Today's Murli Date Is 21st February 2019
Essence: Sweet children, soul consciousness makes you into the masters of the world
whereas body consciousness makes you poverty-stricken.
Therefore, may you be soul conscious.
Question: Which practice helps you a lot to become bodiless?
Answer: Always consider yourself to be an actor.
Just as an actor takes off his costume as soon as his part is over, in the same way, you children also have to practise this.
As soon as you finish performing your actions, take off your costumes (bodies) and become bodiless.
Continue to practise being brother souls.
This is the easy way to become pure. By looking at the body, there are criminal thoughts.
Therefore, may you be bodiless.
Essence for dharna: 1. In order to make your vision pure and clean, do not look at the name and form of anyone.
Practise becoming bodiless.
Consider yourself to be a soul and speak to your brother soul.
2. In order to receive respect from everyone, imbibe the powers of knowledge and yoga.
Become full of divine virtues. Do service by improving your character.
( Baba says, if even after making donations, one does not improve character that too imbibe value of celebacy, then you will not recieve respect )
Blessing: May you be free from laziness and carelessness and fulfill the responsibility of world benefit with zeal and enthusiasm.
Whether you are new or old, to be a Brahmin means to take responsibility for world benefit.
Whenever you have a responsibility, you fulfil it quickly, but when you have no responsibility, you become careless.
( Taking responsibility is an elevated act. A responsible person imbibes various virtues and powers and becomes experienced in same)
Responsibility finishes laziness and carelessness.
Those who have zeal and enthusiasm are tireless:
they continue to increase the zeal and enthusiasm of others through their own faces and activities.
Slogan: To use the powers according to the time means to be a knowledgeable and a yogi soul.
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love, our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste
Om Shanti !

Labour veteran Joan Ryan becomes the eighth MP to quit the party - Duration: 15:23.
The crisis within Labour deepened last night as an eighth MP quit the party, accusing Jeremy Corbyn of 'presiding over a culture of anti-Semitism and hatred of Israel'
Joining the group that broke away on Monday, Joan Ryan said she 'could not be part of a party that allows racism to flourish'
She said Mr Corbyn was 'a danger' and compared him to Donald Trump.Chuka Umanna, the most high-profile MP among the eight to have joined the breakaway Independent Group, said on Twitter: 'It is such a difficult and tough decision but the right one
Huge respect to my friend Joan Ryan.' Miss Ryan joined Labour in 1983 and was first elected MP for Enfield North in 1997
In her resignation letter, the chairman of Labour Friends of Israel said the party had become 'infected with the scourge of anti-Jewish racism'
She added: 'This problem simply did not exist in the party before [Corbyn's] election as leader
No previous Labour leader would have allowed this huge shame to befall the party.' She added that she had been 'horrified, appalled and angered to see the Labour leadership's dereliction of duty in the face of this evil
' She said Labour provoked 'bewilderment, fear and anger' among the Jewish community
Shortly before submitting her formal notice of resignation last night Miss Ryan, 63, said she considered the move to be a duty in an interview with The Times
'It's obviously not a delight, it's painful,' she said of her decision. She later tweeted: 'After four decades, I have made the terribly difficult decision to resign from the Labour Party
It is the greatest honour of my life to represent the people of Enfield North.' She paid tribute to Labour's deputy leader Tom Watson who she said had chosen to continue the fight from within the party
She said the party had become focused on 'rage, betrayal and hunt for heretics', rather than being an open party
Angela Smith, another of the defectors, tweeted: 'Welcome Joan.' Gavin Shuker, who also quit Labour on Monday, tweeted: 'Such respect for Joan
I know how hard this is.But we're building something powerful together.' Shortly after Ms Ryan announced her resignation, a post for the Twitter account Young Labour, said: 'Joan Ryan gone - Palestine lives' was sent and then swiftly deleted
Earlier yesterday Labour found itself engulfed in a fresh anti-Semitism storm after one of its MPs suggested the defectors were being secretly bankrolled by Israel
Ruth George said it was 'possible' the Israeli state was financially backing her former colleagues
The extraordinary row came as the 2,000-strong Jewish Labour Movement (JLM), which has been the party's official Jewish group for 99 years, threatened to disaffiliate and quit the party
The group said it would hold crisis talks to decide 'where we go from here' after the seven departing Labour MPs said the party had become 'institutionally anti-Semitic'
Wes Streeting, a Labour MP and vice-chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group for British Jews, warned that such a move 'would be a nail in the coffin for the Labour Party'
Miss George last night 'unreservedly and wholeheartedly' apologised for her comments and said she had no intention of 'invoking a conspiracy theory'
The MP had claimed that the defectors, which includes Jewish MP Luciana Berger and Chuka Umunna, may have been receiving money from Israel
In a Facebook post, she suggested that 'support from the State of Israel, which supports both Conservative and Labour 'Friends of Israel' of which Luciana was chair is possible and I would not condemn those who suggest it, especially when the group's financial backers are not being revealed'
'It's important for democracy to know the financial backers for any political group or policy,' she added
Tory MP Simon Clarke said Miss George's posts were 'staggering', adding: 'All the lazy conflation of smears about Israel, Jewish MPs and those who dare to criticise the hideous state of the Labour Party are on display in full technicolor
' Miss George's comment had been made in response to a request to condemn an activist who had labelled the breakaway MPs 'Israelis'
The MP said: 'I would condemn the calling of anyone as an Israeli when it's not the case
The comment appears not to refer to the independent MPs but to their financial backers
' The JLM is considering holding a ballot to decide whether to disaffiliate.Meetings will take place in London and Manchester on March 6
Mr Streeting added: 'The JLM is one of Labour's oldest affiliates – predating even some of our most well-known trades unions
They helped found and build Labour. If Jewish members disaffiliate, and it is ultimately their choice, it would be a nail in the coffin for the Labour Party itself
' STILL Corbyn refuses to change: Defiant Labour leader blasts defecting MPs 'who were elected to deliver HIS manifesto' and ignores calls from his own deputies to address the party's raging anti-Semitism problem Jeremy Corbyn insisted the 'gang of seven' who quit Labour yesterday were all elected to deliver his policies in a blunt rebuke to the MPs
The Labour leader said he was 'disappointed' the MPs had resigned but sidestepped questions about whether he would change his approach
Mr Corbyn has been warned by his own he must change his leadership style or face even more walkouts after the biggest split in British politics since 1981
His intervention today ignores the warning of deputy leader Tom Watson, who refused to criticise the members of the Independent Group for their 'premature' decision
Mr Corbyn even appears to be standing apart from his cloest ally in politics shadow chancellor John McDonnell, who called for a 'mammoth listening exercise' in the party today
Chuka Umunna, Luciana Berger, Chris Leslie, Angela Smith, Gavin Shuker, Ann Coffey and Mike Gapes left in rage at Mr Corbyn's leadership
The Labour leader told the EEF conference in London today that anyone in Labour who did not feel they were being listened to 'are not taking up the opportunities that are available'
Addressing the Make UK conference in London, Mr Corbyn said: 'I regret that seven MPs decided they would no longer remain part of the Labour Party, I thank them for their work
'I hope they recognise that they were elected to Parliament on a manifesto that was based around investment in the future, was based around a more equal and fairer society and based around social justice
' He added: 'They were elected to carry out those policies, they decided to go somewhere else and I regret that because I want our party to be strong, I want our party to be united around the policies that we have put forward
' Asked about Mr Watson's call for him to work more consensually, Mr Corbyn blasted: 'Anyone who thinks they are not being consulted are not taking up, in my view, the opportunities that are available there and open and ready for them at all times to do that
'I'm always prepared to discuss policies with people in the party and I do all the time
' As they walked out of Labour yesterday, the Independent Group warned 'politics is broken' and appealed from other parties to join their new group
Their resignation signals the biggest split in British politics since the SDP walked out of Labour in 1981 and realigned the left - paving the way for Tony Blair's election in 1997
They appealed to the public for donations to get the new project - which is not yet a political party and is not yet able to stand candidates - off the ground
Mr Umunna told the Today programme the 'gang of seven' were putting 'everything on the line' - and said: 'We're inviting anybody who shares our values to join us
'There are clearly a lot of Labour MPs wrestling with their conscience, and Conservatives who are demoralised for the Ukip-isation, if you like, of the party
' Mr Ummuna added: 'There are many other people who have misgivings about their parties
Liverpool Wavertree MP Luciana Berger said yesterday: 'This morning we have all now resigned from the Labour Party
This has been a very difficult, painful, but necessary decision.' She added: 'For my part, I have become embarrassed and ashamed to remain in the Labour Party
'I cannot remain in a party which I have come to the sickening conclusion is institutionally anti-Semitic
' Mr Watson warned Mr Corbyn he could lose more MPs if he did not respond effectively to today's blow
He said: 'I think our colleagues have come to a premature conclusion. But this is a moment for regret and reflection, not for a mood of anger or a tone of triumph
There are those who are already celebrating the departure of colleagues with whom they disagree
'The hard left can be too easily tempted into the language of heresy and treachery
'Betrayal narratives and shouting insults at the departed might make some feel better briefly but it does nothing to address the reasons that good colleagues might want to leave
' He added: 'The identity of this party must be tolerant, multi-cultural, generous and welcoming
To put it mildly, we need to be kinder and gentler.'I love this party. But sometimes I no longer recognise it
'That is why I do not regard those who have resigned today as traitors.'

Clues show Jordyn Woods cheating scandal has been 'faked for TV show publicity stunt' - Duration: 4:38.
Jordyn Woods is accused of hooking up with Khloe Kardashian 's boyfriend Tristan Thompson, but Kardashian fans have uncovered a series of clues that suggest the story has been "faked"
Followers are convinced the cheating scandal has been concocted by family matriarch Kris Jenner in a bid to boost ratings for Keeping Up With The Kardashians
The reality show's viewing figures plummeted last year, and fans think Jenner is trying to drum-up some juicy storylines for the next series
The biggest clue pointing towards a publicity stunt is given away via social media as Khloe is still following Jordyn, 21
She's not the only member of the Kardashian clan that's still following the model - Kim, Kylie, Kourtney and Kris have all yet to block her despite the cheating claims
Many fans are convinced that the social media-savvy family would all have immediately axed Jordyn from their online friends list if they had any suspicions that she really did hook up with Tristan
Another major clue is said to be in Jordyn's own Instagram behaviour. She's kept the comments on her page despite getting bombarded with snake emojis from trolls
Many Kardashian die-hards think this is another sign that Jordyn has agreed to the publicity stunt in order to boost her profile
Several clued-up fans even suggested Jordan could have been roped in to film a "Catfish-style" scene with Tristan for KUWTK to find out if he really is faithful to Khloe or not
If the sandal is a publicity stunt, it would be a much-needed boost for the family realty show, which lost millions of viewers last season
In December, it was revealed the last series finale got less viewers than a promo for the show posted on Kris Jenner's Instagram account
The episode brought in just 941,000 viewers in the US while the Instagram video got watched by more than 988,207 fans
US reports suggests the series' figures dropped 37 per cent compared to the previous year
So it's no surprise fans are adamant there's something fishy about Jordyn's alleged romp with Khloe's boyfriend
One wrote: "Scandal for the promo's for the next season of KUWTK, Kris & Kim def paid her out the ass for this
" Another added: "Kris Jenner really know how to end a season." A third wrote: "Way to get those ratings up, atta girl
" The cheating story broke this week after a source told TMZ that Jordyn was seen making out with Tristan at a party at his LA mansion on Sunday night
They said: "Everyone was just hanging out, smoking Hookah and drinking when they were instructed to stop all use of cell phones or leave
"It's not unusual for phones to be confiscated while at the party with high-profile people
"However, the vibe was chill and nobody was really checking for security until later in the night
"Once partygoers put their phones away, Kylie Jenner 's best friend Jordyn Woods arrived to the late-night kickback
"Thompson and Woods were all over each other, and, it wasn't just 'friendly.' "They couldn't keep their hands off of each other
" Tristan also appeared to respond to the allegations by tweeting 'FAKE NEWS' - though he later deleted the post
Khloe and Tristan share 10-month-old baby daughter True Thompson and have maintained a long-distance relationship for the past year
The reality star's family have made no secret of their feelings towards the Cleveland Cavaliers player
In January Kim called Khloe an 'idiot' for staying with Tristan

Thalía, Lali - Lindo Pero Bruto Reacción [Coreanos Hoon & Cormie] / Hoontamin - Duration: 6:10.
We will watch a music video that was recommended by our subscribers
This title means
'Cute but stupid'
No!
We often saw Lali Espósito
Recently we watched the music video 'Prohibido'
Thalía is the first time today
Thalía is a singer and a fashion designer from Mexico
As a Mexican
She is one of the most influential singers in the world
This song was highly recommended
Relatively recently, released 2 weeks ago
The views are almost 20 million
I'm curious about the combination of Thalía and Lali
Let's go to watch
Is this person Thalía?
They said right away
Lali is beautiful
Thalía is also beautiful
Look their fashion
The costume, novel
Like a hacker
I prepared the lyrics
Scientists
They created a handsome guy
I need to get that technology in
So they said 'stupid'?
The technology is still low
Handsome but stupid
That hairstyle is lovely to Lali
Thalía is really beautiful
This part is so sexy
Handsome
Making again?
Becomes smaller
Cute
Interesting
Into a doll house
I can exactly know what this title means
I need to get this technology in
I thought the meaning 'stupid' is a message for men
Handsome but
He didn't pour well
And he didn't paint well
Import robot technology from Korea
Suddenly?
Korean robot technology is good
This music video is so funny, I think it's pleasant
Thalía is really attractive
And Lali is great as we know
The combination of the two was really good
We saw Ana Mena from Spain before
The combination of Lali and other singers seems to be great
Thalía's singing is great
I think her voice has power
Each of the singers we saw has a different charm
Recently we have been watching several Latin music videos
I could feel various features
It was nice to see the costumes
Thalía's donuts-like costume was pretty and cute
The melody was memorable
Because the color of the music video varies
I lost all of my gaze
I have to lose weight to be 'lindo'
No!
It was an interesting music video

Chelsea news: Maurizio Sarri is WRONG about Blues...he is to blame - Sky Sports pundit - Duration: 3:21.
Chelsea manager Sarri is under pressure after their recent poor form was compounded by a thumping 6- defeat by Manchester City last weekend
Sarri has previously accused the players of being difficult to motivate and has publicly criticised a number of his squad, including talisman Eden Hazard
However, Schwarzer, who played alongside some of the current crop of players during his time at the club between 213 and 215, says his accusations are wide of the mark
"If you look at Chelsea, the history, particularly in the last couple of years, we've had managers who have come out and been quite vocal towards the players, criticised the players at times," he told Sky s
"And I think it's had varying results, most of the time negative results. "Sarri has tried it multiple times this season
I don't think he's going to get the results or response that he wants. "I'm sure he has realised: 'I've got to take a different approach, put more of an arm around them and maybe not be so vocal publicly'
"I still know a lot of the players and motivation was one thing I didn't ever think that these players lacked
They are always very motivated. "They are winners, guys that are used to vying for titles, winning trophies
"Nothing hurts them more than when things don't go right on the football pitch so I think motivation isn't the problem
" Schwarzer was part of the Chelsea squad that finished tenth in the table and they were accused of downing tools under former manager Jose Mourinho
It has become a regular criticism at Stamford Bridge but Schwarzer again leapt to the defence of players past and present
"I was there when players like John Terry, Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole were at the club of a generation where that allegation was also aimed towards those guys and I never saw it for a moment," the Australian added
"Of course you've got big personalities in that changing room but that's what you want
"You want guys that are experienced, they are natural-born winners, they demand from the players around them "At times, yeah, it's a challenge for a manager but a manager's job is to manage
"Not only is he out there to put players on the pitch, define the tactics, sort out the training sessions but there to manage the individuals and also manage the collective and at times, that's the biggest challenge for managers
"I think that far too often, it's too easy then to turn around and just put blame on the players for the performances
"

Příčina smrti Lagerfelda (†85) odhalena: Co za nemoc všem tajil?! - Duration: 2:22.

It was the 1902, when started the design studies for the for the construction of this railway.
In that time there was the expropriation of land.
This is happened a few years before the construction of this station.
The beginning of a great story.
The end of the works for the construction of this line it should have ended at 14 May 1904.
But technical problems delayed the inauguration.
This station was inaugurated at 16 January 1905.
When was opened the first track of the line.
From the city of Santhià and Borgomanero.
The remaining part of the railway will be inaugurate the next year.
January 5, 1906
In the beginning the railways traffic it was managed by telephone.
An executive coordinated the traffic on the line.
It was a very delicate job.
This system is not modern anymore.
But in 1987
The line was updated.
This station was equipped with a modern system.
A centralized control system.
In 2006 the management was moved to Torino Lingotto station.
Already at that time this station had already lost importance.
This was the second station before Santhià, one of the most important in the line...
...for an isolated countryside station.
This station had an internal ticket office.
A waiting room, offices and rooms for the staff.
It wasn't a central station.
Had an important function.
Had 2 platforms.
This line it was important not only just for civil citizens.
It was also used for military transport.
In 2000 the station was declassified from the new manager.
The new manager of the line is a public society: "Rete Ferroviaria Italiana".
This railway from 2000 was in crisis.
The golden age was far away...
When the line was perfect...
In 2012 the end was near...
In that period freight trains in this line has disappeared.
The line died at 17 June 2012.
In the upper floors there was offices and rooms for the railroad workers.
Simple rooms...
Never changed from their construction at the beginning of the 20th century.
The humidity and the abandoned has degraded the structure.
The structure is only partially unsafe, but is not a good place to stay anymore.
Especially on the upper floors.
In the basements, between mold and cobwebs, there is a strage room...
A room full of railway ballast.
Here in this room from a century.
It is not surprising, but certainly suggestive.
The station was walled up after the railway was closed.
But I think it was already abandoned in 2011.
There is a future here?
I think yes. There are some projects to get it up and running again.
In June 2018 they started to clean the railway.
Political and civil battles are ongoing...
The future is not clear. Because in this moment there's not a real plan.
This video is a memory of a station that symbolizes the golden age of Italian railways.
When a railway connection it was considered very important for the future.

3 PODCASTS I used to Learn Japanese! - Duration: 13:53.
Welcome to HAPA EIkaiwa Podcast with -
Sakota Daichi to Kimura Haruko no...
[maikkeru wa eigo de, biringaru kaiwa keishiki de-] Michael will respond in English, and bilingually -
[hiki ni shiteiru mono wo tanoshiku katarau poddokyasuto desu!] a podcast and fun little chat about what we're into!
HIIKI BIIKI!
Jun....Senesac.....
[minasan konnichi wa! Kemushi-channeru no Loretta desu!] Hey guys, I'm Loretta!
One of the biggest questions I get from you guys is
"How do I learn to speak Japanese, how to speak naturally, and without thinking about it?"
What really took me from a textbook robot, to someone who can actually speak
was listening to and mimicking podcast almost everyday.
As someone who's really bad at memorizing,
shadowing and mimicking let me build muscle memory
so that I don't have to memorize everything
because it's something I got used to doing over and over again.
I had about 2~3 podcasts that I kept on rotation
but now, almost 10 years later, they don't really exist anymore
so last month I went back to the drawing board
and started downloading and going through podcasts
trying to figure out which ones would be good for you guys!
So today I'm going to show you my all new updated list
of MY TOP 3 PODCASTS that I used to learn and improve my Japanese!
and a few extras as well!
[honto ni, sakki no serifu wo pakutteiru kanji nandakedo] If I can borrow the tagline from HiikiBiiki to say this
[konkai wa, watashi ga masa ni hiiki ni shiteiru podcast wo shokai suru topikku desu!] this time I'm going to chat about the podcasts that I'm into!
So, I separated my picks into 2 categories:
1: Academic, more formal learning
These were focused on structured lessons, grammar etc.
ones you'd listen to in addition to or in place of a textbook.
and then #2, Radio-style, conversation, spoken style of Japanese.
I have top picks for both categories
but for today's video specifically I'll be looking at the radio style, conversation-based podcasts.
because I think these are the ones that are really going to help you get talking fast.
So the first one came straight from you guys!
#1 is HiikiBiiki !
This was by far the most popular one that you guys said you used.
...and I was pleasantly surprised!
The hosts Daichi and Haruka, one guy and a girl
basically sit down and chat about what they like recently.
What I liked about this podcast is that it was very natural
the sound quality was very good,
there's a little bit of music in the background to keep your interest, but it's not too distracting
so you can really just focus on what they're saying.
You really feel like a fly on the wall, just sitting and enjoying their conversation.
It's a chance to hear real natural Japanese between 2 native speakers.
It's easy to pick up the topics because they tell you what they'll talk about before they start
you can also see the topics listed up on their website.
That being said, this podcast is all in Japanese
and as far as I can tell it doesn't look like there are any official scripts
to study that Japanese or check what they're saying.
The biggest downside about this podcast is that
it is no longer officially airing anymore!
But if you go to their website you can find every single episode
click and listen to the one that you like
The Japanese/topics that they use is pretty general and not too time-specific
so you can still enjoy them by downloading the ones you like.
This podcast does not seem to be originally for language learning
however the audio is clean and well produced
so I would recommend this for anyone who's N3 or a comfortable advanced intermediate
especially if you're looking for something to play in the background
to cushion your Japanese studies with more natural speech
you can get started by looking at the topic list on their website
picking out words or topics you know they're going to talk about
look those up, and then start listening!
So this NEXT podcast is one of my all time favorites!
I used to have this really mind-numbing job digitizing old library catalogs
in the basement of my college library.
Hours on end with NOBODY in sight!
It was just me, and these books, and my mind going crazy!
and the only thing that kept me from losing my mind down in these library catacombs
was podcasts!
I used to listen to podcasts for 4~6 hours everyday
wayyyy back in the day, the only podcast that was bilingual
was this one!
SBS Japanese Podcast!
It was really kind of like the first of its kind
I would listen to this one on REPEAT!
I would only pick out the episodes that seemed really interesting to me
or easier to listen to for me!
The host would come on, he'd introduce the topic
and usually bring on a guest speaker, so there was someone different for every topic, every time.
I they would always have very clean, clear, easy-to-listen-to Japanese
I loved hearing about the annual national Japanese speech contest
where Australian citizens who learned to be really good at Japanese
would be interviewed in Japanese about their speech or language studies
it was really good to hear other learners of Japanese speak good Japanese
There was the Master of Wine episode talking about food pairings and all this yummy stuff
Rock bands, sports, comedy
This is what I did:
I listened to 3 or 4 of these episodes on repeat for hours... for almost a year.
The SBS podcast is still available today
the host has changed since I used to listen to it
but it's still just as clean, good content
I think this is a really good way to start picking out relevant topics
that are talked about in a relatable way.
It's not necessarily a formal learning tool
but just like Hiiki Biiki I think this would be great for commutes, in the shower
it would be so good to just keep listening on repeat
and start mimicking your favorite speakers or episodes.
You can use your phone or free programs like Audacity
and you can record yourself imitating the clips your listening to
This is something I used to do, I would listen to the original
then made a playlist where my mimicked version would always play after the original
and I would play that on loop.
You really start to internalize where you messed up, why it sounded weird
the gap between the native version and yours
that's something that I did for hours that really helped.
The third podcast is HaPa EiKaiWa PodCaStTtt...
...let me say that normally.
Hapa Eikaiwa Podcast.
When I found it I was like " *GASP* This is what I've been looking for!!!"
Hapa Eikaiwa Podcast is hosted by Jun Senesac
He speaks Japanese and American English, both bilingually.
The thing I love about this podcast is, it covers news and relevant topics
but the structure of it makes it so easy to learn from
especially if you're trying to learn from English to Japanese.
It starts off with an introductory, relevant news bit
recently he talked about the superbowl (american football), hipsters, Austin, Portland, BBQ
all this stuff is so American like... Am I HoME ?!?!
He talked about all of that in Japanese, and then restates it in English
You get to hear this relevant, authentic versions of what you already talk about everyday
but now also it's in Japanese!
There are questions, so kind of like a little activity
then after the questions there another section with a guest speaker
and on top of that.. there are also... TRANSCRIPTS!
FINALLY! Transcripts!! Why does no one make transcripts to their podcasts?!
The podcast itself is free, but if there's an episode you really like
you can purchase the specific transcript for one episode or all of them
he first introduces a topic in English
so that the Japanese listeners really have to strain and focus hard
and then he repeats in Japanese to kind of reinforce the learning
as a native English speaker, on the reverse side,
it gives you English context of what he's about to say
even if you're not necessarily at that level
you can kind of bootstrap your way in because the Engilsh comes first.
So with this one you can start maybe high beginner, intermediate,
you can start picking out words and phrases,
and if you really want to dig deep into it you can use transcripts for your favorite episode
to really start breaking down the Japanese that he's using
to figure out how to incorporate that into your own speech.
The downside of this podcast is that
when I first listened to this it seemed very cheesy!
But after a while I realized that that was his charm
that's what kept it interesting
It has great content and an easy to use format
PLUS transcripts, which makes it perfect for studying
but it's also interesting!
Even though it's cheesy, that's kind of what makes it good
and I found myself coming back to this one more than anything!
It may take a little getting used to but give it a couple listens
but it's still running now, the sound quality's great, it comes with transcripts
honestly I think anyone N4 and up, maybe even N5
If you're N4, N3, N2, right there in the middle
looking for something to listen to AND study from
I would really recommend this one!
So! Those are my top 3, but I do have a few bonus podcasts!
Honorable Mentions goes to Bilingual News!
Which is hosted by Michael and Mami!
After Hiiki Biiki, Bilingual News is the podcast most of you guys mentioned I should try.
In a nutshell, this podcast is exactly what the title sounds like
it's news...done bilingually!
Every week they introduce a relevant news topic
business news, social news,
one of their most recent episodes was about the new batch of emojis that just came out
they introduce it both in Japanese and in English!
After the topic is introduced they start talking about it.
Both hosts, Michael and Mami are bilingual
but Mami tends to respond in Japanese
and Michael tends to respond in English
although they both mix in a little bit here and there.
One of the good things about this Podcast is that they also have transcripts available! THANK YOU!
They have a special, official moji-okoshi app
a transcription app that they produce themselves
it gives the scripts from each episode in text format
you can highlight and copy and paste into your favorite dictionary
The podcast is free, but the transcripts you need to pay for a subscription
honestly, I think the transcript is the most valueable part of this
but it's up to you if you just want to use it for listening
or if you actually want to go deeper and use it to study.
So this podcast, I wouldn't recommend it for everyone
specifically because the content is more editorial style
sometimes it's more opinionated that content-based
this one is a little more TENSHON-HIKUI
the excitement level is brought down,
so you may like that if you enjoy more calm, laid-back style of talk
For me it was hard to keep coming back to
because if you are specifically trying to use podcasts for learning
you may find that the content can be distracting at times
sometimes the topics themselves or the way they talk about it can be a bit crass
I think it's good they have both hosts,
because it keeps the energy and the conversation balanced
that's one of the good things, they kind of even each other out
So if you're looking for more raw conversation,
more opinionated conversation,
the other thing to be aware of is that because it's bilingual
the streams of sound / content that they use are usually interrupted.
So Mami may start speaking in Japanese, but Michael will respond in English
I read an article citing Michael explaining that
he thought it was really important for the podcast to have English context
because if it's all Japanese it's overwhelming.
I definitely get where he's coming from but I also wish
that there was a section that was all Japanese or all English in addition to their conversation.
I recommend this for more advanced speakers of Japanese
N2, N1...
specifically because it's bilingual
and because the streams of sound are cut between English and Japanese
I would use this to pick up phrases, to learn how to turn a phrase
to learn how to respond to someone.
If you're a guy, this is one of the few podcasts that features an adult male
talking about adult, male topics that may interest you!
If you're trying to practice formally speaking Japanese
I would say obviously you need the transcripts
if you're trying to learn to speak casually at your office
or talk to anyone who's even slightly above you for more than two sentences
I don't think this is the type of content you would like
I think what you'll get out of this mostly is phrases, vocabulary
and ways to talk about really relevant, current topics, in short spurts.
SO! That's where we're going to leave it for now!
These podcasts are definitely more for intermediate/advanced level speakers
specifically for people who are looking to improve their speaking ability
not necessarily textbook learning.
They're not going to replace formal study or help you pass N2/N1
because you still have to do all of the rest of the work
but they will really help you supplement your studies
because they'll be interesting and relevant.
They'll make you speak Japanese better because you'll be excited to speak it!
Relevant topics, real phrases, real words
that you can talk about in English, and now also in Japanese!
Talking about your comfort zone in relationships
where can you get the best bbq in Texas??
Your favorite team... ARE THEY GONNA WIN?!?!
Relevant, actual, REAL talk. I really appreciate that.
For more background listening, topic-based conversation
I would definitely say HIIKI BIIKI and Bilingual News are great for that
for a little more structure, or something that's easier to listen to
or something that you can really study from
I would definitely recooment SBS Podcast and Hapa Eikaiwa Podcast
I really love that one!
Juuuunnnn Senesac! He really outdid himself.
Obviously there are so many more podcasts
The NHK radio news, if you look on their website
there's beginner level podcasts, travel, actual lessons
There's JapanesePod101
This will be more useful for intermediate/beginner speakers of Japanese
I'm going to look at those in my next podcast review
but for today, I just wanted to get us talking!
If you have time, try giving them all a listen
I'd be curious to hear which was your favorite!

Haul Miniature Italia, intervista a Parvi Mundi di Etsy - Duration: 3:36.
Hi guys, I'm Elena, fashion designer and retro dressmaker.
In this video I take you with me to the Manualmente and Miniature Italia fairs!
Subscribe on my channel and activate the bell
to stay up to date on my sewing tutorials and my creative stories!
I'm looking for a cordless sewing machine
to work at markets without power, do you like the idea?
Write yes or no in the comments!
At Manualmente Fiera I found these appliques very nice,
pon pon with which I will make imaginative cushions; various cords for nursery set, bags.
Now we are going to Miniature Italia Milano
to meet my colleague Lia of Parvi Mundi.
A cotton fabric for upholstery with printed stars
with which I will make creations for Independence Day;
a ball of yarn with which I want to do an experiment
in cap or crochet phone;
beautiful colored buttons, a vintage pincushion!
I present to you my colleague and especially friend Lia D'Apote of ParviMundi
who has a shop on Etsy and realizes some spectacular things!
Explain Lia where all this came from.
I started to work these creations two and a half years ago,
I started with the epoxy resin
and the piece that most represents me is this drop
in which a small morning sky is inserted.
Over the years I have refined,
using the machines that allow me to create a resin
with characteristics similar to those of glass.
In the meantime I became interested in the use of electroforming,
which is a technique with which you can cover metal any object
can create special jewels with an unusual style.
This is what I do for now,
I hope in the future to acquire new skills and new interests for new techniques.
What's your store name?
My shop is called ParviMundi
I am an Etsy seller,
I hope you enjoyed this video.
(later I will put all his references in the description) thank you Lia!
This is the pendant that gave me Lia
a three-dimensional pendant with inside the clouds,
the sky and a swallow, the symbol of Parvi Mundi.
I hope this video has been useful to you,
subscribe to my channel if you have not already done so,

Urbex qui tourne mal - LE MEILLEUR URBEX DE MA VIE (Scott Urbex 7) - Duration: 24:58.
Hello.
Yeah, I'm-I'm Nicolas, I'm-I'm his cousin.
We've known each over since we were kids.
And er..
We were playing together...
-For real? -Yeah, go on, it's for you.
Nice.
Ok.
Headphones.
You can put it on when we're filming.
-That's for you. -Yes, well...
I-I'm surprised.
-Yes, it's good. -Yeah.
Are we allowed to be here ?
-No... You just have to wait.
-I'll explain everything about Urbex in a bit. -Ok, sorry.
Because these questions are - I don't want to be mean but - these questions are ridiculous.
Ok, Nico, before you step in,
-...during this Urbex, -Yes?
...you're going to follow me. -Yes.
Be careful. This is extremly dangerous.
You see that ? Everything has fallen down.
I saw a movie where a man had to jump-
-as the roof was collapsing... it was sinking on him, you see ?
-So be very careful, okay? -Okay.
Be careful, the parquet is full of holes.
While urbexing, you have to be carefull when you go upstairs
Because you never know.
With height comes more danger.
Wait. It's a bit tight here, Nico.
You know who Robert Downey Jr. is, right ?
-Yeah, I think so. -There you go.
Picture him taking his bath.
Be careful, Nico
Seriously, come here, I have to show you something.
This is typical when Urbexing, okay?
You see that? Don't go there!
-I'm serious. -Alright, that's a hole...
-I'm not here to take you to the hospital. -No, no, no, there's no problem.
And your mother told my mother to be careful. We don't get hurt.
Be careful, there's no...
There's no thingy.
It's beautiful, right?
It looks a bit like the view from the casino in my third video.
-Yeah. -You know, we were on the roof, and there was this beautiful view with the forest
I didn't see this video- I saw the first one- I watched it to get an idea of Urbexing.
But I sent you the link for all the videos.
Yes, yes, but...
I didn't have time, I watched the first- I mean-
You watched the first one only?
Yeah, I mean, I fast forwarded it, you see the-
What did you fast forward?
During the video?
Yes, I mean, I fast forwarded to get an idea, I didn't have time, I was at work-
And then you say, "yes, I'll come and help", but you have no idea what we're doing.
Yes, I saw how you do it, that's funny but- but-
Well, that's not funny. That's Urbex.
I saw- I saw Urbex videos on the web, I know what it is, there's no problem...
Fuck... I sent you MY Urbex video to do it together, but you don't actually know what I'm doing at all.
Yes I do, I understand the first one-
You don't understand what we're creating! Me and Max started something, you see
If you don't know what I'm doing, you can't participate!
I know what you're doing! That's great!
I already saw that one. You can skip-
Yeah no, you have to watch it one after the other.
*Sit down or go for it but...*
Watch carefully there...
See that?
Yeah, yeah.
*I was saying in english that we could have taken the elevator*
That's because the elevator is broken!
It's been a while since it's broken.
So?
Yeah, that was interesting, cool.
I think you're reading for the ceremony.
The ceremony?
I see, I see.
Nico, it's okay you can come!
-You have to go on the edge of the bathtub, here. -Yeah?
And you have to keep your balance.
-I have my personnal reccord. -Yeah.
-Try tobeat me in order to become a real urbexer. you have to beat your master. -Right, ok.
Go!
What's your personnal reccord?
I'll tell you after that.
You seem pretty solid.
-I'm good.
-Show it... there.
How are you feeling?
You seem pretty solid.
Yeah, I mean, it's not...

Man City team news vs Schalke: Predicted line up – Five changes but will Leroy Sane start? - Duration: 2:51.
Manchester City are likely to shuffle their squad for the first leg of their Champions League tie with Schalke at the Veltins Arena
Manager Pep Guardiola will be looking for a positive result away from home against the German outfit, who are currently 14th in the Bundesliga
Schalke have struggled for goals so far in the competition, scoring just six times as they finished second in their group behind FC Porto
However, Domenico Tedesco's side are resolute in defence so City will have to be at their creative best if they are to return to the Etihad with a first-leg advantage
Guardiola is expected to make several changes from the side that eased past Newport County 4-1 in the fifth round of the FA Cup last time out
The Spaniard could recall a number of players who were rested for the trip to Wales, although the City boss will also have one eye on the Carabao Cup final next weekend
Leroy Sane played the full 90 minutes against Newport so is at risk of missing out against his former side with the German likely to drop out in favour of Raheem Sterling
Riyad Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus also completed the whole match last weekend so could make way, with Sergio Aguero expected to lead the line while Bernardo Silva has proved himself indispensable recently
Fernandinho should anchor the midfield despite starting on Saturday, although Ilkay Gundogan is a more attacking option as a deep-lying playmaker
Kevin De Bruyne will return while David Silva is expected to keep his place at the expense of Phil Foden, despite the youngster scoring twice at Newport
Danilo should switch from right-back to the opposite side of defence if Kyle Walker comes back into the side and Aymeric Laporte will return to partner John Stones
Benjamin Mendy, Vincent Kompany and Eliaquim Mangala have all returned to training but remain injury doubts while Claudio Bravo is a long-term absentee
Manchester City predicted line-up vs Schalke – Champions League (4-3-3): Ederson; Walker, Stones, Laporte, Danilo; Fernandinho, De Bruyne, D
Silva; B. Silva, Sterling, Aguero
