because autoimmune diseases affect almost every organ system,
so you're not just managing one thing.
If you don't listen to patients and you just try to go by lab testing, you may not come to the correct diagnosis.
It's very very important to hear your patient, what their concerns are and address them.

John's, I can build a good lupus program and bring resources. A lot of these patients don't have resources
and they can't work because they're sick. So I'm,
one of my goals is to really
try to make an impact on lupus care in the city of Detroit and the Detroit metro area.
I had one patient that I met when this patient was in a coma from lupus and
everybody thought she was a goner and I told them just wait, just wait
let her respond to the treatment, and she walked out of that hospital, and
came to see me in clinic and you never forget something like that. So it's that kind of experience. I feel like you're helping people
regain their lives and trying to make them a little bit more happy with where they are in life.
My children like to rescue dogs and now our family has five of them.

President Trump tried to use the Russian probe to justify the firing of former FBI director James Comey, a former bureau chief revealed
Former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was himself removed by Donald Trump, said the president wanted the Russia investigation linked to Comey's firing in a memo
As Comey's replacement as director, McCabe said President Trump wanted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to highlight the probe into Russian collusion in the 2016 campaign in a letter justifying the firing of Comey
He added Trump wanted Rosenstein to 'give him cover' to fire Comey by citing the Russia investigation in the memo, which could be construed as an attempt by the president to interfere with the probe
But Rosenstein did not want to mention the Russian investigation and told Trump it should be excluded, McCabe said
The final memo outlining why Comey should be fired did not include any mention of the probe
In an interview with 60 Minutes, McCabe said Rosenstein was concerned about his conversation with the president and did not want to be seen to be obstructing the Russia investigation
'He explained to the president that he did not need Russia in his memo.And the president responded, "I understand that, I am asking you to put Russia in the memo anyway"
'Rod was concerned by his interactions with the president, who seemed to be very focused on firing the director and saying things like, "Make sure you put Russia in your memo"
'That concerned Rod in the same way that it concerned me and the FBI investigators on the Russia case
' Despite the Russia probe not being mentioned in the memo, Trump still used it as a justification in an interview with NBC News in May 2017, just after the firing of Comey
He then repeated this assertion in an Oval Office meeting with top Russian officials
McCabe added: 'Put together, these circumstances were articulable facts that indicated that a crime may have been committed
'The president may have been engaged in obstruction of justice in the firing of Jim Comey
' McCabe, who became acting director after Comey's firing, said he was disturbed by his conversation with Trump following Comey's dismissal and got the investigations started the following day
He said he began an obstruction of justice and counterintelligence investigation involving Trump and his ties to Russia after Trump fired bureau director Comey
McCabe also said in the interview that Trump told his top intelligence officials that he believed Russian President Vladimir Putin more than he did FBI investigators
The former FBI director said that he was told by an FBI official that Trump was convinced by Putin that North Korea was incapable of hitting the United States with ballistic missiles - even though American spy agencies claimed otherwise

This is my eighteenth, I think, professional preseason. So quite a few now.
Ok, all set!
Well, it's, in my opinion, the least pleasant time of the season. But at the same time, even though it's the hardest, it is the
time that benefits you the most ahead of the season. Too many days doing the same. The
first few days you feel fine, you have time to rest, you have time to nap, especially
those of us who have family. You have time for yourself, to read, for the computer, to
check e-mails, to watch movies, to watch TV shows. But, by the third day when you keep
doing the same things over and over again you get a little bit bored of everything.
There is a lot of dead time and sometimes you don't know what to do.
Well, as I have told you, preseasons are very long but we will always have The Roomates.
Well it's with them that you spend time trying to overcome loneliness – it's very
difficult to do, though. Feeling lonely, because you're away from your kids, your wife, times
when you're bored, well, you try to spend the least amount of time by yourself to try
to enjoy yourself and the experiences. That's when being around your teammates makes the difference.
At Sporting de Gijón I had Pablo Álvarez. We were both promoted from the
second team and became roommates in the first team. Then I went to Zaragoza. There, my roommate
was sometimes David Pirri, and sometimes Juanele. Then in the second year, when David Pirri
left, I roomed with Javi Moreno. I had many different roommates. Zapater, too, at one
point. They used to rotate us a lot there at Zaragoza.
In Valencia, since we had different coaches sometimes, we were alone and other times we shared the room. When we had roommates,
I always roomed with Joaquín. In the first year I also roomed with Kluivert for
a few games.
In Barcelona we were always alone in the rooms. In the Spanish National Teamalso alone, but I always had Pepe in the room next door. Normally we joined the rooms and
practically roommed with Pepe Reina.
Then at Atlético de Madrid I had Aranzubía as a roommate.
In Melbourne I had Jonatan, Jonny Germano. At that time, I did not speak
English. He is from Argentina, and he helped me a lot. I will thank him for the rest of
my life. I had him as a roommate because he was the one who sort of translated everything
for me and helped me communicate with the rest of our teammates in English. Then in
New York City, the first year I roomed with Pablo Álvarez, just like in Sporting. When
Pablo left, Iraola came and I roomed with Iraola. The third and fourth year I was alone in my room.
Here in Vissel, at the moment, I don't have a roommate.
I have a thousand anecdotes. From pranking each other, to playing cards until
late at night in the National Team. We played cards a lot there. We kind of started it,
and then it became popular. The night before the game we had the croissants area, always
in Pepe's room. We would order some chocolate milk and croissants and we would play cards
with Iker, Pepe and me. Soon others joined, Llorente sometimes, and Cazorla. Before the
2008 Euro, Capdevila also joined. More players kept joining us, even the teammates who did
not play cards liked the idea, so more would come over and we just had to keep ordering
more and more croissants with chocolate milk. This is something that continues to happen
in the National Team. The night before the game the players still get together to have
some croissants with chocolate milk.
The key date on our calendar right now, andour main goal, is February 22n d when the league starts. Everything we are doing right
now is focused on that goal –win the first match on February 22nd. That is the goal that
we all have in our minds and for which we are working day by day, resting day by day,
and we trust that with this momentum, we will be ready for that day.

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe vs. President Trump, explained - Duration: 22:50.
Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired last year, is relitigating some of the most bitter controversies of the Trump administration in a new media tour
For the first time, McCabe is publicly giving his version of the tumultuous days after President Donald Trump fired his boss, FBI Director James Comey, in May 2017
In an interview with 60 Minutes, McCabe confirmed that he had opened a counterintelligence investigation into whether Trump was compromised by Russia
He also said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had discussed invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office
Unsurprisingly, McCabe is also offering many unflattering anecdotes about and scathing criticisms of the president, including telling 60 Minutes that, in one meeting, Trump said he believed Russian President Vladimir Putin's assurance that North Korea couldn't hit America with missiles
When told that US intelligence agencies had a different assessment, McCabe claims Trump said, "I don't care
I believe Putin." (McCabe was not in the room but heard about this exchange from an FBI agent
) Trump responded with fury Monday morning, calling the reported 25th Amendment discussion "a very illegal act" and quoting a commentator on Fox News calling it "an illegal coup attempt on the President of the United States
" Wow, so many lies by now disgraced acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe. He was fired for lying, and now his story gets even more deranged
He and Rod Rosenstein, who was hired by Jeff Sessions (another beauty), look like they were planning a very illegal act, and got caught

However, according to the New York Times's Dwight Garner, these controversies are not actually mentioned in the book itself
(McCabe spent months wrangling with the FBI about what he'd be permitted to include
) Meanwhile, McCabe may also be in legal trouble. The Justice Department's inspector general concluded that he displayed a "lack of candor" when questioned as part of a leak investigation, and referred him for potential criminal prosecution
(The leak in question was not about Trump but rather pertained to a Clinton investigation
) The Justice Department cited the IG's findings in firing McCabe, though McCabe says he thinks he was really fired for investigating Trump
There's a lot to unpack here: McCabe and Trump's complicated history, the specific claims about Rosenstein and the 25th Amendment, and McCabe's own legal issues
But overall, McCabe's comments make it even more clear that Trump's decision to fire Comey continues to loom large as a turning point in his presidency
His new public remarks don't contain new bombshells or hint at what special counsel Robert Mueller has found, but they do shed more light on a period of remarkable chaos in May 2017
Who is Andrew McCabe? McCabe first joined the FBI in 1996. In a two-decade career, he held various roles on organized crime, counterterrorism, and national security investigations
Eventually, in January 2016, James Comey chose McCabe to be his new deputy director, announcing that he'd oversee all of the bureau's "domestic and international investigative and intelligence activities
" This new gig would mean McCabe would end up playing important roles in every major, high-profile political investigation of that intense year: the Hillary Clinton email probe, an investigation into the Clinton Foundation, and the eventual probe of Trump associates' ties to Russia
McCabe's role in the Clinton probes led to controversy, because his wife Jill had run for state senate in Virginia the previous year and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from the state's governor Terry McAuliffe, a longtime close friend and ally of the Clintons
Conservatives asserted McCabe was politically biased and would have tried to protect Clinton at the FBI (though there's been no evidence of improper activity by McCabe in either Clinton probe)
In an apparent effort to defend his reputation, McCabe authorized leaks to Wall Street Journal reporter Devlin Barrett
Barrett's eventual story portrayed McCabe as trying to push forward the Clinton Foundation investigation, over resistance from an Obama Justice Department official
The story came out on October 30, 2016, just days before the election. The investigation into how it leaked would eventually ensnare McCabe, but it's important to note that this leak was not designed to hurt Trump, but instead portrayed a Clinton investigation as serious and made Obama officials look bad

But Trump clearly never trusted McCabe — he was well aware of the controversy over McCabe's wife's campaign, and even brought the matter up to Comey
Trump, of course, soon grew to distrust Comey as well, after the FBI director publicly confirmed the investigation into ties between the Trump campaign and Russia
So, on May 9, 2017, Trump fired Comey. This was a stunning breach of political norms, both because the FBI director traditionally serves a set 10-year term, and because Comey's FBI was investigating people close to Trump himself
Trump would nominate a new FBI director soon enough, but for now, that meant Comey's deputy — McCabe — would be in charge of the bureau as acting director
But as the Russia probe continued and intensified with the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller, Trump went to war with his own Justice Department
That put McCabe in his sights. Trump repeatedly attacked McCabe (again, over his wife's campaign money) and openly called for his ouster
The attacks continued after Chris Wray was confirmed as FBI director, and McCabe returned to his deputy role
(Some have argued that Trump was trying to discredit several FBI officials who could be witnesses against him in an obstruction of justice case, including McCabe
) This is when the leak investigation became a problem for McCabe. Earlier in the year, internal investigators had asked McCabe how the story about the Clinton Foundation investigation got out, and he'd told them he didn't know
But in July 2017, the Justice Department inspector general obtained new evidence suggesting that McCabe was involved
He changed his story, but the IG still believed he wasn't being candid. McCabe's position was untenable, and word got out that he planned to retire — but only once he became fully eligible for his pension, in March
But, a little more than 24 hours before that was about to happen, the Justice Department fired McCabe, citing the inspector general's findings in the leak investigation
(The consequence is that McCabe won't be able to draw on his pension for several years
) That timing raised questions of potential retribution — particularly because the inspector general report wasn't yet finished, and because the president himself had once made clear that McCabe's retirement benefits were on his mind

What McCabe is saying now Since his firing, McCabe has issued occasional public statements through a spokesperson, but this is the first time he's going public to tell his version of events at length — and, of course, to promote his newly released book
McCabe isn't revealing much that's entirely new, but he has become the first person to publicly confirm some anonymously-sourced reports about the tumultuous Justice Department discussions in mid-May 2017, after Trump fired Comey
By McCabe's telling, he had many reasons to be deeply suspicious of Trump at this point
The president had asked Comey to drop an investigation into Michael Flynn's statements to investigators about Russia
Then he fired Comey. And, after the firing, Trump flat-out told NBC News that the Russia probe was indeed on his mind when he fired Comey
Fearing a corrupt cover-up, McCabe and his team moved quickly. They opened two investigations into the president — one into potential obstruction of justice, and one into whether he personally was compromised by Russia
(The previous Russia investigation was focused on several Trump campaign advisers, not the president himself
) During these frenzied mid-May days, McCabe was also meeting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein — the top Justice Department official overseeing the Russia probe, due to Attorney General Jeff Sessions's recusal
Rosenstein was new to the job, and, according to McCabe's account — memorialized in contemporaneous memos — he made a pair of eyebrow-raising suggestions
First, Rosenstein suggested that he'd be able to secretly record the president, because no one searches him when he goes to the White House
The apparent goal of this would have been to obtain evidence of the president's private Russia-related or obstructive statements
But it was never carried out, so far as we know. Second, and most controversially, McCabe claims Rosenstein discussed possibly using the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office
What we know about the 25th Amendment discussion McCabe (left) and Rod Rosenstein Melina Mara/The Washington Post via Getty Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution lays out a process by which the vice president and various members of the Cabinet could remove the president of the United States from office
(It's never been invoked, but I have a longer explainer on how it would work.) And in McCabe's telling, Rosenstein was the person who suggested it as a possibility for ousting Trump, as the Justice Department and FBI were strategizing about how to respond to Comey's firing
McCabe told 60 Minutes: Discussion of the 25th Amendment was simply, Rod raised the issue and discussed it with me in the context of thinking about how many other cabinet officials might support such an effort
I didn't have much to contribute, to be perfectly honest, in that— conversation. So I listened to what he had to say
But, to be fair, it was an unbelievably stressful time. I can't even describe for you how many things must have been coursing through the deputy attorney general's mind at that point
So it was really something that he kinda threw out in a very frenzied chaotic conversation about where we were and what we needed to do next
All this was originally reported by the New York Times last September, and Rosenstein didn't really deny it
(Rosenstein issued a statement saying, "Based on my personal dealings with the president, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment," which is
not a denial.) In any case, it does appear that whatever discussion that did take place about the 25th Amendment was brief: Eight days after Comey was fired, Rosenstein appointed Mueller as special counsel to take over the Trump investigations
Internally, this may have been viewed as simply one idea in a brainstorming session about what should be done about a president who may have been corrupt or compromised
But to Trump's supporters, this looks a whole lot like a "deep state" coup — the Justice Department scheming to oust an elected president because he fired the FBI director
Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Lindsey Graham pledged this weekend to investigate what happened
McCabe, perhaps alarmed by the coverage his comments were getting, had his spokesperson issue a statement trying to minimize them: "To clarify, at no time did Mr
McCabe participate in any extended discussions about the use of the 25th Amendment, nor is he aware of any such discussions
" There has, however, been much speculation about McCabe's own reasons for making this public in the first place
McCabe is said to have bitterly feuded with Rosenstein, and to believe that Rosenstein threw him under the bus regarding the leak investigation and his eventual firing
Some believe he's trying to politically damage Rosenstein (who himself is on his way out)
Overall, McCabe's comments make it even more clear that Trump's decision to fire Comey continues to loom incredibly large as a turning point in his presidency
It evidently caused immense concern within the Justice Department about the president and his motives — to the extent that a historically unprecedented move was discussed
And then it led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller, and the investigation that has loomed over Trump ever since

The NFL.com analyst and former NFL running back tries his hand at general manager and identifies three areas each team should tackle this offseason
Today, MJD examines the AFC South: HOUSTON TEXANS J.J. Watt and Jadeveon Clowney form one of the best pass-rush duos in the league, but decisions must be made on Clowney, who's due to hit the market this offseason
I know some will disagree with me, but I would not pay top dollar for Clowney when the Texans could use those funds to address two glaring needs on their win-now roster: offensive line and secondary
Clowney is a fantastic player, and if they can figure out a way to sign him to a team-friendly long-term deal, then I'm all for it
But the Texans still have Whitney Mercilus and Watt to rush the passer, so I think they can afford to let him walk to pay for more pressing priorities
1) Remake the offensive line. This is a no-brainer. After years of searching for a capable quarterback, they found one in Deshaun Watson
Unfortunately, Watson was sacked a league-high 62 times last season. Houston can find quite a few options in free agency and the draft
In my first mock draft of the year I project Houston to pick offensive tackle Greg Little, who could provide a building block for the unit
2) Bolster the secondary. Kareem Jackson, Kayvon Webster, Shareece Wright and Tyrann Mathieu are set to hit free agency in March
Not to mention, Jonathan Joseph will be 35 at the start of next season and 2015 first-round pick Kevin Johnson has been a near no-show after a promising rookie campaign
Even if one or two of these guys are re-signed, Houston still must add depth in free agency -- this year's draft isn't deep with defensive backs
3) Bring in playmakers at tight end and running back. After addressing the O-line situation, Houston must find weapons for Watson
The Texans need a pass catcher who can go over the middle -- and take some attention off DeAndre Hopkins -- and an every-down running back who can provide a consistent ground game
Lamar Miller and D'Onta Foreman have had good games but they haven't provided the consistency Watson and this offense need
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS GM Chris Ballard took a team that looked pretty bleak in 2017 to the Divisional Round this past season
First and foremost, he deserves a ton of credit for bulking up the offensive line to keep a rejuvenated Andrew Luck upright

However, Bell is the type of player that can take the offense, especially one headed by Luck and a solid offensive line, to new heights
Bell could be the reason the Colts book a perennial spot at the top of the division
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS The Jags already made the mistake of not hiring Gary Kubiak, who landed in Minnesota
He's known for quickly putting together an offense to complement a good defense, and he could have done big things with a quarterback like Joe Flacco, who the Jags should have traded for if they had Kubiak
But enough of shoulda, coulda, woulda. Since that's no longer an option this season, here are the next steps
1) Get new OC John DeFilippo a quarterback. Flip was Nick Foles' QB coach during the Eagles' Super Bowl run, so they could be a perfect match in Jacksonville
Foles runs the spread offense well and wouldn't skip a beat despite being with a new team
If Foles isn't Jacksonville's guy, Missouri's Drew Lock or Oklahoma's Kyler Murray could also thrive in Flip's offense
If it's me, I'm going after Murray because we've seen how dynamic he can be. 2) Establish better veteran leadership in the locker room
Over the last calendar year, the Jaguars have lost a good amount of veterans, including Paul Posluszny (retired), Barry Church (released in December) and Marcedes Lewis (released last offseason)
Calais Campbell is the oldest starter on the current roster at 32 years old. The Jags shouldn't just sign older guys in free agency for the heck of it
They need the right guys who can hold others accountable. (For starters, I would sign Frank Gore
) They need a veteran presence or Jacksonville could turn into the Wild West before we know it
3) Sign playmakers at tight end and running back. The defense is solid. Now it's time to bring in some playmakers on the offensive side of the ball
The Jags need a tight end who can be an inline blocker and receiving threat, and there are several options in the draft, including Iowa's Noah Fant and T
J. Hockenson. And like it or not, they must bring in another versatile running back, most likely in the draft, to spell Leonard Fournette
They need a guy who they're comfortable with when Fournette is unavailable, which is often, and they can't rely on Carlos Hyde alone in that role
TENNESSEE TITANS The Titans have either advanced to or just missed the playoffs the last three seasons
They must continue to build around a good, young nucleus and help Marcus Mariota as much as possible as he enters the most important year of his professional career
1) Get a big receiving target. Corey Davis is improving, but the Titans need another legitimate big-bodied receiving target for Mariota
The pass game struggled without the injured Delanie Walker, who will be 35 years old at the start of next season, so it's time to bring in another receiver and/or tight end to bring balance to this run-first offense
2) Improve the pass rush. The secondary is the most well-rounded unit of the defense, so I'm looking at the front seven
The Titans already lost outside linebacker Brian Orakpo to retirement (and cupcakes) this offseason, yet there are plenty of good replacement options in free agency and the draft
This defense needs pass rushers to pressure division-rival QBs Andrew Luck and Deshaun Watson
3) Get a backup for injury-prone QB. Mariota has struggled to stay healthy -- he's yet to play a full 16-game, regular-season slate as he enters Year 5
Blaine Gabbert played well at times in relief of Mariota, but Tennessee needs a backup who emulates its franchise QB -- like Baltimore had with Lamar Jackson and Robert Griffin III

I've been thinking about buying a cargo ship is the freelancer basic goodbye how
does it compare to other cargo ships
welcome to another installment of a star citizen's ship buyer's guide
what's up citizens this is subliminal here again and today we'll be discussing
the features functions and benefits of the misc freelancer base with a
comparison on how those features ranks amongst competing ships so you can make
an informed buying decision let me know what ship you'd like to see next down in
the comments the ship with the most up votes will be featured in the future
episode what's that out of the way let's get to
it the freelancer base is a medium sized cargo ship manufactured by none other
than Musashi industrial and star flight concern or miss for short misc is a
human based company out of the Centauri system founded in 2805 the freelancer
base is one of four freelancer variants the freelancer max derp and miss are
also available be sure to check out my buyers guides on those in the
description the misc freelancer is primarily a long-range cargo hauler
designed for shipping major corporations goods around the verse however its
modularity and versatility as well as its considerable firepower have seen it
fill a number of roles including use as a smuggling ship and a long-range
Explorer the freelancer base is currently flight ready it is available
on the pledge store for purchase and upgrade for one hundred and ten dollars
is part of the game package four hundred and twenty five dollars earned on
average sells for one hundred and twenty eight dollars on the grey market it is
not currently available for purchase with in-game credits with that out of
the way let's see how it compares to other ships you might be considering for
comparison I have hand-picked 17 ships that I think could possibly be
considered by someone looking to purchase a freelancer base the following
slides will feature the current ships value and rank along with the names and
values of the worst and best ships a Google sheets document with those ships
and data are linked in the description this information is sourced from
multiple sources some with conflicting data I've chosen the data that I think
is accurate information and thoughts reflect the current state of the ship
and the persistent universe not what will be possible in the future now let's
see how it stacks up to the competition the freelancer comes in around 220,000
kilograms it has a max crew size of five a large cargo capacity of 66 SCU it
features a max y'all pitch rate of 65 degrees per second an SCM speed of 205
meters per second a decently fast 1005 meter per second top speed has over
19,000 hit points across its body its shield generators can withstand just
over 12,000 hit points of damage its guns do just over 2,000 damage per
second and they have a theoretical DPS of over 2,200 it should be noted that
DPS only matters if you can hit your target it's missiles do just over 10,000
damage its fuel tanks hold 18,000 gallons of fuel its Odyssey quantum
drive gives it a great 74 mega meters per second quantum speed and a range of
107 Giga meters so it can travel from port al-azhar to hjerson 3.3 times
before needing to refuel quantum travel from $4 r2 Hurston will take you about 7
minutes and 14 seconds and leaving hearses atmosphere will take you about 4
minutes now let's talk about its firepower the freelancer base packs to
PC to dual s3 mounts with 2 tarantula GT 870 mark 3s each east tarantulas have
550 to physical damage with 47 rpm or total of 432 DPS and the 3800 meter
range in the rear the freelancer has one-man turret with two sides to em for
a laser autocannons these in forays have 320 energy damage with 50 rpms for a
total of 267 dps and a 2700 meter range in addition its wings hold 2 sides for
MSD for 2-3 missile racks with 2 size 3 or
stories each arrestor threes our cross-section have 1500 mix damage a
3.89 second lock time in over nine thousand meter lock range it also has
two size three MSD three two two missile racks with two sides to ignite two's
each ignite tubes are infrared have 948 mixed damage and a one point six eight
second lock time and over a fifty five hundred meter lock range this is a total
of eight missiles let's talk about components the standard components
available on the freelancer base are as follows it has one size too great see
civilian class daybreak powerplant - sighs - gracie civilian class frost
star e^x coolers one size - grade C civilian class Odyssey quantum drive
with an 18 second cooldown after long jumps and last but not least we have two
sides to grade C military grade 5 ma - Molly shield generators let's take a
look at the interior the freelancer base features a cargo bay big enough to
comfortably fit at least three grey cat B TVs
- Drake dragon flies to a open noxes or 54s see you in the rear the rear turret
access is located at the rear of the cargo hold
to the left and to the right are the components mentioned earlier moving on
we have a second cargo hold with the remaining 12 scu of cargo space and a
topside access port the living quarters feature an expresso machine a poor side
airlock for bunk beds a non-functioning MFD and a head the cockpit comes
equipped with two engineering C's with one MFD each
a co-pilot seat with five MFDs
and a pilot seat with five MFDs although two are barely visible under your arms
it should be noted that the freelancer does not currently come equipped with an
eject feature there's also a known bug that some ships with ladders have in
three-point-four called the ladder of death it is best to enter and exit
through the cargo hold of the freelancer to avoid being murdered if you have
cargo inside walk around the right side enclosing the misc freelancer base is a
great medium sized cargo ship its pros are a large sixty-six scu of cargo
capacity it's nimble for its size as fast quantum speeds has a long QT range
and it has room for all of your friends it's cons are reduced visibility from
the cockpit its missile payload is subpar has a low max speed currently has
no ejection feature and a homicidal ladder so is it worth a buy with the $10
upgrade from the Cutty black for an additional 20 scu of cargo capacity it
may be a good option for the citizen interested in a profession and trading
in turn you lose some ability to be able to defend yourself this may not be an
issue for the citizen who has friends to play with it should be noted also that
the freelancer max is only $40 more for almost double the space and better
weapons but ultimately that decision is up to you did you like this guide like

What's up guys
Jason Wardrop here and I wanted to shoot this video really quick and let you know about a huge
Facebook as mistake that I made recently probably bout a week and a half ago
but as you can see
I've got kind of a little bit new backdrop because we just moved to Arizona
So it's been a little bit hectic a little crazy the last week or so
And so I haven't had time to shoot this video, but now that we're kind of in place
We just moved this weekend as you guys can kind of see I'm still just like working right here
So I don't have like my full studio everything set up
But I wanted to get this message out to you
so you
Don't make the same
mistake that I made about a week and a half ago and that I made back in the day when I first got started with
Facebook Ads, so here's the deal
When I first got started with Facebook ads and you guys have probably experienced this as well
Any time you want to go make a test or a tweak or scale your Facebook Ads?
You go in you've already created your ad set your campaign all that and let's say you want to up the budget or you want
To change your target a little bit or you want to change your placements or any of these different?
Updates or change that you make to that Facebook ad set?
Actually can really throw things off
Ok
so if you go and like let's say you have an ad set that's working really well at 20 bucks a day and
You're like, oh man, this is crushed and I'm getting like $5 leads. I'm gonna scale this up to 40 bucks a day
well
if you've ever done that what typically happens is your cost per lead goes from 5 bucks up to like 12 to 15 bucks and
You're just like oh crap. What did I do?
like I totally just like screw this whole thing up and then you have to kind of go restart the whole ad campaign or
Another thing that happens is you go in and you're like, I'm gonna I'm going to change out the age
I'm gonna instead of like 18 to 65
I'm gonna do 25 to 35 and then you're like I'm also gonna change the placement instead of all placements
I'm just gonna do Instagram news feeds
And so you change multiple things and then it just throws the whole ad campaign the whole ad set out of whack
Okay
Now if you guys have done this before comment down below
Let me know so that I know I'm not the only person and now you know
You're not the only person this has happened to you
But here is the solution of what you have to do and the big mistake actually that I made this past week
Wasn't in making any tweaks, but what was happening is we only have so many people on our fulfillment team
So when we go through if you guys have seen my webinar
One of the bonuses is if like, you know
You get signed up right there on the webinar that will go through will set up your first Facebook ad if you're a real estate
agent obviously
You know some of your first facebook ad landing page email text marketing all that stuff and we've only got like five
Account reps to be able to go through and do that
So we've got limited number of people and so it's getting to a point
we've had a really good January a really good February so far and
What happens we were we're honestly getting a little bit too many sales
So we like we've been trying to hire some new people get that up to speed
and in the meantime, I was like
You know what? I'll be smart and I'll shut off my ads for a day or two
And so I was like, you know what, you know
I'll save like a couple grand a day or whatever I'm spending and so I went through and I shut them off and
Then two days later
I was like, what am I thinking like when you got momentum you just got to keep push you got to keep running
so I went through and I turned my Facebook Ads back on and
My CP else which stands for cost per lead came. I see pls
Skyrocketed, okay
Like I was going through and I was generating leads on average, which I try to shoot for around
$8 cost per lead on my webinars and it jumped to like 18 to 20 dollars per lead
so I was like getting about
2500 leads every single week this kind of the the range of what I was spending to get that
Then this past week for my last webinar. I think we had like
thirteen fourteen hundred these thirteen fourteen hundred registrants, which obviously is
terrible so
basically, here's the deal when you're going through and you're running a campaign a Facebook ad campaign an ad set or anything like that and
You want to make updates? Okay
When you're going through and making updates only make one change at a time. So if you want to change the placement
Go and change the placement and let it go through and run its course for about four to five days
So the Facebook algorithm can update and adjust to everything it's going on or if you're gonna go through and increase your budget
Increase your budget and just increase it by just a little bit which honestly guys I don't even ever increase my budget anymore
I just like let it run and I used to go through when I started my ad sets at 75 to $100 per day
But now I've actually lowered it back down to about 40 bucks per day and the reason why
Is because if I do have a really good ad and good target and all that stuff
It can actually run its course a lot longer because if you're only spending 40 bucks per day your ad fatigue
it's it doesn't
Set in as fast as if you're spending like a hundred dollars per day on that outset so you don't have to create new ad
creative
every so often
so anyway
there's a little tip right there if you're going through and making updates to your ad set just change one thing at a time and
then let it run its course for about four to five days because the thing is
Is I shut my ads off right this last week
Turn it back on the very next day. They shot up big-time, right?
They shot up crazy high the cost per lead and all that stuff
but then after about four to five days
They actually kind of normal doubt and got back to the place where I actually want them to be
Which I was kind of just upset with everything. So I actually went through and create a brand new campaign
I think I created like 95 new ad sets the other day it took me like three hours
It was kind of a pain in the butt, but I wanted to go through and go and have like that fresh data there
Okay. So anyway just kind of a quick recap because I've obviously been kind of rambling all battle obvious different stuff
big rookie mistake number one is if you have a Facebook ad campaign and the ad set and the ad all that stuff running and
You need to make a tweak if something's not working or you want to change something?
Someone's working super well and you want to go through and scale your budget or change the placements or any of that?
Just change one thing which honestly is good for the Facebook Ads algorithm
and also if you change multiple things
and it improves you have no idea what caused the improvement because you change so many things so you don't know if it's like oh,
the age range was really a lot better or my targeting my interest targeting or my look-alike audience or
You know the placements or whatever it is
so it's just a lot better just to change one thing at a time for your testing as
well as for the Facebook Ads algorithm, and then another thing is
With that don't ever like if you're going to go through and you want to pause your campaign
Just just let it keep running guys. Don't shut the ad campaign off and then turn it back on
It's like if let's let's say you're running a Byerly's campaign
You're trying to get buyer leads just go through and set it at a daily budget that you can consistently handle that budget
so you're not having to go turn it on one week and then you're like
Oh, I got too many leads or I can't afford this budget or whatever it is
And I'm gonna shut it off and then turning it back on and off because that's gonna totally throw off your facebook ads as well
so don't be doing that just keep it running and
if you guys if anyone else on here is kind of like experience some of the things I'd love to hear about them in the
comments so we can obviously all help each other because that's
the goal of this this YouTube channel is I want to be able to help you guys with your Facebook, Ads and
You know not have a lot of the the mistakes that I've personally made. I've been doing Facebook guys nails for a few years, so
I've been around the block. I've seen a lot of things that work that don't work. So don't do that
However, I will add this when it comes around Christmastime and Thanksgiving
Usually I'll shut off my ads because December's just terrible because all these big brands come in
They're pumping tons of money into Facebook ads. So your cost per lead your ads everything just
skyrockets, and so what I do is I'll usually shut off my ads for the whole month of December and
Then when I turn it back on in January
Like even though I shut it off, I think it's possibly this is I mean, this is just a guess
I'm not saying this is for sure but I think it's because it's been off for like a month
It's not been like a week or at less time than that
It's been off for a month and I turn it back on and then come January first guys
My ads are just like cranking like the cost per lead is like half that
And I think there's a multiple things that go into that I think one
Because the big brands have actually pulled out I think too because you know, obviously, you know, you've had it off for a month
So turning back on it doesn't have the same effect and then number three
What's number three I had this other thought on what number three was. Oh, yeah, so number three guys. Is that your ad fatigue?
Hasn't really set in as much because it's been a month that anyone's seen your facebook ads
Whereas like if people are seeing your ads every single day, which obviously is not a problem
That's actually good that people are seeing your ads every single day
Because they haven't seen them then I think also that that helps with your Facebook ads
so anyway guys there's my two cents on some rookie mistakes that
Hopefully you won't make or you can avoid now that you've watched this video
one
Don't turn on and off your campaigns your ad sets. Don't pause them. Don't do anything like that if they're working
Just let it keep pumping in just let it keep bringing in the leads
And then also if you're gonna go make some tweaks just make one tweak at a time and then let it run
Its course for about four to five days before you even think of making another tweak. Okay, personally what I do
Is I'll go through I'll make the Facebook ad and then if it's like not working or whatever. I'll just shut it off
I don't like I don't like to tweak ad sets anymore because I've just I've just been
Kind of a little screwed over in the past multiple times and so I don't like that
So if it's not working
I just cancel it and they'll create a new ad set new campaign sometimes and just
Test whatever I want to test if that other one is not working the way I'd like to so
