hello my friends and welcome to another episode of ghost stories in folklore
tonight my friends I'm going to go over some of the claimed coincidences
connecting US presidents Abraham Lincoln in John F Kennedy this is a piece of
American folklore of unknown origin the least of coincidence appeared in the
mainstream American press in 1964 a year after the assassination of John F
Kennedy body Starcher wrote a song recounting many of these coincidences
and parallels between the two presidents careers and deaths entitled history
repeats itself it became a u.s. top 40 hit for him during the spring of 1966
and reached number two on the country chart Cab Calloway also scored a minor
chart hit with a song that same year so let's go over this list my friends maybe
you have heard uh somebody's maybe not if you have heard of any others please

first of all Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846 John F Kennedy was
elected to Congress in 1946 Abraham Lincoln was elected president in 1860
and John F Kennedy was elected president in 1960 both presidents were non Mason's
and both of those successors were Masons
the names Lincoln and Kennedy each contain seven letters both presidents
were particularly concerned with civil rights both wives lost their children
while living in the White House both presidents were shot on a Friday both
were shot in the head
Lincoln Secretary Kennedy warned him not to go to the theater
Kennedy's secretary Lincoln warned him not to go to Dallas both presidents were
assassinated by southerners both were succeeded by southerners both successors
were named Johnson
both presidents fathered four children and had a son died during his presidency
Andrew Johnson who succeeded Lincoln was born in 1808
Lyndon Johnson who succeeded Kennedy was born in 1908 both assassins were known
by their three names both assassins full names have 15 letters
buthe ran from a theater and was caught in a warehouse Oswald went from a
warehouse and was caught in a theater both assassins fled using modes of
transportation they did not own booth rented a horse and Oswald rode a bus
booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials why are there so
many similarities between these two former presidents are they kindred
spirits is it possible that something connects these two together and
something that we cannot fully understand or explain maybe you do not
agree that these are just coincidences
