Hi my name is youhei ozaki. Thanks for watch this video. This time talk about how to get leg that don't feel tired when you walk long way.

At now,I said with get. But in "Seitai" industry is don't use expression like that. To bring it closer condition of your past is idea of "Seitai". But you can understand easily by i use the word of get.

At this time,aiming point is foot thumb finger second joint. It is finger side of metatarsals bone. Into foot back is there is bulge like ball. I aim that place edge.

At first,please check now condition. Photographing of foot is very hard. I don't know good method. The video camera that i am having is cheap.

Please rub the metatarsals bone side of foot back bulge. You can to rub bone after pressed diagonally the muscle. Please rub heading for fingertrip from that place.

Please move finger to check the now condition. And check the foot thickness.

At recently,i recommend to check the thickness into more than softness. Because thickness of muscle by stiff muscle become increasing.

It rub the finger edge side of foot back with self fist. Please use finger second joint when this. And keep pushing,do rub.

It move fist by to use wrist. It is to move wrist with not slide. This movement is look like to make bread.

This self care is hard a little.This is for advanced users. But this effect is so big. I am thinking to want to send my self care for many people.

The Best Drift Car to Buy on a Budget - Duration: 5:09.

Rev up your engines, sakari says hey scotty, I'm thinking about

buying a sporty drift weekend toy around $10k what's your suggestion, well it depends on

what you want to drift around with you know, $10k isn't that much for speed machines,

but if you want to spend that kind of money and for a weekend toy to drift, get a Mustang,

you can't beat that, get a v8 mustang with a manual transmission and they drift quite

well, that was the one problem with them was, they'll

spin easy because they got so much power and the weight is in the front and not in the

back, but you want to spin a Mustang would be a good one for that, make sure you get

the v8 the v6's are a little blah, their not as good but you get a good v8 one, there's

plenty of mustangs out there with a manual transmission and you can drift to your heart's

content with one of those, generally the Japanese rear wheel drive ones,

there's not that many of them and people like them and they cost a lot more, where you can

get plenty of mustangs to fool around with, bored says hey scotty I'm a college student,

I need a reliable cheap car, I'm looking to get insurance down, any suggestions and where

should I look for it, you want a reliable cheap car, you can't beat

something like a toyota corolla or honda civic, you're going to have to get an older one if

you want a cheaper one, and Craigslist is a good place to start looking

because of course if you go to the car lots, they generally charge 2-4x what they paid

for a vehicle when their selling you a used car at a professional dealer so,

you kind of want to stay away from them, but of course you never know, depending on the

area you live in, say you live in an area where there's a lot of old people, and they

can't drive anymore, they passed away, or they go to an old folks home and they can't

have a car, there's nothing wrong with getting like you

know a 15 year old Ford or something that doesn't have that many miles on it and you

get it cheap, you try to find one of those if you can't, you know if you can't find a

toyota or honda, a lot of people will do that, from 300 says scotty I got a 2001 lexus es300

and the paint clear coat is chipping, any cheaper way to fix it, if the clear coat is

coming off, and you still got good paint underneath, you can try to re-clear coat it, buff it all

off really well first and try to clear coat it and you're going to get it as good as you

can without spending a fortune, the problem is, the human eye can see all

kinds of colors, all cars these days, the have a paint base and then the clear coat

makes it shinny, even if you buff off the area where the clear coat is chipping and

then re-clear coat it, it's almost impossible to get the same layer

of clear coat because some of the edges are going to have thicker ones, some if it is

going to have thinner, and your eye can see that reflecting off,

your eye is going to be able to see that, but that's the best thing you can do is buff

off the bad parts and then try to re-clear coat it as good as you can, it won't be totally

perfect but you know it can look better, the only way to really do it is to pay a pro,

if the paint is still good, to just take off the clear coat that's on it, get down to the

base coat and then re-clear coat the whole thing, because clear coat is clear coat it's

clear, you can match it if the paint is still good

and you do a whole fender it will match the rest of the car because the base coat is what's

the color but you would still have to do the whole fender, because you're never going to

be able to get one layer on top of another perfectly, it's pretty much impossible to

I had was an Opel, it had a rust gas tank but I was cheap I wasn't going to buy a gas

tank, so I kept changing the filters and every couple of months I'd just take the carburetor

apart and then I'd clean the rust out and put it back together again,

I mean I was cheap, and I drove it years that way but most people aren't going to do that

these days, it's too much headache for them, finch, I got a 2010 ram 2500, the back right

caliper keeps locking, I changed the caliper, pulled the abs fuse, and it's still doing

it, if it's locking up, first thing you want to

do now is, change the rubber brake hose that goes to that caliper,

because what can happen is, they can collapse inside the rubber, so when you hit the brake,

there's thousands of pounds of pressure pushing that fluid to shut it down but when take your

foot off the brake, there's only a little suction pulling it off, and if that brake

hose if collapsed it still stick on, that's what it is most of the time, because let's

say you had a bad master cylinder, the master cylinder sends fluid to both back ones so

if the right one was sticking the left one should stick too, so it's probably just the

hose has gone bad, change that, it's an easy fix if it is, so if you never want to miss

Officer Roger Caron knows only too well the sorts of rigours one faces when they're

the 'go-to-guy'.

He serves as a special law enforcement officer at Pascack High School, and it's in this

capacity that he saved 18-year-old Sarah Bazzini's life.

It seemed a day like any other at Pascack High School, New Jersey.

Officer Caron was going about his usual rounds, patrolling the school corridors, but little

did he know his shift was about to take a turn for the eventful.

On his route he came across 18-year-old student Sarah Bazzini, who looked to be behaving strangely.

To Caron, it looked like Sarah was disorientated.

She was moving quickly through the hall, but stumbling from side to side as she went.

Caron knew something was wrong as she approached.

When she got close enough, she made a signal to tip the officer off to the fact that she

was choking.

She'd had a piece of food in her mouth and rushed from lunch to class whilst still trying

to eat.

The food had made its way into her throat and, despite attempts at coughing it out,

it became lodged.

When she realised the trouble she was in, she began to panic.

As is so often the case when people are choking, she struggled to gather coherent thoughts

and continued to get weaker with every step.

Then Officer Caron appeared in her line of sight.

She motioned to her throat to let him know the problem, and he immediately leapt into

action.

He performed the Heimlich maneuver and, after a few powerful thrusts, managed to dislodge

the french fry that had caused the blockage.

Sarah now refers to Officer Caron as her hero.

She's well aware that things could have ended in catastrophe were it not for his quick

thinking.

Officer Caron, meanwhile, downplays the praise, though there can be no mistaking how pivotal

his actions were on that fateful day.

Well done to Officer Caron for thinking on his feet and knowing exactly what to do when

the situation arose.

Sarah is a lucky girl considering how things could have ended!

all the Kingdom Hearts games we chain of Memories is really the one and I'm not

looking forward to the story is really good but the gameplay in all adds if it

could have been like Kingdom Hearts then it would be a lot better if you ask me

what it originally came out for a Game Boy at once so yeah maybe there was some

difficulties I don't know but it is important to play this game to

understand what's happening in the rest of the game so yeah I'm not gonna skip

it or anything like that and yeah I'll try to do it as fast as possible should

be like 20 parts again 25-ish parts probably if I do one word on each part

again so yeah but yeah we much completed this game with like full

journal um all optional bosses chain of memories it's not gonna be that it's not

gonna be too much to do besides the main story except like collecting it's a card

game so collecting a few cards and all that it's like the only thing you can do

but I never bothered with their and I'm not really too excited to do it as well

so the story is pretty much there also no optional bosses and all that so the

story is really the only thing that we can do in this game and I'll try to do

this as fast as possible I'm not trying to rush anything but I try to grind off

screen and all that and yeah just do necessary battles because that would

take really long time to complete this game and I want to spend too much and

yeah we see what happens to all the characters in this game not meets arif
