and it was truly magical

All trips were different. So there I make a break I returned to France

I really have an idea for the future anyway

I will share with you earlier in this blog. Before before beginning to talk about what I did

in the Phillippines

Aha, it really was not bad

it was really crazy! I met great people. I really share things

strong! I saw incredible things: beautiful scenery

the ocean with scuba diving. I discovered the seabed as I had ever seen was

my dive instructor and it was really great with him. Then there are the meetings that I did here

in the Phillippines. Filipinos are really great people, the Filipino people are kind

it's crazy to see that there is a facility of contact that is made here in the philippines

I was not surprised because we had so told me. Avias I heard a lot about the Philippines

Filipino you are really great, good and fun people!

either spent time with the kids or spend time with friends like Richmond and Marc

The French that I met on my way. that's how it goes for the future: I expect my plane

towards Kuwait, where I make a connection and then to Paris

And normally, my best friend Charles picks me but you never know if it will be there!

I surprised my parents so it's been

91 days I'm not back in France with 91 days travel

I make a small break

and that's it's gone eleven o'clock flight

and then 6 hours. back to Paris

It came!!

No matter when, no matter what time in. the guy he will remember!

It is super cool!

I did not know maybe 3 degrees but it feels good! I'm going straight home. My parents do not know I'm

returned today: it's a surprise. Good to go!

That I just arrived in my village. I do not make noise with my bag, they do not know I'm there

but I hope they will be there

Hey Merry Christmas everyone! 'Tis the season to support you so I've

got two questions for you today. Number one are you finally going to utilize the

most powerful tool on the planet in your business in 2018? And question number two

is... Do you have a business plan in place for 2018? So.... let's talk about the most

powerful tool on the planet... Video! If you're not using video in your business

andyour Business is not where you want it to be then the things you desire in your personal life

just aren't that important to you! That's how important and crucial video is to

your business today! Then... let's talk about number two. Your

business plan! I'm going to show you a real simple plan to set your business up

for 2018. So... basically in days of past just a few years ago hundred contacts to

get to one sale. But then we narrowed it down and things got better and we're at

60 contacts putting in our business plan to get to one sale. Nowadays it's down

the 40 contacts to get to one sale. So, it's moved in just a few years your job

has gotten 60% easier you just need to pick up that phone and utilize it! So, if

you want to reverse engineer your numbers and do a real simple business

plan. So, say your goal is 40 sales in 2018, you take 40 contacts "which is what

you need to get to one sale nowadays" Times 40 desired sales and that's 1,600

contacts you need for the year. So, you just take that 1,600 number divide it by

ten months... Because realistically there's holidays, time off, vacation, things like

that! So, divide that by ten months and that gives you 160 contacts per

month per month in those 10 months. So, if you take 160 divide it by four weeks

in the month and that would be 40 a week.Basically you need to make during that

time. So, if you just work Monday through Friday five days a week you take 40, you

divide it by those five days a week, you come up with an eight contact

need to make per week... Monday through Friday! So, that's pretty easy! So, if your

average sale price is like $135,000 then it would be a GCI Gross Commission Income of

$4,050 per cell times 40.You get $162,000 GCI in your

pocket. "WE WISH!" Okay so if you utilize your rate and your rates at 77%... you make

about $124,000 if your rates95% you make $154,000! Pretty simple stuff! The thing I'd like to close with today

about business planning is... We can go even deeper than this and utilize an

exact business plan. So, in the exact business plan that I developed for you

it actually takes it comes down to the number of days to work plugs in your...

Vacation Time, plugs in your Financial Concerns, your Financial Ambitions, the

number of people in your sphere of influence and how they affect your

business and make your business more effective. The number of appointments you

need to make your goals. The number of calls you needs to make your goals. The

number of hours per transaction. And the dollars per hour that you actually earn.

And lastly... the exact percentage of amount of money you should be back for

your marketing. I usually utilize 12 percent in that

it's time for mechanics Monday, welcome to mechanic Monday, where I give

back to my fans, by giving away tools and automotive products to all my fans, and

this week I'm giving away this van true, it's a dashcam mirror and backup camera,

that you can put on your car, and here's the coolest thing, it has these neat

little straps on the bottom, and it just goes right over your mirror, so not only

is it a good mirror, it's bigger than the mirror that cam with it, so you get a better view in

the back, where are used to have blind spots, now it's a much wider view, so it's a

better mirror, but when you want you can turn it into a dashcam, you can record, you can

take captures, you can switch the video, you can even use night mode, you can have

night vision just like a cat, and it also comes with a backup light camera,

which cats don't have, who knows what you might capture with this,

and if somebody hits you while you're driving, it's got a G sensor, so it will

automatically record the whole event, so you can show it to the insurance company

if the other person won't admit it's their fault,

all in all, it's a pretty cool device and I'm giving it away, and remember to have a

Hi guys, I'm Shelly and welcome to the 12 days of Christmas.

It's Christmas Day woohooo... Have you opened all your presents?

Are you asleep on the sofa yet? Is your granddad snoring? Throw things at him, it's fun.

Welcome to my new plan, which is to do 12 videos about the 12 days of Christmas.

Because it's Christmas Day and officially that is when the 12 days of Christmas, start.

No, the 12 days before Christmas or not the 12 days of Christmas.

I'm saying that rather a lot... I've done a bit of research on this.

And it seems, that the 12 days of Christmas, actually come from Christmas onward into the New Year.

They're not the 12 days before, which is actually Advent.

I say I've done research, I've wikipedia'd and googled and done the best that I can.

So, if I'm getting this wrong, don't have a go at me pretty please....

I made a plan, I'm making loads of videos I'm going with it

So on these 12 days that are Christmas...

There is a song to go with it, and day 1, is..

'On the 1st day of Christmas My True Love Gave to Me, a Partridge in a Pear Tree'

Why you would do that? I'm gonna find out... I am going to look at the 12 days of Christmas,

the different verses, and find out these stories behind them.

Why they are what they are? Because, to be honest, it bugs the hell out of me.

So let's begin at the beginning. The 12 Days of Christmas Caroly/Song that it is now.

First started off our children's rhyum, in 1780

And it was about giving elaborate presents to your loved ones.

It's thought originally to be a French nursery rhyme, but the first published, written down version, was actually in London.

In the very early editions of the song, the word ON. So, On the 1st day of...

On the 2nd day, and On and On and a lot of On's...

It wasn't actually in the song, it seems we have added that over time.

In Scotland there is a similar rhyme, and it's called Yule Days. But it has 13 days instead of 12.

So whether we just lost our 13th day or whether they added one because they're just so epic.

It's also said that the song has Christianity basis,

So each verse represents something inside Christianity.

For example the Partridge in a Pear Tree, which we have today.

It's said to be Jesus, sitting in the tree mother to all, or father to all I suppose depending on which gender you decide to prefer.

As a decoy to predators down on the ground,

that are trying to kill, said partridges children.

So trying to kill Jesus's disciples. He's up in the tree going 'look at me' while all his people run off in the other direction.

To buy Partridges nowadays, will cost you about £40 quid.

So as a first present, not too bad.

But as we go along, this true love is going to have to fork out quite a lot of dough,

Towards their said, beloved.

Originally I'm guessing, A Partridge in a Pear Tree in layman's terms, just basically means...

I'll give you a Partridge and I'll stick it in your Tree........ Which could you know be taken as innuendo.

To be honest, besides the Christianity tale,

I could not find any reason why a Partridge is in the Pear tree.

Except to go woohoo look over here and don't you know shoot my kids.

So you know Merry Christmas!

It is quite traditional here in the UK, to have a hunt on Christmas Day.

I myself am not for that, in fact I'm quite against it. And there is a fox hunting ban in place.

But who's to say it won't come back again.

That is what the Ladies and Lords, did in the afternoon.

Where the rest of us fall asleep, in front of the telly watching Doctor Who.

Having their nap, you know playing a board game. The Well-To-Do people in England,

like to go and shoot things. So that's worrying!
