今回は、「CAR BOX横浜」で出合ったアストンマ ーティン ラピードSについて、テリー伊藤さんに語 りつくしてもらいました。

『邪道』
今回お邪魔したCAR BOX横浜でラピードSを見た とき、頭に浮かんだのがこの言葉です。
アストンマーティンと聞いたら、ほとんどの日本人が「 007」を連想するはずです。 とくに年配の方は10 0パーセントと言ってもいいでしょう。
スタートが決まっているから、そこから外れるモデルは 『邪道』扱い。 「4ドアなんてアストンマーティンじ ゃないよ」となってしまう。
同じようなモデルとして、4座のフェラーリが挙げられ るでしょう。
本当ならポルシェ カイエンやパナメーラも『邪道』の はずですが、ポルシェに利便性を求める人が多かった ので、邪道ではなく王道になりました。 これは稀有な 例です。
果たしてパナメーラのワゴン版であるスポーツツーリス モは中古市場で『邪道』になるか、『王道』になるか ……とても楽しみです。
普通の人は好んで『邪道』を選びませんよね。 当然中古 車を買う人が少ないので、下取りは極端に安くなる。 でも実はここに美学があると感じています。
わざわざ『邪道』を選ぶ人って、ものすごくお金持ちっ ぽく見えませんか？ だってリセールなんか気にして いないのですから。
きっと車雑誌も一切読まず、純粋に「これ、いいね」と 感じて選んでいる。 粋じゃないですか！
この車を見て、僕は親父のことを思い出しました。
親父は車が好きで、2年に一度新しいものに買い替えて いました。 とくに覚えているのがクジラクラウンのハ ードトップを買ってきたときのことです。
うちは貧乏で古い家に住んでいました。 1階で卵焼きを 作るために火を使うから、熱が隙間を通って夏には2 階の畳から蜃気楼が上がります。
クジラクラウンを買ってきた親父に向かってお袋は「う ちは古い長屋なのになんで車ばかり買い替えるの！ 他の家は一軒家を買っているのになんでうちはハード トップなの！！ 少しは考えなさいよ！！！」と怒鳴 りつけました。
お袋の言葉はもっともですよ。 でも親父はどうしてもハ ードトップが欲しかったのでしょうね。
クーペやスポーツカーには「すべてを投げ打ってでも手 に入れてやる」と思わせる魔力がありますから。

ラピードSの流麗なフォルムはまさにスポーツカー。 し かし4ドアということは、これは家族の車です。
6L V12というけた外れのエンジンを積んでいても 、車内には生活があるのです。 生活がある車には「す べてを投げ打ってでも」とまではならない。
つまりラピードSに乗るということは、車から降りても アストンライフがあることを示唆しています。
きっと後ろの席には名門私立中学に通うお子さんが座る のでしょう。 その子は贅を尽くしたアストンマーティ ンを何とも思わない暮らしをしているはず。
僕みたいな人間がうかつに話しかけても「なによ」と言 われてしまいそうです。 後部座席にはテレビがついて いますが、いったいどんな番組を見ているのでしょう ね。
もし後部座席に座る機会があったら、誰もが窓の小ささ に驚くはず。 きっと「セダンなのだからもっと窓を大 きくして開放的にすればいいのに」と思うでしょう。 でもこれは日本人の発想です。
イギリスでは何よりプライベートを重んじます。 住宅も 日本では窓を大きくしますが、イギリスの家の窓はと ても小さい。 僕たちが窮屈さを感じる部分こそ、最高 の贅沢なんです。
日本では『邪道』な存在ですが、僕はラピードSのシン プルさが好きですね。
ベタになってしまいますが、ブリティッシュなスーツを 着てこの車の運転席に座ったらカッコいいですよ。
この個体は2014年式で、価格は新車時より約100 0万円下がっていました。 でも僕はまだこの車を何も 気にせず買える域には達していません。
残念ながら僕の周りにもこれに乗る人はいないので、ど んな人が買うか想像もつきません。
きっと個人で会社をやっているような人がかつての「い つかはクラウン」のように、「いつかはアストンマー ティン」と思っているのでしょう。
もしラピードSの相場がもっと安く…………870万円 くらいまで下がったら、貴族のような暮らしを少しだ け楽しんでみたいですね。

アストンマーティン久々の4ドアモデルとなるラピード は、2010年2月から日本導入が始まった。
今回紹介するラピードSは、2013年1月に発表とな ったラピードの高性能モデル。 搭載されるエンジンは オールアルミニウム製6L V型12気筒。
最高出力は558ps/6750rpm、最大トルクは 63.2kg-m（620N･m）/5000rpm に達する。 0-100km/h加速は4.9秒。
また、状況に応じて「Natural」「Sport」 「Track」の3種類からサスペンションセッティ ングを選べるアダプティブダンピングシステムが装備 されている。
シートはリアも独立式になっていて、走行中もしっかり 体をサポートする。 キャビンは全体的に狭く、後部座 席もゆったり座るという雰囲気ではない。

Commonly Confused Words Part One - Duration: 6:54.

Chicago is a lot further away than I thought.

In American English, "further" is usually used for non-physical or figurative distances.
"Farther" is the correct word when talking about actual physical distance - or distance
that you can measure.
Adam: Non-physical distances?
Can you give me an example?
Ashley: Sure.
If you cannot decide on which presidential candidate to support, you might look further
into their positions on important issues.
Here there is no actual, measurable distance.
Adam: Okay, I guess that makes sense.
Farther and further are words that English learners - and even native English speakers
- often confuse.
The English language is full of commonly confused words.
These words may sound the same but mean different things.
Or maybe, they are spelled the same but mean different things.
Let's look at some of these commonly confused words.
We will start with the two words we just mentioned: farther and further.
The word farther is usually used as an adverb.
In American English, we say farther when talking about a physical, measurable distance.
For example, "We walked farther than we had planned."
The word further has several meanings.
It can be used as an adverb, adjective, and even a verb.
As an adverb, further means "to a greater extent."
For example, "The scientists are looking further into the new research."
As an adjective, further means "more or additional."
For example, "Further research is needed to reach a conclusion."
Notice how there is no physical, measurable distance in these examples.
Further can also be a verb.
In its verb form, it means "to help the progress of something."
For example, you might hope to "further your career" by learning English.
In other words, you hope learning English will help you advance your career.
Again, there is no physical, measurable distance.
Our second set of commonly confused words is lose and loose.
These are words that even native English speakers confuse.
Lose [L-O-S-E] is a verb.
Lose has several meanings.
It can mean "to be unable to find."
You might tell a forgetful friend, "Don't lose your keys again!"
Lose can also mean "to fail to win something."
For example, "People expected the team to lose the football game."
It can also mean "to have less and less of something over time."
If someone is looking smaller than before, you might ask, "Did you lose weight?"
The word loose, [L-O-O-S-E] is usually used as an adjective.
Notice that loose ends with a strong "s" sound, while lose, the verb, ends with a "z"
sound.
Loose has no relation to lose.
Loose means "not tight, secure, or attached."
For example, you can have a "loose tooth", "loose clothing," or "loose pieces of
paper."
Loose can also mean "not exact."
For example, if you try to very quickly translate something from your native language to English,
you might be writing a "loose translation."
Another set of commonly confused words is accept and except.
Although they are spelled differently, many American English speakers pronounce these
words in almost the same way.
But, these two words are not interchangeable.
Accept [A-C-C-E-P-T] is a verb.
To accept means to receive or take something that is offered.
For example, if a company offers you a new job, you will probably accept their offer.
Except [E-X-C-E-P-T] can be used as a preposition, conjunction or a verb.
In general, it means "not including."
For example, the post office is open every day except Sunday.
Here's an example of accept and except in the same sentence.
"This machine accepts all coins except pennies."
As a verb, except [E-X-C-E-P-T] means "left out."
It is used in formal speech.
You might say "Women were excepted from the study."
As verbs, accept and except have almost opposite meanings, making these two words all the more
confusing.

Il est possible qu'en ayant mis votre soutien-gorge, vous ayez vu quelque chose d'inconfortable,
quelque chose qui brise l'harmonie de votre poitrine : vous avez de la graisse sous les aisselles.
Vous devez savoir, dans un premier temps, qu'il s'agit d'un problème très fréquent chez les femmes, peu importe leur poids ou leur âge.
Il s'agit d'une zone très concrète de notre corps qui a tendance à accumuler cet excès de graisse.
Parfois, cette zone peut même s'étendre jusqu'au dos pour former ces petits bourrelets qui sont trop mis en évidence lorsque nous portons des vêtements ajustés.
Que faire ? Il est intéressant de rappeler que, même si bien plus d'une d'entre nous a décidé de passer par le chirurgien, il est très fréquent qu'elle réapparaisse.
C'est en quelque sorte une malédiction, c'est génétique.
Cela signifie-t-il que nous n'ayons pas d'autre choix que de nous rendre et d'accepter ce pli situé entre notre aisselle et la poitrine ? L'acceptation de son propre corps est toujours la clé du bien-être,
il n'y a aucun doute, mais il faut dire que cela ne signifie par que nous ne soyons pas en droit de prendre soin de nous pour avoir plus d'assurance.
Si vous suivez ces 5 astuces, vous pourrez diminuer sa présence et permettre qu'elle se voie beaucoup moins.
Nous vous expliquons d'abord à quoi est dû ce petit inconvénient et comment réduire son impact.
Pourquoi est-ce que j'accumule de la graisse sous les aisselles ? Il n'y a pas de raison d'être obsédée par cela.
Comme nous l'avons dit, cette caractéristique est quelque chose de très fréquent chez les femmes.
Toutefois, vient souvent s'ajouter à la graisse sous les aisselles, celle qui est localisée sur le dos.
Cette dernière nous empêche de mettre certains types de vêtements à cause de l'effet inesthétique.
Il n'est donc jamais inutile de prendre quelques mesures simples qui, de plus, nous permettent d'améliorer notre qualité de vie.
Cependant, voyons à présent quelles sont les causes les plus fréquentes de cette accumulation de graisse sous nos aisselles : La musculature de nos bras a perdu en fermeté à cause de l'âge ou du peu d'exercice.
L'excès de tissu mammaire sous les aisselles est également une cause habituelle, il s'agit d'un problème médical que l'on appelle : polymastie,
Parfois, cela peut-être dû à un lipome : il s'agit d'un problème non cancéreux inoffensif. syndrome du sein multiple ou seins surnuméraires.
Nous pouvons l'extirper et cela ne pose pas de problème majeur.
D'autre part, il faut dire que cela peut-être dû à une accumulation excessive de graisse.
Tout comme nous l'accumulons sur l'estomac, les hanches, les fesses, les cuisses ou les mollets, elle peut se localiser sur le dos, les seins et les aisselles.
Son origine est presque toujours génétique, comme nous l'avons indiqué auparavant.
Il faut également dire que, si cette graisse apparaît du jour au lendemain et qu'elle s'est accumulée en nodules,
il est nécessaire d'en faire immédiatement part à vos médecins : cela peut être dû à un ganglion lymphatique enflammé.
Stratégies pour réduire la présence de graisse sous les aisselles.
1, Que manger; Hydrates de carbone complets avoine, riz et pâtes complètes, pain de seigle; Légumes épinards,
choux de Bruxelles, haricots, carottes, artichauts, céleri, concombre; Légumineuses lentilles, pois chiches.
Agrumes oranges et citrons; Œufs; Avocats; Bananes; Fruits rouges; Poulet ou dinde; Huile d'olive; Graine de chia.
2, Boisson brûle graisse Ingrédients; 2 artichauts; 1 litre d'eau; 3 rondelles d'ananas; Le jus d'un citron; 5 amandes mixées.
Préparation; Faire bouillir les artichauts dans un litre d'eau.
Mixez l'ananas avec le jus de citron et les amandes mixées.
Puis, mélangez l'eau obtenue de la cuisson des artichauts avec le jus d'ananas, de citron et les noix.
Consommez cette boisson deux fois par semaine, une heure avant les repas.
3;Routine d'exercices pour renforcer les bras, Nous prendrons 30 minutes par jour pour faire des exercices pour renforcer et tonifier les bras.
Vous aurez besoin de poids ou d'haltères et de vêtements confortables.
Nous commencerons par nous allonger face au sol pour ensuite relever notre tronc à l'aide de nos bras.
Nous ferons 20 répétitions pour augmenter notre résistance.
Puis allongé-e sur le dos, nous lèverons les haltères 20 fois. Répétez les exercices jusqu'à faire 30 minutes.
4, Osez la planche ou le gainage; Réaliser cet exercice de gainage n'est pas facile, il faut beaucoup de résistance et d'habileté.
Toutefois, si nous nous habituons à faire cet exercice 15 minutes par jour tous les jours, nous verrons des résultats.
Puis élevez le corps à l'aide d'un seul bras et des pointes de pieds. Dans un premier temps, allongez-vous sur le ventre.
Tenez dans cette position pendant une minute et répétez avec l'autre bras.
5, Une manière efficace de dissimuler la graisse des aisselles : un bon soutien-gorge; Ni plus ni moins.
Si notre poids est le bon, que nous sommes en bonne santé et que le seul inconvénient que nous voyons est celui de cette graisse inesthétique sous les aisselles,
il n'y pas de problèmes : il suffit de choisir un bon soutien-gorge.
Évitez les soutiens-gorges avec des coques trop petites, car en plus d'être dangereux, ils feront ressortir des plis que l'on verra sous les vêtements.
Cherchez des soutiens-gorges spécifiques, qui ont une couverture latérale supérieure.
Ce sont ceux qui ont une plus grande coque et des bretelles plus larges.
Grâce à eux, la poitrine est entièrement maintenue, ainsi que ces petits bourrelets de graisse.
Vos vêtements vous iront à merveille.
