Buzios is a super small peninsula

Just 8 kilometers long

Just as a comparison with a famous beach

in Rio de Janeiro called Barra da Tijuca

So, what is the stage plan and what's the rider.

In reall words, the stage plan,

is a top view of the stage

that informs the Sound crew

how to set up the instruments

on stage.

Rider has,

all the other informations for the gear,

the input list

and details about brands and types

of the gear.

So, in this video we will create step by step

a stage plan and a rider.

As an example we'll use a band, in which

I'm the soundman of this band in the concerts

and I have produce some of their albums.

I choose this band because

it 's not a classic rock band setting up

but it has some specific features,

like metronome channels

It's good to ask for a professional system

without any noise,

that has been checked already

for any noises

It's very important not to have any speakers

on the stage

This can cause varius problems.

Anyway, I ask for this here.

And always, but always, we are on negociation with the team, who is going to set the gear on stage

for any problem

it depends on the place of the live.

Some places are not ideal for certain stage plans

Here is the ideal case.

I always ask the mixer to be

in the center of the place

I don' t want to move too much

But nowdays because of the digital mixers,

all this moving is much easier

But the mixer should be in the center,

in such distance,

so you can control the whole venue

front of house

what mixing desk we need

we can write the brand of the mixer we want

or the presets we have ready

or what suits better for us.

the monitor system

whar monitors we need

Here I ask for 5 monitors

you can fill the brand that you would prefer,

or you use more often

I repeat, this is the ideal case here...

that we can ask for anything

The side speakers

if needed

the brand names of the gear

and the left right lines

the drum set. The brand name, if we need a specific one

we can right it here

or we just refer to the size we need

I put a 22 bass drum

with 10-12-16 toms

and a 14*5.5 snare drum

or 14*6.5.

we ask for all the hardware

so the drummer won't need to curry

stands, pedals, etc.,

and we mention to the team that

the band comes with their own cymbals.

And in the last part there is anything else that can be need for the stage

here I ask for,

a stand for keyboards,

a stable one,

2 stands for guitars

for the guitar and the bass

three notation stands with light

Very, but very important to write down on the end the name and the contact numbers or e-mail adress

of the sound man or anyone in charge

it's better to be only one person in charge for the communication

so this is a basic stage plan and rider

In order to achieve a more professional image for a band

in a live event.

Choose to make a stage plan and a rider

in a simple form

doc or pdf document, that are easy to run on any device.

Avoid many colours and heavy archives.

When the "yellow vests" first took to the streets, they basked in the approval of the overwhelming majority of French people, but after three months of violent protests, the tide appears to be turning

A poll suggested for the first time this week that most people — some 58 per cent — now want an end to the weekend protests

They are fed up with avoiding city centres on Saturdays for fear of getting caught in clashes between protesters and police, and they want to be able to shop or meet friends in cafés

The French supported the initial roundabout occupations because they saw them as justified protests over fuel prices and the cost of living, said Bernard Sananès, head of the Elabe polling institute

"But there's a gulf between the roundabout demands and the Saturday protests." The leaderless grassroots movement has widened into a more general revolt against a political class seen as out of touch with common people

The government has made concessions, while people have grown weary of watching TV footage of violence every Saturday, which has caused €30 million euros (more than £26 million) worth of damage in French cities

The French were horrified by the release on Friday of a recording of a "yellow vest' figurehead, Christophe Chalençon, by an Italian TV show

"We've got paramilitaries ready to intervene because they also want to topple the government," Mr Chalençon, whose face is not shown, is heard saying

Questioned about the recording, which French media pronounced authentic, Mr Chalençon, a blacksmith, denied being in "formal" contact with paramilitaries but told Le Parisien newspaper: "I only receive messages from armed people who say they're ready

" More moderate "yellow vests" disowned his statement in a further sign of growing splits in the movement

Rival far-Right and ultra-Leftist factions fought with fists, rocks and sticks in a Lyon street last weekend

The image of the "yellow vests" has also been tarnished by accusations of anti-semitism, with offensive slogans appearing in Paris around the time of the protests last weekend and the government reporting a 74 per cent surge in offences against Jews

Benjamin Cauchy, a prominent "yellow vest" held talks with Jewish leaders in Toulouse this week and denounced anti-semitism

Several "yellow vests" appeared in court this week. Prosecutors called for Eric Drouet, a lorry driver, to be sentenced to a suspended prison term of one month for holding unauthorised demonstrations

He is to return to court in June on the more serious charge of carrying a weapon, a truncheon, punishable by a maximum jail sentence of 10 years

A former boxer, Christope Dettinger, was sentenced to a year in prison for punching and kicking a policeman, but will be allowed out during the day so he can keep his job as a municipal maintenance worker

A man who admitted driving a fork-lift truck into the door of a ministry during a protest was remanded in custody until his trial next month

Mr Cauchy suggested returning to the roundabouts and holding protests in cities on Sunday instead of Saturday

"Staging arches on Sunday will allow families to take their babies in prams out on the streets

I doubt Interior Minister Castaner will send cops out with water cannons and rubber bullets if we do," he wrote in a Facebook post

Mr Droutet also called for Sunday protests.

Returning to Kosovo after 15 years,

I see how Kosovo's people have made tremendous progress

in re-building the country and preparing itself for success on the world stage.

I'm always impressed by Kosovo's youth

– smart, energetic, creative men and women who seek the opportunity to build their futures here in Kosovo.

The close partnership between the United States and Kosovo has benefitted both countries,

and I have no doubt that our partnership will continue far into the future.

But make no mistake

Kosovo is now in its second decade of independence and democracy.

It is up to the people of Kosovo to take responsibility, and to hold your leaders accountable,

for taking the steps needed for progress.

Again and again as I travel, I hear that Kosovo's citizens want three things for their families

Peace

Justice

Prosperity

I believe that a nation cannot expect success in one of these areas without progress in the others.

Achieving peace will require a comprehensive agreement with Serbia, with mutual recognition at its core.

Attaining justice means taking concrete actions to build the rule of law and fight corruption at all levels.

And building prosperity means greater efforts that will encourage international investment and economic development.

Securing this future will require an issue political leadership and engaged citizenry,

and a commitment to providing equal opportunity to all citizens, regardless of gender, religion, or ethnicity.

I am confident that the people of Kosovo are up to the challenges ahead.

The United States will be by your side.

The Voice 2019 : Ava Baya : La comédienne et chanteuse reprend "La Foule" d'Edith Piaf - Duration: 1:32.

Cette parisienne de 21 ans ne chante seulement que depuis 1 an.

Sportive de haut niveau, Ava se voyait grande gymnaste aux JO mais tout prend fin suite à la dissolution de son équipe et l'arrivée de son bac.

Face à l'arrêt brutal de sa passion, la jeune fille se rend compte qu'elle a besoin de "mettre sa rage autre part".

Elle se tourne alors vers le théâtre et la musique.

De nouveau, elle se sent exister et comprend que sa place est sur scène.

Il y a quelques mois, elle fait le buzz grâce à la pub Intermarché dans laquelle,

elle joue une caissière qui tombe amoureuse d'un client du supermarché … Aujourd'hui,

Ava se lance un nouveau défi: participer à The Voice même si elle ne chante que depuis 1 an, pour savoir ce qu'elle vaut.

Elle s'attaque à l'un des titres les plus mythique d'Edith Piaf, "La Foule".

Au premier refrain, Jenifer et Julien Clerc se retournent.

"Je vous félicite d'avoir choisi cette chanson éternelle et de vous l'être complètement appropriée," commente Julien Clerc.

"Ton grain de voix, ta folie douce m'ont séduits," Jenifer.

Ava choisit de rejoindre l'équipe de Julien Clerc. "Bravo.

Je crois que vous pouvez faire plein de choses et le public va vous aimer," se réjouit ce dernier.
