A jaký máme názor na předání ferrari my v redakci? Zatímco vrchní velitel eXtra

The Agency Model is Broken - Duration: 6:48.
As many people who've been following me for a while know, I run
an "accidental" agency.
Accidental in that I didn't set out to build it, but here I am!
"Wow, I didn't mean to!" Lois & Clark
But you may be asking why I was so hesitant to embrace the idea of building an agency.
In today's video, I'm going to explain why - how the agency model is broken - and
what I'm trying to do to change it.
My name is Tara and this is ...Truly Social.
I've worked on the agency side, client side, as a consultant, and as an entrepreneur,
building companies.
Every time I've worked on the agency side, I've told myself that I will never ever
ever ever ever do it again.
Why?
Because agency life may sound sort of cool and sexy, but agencies themselves
are terribly broken.
"Listen, this is not what I wanted." Wreck-It Ralph
And how are they broken?
Well, I can identify 3 major ways:
Number one, the agency-client relationship is tense.
Number two, the way that pitches and RFP's are set up lead to terrible, under-researched
strategies.
And, number three, there is no strategic continuity, due to campaign-based thinking and warring
agency partners.
Let me explain them more in-depth.
So let's start with the agency-client relationship.
With Truly Social, I've really tried to work closely with our clients as partners.
We meet and talk frequently.
We get invited to their Slack channels where possible.
We spend time in their offices on a regular basis.
I rarely or never saw this in my previous agency life - unless an agency placed a person
at the client, but then that was sort of a different arrangement.
Mostly, the way it worked was that the client would hand you a brief, then you'd go away
with your team for a bunch of weeks, working on a plan, maybe calling them now and then,
and then show up one day and present the final creative.
The client would then give sign-off or ask for revisions until it was done.
"SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!" Rick and Morty
The problem with this is that you don't really get to know the day-to-day challenges
that your client is facing.
Inevitably, there is ongoing information and insights that can help you craft a better strategy.
You can get to know multiple people from different departments to get all sorts of other insights, too.
We often don't know what we don't know and the client assumes that we DO know.
Without the right information, we are left trying to read minds, which frankly, rarely
works out.
"I'm not psychic, Annie. That's an illusion caused by extreme preparedness."
This breeds lack of trust, and lack of trust leads to more lack of trust and the relationship…
well, it starts to breaks down.
What I teach everyone at TSI is that there is no such thing as too much communication
when it comes to our clients.
"Come here, I wanna talk to you." "Good, I wanna talk to you."
The more we open up, show up, ask questions, the more they tend to ask questions back and
the relationship, well, it gets more harmonious.
Now for number two: that terrible RFP and pitch process.
In traditional agency models, you get a Request for Proposal or RFP and you're invited to
pitch your agency against others - usually with a fully-baked idea to tempt the client
to pick you.
"George Michael, you're choosing me." "No, mom."
I have no idea why this started in the first place, but it is an awful process.
On the agency side, people are pulled together to sprint towards coming up with a pitch in
a short amount of time, giving them no time for any real research or insights.
They come together in a boardroom, go over the creative brief, then start throwing out
"ideas" until they all can agree on the best one.
Then they work ungodly hours to put together a pitch deck and some sort of demonstration
of how those ideas will roll out.
Then, they pitch their idea against other agencies who have done the same thing and
the client picks their favourite, which is often not yours.
"We're talking mass chaos and no one knows how to stop it."
This is ridiculous!
First off, there are rarely, if ever, any real research or insights that go into those
ideas.
Nobody understands the audience or the real issues.
Now sure, once in a blue moon, the idea actually hits its mark, but in my experience, the best
ideas come years into an agency/client relationship when the audience is incredibly understood
and the research has been done to pull those great insights.
And secondly, this is what burns people out at agencies.
"I'm out, I'm done with this." "You're not done, Roy."
We don't pitch like that and I hope I never have to.
Part of our offering is a research and strategy phase.
We get paid for the time we spend to carefully get to know your audience and finding insights
to lead to the right strategy.
I think it's a healthier model and leads to better projects.
And number three, for the final reason on how the agency model is broken - lack of continuity.
We are now living in a social era, where relationships rule, but most agencies are still living in
that campaign to campaign era.
The cycle feels like this for the audience: you hear nothing from the brand, then you
see them everywhere, then silence again.
Repeat.
"They strike, then disappear, and then start massing again."
Campaign thinking is decidedly anti-social and we only do campaigns within a broader,
ongoing context of relationship building.
The other continuity issue lies in the multiple agency model.
Now, I'm all for hiring specialized agencies to get things right - hell, we're specialized!
- but in most cases, those agencies are rarely, if ever, brought together to align and collaborate.
Collaboration would ensure that everyone is working together towards the same strategic
goal.
I always request to interact and collaborate with the PR firm, the SEO firm, the ad agency,
the web development agency, sales, customer service, and everyone else inside and out
of the organization who is working on a piece of that puzzle.
This is a big challenge, but if done, can lead to a totally harmonious strategy that
would be much smarter.
"Happy 23 years of working together!"
Of course, there are other ways in which the agency model is broken, but these are the
glaring issues that I work hard to address every day at TSI.
If I'm going to end up as an agency owner for the rest of my life, at least it will
be on my own terms.
I'd love to hear the ways in which YOU think the agency model is broken.
I think we could have a lively discussion on that topic.
My name is Tara and this has been ...Truly Social.

The miniature world of Venice: A masterpiece of modelling in HO scale without model trains - Duration: 5:41.
Do you know Venice in Italy?
Let's make a quick getaway to Europe.
[Music]
As you know, there is the great "Miniature Wonderland", the
world's largest permanent model railway exhibition, in Germany.
Two years ago, the model builders finished the Italian section with beautiful
coast lines, with the central station of the capital Rome and much more.
In February 2018 - after more than one year of construction
work - the new section of Venice was opened.
This masterpiece of modelling in HO scale completes the Italy theme inside the
"Miniature Wonderland", although there are no model trains and no model railway.
The new Venice section with a size of only nine square meters
is one of the smallest sections of the "Miniature Wonderland".
More than 35,000 man hours have been dedicated
to create this Italian world with its winding
streets, waterways, gondolas and palaces that were
finished with greater precision than ever before.
[Music]
Approximately 60 model builders have been
involved in modelling the new Venice section.
They have made more than 280 houses and bridges by hand, have installed 2,800 LED,
laid more than 5,000 meters of cable and have made 160 individual street lights.
[Music]
At a square meter price of more than 100,000 Euros,
this diorama of Venice didn't come cheap at all.
But every corner of miniature Venice is the result of so much devotion, for example,
the 450 gondolas of Venice, each of them were carefully hand crafted and decorated.
The famous tourism sights of Venice - the "Canale Grande", the "Piazza San Marco",
the "Rialto Bridge" and the many water taxi gondolas - can be discovered.

Assange Just Made Schiff an Offer - Duration: 11:17.
Assange Just Made Schiff an Offer He'll Be TOO SCARED to Accept
Julian Assange, the editor in chief of Wikileaks, just made clueless Russian conspiracy theorist
Adam Schiff an offer he'd never accept.
Assange wants to meet with the lunatic California Rep in order to PROVE to him there was no
"Russian collusion."
Of course, Schiff will never accept that offer, since his career and the "hopes" of the
entire Democrat Party rely on keeping this fake "Russia story" going.
The "truth" scares Democrats.
From Daily Caller
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange reportedly would like to prove to California Congressman
Adam Schiff that his organization didn't use its platform to release information helpful
to the Trump campaign.
The Washington Examiner reports that Randy Credico, a New York radio host who is also
Trump confidant Roger Stone's intermediary to Assange, told MSNBC's Ari Melber on Friday
that Assange told him to tell Schiff he would like to arrange a meeting.
The purpose of the meeting from Assange's perspective would be to show "there is no
collusion" between the Trump campaign and the Russians, according to Credico.
Schiff's office responded that the ranking House Intelligence Committee member would
be willing to meet with Assange, but not until "he is in U.S. custody."
"Our committee would be willing to interview Julian Assange when he is in U.S. custody,
not before," Schiff's office wrote in a Friday statement, according to the Examiner.
Assange's time in asylum at the Ecuadorian Embassy reportedly could be coming to an end
soon, in which case he could be arrested by British authorities
and turned over
to the United States.

15 Ways To Help Treat MS Naturally - Duration: 4:55.
15 Ways To Help Treat MS Naturally
1.
Start taking vitamin D.
A lack of vitamin D may be a cause of multiple sclerosis.
Studies show clusters of MS sufferers in areas around the world that lack consistent amounts
of sunlight.
Get a vitamin D test and boost your level with a good vitamin D3 supplement that also
includes vitamin K2 to ensure its efficacy.
The main source of vitamin D is the sun.
Twenty minutes a day in the morning sun with plenty of skin showing will help, but if you
have a deficiency, reverse it as soon as possible.
2.
Stop using the microwave.
Irradiated food isn't healthy!
3.
Eat organic foods and stay away from GMOs.
GMO stands for genetically modified organism.
Yep, genetically modified food sounds scary, doesn't it?
Over 50 countries worldwide can't be wrong about banning GMO foods, although the U.S.
hasn't banned them yet.
4.
Eat organic, wild sockeye salmon.
Wild sockeye salmon is rich in proteins and good omega-3 fats.
One serving per week goes a long way toward improving health in multiple sclerosis by
providing healthy fats that decrease inflammation.
5.
Get tested for food sensitivities.
This is extremely important — some food allergies and sensitivities are known to make
MS symptoms worse because the reaction they cause creates widespread inflammation throughout
your body.
6.
Get a blood test to check your vitamin levels and heavy metal levels.
Many MS sufferers are extremely low in several vitamins, and heavy metal toxicity can mimic
many multiple sclerosis symptoms.
Find out where your body stands in terms of these issues.
7.
Add veggies to your diet.
It's the green stuff — spinach, kale, cucumbers, broccoli and cabbage — that offer
MS patients a lot of phytonutrients that can benefit health.
8.
Start a massage protocol.
Massage will help stimulate lymphatic flow and circulation, increase joint flexibility
and can even help with muscle spascity.
9.
STOP, STOP, STOP drinking any type of soda.
Soda wreaks havoc on your entire body, and with MS sufferers who already have a compromised
immune system.
The carbonation acts in the body as a waste product that must be detoxified.
Give your body every opportunity to be healthy and heal by not loading it down with waste
products.
10.
Exercise.
You can swim, walk, use an elliptical machine, ride a stationary bike, do Pilates, yoga,
or practice simple stretches.
Lifting weights provides the most benefits to keep your muscles and core strong enough
to support you!
Protect your muscles from becoming atrophied.
11.
Raise your body's pH with alkaline water.
The body functions at its best in an alkaline state.
Water used to be neutral, but now it's acidic and contributes to inflammation.
Alkaline water helps decrease inflammation.
12.
Forget bottled water.
Although it may be convenient, bottled water is usually very acidic and unhealthy.
No one truly knows how long the plastic bottles have been sitting in heat and sun, and both
these cause leaching of chemicals (BPA) from the plastic.
BPAs are known carcinogens that may cause cancer and other autoimmune challenges.
13.
Say no to aspartame and MSG.
It's so important to read labels.
You may be shocked, but aspartame and MSG are popping up in all kinds of foods, including
gum, breads, cereals, canned goods, convenience foods and processed foods.
Aspartame wasn't made for human consumption, and toxicity from aspartame and MSG mimic
many MS symptoms.
14.
Go gluten free or limit gluten consumption.
If you're sensitive to gluten, it will cause widespread inflammation in the body.
15.
Laugh.
This is the last in a lineup of many great tips for you to start on a path of restoring
your body.
Although the 14 previous tips are ones I've done myself and helped contribute to my overcoming
MS, laughter is honestly one of the most important things you can do.
Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boosts your energy, and protects you
from the damage of stress.
It decreases stress hormone levels, decreases pain and improves your mood.

Elderly Woman Catches 4 Boys Sneaking Into Yard, Weeps When She Realizes What They're
Doing
Could you imagine a 75-year-old woman in handcuffs and arrested?
Neither could a group of young boys in Texas — and even though they'd never met this
woman, they were not going to let her go to jail.
An elderly woman in Texas had a warrant out for her arrest because her grass was over
18 inches tall.
Gerry Suttle is 75-years-old and was issued a notice to appear in front of a judge regarding
grass on her land.
The law states that it needs to be under 18 inches, Suttle was unaware of this law.
The woman also states that she never received the letter regarding a court date with a judge.
Unfortunately, her failure to appear in court resulted in a warrant for her arrest.
A group of local boys heard about the woman's arrest warrant and immediately jumped into
action to help.
"It's a summer day, we don't have season passes yet to Warren Falls.
What else could we do?
Just go out and help some people," stated Blaine Reynolds, one of the young boys that
helped pitch in.
The group of kids that was helping never even met the woman before.
"We haven't met her before but I mean, like I said, she's 75-years-old, she needs
some help out here mowin'.
I mean, that's the least we could do."
The effort to trim down the elderly woman's giant overgrown field was so much more about
mowing a lawn.
It was about keeping her out of jail, and being a kind and generous community.
The boys exemplified this to a T.
As soon as the kids began the task of mowing the field, other neighbors began to take notice
of their Good Samaritan ways.
It was 90 degrees outside and the young boys were using normal mowers to mow a very large
area.
Soon, other neighbors, some with riding mowers began to show up and help with the job.
Just two hours later, the entire field was mowed and looked beautiful as ever.
It should certainly be enough to appease the judge and keep Suttle out of trouble.
When Suttle came outside and noticed what her community had done for her — she was
left completely speechless.
"I cannot believe this.
I'm very seldom without words but this is one time, you mark it down in history, that
I didn't have something to say," the surprised woman said.
She was stunned that such young kids would go out of their way to help an old woman for
no reason at all.
Her faith in humanity had been completely restored.
"I really wouldn't want her coming out here doing it or paying a bunch of money when
we could have just done it for free," stated Brandon Reynolds, the brother of Blaine.
Acts of kindness in the world are certainly something that we need more of.

Awesome that it is finally happening!
And we could get out..
Yeah, it's great!
It's about damn time!
You're a busy guy..
What do you do, when you're not shooting pictures?
I'm a medical doctor..
In a small town called Beder.
Just outside Aarhus..
..a bit south of Aarhus.
That's where I use most of my time..
Taking pictures is only a secondary thing
It's your own practice right?
It is..
For how long have you owned it?
I bought my way in..
When was that?
..October 2016..
So..
it's been a year and a half..
..It's not that long
that I've had the responsibility
But it also took me a few years to get through med school..
..So that's great.
And, you've taken photos..
the entire time?
Or, how did that start?
That's a crazy thing actually
I started taking photos..
..My dad has always taken a lot of pictures..
..of confirmations and that kind of thing..
So I grew up with the old orange boxes of Agfa paper
We always helped set up and that kind of thing..
But I never really got in to it myself..
But then my daughter was born
And I thought to myself that..
..that I would start photographing her upbringing
And..
I bought a Canon camera
..and did what familyphotographers do.
Can I ask a quick question?
How old is your daughter?
She is 9 years old..
So you've taken photographs for nine years..
Exactly.
..And..
Something happened..
Fujifilm launched..
..a camera that looked like an old film camera..
..called the X100
So, I went and bought that one, and it took over..
I started taking it with me..
..and became interested in Street Photography, instead of kidphotos.
You still take quite a lot of kidphotos.
I do..
..A lot..
Some years passed..
..And Fujifilm learned that I used their camera..
..and they made me their ambassador..
..for their brand, and I've been that ever since.
And that's when it started happening..
And then..
..a couple of years ago..
I..
..I started shooting film.
That was your fault.
And I'm quite happy that..
..that some..
..some people start doing something that I like.
We met the first time to a rally
You brought your Canon, and I had my little Fuji
..And I got you hooked on getting a Fuji camera..
..but it was only a stepping stone, you soon moved on..
I never..
..I think Fuji makes some awesome cameras..
..and..
..What do you say..?
The look is quite old school..
..but..but..
I'm a fashionphotographer, and I'm used to the big cameras
..so I never went that way, with the small mirrorless..
..Olympus and so on..
..all that's popular right now..
Exactly..
They are too small for me..
..So I went with film.
I haven't regretted that..
There is something..
..I think..
..In the beginning, those Fuji cameras were slow as hell..
..It sucked!
No autofocus..
..everything was slowed way down
..and..
..and it was the same thing that happened again..
..Their technology has evolved the last 5 or 6 years..
..suddenly it became a machinegun.
All the newest gear..
It was all about the pixels..
..and..
I got that same feeling again..
..about film cameras..
You are quite hardcore about it..
Exactly! All in!
All in!
We like that!
What does..
..Fuji say about you using and..
..going all in on film cameras?
Do they say anything, or are you just ..
They had..
That was one of the cool things..
..I remember when it started, I was presented with a contract ..
..about whether I would like to do their ambassador project..
..And it said that they encouraged the use..
..of other brands..
..So I guess they like the integrity of you..
..knowing what you're talking about..
..and that you've tried some different things..
I don't think..
I haven't heard that they have a problem about that..
It could be that Fuji they..
They need to start making film again!
Exactly! And maybe a new film camera..
I know that there is a lot..
..well not a lot - but some brands..
..that start producing film cameras again..
..Maybe Jonas can..?
Film cameras Fuji.
More film, the old types of film
The old 1600 ISO colornegative needs to be relaunched
..and the FP100
Exactly!
This needs to go back in to production.
Listen up Fuji!
Get to work!
Uhm.. As a lot of you know..
Dose of you who follow us on Instagram, probably also know Rask..
..and.. You're quite hardcore on Instragram.
.. and have a lot of followers...
How..?
How did that happen?
I don't know..
If I knew..
I'm asked that a lot - it's funny
Uhm..
I think..
I've had my Instagram profile for quite some time.
Uhm..
For years actually..
I just talked to a friend of mine..
..I went all the way back..
..I posted my first photo in 2009..
So, it's been there for a while.
But years passed between my posts back then..
Along with my contract with Fuji..
..there was some launches..
I write a blog on the side..
.. where I do some camera reviews..
..of new cameras.
They send a lot of new gear..
..for me to test..
Uhm..
..And then I write about afterwards..
..and..
..I've gotten a huge audience on that blog.
And there's been a..
..a trickle down effect of that.
I think a lot of it came from that..
There was great influx..
..when they launched the X Pro2 camera.
There was a huge influx!
That has been a while..
Yeah, it really is.. And it was before instagram started..
..changing their algorithms.
So I reached a number of followers..
And then it got a lot harder for everyone else..
Exactly, now it's hard as hell for everyone new..
When you have a good foundation..
..and when I post something
..I get a lot likes ..
..and it is featured with the popular post..
..and it gets going a lot easier.
Uhm.. It's crazy!
When I look at it..
It's just cool.. I see likes and..
..followers as a recognition of your work you do..
Exactly.
So users with only 200 followers..
vs..
..vs. what do you have? 27K?
Something like that yeah..
There's so many looking at your work..
It's crazy!
It's a huge group of followers!
And not all of them who are engaging you but..
..But still..
You're completely right..
It's some kind og recognition of what you do.
Today when everything is on social media..
..and..
There isn't that many photo exhibitions
It's actually the only way..
.. to show off your work..
I don't think..
If you made an exhibition..
How many do think would show up?
3
Including my family..
I would show up!
..and Nick would too..
You're a medical doctor..
..and I've packed my very special doctor bag
The way I think a bag should be packed..
A Noisefilm bag.
Exactly! Could you hold this?
It's just like the lottery..
Yes it is..
You can almost hear it..
It is a lot prettier than my actual bag..
Do you have one too?
I actually have one with a Kodak logo too..
Why do I not have that?
I don't know..?
Let's have a look..
This contains everything you need if you get sick..
First thing first, there's some special beer..
I asked you..
..what kinds of beer you like..
Yeah, and I actually didn't answer..
I was probably too busy with something on Instagram..
Right.. So now we just bought a lot of different types..
But to keep these beer cold..
And if you get sick when you get home..
Then you can have such a chicken soup as this..
And that the naughty one, made with actual chickens..
That's.. That's the good one..?
That one can cure most sicknesses..
If you've gotten a cold.. Because you've been out with the Noiseboys
..you go home..
..and chicken soup it up.
Have a look..
We at Noisefilm like to drink beer..
Beers and cameras!
That is the equivalent to when I give migraine patients..
..a "London cure".
Then you get the Holy Trinity..
..of some aspirin, some antiemetics and an sleeping aid..
It's quite a cocktail..
But this is the "Noise cure"..
It has to be.. And we've got nice glasses and everything..
It has to be nice, now that we finally succeed!
There's... 4 different kinds of beer..
Nice!
What do you prefer?
Do you like them dark? Or..?
Well..
I'm definitely going for the pale ale..
That's... Ale is my kind of thing..
That's also one of Nick's..
Weissbier.. I think..
I been too drunk too many times with weissbier..
..and it gets at little...
..and this is what my dad would drink..
This one...
He wouldn't even..
This one, this is the kind Nick likes to drink..
Really?
It's not for me..
But the weissbier..
But the pale ale is nice..
Then I think you should go for that one..
It tastes like lemon - Like summer - Like the sun
It's pretty good this one..
They know what they are doing in Assens
Assens - Well done!
Right!
Anyway Jonas..
I just read a scientific article on our way here
..and you know how it is with scientific articles you read online..
..they are always true!
They are..
And I read 3 fact about beer..
..and.. science..
And among other things it said that..
..that beer..
..and in particularly hops..
..is great for your bones.
Can you debunk that myth as a medical doctor?
Or confirm it?
I put myself in a bad position if I debunk it..
Yeah..
So, lets say that it is 50-50
For some it's great for your bones and for others not so much..
Great!
I think it is great for my bones!
You sounded just like a politician..
It was very much how a politician would answer..
Fact number 2
Reduces the risk of kidney stones..
That one is actually true..
Because you drink more..
and add to that that it alcohol is a diuretic..
So you flush your body..
..and prevent kidney stones in that way..
So it is completely correct.
Awesome!
More beer! Less kidney stones!
Exactly..
You live and learn!
Number 3..
Reduces the risk of heart attacks..
Again.. If you don't overdo it..
The thing about alcohol...
..the risk of heart attacks..
It's very scientific now..
The amount of alcohol and the risk of heart attacks..
is a J-shaped curve..
..so if you don't drink any, you have a slightly greater risk
..than if you drink one unit of alcohol daily..
..and some believe..
..whether it has to be wine..
..or what - because there is a lot of nice things in wine..
..it's more about the alcohol in it..
It makes a little curve..
We need to taste the next one if we want to..
..ask Jonas the last couple of questions before we go shooting.
Should we go in the opposite direction then?
Go with the black one..
I'm not for that one..
That's not for you..
So I'll just take another weiss - but you should go ahead and taste it.
No - Come on Paw, you should really taste it.
Go on and taste it!
It's cold, and it's summer..
..but it's like a christmas ale, dark and what not..
I'm not that christmassy!
It's not dark dark..
We'll make fresh for you..
Let's see how the doctor does it.
We'll make nice..
In a minute I'll go and put a bit of seawater in it..
It's going to be great!
It's not that dark at all..
This is a great way to celebrate Whitsun!
Let's enjoy this, and then Jonas..
..we know that you brought a lot of cameras..
..shall we take a look at them, and then I have some questions for you..
..and Paw does too..
Whip it out!
Let's take a look - Paw this is for you..
..then I will take the camera..
Shall we go from small to big..
..you asked me to think about what my favorite camera was..
Yeah..
I do have a favorite.. But it's a digital one..
It doesn't get better?
Well.. It's a Fujifilm X100..
That's the one.. I still..
It surpasses all your film cameras?
It does.. Sadly!
Okay - let's cut!
Jonas, Jonas, Jonas, Jonas!
Digital - You know very well that..
..it isn't as good as film!
It would almost be as is I was good at playing soccer..
..and I'm really not..
We've talked and talked a bit too much now..
..it was a great time Jonas!
But Nick and I agreed that we will make two videos..
The next one will be about Jonas' cameras
..and a bit about what we like to eat, and we drink a bit more..
Stay tuned..
There will be another video later..
Those of you..
..that hasn't subscribed yet .. Go do it!
I'll try and kick this ball now..
Are you ready!?
1, 2, 3, go!
Go get it!
I told you! I suck at soccer!
I've got this - and this is a relatively new camera for me..
I'm so happy about this!
It happened very fast!
I think that we.. should run some photos
As I have said a couple of times..
There a special place in hell for those who switch this to 35mm standard frame..
This is the way we fix things in Jutland..
It just needs a..
