Hi everyone, This is Vanguard channel!

Can you see?

From this week, we will use this board to explain and introduce the cards!!

We have been introducing "Cards for today" almost 3 months!

We know that many of you would like to have more details!

So, we will use the cards' models for explaining!!

"Reclusive Knight, Aengus"

If this unit is in a rear-guard circle and you have no other rear-guard,

this unit gets power +10000 during your turn.

This unit is good at you play first and Grade two.

The power becomes 20000, so even if the opponent's unit gets trigger,

you can hit the attack.

The original power is 10000, so you can put this card into your deck easily.

"Nightmare Painter"

RC When this unit is placed, put a Grade one or less into soul and gets power +3000 during that turn.

You can increase the power and soul.

Power becomes 10000, so use this unit with Power 13000 and Force needs 15000!

The turn you played this unit, the opponent needs to use a shield higher than 8000 boost!

Even the power downs to 7000, no difference from 8000 boost, so very nice card, I think.

"Skull Witch, Nemain"

When this unit is in RC, Rest; Search a unit with Power 5000 or less from your deck and call it.

This unit recalls "Barcgal"!

More details;

Calling "Skull Witch, Nemain" and you can get a rear-guard and increase the possibility of drawing a trigger from your deck!

This ability is kind of a strange that

you can use this ability once a turn.

Means, you cannot use this ability several times and get many "Skull Witch, Nemain" in a turn.

Please be careful that!

The new "Skull Witch, Nemain" is Stand, so use it as a booster.

"Pulverize Knight, Daman"

A grade three with a gift icon.

The ability is very simple; when this unit attacks to a Vanguard, if you have more rear-guard than the opponent, it gets Power+5000.

Easy to use.

Dark Mage, Badhabh Caar

Soulblast 1; look at the top of your deck and call it to RC or put it into your drop zone. This ability is available once a turn.

If you choose to call, that unit gets Power +5000 during that turn.

However, that unit retires at the end of that turn.

You can use this ability in VC, so

if you ride every turn, you can use the ability every turn.

Even if you flip a trigger, Power +5000 and Power becomes 10000, so

you can make it an attacker easily.

No limit of calling place, so

you can call in the rear row and use as a booster, or call on the circle which already has another unit.

"Abyss Router"

When this unit is placed on RC, Soulblast 1, call a Grade zero unit in RC, and draw a card.

The hand exchange ability, looting!

You can call a unit, so I think it is better than just a exchange ability.

Then!

In the format of Premium Standard, this unit can be a great partner of "Belial Owl"!

Draw a card by "Abyss Router" and another draw with retiring by the ability or cost. You can draw several cards. Let's use together!

"Tragic Knight, Cathbad"

When this unit is in RC and attacks to a Vanguard, if you have more rear-guard than the opponent,

it gets power +3000 times the number difference!

If you have 5 rear-guard and the opponent has 2,

If you have 5 rear-guard and the opponent has 2,

So, the power gets +3000 times 3 = 9000!

Very big increase, I think.

Shadow Paladin has retiring ability cards, like Blaster Dark, so please use them together!

"Fullbau"

When the boosted attack hits a Vanguard,

Counterblast 1; choose two other units and they gets Power +5000

You can choose your Vanguard too!

No limitation for the place, so you can choose two units in front row, or

choose two units, which are in the same line and

make the power +10000 in a line is also OK!!

Very flexible card! Please find many ways to use it well!

Sometimes, when i speak with my friends and parents

It happens that

in the conversation we introduce, problems

bad thing in life and more problems, to sum up

the topic, sometimes becomes a continuous COMPLAINT

Of all the people I know and met

I was the one who complained the most

Then, since a year and a half, i decided to change my habits

and STOP COMPLAINING, firstly i started

to do physical activity subscribing to the gym

currently I go there 3 times a week

maybe in about a year I will publish a video on how my body has changed over time

At the end of the day I realized that I had not done anything productive

So i started to get organized

writing on the phone on some apps

the hour and the days when in which I had to do an activity

The best habit that i have get

It was definitely that of going to sleep early

In this way I'm fulfilling my commitments without getting tired

spend a lot of time in front of a screen I admit it's fun

but it makes you waste precious time

Then i decided to start reading

Starting with photography, i started to read psychology and business

That are topics very interesting

reading a book I learned many things

Moreover this activity allows to keep the brain active

an activity closely linked to the gym

is to eat better, if you want some tips

never choose what to eat, but first ask an expert

I stopped smoking, i stopped smoking not only for a good health

but also because it made me spend too much money

Infact thanks for theese money now i will travel to New York, Milano

and i also have bought some photography tools that i needed

Spending a lot of time at home doing nothing

it did not bring me great results, infact

i decided to leave the house and when I happened to talk to someone

I spoke to each other without making any problems

and in this way I also realized that it's really easy to make friends

I hope that thanks to this video someone has decided to start changing their habits

flax seeds

oat flour ( 2 cups)

cocoa powder

agaven syrup

then crush the flax seeds and add it to the oat flour

add the cocoa powder (as much as you want)

then the chocolate chips

for make it sweeter we can add again syrup or sugar (or you can skip this step)

we add the non-dairy milk while mixing little by little

and let it rest for 10 minutes

finally bake the cookies half an hour 100/120 degrees

Hey everyone, Ali Mattu here, and I am with Tristan Miller That's me.

I'm an actor a stand up comedian podcaster and mental health advocate.

Yes.

Thank you for also saying that I wanted to do an episode about the top bipolar depression

myths.

Yes. and I Thought you'd be an awesome person to have on to help me out with this.

I appreciate that.

I am an expert in as much as I live with it every day and talk about it and do stand up

comedy about it.

So let's let's do that.

Well not that well maybe comedy.

OK.

What's your what's your first one?

The first one and this is one that I remember it comes from a personal incidence that bipolar

means you're just angry.

It also means that you're anxious it also means that you that you're hyper active sometimes

and irritable because things are going.

It feels like everything's going to slow.

And it means you're going really really fast or you really really slow.

And those are the two ways I like to define them because slow can mean depressed.

But it also can mean anxious or just kind of catatonic.

For some people it might not be anger but it could be like irritability like easily

being emotionally set off.

And when you have those ups and downs during the day they're generally based off of external

factors and not the disorder like Oh you had a bad day but you were feeling great or you

haven't eaten or drank enough water that day and your body is like do something about this

please.

Yeah that's another one that I had which is bipolar disorder explains all of your emotions.

Yeah I think everybody experiences every range of emotions no matter whether or not you're

mentally ill.

People feel things that everybody feels things Does that happen to you?

Are people like Oh are you just saying this because or are you just feeling that because

of bipolar people don't necessarily attribute that to me.

But I know I do.

I look at my own feelings and I'm like Are you actually mad or are you doing.

What is it emotional reasoning.

Are you feeling something and trying to tack it on to something.

I feel like neurotypical people don't question that.

They're like oh I'm offended whereas I have to go am I actually offended am I feeling

too good or am I just in a good mood.

But sometimes people have gone look man Are you actually upset or like what's going.

Are you actually sad.

Are you sad.

Are you sad about this movie or are you just feeling down and it's like I don't now like.

And that's hard because it kind of gaslights you to question everything and that kind of

goes into something kind of linked into my second one.

And it is that we're all like abusive or that we are emotionally manipulative we're sensitive

people Ali we're sensitive to people.

And I think that's the main common denominator between all people that I've met with bipolar

disorder they're very sensitive and they they get hurt really easily.

Trying to get someone as something out of somebody say oh I'm sad or why I feel great.

And you should be on this journey with me either way that's not the case.

We just are experiencing things like normal people do.

And when anybody experiences anything they want empathy.

That's the our whole drive as a species is like we want other people to feel with us.

How I describe it to folks is you know imagine being a third degree burn victim and you're

in a hospital and the windows open so there's some wind coming in.

No one else in that room really notice is the wind.

But if that layer of protection that your skin is supposed to be if that layer has is

not there you experience that wind in such a severe way and it's quite painful.

So a lot of folks with bipolar depression they feel and experience things more intensely

than other people might.

There's a certain beauty of being that sensitive but it also is a pain in the ass like because

it's one of the things that I've cried about forgetting to shut the fridge door once.

That's not normal.

You shouldn't romanticize it is there.

It's an illness it's a disease and you've got to treat it like it could kill you because

it could.

The idea that it's your fault.

Sure it's a huge myth.

OK.

So it's a little Good Will Hunting there that don't do this to me doc, don't do it.

It's a very biologically based problem it does run in families.

There's a strong genetic component to it.

It's not your fault that you're experiencing it.

It's your responsibility.

Yes.

You have to figure out how to deal with it and cope with it.

It is absolutely up to you to own up to what has happened in your life what is happening

in your life and reform your life.

So you are happy and healthy and the other people around you are too the next one I have

is that we should all be on medication medication can be a tool but it's just one tool in a

box of many you should have a big old tool chest for me I take anti anxiety medication

when it gets really really bad.

But never when I don't need it.

And I think that's something that should be championed more because it is about finding

the right fit rather than everybody should be on Lithium.

That's totally everybody should be on a mood stabilizer because some people are fine and

some people aren't.

And you got to whatever makes you function the best.

What goes along with what you're saying too is there are therapies that work you know

like it's not just about medication as the only treatment for bipolar disorder Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

The way I say it in my set it's like we having the oatmeal variety pack of mental illness

of like because you know every day you're waking up What's the flavor?

Oh it's intrusive thought syndrome.

It's chunky what are the chunks you know that sort of thing.

Another one I have is that we're dangerous people as a community we're kind of viewed

as unpredictable which is understandable because at a certain point we are once again it's

that sensitivity a lot of us are really kind and we try and do good things.

We're not all mean.

Yeah we're not all mean.

Ali No.

I know.

I know you're super nice people who experience mental illness are much more likely to be

the victims of violence.

Yeah than those who cause violent acts.

The next one I have is that we're just depressed because people don't I think in general I

don't know what bipolar depression is.

What is bipolar disorder.

Tristan?

I think Carrie Fisher put it so well it's going really really fast and then being really

really sad.

A lot of people think it's happy and sad.

It's really like saying it's really fast and then it's slow you have slow days and you

fast days and some days the slowness is because of congestion and trafficking of your mind

where things kind of just drip out.

And then other days everything pours out.

That's another metaphor she came up with.

It's a faucet an emotional faucet and either it's open or shut.

Your personality is still there even when you're up and down.

You're like there's that whole thing you are not your illness it informs who you are but

you are not it that gets into one of mind which is mania feels good.

Yeah.

It's a fun.

Yeah it's a ride.

It's great.

Generally I've found that people with bipolar disorder don't end up in the hospital when

they're depressed.

They end up when they're up and they've had a psychotic break.

Once again Carrie was really open about her experience of like she went to a mental institution

because she thought the walls were talking to her.

That's hard.

That's not fun.

You know no one likes that.

No one likes being delusional it's scary.

It's really frightening.

And this ties into the next thing I have and this is once again for people who have bipolar

disorder like hypomania a sustainable as a feeling as because hypomania tends to be a

little bit more euphoric I think and a little bit more productive because it's not as debilitating.

I know there have been times where I just it's almost like an addict of like I just

want to get back to where I feel creative and I feel happy and I feel good about myself

which is so hard because it's not sustainable.

It'll go away every time.

The key to being successful with living with this illness is when you are in those episodes

how do you deal with your life.

Patton Oswalt was talking about his experience with depressants because you do as an artist

and if your artist and mentally ill you do think that it kind of comes from you and that's

actually my next one is that the disorder is a catalyst for creativity where he has

spoken very openly about.

Once I was on medication.

Thoughts came easier to me.

I didn't get in my own way.

And so if you can step to the side and let that thing out and whatever makes that easier

if it's medication it's therapy if it's being more doing more things keeping active and

being creative.

Just do it.

2015-2017 F150 Whipple Cold Air Intake 3.5L EcoBoost Review & Install - Duration: 10:30.

Today we're taking a quick look at and installing the Whipple cold air intake fitting your 3.5

liter EcoBoost F-150.

If you're the owner of that 3-5 Eco and you're looking to ditch the factory airbox to pick

up one that gives you a better fuel efficiency, better engine efficiency and of course give

you a bump in horsepower and torque as well as a little bit of engine noise.

If that's what you're looking for the Whipple option is a huge upgrade over the factory

one.

Whipple claims 132% airflow boost over the factory option which we'll take a closer look

at side-by-side on the table in just a second.

Whipple also lets us know you can expect about 15 foot-pounds of torque and 10 horsepower

when picking up their cold air intake.

It's made from extremely high-quality materials.

Cotton gauze filter with a black stealth hex filter design which I'll show you in a second

as well.

You're also looking at roto molded tubing with the Whipple name steel plated on the

side of the tubing.

Now it comes with all new couplers, all new clamps and the install is extremely easy.

You can pick this particular kit up for just about 380 bucks.

The install, one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter here, 30 to 45 minutes

in the driveway at home at the absolute maximum.

The thing is extremely easy to install.

It's one of the first mods truck owners and car owners in general really do under the

hood.

It's super easy to do, it's pretty affordable and it really gets the job done.

Now I'm gonna show you guys how it gets installed so let's get to it.

Taking off this install, I'm using a topside creeper simply because we've got a 4-inch

lift on our EcoBoost so it's a little tough to reach the back here this engine bay.

So making our lives a little easier up top here, I'm gonna use my extension here with

my 7-millimeter deep socket to tackle the three clamps up top.

So we've got one, we've got two, and one a little bit down lower here which actually

is facing the reverse side so the extension is really gonna come in handy with that one.

Once we get those clamps loosened up we'll be able to remove the sensor on the backside,

the three tubes on the bottom end and then we'll disconnect the top here of our factory

air filter and remove that all in one piece.

Next, up here we have to unplug our sensor right above our throttle body in between the

tubing and the manifold.

Now that's just gonna be a pinch and pull and it'll come right off.

Now at this point, we can disconnect this factory tubing from the intake filter along

with the top end of the airbox.

That'll all come off in one piece.

All right.

We can pop these two tabs off of the factory airbox lid.

At this point, we can disconnect the tubing from the bottom and lift all of this up in

one piece.

And of course, a super easy step of all these is just to remove the factory filter from

the airbox and you can see it's a pretty dirty paper element filter.

That one we can toss aside because we are not reusing this.

So we got our factory air box off of our EcoBoost and sitting on a table here next to our Whipple

cold air intake.

Now as you can see filter, tubing, airbox, complete night and day difference.

Now the factory air filter here is a paper element filter which does a relatively decent

job of filtering out the particles and making sure cold air gets your engine although it

is pretty restrictive when compared to the Whipple option here.

As you can see this is a much larger conical air filter that has a cotton gauze filter

with a mesh screen on the outside making sure that there are just several layers of protection

filtering out the particles you don't want getting into your engine while still pulling

in a ton more air than the factory filter.

As far as the rest of the kit here you're looking at roto molded plastic with just a

completely streamlined tubing making sure there is no kinks, no hard bends to restrict

that airflow.

It's got a smooth finish from the outside of the truck all the way to the manifold in

your turbo.

As you can see it's got the Whipple plate here that's got the Whipple name and EcoBoost

cut out into this stainless steel plate which I think just really adds a nice styling touch

under the hood.

Lets you know what brand you're rocking under there and keeps a really good appearance.

Now the rest of the kit here from the factory is just honestly subpart quality.

There's a lot of ripples and bends and hard kinks that just restrict all that airflow.

The tubing here also has a textured black powder coated finish which again just adds

to that appearance under the hood and gives it a nice stealthy appearance to blend in

with the rest of the engine bay.

The factory stuff night and day in comparison, and I'm really excited to see what this does

on our EcoBoost so what do you say we get started on the install.

The only thing we have to transfer over from our factory tubing here is the temp sensor.

Now to get this out we've already unplugged the sensor clip when we were in the truck.

So to get that out we've already twisted it here.

You just pull straight back and there is a blue o-ring seal which keeps it pretty tight,

so just put a little elbow grease into it, you'll pop that right out.

Now we're gonna be careful with this transferring it over to the new tubing.

We've also got a rubber grommet that we have to pre-install.

Now the black rubber grommet here we're gonna put in with the cone side first kind of twist

that into place.

And we're going to take our temp sensor and that's gonna go in next.

Now when we toss this in the truck, we'll just cap it off with a harness from in the

engine bay.

So out of all the clamps provided in the kit there are two larger ones and two smaller

ones.

Your two larger ones are gonna be used obviously for the larger end of the tubing.

We're going to slide one of them on first.

And we're gonna take the larger of the two couplers and slide this over the end.

And it'll take some, you know, manipulation of some of the ends just to get it on, but

once you get it on you'll be able to loosen this clamp up and slide it over this end of

the coupler.

Loosen that up with our 8-millimeter socket.

Take our ratchet and tighten this one down here.

First thing we're gonna do is set in place our new Whipple filter.

We're gonna drop that into the factory lower air box and put on our new heat shield from

Whipple.

Now that's gonna go over the edge and you'll see two little clips here that will hug the

inside of that lower heat shield and it will kinda sit in place.

Now these old clips will snap right on over these cutouts holding that in place.

You can grab our tubing and you wanna make sure you have this oriented properly and again

with the secondary clamps on the end of each coupler and we're gonna set that in place

on the factory tubing.

Take our 8-millimeter socket and tighten down those clamps.

All right.

At this point, we can do the same thing with the filter here over the tubing.

Clamp already preinstalled out of the box on the filter.

All right.

With the filter installed, now we can install our weatherstripping around the heat shield.

We put our weather stripping roughly in place here.

Now what I'm gonna use are wire cutters here just to make snips at each 90-degree angle

edge.

That way we know exactly what we're gonna need to cut this weather stripping.

We got one snip there at the edge, one snip up here roughly about where that would be,

down at each corner.

Now we can take this off and make our cuts clean through on a cable.

All right.

Now that we have them cut in their appropriate sizes we can install our

weather stripping.

All right.

Last step here of the install is to make sure we plug in our temp sensor here on the tubing.

Take our factory harness, snap it right into place.

Now we're good to go.

That's gonna wrap up my review and install of the Whipple cold air intake fitting the

'17 3-5 EcoBoost at F-150.

This one's going to be a huge night and day difference over your factory option.

A huge boost in airflow, streamlined airflow with less restriction, something that gives

you horsepower and torque gains that are pretty noticeable according to Whipple, and something

that has just a seriously high-quality build.
