is because you're landing too much on your heels. So many women run and they're

bouncing straight up and down and their heels are coming too far out in front of them.

They're really hitting their heels. So as they're running their heels

are coming down first too far out in front of them which is sending a shock

up the body and affecting the joints. This can cause knee, hip or back pain.

Try it. Go on your heels and start bouncing up and down.

You will feel a shock through your joints. That is why you are

getting back pain while running. So instead you need to run on your mid foot.

You need to lean forward slightly with your rib cage over your pelvis over your

ankles and when your foot lands concentrate on your foot landing right

under your hip on the mid foot so all the toes going down together. This will help

the shock absorption and decrease the back pain. So in summary make

sure when you're running you do not let land on your heels.

You keep your foot underneath your hip and you

land on your mid foot.

Also make sure you are leaning forward a little bit. Don't be so bouncing up and down. Lean forward keeping

your rib cage over your pelvic floor over your ankles. That will significantly
