Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~)
Tada! I'm here right now in Vietnam and the thing I said earlier was hello in vietnamese
And today I'll be trying Vietnamese food
These things here are called elephant fish And all their spines are sticking out
And this is a rice ball
This nice lady will be wrapping up the elephant fish Into fresh spring rolls
The fish meat looks very yummy
TYVM
And I'll be getting it into this
The meat is so very tasty and delish
It's also very crispy
The lady is quickly rolling me some more to eat
TYVM
I feel so baller right now
The fish meat is still so very warm And eating a spring roll that is still warm like this
is definitely a first for me yummy
(inaudible) sweet, spicy, yummy
check this out its coconut water
so yummy It's a mildly sweet flavor
One of the fishes has been stripped of meat
They even add things like pineapple to it
drinking this coconut Feel so Vietnamese-y
Now for the third one
This juice is made with sugar cane
It has a very fruity feel to it And is very yummy
It appears that this will be the last roll
Three of these elephant fishes Turned out to make 25 of these rolls
I had 25 of these made for me TYVM
it was so yummy
And to follow up the fresh spring rolls Will be these rice balls
Apparently if you let these sit out for a while They shrink a bit
But this is basically what they look like amazing aren't they
It appears they're frying it in oil
and they turn out like this
It appears you cut these with scissors
WOW! When you cut up the rice balls They end up like this
They're almost like mochi they look so yummy
It's got a very light sweet taste to it
It also has a flavor that reminds me of senbei crackers they're so yummy
So if you deep fry mochi I guess this is what they'll turn out to look like
TYVM
The surface is crispy And underneath it's like a mochi
Third one
Last one
(inaudible)
the crispiness is very similar
Last Mouthful itadakimasu

This Vietnamese cuisine was so yummy That's spring roll using the elephant fish
Was so yummy And it was my first time encountering warm spring roll
and it felt extra fancy because I had Someone beside me here making these rolls for me
rolling them for yourself is pretty fun as well
I also tried these rice balls for the first time ever They felt like some sort of freshly made deep fried mochi
They were ever-so-slightly sweet and so very tasty
It was my first time ever, trying out both of these dishes And I'm so glad to have had the chance to try them
Vietnamese cuisine is so very yummy won't you all please Give them a try as well
