The question gives the pOH and it wants us to find three things which are the

concentration of H+ or h- as well as pH. I've posted a video explaining the six

formulas that we can use for pH calculations and in fact we're going to

use a few of them here. Since we have the pOH, we can use this formula to find OH-

concentration or we can start with this formula and we can find pH. Now it

doesn't matter which formula we start with because we need to find both values

anyway so I'm just gonna start with the first one. The first formula we'll use is

OH- concentration is the anti log of negative pOH, we plug in 9.30 for pOH

and we get 5.0 times 10 to the negative 10 molar. Don't forget that

capital M which is a unit for concentration. Now, from the calculated OH-

concentration, we can then use this relationship equation to find H+,

plug in the value that we got for OH- and that gives us H+ is

2.0 zero times 10 to the negative five molar. Now that we found the value for H+

concentration we can then use it to find the pH and what we have to do

now is we take negative log of 2.0 times 10 to the negative five and

that gives us pH is 4.70. This is one way to find the pH.

There's another way which is we go straight from the given value which is a

pOH and we plug in and we calculate and we get pOH is 4.70.

Notice both numbers are the same for pH it should be because they are the same

thing. So to recap here's the strategy we used

when we calculate the values for H+, OH- and pH. We started with a given value

for pOH and then we to find the OH- concentration and from

that of OH- concentration, we found H+ concentration. From H+

concentration, we found pH. Now we can also find pH directly from pOH as well.

Doesn't matter which way you use as long as it brings you to where you need to go

and you might not even need to find all three values. I just want to show you

that they're all interrelated somehow.

Arab Emirates, comparing our technology with Hyperloop.

In Hyperloop, there was offered their own transport infrastructure for the route Abu Dhabi - Dubai.

According to our calculations, people can travel at a speed of 500 kilometers per hour

by SkyWay high-speed transport faster than by Hyperloop, given the time it takes to seal and unseal the vacuum tube.

Speaking of the high-speed SkyWay, which is now close to implementation, we do not see competitors in Hyperloop".

According to our calculations, people can travel at a speed of 500 kilometers per hour by SkyWay high-speed transport

faster than by Hyperloop, given the time it takes to seal and unseal the vacuum tube.
