All of us like to think of ourselves as true champions of civil rights and civil liberties
And yet, if we're honest, we recognize that there are reasonable people of goodwill
who disagree with us about some important rights and liberties issues.
And they too regard themselves as champions of civil rights and liberties.
Most of us have had the experience of disagreeing strongly with a friend or a colleague,
or a relative on an issue like abortion, or euthanasia, or affirmative action;
yet we recognize, or should recognize, that someone can be a reasonable and honorable person
despite holding views that differ from our own, even on important issues that we care deeply about.
In this course, we try to think our way through a wide variety of rights and liberties issues.
We will carefully, dispassionately, and above all critically consider the evidence, the reasons,
the arguments presented by the best thinkers and writers on the competing sides.
Together we'll explore the philosophical foundations of important claims
of civil rights and liberties, and read essays by thinkers such as John Locke, John Stuart Mill,
Friedrich Hayek and Martin Luther King, as well as important Supreme Court opinions.
I have my own views on the issues we address in the course, but there's no "party line."
Whatever your views happen to be—liberal, conservative, whatever—they will be sympathetically
explored but also respectfully challenged, just as my own will be.
My goal is to encourage and empower you to think about disputed questions of civil rights
and liberties more deeply, more critically, and for yourself, and to invite you and learners
from around the world to participate in a thoughtful conversation
about some profoundly important topics.

What are the causes of Constipation in Adults? - Duration: 2:29.
what are the causes of constipation in adults
constipation may result from several causes including a poor diet for bowel
habits or problems in elimination of stool whether physical functional or
voluntary
the following are some of the most common causes of constipation poor diet
eating foods rich in animal fats dairy products meats and eggs or refined sugar
but low in fiber whole grains fruits and vegetables
inadequate fluid intake not drinking enough water can lead to hard dry stools
fluid is absorbed in the intestine and people who don't drink enough water may
not pass enough water into the colon to keep their stools soft
caffeine and alcohol these induce increased excretion and thus urination
of water this leads to relative dehydration because of an increase in
water absorption from the intestine this can in turn lead to constipation when
not enough fluid is retained in the stool
constipation and poor bowel habits ignoring the desire to have bowel
movements may initiate a cycle of constipation ition
after a period of time the person may stop feeling the
desire to move the bowels this leads to progressive constipation for example
some people may avoid using public toilets or ignore going to the toilet
because they are busy busy

Hi, you are listening to audio on mangyte.vn website
Nutrition Micronutrients:Supplement is safe
Micronutrients are substances, which the body needs only a very small amount, but play a very important role,
In short, it will lead to severe effects on the body, especially young children.
Vitamins include:vitamins (A, B, C, D, E, etc.), and groups of minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine, selenium, copper, etc.).
These substances, which are abundant in many animal and plant foods, are abundant and diverse in Vietnam.
However, many mothers, due to lack of proper knowledge, role, as well as the needs of micronutrients,
Should give the child improper nutrition, if excess, also have many health effects.
In a recent report (2013), the National Institute of Nutrition found that Vietnamese children aged 6 months to 12 years lacked micronutrients.
More than 50% of children, deficient in micronutrients such as vitamins A, B1, C, D and iron,
That shows that traditional meals, not meet the needs of children, in the rapid development stage.
There are 3 important micronutrient deficiencies that are affecting public health:iodine deficiency goiter, iron deficiency anemia, and dry eyes due to lack of vitamin A.
In addition, the current problem is also of concern, such as rickets caused by vitamin D deficiency, because the consequences of micronutrient deficiencies, which will affect human stature.
1. Roles and manifestations of micronutrient deficiencies.
Vitamins, minerals have many biological roles, participate in the metabolism in the body.̉
Minerals are important constituents of the body, calcium, and phosphorus, which are the main components of bones and teeth.
Minerals have many effects, in the physiological and metabolic functions of the body, maintaining the osmotic pressure.
Eat less mineral, will cause many diseases.
Parents, needing to sunbathe enough hours, and eating foods high in vitamin D, to prevent rickets for children.
Nutritional anemia due to iron deficiency is iron component of hemoglobin, participating in the transport of oxygen and important role in cellular respiration.
Iron deficiency causes anemia.
This is a common condition in children.
In case of anemia, children often have:blue skin, mucous membrane, tongue, pale eyes.
Children are less active, less educated, less focused or sleepy.
With severe anemia, children often have respiratory infections, and infections.
Iron requirements in children aged 6 to 11 months:12.4 mg daily, children 1 to 3 years 7.7 mg per day, 7 to 9 years:11.9 mg per day, 10 to 14 years:19, 5mg daily.
Iron is supplied to the body from two sources of food:food animals (beef, egg yolk, heart, liver, kidney, fish, etc),
and plant foods, (beans, beans, green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, mushrooms, etc).
To increase the absorption of iron, eat ripe fruits, to provide more vitamin C.
Rickets due to lack of calcium and vitamin D:In the body, calcium is in a special position, 98% of calcium is in the bone and teeth,
Therefore, calcium is essential, for children with growing skeleton.
Rickets in children, mainly due to lack of vitamin D.
When vitamin D deficiency, reduce calcium absorption in the intestine, the body will mobilize calcium from bones into the blood, causing disorder of bone mineralization.
Early manifestations of rickets are, the child is crying, vomiting, sleep disturbance,
Hair loss, slow healing, soft protuberance, head enlargement, slow growing teeth, chest tightness, slow sitting, walking, deformed bone (legged ring, bowl).
The deformity of the bones, which reduces the height of the child.
The need for calcium for one day, children 6 to 11 months:400mg, 1 to 3 years 500mg, 4 to 6 years 600mg, 7 to 9 years:700mg, 10 years:1000mg.
Children's vitamin D demand is 5mcg per day (equivalent to 200 international units - UI).
Foods high in calcium include shrimp, shrimp, crab, fish, milk, spinach, spinach, spinach and so on.
Vitamin D is found in fish liver oil, fish, liver, chicken eggs, and so on.
Idiots from iodine deficiency:iodine is a micronutrient, essential for the development of the body,
It is essential for thyroid hormone synthesis, maintaining body temperature, bone growth, differentiation, and development of the brain and nervous system during fetal life.
When the body is deficient in iodine, the thyroid gland works more to produce more thyroid hormones, so the thyroid gland grows, causing goiter.
Children with iodine deficiency, mental retardation, slow growth, speech loss, drowsiness, poor learning, lack of weight, children may be dumb.
The need for iodine in children is about 90 to 120mcg per day.
Foods that are high in iodine are sea fish, seaweed, watercress, algae, and so on.
Zinc deficiency, zinc deficiency:zinc plays an important role, in the growth process, immunity, helping the body metabolize energy, forming organizations.
Zinc deficiency leads to slow growth, anorexia, decreased resistance, or infections, malnutrition and developmental delays.
Zinc demand of small children 5 to 6mg per day.
Foods containing many zinc include:egg yolk, oysters, clams, oysters, eels, snails, radishes, soya beans, and so on.
Vitamin A deficiency and dry eye disease:vitamin A plays an important role, especially for young children,
Helps children grow and develop normally, enhance immunity, protect the corneal epithelium, skin, mucosa.
In lack of children, slow growth, stunted, or infected with infectious diseases, such as diarrhea, respiratory infection, lack of severe will dry corneal ulcers, leading to blindness.
Vitamin A needs in children 400 to 500mcg per day.
Foods rich in vitamin A such as:meat, liver, eggs, milk, eel, and so on.
Green vegetables, yellow, red, (gac, carrot, pumpkin, mango, papaya), are beta carotene, (pre-vitamin A).
2. What to do to prevent micronutrient deficiencies?
Micronutrients are substances that are essential for the survival of the body, but the need is very small,
It can be measured in mcg to mg, but when deficiency causes serious consequences.
Therefore, the prevention of micronutrient deficiencies, is essential for everyone, especially children.
Proactive, safe and active micronutrient control, especially through food sources, to supplement vitamins,
and minerals in each meal, recommended nutritionists, meals should be diverse,
Various combinations, from four food groups, and constantly changing, from the beginning of the new baby to eat supplement, (eat miles).
Encourage mothers to breastfeed immediately after childbirth, to breastfeed young colostrum, because in colostrum, high levels of vitamin A, help children healthy, increase resistance and disease.
Babies need to be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months because breastmilk is a natural source of food that has enough micronutrients to meet the needs of the baby.
In Vietnam, there are programs for prevention of micronutrient deficiencies, such as vitamin A prevention program,
By taking vitamin A supplements, children from 6 to 36 months, twice a year,
High doses of vitamin A, vitamin A supplements for severely malnourished children, prolonged diarrhea, persistent pneumonia.
Iodine deficiency prevention program, by encouraging all families to use iodized salt, and iodine, (fish sauce, seasoning powder), in food preparation.
Prevention of nutritional anemia, by giving pregnant women iron tablets - folic acid, throughout pregnancy.
At present, to prevent micronutrient deficiencies, mothers should also know,
And you need to choose micronutrient supplements, such as calcium fortified snacks, iron, fortified with vitamin A, vitamin fortified with minerals, and so on.

Delivery to the Editor: Perfecting Audio with Keith Alexander - Duration: 3:03.
In this episode you'll learn about
taking your precious field recordings
from the shoot
and bequeathing them to of all people
a video editor.
We'll be talking about how to get your recordings
to the editor and making sure that they
got absolutely everything.
So first things first backup.
Please make sure
you have everything backed up.
Back up your SD cards, your camera cards,
hard drives everything. Do this while
you're on the shoot
and after the shoot.
Please be aware that editors are not
capable of handling too much information.
They tend to delete lots of stuff in
order to make space on the computer,
so back everything up.
You need to make sure
that the editor knows what he has.
I mean everything. A printed list of what they
have and where it is is a really good
idea, including wildtracks and anything
from your own recorders
or on hard-drives that are not on the camera cards.
Over the years I've been told again
and again by editors that they never
received wildtracks,
sure enough the sound recorder had
handed them over on the drive.
If you're editing any audio for delivery
to the edit make sure that there are no
files and offline media. There's nothing
that causes a more frustrating delay
than trying to start it into a job and you
find a load of files missing.
Editors it is through perseverance,
hard work and love
that you're being presented
with audio for your edit.
Don't be afraid to use it.
Use what you need and then take some
time to put in the wildtracks
that have been painstakingly recorded
with love to make everyone's projects
so much more.
If you don't think it's important maybe
somebody else down the workflow
might think it is.
So if you're given it, use it!
So now that you delivered
all your delicious recordings
make a phone call
to the editor, to inform them what they
have, then put it in an email
and then phone them to confirm
that they got the email.
I do another ten checks
to make sure that they have everything
before you can relax.
Tell the director as well
editors don't hear too good
and don't wipe your backups.
We covered what to
deliver to the editor,
the importance of having backups,
communicating to ensure the editor
has received what you've sent.
Now go on, make that call
to the editor, make sure he's got everything.

Breaking News - Marc Merrill teases League of Legends MMO after Runeterra map release - Duration: 3:44.
It's been a long-running joke within the League of Legends community that Riot Games don't deserve the 's' in their name with the MOBA being the companies only major video game title
In October it will be nine years since LoL released and it could finally be time that we see the game's rich group of characters explored in a different genre
Back in October last year, Merrill and fellow Riot co-founder Brandon 'Ryze' Beck took on new roles within Riot so that they could be more involved with game design again
The duo have dropped most of their management responsibilities to work closely with their team on creating new games
Riot bought Fighting Game company Entertainment back in 2016, leading to rife speculation that a LoL fighting game would be released
However, a simple tweet of 'Should we build a MMO? Yay or nay?' from Tryndamere set the LoL community alight as fan's imaginations and excitement ran wild
The tweet is Merrill's most engaged post ever with over 17,000 likes and 3,000 retweets at the time of writing
Many high profile names from LoL's esports community such as pro player Yilliang 'Doublelift' Peng and commentator Isaac 'Azael' Cummings were quick to show their support for the idea
There are 141 characters in LoL which is more than enough to populate any genre of game and would certainly lend itself to an MMO
Boss battles against Void monsters like Cho'Gath, stopping the Ice Witch Lissandra's diabolical plans or even exploring the Yordle forests with Teemo are just examples of possible quests
The interactive map does a wonderful job of displaying how diverse and intriguing the world of Runeterra is
From the on-going conflict between the dual city-states of Piltover and Zaun to the fallen desert empire of Shurima - there are many lands and stories to be explored
Climbing Mount Taragon, becoming a pirate on Bilgewater, protecting Ionia with Shen and the rest of the Kinkou Order, exploring the Shadow Isles or taking part in the war between Noxus and Demacia - the possibilities are endless and that's exactly what you would hope for from an MMO or MMORPG

of revenue, or about 15% of U.S. record industry volume
at the peak, which was around 1996 or so
for the record clubs.
- [Reporter] However, that 1.5 billion
wasn't really going to everybody.
- The records that you would get for a penny counted as
free goods and that there were no royalties on free goods.
It's still unclear today exactly how many
of those royalties were paid through to recording artists.
They were only paid on the purchased goods,
and even so it was at three quarters of the regular rate
that they would have been paid had you bought it
in a regular record store.
- [Reporter] Most of the artists and writers
didn't get paid anything on any of the free albums.
- However, the sale of the records did count
in the calculation of gold and platinum and chart position.
- [Reporter] So no money, but you might wind up
with a pretty big trophy.
Now the clubs are long gone and services like Spotify,
and Apple Music have taken their place
with access to almost any song you could want
for $10 a month.
Are those bum deals for the artists, too?
- I believe that as streaming takes hold
and as smartphone penetration continues
to grow the way that it has and as smart speakers
and voice interactivity begins to take hold
that music consumption is going to grow
to a level that we just haven't experienced before.
Even if the amount of money per listen
is less than what we were used to getting
back in the days of the CD or vinyl record.

What's Next for Notion!? Future features discussed... - Duration: 6:10.
Hello everyone and welcome to Keep Productive YouTube channel, my name is Francesco unless you and welcome back to another feature
So in today's video what we're going to be doing is chatting notion again
Now you guys know that I particularly enjoy the ocean
I love the experience and I've been talking about it for around about a year now
The application has been around for like a year and a half, but I really double dosed in last year
And actually I believe I created the most amount of videos on motion in the last six months
So I do apologize if you are not the motor another out there and maybe it feels like I'm trying to convert you
But I'm just making you aware of an application that's making a bit of waves in a moment
That's merely my opinion and I've been doing it myself - guys I wanted a chance today about what's next for notion
Now you can go below and skip on the timestamps if you want to the different various elements of it
You can claim two months free Skillshare to inscription below but guys without further ado. Let's dive in to
Notion and what's next? So first up is the Web Clipper now notion aren't clearly working on a Web Clipper
They've stated this they want the Web Clipper to be installed on browser to some extent they will allow you to clip stuff in
To notion without the need to go into the application and I think this is a great addition
Now of course notion doesn't have an inbox because it's any flexible workspace
So you can create an inbox and this is something I saw and David Pierce's set up you through how I do it my to-do
List in a minute because that's where I've spent most of my time trying to figure things out
But basically the the setup is trying to bring all of my personal stuff and all and he demonstrated it
I thought it's a great idea. So I've created my own inbox. Now. This Web Clipper will make that so much easier for me
I clip art who's into my notion and I have to do it manually and it's horrible
So being able to actually do that with a Web Clipper will be fantastic
Now next up is probably the most exciting element of notion
which is coming up API now the API is
Important and I'll tell you why the API can add so much to notion. Now, of course, I've had a couple of people
Mentioning can you in whether through a embedded weather application? I've tried it on the widgets
You cannot do that which is a pain but imagine being able to open your notion and it to be reacting to with other
Applications so for example, it could and probably the biggest like use of it would be Google Calendar
I'm actually being able to use notion for your Google Calendar being able to plot
Activities being able to add to it and it to be part of your experience
so I'm definitely looking forward to that and that's something that
especially two-way Google Calendar Sync would be
Amazing now III so saying the widgets would be amazing
Imagine being able to open up your Google cat
imagine being able to open up open up your notion and seeing like a Live Tiles of all of the updates and
Even being able to embed something like to do it in there would be absolutely amazing
Now the third thing I believe they're working on is recurring tasks now reminders have been made available
but actually being able to create a recurring item inside of notion would be
really amazing and probably a big game change of people especially people who do routine things like
Cleaning the house. They could have checklists for cleaning the house to come up every Tuesday checklists to clean
Why is it always cleaning?
You know what?
I mean routine items that pop up which is very useful and being able to actually have a checklist behind that can be very
Beneficial so they are working on some of their team elements permission groups. Actually. That's something very specific
so for example
Let's say you had a page and you wanted to give specific permissions people per person can be very useful
So for example, this is something slack
I believe has like invites to channel or pages can be very useful
Especially when you've got a large team and your onboarding new people, the next is better in line comments
I actually started using the in line comments recently and they are not so nice inside of notion
They are looking to improve this and want to reflect it in the same way of Google Docs so that people can see it
In more of a chronological flow finally the feature they have amount is zapier integrations that they're working
Is that me integrations would do a whole lot for notion?
So for example when you're being able to add stuff to notion for it to react to other applications
You could even have one there every time you add a notion in box
You add something to your to-do list in box to none to that. You've got something in your notion in box
So there's so many different ways
You can use it obviously now
It's a very simplistic use but you could even connect it up with some of the more extensive applications that you've got
I think the next big
Update will be the a piane API will blow everything out of water
If they have a Google Calendar to wait integration Wow that honestly it will change the way I use notion
And it definitely the way that other people use notion of the show
So guys that was just a short overview of one where I think notions going
I will be trying to bring the CEO of notion on very soon. I have emailed him
So hopefully you'll get back to me
And also I'll be doing a few more notion features with David
Pierce's set up set up coming very soon this start of August gonna claim 2 months free, Skillshare
You could do that below and if you're not subscribed yet hit that subscription button
If you liked today's video hit like and if you have any comments or thoughts
Pop them below because I'd love to hear what you think about Notion. Anyway guys a huge. Thank you for today
I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next feature. So without further ado guys. I'll see you very soon Cheers

Paradise Pier Hotel Secrets Revealed - Duration: 7:51.
today I'm provost Park bass where we talking all about Paradise Pier Hotel me
and goofy are gonna be hanging out all day here the Pacific Pier Hotel was
built in 1984 by a Japanese corporation and the name of the hotel was the
Emerald hotel then they changed the name from it one more time then they changed
the name from the Emerald Hotel to the Pan Pacific Hotel then in 1995 Disney
bought the hotel and change it from the Pan Pacific name to the disney Pacific
Hotel then in the year 2000 dizzy changed the name to the name that it's
currently known as as the Paradise Pier Hotel so let's talk about the Paradise
Pier by the numbers it's the smallest of the three hotels on property it only has
481 rooms pretty tiny for a Disney hotel there are three restaurants the Surfside
lounge the slurpin USA which is by the pool and the PCH Grill there are four
elevators in the Pacific Pier Hotel three of them are internal and one of
them is a glass elevator elevator number D elevator number D number D Lobby
the Pacific Pier Hotel stands at 15 stories high when you say the Paradise
Pier Hotel you get two different types of views one is the park view which is
amazing overlooks Disney California Adventure the other is a pool view
overlooks the pool and the Calvary scream and waterslide california's
streaming waterslide so the theme of the Pacific Pier Hotel is casual Beach
everything is supposed to represent having a fun day at the beach the
Paradise Pier Hotel is the only hotel that has a 13th floor the other hotels
have skipped that numbering because it's considered bad luck but in Japanese
culture 13 is a very lucky number so they've included it in this particular
hotel the elevators in the Pacific Pier Hotel are a little odd there are no
buttons to push inside the elevator so what you do is you push the button to
the floor you want to go to on the outside then it points an arrow to tell
you which elevator you should board see no buttons so right behind me is where
my very favorite Hidden Mickeys is more of a light illusion than anything they
have three bright lights aimed at this painting and when you look at those
lights through a camera lens you can see they hit a Mickey there's lots of little
things that are fun for kids to do here at Paradise Pier Hotel one of them is
the sand castle theater the kids get to sit a little Beachcomber chairs and
watch classic Pixar films the Surfside lounge is open from 6:00 a.m.
midnite that offers pastries coffee little sandwiches and salads it's a
great place to grab a little quick bite to eat
this makes Paradise Pier very unique it has the only restaurant where you can
dine with none other than Mickey Mouse I
really enjoy this little water container every game of state here it's been
different we've got strawberry water when you had orange water and then have
lemon water it's those little perks that dizzy does right now here's some real
insider information on July 10th they're gonna be moving Mickey Mouse to the cuff
on your grand hotel and having Donald Duck come here so if you're staying here
after July 10th 2018 now you can have breakfast with Donald Duck the Paradise
Pier Hotel offers a 24-hour fitness center known as Mickey's Beach the
Paradise pool is located on the third floor it's amazing it has a pull a
little splash area for kids and a waterslide no one has the California's
streaming for those of you that little ones they also have a little tiny kiddy
pool right here it's only one feet it's only one foot deep once the eat so in
one foot it's just one foot that's one foot basically 12 inches of water is
what I'm trying to say here the pool they have a pool party right here they
have a DJ they play games there's all kind of music you're probably thinking
Chris what's the age limit to a pool party well well well dizzy has no age
limit everybody's welcome to pool party sometimes traveling with little ones can
be difficult Disney tries to make it as easy as possible every single room here
at the Paradise Pier Hotel has a pack and play in the closet that's right you
don't have to bring your pack and play there's one provided for you in every
single room the true bonus of staying here at the Paradise Pier Hotel is the
magic morning that's right they give you a bonus hour at the parks every other
day it's gonna need Disneyland then on the opposite days relieved
California Adventure so make sure you use those bonus hours and don't let them
go to waste because you basically get the park all to yourself after you spent
a long day the park you come back the hotel and on Thursdays and Fridays
nights at nine o'clock right here they show a family movie and dizzy movie they
put a big screen up you sit down watch a movie snacks and just kind of come up
with your family it's a really great way to end the day that's how it's done kids
what is your name here and who's your favorite Disney Princess Ariel is a good
one my favorite character is Donald favorite character Buzz Lightyear
Buzz Lightyear all classic characters everybody thank you so much hi if you
forget something don't worry you can shop at the Mickey in Paradise gift shop
I'm overloaded with Mickey there's so much Mickey here something that really
makes the Pacific Pier Hotel stand apart from the other two sister hotels is the
fireworks show that's right this is the only hotel that has a balcony dedicated
to fireworks show they will even pump in the firework music and characters voices
so you can hear the whole show and watch it right here from the Pacific Pier
Hotel on level number three
Hey I don't think I've told you yet ice what
you guys to know I think you're awesome thank you so much for watching this
video if you haven't already go ahead and hit the subscribe button right up
here I also have some other videos about the other hotels here at Disney
California Adventure and if you have any comments or suggestions for future
videos put it down the comments down below I
want you guys to know that I think you're awesome have a great week I'll
talk to you later bye bye

How to Make Healthy Zucchini Bread | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 3:25.
Today on The Stay At Home Chef
I'm showing you how to make
Healthy Zucchini Bread
Zucchini bread is a great way to sneak in those veggies
so I like to keep mine healthy by replacing the sugar and oil
that's traditionally in zucchini bread
Start by preheating an oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
and lightly grease an 8x4 inch bread pan
Then take a rinsed zucchini and you want to grate about 1 cup of zucchini
I like to grate half of it on the large grate side
and then the other half on the small grate side
I like to have the variety of texture
Now if you don't like to have texture in your zucchini bread
grate the whole thing on the small side
To measure out 1 cup you just want to pack it tightly into a measuring cup
Looks like we need a little bit more
so I'll just grab another zucchini and grate a little bit more
until we fill that cup all packed full
Then we can start making our batter
For the batter you'll need 1 cup of all purpose flour
and 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
Gotta sneak in that extra nutrition with the whole wheat
Then you'll need 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, baking soda, and baking powder
You'll also need 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Then you want to stir this all together real quick
Once that's mixed together we can start adding in our liquid ingredients
starting with 1 cup of honey
I like to spray my measuring cup with a little bit of
nonstick cooking spray when I'm measuring sticky ingredients like honey
Then we'll add in 1/2 cup of applesauce and you want
to make sure you buy the unsweetened kind
This will keep our bread nice and moist
You'll also need 1 egg
and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Stir this all in with the flour
This is called a quick bread because it doesn't require
any rising time so it's quick to get in the oven
But unlike its name implies it actually takes a long
time to bake as we're about to find out
But last we need to put in our zucchini
So add in that whole cup of grated zucchini
and you kind of have to scrape it out because we packed it in nice and tight
Then you just want to gently fold this in with the batter
You want to make sure that the zucchini is evenly dispersed
and that there aren't any clumps
Then we can pour this into our prepared bread pan
Just scoop it on in and you want to make sure
you're using and 8 inch by 4 inch bread pan
Then we can bake this in the 325 degree oven
for 50 to 60 minutes
Quick to get into the oven, not so quick to get out of the oven
You'll know the bread is done when a toothpick inserted
into the center comes out clean
Let the bread cool completely before you slice and serve
