For every king, there's always a queen.

Just like how there's a prince to every princess, a man for every woman, and a boy

to every girl.

But, do we ever treat them as equals?

We never really know when did the legacy of ancient misogyny started.

However, there are lots of references and theories of when.

One of which is from the most stolen book, the Bible.

In the Bible, there was an interpretation of women being a complication to humanity

because Eve corrupted Adam into eating the apple from the forbidden tree.

This leads to us having the so-called "original sin" when we are born because we were condemned

by their acts since then.

Even in the medical studies of the early ages, women were justified to be lower than men

because of their physiological weaknesses.

In addition to that, in Aristotelian physiological tradition, it was said that women is the imperfect version

of men.

And lastly, according to the Greek philosopher, Galen, women lacked self-restraint and men were described

to have self-control.

These ideas may have developed a long time ago, but they were designed to divide the

two genders and claim the idea that one gender is above the other.

And whether we like it or not, these ideas persists up to this day.

Gender Inequality is one of the issues that exists in our society today.

Either it be men over women or women over men, they are commonly found in the workplace,

in cases of physical and sexual violence, and in health statistics.

In the workplace, women still make only about 80% of what men earn for full time work which

means they only earn 76 cents for every dollar that men make.

There are also some cases in which the median salary for men is 24 percent higher than for

women.

Also women are less likely to hold managerial or supervisory positions, but when they do,

their positions carry less authority.

However, in cases of violence showcased for men and women, there is a great amount of

inequality between both genders as well.

For physical violence, it is estimated that 35% of women worldwide have experienced either

physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence.

And as for men, about 3% of them—or 1 in 33—have experienced an attempted or completed

rape in their lifetime.

Lastly, according to statistics, men have been proven to have lower life expectancy and have committed

suicide more frequently than women, this is interesting since women typically have

been reported to have higher rates of mental health disorders like depression.

Now, we want you to imagine having equal pay, non-discrimination, and equal access to leadership

roles.

And not just that, these could also result to better economic growth, more productivity,

and stronger company reputations.

It may seem like a perfect solution but it's better than being indifferent about this issue.

Because the fact that the idea of Gender Inequality persisting at this time after being introduced

to it for a long time ago is very disturbing.

We can't just let this be another issue that none of us takes an action on because

in time, we will all be adults as well.

We'll have another generation of people living on Earth, so do we really want to pass

this idea unto them as well?

Chris Brown really likes J-Lo.

While on Power 105.1's 'The Angie Martinez Show' this past Monday, the singer awkwardly

expressed his desire to get together with Jennifer Lopez on a romantic level.

Brown talked about a weird encounter he had with J-Lo at the recent TIDAL X Brooklyn benefit

concert.

"I'm just letting her know—hey, look, I might have just stiffened up a little bit

back at the little show because it was a lot of people back there, and I was nervous,"

he said about the exchange.

"My palms were sweaty.

I said, 'Hi.'

But, I like you and I want you," he continued.

Though Chris really wants to get with J-Lo there are multiple stumbling blocks to that

ever happening.

First, the two have a nearly twenty year age difference but Chris doesn't seem to mind

whatsoever.

When Angie Martinez brought up the age gap, Chris responded, "She can get it any time.

Seventy years old, I don't even care."

Jennifer Lopez is 48-years-old while Chris Brown is 28.

And though Age is Nothing but a Number between consenting adults, there's still the elephant

in the room, and by that we mean Jennifer Lopez being in a relationship with former

Yankees star and arguably one of the best baseball players of all time, Alex Rodriguez,

who's also a pretty big guy.

He stands at 6'3, though we doubt Rodriguez is losing any sleep over Brown's comments.

When Angie Martinez Brought up J-Lo's boo Brown remarked a bit apologetically, "Oh you

know what, playboy?

My bad."

Both J-Lo A-Rod are native New Yorkers.

The couple start dating earlier this year.

During the interview Brown also mentioned that he has previously worked with the singer,

actress, and fashion designer, saying "I wrote on her album a couple times."

He continued "I actually went to the house to write the songs.

I'm on straight business focus mode… but you just look at her and be like...

You look good!

Stop!"

It's all just a bit creepy.

The Making Of DRAM's "Broccoli" With J Gramm | Deconstructed - Duration: 4:36.

The word "Broccoli" just came from DRAM freestyling.

He was just smoking on that broccoli, you know?

It was all just a really fast thing.

We didn't know we were making a hit.

We were just having fun in the studio, drinking beer, smoking, rolling up.

And that's what kind of inspired the song.

The day I made "Broccoli," I was in studio with DRAM.

We were chilling.

It was like 1 or 2pm.

And DRAM was like, "Yo!"

"Lil Yachty's about to pull up."

When he said that, I got hype.

I was like, "Bet. How long till he gets here?"

And he was like, "Five minutes."

So I was like, "Fuck. I gotta make a beat quick."

So I told the session player to pull up the cheapest piano sound he could find, and play

me the most simple happy chord he could find.

And he played it in F major.

And then from there, we needed another chord.

Once we had the two chords, I told him to play them both in this rhythm and he did and

now we have this.

So I had a FabFilter Volcano with a phaser preset on the piano, just to make it sound

a little bit cheaper.

'Cause I wanted that SoundCloud rap style.

I think it's really good to have session players in the studio at all times.

Unless you're classically trained in piano, you're not gonna be able to express what

you're thinking and get it all out.

So it's good to have that translator there to really be able to do whatever it

is you want to do.

So once I had the chords, I went ahead and did the drums.

They're very simple.

I took a simple TR-808 hi-hat.

We got a clap from the TR-808.

And then we got the 808.

What I really think what took the beat to the next level was the 808.

And I wanted to contrast the happy, light piano with something dirty, so I went and

found my most distorted 808 I had.

It's just like, spaced out.

It like fucking shakes the whole room up.

It's just like not what you expect, you know?

And now the kicks.

As I was laying the drums, Yachty came in.

There was some girls in the studio.

They were fanning out which set the vibe.

They were like, "Oh my God, Yachty!"

"You don't know how much we love you!"

And he was there with his chain all shiny and it was just a real superstar moment.

He just sat in the corner and got on his phone and he was quiet.

I didn't know if he was writing.

I didn't know if he was just not feeling the beat or what.

So once I had the main beat laid out, I decided we needed a flute.

So I told the session player find me the cheapest, ugliest sounding flute.

And then DRAM ended up humming this melody for the flute.

So he just replayed that and it turned into this.

I just felt like it's what the song needed.

It was a happy song.

I wanted happy sounds.

When I hear a flute, I picture people spinning in a field of daisies.

It's a flute.

From there, I was just tweaking the beat and formatting it.

I did this little Pharrell-esque transition before the hook.

Once I did that, Yachty stopped me, 'cause he saw that I was just fucking with the beat

at that point.

Like it was there.

He was like, "Bro. I got it! I'm ready."

And he went in the booth and hit us with the, "Hey lil mama would you like to be my sunshine?"

And then from there DRAM went in.

Freestyled the hook.

Did his verse, and the song was done in like 20 minutes.

What I learned from this song is that you don't want to go into the studio aiming

to make a hit, 'cause you'll never get a hit that way.

When I made this beat, I wanted to quit making beats and I was just going to the studio

because I told him I would.

I went and we just fucking made this track and I didn't think anything of it.

I was just doing my job.

Just having fun.

And that's the most important rule.

If you're not having fun, you won't make anything good.

Lonzo Ball Cleared of Injury and Will Play in Season Opener Against Clippers - Duration: 1:55.

Fans and haters alike have been waiting for Lonzo Ball's official debut in the NBA and

thanks to receiving a clean bill of health from doctors, we'll thankfully see that

go down as ball hits the court when The lakers take on the Clippers at the Staples Center.

Ball has been out for a hot minute during most of the preseason due to a sprained left

ankle.

It's now being reported that Lonzo's injury has subsided to the point that he'll be

able to hit the court and face a troublesome defender, Patrick Beverley, who's more than

likely going to make the rookie work hard to earn his stripes.

Ball has also been given no health-minute restrictions so it's going to be mad exciting

to see him take on his opponents.

"I have been watching the NBA for a long time, [Beverley] definitely picks up full court

and plays hard.

It is going to be a lot of fun.

He is going to go at me, I am going to go at him and it is going to be that."

Lonzo also touched base on what he thinks his biggest challenge will be going into the

2017-18 NBA season.

Unlike his boastful father LaVar thinking his biggest challenge is "himself", Lonzo

is already thinking about the transition of strength from his previous collegiate opponents

to what he'll have to face now in the NBA.

"Just the strength.

It's grown men now, so every night, night in, night out, they going to be strong."

Luke Walton, the head coach for the Lakers, knows that Ball's rookie season will not

always be a smooth run but believes Lonzo will eventually get acclimated to his new

environment.

"Obviously, it is going to be a big learning curve -- he has never played in this type

of game before where the guards and the players are this good and this strong and he is going

against grown men, a team full of them.

I think he will be fine.

I think he will rise to the challenge like he has his whole life."

and I like listening to how another spends their life,

because I want to dive into their experience.

I like knowing things down to the littlest details

Because I want to feel everything without a miss

But with that, I feel painful emotions on an extreme level.

As I started living independently,

God has challenged me countless times, in order to strengthen the person that I am today

Yet, I can never comprehend of the pain He has to bear for every soul

on this earth, every single day.

And what a funny thing to take note of, that I share a similar trait with God on a mini level

I love with all of my heart, just as how He loves me

so today! tadaa I'll be using a yummy gyoza recipe told to me by a viewer

and here we've got 40 pieces of gyoza lined up

and we're currently cooking them up like usual with a bit of oil and the gyozas lined up on top of it

alrighty lets start making them

so just spread some oil and line up the gyoza on top then cook till they take on a golden color

once they get to a good color add water

then lid

so up until this its the usual way you cook these

looks yummy and then flip all of them

once they're all flipped we then....

tadaa add some butter

~dis gonna be good~

then next sprinkle some pepper on top

and ra-yu chili oil to taste

K that's all

looks soooo yummy itadakimasu

and today I have 4 cups of rice these smell so wonderful

butter is justice

dip it on the rice

they're so crispy and the butter flavor is so yummy

and the ra-yu gives it that nice spicy kick and you can taste the pepper as well

its a different taste experience from just dipping the gyoza into things

its very different from deep fried gyoza as well

it gives it a sort of foreign taste

since were using this hot plate they're so piping hot which makes them that much better

when you fry them with butter it makes such a difference from just frying them with oil

that rich buttery taste just takes the flavor to the next level

since they're too hot to eat I'mma plate them first

looks so yumym

I made a dipping sauce in this dish

adding dipping sauce is nice as well it combines with the butter flavors making for a different experience

so yummy

prolly 80 pieces of them

when eating them with rice I think its best when dipped in the sauce

I'm sure y'all know this already but when you mix butter and soy sauce on rice its so yummy

its kinda like that

forgot the pepper

3rd round this is the last of it... it was about 100 in total

this is the last of the gyoza

I think I like these butter gyozas on their own as opposed to eating them with rice

makes them feel more like a snack

since you don't havet'a bother with the sauces they're great for something on the go

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita the butter pepper gyoza were so yummy

well it might be better suited as a snack rather than as part of a meal

I totes love them

I also think that sprinkling some salt might be a good idea as well

but pepper is so yummy

and butter and pepper go so nicely together

butter is so amazing " Butter Magic "

put them together you get " ButterMagi "
