Youtube daily report Jan 25 2019

Hello, Youtube Hello, my friends

Today we are going to fillet this "monster" :) Ray fish

We will use gloves to avoid sliding our fish on the board

Rays have slime on theirs body, so first we need to wash the fish and clean it with a paper towel

Also we need pliers and very sharp knife

What I want to say about Rays - there are many types of ray fish, I suggest you to work in gloves

This fish is smooth, but usually the Ray's skin is like a sandpaper

when we will take off the Ray's skin we can irritate our own skin

You see it has slime, I have cleaned it many times

We reduce the sliding of the fish

Also Rays have spikes on their tail Exactly this fish has small spikes, but they are very prickly

spikes also could be all over the skin

So be careful during the fish filleting

The Ray is very fresh, just came from the sea :)

You see how to bowel this fish Just cut like this and take off the guts

After filleting we will use these two parts Also we can use the spine for fish soup

Okay, let's start

Put the fish like this Here are the gills

Oh, look, he's very nice "Hello, guys"

So we need to pierce here and cut like this the same from the other side

I will show you my method of the filleting

here is a cartilage, just cut it

that's it the same from the other side

so the fish lays this way here was the head and here was the tail

this part we need to cut, you need to cut it from the internal side because of the rough skin

now we should take off the skin, we need to start here

be careful

the knife should be very sharp

use the paper tower to avoid the sliding

turn the fillet and pull the skin using the pliers hold like this and pull

so we took off the skin

it's a little bit hard

just repeat the same steps

start pull not from the centre of the fillet, but from the side

it's not so easy

cut off something strange here

we can take off the skin from another side of the fillet

I cut the fillets like this

you can fry it or bake in oven

later I will show you my recipe how to cook this fish

Bones are go as rays here

ready

we don't use the tail

cut like this don't be in rush

enjoy the filleting :)

take off the skin be careful

that's it

we can fry this cartilage

I know one man Tonny who usually use only this part of big Rays

it will be good for fish soup

Enjoy! See you :)

Under the Microscope: Wellness survey - Duration: 5:39.

Hello, I'm Jeff Gold, and welcome to

this segment of Under the Microscope.

Thank you so much for being with us today.

On this episode, we are once more talking about

campus wellness and resiliency,

and what we can do for our students, our staff,

our faculty, and the community that we interact with,

to try to make as resilient organization as possible.

I have the pleasure today

of being joined by two of our leaders.

Both Dr. Wengel and Dr. Sikorski are both actively involved

in campus wellness and resiliency programs.

And they are going tell us about a new survey

that we are going to be conducting in the not-so-distant future.

So who wants to start?

So, we very much appreciate

your support for campus wellness.

It's clearly a major initiative,

something you care deeply about, as we do, too.

And we really need to do a needs assessment.

One way of looking at this is that

when you got see a healthcare provider,

what's the first thing they do,

they check your vital signs to see,

kind of looking at overall measures of health.

We want do that here.

We want to take UNMC's vital signs, if you will.

So I understand that's what we are going to call

the survey, Vital Signs, right?

Correct, that's right.

Great name.

Well, we like it, and we think it kind of sets the tone.

It really gives us a baseline measurement

that we can see where things are going well

and where there are areas of need.

And it will also give us benchmarks

where we can look at interventions

and see how they are working down the road.

So as I understand, many, many

other academic medical centers,

undergraduate and graduate universities, hospital systems,

have done surveys of one type of another.

So is this going to be 47 questions

that is going take an hour to fill out?

Or is this going to be much more compact than that?

So, we developed this survey

as really part of an iterative process.

So we did a really big lit review

of the different surveys that universities have used.

A lot of the burnout inventories and what not.

And looked for this critical items.

And we took them and we condensed it down

to about eight items on the survey.

From meeting with students and residents and faculty,

you know, it seemed if we can keep it under 10 minutes

then people are more likely to fill it out.

So just a few minutes of their time.

Yes.

And so is this gonna go out in an email,

be part of a website, is it going be on my mobile device?

How is this going to happen?

It will be sent out via email.

There will be a link that is attached to the email,

and we will send that out through leadership here at UNMC.

It can be completed on your cell phone

or on your mobile device as well.

Great.

So when do you think this is going to happen?

We plan to do it in January.

And this is phase one of a larger process.

We are collecting quantitative data from the survey,

and then that's gonna feed into phase two,

where we are going to do focus groups and get qualitative data.

Yeah, and that's, I think,

a really unique feature of the type of research

and just how we're collecting data

here at UNMC that's pretty unique.

So, a lot of organizations will do these broad surveys.

And that information is shared with leadership,

and then they kind of figure out what a top-down approach

would be to this.

Our approach is that we're going to take that data,

and we are going to invite people,

at the end of the survey, you will have an option

to self-select to participate in focus groups

with people from your same level of service.

So, students with students, faculty with faculty,

staff with staff, and so on.

To look at the data, kind of present it,

and have an opportunity to discuss

some of the great work that's going on across campus

because we want to share those.

If, you know, College of Nursing is doing something

that would benefit College of Medicine, or vice versa.

But we also want to find those areas that we could strengthen.

So, we will present the data, and we will use

that data then to drive interventions.

And people will have an opportunity

to share their wants, desires, or ideas.

This is really important, that we not only share this

with the Wellness Council, and with the senior leadership,

but that we get the results of this widely out.

You know, good, bad, or indifferent,

we need to confront the realities of the challenges

and the opportunities that we have in wellness.

And so I understand we have our Annual Wellness Symposium

coming up in the near future, is that not right?

It is absolutely right, February 15th,

Friday, February 15th.

And we are bringing in a national speaker, Nancy Nankivil

from the American Medical Association, who's going to talk--

Oh, I know Nancy, yeah, she's great.

She's a great speaker, and she's going talk about

particularly systems-level interventions.

And that is really what this conference is all about,

is how do we make the system better?

Which is part of the wellness equation.

Very important part, and I look forward

to seeing all of you at that special date.

And there will be an announcement

that comes out in the not-so-distant future.

But she's really a dynamic speaker, and really gets it.

Well, gentlemen, thank you so much for being with us today.

And this is an opportunity for me to also thank you

for what you're doing for campus wellness and resiliency.

I mean, as you well know, these are issues

that are not going to go away. They have been with us

and with medicine and healthcare for a very long time

and we have just confronting this as aggressively as we can.

So thanks for being with us.

Thank you.

And thank you for being with us today

on this Under the Microscope.

LOOK OUT FOR THE... - Sorcerer 2.1.1 - Adventures in Open Siege #44 - Duration: 17:21.

What's up and welcome back everybody. This is Redthorn coming at you with

another video for the game Lineage 2: Revolution. in today's episode we have

Adventures in Open Siege #44 as...

This job or class. I always call it a job. This class was requested by Lysy.

Lysy is currently in-between clans but thank you for requesting this class.

Aall right. Sorcerer, my class, the one that I play on a daily basis in this game.

Molten Bowl, Volcano, Boost Mana. First class transfer skills. Staple magic user skills here.

Missile Bolt and Meteor Shower.

Okay...

All right, so...

Shouts out to Spider@...

Ikarium, Spacette and Shadyknoll who are in my party.

Let's see who has been talking... Hornswaggler, jbab, SplatMastah.

Menes or Men-es, I guess that depends on how you...or how he or she wants it to

Shouts out to all those individuals.

All right, looking around at...there is our leader who has not moved or said anything.

Usual hodgepodge of clans here.

See if anybody has moved over...

to our non-spawn gate. Yes they have.

That's a good sign, there's a few here.

Shout out to all the clans who are on my team.

And a shout out to everybody who actually participates.

By the way, if anybody has seen my earlier video from today...

The upcoming update or patch, however you want to call it...

They will be including Orc in Open Siege.

So that's three more classes that everyone gets to choose from for me to play.

And it looks like Havoc is on the other team.

That is not a good sign.

At all.

But here we go, Adventures in Open Siege #44 as a Sorcerer, by request.

And I forgot to turn Soulshots on. Oh, but I'll take that kill. Haha just as I turned on Soulshots.

All right both sides have been interrupted.

And we got...no we did not get ours. I thought I was on red team, I guess I'm not.

Well, that's not looking good.

Oh we took that kill on melee, that is outstanding.

And they...

Oh, another melee killed as a magic user, that is outstanding. They are interrupting the hell out of us.

Ah, I'm stunned...

*Unintelligible moans and grunts*

Boy we cannot stop this onslaught right now. They are totally...this is...I think this is a loss.

I think this is a loss. On my class too. That is sad.

We cannot...it doesn't seem...we got people standing here. What is this, Spider@,

somebody on my team for crying out loud.

Eorzea, move your a*s!

We are still trying to get it though and we are still getting interrupted.

Ahhh, I'm no good I'm no good.

Without...without skills.

And we are trying to get it and they are totally stopping us.

Geez.

Somebody came down here and tried to work on our...on our spawn gate.

Hha well, I got a Volcano off at least.

Yes, AFKs do suck.

Red team's getting ours now.

Argh, I couldn't even get a kill from all of that.

But my Meteor Shower is almost up.

Missile Bolt!...Oh! Got em.

Oh! There's 2 more, outstanding.

Boy, I'm telling you, he may be a glass cannon, but he does a lot of damage.

Because he's a glass cannon.

Well...not looking good here.

Hit somebody,

And died before I could even get that Volcano off. That's terrible.

Look at this, what are you all standing around for??

Oh, he's trying to lead. Well good for him, for the attempt at least.

Haha, got another one, on a random.

Ah that was...no backup though, unfortunately.

Can't do anything about that.

Well, we're at least making it a good fight. Although, not that great.

I need to wait for...Boost Mana here.

Where?? What...I'm over here pushing...

this way and he's shooting down that way I don't get it.

How many kills do I have? I've got seven.

That's not bad on another crap team.

And knocked down, couldn't get a kill on any of that.

I need to get 3 more. Wonder if I can get 3 more.

Wow. Five hits and somebody took the last hit for the kill.

Just throwing it out there, no reason.

I took a look at...

the teams who won the bids for Fortress Siege tomorrow. there

are a lot of good fights I don't even know who to choose from I'm gonna have

to ask my, my Redthornites.

Ah, I wanted that.

Let's go I'm hitting the button here.

Ah, I walked right into that because I got slowed.

Unbelievable.

All right, this is...I mean obviously this is a loss.

*Sigh*

I'm just trying to get to 10 kills.

I don't know why I'm doing that. I keep hoping there's somebody's going to be there.

Hey there's #8. I took a beating for that though.

I think that's all we're doing right now is just trying to get kills.

I gotta...I gotta Meteor Shower up.

But I have no health.

Come on. These freaking timers are killing me. Here we go.

Killed by BryceLarkin who had...who was not a mage but killed me with a Missile Bolt.

Outstanding, thumbs up for that BryceLarkin.

And made me waste my Missile Bolt even though I never got a shot off.

Nope, I'm just gonna get shot up here.

Oh he's not even there anymore. Wow I'm just wasting skills, what in the hell am i doing I don't know.

I'm going against a 30% buff which is absolutely destroying us. There's some people here.

Oh got them.

But I think.... ah I couldn't even get a kill on any of them jeez louise.

So another bad Open Siege, so what is that, two in a row now? That's great.

Hit by another Meteor Shower, I'm dead.

Ah, I need to get to ten, that's what I'm trying to do.

Oh did he finally move?

Finally woke up. Still hasn't said anything though.

But I understand. I think some people

I don't think anybody actually volunteers to be leader,

but they wind up getting it randomly which is kind of garbage.

I'm gonna die again.

Still taking damage.

Hey, there's #9.

Oh there's #10.

I have no skills left of course. As usual.

So we're gonna drag this out no doubt.

If you want to go ahead and skip to the end because I think this ending is pretty much set in stone.

We can't get our alters, we can't get a tower down, we can't do jack.

That'll knock a few down.

Here comes an elf.

To do some...

I'll take that kill though.

And that's all they're gonna do now, is just throw elven tanks at us.

Oh, and there's red teams leader.

Oh wow, really?

Oh, that should have been mine!

They're going after our spawn gate now.

So this is pretty much over but hey! Got to 10. Got to 11 actually.

Boy they are chasing me.

What just happened there? I just used Volcano and nothing actually went off.

Oh, we'll take that. Boy was that a double kill?

Move! Get the f*ck out of the way holy sh*t.

Hornswaggler, what are you doing bro, you're just like standing in the way.

Oh, I hit some people there.

I mean, well they've already busted into our gate so I'm pretty much screwed no matter what.

Oh, there he is again.

Maybe you should change jobs, Horn. Haha.

Oh...that's, that's nice. Thanks Pandachu.

They're using tons of potions? Well duh!

Okay, I'm not even gonna bother getting up. I got my 10 kills and some change.

This is pretty much a done deal. Sorry Lysy, lost on your request. Next time.

Hopefully. But I'm not gonna bother to get up I mean what is going on here.

The red have us surrounded.

Alright, Start imprinting, let's go, get this over.

Six. Five. Four. Hurry. Up. Already.

Outstanding. Alright, well 12 kills 11 deaths; that's that's probably the best I've

ever done on a loss for sure.

I made fourth on my team.

Not too shabby, I guess for a loss haha.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, thank you all for watching,

like it, love it, hate it, comment on it, subscribe to my

channel if you haven't done so already, don't forget to share it, come hang out

with me on my various social media platforms and until next time have

Addi and Illy — Views: Social Media - e1 - Duration: 9:04.

I'm Addi. I'm Illy. And this is the Addi and Illy show.

Today on our show. We're gonna be talking about social media

Instagram snapchat Pinterest Facebook Twitter YouTube

Tick-tock and

That's about all that people use if you're a tumblr person

Tumblr tumblr - okay, let's go visco all those all the social media platforms you get it, okay

the first one we were talking about is

Instagram

Instagram is super fun and fresh. It really is. I'm not

Dissing Instagram at all, but a lot of people seem to bully people on Instagram and that's not okay

Bullying is wrong if you're a bully

You're especially a cyber bully

If you're a cyber bully and you bully people and her eyes people on the internet behind the screen

you're a coward in your chicken and you need to

Stop and think about your actions and be a nice person because in the end

Karma's gonna get you

How do you feel about that how you feel about bullies Elena not from it I don't like boys that's right

No one likes bullies. Okay, so just stop that's the only thing wrong with Instagram and there's some weird things that you

Um, I'm noting on Instagram that can be a bad thing or a good thing

Most of most of time it's a good thing but other times is spam accounts

If you don't know what a spam account is Elena, what's a snail account?

It's like an extra account you have so then certain people don't see your Instagram. I'm like

Yeah, it's like it's like an Instagram where you can post random things without having to worry about likes or whatever

You want to say about that?

it's like it's a spam accounts like a just a fake Instagram like a

Random things for your friends for jokes for memes all that stuff

The Y could be a bad thing is because if you're like not following the spam account

Or they don't let you or whatever a lot of people tend to

Talk about geo honest a Macau and like be mean honest family cow

Yeah, they do and it's not fun cuz that's guess what that's another form of bullying

It's

Bullying. Okay, so

Cut that cut down if you want to spam account make it a good one

We get fun make it with tick-tocks put a bunch of tic tacs on there

Everything, okay

Post yeah, we're gonna look at that. I don't know what she's talking about. We're gonna look at that

Me she's going to mine

Also, follow me on Instagram, can you do that?

Addison day and the day has three e's no wise just three e's

Link is down in the description below. Oh

Also

Another link will be in the trip to the description for my make up account

SPF x period by period addi with an eye

that was

She's still continuing to look for something

Cut all this time up the next platform

Snapchat snapchat. What are your thoughts on Sam totally doesn't interesting up. Um

It is an interesting app private stories are very interesting too they are that's another thing

It's kind of like the spam account like it can be a good thing because you can have lots of fun and stuff

but it can be bad because people

Can be talking about you

Um, I don't know what you're saying

People vent on there a lot. Sometimes it gets annoying but it's okay, it's fine. I adjure snapchat you do what you want

Yeah, that's really fine

The thing about snapchat that people don't get is that once you put a picture out there?

Even though it lasts for three seconds or one second or 10 seconds

Like it says it does it doesn't and it's always out there

Okay

It is always out there and it always will be no matter if you want it to be or not

Or if you can't see it or not or whatever. It's always gonna be out there

So don't be sending bad pictures and I don't just mean bad pictures

You know, I mean like bad pictures like you doing things that you shouldn't like

Drugs and alcohol and stuff like that. Just don't do that because in the end you're gonna get in trouble for it

So don't okay

That's the thing about snapchat is you happen to be very snapchat keeps all your pictures

Even if you don't save them snapchat keeps them snapchat. I did not know that snapchat keeps all your pictures

Um, the next platform is facebook. Facebook is dumb

Like that's like I that's fine if you have a Facebook and that's fine if you like that

Whatever but like I don't have a facebook because like that's just kind of just for old people

It's literally it's an old people Instagram. It's literally created by Instagram and it's an older version of Instagram. It's for old people

Yeah, it is

Well not created by you

Okay, same thing. It's an old people Instagram. That's that's all that it is

You can sell stuff on Instagram to

You

It's stuff

Take talk away. We have to do sit there tip your keys. Best hat out there

there's some weird videos, but it doesn't matter because um

Just take talk on you know the best in conclusion social

Media is fun, but stay safe

Eddie Miele out

Hello, my name is Sean. This is my first segment on the show

I'm actually thinking about making my own show called the Sean show. So stay tuned to find out and

Well, my topic today is sports

It it's a multiple type thing. You could get stuff off your mind. If you have to dress, that'll help you relieve that

You're welcome

Alright, what else should I talk about?

There are also individual sports that you could play like golf or tennis

where almost every other sport is like a team sport or more of a team sport tennis is kind of a team sport depending on

the

Yeah, depending on whether you're playing doubles or singles

Also another good sport is a sport called bad knee

Right now we are playing badminton in gym, and I'm getting a blast of it

It's good. If you're like trying to lose weight, there is a little bit of running

There's only a little bit of difference between whether you're playing singles or doubles doubles the the line of out-of-bounds is out farther and

Thank you for watching my name is Sean again and don't forget to stay tuned to find out if I'm doing the Sean show

I'm out

Thank You Shawn for being in our show today we had um, such a fun time with you

Buy a house with no credit History- You can do it even if a Dave Ramsey Fan - Duration: 8:24.

Do you want to buy a house but have no credit history? Keep watching!

Hey,hey ey Susan Thetford here by the end of this video you're going to know how you

can set yourself up to buy a home- even if you have absolutely no established

credit. I am Susan thetford. I'm a 36 year career realtor here in the Nashville

Tennessee area, worked with buyers and sellers my entire life in establishing

credit, having good credit, and helping people get approved for a mortgage

that's the right one for them! It's been my business forever!~ so we're gonna talk

about that right this minute! How does someone get credit or get

established for credit; or, do you even need it? Why do banks and lenders even want it anyway?

Lenders simply want to see are you a good risk...

are you a good place for them to say, "Yes, take my money and pay me back over a

thirty-year period of time!" They want to see that you're a good risk... and that

credit history is their proof of that. So, maybe you're like me and so many people

around the country... actually the world now, who are big Dave Ramsey fans?(Hey,

quick aside... Dave and I were finance partners in class at UT Knoxville! He

and I both graduated from UT Knoxville back in the "go-go days when borrowing

other people's money (OPM) and being leveraged to the hilt was what we were taught to

do! HE is now flying high in teaching people how to live their life without

using credit and that's brilliant ! Except but when you're trying to buy a home,

because I just finished saying the bank's want to see "if I'm giving you

$200,000, and I'm going let you pay me back over a 30-year period, I want to see

that you're good for your word !" So, having no credit history means that the typical

lenders are not gonna to lend money without that history. So, what does that mean now? Are you just up a

creek and you can't buy a house? No, here are three different solutions

for you and one of these will work. Number one, there are lenders who

will lend to people who have no established credit. There are lenders,

very few and far between, so find yourself a reputable realtor who can direct you in

the right direction of the lender who does this type of work, and you will not find

an "E lender" who does this. Don't do it! Please don't

do it...! But, there are lenders who do that. Here's

the caveat- the rates are typically quite a bit higher than the typical rates that

you would find if you already do have a good credit history .Those rates will be

different, the points may be higher, you can do it though so it just takes

finding a lender who basically "portfolios" (the loan) You may well find, it

will be tough right now because the market is so good, but you may well find somebody

who's willing to "owner finance" your sale. Get an attorney to write up those terms clearly

so you know what you're doing but you may well find someone who will

owner finance for you...those are two options if you have zero credit. Another

option, if you have absolutely no established credit already, is maybe

you're one of the fortunate few who have a parent, or an aunt, or an uncle, or

someone who will cosign that loan for you if you don't have the credit; but, if

they've got a good credit history, a good credit score, and they can hold the debt

service... then if you find someone like that who's willing to co-sign with you-

then you're golden! You can establish your credit through that period of time

by you paying the payments and you'll be establishing that credit; this is a good

way of getting it started if you have that kind of benefactor! So... here is the

MOST likely way to be able to buy a home and it's never too early to

start establishing credit. if you want to buy a home within the

next six months to a year, now is the time to get started (and the only way to

do that if Number 1 and number 2 don't work) is start establishing your

own credit now. I'm sorry Dave isn't gonna be happy ...but unless you can save a

hundred percent of the money that you need to buy this home within a year's

period of time, then you're gonna have to establish some credit if the first two

don't work; so here's how you can do it. You need to take out a credit card and

use it! Simple, right? That's going to say I can borrow money from you, I will pay

it back as I promise, I will pay it back on time; but, there's a little bit more of

a tweak to this. The way to get perfect credit is never to use more than thirty

percent of the amount that you CAN use (creditl imit)so let's say you have a thousand dollar

credit card limit that you take out with Nordstrom. You use that card... they don't

want to see it sitting idle either that hasn't proved that you had the ability

to pay things back! They want to see you use it but they also don't want to see

you get it up to the max if you're wanting this perfect credit. So, it's a

thousand dollar credit card maybe with Nordstrom, you spend about three

hundred dollars a month, and you pay it back in full, Don't let it carry over-

don't pay minimum payments, you pay the bill IN FULL over six months to a year

time. That's gonna help you establish that credit; Do it twice... maybe with

the American Express, and you have your business bills or if you're

self-employed you put some of your business expenses- maybe your

entertainment expenses whatever- pay your grocery bills with

that thousand dollar limit three hundred dollars a month you use

$300 a month you pay back in full and you will establish your credit in no

time! So, those are the only three ways really to get a credit help without

credit1) finding a cosigner benefactor 2)taking a little bit higher rate maybe

high points with a lender who will basically

portfolio loans (doesn't sell on the secondary market) and they will lend to

those who have no credit history or 3) establish your own credit over a period

of the next six months to a year. My first suggestion is find yourself a

reputable lender who will help you walk through this I will give you something

else--- Don't go buy a car! do not go buy a car do not go buy a depreciating asset

before you buy a house( and that's a whole other conversation - things DO NOT do)

when you're in the buying home process- things to not do or you're surely to

screw up your home purchase! I'll put that in the cards as well, that'll be a good

video, but those are helpful! Begin your credit, now! You've done a great job if

you're a Dave Ramsey fan, you've done a phenomenal job! You know how to save; you

know how to stay in a budget; you've got this aced, now you have to prove that to

a lender and you'll be golden! Hey, if this is the kind of information that you

love- all things about real estate in Nashville, and the people places and things

that make us the" it city" today, please, I ask you, subscribe to my channel! A new

video comes out every single week... I'd hate for you to miss a thing! Hit

Klopp gives verdict on Kompany's challenge against Salah - Duration: 3:44.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp believes Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany should have been sent off for a challenge that could have ended Mohamed Salah's season

Kompany was awarded only a yellow card by referee Anthony Taylor after a two-footed lunge on Salah during the first half of a hectic Premier League clash at the Etihad on Thursday

City went on to win 2-1 to inflict Liverpool's first league defeat of the season and cut their lead at the top of the table to four points

But Klopp is adamant Kompany should have been dismissed following the 31 minute incident

"I really like Vincent Kompany but how on Earth is that not a red card?" said the Reds boss

"He is last man and he goes in. If he hits Mo more he is out for the season. It is not easy for the ref and he may not see it how I see it

"Everybody knows that I like him (Kompany), he is such a fantastic player, outstanding

I loved him when he was at Hamburg. See how we rated the Liverpool players in that 2-1 defeat to Manchester City - here Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  "But situations like this happen

A player makes a decision, goes on the ground, makes a sliding tackle and wants to defend the situation

"He took the risk. And if Mo stays on his feet and doesn't jump over him, then the situation is different

We all know that. He is still a nice guy, with a really bad decision."  Klopp reiterated his stance of a few days earlier that serious injury shouldn't be required for a foul to be sufficiently penalised

"I said last time, do we need blood?" he added. "Is it like this? Do we really need an open (wound) and think 'wow, it must be (a foul)'?  "In that situation everybody knows that if Mo can come through, what happens then

"I don't blame everybody. It's a situation like that, make a decision. When we were here last season, we got a red card

It was a red card, probably yes. Did Sadio want it? No, not for a second. He didn't see him

"Here he (Kompany) saw him and hit him, not as bad as it could have been. That's all

You can make of it what you want. Look at it and make your own opinion."  City boss Pep Guardiola, meanwhile, refused to be drawn on the incident

"You'd have to ask the referee," he said. "One day in my life I speak quite well about the referee, I understand you can even be banned here if you speak well of the referees

"

Rams or Patriots: Which Super Bowl LIII defense do you trust more? - Duration: 6:00.

There's been a lot of talk about the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams' potent offenses heading into Super Bowl LIII

But what about the units on the other side of the ball aiming to stop Tom Brady and Jared Goff?  In the regular season, the Patriots' defense ranked seventh in points and 21st in yards allowed, while the Rams were locked at 20th in points and 19th in yards

Bill Belichick's Patriots have continued to be that same bend-but-don't-break unit this postseason, while Wade Phillips' Rams have seen some improvement with the return of veteran cornerback Aqib Talib

That said, which defense do you trust more in Super Bowl LIII? Adam Rank Writer | NFL

com + Follow On Twitter Rams' D has the better matchup in this contest The Patriots' defense could be in some trouble in this game

The Patriots have used man coverage on 54.6 percent of coverage snaps, the highest rate in the NFL by a lot

And they create all of their pass rush from man coverage. The only downside is Jared Goff has performed better against man coverage this year than zone

While his completion percentage is much higher against zone coverage, he's had a 10-1 TD-INT ratio and a passer rating of 104

1 against, man. The Patriots have also allowed more than five yards per rush against 11 personnel (which the Rams run like all of the time), which means McVay can get the run going

And if you'll notice, Sean McVay is a member of the Kyle Shanahan coaching tree

A team that crushed the Patriots' defense in the Super Bowl two years ago. Obviously, the Falcons ran out of juice in that game, but I feel like McVay has learned that lesson and won't be done in by that

So I guess that's a lot of words to say I'm leaning Rams defense here. Will Blackmon Writer | NFL

com + Follow On Twitter As long as Belichick is in charge, I'm all in on the Pats' D The Patriots often stepped up when it counted this season, and although they don't have a game-wrecker like the Rams have in Aaron Donald, they have Bill Belichick

He keeps the defense disciplined and puts his players in position to succeed in every situation

Belichick is the master at knowing his opponent's and own players' strengths and weaknesses, and it often shows on the scoreboard

James Jones Writer | NFL.com + Follow On Twitter Aaron Donald and Aqib Talib will keep Pats on their heels all game Tom Brady has been far worse when pressured from the interior (2-2 TD-INT ratio) than from the edge (7-0 TD-INT ratio) in 2018, which plays right into the Rams' defensive strengths

Rams tackles Aaron Donald, the likely Defensive Player of the Year, and Ndamukong Suh get after the quarterback more than any other interior duo, so I expect Brady to be uncomfortable for most of the game

Along with Donald, Aqib Talib makes the Rams' secondary so much better. The Rams allowed 12

5 fewer points per game this season when Talib, who had an ankle injury earlier in the season, is on the field

The defense has also allowed fewer total yards per game, third-down percentage and passer rating against with Talib

He will be a huge factor in this game. Gil Brandt Writer | NFL.com + Follow On Twitter New England's run defense comes up big against Rams Statistically, the Rams are a smidgen better in yards per game and turnover differential

However, I trust New England's defense more in this matchup because Bill Belichick's unit is better against the run, ranking 11th in the league

Stopping the ground attack will be very important for both teams in this game, but New England's ability to do so is the difference

Dan Hanzus Writer | NFL.com + Follow On Twitter Patriots about to be shook by all-world defensive tackle Aaron Donald Let's face it: Nobody outside New England wants to see Tom Brady on the riser with yet another Lombardi Trophy in his hands

Been there, done that. Luckily, the Rams' defensive line -- led by all-world tackle Aaron Donald -- is here to make life miserable for TB12

The Patriots' offensive line has done exceptional work in the playoffs, but they haven't seen anything like Donald, a generational talent who deserves legit MVP consideration

Add Ndamukong Suh and Dante Fowler Jr. into the mix and the Rams are well-equipped to short-circuit the Patriots' attack

Of course, we thought the Chargers and Chiefs would do damage in the trenches as well, and we saw how that worked out

The Rams must be better. David Carr Writer | NFL.com + Follow On Twitter Los Angeles' defensive line is the difference Both units are led by fantastic coaches in Bill Belichick and Wade Phillips, but the Rams get my vote because their defensive line -- featuring Aaron Donald, Ndamukong Suh, Michael Brockers and Dante Fowler Jr

-- has the ability to take over. And they will have to if they want to bring the Lombardi back to Los Angeles

Politics At Parties Boy (Live) | The Ivy House Open Mic | jessica gluch - Duration: 3:42.

Jessie: Hello.

Uhm - so, this is three things.

Number one, this is the first time I've gotten my arse up on this stage and [am] doing something

like this, so that's fun.

[applause]

It's also my birthday.

So, you know - [cheering] I'm treating myself to something that's not at all nerve-wrecking!

Uhm - and thirdly, this is a poem that I wrote for a very dear friend of mine, who was only

ever a friend ... and that's sort of the point.

So, this is called "Politics At Parties Boy".

My first kiss was a boy with Chocolates for eyes and

Lashes as long as the summers we Spent playing pirates in the dirt.

And the first hand that ever held mine Like its very life depended on it

Belonged to a girl that resembled the sun So much I would have spent the rest

Of my life following her light, or as long As she'd let me.

And you say you don't believe in parallel universes

But you sound a lot like one.

When I tell you goodnight on your birthday I do it with two left feet.

And the silence it leaves Sounds a lot more like another lifetime's

hum Than it does quiet.

And all the things we might be In the universe next door

Giggle in the commas, and hush.

(Maybe they just stopped by to eavesdrop Curious to see what becomes of us in this

one.)

So we tell them all about the day We planned revolutions on my bedroom floor,

or how we once Spent an entire Monday lunch break making

life plans over ice cream And most of our parties talking politics over

beer We both paid for ourselves.

About the days you drive me to school.

In your car I am the girl, front-seat passenger of our

lives, Who does not need reach for the steering wheel

– The road is alright.

And you are the boy who plays me songs about all

The heartbreak that will never belong to us.

In this life, the potholes in our conversations Are all stumbling and no fall.

This world is reserved for Quentin Tarantino movies and

Hellos in the hallways before class.

And when I break my own heart You're there, not to save me

But to listen on the phone until I remember How to save me all on my own:

Freaked out by forever boy Talk politics at parties boy

I wonder if we could have had a future, boy.

A year from now, I'll send you postcards From places further West.

And for all I care, it all can stay exactly as it is

Because there is no one I'd have rather Talked politics at parties with.

Thank you very much.

[cheering and applause]

The Premier League have just handed Man City an advantage over Liverpool in title-race - Duration: 3:49.

With each passing week, it's looking more and more likely that we're going to have a genuine title race in the Premier League

With 15 games remaining, Liverpool have a four-point advantage over current champions Manchester City

That leaves the battle for glory very finely poised.  With the two clubs now having played each other twice, both Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola know they just have to keep beating whoever is put in front of them each week

But the closer we get to the end of the season, the more pressure on both sides

With the title so close to call, it could be swung by the smallest of factors.  And City have just been handed an advantage by the Premier League that could make all the difference

On Friday, Sky Sports and BT Sport announced which games they will show live on TV during March, meaning a slight change in the fixture list

And it turns out Liverpool will be playing all four of their Premier League games on a Sunday

City? Well, they will be playing all of theirs on a Saturday.  In fact, City will be playing before Liverpool in seven of the next nine matchdays

So, it's likely that Klopp's side will be going into each of their games just one point clear of City and needing to win to regain their four-point cushion

That will certainly put the pressure on them - especially with the club seeking their first ever Premier League trophy

Liverpool kick off their March with a Merseyside derby against Everton at Goodison Park, which takes place on Sunday, March 3 at 4

15pm. City travel to Bournemouth the previous day.  The following weekend, Liverpool are at home to Burnley on Sunday, March 10 with a noon kick-off

City host Watford on Saturday evening.  On Sunday, March 17, Liverpool travel to west London to face Fulham

The previous day, City are scheduled to take on Manchester United at Old Trafford

However, that game will have to be rescheduled if either side reaches the FA Cup quarter-final - which you'd consider is fairly likely

The final weekend of March sees Liverpool host Tottenham on Sunday, March 31 at 16:30

The Citizens will be at Fulham for a 12:30 kick-off the previous day.  We'll no doubt have a much clearer picture of the outcome of this title race as we enter April

Whoever can handle the pressure better could be the side crowned champions come May 12

How To Use Lightroom CC Mobile App | Tutorial - Duration: 7:56.

Hi my Magic people! Today I will introduce you to the Mobile Lightroom app

and show you how you can edit photos even if they are taking just with your

smartphone and get some stunning results without having the desktop version

personal item now watch your mobile is a free app

however there is a premium version with some extras which can which you can get

for about $10 a month subscription so let's open the app and let's import some

photos to keep things organized let's create an album first in which we'll put

our images now give it some name open the album and it's some photos from your

device

you can see here how you can filter your files to show only JPEG and PNG or only

rolls first I will import one photo in RAW format and then I will add some

JPEGs

when you import your photos to the album you will find them under the all photo

section here too now when you're done importing let's get to editing I will

choose this photo that maybe looks the worst here to show you how much you can

actually improve it isn't white trim first you can see on the bottom we have

a lot of editing tools and here is a helpful one-click tool that will set

some adjustments automatically which I will use just as a guide to edit my

photo further now let's go set the light of our photo I will bring the exposure

down a little bit turn the shadows up so as the contrast

and now let's play with colors I will give it some warm tones by bringing the

temperature up and turn the vibrance and saturation a bit down now I want to get

the moody look on the sky and make it pop so I believe this selective editing

here so the remaining parts of the photo staying untouched now let's put the

gradient mask here in the sky and now we can edit only this part of the picture

now put exposure down to make darker add some contrasts bring the highlights a

bit up and the shadows much more down

also bring up the whites and get the blacks down so the sky pops out even

more here you can also change the colors but I will leave it like that for now I

just want to say the higher clarity here

there are also posts for noise reduction and sharpness to the picture and some

other adjustments to play around if you want

now when the sky is done I will show you how you can remove some unwanted objects

from the photo with a healing tool you can also use this tool on portraits to

remove some blemishes and imperfections on the skin I will use the clone stamp

tool here to remove this object from the photo by cloning some other part of the

picture I just brush the object and you can see how the program automatically

clones the grass on this part of the photo now here is the crop tool so you

can cut unwanted parts of the picture out and there are also some different

Adobe profiles you can apply but I won't do this right now I want to adjust

curves on the photo here you can play around with the red green and blue

channels and I will try to achieve a bit of faded look here by adjusting the main

curb like this

now did you know that you can set the each colors hue saturation and luminance

I will play around with the settings a little bit to achieve a more on some

work on this bottom

okay now let's bring the clarity over the whole photo up to give it a more

strong look there are also tools for sharpening reducing noise on the image

but I will leave the settings as they are because I think it looks fine you

can also use these tools which can help you to correct the horizontal and

vertical eyes on the photos now the last one is my favorite those are electron

presets which can speed up this whole editing process very much you can save

all settings and adjustments you made with one photo and apply to many other

photos as well with just one click let me show you by applying some of my

presets on this image I like the natural tones version 3 but since I was going

for a more full look let's just version 1 on this you can see it's a bit too

dark so I will just correct the exposure here and set the hue of the greens to

more yellow ones

when you're done stating all the adjustments you can save them by

creating your own preset and apply later on other photos is now

and the last step I will do is just to save an image to my device now let me

show you before and after editing you can see how you can turn some basic

photo to a nice one which will pop and deserves publishing on Instagram

Facebook or any social media you are using thank you for watching this

tutorial hope you find it useful in some of my next videos I will talk more about

lighting presets and show you how you can import it and use it on your

electromobility bye
