beyblade is called beyblade first you

don't have to pre rush it register on Facebook but it'll help you get a spot

in the tournament it looks like there's gonna be a maximum of 256 people in each

regional tournament if you're the winner you would have to be able to travel to

Paris on the first week of November here's some awesome news

if you're the national winner Hasbro will pay for you to go to Paris with you

and you're one parent they will have a special welcome dinner in Paris

and if there will be tons of prizes now let's get on to the general rules in the

beyblade burst World War you will see referees at the tournament and their

decisions are final here is the big news you can only use beyblade has row

including the regular beyblades and the switch strike products they will not let

you use two carretoni i think you could use combos for astral parts but you can

only use Hasbro parts metal fury metal fusion and metal masters also to care

tell me those may blades are not allowed only Hasbro beyblade first you have to

have three elements in your beyblade the energy layer the forge disk and the

driver if you don't tap three elements you will not be able to pedal and the

tournament will only be using beyblade burst Hasbro red stadiums it has little

spirals that's good for attack types because they could come in and attack

the defense thing you see there's a bump right here and that allows it to keep

doing action and not just letting it a little sit battle or this guy stays in

the middle and he goes around his lights here if there's a stem that goes in the

middle and they just don't want this battle where it's just raining it's them

and my first for charm they want action so if a stamina is gonna be ripped in

here chances are an attack type which is always can hit it because it's gonna be

pulled to the side like this first okay if a beyblade goes in the pocket and the

other male it's still spinning that's a ring out finish for Genesis one point

referees will inspect your base every realm but they will do it solely your

opponent will not see your beyblade if you think your opponent is using the

wrong kind of equipment you have to tell the referee before you guys start

battling here's the point system ring out finish is one point the survivor

finish is one point a Chris is two points if you miss launch you get only

one more chance the whole tournament starts with the qualification stage the

qualification stage there's a red stadiums and 16 players in the

qualification stage only one point you have to win more battles and we're up

joined each then you could go to the final round if you lose you're out

completely unless here's how you can get another

chance in the baby bird step you have to get Genesis out react to level 4 and

then they will give you a silver cart and when you lose you can hand out the

civil card and they will give you one more chance but if you've got a silver

badge you can only use it one time if you pass the qualification stage you go

to the final stage in the final stage you battle the three points whoever wins

the three points moves on to the next round if you lose the battle in the

final stage you can use what they call a gold badge is how you get it you have to

get Genesis bow trick on the Bailey per step to level five and then they will

give you you gold badge and if you hand it over and you get bursted you could

give it to them and they'll give you an extra chance that's what I'm gonna do

the silver badge can only be used in the qualification round and the gold can

only be used in the final round in order to get the silver and gold badge you

have to show the beyblade organizers your phone to see that you have Genesis

Valley I'll come level five and four remember guys there's 256 bladers there

you're gonna have to win a lot of battles to win the regionals and

you guys might have lots of luck on your side thank you for watching guys stay

tuned to my channel because I'm gonna be updating a lot and I'm gonna be giving

you dates on the beyblade first world tour and cities I will be updating more

clues and more things that will help you win in the paper first world tour now

for our special announcement this month we're giving away two plenty of Longinus

you've heard that one too that suppose you chance the win so be sure to enter

my awesome giveaway bye guys have fun

Third day on the road,

wind, stones, rains,

Still ahead and ahead,

our company holds up

Third day on the road,

hey, brother, don't be sad -

An order is an order,

every one of us knows.

Write a little letter,

nothing is dearer for fighters.

Write a couple of words,

you girls, for your boys.

And at sunrise ahead marches on the company of soldiers

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit,

soldier, soldier, soldier…

And at sunrise ahead marches on the company of soldiers

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit...

soldier,

soldier,

soldier,

soldier,

soldier,

soldier,

soldier,

soldier...

Third day on the road,

wind, stones, rains,

At sunrise we to battle,

the day shall begin with fire.

Third day on the road,

and who knows what awaits us,

Third day on the road

and sunrise comes.

Write a little letter,

how is our beloved home doing?

From far-far away clouds shall carry it to me.

And at sunrise the company goes on ahead.

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit,

soldier, soldier, soldier…

And at sunrise ahead marches on the company of soldiers

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit...

Earth fell,

from the sky earth fell,

Tearing the scream: "A bitch you are, war!"

Armor melted,

the machine gun choked breathlessly,

You looked into the eyes of death,

sergeant of the guard.

And at sunrise ahead marches on the company of soldiers

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit,

soldier, soldier, soldier…

And at sunrise ahead marches on the company of soldiers

Goes on, to win and to not die;

And you, give them a smoke out there,

comrade chief sergeant,

I believe in your spirit,

Inside me

As if again I went back there

Where I spent two years

This country

I have not forgotten

But never

New Book Releases | May 2018 - Duration: 6:33.

Hi! Today I'm here with a video that I am particularly excited about, and which I'm

hoping will be the start of a new series of videos if you guys like it. The

concept behind it obviously isn't new at all, there's more than enough BookTubers

and bloggers out there who create monthly videos or posts talking about

the upcoming book releases that are going to be coming out in that

particular month. However, most of these people tend to be talking about upcoming

YA releases, and I myself am not particularly interested in YA. Which

is why I'm here today to talk to you guys about some books that are being

released in May, that fit into other genres that aren't YA! So first up we

have a novel called When Never Comes, by Barbara Davis. This is the story of a

woman named Christy-Lynn, whose husband dies in a car crash but it turns out that her

husband's body wasn't the only body in the car, and it's only then that she

finds out that he has been having an affair with another woman. She also

discovers that he and this woman have a child, and this book basically explores

her overcoming all of the emotional hurdles and past demons that she has

been battling with, through developing a relationship with this child. After that

we have a book called You Me Everything by Kathryn Isaac. This is a story of woman

named Jess who takes her son on a holiday to France to see her

ex-boyfriend and her son's father. This ex-boyfriend has been running a hotel in

France, and has a new girlfriend, and isn't really interested in having a

relationship with his son at all. And Jess has gone over to France with her

son, in order to try and convince him to have more of a relationship with their

child. Next we have a book called Love and Ruin by Paula McLain. This is a

historical fiction novel, set in the late 1930s in the Spanish Civil War, and the

lead-up to World War II, and it follows a young woman named Martha who travels

to Spain to report on the Spanish Civil War. And while she is there she meets

Ernest Hemingway, and the story is a fictionalised account of their growing

relationship, against the backdrop of the Civil War and the lead-up to World War II.

Next we have a book that I am particularly excited about, which is

called The Map of Salt and Stars. This book seems to hold a lot of promise

because it's being talked about as doing for Syria, what The Kite Runner did for

Afghanistan. It's the story of two girls who live in

Syria 800 years apart. One of them is a refugee in the modern, war-torn Syria that we

are only too familiar with today, and the other one is living in medieval Syria as

an apprentice to a mapmaker. And both of these girls end up following the same

journey through Syria geographically, even though they are separated by eight

hundred years in time. After that we have a book called The Mars Room by Rachel

Kushner. This is about a woman who has just entered the Stanville Correctional

Facility after receiving two life sentences for a crime. And it explores

her life leading up to her arrest, and her life outside of jail, and of course

her life now that she has entered into the prison system. Next up we have The

Ensemble by Aja Gabel. This is her debut novel which explores four friends

who are all musicians in the same ensemble, and it explores their

intertwining relationships with each other throughout their lives. After that

we have That Kind of Mother by Rumaan Alam. This is the story of a first-time

mother named Rebecca, who asks one of the women at the hospital, Priscilla, to come

home with her to work as a nanny, because she is feeling overwhelmed with

her life as a new mother. Rebecca is a white woman, and Priscilla is a black

woman, and through her relationship with Priscilla, Rebecca comes to confront and

acknowledge her own privileges as a white woman. After that we have a

selection of short stories called You Think It I'll Say It by Curtis

Sittenfeld. This is a selection of short stories all written by the same author,

that all basically explore different forms of characterization, and different

aspects of life. And we also have Not That Bad which is the next selection of

essays and short stories by Roxanne Gray. This is a feminist anthology of essays

from both RoxanneGgray and other established authors, that all explore the

aggression, and abuse, and harassment, that women can face when they try to speak

out on matters of feminism. The next book is The Death of Mrs. Westaway by Ruth

Ware. This is a mystery novel about a woman who is a tarot card reader, and

receives a letter that wasn't meant for her, talking about an inheritance that

the real recipient of the letter was supposed to receive. Through her tarot

card reading skills, she discovers that the death

the woman leaving the inheritance has some mysterious aspects about it, and

ends up going on a journey to try and solve what happened around this woman's death.

Next up we have The Perfect Mother by Aimee Malloy. This is a thriller novel

that centers around a group of mothers who call themselves the May

Mothers, and they formed a mothers club. One evening when they catch up for

drinks at a local bar, one of the mothers' children goes missing, and the story

centers around the search for the kidnapper of this woman's son. After that

we have It Ends With Her by Brianna Labuskes. This is another mystery novel

that centers around a woman who has been on the hunt for a serial killer who

always follows a certain number of patterns. He only ever kills redheads, and

he doesn't target another victim until she's already figured out or discovered

the previous victim. Until one day he breaks his pattern, and she has to go

back to the drawing board and basically start all of her research all over again

to find this serial killer. And finally we have The Pisces by Melissa Broder.

This is about a woman who is studying Greek mythology, and in particular is

writing a dissertation on Sappho, when her boyfriend breaks up with her. She

ends up in a spiral of depression and anxiety, until she meets and becomes

attracted to an 'eerily attractive' swimmer when she is exploring the beach

at night. And that is it for all of the May releases that I am particularly

excited about this month! Let me know if any of these books have interested you

to the point where you might be adding them to your TBR, or if you have already

read these books because you managed to score an ARC of them,

because I would love to talk about some of these books and what they're like and

whether they live up to the hype that I feel they have. Also, let me know if you

liked this video so that I know whether or not I should be making another one

The Trust Equation - Duration: 2:55.

Hey, everyone. It's election season in Malaysia and emotions are running high

and thing are being a bit tense as people take sides along this political

divide. Malaysians are going to go to the polls next week I thought I'd share with

you this "Trust Equation" it comes from a book by the same title by Drozdek and

Fisher. And what it does is it decomposes the concept of trust into four

components, that allows us to understand where if, are causes of tensions, where

there are trust gaps or deficits and subsequently after that what we can do

about it to try to remedy and repair a strained relationship. Essentially, what

this posits, is that Trust is a function of four components. The first is

credibility, whether or not the person that you're dealing with or the

candidate that you're considering to vote, has the subject matter expertise or

track record to be able to do and fulfill his or her role. The second is

reliability when someone actually does what they say they will do. And this is

also a function of what's happened in the past or whether you're going for you

look and you see that when this person who can he or she deliver. The third is a

little bit more conceptual, it's about intimacy or authenticity. Is this person

you know, is he or she able to open up and share you know how they feel inside,

and whether or not you feel comfortable simply opening up and being vulnerable

to that person. And lastly, interestingly, it says their denominator is

self-interest, whether this person is really acting in the best interest of

the collective, whether it's your team but company or the country or whether

this person is interested in their own self, for their own rewards or improving

their own position. And it's a denominator because no matter how

credible, reliable a person is, if they are motivated by self-interest, significantly

more than the others, then that trust equation is going to get very very

skewed. So, in the next series of videos I want to talk about each one of these and

how we can address gaps in a strain relationship especially between two

world colleagues or between a boss and a team member. So stay tuned till then.

See you then.

''Mopliny the social networks''

Group: Best friends Group: class

* Previous discussions *

Guys, come on

you will become a real star with my friends

Finally ready

And if...

Noooo, he's sleeping.

oh

I will do the shopping then

that must be fatigue again.

Yeah, what a bad idea to watch a horror movie

but you, you are mine

it's good...

something has happened since just now

I'm going to see what's going on

Well, I'm hallucinating there is nothing at all

my instinct tells me to go see

that's bawurd.

Yes ?

Yeah, are you ready or not?

I will leave the house in 5 minutes

ok, as expected we end up at the royal avenue

yeah

What is happening ?

then then

something has happened since dawn

What does Bawurd do?

JOIN ME AT THE 7TH DOOR OF LORDSQUIM IT'S REALLY REALLY URGENT

He will be late for warm up

When I ask you to do the dishes you rattle ....

it's not a very funny game too ...

you groan all the time and always.

When I invite friends or when they invite me, you do not complain?

Yes and well, when you invite your buddies, they leave their beers behind them and William follows them, so moaning is too good for that.

I know, I know, but I at least pay attention to him ...

mom.. ?

Ah yes ! That's why he said '' mom ''?

MOOOM !!!

yes ?

- Lok !! it's lyke in kartooooons ! - I stopped smoking yet

Name of a beak

Burn all the evidence.

The problems.

he is ready

What did you do to be in this state?

it was 2 malefactors

I was going to take my break

I worked as customs.

I was taking my beer '' Lowjicks ''

I never suspected that they were coming

I drank without suspecting anything..

I have to go to work

That's where it all began

Who are you ?

If I have to hurt you, I will gladly do it

happy to see you having fun.

Mr. Lowald-Jeck was too worried about the operation

You made us mess up an operation especially since you're a new guy.

You want all the merit of the mission to come back to you.

I do not want to miss the goal because my partner is just shit

This operation was a success, I hope you have well encoded: money, folders, and USB keys

I made myself useful not like you

I did not spend my time killing two ninjas, I laid bombs everywhere in the city, me!

This is the first time I see you as serious in an operation ... You win on this sleeve ...

let's see if you know how to stay a good student ...

It was funny the warm up

I keep your weapons

they took me: my kunais, my reputation and my beer can

yeah that's for sure

but stay here I called reinforcements.

oh ok

you have 30 seconds to understand and run

This morning, criminals entered the city to detonate it in various places.

I am a clone and 2 others are there to help the wounded

The original continues them right now, arwany and raghixon arrive soon.

I will guide you with a fluo-energetic

heard?

I understand do not worry about that.

.I feel the fluo-energetic, well I go there.

let's see

it's the boy I burned up to the bottom

it was this kid you did not kill, who helped our victims and who ...

...who called for reinforcements....

I will not be able to beat them, so I can not count on myself.

I have to rely on the reinforcements, and for them to arrive at the right time, I have to hold back the two evildoers.

to keep 2 villains almost invincible, I have to go to the next level

I alerted: Dawifisk, Raghixon and Arwany, who were the closest, they are all very strong.

I will have to switch to Power mode

Subscribe, like, comment and share the video

thanks for watching

My mom helps deliver the votes! - Duration: 0:57.

We're outside Assembly Judiciary Committee. We just had our hearing

on our statewide Just Cause Bill. We had

amazing advocates from all over the state including Alameda

come up and testify in support. And I have more ace in the hole, my secret weapon here--

my mom Cynthia Bonta who is delivering votes

and helped us get the bill out of committee today! Mom?

You know this is a very

very necessary bill.

You know it really brings

the respect and dignity

that is important to

for both the renter and the landlord.

Because then, it provides

a caring way of

dealing with each other.

Just making sure that

we are treating each other as human beings!

It brings the humanity to both the landlord

and the renter.

Thank you!

Thanks Mom! Happy Early Mother's Day!
