today I'm going to show you

how to propagate Mexican Mint

also known by other names like oregano, spanish thyme etc

it's a succulent herb with aroma

the leaves are thick, fleshy,succulent and fuzzy

now i going to get some cuttings

i'm just cutting it with a sharp knife

removing rotting and yellow leaves

propagating this plant is very easy

just take a cup of water

and

put the all cuttings in water

and wait for a week

after 10 days

all cutting are completely rooted

now transplanting the plant

it needs well draining soil

no fertilization required for this plant

and

just water it regularly

partial or full sun need for this plant

and also

it can be propagated by stem cuttings that can be sown directly into potting mix

uses of this herbal

it can help in relieving nasal congestion,cold and cough

its leaves can be used to flavor poultry and meats.

And this is President Moon's personal letter that he presented at the press briefing on

Sunday.

Let's take look.

My fellow Koreans, I have held a second inter-Korean summit with

Chairman Kim Jong-un yesterday afternoon at Tongil-gak, the northern side of Panmunjom.

It has been just a month since our first summit on April 27 at the Peace House of Panmunjom.

At that summit, we two leaders had promised to informally meet anywhere, anytime to discuss

core issues concerning our people when necessary.

Chairman Kim, last had delivered his wish to meet casually the evening before and I

gladly accepted his invitation.

I have for a long time underscored the communication method of regular meeting between the summits

to resolve the inter-Korean conflict and discord, and my will has been well displayed at the

April 27 Panmunjom Declaration.

My fellow Koreans, We two leaders had a candid conversation ahead

of the North Korea-U.S. summit.

Explaining the outcome of last weeks' summit with U.S. President Trump, I delivered the

message that should Chairman Kim determine and carry out complete denuclearization, the

U.S. has a clear will to end hostile relations with North Korea and for economic cooperation.

I also highlighted the need for sufficient preliminary talks at working-level talks between

the two nations regarding the agenda that need to be agreed at the summit, especially

since both Chairman Kim and President Trump genuinely want a successful North Korea-U.S.

summit to take place.

Chairman Kim concurred with me on that.

Chairman Kim Jong-un once again made clear his willingness for complete denuclearization

on the Korean Peninsula, following the Panmunjom Declaration, and set forth his willingness

to end the history of war and conflict as well as to cooperate for peace and prosperity

through successful North Korea-U.S. summit.

We two leaders confirmed that the North Korea-U.S. summit should be held successfully and our

journey to denuclearization and permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula cannot be stopped,

and vowed to closely and mutually cooperate on that matter.

We also reaffirmed a prompt fulfilment of the April 27 Panmunjom Declaration.

And for this, we agreed to hold an inter-Korean working-level talks on June 1 and to hold

military official meeting to alleviate military tension and a consecutive Red Cross meeting

for reunion of the separated families.

Both leaders agreed that the promptness and informality are the significance of this summit,

and decided to hold phone talks or meet casually whenever needed in the future.

My fellow Koreans, Looking back, we were always nervous.

Fear over our national security penetrated not only our economy and diplomacy but also

the daily lives of our people.

It was also the biggest reason that made our politics fall behind.

But now we are changing the stream of history.

We have turned the Pyeongchang Olympics into a Peace Olympics and created a new way of

peace and prosperity at Panmunjom, which had been a symbol of tension and confrontation.

North Korea has demonstrated its determination by suspending its nuclear tests and missile

launches and dismantling the Punggye-ri nuclear test site.

This is a whole new beginning, not just another starting point of the past.

As each step becomes more difficult to take as one starts to see the peak of the mountain,

the path to a complete denuclearization and peace on the Korean Peninsula won't be easy.

But I, as president, will walk on that road with all of my rights and obligations given

by the people, and will most definitely succeed.

Footage of the opening and closing remarks were released this morning as well, showing

the leaders of the two Koreas pledging to keep working to improve relations and meet

more often.

Let's take a look at some of what they had to say.

The reason we have met suddenly today is because of the important content of the Panmunjom

Declaration and the many agreements that were reached.

We needed to discuss how to take thorough responsibility for it and carry it out.

It's not the first time you, President Moon, have come to the North.

At the last inter-Korean summit, one of the most memorable scenes was when you came over

the border for ten seconds.

It could be important to visit Pyongyang and have a proper reception, but also to show

that the leaders of the two Korea's can meet easily, like this, at Panmunjom when necessary.

I believe it can open a new era for inter-Korean relations.

We will do everything we can to reach a result.

We also need to have a consensus with the U.S. and the international community to resolve

the inter-Korean relationship.

It is all connected.

After the April 27th inter-Korean summit, there were some difficulties in inter-Korean

communications.

There is also the very important North Korea-U.S. summit coming up.

But I think this meeting was very meaningful in that we were able to demonstrate once again

our intention to cooperate.

N. Korea's Kim Jong-un "determined" to go ahead with U.S. summit - Duration: 2:02.

North Korea's state media released this morning a fairly detailed report about yesterday's

summit.

It said that Kim Jong-un expressed a strong willingness to hold the summit with President

Trump and that there will also be more meetings next month between the two Koreas.

Oh Jung-hee has the details.

Meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Saturday, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

reportedly conveyed a strong will to go ahead with the summit with U.S. President Donald

Trump.

Reporting about Saturday's second inter-Korean summit talks,... North Korea's state-run Korean

Central News Agency wrote... that Kim Jong-un appreciated President Moon's efforts to make

the North Korea-U.S. summit happen... and expressed a firm determination that it should

take place.

Kim also suggested that the two Koreas work together to improve Pyongyang-Washington relations.

With talks underway between the North and the U.S., there is still hope for a summit

to happen on June 12th, but Kim's remarks are seen as part of efforts to make sure it

that it does.

Pyongyang's state media also wrote that the two leaders discussed implementing the Panmunjom

Declaration -- the statement that came out of last month's summit between South and North.

They set a date for high-level inter-Korean talks that were called off unilaterally by

the North in mid-May -- they'll be held now on June 1st.

The North Korean report also said the two leaders agreed to resume talks in other fields

as well,... including the inter-Korean military talks... and Red Cross talks for holding reunions

of families divided by the Korean War.

The leaders agreed to meet and talk as often as possible to achieve denuclearization and

permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Pyongyang assessed that Moon and Kim, in their meeting, reached a "satisfactory consensus."

The regime said... this second summit opens up a new chapter in the development of inter-Korean

relations.

U.S., North Korea working to make June 12 summit happen: Trump - Duration: 2:42.

President Trump, meanwhile, said nothing about the surprise inter-Korean summit for hours.

But then he came out and said the walks went well -- very well, in fact.

And he again hinted that preparations are still ongoing for his own summit with Kim

Jong-un. Lee Ji-won explains.

Hours after news broke of the surprise meeting between the leaders of the two Koreas, President

Trump made a short, simple comment on it.

"Those talks have gone very well.

They have gone very well.

Fully impressed.

Yeah, the talks have gone very, very well.

I'd rather not say, but the talks have gone well."

He also said the U.S. is doing very well in terms of preparations for its own summit with

the North, and that preparatory meetings were being held as he spoke.

He then revived hopes of reinstating the summit on the scheduled date and at the chosen place.

"It's moving along very nicely.

So we're looking at June 12th in Singapore.

That hasn't changed and it's moving along pretty well.

So we'll see what happens."

As if to further raise hopes for the summit, Trump also tweeted about possibly reinstating

it.

The New York Times had reported, quoting a "senior White House official," that it would

be impossible to hold the summit on June 12th. Trump said that's "wrong" and that the source

is phony.

Meanwhile, Reuters reported Saturday that White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders confirmed

that an advance team of White House and State Department officials would leave for Singapore

this weekend to prepare for a possible summit there.

This comes as the two Koreas appear to be hard at work to put the summit back on track,...

meeting for the second time just after their first last month.

Media around the world have been busy reporting on Saturday's surprise inter-Korean summit.

Many outlets called it a "dramatic turn" in a series of diplomatic flip-flops as groundwork

is laid for an unprecedented summit between North Korea and the U.S.

The BBC, the Wall Street Journal and many others viewed the latest inter-Korean meeting

as an effort salvage the possible Pyongyang-Washington meeting, now in limbo, after it was officially

canceled on Thursday by Trump who then hinted the very next day that it could still be held.

China's state-run CCTV put even more significance on the secret inter-Korean meeting,... and

prepared a special segment on it during its evening news.

CCTV's correspondent in Seoul said that the South Korean government is actively playing

the role of mediator for what might become a historic summit.

Moon says N. Korean leader Kim committed to complete denuclearization - Duration: 3:48.

President Moon held a press conference outlining the details of his second summit with North

Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Let's go live to our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung.

So, it was last night... a little past seven on a Saturday evening here in Seoul that we

learned the leaders of South and North Korea had met earlier in the afternoon on the northern

side of the Demilitarized Zone - that is the border that separates the two Koreas - for

about two hours.

Of course, it came as a huge surprise to us all here especially given that just 36 hours

prior to that U.S. President Donald Trump had cancelled the North Korea, U.S. summit

and there was deep disappointment in South Korea over the fact that the summit was cancelled.

Particularly for South Korean President Moon who's been a huge proponent of that summit;

he's been pushing it harder than just about anybody else and yet since then there's clearly

been a lot of active diplomacy behind the scenes... and the fact that Kim was willing

to travel south from Pyongyang to the DMZ for the talks already spoke volumes of how

committed the North Korean leader was to the latest denuclearization and peace initiative.

Today, South Korean President Moon Jae-in made crystal clear for us all.

"As a continuation to the Panmunjom Declaration, Chairman Kim once again affirmed his commitment

for denuclearization, emphasized that he will clear the history of war and confrontation

and cooperate for peace and prosperity through a successful North Korea-U.S summit."

Now, those remarks came as President Moon delivered his first public comments since

a surprise meeting with the North Korean leader on Saturday.

The South Korean president added what's unclear to the North Korean leader is not the will

for denuclearization, but the concern that if North Korea denuclearizes, whether the

U.S. can end hostile relations and guarantee the security of the Kim regime.

On the other hand, what's unclear to the U.S. leader is not the will for security guarantee

or economic cooperation but whether the North can fulfill denuclearization.

So, it's absolutely vital that the two talk... and working level officials smooth out the

agenda before the June 12th summit in Singapore.

Mr. Moon said that seems to be underway already and goinng smoothly.

Do we know how the secret meeting was put together last minute?

Well, the South Korean president said that it was Friday afternoon that the

North Korean side via the two Koreas' chief intelligence line relayed North Korean leader

Kim Jong-un's proposal for a face-to-face meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in...

which President Moon gladly took.

This kind of friend-like meeting, President Moon said, is something he looks forward to

having more often in the future.

Knowing weve had a great package all weekend, obviously we need to push it, but I dont think we need to overdrive it as obviously the car is performing well.

Its no surprise these things can happen and as I said when we are lapping 1:10s, 1:11s, theres very little room for error.

Ricciardo was the only driver to go under 1:11 as he produced a record lap for pole and will start Sundays race ahead of two former Monaco winners - Sebastian Vettel of Ferrari and championship leader Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes.

He said he felt certain that he would be able to reproduce his practice and qualifying form in race conditions and using different tyres. He said: Thursday seemed mixed for everyone, some people suffered a lot, I think graining at the front.

We didnt do a very long run, but what we did was OK. I am OK for tomorrow, I feel confident, I think we will still be able to one-stop..
