What's up everybody! Today we're at Jim Trenary Ford in Moscow Mills Missouri

and we're going take a look at the all-new 2019 Ford Escape. This little

five passenger SUV is great for any reason and any season. It does come

equipped with halogen projector type headlights, fog lights, LED daytime

running lights, heated power mirrors, and a real nice looking front grille. The

2019 Ford Escape does come with a very economical four-cylinder engine,

six-speed automatic transmission, and averages 25 miles per gallon. Along

with good performance and sporty handling, you also get the 17 inch wheels.

The key fob is very versatile including keyless entry and automatic push button

lift gate. The lift gate can also be opened hands-free for even more convenience.

The Ford Escape has some of the most cargo space in its class and once you're

done unloading all you need is one finger to simply push the button to

close the lift gate. When they said good things come in small packages, they had

to have been talking about the Ford Escape. With the rear seats folded down, you get

an impressive 68 cubic feet of space for whatever you need to haul around and

there's a 12-volt power point to keep the kiddos iPads connected and charged.

What's really convenient are the little hooks in the back to hang your bags on

to prevent your groceries from spilling and falling all over the place. The

The interior headroom and legroom is very spacious in the front seats as well

as the rear passenger seats, making the Ford Escape great for running around

town and long trips. The rear heating and air conditioning vents are also included.

Ford has been doing a great job with its infotainment systems. The steering wheel

houses all of your display and audio controls, and many of the features can be

controlled via voice commands. The sync 3 system features a large attractive 8

inch touchscreen, and voice command technology. It now also features

connectivity with Bluetooth, navigation, Sirius XM satellite radio, Android auto

and Apple Carplay. The climate control system, dual stage airbags, and electronics

connections insure your safe and comfortable at all times. The interior of

the Escape seems much more luxurious than other vehicles in its same class

and price range. The leather, power adjustable seats are

very high-quality and extremely comfortable, making long drives

a breeze. The large over-sized sunroof is perfect and all models come with loads

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe vs. President Trump, explained - Duration: 22:50.

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired last year, is relitigating some of the most bitter controversies of the Trump administration in a new media tour

For the first time, McCabe is publicly giving his version of the tumultuous days after President Donald Trump fired his boss, FBI Director James Comey, in May 2017

In an interview with 60 Minutes, McCabe confirmed that he had opened a counterintelligence investigation into whether Trump was compromised by Russia

He also said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had discussed invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office

Unsurprisingly, McCabe is also offering many unflattering anecdotes about and scathing criticisms of the president, including telling 60 Minutes that, in one meeting, Trump said he believed Russian President Vladimir Putin's assurance that North Korea couldn't hit America with missiles

When told that US intelligence agencies had a different assessment, McCabe claims Trump said, "I don't care

I believe Putin." (McCabe was not in the room but heard about this exchange from an FBI agent

) Trump responded with fury Monday morning, calling the reported 25th Amendment discussion "a very illegal act" and quoting a commentator on Fox News calling it "an illegal coup attempt on the President of the United States

" Wow, so many lies by now disgraced acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe. He was fired for lying, and now his story gets even more deranged

B.I. Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump, which has been excerpted in the Atlantic

However, according to the New York Times's Dwight Garner, these controversies are not actually mentioned in the book itself

(McCabe spent months wrangling with the FBI about what he'd be permitted to include

) Meanwhile, McCabe may also be in legal trouble. The Justice Department's inspector general concluded that he displayed a "lack of candor" when questioned as part of a leak investigation, and referred him for potential criminal prosecution

(The leak in question was not about Trump but rather pertained to a Clinton investigation

) The Justice Department cited the IG's findings in firing McCabe, though McCabe says he thinks he was really fired for investigating Trump

There's a lot to unpack here: McCabe and Trump's complicated history, the specific claims about Rosenstein and the 25th Amendment, and McCabe's own legal issues

But overall, McCabe's comments make it even more clear that Trump's decision to fire Comey continues to loom large as a turning point in his presidency

His new public remarks don't contain new bombshells or hint at what special counsel Robert Mueller has found, but they do shed more light on a period of remarkable chaos in May 2017

Who is Andrew McCabe? McCabe first joined the FBI in 1996. In a two-decade career, he held various roles on organized crime, counterterrorism, and national security investigations

Eventually, in January 2016, James Comey chose McCabe to be his new deputy director, announcing that he'd oversee all of the bureau's "domestic and international investigative and intelligence activities

" This new gig would mean McCabe would end up playing important roles in every major, high-profile political investigation of that intense year: the Hillary Clinton email probe, an investigation into the Clinton Foundation, and the eventual probe of Trump associates' ties to Russia

McCabe's role in the Clinton probes led to controversy, because his wife Jill had run for state senate in Virginia the previous year and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from the state's governor Terry McAuliffe, a longtime close friend and ally of the Clintons

Conservatives asserted McCabe was politically biased and would have tried to protect Clinton at the FBI (though there's been no evidence of improper activity by McCabe in either Clinton probe)

In an apparent effort to defend his reputation, McCabe authorized leaks to Wall Street Journal reporter Devlin Barrett

Barrett's eventual story portrayed McCabe as trying to push forward the Clinton Foundation investigation, over resistance from an Obama Justice Department official

The story came out on October 30, 2016, just days before the election. The investigation into how it leaked would eventually ensnare McCabe, but it's important to note that this leak was not designed to hurt Trump, but instead portrayed a Clinton investigation as serious and made Obama officials look bad

But Trump clearly never trusted McCabe — he was well aware of the controversy over McCabe's wife's campaign, and even brought the matter up to Comey

Trump, of course, soon grew to distrust Comey as well, after the FBI director publicly confirmed the investigation into ties between the Trump campaign and Russia

So, on May 9, 2017, Trump fired Comey. This was a stunning breach of political norms, both because the FBI director traditionally serves a set 10-year term, and because Comey's FBI was investigating people close to Trump himself

Trump would nominate a new FBI director soon enough, but for now, that meant Comey's deputy — McCabe — would be in charge of the bureau as acting director

But as the Russia probe continued and intensified with the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller, Trump went to war with his own Justice Department

That put McCabe in his sights. Trump repeatedly attacked McCabe (again, over his wife's campaign money) and openly called for his ouster

The attacks continued after Chris Wray was confirmed as FBI director, and McCabe returned to his deputy role

(Some have argued that Trump was trying to discredit several FBI officials who could be witnesses against him in an obstruction of justice case, including McCabe

) This is when the leak investigation became a problem for McCabe. Earlier in the year, internal investigators had asked McCabe how the story about the Clinton Foundation investigation got out, and he'd told them he didn't know

But in July 2017, the Justice Department inspector general obtained new evidence suggesting that McCabe was involved

He changed his story, but the IG still believed he wasn't being candid. McCabe's position was untenable, and word got out that he planned to retire — but only once he became fully eligible for his pension, in March

But, a little more than 24 hours before that was about to happen, the Justice Department fired McCabe, citing the inspector general's findings in the leak investigation

(The consequence is that McCabe won't be able to draw on his pension for several years

) That timing raised questions of potential retribution — particularly because the inspector general report wasn't yet finished, and because the president himself had once made clear that McCabe's retirement benefits were on his mind

What McCabe is saying now Since his firing, McCabe has issued occasional public statements through a spokesperson, but this is the first time he's going public to tell his version of events at length — and, of course, to promote his newly released book

McCabe isn't revealing much that's entirely new, but he has become the first person to publicly confirm some anonymously-sourced reports about the tumultuous Justice Department discussions in mid-May 2017, after Trump fired Comey

By McCabe's telling, he had many reasons to be deeply suspicious of Trump at this point

The president had asked Comey to drop an investigation into Michael Flynn's statements to investigators about Russia

Then he fired Comey. And, after the firing, Trump flat-out told NBC News that the Russia probe was indeed on his mind when he fired Comey

Fearing a corrupt cover-up, McCabe and his team moved quickly. They opened two investigations into the president — one into potential obstruction of justice, and one into whether he personally was compromised by Russia

(The previous Russia investigation was focused on several Trump campaign advisers, not the president himself

) During these frenzied mid-May days, McCabe was also meeting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein — the top Justice Department official overseeing the Russia probe, due to Attorney General Jeff Sessions's recusal

Rosenstein was new to the job, and, according to McCabe's account — memorialized in contemporaneous memos — he made a pair of eyebrow-raising suggestions

First, Rosenstein suggested that he'd be able to secretly record the president, because no one searches him when he goes to the White House

The apparent goal of this would have been to obtain evidence of the president's private Russia-related or obstructive statements

But it was never carried out, so far as we know. Second, and most controversially, McCabe claims Rosenstein discussed possibly using the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office

(It's never been invoked, but I have a longer explainer on how it would work.) And in McCabe's telling, Rosenstein was the person who suggested it as a possibility for ousting Trump, as the Justice Department and FBI were strategizing about how to respond to Comey's firing

McCabe told 60 Minutes: Discussion of the 25th Amendment was simply, Rod raised the issue and discussed it with me in the context of thinking about how many other cabinet officials might support such an effort

I didn't have much to contribute, to be perfectly honest, in that— conversation. So I listened to what he had to say

But, to be fair, it was an unbelievably stressful time. I can't even describe for you how many things must have been coursing through the deputy attorney general's mind at that point

So it was really something that he kinda threw out in a very frenzied chaotic conversation about where we were and what we needed to do next

All this was originally reported by the New York Times last September, and Rosenstein didn't really deny it

(Rosenstein issued a statement saying, "Based on my personal dealings with the president, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment," which is

not a denial.) In any case, it does appear that whatever discussion that did take place about the 25th Amendment was brief: Eight days after Comey was fired, Rosenstein appointed Mueller as special counsel to take over the Trump investigations

Internally, this may have been viewed as simply one idea in a brainstorming session about what should be done about a president who may have been corrupt or compromised

But to Trump's supporters, this looks a whole lot like a "deep state" coup — the Justice Department scheming to oust an elected president because he fired the FBI director

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Lindsey Graham pledged this weekend to investigate what happened

McCabe, perhaps alarmed by the coverage his comments were getting, had his spokesperson issue a statement trying to minimize them: "To clarify, at no time did Mr

McCabe participate in any extended discussions about the use of the 25th Amendment, nor is he aware of any such discussions

" There has, however, been much speculation about McCabe's own reasons for making this public in the first place

McCabe is said to have bitterly feuded with Rosenstein, and to believe that Rosenstein threw him under the bus regarding the leak investigation and his eventual firing

Some believe he's trying to politically damage Rosenstein (who himself is on his way out)

Overall, McCabe's comments make it even more clear that Trump's decision to fire Comey continues to loom incredibly large as a turning point in his presidency

It evidently caused immense concern within the Justice Department about the president and his motives — to the extent that a historically unprecedented move was discussed

And then it led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller, and the investigation that has loomed over Trump ever since

i made a ROOKIE facebook ads MISTAKE - Duration: 10:42.

What's up guys

Jason Wardrop here and I wanted to shoot this video really quick and let you know about a huge

Facebook as mistake that I made recently probably bout a week and a half ago

but as you can see

I've got kind of a little bit new backdrop because we just moved to Arizona

So it's been a little bit hectic a little crazy the last week or so

And so I haven't had time to shoot this video, but now that we're kind of in place

We just moved this weekend as you guys can kind of see I'm still just like working right here

So I don't have like my full studio everything set up

But I wanted to get this message out to you

so you

Don't make the same

mistake that I made about a week and a half ago and that I made back in the day when I first got started with

Facebook Ads, so here's the deal

When I first got started with Facebook ads and you guys have probably experienced this as well

Any time you want to go make a test or a tweak or scale your Facebook Ads?

You go in you've already created your ad set your campaign all that and let's say you want to up the budget or you want

To change your target a little bit or you want to change your placements or any of these different?

Updates or change that you make to that Facebook ad set?

Actually can really throw things off

Ok

so if you go and like let's say you have an ad set that's working really well at 20 bucks a day and

You're like, oh man, this is crushed and I'm getting like $5 leads. I'm gonna scale this up to 40 bucks a day

well

if you've ever done that what typically happens is your cost per lead goes from 5 bucks up to like 12 to 15 bucks and

You're just like oh crap. What did I do?

like I totally just like screw this whole thing up and then you have to kind of go restart the whole ad campaign or

Another thing that happens is you go in and you're like, I'm gonna I'm going to change out the age

I'm gonna instead of like 18 to 65

I'm gonna do 25 to 35 and then you're like I'm also gonna change the placement instead of all placements

I'm just gonna do Instagram news feeds

And so you change multiple things and then it just throws the whole ad campaign the whole ad set out of whack

Okay

Now if you guys have done this before comment down below

Let me know so that I know I'm not the only person and now you know

You're not the only person this has happened to you

But here is the solution of what you have to do and the big mistake actually that I made this past week

Wasn't in making any tweaks, but what was happening is we only have so many people on our fulfillment team

So when we go through if you guys have seen my webinar

One of the bonuses is if like, you know

You get signed up right there on the webinar that will go through will set up your first Facebook ad if you're a real estate

agent obviously

You know some of your first facebook ad landing page email text marketing all that stuff and we've only got like five

Account reps to be able to go through and do that

So we've got limited number of people and so it's getting to a point

we've had a really good January a really good February so far and

What happens we were we're honestly getting a little bit too many sales

So we like we've been trying to hire some new people get that up to speed

and in the meantime, I was like

You know what? I'll be smart and I'll shut off my ads for a day or two

And so I was like, you know what, you know

I'll save like a couple grand a day or whatever I'm spending and so I went through and I shut them off and

Then two days later

I was like, what am I thinking like when you got momentum you just got to keep push you got to keep running

so I went through and I turned my Facebook Ads back on and

My CP else which stands for cost per lead came. I see pls

Skyrocketed, okay

Like I was going through and I was generating leads on average, which I try to shoot for around

$8 cost per lead on my webinars and it jumped to like 18 to 20 dollars per lead

so I was like getting about

2500 leads every single week this kind of the the range of what I was spending to get that

Then this past week for my last webinar. I think we had like

thirteen fourteen hundred these thirteen fourteen hundred registrants, which obviously is

terrible so

basically, here's the deal when you're going through and you're running a campaign a Facebook ad campaign an ad set or anything like that and

You want to make updates? Okay

When you're going through and making updates only make one change at a time. So if you want to change the placement

Go and change the placement and let it go through and run its course for about four to five days

So the Facebook algorithm can update and adjust to everything it's going on or if you're gonna go through and increase your budget

Increase your budget and just increase it by just a little bit which honestly guys I don't even ever increase my budget anymore

I just like let it run and I used to go through when I started my ad sets at 75 to $100 per day

But now I've actually lowered it back down to about 40 bucks per day and the reason why

Is because if I do have a really good ad and good target and all that stuff

It can actually run its course a lot longer because if you're only spending 40 bucks per day your ad fatigue

it's it doesn't

Set in as fast as if you're spending like a hundred dollars per day on that outset so you don't have to create new ad

creative

every so often

so anyway

there's a little tip right there if you're going through and making updates to your ad set just change one thing at a time and

then let it run its course for about four to five days because the thing is

Is I shut my ads off right this last week

Turn it back on the very next day. They shot up big-time, right?

They shot up crazy high the cost per lead and all that stuff

but then after about four to five days

They actually kind of normal doubt and got back to the place where I actually want them to be

Which I was kind of just upset with everything. So I actually went through and create a brand new campaign

I think I created like 95 new ad sets the other day it took me like three hours

It was kind of a pain in the butt, but I wanted to go through and go and have like that fresh data there

Okay. So anyway just kind of a quick recap because I've obviously been kind of rambling all battle obvious different stuff

big rookie mistake number one is if you have a Facebook ad campaign and the ad set and the ad all that stuff running and

You need to make a tweak if something's not working or you want to change something?

Someone's working super well and you want to go through and scale your budget or change the placements or any of that?

Just change one thing which honestly is good for the Facebook Ads algorithm

and also if you change multiple things

and it improves you have no idea what caused the improvement because you change so many things so you don't know if it's like oh,

the age range was really a lot better or my targeting my interest targeting or my look-alike audience or

You know the placements or whatever it is

so it's just a lot better just to change one thing at a time for your testing as

well as for the Facebook Ads algorithm, and then another thing is

With that don't ever like if you're going to go through and you want to pause your campaign

Just just let it keep running guys. Don't shut the ad campaign off and then turn it back on

It's like if let's let's say you're running a Byerly's campaign

You're trying to get buyer leads just go through and set it at a daily budget that you can consistently handle that budget

so you're not having to go turn it on one week and then you're like

Oh, I got too many leads or I can't afford this budget or whatever it is

And I'm gonna shut it off and then turning it back on and off because that's gonna totally throw off your facebook ads as well

so don't be doing that just keep it running and

comments so we can obviously all help each other because that's

the goal of this this YouTube channel is I want to be able to help you guys with your Facebook, Ads and

You know not have a lot of the the mistakes that I've personally made. I've been doing Facebook guys nails for a few years, so

I've been around the block. I've seen a lot of things that work that don't work. So don't do that

However, I will add this when it comes around Christmastime and Thanksgiving

Usually I'll shut off my ads because December's just terrible because all these big brands come in

They're pumping tons of money into Facebook ads. So your cost per lead your ads everything just

skyrockets, and so what I do is I'll usually shut off my ads for the whole month of December and

Then when I turn it back on in January

Like even though I shut it off, I think it's possibly this is I mean, this is just a guess

I'm not saying this is for sure but I think it's because it's been off for like a month

It's not been like a week or at less time than that

It's been off for a month and I turn it back on and then come January first guys

My ads are just like cranking like the cost per lead is like half that

And I think there's a multiple things that go into that I think one

Because the big brands have actually pulled out I think too because you know, obviously, you know, you've had it off for a month

So turning back on it doesn't have the same effect and then number three

What's number three I had this other thought on what number three was. Oh, yeah, so number three guys. Is that your ad fatigue?

Hasn't really set in as much because it's been a month that anyone's seen your facebook ads

Whereas like if people are seeing your ads every single day, which obviously is not a problem

That's actually good that people are seeing your ads every single day

Because they haven't seen them then I think also that that helps with your Facebook ads

so anyway guys there's my two cents on some rookie mistakes that

Hopefully you won't make or you can avoid now that you've watched this video

one

Don't turn on and off your campaigns your ad sets. Don't pause them. Don't do anything like that if they're working

Just let it keep pumping in just let it keep bringing in the leads

And then also if you're gonna go make some tweaks just make one tweak at a time and then let it run

Its course for about four to five days before you even think of making another tweak. Okay, personally what I do

Is I'll go through I'll make the Facebook ad and then if it's like not working or whatever. I'll just shut it off

I don't like I don't like to tweak ad sets anymore because I've just I've just been

Kind of a little screwed over in the past multiple times and so I don't like that

So if it's not working

I just cancel it and they'll create a new ad set new campaign sometimes and just

Test whatever I want to test if that other one is not working the way I'd like to so

DAY ONE Netflix gives You fans behind the scenes look at season two as Penn Badgley and serial kille - Duration: 4:12.

NETFLIX has given fans of hit thriller You a sneak peek behind the scenes of the highly-anticipated second series

 New addition to the cast Victoria Pedretti, 23, sat beside lead Penn Badgley, 32, at the first table read-through of the new script

 Victoria will play serial killer Joe's romantic interest Love Quinn, and with the jaw-dropping ending to series one revealing his stalker ex Candace is still alive, it looks like big drama will be in store

 In the images shared by Netflix UK & Ireland, Penn is sandwiched between Victoria and Ambyr Childers, 30, who plays Candace

 The Netflix account wrote: "ok the You season 2 table read is happening and I don't think any of us are ready

"  You ended on a jaw-dropping cliffhanger when creepy stalker Joe's ex turned out to be alive

 The twist was a shock for those who read the book because Candace was actually murdered by her boyfriend Joe when she tried to break up with him

 The binge-worthy series had people hooked from the moment it launched on Netflix at the end of last year

 Throughout the series, viewers are led to believe Candace was Joe's first kill.  His fixation with her leads him to commit murder - and he soon gets a taste for it

 He covers up her apparent "death" by posting photos on a fake Instagram account and telling her friends she ran off with another man to Italy

 Candace remains a haunting figure in Joe's life and memories of her often come flooding back throughout out the show

 But the series climax comes when Candace walks into Joe's book shop to confront him years later - leaving viewers shocked that she's alive

 That's not what happened in Caroline Kepnes' book where Joe actually describes the moment he killed her

 An excerpt reads: "It wasn't my fault that Candace followed me down to the water's edge and it wasn't my fault that I picked her up and held her down in the water and watched her pass on to the great beyond

 "She wanted to be there, or she wouldn't have gone down there with me."  Joe drowned Candace in Brighton Beach after she tried to end their relationship

 But she turns up alive at the end of the first series and fans of the show have no idea what Candace's fate will be

 Netflix recently announced Victoria's casting on its official Twitter page, writing: "Haunting of Hill House breakout Victoria Pedretti landed the female lead in @YouNetflix Season 2

 "She plays Love Quinn, an aspiring chef who doesn't care about social media.  "She's also tending to a deep grief — so when she meets Joe she senses a shared knowledge of profound loss
