Lots of the young people that are disengaged are disengaged for many many
reasons and often they can't see their potential. So, it's around educators
working with each and every young person to be able to help the individual see
what they're interested in or their potential can be.
Resilience needs to be built over time and so does wellbeing.
Wellbeing is around telling these young people that they can actually do things --
not exaggerating what they can do, but telling them exactly what they can do.
And, through resilience it's actually allowing young people to fail and accept
that failure is part of life, in a safe environment, of course. But, those
two things that really do build wellbeing and their resilience over
time.
