so today is the day before ComiConn and I know on Mondays you're expecting your usual rant video

BUT because we are going away to Europe

in...... as soon as I post this I'm actually gonna be on a flight going to Barcelona

so this is the start of my vacation series

right now it's like a mini vacation leading into the whole (deep inhale)....

Europe (trip)

amazing, spectacular, awe-inspiring

that's just gonna be a crazy trip like I've been looking forward to this for the longest time

Anyway right now is the mini vacation leading into it right now we're in Connecticut

in Foxwoods which is also where I filmed my announcement of my merch

so if it looks kind of familiar this bathroom it's because we've been here before together

I woke up this morning I was over my friend's house because she had a party

then I drove to my house and immediately as soon as I got home went n on the ferry

and then we went to Party City just to pick up a few things for our cosplay

and now we are here and it is the day before ComiConn and we are finishing up our last-minute preparations

Kelly and I are working on our cosplays kind of like half in our pajamas

so we got this wig

it's for Sadie.. it looks so much blonder in the packaging

we gotta get like yellow hairspray

my wig for Peridot here ready flip this around

And it was seen in the "Greek Gods You Didn't Know About" so obviously it changed a lot since then

I'm trying to figure out what to do with this back part because it looks kind of ridiculous but the front I shaped with a lot of hair gel

and then we're gonna feast

we've arrived at flavortown

I was so full after Guy Fieri's but then

I made a small purchase

I really don't know what to expect because obviously this is a lot smaller than the New York one

which was very chaotic and I was not ready for all of that

we shall see what this one will have in store for us

this is the nerdiest thing I've ever done in my life and I'm really embracing it

okay so the first thing I have to do with my Peridot look is I don't have the glasses

so I have to kind of draw them on

my mom and my sister I'm fighting about Kelly's cosplay in the other room

so that's one side and then I'm gonna fill it in with the white

I think that looks great

I have to walk around a hotel like this

honestly I'm a pretty fearless person this scares me a little bit

let's start from the beginning

as soon as we got in we received our VIP drawstring bag,

our bags which was holographic, we got two posters- two different posters

and then later on we actually also received a free comic book for being VIP

We walked in and there was so much

we just got back from comiconn I got a shirt

so what drew our attention to this specific convention is that Kate Flannery is gonna be there

she's in The Office, she's in Steven Universe as Barb- Sadie's mom

and she's in OK KO as Carol

so we ended up going to her meet-and-greet

we got Kelly's book signed her very first page of her animated characters, cartoonists little book that she put together

and Kate loved that so much

I asked Kate if she had any advice for studying actors like me

and basically I wish I could remember word for word exactly how she put it because the way she said just...

I loved it so much it was just so inspiring

She said everything you don't get leads you to where you need to be

if I got that then I wouldn't have gotten this and then I wouldn't be where I am now

so everything that happens to you whether in the moment you think it's good or bad it leads you to where you need to be

and I love that because I- I do get caught up on failure

I do get caught up on "oh why I wasn't a cast in that" or blah blah blah

it just motivates you to work hard and not be discouraged too easily

and then talk to about her casting in Steven Universe and I wanted to know what that process was like

cause usually Rebecca I know she contacts people separately

and I asked if Rebecca knew her from The Office and she actually said "oh I don't know I'm seeing Rebecca soon I should ask her about that"

and that was super cool because it's like "whoa!!"

honestly overall much better than actual New York comic-con

because I actually got to walk around and I didn't feel anxious and there wasn't that that many people

but enough to where people were pointing at us and being like "Ahhh Peridot!!"

and people were stopping by to take pictures of me and Kelly

all dressed up as our characters which was like super cool

because I didn't think that this was gonna translate but it did so that's really fun

honestly I would do small conventions like this again in a heartbeat

and there's one that's coming up in Rhode Island in November so I might do that

this was just sooo much fun I had a really great time and I hope you enjoyed

Greetings from the University of Southern Indiana.

For those of you I've not had the chance to meet or work with, my name is Ronald Rochon,

and I am honored and humbled by the opportunity to serve as USI's fourth president.

The responsibility to shepherd and continue the evolution of this remarkable institution

is something I am grateful for and hold deeply in my heart.

At USI, our strength and identity comes from the dedication and connection among our students,

faculty, administrators, staff and, also, our alumni.

My love for this University comes from my love of teaching and, also, I am a life-long

Galaxy Note 9 - S Pen Features | Galaxy Note 8 and S8 Gets LockScreen Video Option - Duration: 2:40.

So about a week ago, we heard from Ice Universe who's a famos tipster that the S-Pen is worth

the wait.

Samsung's official teaser for the Note 9 is all about the S-Pen and it's almost guaranteed

that the S-Pen will have a major spotlight in Samsung's galaxy Note 9 launch event.

And Now, Ice Universe is back again with another tweet explaining some of the new features

of the stylus.

He says, the S-Pen will be able to control music playback and a long-range self-timer.

But the most interesting part of the tweet says that the S Pen will also have a function

related to Bluetooth that has nothing to do with the accessory being a pen.

He's basically saying that the S-Pen will have a feature that one would not expect from

a stylus.

It may offer some gameplay features but that's just speculation at this point in time.

There are rumors that the S Pen might even double as a Bluetooth speaker but then that

would require a battery to be built into the stylus which would make it thicker.

This isn't the first time that we're hearing about Bluetooth support for the S Pen.

It's also mentioned in the early Galaxy Note 9 hands-on that the S Pen supports Bluetooth

and brings some new software features.

Of course, we'll find out everything about this on August 9th which is when the Note

9 is gonna launch.

If you own a Galaxy S8 or a Note 8, chances are that you've

already received a new update that installs the June security patch.

Although the changelog doesn't mention it, the update adds a new function that Samsung

exclusively included in the Galaxy S9.

This function allows users to set a video as the phone's lock screen wallpaper.

To access video lock screen wallpapers, head to the Backgrounds tab of Samsung themes.

In case you want to use one of your own videos as lock screen wallpaper, open the video in

the Gallery app, tap the three dots menu icon present on the top right corner, and then

choose 'Set as background.'

A G Sessions Received The Letter Robert Mueller

The left is struggling with the justice like never before and things are spicing up for

sure.

Robert Mueller was accused of treason by LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick in an unexpected

letter for Jeff Sessions.

The suspicions of Robert Mueller being involved in shady businesses are nothing new to the

masses, however, it should be one of the main of the Congress like the other real criminals

in the government.

RedStateDebate reported that the criminal complaint LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick

swore against Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller was directed to the U.S. Attorney General

Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions.

Namely, Mueller and other Federal Bureau of Investigation employees in the commission

of treason and lesser-included offenses," were publicly accused by Fitrpatrick in hopes

to get the attention of President Donald Trumps, so that he would question and further investigate

the whole situation.

In addition, we are disclosing a part of the letter:

"I formally accuse Mr. Robert "Bob" Swan Mueller, III of TREASON!

Mr. Mueller is one leader of a criminal racket actively engaged in aggressive attempts to

unconstitutionally overthrow a sitting President: Donald John Trump.

Mr. Mueller's treasonous agenda is to take down President Trump. Mueller's agenda is

a national security incident.

Mueller has created an illicit authority unto himself through the agency of acting FBI Director

Andrew McCabe and Deputy U.S. Attorney General Rob Rosenstein.

Mueller is positioned, using his illegally manufactured authority to attack President

Trump, cover-up Comey's crimes, the crimes of other and the cover-up of his own crimes,

Mueller's crimes.

Plotting assiduously to oust our constitutionally elected president, combined with Mueller's

attack against honorably discharged veterans, Mueller continues in service to himself, to

an insurgent domestic enemy government; to the enemy within.

Mueller is a volunteer enlisted in service to a rival government competing with our U.S.

government 'at war with our basis concepts of a democratic society and a representative

government.'

Mueller is responsible for allowing Obama to be illegally 'selected' into the Obama's

'residency', and now scrapes through the records of a lawfully elected president for

no reason."

Before Final Fantasy XIV: The Guardian (Sigmascape) - Duration: 9:02.

*Baguette speak for "Hello"* and thanks for joining me in this video about the 3rd boss

from the Sigmascape part of the Omega raid, the Guardian.

This impressive opponent represented the pinnacle

of the magitek warmachines in Final Fantasy 6,

and it showcased that a few times throughout the game.

Only 1 encounter was mandatory in the main story,

thus this arena was remade for the Sigmascape.

To be precise, the V3.0 is a mix of 2 locations from Kefka's Tower,

FF6's last dungeon :

the outside part comes from.... the outside part of the tower,

whereas the ground we are walking on is from the inside

but also the actual fighting screen where we fought the Guardian.

Before covering the various abilities,

I need to talk about the non-mandatory battles in the 6th.

You could fight them thrice in the story,

but it was really not recommended

as the scripts literally made them invincible.

You could still flee,

and if you kept being reckless despite the warnings,

it used a basic attack.

Once again thanks to another script,

that blow was so strong that it surely one-shotted the victim,

which might have inspired the "Arm and Hammer" tank buster

despite the trivial nature of the original command.

The electrified borders of the Sigmascape's arena

may be a vague reference to the 3rd place you could fight it in FF6,

where Guardians were blocking each entrances and exits of the Thamasa town.

Well, now, how about we finally cover its skills ?

Wether in the 14th or the 6th,

the Guardians switched between programs with many abilities

associated to each of them

but also when none is loaded.

However, both versions have their own subtleties,

especially the fact that the one in the 14th summons

as an add the boss which it currently uses the program of.

In the 6th, it had only 1 set pattern of programs

in between which it used some of its own skills :

Ultros, Dadaluma, Airforce and Ultima Weapon,

that last one being pushed back as the last boss of the Fractal Continuum hard mode dungeon.

However, the abilities used in each phases were mostly randomized.

But I'll still proceed in that order to compare with the 14th.

As the Bibliotaph and its associated skills in FF14

never existed in FF6, I won't talk about them.

In the 14th, the Guardian downloads its programs randomly from one ID to another,

but the skills used in each phase stay in the exact same order

You know what ?

Let's just get through the skill comparison.

As an appetizer,

the abilities without any program loaded.

I already talked about the Arm and Hammer

so it's time for the Magitek Laser.

It was a thunder typed magical skill only hitting 1 target,

we can dodge that in the 14th

but there is no telegraph on the ground so...

WAKE UP !!

The Missile hasn't fundamentally changed since the 6th episode,

both inflict direct damages followed by a dot.

But the actual damages differ greatly :

the dot hits harder in the 14th

and is quite short in its duration,

whereas in FF6, it was an ailment called Sap

which dealt rather few damages

but stayed until it was cured.

About the direct damage part,

the one in FF14 has a set power,

whereas in FF6

it reduced the target's HP by 1/4 of their current amount,

which meant that the damages could vary a lot.

Atomic Rays in the 6th

hit all your team with direct fire damages,

the number 4 is reused for the 4 dps in the 14th,

but 1 thing has been added :

energy balls appear where the 4 victims stood and keep emitting an explosion

Now, onto the main course with the Ultros program.

The line he says when appearing as an add

comes from the beginning of the 3rd encounter in FF6.

Ultros's Ink in the 6th

only hit 1 character at a time

in addition to inflicting the Blindness status

unless they were immune.

I have no idea though if it was intentional for the Guardian's program version

or if it was a programming glitch,

but this version never inflicted Blindness on me.

If it was intentional, that would explain why Ink, in the Sigmascape,

only deals direct damages

but not why it became some kind of aoe

targetting every players.

Let's just proceed to the next part, okay ?

The FF6's program's Tentacle

hit every character in your team

and to somewhat reference the max number of protagonists

fighting at the same time in the 6th,

there are 4 of them appearing in FF14

but you can at least avoid them.

The last Ultros program ability was Stone,

damaging 1 or all characters,

it could as well inflict the Confuse ailment to them.

It turned into the Viral Weapon

in the Sigmascape savage,

inflicting the Temporary Misdirection ailment to your whole team

but is no longer tied to the Ultros program.

Fortunately, when Confuse in FF6 made a character acting completely at random,

the Misdirection only restrains your ability to move around

because of that little hand above your head.

This latter locks itself when you try to move

and forces you to run in that direction,

then starts spinning again once you stop.

And if you don't believe me,

just take a look at the Confuse spell in Final Fantasy 6....

Any objection ?

That's what I thought.

Let's see the second program now, Dadaluma,

his lines when appearing are simply what he said before the encounter in the 6th.

As he was a boss rather close

to the beginning of Final Fantasy 6,

he didn't have a lot of abilities,

the team in charge of designing the Sigmascape encounters

probably decided to use his likeliness

to the playable character Sabin of the same episode

to pilfer 2 of his Blitz skills

and to give them to Dadaluma in FF14 :

Aura Cannon only hit 1 randomly selected target despite the visual effect,

which is especially referenced in the Savage mode

since it will always aim at and hit at least 1 player.

However, it can hit multiple players at once

if they stand too close, or in the same line,

as the target in addition to a dot.

The normal mode Aura Cannon

can be dodged by everyone.

And Raging Fist,

once again a 1 target hitting skill,

that Dadaluma uses regularly

instead of his auto attacks

That's all for the stolen... borrowed skills from Sabin.

And now, the only Dadaluma ability

directly rehashed in both FF6 and 14's Guardian's programs :

Shockwave.

Just dealing direct damage to one character,

this skill has been turned into a pushback aoe in the 14th.

The following segment is to be taken with a grain of salt

as it is quite far fetched.

Dadaluma had the Protect spell to reduce the physical damages he received,

and in the Guardian's program,

it was changed into the Magitek Barrier which,

on top of the Protect effect,

gave the Reflect buff … that reflected spells.

If there is an ability in the Sigmascape

that can reminds us of Magitek Barrier or Protect,

it would be the Stoneskin used by the Ultros add in savage.

This defensive buff gives an physical and magical damages absorbing shield

equals to a percentage of the target's Max HP.

I warned you, it's a rather long reach,

you can disagree with it,

so let's head to the Airforce program.

This boss shared many skills with the Guardian,

I'm just gonna cover those used during the FF6's program.

The aoe Diffractive Laser hitting your whole team

has been remade in 2 forms in the 14th :

one rather small circular aoe around the Guardian at the beginning of the program,

and the much larger one used by the Airforce add which is visually closer to what it was in the 6th.

Launcher in Final Fantasy 6 launched 8 missiles randomly hitting you heroes,

halving their current hp for each hit.

In FF14, this ability isn't exclusive to the Airforce program anymore.

Furthermore those missiles appear on the same 3 sides of the arena

but at random starting points and slowly hover forward.

However their potency in case someone hits them doesn't change

Finally, the last skill always used to conclude this program back in FF6 was called Wave Cannon.

I'm a bit embarassed

since 2 aoes in the Sigmascape share some likeliness

but none of them is exclusive to the Airforce phase.

As you can see, visually it looks a lot like Diffractive Plasma,

but mechanic-wise, the countdown preceding the Wave Cannon

seems to be transcribed with the 3 secondary cannon shots

before the Main Cannon when the Guardian is flying around...

I'll let you be the judge.

"Et voilà", that's all for the Guardian's comparison with his first appearance in FF6.

How to Choose the Right Financial Institution #AskBellco - EP. 12 - Duration: 9:21.

[JACK] Hello and welcome to

"Ask Bellco." This month we're uncovering ways you can save time

and money by choosing the right financial institution. And joining us to talk

about that is Ryan Blankenship. He's Bellco's associate director of deposit

portfolios. Ryan, thanks for coming on the show. [RYAN] Thanks for having me. [JACK] It's great to see you.

When I first left home

for college first, that's when I actually first moved to Colorado. Uh,

I was kind of shopping around for my first checking account, like my, I call it like a grownup

checking account, you know, I had savings accounts and stuff like that before. And all of the banks

were offering goodies to sign up for a checking account.

Right. Like one of them had a toaster and I think one of them had like a,

like a pretty nice, like a mountain bike or something like that. So is, is that still

the way to choose a checking account is who gives you the best toaster?

[RYAN] Uh, toasters are great. But I think the best way is really identify what kind of bank

experience would you like. So do you use online and mobile

most of the time and not really go into branches. So if that's the case, you really looking for what that

mobile and digital experience is really gonna be like? Or, are you somebody that really likes

going into the branch and being able to ask a person a question

and those kinds of things or do you like little bit of both? So if you're really somebody

like somebody to go into the branch, convenience to work or home is a really

good one. So you're not driving you know 40 minutes out of the way. [JACK] Oh yeah your location to that branch.

That makes sense. Um, well for me personally, I have gone almost

exclusively mobile with my banking. Now,

we were talking a little bit before the cameras started rolling that my

dad works for a small branch bank in Nebraska. It's not a credit union like Bellco,

but it's about the same size I think. And he always talks

about how the big banks are doing everything they can

to get you out of their lobby. They don't want you to come into the branch, they don't want you in

the building. They're rerouting you to the digital side and they would prefer

you there. Is Bellco doing the same thing

or are you noticing that trend in general? [RYAN] I think we've seen that trend

where some of the big institutions have closed down branches and kind of shrunk.

We're really looking to do, give the member

the experience they would like. So if there's somebody who really wants the digital experience,

we just invested in our digital experience and we

have a brand new online banking platform. [JACK] Oh cool.

Make things easier. A lot more convenient, faster. You can do all

those things. [JACK] Deposit checks with the phone. [RYAN] Absolutely. [JACK] Oh, I love that. That's like my

favorite new thing. Every time I do it, I'm like, I live in the future, you know

what I mean? It's really, really cool stuff. So what about on the other side though? What about the branches? [RYAN] So, on the bank

On the branch side, we just opened our 25th branch. [JACK] Congratulations. [RYAN] Thank you.

So we um, we have 24 branches within the Denver Metro area and we have a 25th

in Grand Junction. So, we want to provide that place where if you

need some help there's a smiling face there to help you. [JACK] That's great because I got to say, you know, even though

I am almost entirely mobile, when something on that digital platform

breaks, there is no substitute for talking to a human being. So it kind of sounds

to me like, um, like Bellco is doing both right they're going into the

digital and improving that, but also making sure to have that kind of physical space. [RYAN] We want to be able

to provide whatever you need. So if you need that personal touch

we're therefore you that side. And then if you need the convenience of online and mobile, we're there for you there.

[JACK] Sure. Okay. So we've talked about the online and we've talked about the branch, but

you know, sometimes you don't really need it either one. Sometimes I'm just driving down the highway

and then you just stop at this gas station and get a little cash out of the ATM.

But the fees, man, the.. I put in my pin and it's like

we're going to charge you a $3.50 to take your money out of this ATM. [RYAN] And then the fee you get from

your institution behind it too. [JACK] Yeah, it's not fair. So, uh,

where, where does Bellco fall on that whole thing of the ATM fees?

[RYAN] So we don't charge our members ATM fees, even if they use a foreign ATM

we don't charge non Bellco members

to use our ATMs. And then we're also part of the Co-op

um, network, which means there's 30,000 surcharge free

ATM nationwide that our members are allowed to use. [JACK] You don't charge

fees for any of that stuff? [RYAN] No.

[JACK] Okay. But how does Bellco make money then? Because you know, that's, that's how the banks make money

right? Is they make the fees on.. So how does, Bellco make money? [RYAN] Well

we're, uh, we're set up as a not for profit

organization. So we don't have shareholders

that need to get their stock price to go

up and get payouts and dividends. So we reinvest our profits

back into our members, whether that be from lower, less

fewer fees and to lower rates, whether it be on a lower rates on

like lending products. Yeah. Or

higher rates on savings products like cds, money markets and such. [JACK] Wow. So

Because you don't have a.. yeah, like an annual

shareholders meeting where they want to know how much their stock has gone up. Then it kind

of seems like that all mighty bottom line is a little bit less important.

Yeah. That, that sounds great. Okay. But so what about other

products? Not just the ATM fees, right? Like when I drive down the road, I see

billboards or when I'm watching TV I see ads for free checking we got free checking everybody you know.

So it's all free checking right? [RYAN] Well, I think the one thing

you got to identify with free checking because most institutions have it, is

what makes it free. So most places have some kind of a

requirement you need or multiple requirements you need in order to make it free. So

you have to have direct deposit monthly or you need to have a minimum

balance or you got to have a debit card or something,

you know, depends on the institution. So those Gotcha fees that you get if

you don't have that. So you change jobs and your direct deposit, you don't have direct deposit that month

and then all of a sudden you see a $10 fee on the and you don't know why.

[JACK] Those surprise fees are the worst. And then yeah, that's, that's exactly right. You're left kind of scratching your head. Going

I've never been charged that before. So I

assume that is Bellco using those kinds of, those kinds of fees

too or? [RYAN] So again, since we don't really fee our members as much

as other institutions, we don't have those fees. We don't have any, um,

on any of our free checking accounts or our.. We have

We have two other interest bearing checking accounts, one's boost,

and then one's our platinum. Our platinum does have some minimum balance requirements.

But our boost account does not have any minimum requirements. [JACK] Now is this cause sometimes I see ads

for checking accounts that are they're like free with interest. Is that what

this boost thing is? [RYAN] Yeah, that's what boost is. So boost is an account that

in all intents and purposes is a free account with a boost. So you get,

if you use your debit card 15 times during the month. [JACK] I would do that every month.

[RYAN] Sign on to online banking once? [JACK] Yep. [RYAN] You get direct deposit into your account? [JACK] Yep.

[RYAN] We give you a two point two five and um, interest rate on your checking

or apy on your interest rate. So annual percentage yield checking

account for that month. [JACK] Well that's, that's a great little boost on there. Absolutely. Cool.

All right, we got a, we got off a little into the weeds on that, but I just wanted to make sure that, that I

understood it. Um, so, uh, I think one of the reasons that

people choose real big banks is that they feel that

their money is safer in a real big bank. Um, you know,

we see all the we're member FDIC we're insured,

you know, all that stuff is Bellco FDIC insured? [RYAN] We're not FDIC insured

were covered by NCUA, which is the National Credit Union administration

very similar federal institution,

[JACK] Like the FDIC? [RYAN] Yep, and we have the same $250,000

insurance limit. So, um, you know, it's just as safe

Federal Credit Union. [JACK] So it's Kinda the same. Yeah, it's like six, one, half dozen of the other

It's just ones just kind of geared more towards specifically towards credit unions.

Um, well great, that's excellent. I feel like I

have learned a lot today about um,

you know, what things we should kind of look for in a, in finding

a checking account. Um, what priorities, uh, you know, you should make,

um, do you have any last tips that you want to share about where people should look

for checking account? Well, just the checking is not the only part of that banking relationship.

So, you know, as you move through, maybe it's just checking now, but

it could be to buy an auto loan down the road, you need a new car, maybe you're

to the point where you're looking for a new home. [JACK] Yeah, we've talked about home buying on the show before. [RYAN] Or,

if you own a home, maybe you need a home equity line to do some home improvements,

um, credit card. So it just to make sure you look at

the full banking relationship, what the rates and the fees are on all of those when you,

when you pick one, so you can make that one institution.

[JACK] It's like you're looking for one thing today, but you're going to need other things at some point.

So finding, finding someone that can provide all those to you sounds like it would be a huge, uh, a huge

acid but it's close enough- tyrosine that kind of thing, if you're

trying to optimize your pre-workout performance by using these other amino

acids you will have a direct competition with the protein so again it's not

harmful not going to hurt you harm your health but the key is it's going to hurt

your gains if you're trying to optimize your pre-workout performance or your in

workout performance and this is because the whey protein has a full complement

of amino acids so all of your transporters those little shuttles that

are going to get your amino acids where you want them to go they are going to be

plugged up with all of the amino acids, so not directly created in the protein

but your other amino acids so you don't want to combine the creatine the protein

and your other amino acids for optimal performance but if you're just using

protein and creatine and absolutely fine totally cool it's something I do on

occasion myself I mean most mornings I do this if I'm not working out if I am

working out I will not combine the protein and the created I will use the

creatine with the other different amino acids this has been very effective for

my athletes my clients body composition performance of that kind of thing. I'll

talk about this in other videos but for now that's the tip now real quick I want

to know what kinds of supplements are you combining pre-workout post-workout

for your athletic performance or body composition
