Today we are going to paint a mandala with the symbol of Namaste
We start
we need the Namaste symbol
I have searched the internet and I have printed it
Now what are we gonna do
is to cut out the entire contour of the symbol with a cutter
or if you prefer
You can use a scissors
We are going to use a canvas size 20 x 20 centimeters
that I painted in black
and we're going to divide it into eight parts
so as not to make holes in our canvas
we take a piece of masking tape
and we doubled it several times
leaving the adhesive side out
we place in the center
and let's make seven circles with the compass
with a wet swab we are going to erase the lines
We cut the symbol with the measure of the circle and place it inside centered
and we attach it to the canvas with some masking tape
and now with the chalk pencil we are marking the entire contour of the interior
We are going to use
an embossing marker
and golden powder for embossing
and now we are going to paint the whole symbol with the marker
Let's cover everything well with the embossing powder
we pour on a sheet of paper and remove excess powder
with a brush we are removing the dust that has remained outside the symbol
and now we give it heat with the embossing gun to melt the powder
as you can see
the powder has been melted
and symbol Namaste to become embossed
now we make some marks in the circle of the center
and we are going to draw eight petals
now we make some marks in the sixth circle
and here we are going to draw another eight petals
and here the same, we draw another eight petals
let's use a gold paint marker
and we are going to paint all the petals that we have drawn before
with the chalk pencil
golden paint
let's make medium size dots
all around
of the central circle
pearly white paint
Here we are going to make dots a little bigger than the previous ones
a dot in the center of each petal
now let's make small dots around
and now we make very small dots
between the golden dots that we have made before in the central circle
here we are going to make five dots from largest to smallest size
we make two rows
and we join them with a slightly larger dot
now let's make a big dot that is centered
and here we make dots around
and we continue to surround with slightly larger dots
here we are going to make a dot
and we will stretch it with the punch
and here we finish surrounding with small dots
and in this part we do the same as before
but changing to golden color
and here we are going to make a dot of medium size
two smaller on each side
and another below
now we make a big dot
in the center of each petal
and here small dots around
now we are going to make small dots all over the inner edge of the petals
in this part we are going to make medium size dots
all around our mandala
with pearly white paint
and here we are going to make dots from largest to smallest
and now a dot of medium size under each petal
and here we are going to make a big dot
and five more dots on each side from larger to smaller
and here a dot with pearly white paint
and three more dots in gold
Now that the paint has dried
with a wet swab
clean the pencil marks
we have it finished
just need to protect it with varnish
and our mandala is ready
